المستخلص: The first chapter includes the introduction of the research and its significance, which illustrates that the theatre is an aesthetical art shaping through multiple channels in which movement is regarded as a central unit that reveals the personal internal moods and sensations. The global theatre experiments confirm the important role of theatrical physical fitness as a skill that can be acquired from the exercises before the show. Thus, the body of the actor needs special exercises that include in their content all the kinds of components of different physical fitness exercises to liberate the body from the shortcomings and make it more expressive by removing all the cramping operations. These exercises enable the actor to perform the actions with an artistic style to get integrated control with all the parts of his body that are in a harmony with the aim of the action. Then, the actor will be able to do any action he wants or any physical settings he takes in a theatrical space.Hence, the significance of the research is that the actor or the theatrical student should take care of his body and take a set of exercises that serves his work and be manageable forimplementation the actions and educational training movements. Each training unit is regarded as a cultural and artistic stock in the theatrical physical fitness.The problem of the research is that the physical training of the actor means the acquisition of the physical and motor skills. Through his work in the Institute of Fine Arts as a teacher in Department of the Theatre and through continuous observations of the physical and motor abilities, which are necessary and important for the theatrical physical fitness, the researcher finds that there is a weakness in the theoretical physical Fitness in which its effect is seen through the actor’s performance. The researcher asserts that the reason of the weakness of the physical and motor abilities that leads to low the level of motor and aesthetic performance during the show. Thus, the theatrical student needs special exercises that contribute and enhance the development of physical and motor performances to serve the theatrical physical fitness, which is necessary in implementing a perfect theatrical work.The aims of the researcher are : 1. Prepare special exercises to develop some physical and motor abilities.2. Identify the use of special exercises to develop some physical and motor abilities and the development of artistic performance to the theatrical physical fitness for the sample of the study.The hypotheses are : 1. There are statistical significant differences between the results of pre and posttests of the experimental and control group infavour of posttest in the physical and motor tests and artistic performance.2. There are statistically significant differences between the results of experimental and control groups in the posttest and in favour of the experimental group in the physical and motor tests and artistic performance tests.The second chapter contains two main parts. The first one includes theoretical background where the researcher displays various theoretical subjects concerning the concept of exercise, special exercises, the physical and motor abilities, and their components. These components are strength, speed, bearing, elasticity, agility, and balance. Then, he displays the theatre and theatrical physical fitness. The second part includes the previous studies.The third chapter contains the procedures of the field research. The researcher uses the experimental method, the pre - post design by having experimental and control group on a sample of students from the Institute of Fine Arts/ Morning Classes Department of Theatre/First Class. (30) Students have been chosen from the total number of (51) in age of (16 - 17 years) that are divided into two groups : experimental and control with the use of equality and gender aspects for the individuals of each group.The researcher does pilot administration, the validity and the reliability of the physical and motor abilities tests and artistic performance tests. Then, he arranges special exercises and clarifies the training units from the intensity, amount, and training density. The training units are (24) training ones. The researcher gives (3) training units in a week for ) 2( months from 9/3/2014 until1/5/2014. Then, the researcher applies the pretests, special exercises, and the posttests. Finally, the researcher uses suitable statistic means to achieve the research aims.The fourth chapter explains the results and their discussion. First, the researcher presents the results of the physical and motor tests for experimental and control group. Then, He presents the results of the artistic performance tests. The results indicate that there are statistical significances between the pre - post test for experimental and control group in favour of post tests and there are significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the post test and in favour of the experimental group in physical and motor tests and artistic performance tests.These results also indicate the effect of using special exercises to develop the physical and motor abilities and artistic performance that lead to higher levels of theatrical physical fitness.The researcher concludes : 1. The special exercises used have a great effect in developing of physical and motor abilities for the students in the Department of Theatre.2. The result of physical and motor tests indicates that there are significant differences of posttests between the experiment and control group in favour of experiment group that has applied the special exercises.3. The results of artistic performance tests indicate that there are significant differences of pre - posttest and posttest between the experiment and control group in favour of experiment group that has applied the special exercises.4. The physical and motor abilities indicate that they are part of the components of theatrical physical fitness and the development of these abilities leads to the development of theatrical physical fitness.

المستخلص: الباب الاول : واحتوى على مقدمة البحث واهميته التي اشارت الى ان ضرورة وجود قادة يمتلكون القدرة على التفكير الاستراتيجي في هذا العصر حاجة ماسة, فالعصر الحالي هو عصر تغير دائم, ولا بد فيه للمؤسسات ان تكون قادرة على التكيف مع طبيعة هذا العصر, وقد تكون الاتحادات الرياضية اكثر حاجة لمسايرة الواقع نظرا لطبيعة اهدافها ودورها, لذلك تحتاج المنظمات الرياضية الى قادة قادرين على التفكير الاستراتيجي ولديهم رؤية مستقبلية. ومن هذا المنطلق تنبع اهمية هذه الدراسة من خلال توفير معلومات موضوعية ودقيقة عن مستوى التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى القيادات في الاتحادات الرياضية العراقية, وتحدد درجة ممارسة انماط اتخاذ القرار, وتنبع اهميتها من اهمية التفكير الاستراتيجي نفسه اذ ان فوائد التفكير الاستراتيجي في توفير المعيار الذي يمكن استخدامه في عملية اتخاذ القرار الصائب.اما مشكلة البحث فتجلت في عدم معرفة مستوى التفكير الاستراتيجي ومستوى اتخاذ القرار لدى القيادات الادارية في الاتحادات الرياضية, وذلك لانه لا تتوافر مقاييس واضحة ومقننة لقياس مستويات التفكير الاستراتيجي, وانماط اتخاذ القرار كذلك قلة الدراسات او انعدامها التي تبحث في مستويات التفكير الاستراتيجي, وانماط اتخاذ القرار وعلاقتها ببعضها البعض في الاتحادات والمؤسسات الرياضية, ومن هنا انطلق الباحث في دراسة هذه المشكلة ووضع الحلول المناسبة لها, (على وفق علم الباحث).اهداف البحث : 1 - بناء مقياس للتفكير الاستراتيجي ومقياس لاتخاذ القرار لدى القيادات الادارية في الاتحادات الرياضية العراقية الاولمبية.2 - التعرف على مستوى التفكير الاستراتيجي ومستوى اتخاذ القرار لدى القيادات الادارية في الاتحادات الرياضية العراقية الاولمبية.3 - التعرف على علاقة انماط التفكير الاستراتيجي باساليب اتخاذ القرار لدى القيادات الادارية في الاتحادات الرياضية العراقية الاولمبية.4 - التعرف على علاقة التفكير الاستراتيجي باتخاذ القرار لدى القيادات الادارية في الاتحادات الرياضية العراقية الاولمبية.مجالات البحث : 1 - المجال البشري : رؤساء واعضاء الاتحادات الرياضية العراقية الاولمبية المعتمدين في سجلات اللجنة الاولمبية العراقية.2 - المجال المكاني : مقرات الاتحادات الرياضية الاولمبية في محافظة بغداد.3 - المجال الزماني : المدة من 25 / 1 / 2014 لغاية 27 / 8 /2014الباب الثاني : واحتوى على محورين رئيسين، الاول شمل الدراسات النظرية اذ تناول الباحث في هذا الباب موضوعات نظرية عدة تضمنت ماهية التفكير الاستراتيجي وانماط التفكير الاستراتيجي والفرق بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتفكير الاستراتيجي والقيادة الادارية والاتحادات الرياضية, واتخاذ القرارات واساليب متخذي القرارات, اما المحور الثاني فشمل الدراسة السابقة.الباب الثالث : استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب الارتباطي لملاءمته طبيعة مشكلة البحث, واشتمل مجتمع الدراسة على القيادات الادارية المتمثلة بالرؤساء ونائبيهم وامناء السر والامناء الماليين واعضاء الاتحادات الرياضية المركزية العراقية الاولمبية, اذ بلغ مجموعهم الكلي(220) قائدا اداريا، تم تقسيمهم على ثلاث عينات بناء على متطلبات الدراسة ليكونوا (عينة بناء المقياسين120 ، والعينة الاستطلاعية 10، وعينة تطبيق المقياسين 90) بشكل عشوائي ولم يستبعد الباحث ايا منهموقام الباحث ببناء مقياسين للتفكير الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرار, وذلك بالاعتماد على المقابلات الشخصية وعلى المصادر والمراجع بصياغة مفردات المقياسين, وكانت طريقة وضع الاجابة مباشرة على الاستمارة المتكونة من خمس بدائل (تنطبق علي دائما, تنطبق علي غالبا, تنطبق علي احيانا, تنطبق علي نادرا, لا تنطبق علي ابدا), وبعد الانتهاء من تنفيذ خطوات البحث, قام الباحث بجمع البيانات الخاصة بكل مقياس مطبق على عينة التطبيق جميعهم وترتيبها في جداول تمهيدا لاجراء المعالجات الاحصائية لاستكمال تحقيق اهداف البحث.الباب الرابع : تضمن هذا الباب عرضا لنتائج المعالجة الاحصائية, باستخدام مجموعة من الجداول والاشكال البيانية, ومن ثم مناقشة المعالجات الاحصائية الواردة فيها وتوضيح الاسباب التي ادت اليها ودعمها بالمصادر العلمية, ومن خلال المناقشة تم التوصل الى تحقيق اهداف البحث, وتم عرض الاوساط الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليلها لمقياسي التفكير الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرار, وعرض الباحث وصفا للتكرارات والنسب المئوية والوسط الحسابي المرجح والاهمية النسبية لكل فقرة من الفقرات على وفق المحاور التي تنتمي اليها وتحليلها.الباب الخامس : تضمن هذا الباب مجموعة من الاستنتاجات التي توصل الباحث اليها في ضوء مناقشة النتائج التي حصل عليها من المعالجات الاحصائية ومن اهم هذه الاستنتاجات : - 1 - ان مقياسي الدراسة يصلحان لقياس التفكير الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرار لدى القيادات الادارية في الاتحادات الرياضية العراقية الاولمبية .2 - لم يرتبط مستوى التفكير الاستراتيجي باتخاذ القرار لدى القيادات الادارية في الاتحادات الرياضية العراقية الاولمبية على الرغم من العلاقة الطردية فيما بينهما.3 - تحتاج القيادات الادارية في الاتحادات الرياضية العراقية الاولمبية الى تنمية التفكير الاستراتيجي وتعزيزه لديهم.وفي ضوء تلك الاستنتاجات خرج الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات اهمها : 1 - اعتماد مقياسي الدراسة (التفكير الاستراتيجي) و(اتخاذ القرار) لقياس التفكير الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرار لدى القيادات الادارية في الاتحادات الرياضية العراقية الاولمبية .2 - ضرورة تنمية التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى القيادات الادارية في الاتحادات الرياضية العراقية الاولمبية بالتنسيق مع مراكز تطوير القيادات الادارية في وزارة الشباب والرياضة.3 - من المهم الاستعانة بالمتخصصين الاكاديميين في تطوير الموارد البشرية التي تتولى قيادة الرياضة العراقية . | The thesis includes five sections distributed in the following form : First Sections : it includes an introduction that referred to the critical necessity of finding leaders who possess the ability of strategic thinking in that age. The current age us an ever changing age. The institutions should be capable of conditioning with the nature of the age. The Sport Federations may be in need of going with this change for the nature of its objectives and role. Therefore, the sport institutions need leaders capable of strategic thinking and have futuristic insight. From this point, the important of the study comes through providing thematic and accuracy information about the level of strategic thinking in the Iraqi sport federations, and the degree of practicing patterns of decision taking. The importance of the study is form the importance of the strategic thinking itself which could be used in taking the right decisions. The problem of the study comes from not knowing the level of strategic thinking and the level of decision making of the administrative leaderships in the sport federations. This is because there are no clear standards for measuring the strategic thinking. Also, the rarity of the studies which tackle the strategic thinking and the patterns of leadership and their mutual relationship with each other in the sport institution and federations. المستخلص: Chapter One : The interest in ways that test and measurement as a means of evaluating all sports activities gives us a clear indication of the scientifically about the level of sports in these activities, and defensive skills in basketball are the basis of the competition, and therefore follow the scientific method in trying to trace defensive skills and performed by the team is one of the problems that plagued the coach when adopted important foundations for the success of the training processThe research problem : The effectiveness of testing and measuring Taatbainun through the representation of the real situation that is happening in the game, and the fact that the most difficult tasks encountered by the trainer in the detection of the defect in the player and the team, raised to the researcher several questions for being interested and a teacher in this area observed not the existence of special tests the skills of defensive basketball players, which called for the researcher to delve into this subject an attempt to build a set of tests for the defensive skill with famous basketball.Research Objectives1 - 3 - 1 tests to build some defensive basketball skills for young people1 - 3 - 2rationing tests for some defensive basketball skills for young people1 - 3 - 3tests to draw some defensive basketball skills for young people.Areas of researchthe human sphere : 1 - 4 - 1Sample players youth teams for clubs Iraq for the sports season (2013 - 2014 m) basketballtemporal sphere : 1 - 4 - 2Duration of (17 - 10 - 2013) through (01/06/2014)spatial domain : 1 - 4 - 3Indoor sports halls (for clubs Iraq) basketball for the application of the testsChapter II : Abstract cResearcher through theoretical studies and previous relevant to the subject of his research included the following points : ( (Test and measurement, Calendar, building steps tests, the effectiveness of the test with basketball coaches, the importance of testing for sports coach, specifications and physical skills, defensive skills examined, basketball)Chapter III : Ensure that third chapter the research methodology and procedures field, as was the use of the experimental method, the sample consisted of 132 players from the young players who are playing in clubs and training centers in different provinces of Iraq have been applied by the procedures for building tests of skill and defense codified taking advantage of the tools and the appropriate hardwareChapter IV : this chapter to view and analyze and discuss the practical steps to legalize the results of tests of skill and physical, which includes (select the sample, the application of the tests, the extraction characteristics of the scientific results of the tests, the extraction ability discriminatory test results), as well as find grades and levels of standard through the use of statistical methods (SPSS) : Chapter VFirst conclusions : The researcher concluded within the limits of current research as follows1 - Has been reached to build tests for defensive skill (skill test defense against the correction of jumping from inside the three - point arc, test defense against conversation, test the skill of defense against the passer, defend the skill test scoring peaceful) by the researcher commensurate with changes in the the game of basketball2 - Has been reached to put grades and levels of standard tests for defensive footwork done by the researcher3 - Emerged from the results of research show that a large proportion of respondents were in the middle, above the level of the standard inAbstract dperformance skills tests except test the skill of defense against the conversation as she was a large percentage below the waist4 - Skills tests carried out by the researcher is the litmus test for being more objective and realistic when the evaluation process of the game of basketball5 - Present the results of scientific research and related statistical methods are contributing in the process of developing a special skill exercises defense in youth basketballSecond : recommendations : The researcher recommended the following : 1 - Researcher recommends using defensive skills tests carried out to determine the performance of the young players by coaches and specialists to help them in the development of performance2 - Researcher recommends the adoption of grades and levels reached by the standard as a means of objective Calendar3 - Researcher recommends building skills tests to fit with other changes in the game of basketball and the creation of standard grades and levels her4 - Researcher recommends finding grades and levels of standard for these tests applicants on the players
