Abstract: The study of Indian - Soviet relations is of great importance to the Asian continent to know the nature of the alliances in West Asia between the Soviet Union and its allies on the one hand and the United States of America on the other, especially that the duration of research was during the Cold War, which was the largest among the major powers in Asian Region. In fact, the Indian - Soviet cooperation was not limited to political aspects, but extended to many. The relations of the two countries have developed economically and militarily. The Soviet Union has supported India economically through the establishment of projects that benefit the economy and grant them loans and aid for a long time. Military cooperation between the two countries greatly during the period of study and the period that preceded it. 1972 was the beginning of research as a result of the study that preceded this period studied at the University of Basra and reached the year 1972, the end of the study was in 1984 as a result of the emergence of an important event with a significant impact in the relations between the two countries is the death of Indira Gandhi with absolute loyalty to the Soviet Union. The first chapter deals with the relations between India and the Soviet Union, beginning with the relations between the two countries at the beginning of the nineteenth century, through the relations between the two countries during the First World War 1918 and the aftermath between the two wars and mutual relations during the Second World War and the Soviet position of independence India in 1947. In addition, the researcher dealt with the economic and military support of the Soviet Union in India, and touched on the Soviet position of Indian - Chinese relations, especially the 1962 war between India and China. Which represents the Treaty of Peace and Friendship Indo - Soviet Treaty in 1971, which was the basis for the regulation of relations between them, and mentioned in this chapter also the Indo - Pakistan war in 1971 and the consequent independence banekladsh from Pakistan and the role of the Soviet Union in support of India. The second chapter entitled "The Indo - Soviet Relations 1972 - 1975" included three topics. In the first part, we discussed a small agreement between India and Pakistan and the role of the Soviet Union in that agreement when it was the main engine of all that took place. The second topic dealt with Soviet economic assistance to India, During the economic crisis that hit India for the period from 1972 to 1974 and the visit of Brezhnev to India in 1973. This visit has a significant impact on India's economic and military support. In the third part of this chapter, the most remarkable achievement in India's history is its first nuclear bomb and the Soviet role Miz in supporting India to get that bomb. The third chapter entitled "The Indo - Soviet Relations 1975 - 1980" included three topics. The first topic dealt with the Soviet position regarding the declaration of the state of emergency in India in 1975 as a result of the unrest in the country and the Soviet support for this Indian step. The second part of this chapter also discussed the position of the Soviet Union in the 1977 elections and the subsequent loss of Indira Gandhi, the rise of the Janata Party, the opposition of Indira Gandhi, the Congress Party, the position of the Soviet Union, Andy, despite losing the election and the subsequent relations between the two countries during the government of Janata. This topic also included military relations between India and the Soviet Union and Soviet military support for India from advanced aircraft, tanks and missiles. The third part of this chapter examined the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan and the Indian position opposing this invasion during the Soviet presence in Afghanistan. The fourth chapter, titled "Indian - Soviet Relations 1980 - 1984," dealt with three issues. The first part discussed the position of the Soviet Union on Indira Gandhi's return to power in India in 1980, as well as the Soviet attitude toward India's relations with China, the United States and Pakistan. The Soviet Union was trying to distance India from this tripartite camp so as not to drag India away The second part of this chapter examined the economic relations between India and the Soviet Union 1980 - 1984 and the Soviet support for India, especially from the Soviet President Brezhnev. From this chapter, the Soviet military support is unique to India in terms of its support for the latest weapons to counter the US - China - Pakistan axis. At the end of this study it seems clear that the Indo - Soviet relations have gone well. These relations have been at the political level by exchanging official visits of the leaders of both countries at the level of prime ministers and foreign ministers. Abstract: للفترة من اذار 2014 الى اذار 2015 تم جمع 1300 عينة سريرية مختلفة (عينات ادرار ومسحات جروح وحروق وعينات دم ومسحات من الفم والاذن والعيون بالاضافة لعينات البراز والقشع) من اثنين من مستشفيات محافظة بابل (مستشفى الحلة التعليمي ومستشفى بابل التعليمي للنسائية و| During the period between March 2014 and March 2015, a total of 1300 clinical specimens (urine, wounds, burns, blood, throat, ear, eye, stool, and sputum) were collected from two hospitals in Babylon province; Al - Hillah Teaching Hospital, and Babylon Hospital for Maternity and Pediatric. All specimens were cultured and 10 Acinetobacter baumannii isolates were obtained from clinical specimens in a percentage of (0.76%) distributed in blood 1 (0.6%), urine 2 (1%), wound infection 1 (0.75%), burn 5 (0.85%) and throat 1 (2%). This study was conducted to determine the occurrence of carbapenem resistant A. baumannii isolates obtained from Hillah hospitals. Isolates were identified according to API20E system and further confirmed using PCR technique. Antibiotics susceptibility was assayed by using disks diffusion method according to CLSI recommendations. All isolates revealed positive results with rapid iodometric test indicting the ability of beta lactamase production. Phenotypic detection of carbapenemase production was performed using the imipenem - EDTA disk and modified Hodeg's test (MHT). Then isolates were subjected to monoplex PCR targeting blaOXA - 51, blaOXA - 23, blaOXA - 24, blaOXA - 58, blaIMP, blaSIM blaNDM - 1, blaNDM - 2 and blaVIM genes, as well as, efflux pumps genes. One of the identified isolates (10%) was found to be imipenem, meropenem and ertapenem resistant, this isolate gave positive result with the imipenem - EDTA disk and (60%) of isolates were positive to MHT. PCR experiments showed ; all isolates were harbored blaOXA - 51 gene, four (40%) isolates were harbored blaOXA - 23 gene, three (30%) isolates were harbored blaOXA - 24 gene, four (40%) isolates were harbored blaOXA - 58 gene, five (50%) isolates were harbored blaIMP gene, six (60%) isolates were harbored blaSIM gene, two (20%) isolates were harbored blaNDM - 1 gene, four (40%) isolates were harbored blaNDM - 2 gene, while none of these isolates harbored blaVIM gene. The present findings suggest that emergence of (OXA - 23, OXA - 24, OXA - 58, IMP, SIM, NDM - 1, NDM - 2) carbapenemase producing A. baumannii clinical isolates in Hillah City hospitals. Also there are indicative appearance of efflux pump genes ; (50%) for Ade - A and Ade - B each other, (40%) for Ade - C, (80%) for all of Ade - R and Ade - S, (100%) for all of Ade - I and Ade - J, and (50%) for Ade - Y. All isolates of A. baumannii appear as MDR, while only one appear to be as PDR. The trans - mobility of resistant genes was examined by trans - conjugation experiment ; the results indicated that only blaIMP and blaOXA - 23 genes were transferred horizontally in the current study. In attempting to investigate any blaNDM gene variation the results showed some different than NCBI - Blast A. baumannii blaNDM - 1 and blaNDM - 2 it may as a unique genotyping.These results revealed that carbapenemase producing A. baumannii were detected in both phenotypic and genotypic methods (PCR). This underlies the importance of their accurate identifications and reporting to prevent the emergence of complete resistance to the most potent drugs against A. baumannii in Babylon province.

Abstract: The study consists of three parts related with patients of CRC as in : 1 - Molecular part 2 - Cytogenetic and molecular genetics part and 3 - Immunological part. In addition of their relatives of clinical and pathological diagnosis, genus, and tumor locations in 150 of Iraqi patients confirmed with CRC collected from Teaching Hospitals of some Iraqi governorates. The percent of male to female (54.66% / 45.43%) and the aged range of study were 16 to 80 years.The first part consist a study of five types of genes related with CRC represented by MLH1, MSH2, APC, K ras, and SMAD7 genes. Some of these genes develop with germline mutations as in MLH 1 exons1 and 15 so as MSH2 genes. While the rest genes related with a sporadic of CRC. All these genes were amplified by conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for study the types of the mutations and their defect of these genes on CRC. The APC exon11and K ras exon1 genes were processed by single strand conformational polymorphism (SSCP) technique. The results of PCR - SSCP technique for two genes represented by appeared three types of bands, which were (AA), (AB) and (AC) bands. The important band was (AB) which constitutes the variability region represented by 84.2% and 44.82% in patients for both genes. The results of patients with mutated bands with high significant differences(P?0.05).compared with healthy control. Patients carried these bands subjected to PCR - Sequences technique. The analysis results for APC gene sequences were substitutions mutations type of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) change Cytocine to Thiamin (C>T) at 1972 location of genome. While the analysis results of Kras gene appeared two types of mutations, substitution and frame shifts represented by deletion mutation and so as appeared stop codon mutation.The other genes represented by MLH1, MSH2, and SMAD detected by direct PCR - Sequences. The results analysis of MLH1 gene, exon (1and 15) represented by nucleotides change with high frequencies of substitution mutation through exon1 at different locations of nucleotides. So as frame shift mutation type deletion through exon15. While for MSH2 gene, exon 6 from 6.66% represent by deletion mutation. A spread study for SMAD7 gene, exon4 were done through 30 patients average age 52 years (male to female 56.7% : 53.3%) confirmed colorectal adenocarcinoma compared with 15 healthy. A mutation of 20% of (SNPs) were identified.The second part which represented standard conventional cytogenetic and molecular genetics were done through peripheral blood culture (PBC). The study showed increasing of mitotic index (MI) in patients with significant differences (P?0.05) compared with healthy controls indicating for increasing of proliferation of the lymphocytes division. The study showed some chromosomal aberrations with significant, the majority of aberrations were higher significant in dwarf and aneuploidy chromosomes so as elongation chromosomes revealed significant differences (P?0.05) between patients and healthy. The appeared of Polyploidy chromosomes, with significant differences (P?0.05), that’s seem to be good indicator for cancer disease. The molecular genetics alterations which dependent on cytogenetic investigation were done through deletion of long arm of 5 chromosome which APC gene is located. The test elucidates the importance of inactivation (deletion) of APC gene in elicited of colorectal cancer. The study of 20 patients, were investigated by fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH). The results showed 60% patients which have 5q arm deletion of (+). And (5%) have two deletions (++) which was a male aged less than 60 years. The results analysis explained significant differences (p?0.01) between studied group and deletion (+) of arm 5q. A correlation represented by significant differences (p?0.01)through dysfunction of APC gene deletion of 5q were found with high percent among sporadic adenocarcinoma 58.3%, with less in attenuated familial adenomatous polyposis (AFAP) and familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) represented by the (25%), and (16.7) respectively.The last part related with immunological test were done by detection of tumor markers represented by Carcino Embryonic Antigen (CEA), IL - 33 and IL - 31.These markers represented a confirmative indicators for colorectal adenocarcinoma which were tested by ELISA technique in (79) patients confirmed with CRC of male and female. These tumor markers in tested with patients showed high significant differences (p?0.01) compared with healthy controls. Another immunological test for detection of Human papilloma virus (HPV) type 18 E6 gene expression in CRC by Immune histochemistry technique (IHC) in 71 (FFPET) of CRC. The results of this study showed there were a correlations between patients and adenocarcinoma positive HPV18 E6 infection 43.7% of patients infected with virus, with high significant differences (p?0.01) and higher infection in female (67.7%) than male (32.3%). So as a correlations were found between HPV18 E6 expression and tumor tissue locations, explained by high percentage 45.2% in rectum.While a tumor marker was (CD8+) was used to determine its role in human immune surveillance in tumor regions of CRC so as with regions which were infected by HPV. The study revealed high significant differences between healthy control and studied groups which have (CD8+) positive infiltration in tumor origins through detection by (IHC).In conclusions diagnosis of CRC can be detected by special genes like K ras gene through professional PCR processing, compact with tumor markers, so as Fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) technique provides a precise method which can be used for detection of alteration of molecular and cytogenetic related with CRC.

Abstract: صممت الدراسة الحالية لتوصيف الانماط الجزيئية والمظهرية للنمو والفعالية الانزيمية للانزيم المحلل للبروتين والتنوع الوراثي وعلاقته بالتعبير الجيني بين عزلات الفطر الجلدي.Trichophyto rubrum ولهذا الغرض جمعت 150 عينة سريرية (قشطات جلدية (80), اجزاء شعر (60) | The present study was designed to characterize the morphological and the molecular patterns of growth, enzymic activity of proteases, genetic diversity and their correlation with gene expression among strains of Trichophyton rubrum. For these purpose, A total of 150 clinical specimens (skin scrapings (80), hair fragments (60) and nail clippings (10)) were collected from 100 patients (70 males&80 females) whom clinically diagnosed with dermatophytosis after attendingto the dermatology and venereal diseases centre of Mergan Teaching hospital and private clinic in Babylon city from Feb. 2014 to May 2014. T. rubrum were isolated and identified using cultural, biochemical and physiological tests. Isolates were then subjected for confirmation by PCR, genotyping using RFLP - PCR, sequencing and registration of these sequences in GeneBank for obtaining accession numbers then phylogeny. The growth conditions, were tested, in addition to, the genetic expression of proteases (exocellular protease and endocellular aminopeptidase) were determined using Real - Time PCR. Out of 150 specimens, 24 (16%) isolates were dermatophytic fungi and only 5 (20.8%) of them belong to T. rubrum. The influence of cultural conditions in growth of T. rubrum showed that the 30 ?C, pH 6, SDA medium and 7 days incubation were the optimal conditions for its growth. Proteolytic activity of isolates of T. rubrum against casein as a substrate revealed an ability to produce protease in solid and liquid media after 14 days of incubation. This activity was varies according to the type of isolate where the isolate No.1 (isolated from skin) gave a high proteolytic activity (5.6cm) in solid media and (80.1U/ml) in liquid media in comparison with other tested isolates (No.2 - No.8). on the other hands, the 9 days of incubation, 30 ?C, pH 7 and 0.5% substrate concentration were the optimal condition for proteolytic activity of these isolates. The molecular tests confirmed that all tested isolates belong to T. rubrum with amplicon size (601bp) after amplification of ITS1 primers using PCR technique. While the RFLP - PCR technique showed the presence of two genotypes (I%II) belong to T. rubrum with subgenotypes (Ia - Id) and (IIa - IId) respectively. The relative quantification of proteolytic activity (exocellular protease and endocellular aminopeptidase) produced by T. rubrum genotypes were expressed by using Real - Time PCR after amplification of the target gene of ptotease and aminopeptidase in comparison with housekeeping gene (? - actin) as a reference gene. The results showed the up - regulation of gene encoded to exocellular protease than the down - regulation of endocellular aminopeptidase produced by T. rubrum in the presence of casein as a substrate. The internal transcribed spacer 1, partial sequence, 5.8S ribosomal RNA gene and internal transcribed spacer 2, complete sequence and 28S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence of local isolates of T. rubrum were used for sequencing, registration in Genebank - NCBI and phylogeny. Five accession numbers were recorded and available to NCBI, EMBL in Europe and the DNA Bank of Japan. These accession numbers were : KP979787, KP979788, KP979789, KP979790, KP979791. Phylogenetic relation between local strains and world strain showed a high identicasl with T. rubrum (GQ376105.1). This is the first study in Iraq which employed sequencing, registration of sequences in Genebank - NCBI and carrying out phylogeny of local and world strains of T. rubrum.

Therefore this study was aimed to detection and isolation of Coxiella burnetii as a causative agent of abortion in woman and female of small ruminants.352 samples were collected includes human samples and animals samples. A total of 120 blood aborted women, 7 breast milk samples, 20 placental samples and 50 blood samples from normal women as control groups, these samples collected from Bent Al - Huda hospital in Thi - Qar province. Animals samples, a total of 80 aborted animal blood samples, 15 milk samples, 10 placental samples and 50 blood samples, these samples from normal animals as controls group, these samples collected from veterinary hospital in Thi - Qar province. The results of this study showed a high incidence of abortion occurs in first trimester of gestation (41.666%) and high incidence in rural regions (64.16%) and also age group from 21 to 30 years old (50%).The methods used for detection of Coxiella burnetii includes serology tests, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique for confirmation serological test and isolation on embryonated chicken eggs and detection by PCR technique. Out of the 120 women serum samples analyzed by enzyme ELISA, the results of percentage of anti - Coxiella burnetii IgM and IgG in human samples were 36 (30 %). The percentage of anti - C. coxiella IgM in human samples were 10 (8.333%), while the percentage of anti - C. Coxiella burnetii IgG in human 26(%21.667%).. In animals total of (80) serum samples, the percentage of anti - C. coxiella IgM and IgG in animals' serum samples were 31(38.75%) The percentage of anti - Coxiella burnetii IgM in animals 10 (12.5%), while, the percentage of anti - C. coxiella IgG in animals are 21(26.25 %). PCR technique used for identification of Coxiella burnetii in human and animals samples by targeting three genes including outer membrane protein (com1 and com2), 16S rRNA and transposase insertion element (IS1111) genes. In human blood samples the com1 and com2 genes detected in 23of 120 (19.166%) samples and in breast milk samples 1 of 7 (14.28%). and not detected in placental samples. The 16S rRNA gene was detected in 16 of 120 blood samples (13.33%) and in breast milk samples and placental samples were not detected. The IS1111 gene was detected in 9 of 120 blood samples (7.5%) in human blood samples, also were not detected in milk and placental samples.. In animals blood samples the com1 and com2 genes were detected in 19 of 80 blood samples (23.75%) and were not detected in milk and placental samples. The 16S rRNA gene detected in the same percentage of com1 and com2 genes 19 of 80(23.75%) and in the milk samples and placental samples not detected. The IS1111 gene detected in 10 of 80 (12.5%) in animal blood samples, also were not detected in placental samples. An isolation of Coxiella burnetii which identified by ELISA and PCR via inoculated Coxiella burnetii buffy coat samples in embryonated chicken eggs from 6 to7 days old and then completed an incubated to 10 - 15 days, harvested yolk sac contains then detecting Coxiella burnetii by PCR. The results of PCR after inoculation of (43) samples were positive in PCR (100%). Statistical analysis revealed no significant different between ELISA test, PCR and isolation results in human and animals samples. These mean that we can use the ELISA in the primary diagnosis. The correlation coefficient was highly significantly between human and animal samples at 0.01%.

Abstract: اجريت الدراسة الحالية للفترة من 1شباط 2015 لغاية 3شباط 2016 وجمعت خلالها عينات المرضى المصابين بالحزام الناري من قسم الامراض الجلدية في العيادات الاستشارية في مستشفى مرجان التعليمي للتحري عن بعض الجوانب المناعية في المرضى, وكان العدد الكلي للمرضى 50 مريضا | This study was conducted during the period from 1st February 2015 to 3rd February 2016, and the samples were collected from dermatology department of the consultant clinic in Marjan Teaching Hospital to investigate certain immunological markers of patients with shingles. The total number of patients were whose their ages ranges were 14 - 80 years. Age group (40 - 61) years have the highest percentage of infection reaching 46%.The immunofluorescence test for Varicella Zoster virus - specific IgG showed 48 out 50 are positive(96%). The higher percentage of infection with shingles was in female (54%), while male patients the percentage was(46%).The results showed that patients with blood group (O+) have 50% of infection rate.When CD4 was investigated by ELISA test , the results showed that the mean± SD of serum level of CD4 in shingles patients and control group is (6.70± 0.97 and 9.36±2.02) ng/ml respectively. The concentration of CD4 was lower in patients with shingles than healthy control group, while concentration of CD8 and CD56were higher than healthy control group ( the mean± SD of serum level of CD8 in shingles patients and control group was 21.42±5.43 and19.11±3.29 ng /ml respectively, whereas the mean ± SD of CD56 concentration in shingles and control group were 107.58± 40.39 and 67.59 ± 36.31 ng/ml, respectively).The results also showed that the concentrations of IFN ? and TNF? were lower in patients with shingles compared with non - infected persons , as the following : the mean± SD of serum level of IFN ? in shingles patients and control group was 184.31±21.95 and 218.03±26.21 pg /ml respectively, and the mean ± SD of TNF? concentration in shingles and control group were 51.55± 5.14 and 62.35 ± 6.74 pg/ml, respectively. For IL 10, the concentration was higher in patients with shingles than that in the healthy control group; the mean± SD of serum level of IL 10 in shingles patients and control group was12.42±5.59 and 4.47±0.90 pg /ml respectively. This study was concluded following : • Gender represents a risk factor for the occurrence of shingles mainly at ages over 40 years old (higher in females than males).• Varicella Zoster virus specific IgG is a sensitive and specific test that can be used for the laboratory diagnosis of shingles.• Varicella Zoster virus reactivation has a suggested link with decreased level of soluble CD4 molecules and, for lesser extend with increased soluble CD8 and CD56 molecules in patients serum. • Blood group O+ might be consider as a risk factor for reactivation of VZV infection as the majority of patients were within this blood group.• A diminished role of the inflammatory TH1 cells in reactivated shingles patients is more likely as evident by the reduced concentration of IFN? and TNF? profiles. The Treg cells (CD4+ CD25+) seems to play a role in such reduction of TH1 proinflammatory cytokines as evident by the significant elevation of IL10 in shingles patients.

The research problem is focused on the interpretation nature of a symbol in the conceptual art in all its expressions resulted by the changes of the world after modernity including the social, politic, economic, and cultural pressures which affect negatively on the level of vision, acceptance and sense. This is guaranteed due to the relation between the art and the modern development which include all human durations across history to be in cope with this change. So the artist is obliged to be more courageous and spontaneous in expressing himself and thoughts to cross the limited lines for the traditional painting to present conceptual artistic works that are not restricted with one artistic style or type to include all exist in nature including the human body, language and consumable items. So the current research's problem is begun through answering the following question, (how can the artist make the recipient as a second author for the artistic script?).The importance of the research is clear because it establishes a critical study to give the searchers, and those who interest in the graphic sides, a chance to be informed about the kinds of the conceptual art including the symbolic openness.The searcher finds this study is so important because there are no previous studies focusing on the symbolic openness in the conceptual art. The searcher also wants to be interested in the basis of this study to fulfill the intended goal which is identifying the symbolic openness in the conceptual art.The subjective research limits include the study of the symbolic openness in the conceptual art in all its branches, elements, time limits (1965 - 2016) and place limits including (USA, UK, Germany, Mexico and France). The important expressions in this research are also clarified.The second chapter is about the theoretical frame and the previous studies which includes four topics : the first topic is about the theories of a symbol in the critical studies. The second is about studying the thoughtful basis of the symbolic openness in arts after modernity. The third is about the conceptual art, the conceptual context and the graphic system. The last is about the indicators. The second chapter ends with the previous studies which are not closed to the current study.The third chapter is about the research procedures including identifying all the samples which is (200 artistic works) and choosing and analyzing only (20 artistic works) intentionally.The fourth chapter includes the results which are : 1 - Achieving the symbolic openness through interaction and conversation and be away from autism and introversion in all research samples.2 - There are many sides of the conceptual art including the language, graphic art, geography and the human body. So it is an art of moved concepts which are effective in the daily life of a human being and his environment.3 - The idea in the conceptual art is the tool which makes the art through its philosophic embodiment. Hence, this study deals with the approaches of this technique in the performance of the Iraqi theatre actor. This study is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the methodological framework of the study which is identified by the following question : What is the Meisner technique? And what are its approaches in the performance of the Iraqi theatre actor? The importance of the research lies in studying Meisner technique and its approaches in the performance of the Iraqi theatre actor and it is needed because of the following : 1. It is useful for those who are specialized in theatre acting to develop their skills on stage. 2. This study can be described as one of the studies that participate in developing the capacity of theatre actors. The objective of the research is identified by defining Meisner technique and its approaches in the performance of the Iraqi theatre actor. Furthermore, this chapter includes the research limits (place : Iraq Baghdad national theatre / time : 2009 - 2015) and the objective limit of the Meisner technique and its approaches in the performance of Iraqi theatre actor. This chapter is concluded by identification and definition of terminology. The second chapter tackles the theoretical framework and previous studies. It contains three topics : the first topic studies the philosophical and technical starting points of Meisner technique. The second topic studies Meisner technique (mechanism and engagement), while the third topic tackles the applications of Meisner technique in the international and Arab theatre. Finally, this chapter is concluded with indicators resulting from theoretical framework, and then previous studies. The third chapter contains the research procedures. It includes the research community consisting of 38 plays containing approaches to Iraqi theatre actors from Meisner technique. It also contains the research sample which consists of (5 plays). These plays, which are intentionally selected by the researcher as they represent the research community, are : Al - Iskafi, Al - Waqiaa Street, Nashaz, Summer rain, and Mannisama. However, the researcher depends on the descriptive (analytical) approach to meet the objective of the research. The researcher also uses the notes form as a main tool to analyze the sample depending on references and literature, as well as indicators that resulted from the theoretical framework as analytical standards, and then the sample analysis. The fourth chapter tackles the results and findings that are reached and discussed by the researcher, including : The play (Al - Iskafi)The most obvious result of this play is that the representation in this play is far from any role of personal memory in the performance of the role of the theater, it did not have an investment in the performance of the characters of the theater, and this clear approach to what calls (Meisner) to direct the actor to dispense The Iraqi actor has come very close to achieving this lawsuit without passing the techniques of (Meisner), in terms of which is the technology has provided a systematic way and for the first time to these The problem, however, the Iraqi actor in this presentation did not go through solutions to the impediments of representative performance through the technique of (Meisner) deliberately, but the practical experience of the art of acting led to the realization of the problems and approaches of solutions.Results : 1. While the research objectives legally set as follows : Define the shift in the crystalline phases of iron oxide in a high - temperature glaze.Define the techniques resulting from these transformations of iron oxide in a high - temperature glaze.The second chapter mean theoretical frame and previous studies, is divided on several axes, where mean first axis study crystalline structure, while the second axis mean studying the crystalline structure of the ceramics, and the third axis mean studying iron oxide red (Fe2O3) properties and crystal structure, and the last axis mean has studied stoneware (stoneware).The third chapter dealt procedures for the search, which was conducted the work of five firing and cooling programs and these programs are, oxidized firing program (OG) reduction firing program (RG) slow cooling oxidized program (SG) the Program of firing crystalline (CG) and the program of firing multilayer glaze oxidized (LG), and in the light of these programs and the results of exploratory experiments were selected a number of mixes glaze according to each burn and cooling program, has been added red iron oxide (Fe2O3) to these mixtures different proportions.The formula unit is to calculate (Formula Unites) using an electronic formula calculation program (Glaze Master) which illustrates the totals for the three oxides values (RO2 - R2O3 - RO, R2O) set the temperature from which the inference coordinates system (Matrix).The researcher also conducted several laboratory tests the chemical Analysis , physical examinations of samples of pottery and clay (Linear Shrinkage, Apparent Porosity) and checking mineral analysis (X.R.D) for mixtures of glaze as well as examine chromatography analysis according to the system (LAB) through the use of a chromatography analysis (Precise Color Reader).The fourth chapter mean displays the results and discuss them the most important conclusions are : 1. Transformations taking place in the crystalline phases of red iron oxide (Fe2O3), resulting from the heat and cooling agents.2. Different atmosphere fire given changes in the crystalline structure of the oxide red iron (Fe2O3) by firing oxidized and reduction programs.3. It gave atmosphere reduction fired best shift of the crystalline structure of the iron oxide red, as the transformation from hexagonal crystal system with a crystallized form of a Rhombohedral system to the crystal cube.4. Proved that the oxidized firning program and slow cooling oxidized and fire the crystal's ability to keep the crystal structure of the iron oxide red in the crystal system is hexagonal shaped crystal Rhombohedra.5. Get the display technical amorphous (Crystalline Glazes) of red iron oxide, using feldspar Potash or soda, without resorting to the use of (Frit).

Abstract: This study intends for plastic creations which belongs to the civilization for two Rivers Land , and entitled "The dramatic features which are represented in the sculptures of Two Rivers Land ". It is a perusal to the protruding sculptures and the cylindrical stamps in attempt to know the dramatic structure they contained , through which the artist of the Two Rivers established plastic images change by their meanings the oratorical to imitate the human action and its religious , political and social connections by describing them as intellectual concepts, their methodology is the brain of the Two Rivers since the semi - writing age until the decline of modern Babylon, The study included a discussion of the dramatic construction elements and the mechanism of their working in the sculptures with regard to their formal and conceptual symmetries. The study included four chapters, the first chapter contained the methodical frame of the study , starting with the problem ended with the following inquiry : How were the dramatic features represented in the sculptures of Two Rivers Land ? The study is important because it highlights the dimensions of drama a concept by describing them as an aesthetic structure controls in a gestation of Two Rivers Land sculptor, which forms a new perusal to the sculptural texts which belong to that age with its historical sequences. The study also paves the way for larger understanding of Two Rivers culture in its artistic and historical aspects. The purpose of the study summarizes in coming to know the dramatic features represented in the sculptures of Two Rivers Land. The chapter also included the limits of the study represented ( by subject ) in the sculptural , protruding product and the cylindrical stamps , and ( by place ) the Two Rivers Land , and ( by time ) from the semi - writing age till the end of the modern Babylon age. Moreover , the researcher defined the terms of the title of the study used in the theoretical frame and the procedures , when on the other hand , the second chapter included the theoretical frame and the previous studies of the research, for it included three basic studies , the first took an interest in the drama concept and its rise, in which the researcher reviewed a preface about the rise of drama and the elements of the dramatic structure ( the plot, personality , language, the idea and the visualizations ) , in addition to the historical roots of the rise of drama in the plastic arts and their changes through the ages. The second research was entitled " The dramatic features in the thought of the Two Rivers Land " which branches into two axes , the first " The dramatic features in the religious thought ( the beliefs, rites and legends ), the second axis included the dramatic features in the authoritative thought , through which the researcher reviewed the dramatic ceremonies concern the ownership and its religious connections. The title of the third research was " The dramatic features in arts of Two Rivers Land " , which tackled the dramatic works in the plastic arts ( building , sculpture , cylindrical stamps , crockery and the mural ). The third chapter was based on the procedural frame contained the whole study , included the sculptures of the Two Rivers Land ( the protruding and cylindrical stamps ) which come to ( 120 ) samples , regarded as an establishing base to choose the study specimen which comes to ( 20 ) samples , and were choose intentionally according to reasons allowed by the researcher to comply with the study purpose, among them , depending on the texts in which the dramatic features concentrated within their formal and conceptual systems which drive at the realization of the dramatic structure which was contained in the sculptures of the Two Rivers Land. The researcher also depended on the cognitive indicators which were revealed by the theoretical frame as an instrument for research , but the research methodology is the ( descriptive, analytic ) as the followed methodology in the artistic and aesthetic studies followed by analyzing samples of the study specimen. The fourth chapter was a review of the most important results which were reached by the researcher after analyzing the sculptural samples represented the study specimen , the most important among them was : The dramatic features become clear in the sculptural texts through treating the dramatic structure elements by the artist. The researcher reviewed the approaches of those elements and the mechanism of their working in the samples mentioned in the analysis and the dramatic action rise in the specimen samples through the concept of ( the struggle ) which materializes in the sculptural views according to the action structure and its subject, where it reflects the human behavior structure and the wills contradiction in the content of the dramatic performance and in the light of those results , the researcher reaches several deductions , the most important among them are : the Two Rivers Land artist had a large capacity in observing and comprehension the reality and in imitation it , in addition to his awareness to his awareness to the intellectual changes through the history of that civilization , therefore , the sculptural works came to embody the cultural scene and its development in every age , followed by recommendations which the researcher thinks can serve and develop the artistic production movement in Iraq, then the researcher offer some suggestions to continue what he has started according to what he has raised of topics in the tour of his study. Finally , the researcher put the sources and the references which contributed in the theoretical establishment of the study and what followed it , in analyzing of the study specimen , then he put the appendixes which contained the illustrative tables regarding to the subject of the study , until the study is concluded by an abstract in English language.

This research consist of four chapters, the first quarter transacts with the methodical framework of the current research represented by the content of the research , its importance and the necessity of such research which have been evolved due to the post - colonial discourse along with the urgent of disengaging from the colonial center through concentrating attention to the monetary theory of the post - colonialism literature both in criticism and literature itself , then to retort to the effects of imperialism and European intellectually, cognitively and artistically. out of this cultural narrative, some kind of a problematic obstetric had overshadowed - generally - an ideological results and - particularly - upon the contemporary Iraqi plastic art discourse which proposes an opposed outputs that rejects the colonial other by the means of contemporary cognitive ,artistic and technical techniques.The research aims to detect((conceptual dimensions of post - colonialism in contemporary Iraqi painting )) by revealing the mechanics by which the post - colonial act in painting. the study limited to the products of the Iraqi paintings to the period (2003 - 2015) to identify cognitive structure and cultural impact to the Iraqi plastic art. The second chapter includes an explanation of the theoretical framework and post studies, which included four topics within the vision of intellectual, philosophical and aesthetic implications ,the first topic addresses colonial discourse( references& characteristics), which contains three sections : First colonialism and the absent identity issue while the second contains the fundamental elements of the colonial discourse overcoming factors which have been recognized by colonial distortion of history and the language of the colonizer , his models, and up to the third section : of cultural and community awareness between opening and isolation to the other.the second topic deals with (conceptual dimensions of post - colonial practice and leadership), which includes two sections , first deals with the conceptual dimensions of : hegemony , mastery culture, racism , language, marginal ,the idea of recalling ideologies and the major narrations while the second sections deals with post - colonial discourse in contemporary ,modern and feminist criticized impacts , while the third one deals with the foundation process and displacing the other traces ( references and the prospects ) by the limits of foundation idea , peculiarity of the tradition and identity in the post - colonial discourse. The fourth topic addresses applications of the post - colonial ideology in the contemporary art within the European and Iraqi contemporary plastic art , it ends with several theoretical frameworks which helped the researcher with the research samples analyzing procedures. the third chapter deals with the research procedures based on applications of the conceptual dimensions of the post - colonial theory in contemporary Iraqi painting through searching procedures which contained 200 community with 20 samples.The fourth chapter includes the research results where some of the most important are : 1) varied methods of expression of contemporary Iraqi artists in the period that followed the occupation of Iraq in 2003, according to stylistic vision up to the performance levels of heated experimenting encoding and flatness and abstract concepts that depend on post - colonial.2) Art has become the issue of Iraqi contemporary painter emphasizes selective speech of the tragic events and social suffering that produced by Iraq invading war in 2003 and the sequent tragic events then after like series of terrorist (attacks ,bombing, killing and captivity and slaughter..) which was fertile material for the Iraqi artist. research also rises several conclusions includes : Contemporary Iraqi plastic art ( painting for instance) results shows patterns of a cognitive accumulations which directly effected by post - colonial impact within some levels of epistemic patterns that framing conducts of connections and disconnections channels among oriental and western given criterion of engaging between art and knowledge Research has came up with a significant recommendations like implementing researches that deals with criticizing post - colonial culturally and cognitively within the courses of artistic criticism in colonized countries since it will enhance the cognition of knowledge within their culture towards the post - colonial and support the foundation of post - colonial awareness in all countries suffered of colonialism Also research induces several suggestions one of the most important ones : Representations of the post - colonial discourse in the Arab plastic art.

The research subject (the aesthetics of expression in the Islamic imaging), describes arts as an important a means of expression and the needs and concerns of human religion, as a result of spiritual and psychological human to need beauty, he began groping for meaning and forms in outer reality, self - sense and then take reflected in beautifully artistic product, Islamic civilization was not far from such innovations in the field of the arts, a variety of artistic schools which differed in their methods and varied in its conclusions that were influenced by religion that espouses, these schools contributed significantly and directly in the nature of the themes and ideas, beliefs and accidents expressed in various areas of the arts, and here emerged the role of Muslim artist expressing the philosophy of the age in which the belonged to more than creative concepts prevailing, which surrounded the artists within the boundaries of the Islamic nation or its neighboring civilizations, but he had dialogue and taken from the past or contemporary achievements and several pictures. Throughout the Islamic thought and religious belief, which had a wide resonance in the community movement, and his habits and his perseverance , and culture, so it has to reflect the patterns and common forms of matter and during the event, expression, idea and content. Hence the problem of the current research has arisen through answering the following question.How did a Muslim artist express his constructive and aesthetic production?And raised the importance of the research by highlighting the focus on the Islamic imaging expression and clarify the concept in a constructive process. That the first chapter, contains the aim of the research which is : Detecting and identifying the aesthetics of expression in the Islamic imagingThe limits of the research are identified by studying the aesthetics of expression in the Islamic imaging for the period (635 e - 1090h) (1237 m - 1680 m) and within schools (Iraqi, Iranian, Turkish, Indian), as well as a review of the basic terms such as : (beauty, aesthetic, expression, photography)The theoretical framework consists of three section : The first section, is devoted to the concept of beauty in philosophical Islamic thought, starting from Greek philosophy as paving the Islamic philosophy down to the thought of the aesthetic of (AL - Kindy) , (Farabi) , (AL - Tawhidy) , (Ibn Sina) , (AL - Ghazali) and (Ibn Arabi(.The second section contain the expression between form and content, and in it (the concept of expression, expression in primitive art, concept of form, the concept of substance, bilateral form and content, in the form of expression relationship, a relationship of expression with content, the relationship of expression with( the substance. The Third contains axes : The first axis included the aesthetics of expression in the Islamic art through the entrance of Islamic art, and references of Islamic Art, and the characteristics of Islamic art represented monotheism, unity, movement, and abstraction, as well as the attributes of expression in the products of Islamic art through the Islamic decoration, and calligraphy, and architecture, and porcelain. The second axis included the expression applications in the products of the Islamic imaging through the emergence of the Islamic imaging, the impact of prohibition in the Muslim imaging, as well as the aesthetics of expression in the Islamic photography schools (the Iraqi school , Iran , Turkish and Indian Schools). Then the researcher displayed the previous studies. The third chapter contains the procedures the study : including the study and selection of a sample of appointed adult (22) stylized Islamic imaging divided into six miniatures graphical Iraqi school and the Iranian school, and of five miniatures of Turkish schools and Hindi, then the of tool Analysis of the sample. The fourth chapter included results, conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions/ Among the most important findings of the researcher : 1. The expression feature of the Iraqi Islamic her miniatures have a renewable energy, because it combines the tangible and intangible images of , the natural shape and religious symbol.2. aesthetic expression in the Iraqi school emerged through the form in flatness and distracting leisure and work on the principle of the solenoid and linear perspective in art forms relationship with each other and in the spatial relationship with the space.3. It appears that solenoid perspective evident in the Islamic Persian imaging through visual movement in focusing when look at the people in the middle of miniatures and then move to neighboring hubs in a mechanism to create artistic works refers to the aesthetic side of artistic expression.4. the aesthetic expression appeared in Turkish school in an expressive narrative way through realistic transport which is not far from the realistic reproduction of forms inspired by nature5. repetitive conte xts in Indian School characterized by esthetic harmony by simulating the shape imparted to the aesthetic expression of Indian photography. The researcher concluded the following : 1. A ges, Renaissance and Baroque eras, including modernity of (neo - classical, romantisism, realism, symbolism, impressionism, New Impressionism, Expressionism, Alouhoshihism, Cubism, and futurism, Dadaism, Surrealism, to abstractism), And postmodernism of ( abstract expressionism , folk art, conceptual art ( the flesh , and Filoxs ) ). the chapter enols with indicators that resulted from the theoretical framework of the research. to benefit from in the research sample analysis.Chapter I three contains the research procedures which includ the research sample and its aims and the awalysis of the samply which includes (20 ) works of art to show the shifts of humanitarianism and its impact on Western art.The fourth chapter includes the results of the research and conclusions , as well as recommendations and suggestions , it highlights the findings of the research which are : 1. most actual Renaissance were ainfluenced by productions of legends of Greek and myths of the Middle Ages with the magical nature of satanic religious character, which reflects the invisible heaven and hell and devils wich spoiled humanist bodies and portrays angels with humanity women, men and children with wings, and even the gods have a human form, flying between clouds with angels, and showing sometimes strange creatures grappling humans to sin, and appear in the form of monsters with strange shapes fictional and mythical the artist drew from his dreams and fantasies in which the winged forms do not belong to the world of reality. this vision does not influence, the artists of modernism and postmodernism and turning them from Humanitarian of the strange object and fabulous to misshapen compound to disassemble it and likened it with the machine and instrumeut.2. The contemporary American ceramic in its sculptural discourse is not apart from the intellectual and philosophical arguments, its considered an artistic phenomenon that reflects the diverse thinking systems of the contemporary human in general and the American ceramist particularly.2. The contemporary American ceramist had merged, through his sculptural discourse the common objects of the pop art in formulas that changed its common function, to fragment the receiver senses, to erase the significance of those objects and search for different indications that confirms its belonging to the fine and ceramic art especially, in a way that suits with postmodernism discourse.3. In its sculptural discourse, The American ceramic approaches from the optical art technique to form the third dimension, which is the delude, imaginary, and the technical implementation with high skills.4. The value of repetition in the contemporary American ceramic as a positive response to break the monotony and disclose new treatments to the process of the structural and technical formation of the sculptural discourse, which enriches the movement of the sculptural artwork and estrange from the visual stillness.Finally, the researcher concluded the conclusions then made a recommendations and suggestions.

Abstract: نظرا لاهمية التجديد في البدائل التعليمية للتوصل الى الافضل في التعليم المؤثر واهمية البحث عن الاستفادة من التداخل بين المهارات المتشابهة وغير المتشابهة في الالعاب المختلفة وتاثيرها على التعلم. وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على تاثير التداخل بين مهارات التنس | The study investigates the effect of interference between similar and un similar skills in acquisition , retention and forgetting in tennis and A squash skills for beginners. And what the advantages from interference , what the best group in learning and retention.The method includes (40) subject from the beginners average ages was between (10 - 11) years. They divided four equal experiment groups enrolled at the center sport in Babylon. The groups equivalent in four skills , two from tennis and two from A squash. The test include accuracy of for hand and back hand in tennis and A squash.The first groups practically changing between for hand and back hand in tennis , then for hand , back hand in A squash secondly , practiced for hand in tennis and A squash thirdly , practiced (4) units tennis skills , and (4)units A squash skills , fourthly practiced for hand then back hand in tennis , after that for hand then back hand in A squash sequence. The result revealed a significant effect between pre - post tests for all groups.Also , there were different development between groups learning. The best groups was the third group in learning , retention and little in forgetting tennis and A squash.The recommendations of the study were to use : The interfered between similar and un similar skill in teaching with different organization in different time. and using retention test for measurement of learning.Also recommended to use another interference in other games.
