Applying relaxation training program used in the current study to the psychological preparation of the players due to its positive impact on the control of the psychological and physiological stress in sport competition and in achieving the best results.2. Paying attention to the psychological preparation of squash players and develop the use of psychological skills in the daily training program as well as physical and technical preparation. 3. Qualifying and enabling trainers and teachers to use some psychological techniques that help their athletes in ridding of or minimizing stress and physiological variables by opening specialized courses s and symposiums. 4. Subjecting players to some strong games and competitions which are characterized by their high level and converging as well as rivalry to add experience for the players to cope with stress. The hypotheses of the study : 1 - There are statistically significant differences between the two posttests of the experimental and control groups in reducing stress and some physiological variables among Youth Squash players.2 - There are statistically significant differences between the two posttests of the control groups in reducing stress and some physiological variables among Youth Squash playersThe fields of the study in this chapter include Subjects, Duration and Place.Chapter two : review of literature (theoretical and similar studies) This chapter includes the concepts and subjects related to the study.Chapter Three : The method of the study and field procedures.The researcher has conveniently adopted the experimental method using the two equal experimental and control age(17 - 19) ; groups (6) Squash players for each group deliberately selected. This chapter also included the tools used to gather the information, the aiding means, the adjusted stress measure and its scientific foundations and the Specific Program of psychological and physiological relaxation. The pioneer experiment as well as the pre and posttests were also included. Finally, the researcher used the statistical package (SPSS) appropriately to the nature of the study and tests. Chapter Four : Display and Discussion of ResultsThis chapter displays, analyzes and discusses the results obtained out of the pre and posttests to achieve the aims and hypotheses of the study.Chapter Five : Conclusions and Recommendations Conclusions : 1. The training program of relaxation has clear effect on reducing stress and some physiological variables as well as on improving the results among Youth Squash players.2. Significant differences appeared between the experimental and control groups in reducing stress and some physiological variables as well as in improving the results among Youth Squash players.3. Squash players show variant degrees of psychological stress in sport competition and law degrees in training units.Out of her experience and field practicing in Squash Clubs, the National Team of Squash, participation in several Local and International Championships and access to many of the related literature, the researcher noticed that the performance level of a lot of players in official competition was different than their performance level during the training units. The reason for that could be attributed to the exposure to psychological and physiological stress concerning their performance. The researcher therefore decided studying this case among Youth players by using specific exercises for psychological relaxation during the latter part of their training unit and identifying the effect of these exercises on reducing stress and some physiological variables as well as the extent of their effect on the results of the players. The aims of the study accordingly came as follow : 1 - Identifying the level of psychological stress and some physiological variables among Youth Squash players. 2 - Setting up relaxation exercises to reduce stress and some physiological variables among Youth Squash players.3 - Identifying the effect of using relaxation exercises to reduce stress and some physiological variables on Youth Squash players

Abstract: ان اهمية استخدام المهارات الهجومية في التنس كونها الحاسمة في احراز النقاط التي يتطلب فيها ان يكون الاداء محكوما بالخصائص الميكانيكية التي تكون هي المحدد الرئيسي لنجاح الاداء الفني للمهارة، مع عدم اغفال الاهمية الكبيرة للدقة وسرعة اطلاق الكرة عند اداء هات | The importance of research lies by working to provide some variables Barkinmatikia values of the model for the performance of volley and smash stroke for the advanced players in tennis as well as the preparation of a training curriculum according to some variables for two - stroke and smash for the development of accuracy performance, considering to some variables Barkinmatikia variables are associated with the good performance to these stroke at the nearest areas the right consequent , precision and speed required for the performance of various stroke , the research problem through is the weakness of the technical performance of these two stroke for the advanced players applicants for clubs of Qadisiya province, as they are performing these two stroke in areas close to the opponent because of poor performance and the speed of the ball is not required in the performance level of these two stroke especially crushing blow as the player leads quickly inappropriate smash shoot , leading to ease reception thus strikes reported these balls are offensive player, leading most likely to lose the point, so the researcher to study saw that this problem by providing information on the values of some variables Barkinmatikia for a two - stroke volley and smash and develop the performance of these two stroke through the preparation of a training curriculum according to some variables to Barkinmatikia order to get the accuracy and speed of replay for volleyball players at the performance of these two stroke for the advanced players and rounded applicants of the form level. The search is aiming to identify the impact of exercises for the prepared goal according to some Barkinmatikia variables in the development of performance accuracy two stroke volley and the smash players experimental group, and also to identify the differences in the values of certain Barkinmatikia variables and accuracy performance stroke volley and smash between the model and players of the experimental group.The researcher supposed that the exercises for the prepared according to some Barkinmatikia variables positive impact on changing some Barkinmatikia variables values for the development of accurate performance of the two stroke volley and smash for the advanced players tennis, and the researcher used the experimental method designed asymmetrical groups and select the community are the advanced players of clubs in Qadisiya province and the number (10) players and a section Sample researcher into two officer and experimental work researcher to design two tests to measure the accuracy and researcher used the high - resolution cameras, and the work of a researcher on imaging model, a national team player in order to take advantage of Barkinmatikia variables, as used researcher equipment and instruments help to the process of training curriculum prepared where the application of the training curriculum took ( 8) weeks divided into three units per week and total training modules amounted to 24 units and the researcher used the bag statistical SPSS.The most important conclusions : they are the exercises prepared by the researcher had a significant influence in improving Barkinmatikia variables, and special exercises changed from Barkinmatikia the values of variables and unevenly and all the best for the performance of the two stroke volley and smash in tennis for all members of the experimental group, as the results show in the field of kinetic analysis that the four stages in the performance of the smash stroke affected and effectively in the four key variables involved in building the principles of the movement in the smash strike which is an extension striking arm and high hit the ball point and angle of the fall of the ball and speed peripheral striking the arm that we can through which access to information which angles can contribute as much as effective in the study of performance details and setting standards that govern it, and that any Barkinmatikia change at any stage clearly affects the subsequent phase due to the stability of the performance parameters in the exploitation of Barkinmatikia laws, and that the use of any devices and means of training stimulates the players on the development of their skills especially strikes which require a high compatibility, and tests designed to measure precision strikes, gave us a clear picture of performance such as precision strikes so. The main recommendations are : the need for knowledge of those in charge of training the rules of kinetic analysis that depend on the basic principles for each of kinesiology and anatomy and biomechanics and other sciences associated with the movement, as well as conduct similar studies to determine the impact of exercise for the stomach according to the kinetic analysis in the development of basic skills in tennis commensurate process with the modern evolution of the game, based on the use of science - based training methods by building a standardized training modules and utilized by those concerned and design training curricula to overcome the weaknesses in Barkinmatikia variables revealed by the results of research and development in order to achieve better results.

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة تاثير تنويع اشكال الاداء باسلوبي التمرين المتجمع والعشوائي في دقة وعمق الضربات الامامية والخلفية بالتنس، والكشف عن افضل المجاميع من المتعلمين التي افادت من التنويع في اشكال الاداء ولكلا الاسلوبين لصالحها, وعليه تحددت مشكلة البحث في | The study aims to investigate the effect of variety of types of performance in blocked and random practice styles on accuracy and depth for forehand and backhand in tennis. The problem of the research is formed to seek knowledge of using blocked and random practice in learning types of forehand and backhand will help in doing these strokes in good accuracy and depth. The subjects were (45) male students enrolled at the third level at college of physical education. Their average age was (21.3) years. They were divided into three groups; the first was the subject to the blocked practice and the second to the random one whereas the third one was the control. The results revealed a significant effect between the pre and post - tests for the three groups in acquiring and learning the accuracy and depth of forehand and backhand strokes. The best effect on acquisition and learning tests appeared in results of the random practice group. The results also, revealed that the interference and variety in shapes of motors of skill increase the control and ability in performing the strokes. The recommendations emphasize using scheduling of random practice in learning skills of tennis which has an important role in developing, retention, and playing. The researcher also recommended that discovering constant and variable errors help the teacher and the trainer and enable them to correct them.

Abstract: The thesis included five sections , the first section tackles the introduction of research and its importance in which the researcher tackles badminton because it is characterized its fast performance and continuous movement. the situations require a fast motor response. the coaches and specialists resort to kinetic analysis and the use of technology to calculate some biomechanical variables and to calculate the angles and the speed of different body parts during movement, as well as resorting to devices including the Electromyography (EMG) to record and calculate the electrical activity of muscles working during the performance skills in playing badminton. By watching and following - up the world and local models of the game and championship Iraqi universities, which includes most of the national team players have noticed a large number of players practicing this skill depending on the strength resulting from the elbow and forearm muscles only, or of the shoulder joint and the strength of the muscles of the upper arm. In the best cases, they depend on the shoulder belt in the production of force. hence the research problem was crystallized when the researcher found that the impact of the joints and muscles associated with body parts and labor and not affecting investment and hiring this effect by the players during the performance optimally represented Streamline between mechanical parts of the body and motor transport. That has prompted the researcher to make a recombination of biomechanics science and the variables of electrical activity of muscles (EMG) and flow index as a means. In order to achieve objective of her study that are : - 1 - Identifying the flow index through the stages of performance skill to strike the front of the national team players badminton. 2 - Identify the values of variables electrical activity of some working muscles through the stages of performance skill to frontal strike of the Iraqi national team players badminton. 3 - The relationship between the flow index and the variables of electrical activity (EMG) for some muscle and biomechanical variables and the level of performance skill frontal strike, the Iraqi national team players badminton. The researcher assumed that there is a significant correlation between the flow index and the variables of electrical activity of the muscles during some stages with the performance biomechanical variables skill frontal strike for the badminton players in the Iraqi National of badminton.The areas of research The players of the national team badminton totaling (5) for the period from 26/1/2014 up to 02/02/2014 at the Hall Stadium Badminton Assyrian Club. The researcher tackled a number of theoretical studies in Section Two - related to research topic, as well as the researcher tackled to study a similar relationship with her research. This included the third section includes (5) players from the Iraqi national team badminton for the year 2014 to 2013. The researcher used some media, devices and tools to gather information and determined the tests for them. these includes the electric muscle activity (EMG) Bluetooth weighs (250 g) Type ((Myo trace400) four - channel by (Inc - Noraxan) Company as well as the video camera graphic specially for analysis motor type (Com handy / Sony quickly (25) Image / s and the other of type (Sony) Japanese - made high - speed frequency (210) Image /sec. She conducted tests to research to the search results using the appropriate statistical means. Through the presentation, analysis, and discussion of results in section Four, the statistical treatments were was obtained and have been converted from the statistical language based icons numbers to the language of scientific reasoning based on the parameters of the description in the induction (moral, non - moral). Then they were discussed in a scientific method with accreditation on scientific sources, has been through the debate to achieve the objectives of the research and validation of hypothesis. The researcher concluded : - 1 - The variable of electrical activity of the gastrocnemius muscle has a positive impact in the variable (peripheral speed of the arm), which reflected positively in the course of adjusting to rapid kinetic sleek and exact itinerary badminton in subsequent phases. 2 - the variable of electrical activity of the muscle flexor carpi radialis have a positive impact in the variable (wrist joint angle and angular velocity of the arm), which reflected positively in the direction of complete motor transport duty motor. 3 - The variable flow have a positive impact in each of the variable (the angular velocity of the arm and the angular velocity of the trunk and a variable level of performance skill). 4 - The variable rate that the amplitude of the rectus femoris muscle have a positive impact in each of the variable (trunk inclination angle, angle of the wrist joint), the bio - Kinematic other variables did not show any correlation with it. 5 - The variable rate that the amplitude of the spinal dorsal muscle have a positive impact in each of the variable (wrist joint angle, angular velocity of the trunk), for the bio - Kinematic other variables did not show any correlation with it. 6 - The variable rate of capacity for each muscle (rectus femoris, spinal dorsal, flexor carpi radialis) has a positive impact in the variable (the level of performance skills), for the bio - Kinematic other variables did not show any correlation with it. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including 1 - The need to emphasize the effectiveness of the flow index in badminton - because of its role in the importance of achieving greater amounts of quantity (momentum), energy and, consequently, better performance. 2 - The need to pay attention to train players on how to take advantage of the different angles of the joints of the body in the form of improving the performance and get the bio - Kinematic variables necessary to obtain an optimal level of performance. 3 - The need to develop a training course customized depending on the results of analysis of kinetic bio - Kinematic to reach optimum performance skills to blow the front filed through badminton coaches attention to these approaches for the development of the values of certain variables bio - Kinematic especially angular velocity and speed of the peripheral arm strike. 4 - The need to emphasize the correct mechanical situation of the point higher center of gravity of the body during the frontal strike because of its positive role in achieving the degree of stability of the body balance to increase the amount of force act hanging by the player towards the ground and the corresponding reaction force equal the amount and the opposite direction across the motor transfer in the body of the player who perform the movement. 5 - The need to emphasize the variable angle of the knee and the tendency of the trunk because of mechanical variables to achieve the best stretch of the body and its positive influence in determining the values of the high center of gravity of the body, motor transport is synergistic simultaneous seeks to achieve the desired goal motor. The researcher pointed to the sources, and references which have been used in research procedures, as well as the development of supplements for the study.
