Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة تاثير تنويع اشكال الاداء باسلوبي التمرين المتجمع والعشوائي في دقة وعمق الضربات الامامية والخلفية بالتنس، والكشف عن افضل المجاميع من المتعلمين التي افادت من التنويع في اشكال الاداء ولكلا الاسلوبين لصالحها, وعليه تحددت مشكلة البحث في | The study aims to investigate the effect of variety of types of performance in blocked and random practice styles on accuracy and depth for forehand and backhand in tennis. The problem of the research is formed to seek knowledge of using blocked and random practice in learning types of forehand and backhand will help in doing these strokes in good accuracy and depth. The subjects were (45) male students enrolled at the third level at college of physical education. Their average age was (21.3) years. They were divided into three groups; the first was the subject to the blocked practice and the second to the random one whereas the third one was the control. The results revealed a significant effect between the pre and post - tests for the three groups in acquiring and learning the accuracy and depth of forehand and backhand strokes. The best effect on acquisition and learning tests appeared in results of the random practice group. The results also, revealed that the interference and variety in shapes of motors of skill increase the control and ability in performing the strokes. The recommendations emphasize using scheduling of random practice in learning skills of tennis which has an important role in developing, retention, and playing. The researcher also recommended that discovering constant and variable errors help the teacher and the trainer and enable them to correct them.
