المستخلص: I've been using music and other images humanitarian or literary forms of the rumor respect and reverence and enhance human existence sensations representative and spirituality. Therefore, the music used in the whole theater , including children's theater to reach the scenes of the whole picture With this in mind the researcher took it upon himself to description and analysis of popular songs in the Children's Theatre has come from search Mtkona five seasons with a list of sources and supplements 0 The first chapter discusses the methodological framework of the research , presented the research problem , which shed light on the folk songs in the Children's Theatre , which is associated with the contents and her music lives of the community in the city of Basra, and they were inspired by the heritage of song and music in Basra , and therefore there is a need to conduct a study on the characteristics of melodic and rhythmic songs People at the scene of the child in Basra 0 Then Pena important research topic , the aim of the research exposesproperties melodic and rhythmic construction of the songs in the popular children's theater in Basra 0 The second chapter guarantees the theoretical framework and previous studies , and be one of the three sections , came in First research study characteristics melodic folk song , and in the second part, we dealt with characteristics of rhythmic folk song , while the third section has included the study of the functioning of the song popular in children's theater and how it was utilized and what song popular and composition , but on previous studies did not find any scientific study and academic folk songs dealt with in the Children's Theatre , which is the focus of our search. The chapter contains the third research procedures , as we have identified the research community and then selected a sample search where taking Researcher All specimens were analyzed , and then we talked about research tools , explaining the standard analytical 've prepared in order to achieve the goal of the search, depending on what the Word of standards in research and theses the former , then we dealt with the research methodology and research requirements and criterion validity and reliability. المستخلص: ان التغيرات السريعة في الميادين العلمية والتكنولوجية جعل الانسان في حركة دؤوبة للبحث عن افكار واساليب جديدة تحل محل الانظمة التقليدية السائدة في مجالات الحياة وبخاصة في التربية والتعليم، لذا ان التطوير في التقنيات الحديثة يؤثر على العملية التعليمية من خل | The rapid changes in scientific and technological fields have made human movement determined to search for new ideas and approaches to replace conventional systems prevailing in the areas of life, especially in education, so the development of new technologies impact on the educational process through the comprehensive development of the learner and increase the expertise of educationally terms of knowledge and skill.This has led to the development of instructional design which is based on the foundations of philosophical, psychological, intellectual, and social , and that stability depends primarily on the basis of their suitability to the nature of the material and scientific skills and how to achieve the goals and meet the specific educational needs of learners.It given scientific and technological developments enormous variety of opportunities in the transfer of the experiences of teaching and learning in an easy and clear enable new educational system in the delivery of skills to the farthest point of the world , and has become a matter of urgency that the benefits of this field of scientific progress by making use of tools, equipment, technology and modern means of communication.depends on this progress has emerged learning and using the means of communication on the Internet as a form of solitary confinement as a learning provides the learner multiple educational alternatives rather than relying on the book of systematic or regular manner and teach them the skills of playing the oud in specialized educational institutions.The necessity for expansion in the field of scientific research The research , which aims to prepare an education program via the Internet which can access the learner to the high performance and accurate skills in playing the oud.The goal of current research to achieve the following : 1. Design of an educational program to give the skills to play the oud via the Internet.2. Measure the effectiveness of a tutorial designed in knowledge and skills through applied to a group of learners.For the purpose of verification of goals, put null hypothesis researcher to show results and verified. It took the research community to determine which of the eight learners from users of the Internet.To achieve the goals of research for the purpose of access to the results has been building two types of tests , he was the first to collect the knowledge and the second to measure performance skills , which has been on the forms according for this purpose were verified sincerity and persistence. To show the results depended researcher equation and Caucasians (Wilcoxon) to validate the null hypothesis and equation coefficient of difficulty and discrimination paragraphs achievement test knowledge and skills and to find agreement between the coefficients of observers.The researcher found the results to the following : 1. Higher average scores of learners in the achievement test and posttest cognitive aspect which relates to cognitive guaranteed by the content of the tutorial.2. Higher average test scores of learners in skills who have been trained according to the tutorial.It are the skills of playing oud across the Internet.The recommendations were as follows : 1. The adoption of the program of skills to play oud designer on the website in the curricula of colleges and institutes specialized proven effective in give learners the skills to play oud.2. Working to create the potential supplies of material and human resources to follow the strategy of the site designer on the Internet, such as providing space and time and the creation of equipment and the provision of training aids developed technically and artistically as well as the provision of computers, advanced communications that are basic material for teaching the skills of playing oud via the Internet.3. Attention to the necessity of knowledge in the education of playing oud and linked side skills in a logical sequence depending on the construction of an extended start of the year to the private and the rules associated with each other in order to contribute to student learning.To develop of the current research suggests the researcher conducting the following studies : 1. Designing and testing programs in the skills of playing the other musical tools via the Internet.2. Comparative study between the learners to use the skills of playing oud via the Internet and other musical skills.

المستخلص: The research comprises a list of contents, five chapters, list of references and annexes.The First Chapter “The Methodical Framework” in which the research studied the Tehlila and the recitals as samples of Iraqi religious singing; as this type of singing has not received enough attention on the studies of researchers according to required scientific vision. The researcher attempted to study this matter in a methodical way to identify the melodic and rhythmic characteristics of Tehlila and Al - Qadiri Recitals, and then explain the significance of the research by several milestones. Afterwards she studied the objective which is the discovery of characteristics of the said Tehlila and recitals. The objective threshold of the research was the melodic and rhythmic characteristics of Al - Qadiri Tehlila and recitals. The time perimeter was (2003 - 2013). Whereas the location perimeter was the shrine of Abdul Qadir Al - Gaylani in Baghdad. The Second Chapter is titled “The Theoretical Framework and Previous Studies” in which the researcher demonstrated a chronological presentation of the origin of song within various civilizations to include Mesopotamian civilization in the ancient Iraq, and the song in the pre - Islamic age, Islamic era, religious music and singing in the Ottoman age. In the second section, she addressed the religious recitals within the divine religions, then she the Sufi approaches in Iraq, the religious recitals in Iraq, and presentation of Al - Qadiri Tehlila and recital music definition, and their objective features. The researcher presented previous studies, namely two academic studies of researchers Zinat Mahmood and Arif Mohsin.The Third Chapter is titled “Research Procedures”, in which the researcher determined the descriptive - analytical approach, and then she selected the research community, and the targeted audience of (10) samples within the community. Thereafter she addressed the analysis system which she prepared and then the tools employed in the research. While the Fourth Chapter “Musical Analysis” which is devoted to the musical analysis of the selected samples that the researcher divided into two groups : Tehlilas and Al - Qadiri Recitals. The Fifth Chapter which is titled “Musical Analysis Conclusions” of samples of the two groups by which the researcher realized the indicated conclusions according to the required objective of this research. Then she moves forward with the recommendations and suggestions, followed by a list of references and annexes, and then the abstract with its title written in English language.
