Abstract:
Chapter One : The interest in ways that test and measurement as a means of evaluating all sports activities gives us a clear indication of the scientifically about the level of sports in these activities, and defensive skills in basketball are the basis of the competition, and therefore follow the scientific method in trying to trace defensive skills and performed by the team is one of the problems that plagued the coach when adopted important foundations for the success of the training processThe research problem : The effectiveness of testing and measuring Taatbainun through the representation of the real situation that is happening in the game, and the fact that the most difficult tasks encountered by the trainer in the detection of the defect in the player and the team, raised to the researcher several questions for being interested and a teacher in this area observed not the existence of special tests the skills of defensive basketball players, which called for the researcher to delve into this subject an attempt to build a set of tests for the defensive skill with famous basketball.Research Objectives1 - 3 - 1 tests to build some defensive basketball skills for young people1 - 3 - 2rationing tests for some defensive basketball skills for young people1 - 3 - 3tests to draw some defensive basketball skills for young people.Areas of researchthe human sphere : 1 - 4 - 1Sample players youth teams for clubs Iraq for the sports season (2013 - 2014 m) basketballtemporal sphere : 1 - 4 - 2Duration of (17 - 10 - 2013) through (01/06/2014)spatial domain : 1 - 4 - 3Indoor sports halls (for clubs Iraq) basketball for the application of the testsChapter II : Abstract cResearcher through theoretical studies and previous relevant to the subject of his research included the following points : ( (Test and measurement, Calendar, building steps tests, the effectiveness of the test with basketball coaches, the importance of testing for sports coach, specifications and physical skills, defensive skills examined, basketball)Chapter III : Ensure that third chapter the research methodology and procedures field, as was the use of the experimental method, the sample consisted of 132 players from the young players who are playing in clubs and training centers in different provinces of Iraq have been applied by the procedures for building tests of skill and defense codified taking advantage of the tools and the appropriate hardwareChapter IV : this chapter to view and analyze and discuss the practical steps to legalize the results of tests of skill and physical, which includes (select the sample, the application of the tests, the extraction characteristics of the scientific results of the tests, the extraction ability discriminatory test results), as well as find grades and levels of standard through the use of statistical methods (SPSS) : Chapter VFirst conclusions : The researcher concluded within the limits of current research as follows1 - Has been reached to build tests for defensive skill (skill test defense against the correction of jumping from inside the three - point arc, test defense against conversation, test the skill of defense against the passer, defend the skill test scoring peaceful) by the researcher commensurate with changes in the the game of basketball2 - Has been reached to put grades and levels of standard tests for defensive footwork done by the researcher3 - Emerged from the results of research show that a large proportion of respondents were in the middle, above the level of the standard inAbstract dperformance skills tests except test the skill of defense against the conversation as she was a large percentage below the waist4 - Skills tests carried out by the researcher is the litmus test for being more objective and realistic when the evaluation process of the game of basketball5 - Present the results of scientific research and related statistical methods are contributing in the process of developing a special skill exercises defense in youth basketballSecond : recommendations : The researcher recommended the following : 1 - Researcher recommends using defensive skills tests carried out to determine the performance of the young players by coaches and specialists to help them in the development of performance2 - Researcher recommends the adoption of grades and levels reached by the standard as a means of objective Calendar3 - Researcher recommends building skills tests to fit with other changes in the game of basketball and the creation of standard grades and levels her4 - Researcher recommends finding grades and levels of standard for these tests applicants on the players
