kinetic, and here came the importance of research to identify the contribution of physical - kinetic intelligent and equilibrium emotional being the grounds important to improve kinetic performance , which enables us to develop predictive equations to identify the level of kinetic performance of the assortment kinetic on the balance beam.The main research problemThe lack of research on these important issues and of the growing interest in the psychological aspect of the students and which are not less important than the physical abilities and skills, so it had to conduct this research to identify on the physical - kinetic intelligence level and emotional equilibrium Abstractamong female students as well as to identify the relationship between them and the starting motor on the balance beam, which enables us to develop predictive equations in terms of the variables selected in the squad on the balance beam mobility of students.The objectives were as follows : - 1 - Identifying the level of intelligence on the physical - kinetic and emotional equilibrium of the research sample.2 - Identify the correlation between intelligence physical - kinetic and equilibrium level of emotional and kinetic performance in the assortment kinetic on the balance beam to the sample.3 - 1 - There is a correlation, confidence and statistical significance between the level of physical intelligence - and the level of assortment kinetic performance on the balance beam and the relationship is proportional.2 - Correlation, confidence and statistical significance between the level of balancing the emotional and the level of performance in the team dynamic on the balance beam and the relationship was direct correlation between the balance of emotional and positive performance in the team dynamic on the balance beam and the relationship inversely balance emotional and negative performance.3 - Students who earned a high level in the test assortment kinetic are who earned a high degree in the physical - kinetic intelligence test and the level of positive emotional balance with the highest level of negative emotional equilibrium.4 - Researcher reached the total of predictive equations for the level of performance in the assortment kinetic on the balance beam kinetic intelligence in terms of physical - kinetic and emotional balance, positive and negative.According to the above findings the researcher recommends a set of recommendations : - 1 - Find intelligent interest in physical variables - the physical, emotional balance as they relate to the level of performance in close range of the kinetic on the balance beam for the students and being the most important aspects that have a psychological impact on the general performance in a positive way.2 - Attentions to conduct more tests because of its psychological impact on the level of performance in all sports activities.3 - Need to benefit from the predictive equations because of their importance in predicting what will be the performance level of students in the future in all sports activities in general and gymnastics in particular.4 - Development and the development of the psychological characteristics of students and to identify the strengths and weaknesses and have noted its development and to provide methods and strategies

The significance of the study lies in the important role of the linguistic programming in in the sport performance. Thus, it is better to test the Neuro linguistic programming of the athletes, and as there is no International, Arabic or Iraqi sport testing tool for this concept, the significance of the study increases. Therefore, the researcher finds that building a Neuro linguistic programming test to be used by the coaches,researchers and those who are specialized to measure this concept for the players.Problem of the study : many researches and modern psychological studies showed that many sport failures and not achieving the desired results and those due to many factors like : weakness in the personal experience,weakness in the personalconfidence,weakness in the personalthinking, negative performance, no clear aim for the players,weakness in Construting positive relations among the players in addition to not changing the negative believes into positive ones. The problem of the study comes to the surface in not having International, Arabic nor Iraqi sport or other aspect testing tool for this concept.This test is no less important than other sport tests; therefore the researcher aims at Construting a Nero linguistic programming test for the advanced players in some team games. The study aims at : Construting a Neuro linguistic programming test for the advanced players in some team games as one of the indicatorsto measure the Neuro linguistic programming.Domains of the study : 1 - Human Domain : the advanced players of super grade teams for the team games (football, handball, basketball) in Iraq.2 - Time Domain : the period from 28/1/2014 to 12/8/20143 - Place Domain : sport courts which the players do their training and competitions.Chapter Two : theoretical and ex - studies : This chapter includes two aspects : the first one contains (12) theoretical items concerning the concept of the Neuro linguistic programming while the second contains (7) ex - studies. Chapter Three : methods and field procedures of the study : The descriptive method in the scanning style has been used for its suitability to the nature of the problem of the study. The researcher builds a test Neuro linguistic programming test for the advanced players who are (594)representing (% 83.3) of the study sample who are (713)players. Procedures, samples, used tools as : means ofcollecting data and used equipment have been explained.Chapter Four : Displaying, analyzing and discussing the results : This chapter displays, analyzes and discusses the results reached at to achieve the aims of the study.Chapter Five : the most important conclusions of the study : 1 - Construting a Neuro linguistic programming test for some team games.2 - Neuro linguistic programming is an integrated aspects and dimensions process and we cannot achieve the desired aims with such dimensions.3 - According to the factors analysis (28) twenty - eight factors have been extracted to the Neuro linguistic programming test.4 - The items of the test are (89) distributed on (28) dimensions and ingredients testing the Neuro linguistic programming.While the most important recommendations are : 1 - Using the Neuro linguistic programming test designed by the researcher because it is one of the indicators which indicates testing Neuro linguistic programming for the advanced players in some team games.2 - Working on providing psychological specialists in the Iraqi clubs to help the players getting rid of their problems and stimulating them to reach the sport achievement.3 - Typifying the test designed by the researcher by the researchers and the students of the higher studies.4 - Construting ameasure of Neuro linguistic programmin for individual games.5 - Construting Ameasure of Neuro linguistic programming for the advanced female players in other games.6 - the capacity of using the Neuro linguistic programming deisgned by the researcher on different samples from other sport clubs after making the suitable modifications to fit the type of the sample and the activity that are being applied on.7 - Paying attention to develop the sport clubs and permitting the specialized in Nero linguistic programming work in the sport clubs to achievesuccess in the sport work.

Abstract: ان المفهوم الخاطئ والسائد في وطننا العربي هو عدم ممارسة المراة الحامل للرياضة وذلك لاعتقادهم ان ممارسة الرياضة تشكل خطرا على صحة الام وصحة جنينها في حين اثبتت الدراسات ان الرياضة تلعب دورا كبيرا في المحافظة على صحة المراة الحامل ووقايتها من الكثير من الا | The wrong and familiar opinion in our Arab country is that the pregnant women should not execute the sport due to their believe that the sport performing will be risky on mother health and her fetus, whereas the studies proved that the sport play a significant part in protection of pregnant women healthy and prevent her from many diseases like diabetes mellitus , venous thrombosis and other diseases also it helps the pregnant women to keep her fitness and prevent her body from obesity by decrease the augmentation going on body fat percentage and strengthen the body muscles also it improves the cardiac vascular and respiratory circulatory and respiratory systems, whereas the sport has a great rule to elevate the physical and psychological body efficiency for the pregnant women. And from here, the problem of current study was appeared , to arrange special exercises for the pregnant women and evaluate the effect of these exercises on body fat percentage and muscular components and some respiratory indicators, also the current study aimed to prepare special exercises and evaluate their effects on body fat percentage and muscular components and some respiratory indicators and also to assess if the sport exercises have effects on improving these variables in pregnant women who performed these exercises. The community of study included the pregnant women whom attended the primary medical centers in Al - Suleimaniya province who are (18 - 28) years old and within 36 week pregnanty. The study involve (16) pregnant women , within the period from 16/2/2012 to 22/5/2012. The theoretical studies consisted of the pregnancy physiology meaning and the sport effect on the pregnancy. In addition, the study included of the body composition (fat ingredient and muscle ingredient), respiratory system, and its indicators also the study involve the meaning of the special exercise and its types and the similar studies. The researcher used group of statistical tools to achieve the study goals {arithmetic average, standard deviation, mediator, twist coefficient and the tow lows of (T.test)}; for the associated and independent samples.The researcher concludes the following conclusions : - 1 - The special exercise have positive effect on the fitness of the pregnant women.2 - The special exercise have positive effect on the metabolism rate in the pregnant women whom performed the sport exercise.3 - The special exercise have positive effect on body fat percentage through decreasing the fat percentage incre going on the pregnant women whom performed the sport exercises. 4 - Its appear from the current study that the special exercise have positive effect on the muscular component for pregnant women whom performed the sport exercise.5 - The special exercise have positive effect on the improvement of the respiratory indicators. 6 - The body fat percentage, proportionate inversely with the metabolism rate, during the rest time.In addition, the researcher recommends the following : - 1 - It is necessary to arrange a nutritional program association with the sport exercises to maintain the ideal weight in pregnant women.2 - It is necessary that the specialists take care on pregnant women sport in all government primary healthy centers.3 - It is necessary to arrange a program including of especial exercises for pregnant women from the early month of pregnancy.4 - It is necessary to perform comparison study on lowering of body mass centre between pregnant women that perform and not performed sport exercise.5 - Associate the different music through the execution of the sport exercise as incorporeal and psychological motive for the pregnant women.6 - Execute similar studies for pregnant women, and for different age groups.

Find community and the Department of randomly into two samples : a sample of (30) students to legalize the scale and conduct scientific bases and a sample of (67) students to apply the scale and find differences between individuals in the sample patterns of learning.To achieve the objectives of the research researcher questionnaire designed to measure the learning patterns of the sample individuals,After making the scientific basis of the scale has become a component of the 40 items, divided into four patterns of learning and every pattern Athtoa ten paragraphs, The degree obtained by the individual who applies the measure is the sum of all degree paragraphs for each style separately, and the highest degree obtained per pattern (50 ) and the lowest score is (10), while the center - premise they are (30) degrees and the student which is characterized by complex pattern is from the center of my biggest central premise of the gathering of any two patterns to be the middle of the arithmetic greater than 60 degrees.Among the objectives of the study to find the prevailing educational style with the subject teacher in the delivery of educational material practical and theoretical lesson in fencing. So researcher prepared a measure of sensory patterns of Education Cognitive Composite prevailing at the teacher.It was the adoption of cognitive achievement scale duel, containing two models of the optional questions and questions, the correct answer and the answer wrong. Were also evaluated the collection of practical performance (skill) for the six skills and ten degrees each skill, according to the flow of kinetic and consistency, accuracy, and collect the six widgets skills get a degree to collect the practical performance of a maximum of 60 degrees and a minimum of zero. The study aims to : 1. Work out a kinetic approach to develop some of the kinetic cognitive abilities and knowledge acquisition in mathematics and science for slow - learning pupils of the private second - class primary pupils.2. There are no differences of statistical significance between the pre & post tests for the experimental and control groups of some of the knowledge acquisition and cognitive abilities of mathematics and science according the sex variables for slow - learning pupils of the private second - class primary pupils.Concerning theoretical studies, the researcher comes across several researches considering curriculum, athletic education, small games, academic qualification, kinetic cognitive abilities, besides the slow - learning concept; diagnosis, causes, and slow - learning characteristics. Reference has also been made to similar previous studies on the same subject.In execution of the study objectives, the researcher applied the following procedures : 1. The experimental approach of two equivalent groups>2. The study specimen was represented by slow - learning pupils of the private second - class primary pupils from Martyr Abdul rasool Awda Primary School, affiliated with the Directorate General of Education, Karkh III, in the academic year 2012 - 2013, totaling 16 male and female pupils divided into two groups; an experimental group consisting of 8 pupils and a control group of 8 pupils.3. The researcher has used Raven intelligence test and Purdue Scale to measure the kinetic cognitive abilities and attainment test in mathematics and science for the mid - year exams.4. Determining the experimental and control groups randomly by using lot, the specimen was equivalent.5. Completing the pre - tests of the kinetic cognitive abilities by using Purdue scale, the kinetic approach proposed by the researcher was executed for 30 educational units, besides the implementation at a rate of 3 educational units a week. The duration of the single educational units reached 40 minutes.6. Executing the kinetic approach proposed, the post - tests for kinetic cognitive abilities were performed by applying Purdue scale and knowledge acquisition test for mathematics and science.7. Appropriate statistical methods for information processing were also used.The researcher arrived at several conclusions, the most important of which are : 1. The approach she worked out effectively contributed to the development of kinetic cognitive abilities and knowledge acquisition of mathematics and science for slow - learning pupils.2. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of games and athletic activities in developing kinetic cognitive abilities and knowledge acquisition of slow - learning pupils.3. The pupils actively responded to accept mathematics and science through using small educational games.Finally, the researcher recommended the following : 1. It is necessary to adopt the kinetic approach proposed by her in teaching slow - learning pupils of the private second - class primary pupils, since it proved to be effective.2. It is necessary to pay more concern to athletic education which contributes to building the basic aspects of pupil's character, especially the kinetic cognitive abilities and knowledge acquisition.3. It is important to use educational kinetic games in teaching various study materials and to train teachers on how to design, select and apply them.

Use descriptive approach, the research community, who was named the way they deliberate national teams players of the participating countries in the Championship Sinai International Open bowling (men + women), which was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt for the period (15 - 30/4/2014) totaling (72 ) athletes (57 player +15 player) has chosen the researcher research sample and of all the players (men and women) and by (100%), and they do represent the research community as a whole, and the participating countries are (Egypt, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia Bahrain). After deviate standards and how to calculate the results and conduct official correspondence between the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls and the Iraqi Central bowling alley, and the Arab Union for bowling to conduct the study on the participating teams, has been approved to travel researcher to the Arab Republic of Egypt to conduct tests on the Arab players participating in the tournament Sinai for the period from 15 - 30 / 4/2014 in Cairo. Been applied to measure psychological adjustment and self - control center with the help of assistant team before the tournament one day and collectively on 14/04/2014 at four o'clock in the afternoon bowling hall in Cairo.The tournament began on 15.04.2014 till 30.04.2014, were collected from the results of achievement judge committee at the end of the tournament. The researcher used the bag ready SPSS statistical and statistical laws that achieve the goal of the search, and after processing and analyzing the results concluded researcher Tatiana : - appeared that the research sample of men and women players bowling characterized adaptation myself. - afternoon variation in the axes of psychological adjustment among a sample search of players bowling. - appeared to be more axes scale effect in psychological adjustment is the social hub and then followed by Axis personal emotional and family respectively. - outperformed a sample of men over women players bowling in the scale psychological adjustment. - outperformed a sample of men over women players bowling in the axes of psychological adjustment (social, family, personal.( - did not show a difference in the emotional axis between men and women players from the bowling alley. - appeared that the research sample of men and women players bowling characterized the status of internal control. - did not show a difference in the locus of control internal and external between men and women players from the bowling alley. - outperformed a sample of men over women players bowling in the outcome of the competition. - emerged is a significant correlation between the positive correlation (a measure of psychological adjustment scale locus of control) with the results of competitions for players bowling.Based on the conclusions of the research researcher recommends : - - Paying attention to sports bodies responsible for different sports and sports clubs and national teams and psychological adaptation Center restraint among players bowling because of its effect on the outcome of the competition. - Attention to a game of bowling by conducting various studies for the development of achievement and other age groups.

The problem of the study was the weakness in the motor Capabilities of the pupils at the age (8) years and the need to use innovative modern methods and its development , so the researcher used simulation system (Wii) within the curriculum as a method to develop some motor skills for pupil in primary schools at the age (8) years and increase their educational outcome.The aim of study1. To know the effect of this teaching system to develop some motor skills of this age.2. To know the best group to develop these skills at this ages.Hypothesis of the study : 1. There are statistical differences between pre and post tests for the experimental.2. There are statistical differences between controlling groups and in favor of the group using the of a simulation (wii) I used an experimental method which was suitable for the nature of the reserch problem , as it has been selected primary school pupils at age (8) years, the age (8) years means are all pupils who have completed the age of (7) years and entered year (8) They are pupils of the second level of primary, they were chosen as the sample , a private school was chosen to ensure the availability of the pitch and the classroom appropriate to implement the experience. The sample of pupils was divided into two groups, control group and the other experimental (10) pupils per group, the control group followed the traditional approach without the use of teaching aids , while the experimental group using the proposed curriculum and educational means a device simulation (wii), the curriculum has continued for a period of (10) weeks from 19/2/2012 until 2/5/2012, the program divided in to (30) teaching units , (3) unit per week (Sunday - Tuesday - Wednesday), and it took (45) minutes for each unit and the researcher used the following tests : 1 - test the speed of motor response2 - test of precise motor response3 - test of coordination between eye and foot4 - test of coordination between eye and hand5 - fitness test.Post - test was conducted on 03/05/2012 on the control and experimental groups.This Chapter Contains the show for most important results, analysis and discussion , using the program spss and the researcher checked the results through the use of test (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T for samples asymmetric and non - symmetrical) the results were put in tables and discussed in a scientific manner and enforced by scientific references and during the discussion the goals of research was achieve.Conclusions : 1. That both the educational curriculum and educational curriculum to be using the simulator (Wii) have a positive impact in the development of some motor skills for students age (8 years).2. That educational curriculum using the simulator (Wii) works on the development of some motor skills for students age (8 years) are better than the educational curriculum decision. Recommendations : 1.Need to use the equipment, tools and aids within educational curriculum set for the purpose of increasing the return of education and training to students. 2. Provide a number of equipment, methods and tools to help schools with the work of training courses for teachers in how to use them with curriculum development for the purpose of physical education lesson

Also conduct studies on the contribution rates of physical abilities and mental and motor gives a clear picture about the potential of their team's trained and appropriate means to raise the level of achievement.So lies the importance of research in that the contribution of some of the determinants of physical and motor and mental own bowling game of scientific studies accepted and which is expected to have results with a direct impact on the level of performance and thus achievement of higher, so they are trying to scientific interest aspects affecting directly involved in the selection process and training order to achieve the desired objectives to reach higher achievement.It is through the experience of the researcher being the player earlier and trained in the practice of the game and training , and through the viewing and follow - up steps to the education and training of this game, noted that the selection of players for national teams are not on according to the basis of selection right and depending on the exact specifications of player Bowling, also noted that there is variation in the selection and the training of players, and there is no any selectors can be relied upon when the selection and training of the players in terms of the determinants of physical and motor and mental , which leads to a waste of effort training , and therefore the objective of the training process is not clear, therefore sought the researcher to develop this game in the selection of players in order to achieve the best performance when training or access to a number of quarters with high numbers during the competition.The study aimed to : - Identify some of the physical abilities and mental and motor according to the relative importance of bowling game players. - Understand the relationship between some physical abilities and mental and motor in the completion of a bowling game. - Identify the percentage contribution of some physical abilities and mental motor in the completion of a bowling game.The researcher assumed : - The existence of a correlation between some physical abilities and mental and motor in the completion of a bowling game. - There is the contribution of different degrees of some physical abilities and mental and motor in the completion of a bowling game. Part Two : - Theoretical and Similar Studies : - This part contains the study of these matters which are relating to the research and this is the co - operational learning and the researcher talks about his growing concept of co - operational learning , aims and characteristics of co - operational learning , original principle , execute steps , the factors which will be the cause to succeed the co - operational learning style , the role of students and teachers in it ,size of groups and co - operational learning modes the appearance of learning co - operation , similarities and differences between co - operation and imitation styles , article steps to performance for rising snatch.The concept and importance and special physical abilities for raising it, reach and got learning and protection with all the kinds of operation except of similar studies and differences between similar study and modern study. Part Three : - Research Program and its Field Procedures : This part contains the managing program which is experimental program and its field procedures, which were the research group and its sample, which had been chosen (40) forty students in it from the second academic year of their study in Training Part/College of Physical Education / Sulaimani University as a sample of the research, then they divided in to two equal parts and after that the equivalence had been for all (time age , weight and tall) , physical abilities and affective movable ) for each (20) students in each group, the experimentalism group followed - on learning in a co - operational mode which put that program for them and it contains ten (10) learning units also the experimental period absorbed (5) five weeks for each learning units in ( 1) one week, and the learning unit period was (90) ninety minutes, but the second group (control group ) used the imitation style for rising the snatch , and they also finished by the same period. The researcher depended on some tools , facilities and the factors of collection information , then limited special physical abilities and suitable tests for their measurements , then ensured in equivalence for both groups in each physical , motor abilities and motor procuring (level of skill performance and achieving ) and that’s through the scientific notice and photographing the research sample performance from the referees by a special form which designed for this purpose , then the two scouting tests had been did , one of them was for managing motor and physical tests in the research and the other for the learning program and before doing the pre - tests the practical of the two units of introduction had been did then the practical program , after that the researcher did the post - test , finally he did the absolute protection test procedure , and after getting a number of data the researcher used some statistical factors ( mathematical midst, criterion aberrance, (t) test for independent and nondependent samples and absolute protection test) ).Part Four : - Exhibition, Analyzing Results and their Discussions : - This part contains the exhibition and analyzing the result of pre and post tests in getting motor ( level of performance skills and achieving ) and special physical abilities and protection , doing the comparison between both of pre and post - tests for the both groups and finally between post tests between protection and post - tests, then their discussions. Part Five : - Recommendation and Conclusion : - This part contains a numerous conclusions and recommendations, and the most important of these conclusions are : 1 - Confirmed using co - operational learning and imitating way with their affective in (level of performance skill) for rising snatch by the second year students of the College of Physical Education at Sulaimania University. 2 - Confirmed using co - operational learning its effectiveness in achieving for rising snatch by the research sample.3 - Confirmed using co - operational learning its effectiveness in developing all special physical abilities enquired from the research sample. 4 - Confirmed using imitational way its effectiveness in the abilities of ( the most power of legs and explosiveness power of the legs ) by the research sample.5. The effectiveness of co - operational learning group succeeded in protecting on the imitating learning group in a motor procuring and special physical abilities.The Most Important Recommendations Were : 1 - Interesting from the characteristics ( co - operational learning mode by strategic consorts ) in learning neophytes at the level of skill performance and achieving to rise snatch by the activity of weight - lifting and protecting it. 2 - Focus on managing co - operational learning way in that it's better than the imitating way in developing special physical abilities and protecting it.3 - Necessity of cropping out catching and the importance of teaching methods and modern learning in learning art of performance activities, sport games in general and weight - lifting activity in special style. 4 - Focus on the lists of learning practically (instructors in the colleges and physical education departments ) , in the first learning stages to activity of weight - lifting by symposiums and courses and teaching methods , the necessity of managing methods and miscellaneous factors in general way and co - operational learning in special.

The different available psychomotor experiences and skills that the students may learn according to the theories set by the scientists require psychomotor programs set by scientific basis tent depend on the actual reality of some of the basic psychomotors for those students.The importance of the research emerges from the necessity of expanding students perception by setting a suggested educational program that aims at developing some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and other basic psychomotors for nine years old students.The problem of the research lies in carelessness about developing cognitive and psychomotor abilities and other basic psychomotors for nine years old students. Also about carelessness of using ball games and using ancient and undeveloped procedures at applying sport lesson.The research aims to : Setting a suggested educational programs using ball games to develop some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for elementary school students of (9) years old, knowing the effect of using the educational program in developing research variables for the research individuals sample. And knowing the better group in consequent test and knowing the differences betweens boys and girls concerning developing the research variables for the sample individuals of the research.The researcher using the experimental program in equal groups procedure, the sample of the research included (40) student of boys and girls, they were chosen randomly and divided into two groups : control and experimental groups, (20) students to each group. The educational and followed programs included (18) educational units for (6) weeks, dividing (3) educational units per - week during (40) minutes for each educational unit.The researcher made a pre and consequent measure for the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for the elementary school students of (9) years old then the statically procedure were made to know the effect of the two programs on developing some cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for elementary school students of nine years old.The results were representing as a tables and being discussed according to the researcher opinions reinforced by same identity of the research resources. The researcher has reached too many results : - 1. Using the suggested educational program and the program led to developing some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for the students of (9) years old in boys and girls.2. The suggested educational program is better than the followed program in developing some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for the students of (9) years old (boys and girls) except the directive ness ability.3. Experimental girls are better than controlled boys in walking test, while experimental boys are better than controlled girls in crossing hurdle test, but no development in both sexes concerning the blackboard test, while the experimental Boys are relatively better than experimental girls but they are relatively similar concerning all the basic psychomotors.According to such result, the researcher recommended by the following : - 1. Ensuring to use the suggested educational program which prove the development in some cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for elementary school students of nine years old both sexes.2. The necessary of investment sport lesson with repeating, practicing and variety by using ball games in purposeful mode which made and led to developing some cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors.3. Making other similar studies on both sexes and choosing sensitive and psychomotor activities and other basic forms likes (jump - gambol - strikes…etc.) for other school classes.

Abstract: احتوى الباب الاول على التعريف بالبحث اذ تم من خلاله التطرق الى الحركة وما فيها من ابعاد مهمة لتطوير مستوى الاداء لدى الاطفال بعمر (5 - 6) سنوات, واوضحت اهمية استثمار هذه الحركة بالشكل الصحيح, لتكون الخطوة الواعدة في اعداد جيل يمتلك قدرة على الاداء المثالي | The importance of the study lies in investing children's movements in a correct manner so as to be the essential step towards perfect level of performance in any sport that they wish to practice. The Problem of the study is that there are differences in children's performance of the basic movements and the researcher believe these differences to be due to their body types.The Aims of The Study : 1. Identifying the relationship between body type and the level of performing basic movement in children of the ages 5 - 6 years old.2. Identifying the differences between sexes in the level of performing the basic movement in children of the ages 5 - 6 years old. The Hypotheses of The Study : 1. There is a statistical relationship between body type and the level of performing some basic movement in children of the ages 5 - 6 years old.2. There are statistical differences between the two sex in the level of performing some basic movements using body type of the subjects.The Procedures : The researcher used the descriptive method. The subjects were 108 children (53 males and 55 females). Their measurements were taken including their height and weight. Then, they were divided into three body types according to body mass index of the American health institute (normal, thin and obese). The basic skill movements were determined by a scientific committee. These movements include running, throwing, hopping, receiving and balance. The researcher has performed these movements in front of children and then asked them to imitate him. He filmed all the skills so as to be evaluated by scientific evaluators. The subjects were divided into (obese boys and obese girls), (normal boys and normal girls) and (thin boys and thin girls). The collected data was treated statistically using proper statistical methods to identify the relationship between body type and the level of performing some basic movement by children of the age 5 - 6 years old. Conclusions : The researcher concluded the following : 1. The physical style determines the performance efficiency of kinetic forms.2. The capacity of the hard style altwazan does not take into account.3. Obesity thinning are negative factor influencing performance of basic movements.4. Best natural style in some basic shapes such as kinetic (jogging, throw, jump, receipt).5. Affected by sex by nature physical style.Recommendations : The researcher recommended the following : 1 - Adoption of BMI wanted to sample the continuous search to view the calendar.2 - Adoption of the outcome of some basic sample search motor for continuous calendar.3 - Periodic measurements and weights of children between kindergarten and family cooperation in preserving the non - weight children at this stage.4 - Emphasis on curriculum development in physical patterns to achieve platform.5 - Emphasize not to increase the weight of children because they influence on performance of kinetic forms.6 - Prepare curriculum develops core because kinetic forms of performance sports skills.7 - Further studies and research on influence of different body styles to develop physical and kinetic characteristics.

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى ايجاد درجات ومستويات للسمنة والشحوم وبعض القدرات البدنية للتلاميذ بعمر (11 - 12) سنة، واشتملت عينة البحث على طلبة المدارس الابتدائية في بغداد (مديريتي تربية الكرخ والرصافة الثانية) بعمر (11 - 12) سنة البالغ عددهم (1025) طالبا، وتحدد الم | This study aimed to identify obesity, fat levels, and some physical abilities of pupils aged (11 - 12 years), the research sample were students in primary schools in Baghdad (departments of Education in Al - Karkh and Al - Rusafa II) aged between (11 - 12 years), who were (1025) students , and the research period from (08/04/2010) until (05/05/2010), studies included theoretical of overweight and obesity, and identified methods and the reasons leading to that and the health risks that cause it and body composition and physical fitness elements related to health, as well as similar studies, and the researcher used the descriptive style survey, the researcher used smeasures of height and weight and extraction body mass index (BMI) and measure the thickness of skin folds in the areas such as : triceps muscle ,and under the scapula and get fat precentage by useing (Lohmann - 1992 ) equation and the use growth plan and cross points to determine overweight and obesity as well as fitness tests related to health (the tests were strength of grip, flexibility and abdominal muscles endurance), the researcher used set of statistical tools to achieve the goal of his research (the mean and standard deviation, median and coefficient of torsion and grading standard in relay) as well as for finding the limits of standard grades and within the levels and percentages. The researcher reached mauy conclusions whch are : - The is clear reduction in body mass index variable (BMI) for the sample my age (11) and (12) years. - The is clear reduction in fat precentage variable for the sample age (11) and (12) years. - The is obvious weakness in the research sample age (11 years) and (12) years in grip force variable. - The is obvious weakness in the research sample age (11 years) and (12) years in abdominal muscles endurance variable. - The sample achieved good levels of flexibility age, which is the best physical ability under discussion. - In general the is a lack in research sample aged (11 years) and (12) years in in health - related to physical fitness (strength, flexibility and endurance). The researcher recommended a series of recommendations including : - Do not rely on body mass index as a guide to predict body fat where it should be measured the body mass index and the thickness of skin fold alone both of them. - Prepare programs that focus on physical activities by the Ministry of Education and Health. - Tack care of physical education lessen in schools and teachers needs to focus on material with pupils with high levels of obesity. - Attention to the training of health workers in preventing and controlling obesity. - Include information related to obesity and risks in the curricula of physical education lessons. - Establishing training courses for teachers physical education in the Ministry to introduce them the dangers of obesity and prevention and treatment. - Further studies on both sexes and different age groups to get to know the reality of obesity, physical activity and fitness in order to evaluate and find solutions.

Compound exercise is a new trend characterized as being more challenging than traditional methods of training, a fact that makes its application within a scientific and experimental way to gain an increase in the probability of influencing some physiological and biochemical changes in young footballers. This chapter deals also with the problem that is formed in answering two questions which are; (are there weight compound exercises in youth's training courses?) and (what is the type of weight compound exercises impact on physiological and biochemical changes?). The significance of the study is in answering these two questions.Aims of the Study : ? Forming weight compound exercises for footballers.? Gauging the impact of weight compound exercises on some physiological and biochemical changes.Hypotheses : ? There are significant statistical variations between the pre and posttests results of the experimental and controlling groups in physiological and biochemical changes of young footballers.? There are significant statistical variations in the post test results between the experimental and controlling groups in the physiological and biochemical changes of young footballers.Method and Practical Processes : Chapter three of the thesis sheds light on the way of choosing the method and processes of the study. The researcher applies the experimental method on a sample of (12) Diyala youth football team players. The experimental group is trained according to the training process by using weight compound exercises for two months/ 3 units per week. The researcher conducted the exploratory experiment to ensure main experimentation success, the doing the pretests within the frame of the experimentation method after setting forth the physiological and biochemical changes. After that the tests are repeated after finishing the weight compound training of the experimentation method. Results are conducted statistically by using the (SPSS) statistical package and performing suitable formulae in finding the results.Conclusions : ? The biochemical variations in addition to pulse are positively affected by the type and form of obtained exercises due to the change in exercise mode. ? Results showed that pre - effort Lactic acid ratios remained within close ranges in the experimental group prone to relaxation given to the player before the training session.? Through research results, the researcher figured out the exercises followed by the controlling group had an influence on pulse and CPK variables, keeping the difference between the two groups; the experimental and the controlling.? Results gained show that the exercises done by the controlling group formed no significant difference in Lactic acid variation pre and post effort and Creatine due to the nature of exercises, the stress and period of execution. ? The followed method of training and distributing weight - compound exercises increased post - effort Lactic acid concentration level due to the heavy effort and longer training period in addition to an increase in Creatine level for the experimental group as a natural action to face heavy efforts.? The two groups; experimental and controlling remained within near averages in matters of pre - effort Lactic acid ratios and in pulse as a physiological method obtained by the body to get rid of this acid.? There is a clear cut impact of weight compound training in improving the level of some physiological and biochemical changes of young footballers referred to by the researcher.Recommendations : The researcher recommends ;? All trainers and workers in the field of sports to examine physiological and biochemical changes accompanying preparation stages to codify and ensuring athlete's safety.? Performing weight compound training by trainers.? The importance of using field physiological measurement tools in throughout their training to check the impact of training on athlete's body organs to ensure getting the required accommodation as in pulse measurement and Lactic acid tools.? Dependence on physical and bodily training to improve and evaluate the training process.? Reliance on Lactic acid and pulse as a training signal in codifying training weights and estimating bodily weight intense as well as specifying the suitable hospitalization within the light of this variant.? Research hypotheses were : 1 - there were statistically significant differences between the different tests before and after the four groups in the learning accuracy performance for some tennis skills indoor and outdoor tennis. 2 - there were statistically significant differences in the post tests differentiated between the four groups in the learning accuracy performance of some of the skills of open and closed tennis courts. The researcher used the experimental method and amounted research sample (48) students out of 144 students from the third stage in the Faculty of Physical Education - University of Babylon for the academic year 2013 - 2014. The researcher dividing the sample to (4) Totals equal number (12) students per group, all from beginners (three groups experimental and fourth officer), where each group exercise period of time is different from the other and comfort are also different, but all groups equal in total iterations and the researcher choosing (test accuracy strikes the front and rear and test transmissions in tennis), who are among the standardized tests which was applied to a sample similar to the sample and the same Iraqi environment. Start researcher conducted a major experiment which lasted to (13) a week, 10 weeks for the implementation of the main experiment and weeks of tests before and after a week and a retention period. The test results were presented before and after retention of research groups in the accuracy of the strikes and the front and rear transmission and tennis analyzed and discussed. According to the research objectives. After analysis and discussion of the researcher to reach conclusions and recommendations of several was the most important : - (Conclusions) : 1 - emergence of a positive effect in the acquisition of accuracy performance and learning in the strikes the front and rear and the totals for all. 2 - emergence of an effective impact on the acquisition of accurate performance and the skill of learning to blow the transmission and all the totals. There are 3 - different ratios between the evolution of aggregates in the performance of the strikes the front and rear, and the most sophisticated third set. There are 4 - different ratios between the evolution of aggregates in the performance of the skill of the serve and the most sophisticated second group. It is confirmed of the equiralence of both groups, the researcher has used some of appropriate andequipment to enable him finish his research. The researcher has done reconnaissance experiment to avoid the obstacles that may face him in the main experiment, then he has done the pre - tests then experimental treatment for experimental qroup that included the plyometrics and prolongating exercises for (10) weeks of three units a week, then doing the posttests and treating the statistically. The researcher hasattained several conclusions : 1 - There is an improvement for physical abilities and skill performance of taekwondo advanced players (experimental and control grops).2 - Thrugh what is a clear and real impact on the use of training tools in developing of physical abitities and skill performance of the opposite circular kick for taekwondoadvanced players. Starting from the importance of media in development of awareness in societies , the researcher targeted of the problem towards media aspect to direct the public towards the importance of the scout movement for the individual and the society, that should be taken shape in scientific and practical way. The study targeted to : - 1) Preparing criterion of public awareness for the scout movement.2) Preparing media plan contributed in developing the public awareness between the pre and post test of the public awareness for the scout movement for the individuals of the research sample.As for theoretical studies, the researcher has displayed the explanation aspect for the scout movement and media aspect, with the aid of Arabic and foreign sources, the researcher has defined the scout movement, besides the philosophy of the scout movement and its objectives ,principles and the educational role, as for the media aspect in changing , supporting and forming the gatherings and what are the most important used of media. The researcher follow - up the following procedures in implementation of the research : - 1 - Using the experimental approach2 - Preparing criterion to measure the public awareness for the scout movement and it was applied on the a sample of(250) individuals, and the distinguished force of the criterion items was calculated and their coefficient of reliability via performing the distinguished force and coefficient of internal consistency.3 - After displaying the criterion to a number of experts and specialists, the researcher has reached to the final form of the criterion of (27) items distributed on 3 pivots and alternatives of responses were calculated of (3 - 2 - 1) and according to the gradation chosen by the respondent of (yes, sometimes, No).4 - The survey experiment was performed set the criterion, then the main experiment was performed of the criterion for its technology, where the criterion subjected to scientific bases coefficients(reliability and stability).5 - Then the researcher has prepared media plan applied on the community of research sample.6 - After ensuring of validity of the criterion prepared by the researcher, it is applied via the post test on the community of the research sample of (700) individuals.7 - The suitable statistic means were used to process the data. After displaying results , the results has reached analyzing and analyzing them, the researcher has reached to a number of conclusions most important of which are : - 1 - The significance differences of statistic significance have appeared when preparing criterion the public awareness for the individuals of the research sample.2 - Via preparing and implementation of media plan, it has become clear for the researcher that there is no communication among TV media institutions and Directorate of scout sport activities.3 - Because of the current security conditions all over Iraq, it has found reluctance from the research sample individuals to abide by the scout movement activities, and this effected negatively to quick the pace of the scout movement.Via the conclusions, the researcher has reached, she set a number of recommendations that could sustain the research, most important of which are : - 1 - Depending the prepared criterion by the researcher to measure the public awareness of the scout movement because it is subjected to technology, and which scientific bases criteria were performed in setting the measures.2 - Paying more attention by the media institutions of the scout movements for what the society needs of explanations of the scout education importance of all its aspects( educational, scientific , moral, religious, psychological and physical).3 - Preparing TV programs paying attention on the scout movement and clarifying their objectives in cooperation with historian leaders, to utilize the young energy to develop their country.4 - Performing similar studies on various communities ( educated and non - educated) with other variables ) the educational and moral aspects).

And the experiment carried out on 5/6/2011 till 15/8/2011, the sample was divided into two groups experimental and control, the two group were tested before and after the two groups went under a competitive playing program, and the two tested manipulated statistically.The researcher mentioned in theoretical section several topics including the concept of play, it's kinds, and competitive play concept, as well as the some basic motor abilities such as (running, hoping, jumping and throwing) preliminary children aged (5 - 6) years.After the results presented and discussed the research found the following conclusions : 1 - The two programs competitive playing and Ministry of Education methodology had positive impact in proving some basic motor abilities such as (running, hoping, jumping and throwing) preliminary children aged (5 - 6) years.2 - Competitive playing program that proposed by the researcher, had well impact on the way to improve some basic motor abilities such as (running, hoping, jumping and throwing) preliminary children aged (5 - 6) years.The researcher suggested some recommendations, including : 1 - Implementing competitive play program within the curriculum of the Ministry of Education curriculum limiting its impact on improving some basic abilities.2 - Developing some basic motor abilities have it's benefit on the child's life, namely, the future of basic motor abilities.

The researcher hopes to identity the effect of these exercises using specific weights according to relative strength to develop some motor and skill abilities in young soccer players. The Problem of the study lies in coaches relaying on their experience only without scientific resources when designing training programs for young soccer players especially strength training. Thus the problem is specifying and standardizing relative strength exercises for young soccer players based on scientific bases. The Aims of The Study : 1. Identifying the effect of the relative strength exercises using specific weights on the development of legs muscular strength in young soccer players. 2. Identifying the effect of the relative strength exercises using specific weights on the development of motor and skill abilities in young soccer playersHypotheses of the study : 1) Relative strength exercises using specific weights have positive effects on the development of some motor abilities in young soccer players. 2) Relative strength exercises using specific weights have positive effects on the development of some skill abilities in young soccer players. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (24) young soccer players of the ages 12 years old from Amo Baba's school. They were divided into two groups; the experimental group and controlling group. The experimental group followed the training program proposed by the researcher according to relative strength. The controlling program on the other hand followed the traditional training program. The data was collected, displayed and analyzed using proper statistical methods especially SPSS Conclusions & Recommendations : The researcher came up with many conclusions and ended up recommended the following : Conclusions : 1. Exercises according to partial relative strength using specific weights achieved great development in muscular strength in both pre and posttests for the experimental group in the posttest.2. Exercises according to partial relative strength using specific weights achieved great development in motor abilities (coordination - agility) in both pre and posttests in favor of the posttest.3. The results showed differences between posttests in both groups in favor of the experimental group. Recommendations : 1. Using strength exercises with specific weights according to partial relative strength that the researcher designed within the training program for young soccer players of the ages 12 years old in al soccer clubs and leagues.2. Gradually increasing weights according to scientific bases due to their effect on the level of motor and skill abilities' development in young soccer players.3. Making similar researches on other young age groups of other sports due to the great lack of researches in this field for such age groups.

Abstract: From the researcher experience and his career as a coach in soccer game being a player and coach for all groups ages, he noted that there are weakness in some physical, skills and functional abilities, this problem has been appeared by working with this young players, he found that this decline in their level due to the absence of periodical tests as indicator to detect training programs weaknesses for ineligible coaches who work in sports clubs and who do not have field and scientific knowledge experience in approved approaches and techniques for training programs in preparation for an integrated sport preparation, that should player have it to reach a high level.So the researcher manipulated to use of periodic tests as evaluating approach for coaches’ work of Baghdad clubs for juniors players as a guide according to physical, skills and functional abilities of soccer game.1 - 2 Research Objectives - Classify physical, skills and functional abilities of young soccer players as research sample. - Classify the differences in physical, skills functional abilities for young players clubs for research sample. - Evaluating coahes work according to young players differences of physical skills and functional abilities between research sample for clubs.Research proposes : 1 - 3 - There are differences between physical, skills and function abilities tests results for young players and for benefit of posttest. - There are differences between physical, skills and function abilities tests results for young players according to their clubs..1 - 4 Research field : Human field : young players from Baghdad soccer clubs.Temporal field : period from 18/09/2014 till 02/22/2015.Spatial field : Baghdad clubs for young soccer players.Chapter IIThis chapter included the theory and similar studies that have relation with our research.Chapter IIIField research methodology and procedures3 - 1 Research MethodologyThe researcher used descriptive method semi - empirical and corresponding correlations style and connectivity condition due to relevance of the problem nature as a descriptive approach.The research sample 2 3 - The research sample contain 129 players, all of whom are young players from Baghdad clubs Premier League soccer teams, aged below 17 years, representing (Air Force, Zora, police, students, alnafot, alhadod, almasafy, alKarkh, alkahrabaa clubs), and whom participants in Baghdad Clubs League for young soccer players in Iraq for season (2014 - 2015), those players was chosen as the research sample in a way the draw included four clubs (Air Force, alkahrabaa, alshorta, alnafot) thus the final sample becomes (93) players distributors in four clubs, the percentage is (72.10%).3 - 3 Statistics MethodsThe researcher used Statistical Package (SPSS) to process the data and extracted the results.3 - 4 Determine the physical, skills and functional abilitiesDetermine the physical abilities and qualities of young soccer players : test, Jump and sit Test (30 min), , ran 540 meters test , ran 30 metersvertical jump test, shatter ran (180 m) test.Identifying soccer basic skills : Ball drubbing test, ball stopped test, kick the ball for farthest distance test, passing test, aiming test.Determine the functional capabilities : Heart rate at rest time test and anaerobic capacity - The exploratory experience hold in Monday 22/09/2014 at 2 : 30 pm. - The researcher conducting posttests on the research sample at Wednesday on 24/09/2014 until 04/10/2014 and middle tests on Saturday on 25.10.2014 until Tuesday 11.04.2014 at a rate of two days for each club. - Posttests conducted on research sample on Tuesday 25/11/2014 until Friday, 05/12/2014 at a rate of two days for each club.Part IVDisplay, analyze and discuss the resultsPart VConclusions and recommendations1 - Conclusions - There is an improvement in physical, skills and function for all four teams, and that the aljawaa team is the best between them. - The training program prepared by the four clubs was good to improvement physically and skill level of players, aljawaa training program was the best between the three other teams. - coaches who received international training certificates were the best in design, planning and manage team players to gain skill, physical and functional characteristics of coaches who received local training certificates.2 - Recommendations - A need for similar study on other groups ages and follow training approach is similar to the aljawaa training approach to get the most benefit from this training progrsm.. - Necessary to focus and drive players to make a greater effort in during their exercise to achieve the objective of the exercise. - The researcher recommended to apply these tests and standards as an essential part of modern training programs for preparation and training also demands for coaches to use combinations of physical and skill tests and apply it.

The results show the impact of the use of self - method in handling and rolling skills and suppression with Futsal using statistical Pouch And some other laws and statistical analysis and discussion groups to find out the best impact on learning and analyzed and discussed according to the research objectives. The researcher reached a set of conclusions which exceed the group that used the curriculum in a self - manner resulting knowledge and skills to the skills of handling and ro - ro and suppression reel Futsal. There are also significant differences between tribal and dimensional tests and in favor of a posteriori tests for both groups differences, That there are significant differences between the post tests for both groups and in favor of the experimental group in the resulting knowledge and skills reel Futsal differences also. And the researcher to the most important recommendations of the need to use self - method in the process of learning motor skills because of its significant impact on student learning.
