ان التغيرات السريعة في الميادين العلمية والتكنولوجية جعل الانسان في حركة دؤوبة للبحث عن افكار واساليب جديدة تحل محل الانظمة التقليدية السائدة في مجالات الحياة وبخاصة في التربية والتعليم، لذا ان التطوير في التقنيات الحديثة يؤثر على العملية التعليمية من خل | The rapid changes in scientific and technological fields have made human movement determined to search for new ideas and approaches to replace conventional systems prevailing in the areas of life, especially in education, so the development of new technologies impact on the educational process through the comprehensive development of the learner and increase the expertise of educationally terms of knowledge and skill.This has led to the development of instructional design which is based on the foundations of philosophical, psychological, intellectual, and social , and that stability depends primarily on the basis of their suitability to the nature of the material and scientific skills and how to achieve the goals and meet the specific educational needs of learners.It given scientific and technological developments enormous variety of opportunities in the transfer of the experiences of teaching and learning in an easy and clear enable new educational system in the delivery of skills to the farthest point of the world , and has become a matter of urgency that the benefits of this field of scientific progress by making use of tools, equipment, technology and modern means of communication.depends on this progress has emerged learning and using the means of communication on the Internet as a form of solitary confinement as a learning provides the learner multiple educational alternatives rather than relying on the book of systematic or regular manner and teach them the skills of playing the oud in specialized educational institutions.The necessity for expansion in the field of scientific research The research , which aims to prepare an education program via the Internet which can access the learner to the high performance and accurate skills in playing the oud.The goal of current research to achieve the following : 1. Design of an educational program to give the skills to play the oud via the Internet.2. Measure the effectiveness of a tutorial designed in knowledge and skills through applied to a group of learners.For the purpose of verification of goals, put null hypothesis researcher to show results and verified. It took the research community to determine which of the eight learners from users of the Internet.To achieve the goals of research for the purpose of access to the results has been building two types of tests , he was the first to collect the knowledge and the second to measure performance skills , which has been on the forms according for this purpose were verified sincerity and persistence. To show the results depended researcher equation and Caucasians (Wilcoxon) to validate the null hypothesis and equation coefficient of difficulty and discrimination paragraphs achievement test knowledge and skills and to find agreement between the coefficients of observers.The researcher found the results to the following : 1. Higher average scores of learners in the achievement test and posttest cognitive aspect which relates to cognitive guaranteed by the content of the tutorial.2. Higher average test scores of learners in skills who have been trained according to the tutorial.It are the skills of playing oud across the Internet.The recommendations were as follows : 1. The adoption of the program of skills to play oud designer on the website in the curricula of colleges and institutes specialized proven effective in give learners the skills to play oud.2. Working to create the potential supplies of material and human resources to follow the strategy of the site designer on the Internet, such as providing space and time and the creation of equipment and the provision of training aids developed technically and artistically as well as the provision of computers, advanced communications that are basic material for teaching the skills of playing oud via the Internet.3. Attention to the necessity of knowledge in the education of playing oud and linked side skills in a logical sequence depending on the construction of an extended start of the year to the private and the rules associated with each other in order to contribute to student learning.To develop of the current research suggests the researcher conducting the following studies : 1. Designing and testing programs in the skills of playing the other musical tools via the Internet.2. Comparative study between the learners to use the skills of playing oud via the Internet and other musical skills.
