Women are half the society and she is the one who raise the other half, and it has to be pointed out that she is the whole society she is a mother, a sister, a daughter and aunt.She is the source of tenderness, the passion in life. Women suffered through a lot, she was the victim in every bylaw, heartbroken every time, a fountain of sorrows, unjustly wronged and unjustly tamed, Until the light of Islam has risen, Islam has raised her status, made her equal to men, no differentiation only in piety, and gave her all the right to find her happiness in both lives, enshrined her from vulgarity in her youth and forfeiture her elderly. Islam came to promote human from a decadence level to sophisticated level of religion, moral and behavioral, and to elevate his dignity, both men and women. Freeing women is not an outside to the Islam religion, it is a priority right in our true religion, it freed her fourteen centuries ago, it's enough that Islam had freed her from slavery but Allah.Moreover, gave her all the free will to choose her creed, and gave women from the other religions the freedom to stay on their religion when marrying a Muslim man. As so she had the freedom to make family and raise generations, also gave her the right to choose a husband, and no one can force on marriage or a husband she does not want, and she has the freedom to separate from her husband if she doesn't feel satisfied, or if there was something wrong with him or if she didn't feel emotional inclination.As she had the freedom to choose her husband in the first place, so she can choose to separate from him.And Islam gave her the freedom to learn whatever she wants from sciences, and to keep up with the developments in her life, because Islam doesn't call to immobility, nor ignorance and leave women illiteracy, not knowing the things in her life. Then Islam freed her from the power of the father, brother and husband in her own money that she earned from her Halal work like business, inheritance or the dowry and so alike, Islam gave the adult women the freedom to manage it and no one can forbidden her or stop her. And from this point she was free to work in or outside her house, even though there are conditions and necessities to go out for work; to protect her dignity. Islam didn't stop at this much of freedom, it also gave her the right to political participation; to be effective in the society, political work is not limited for men only,she has the freedom to promote the virtue and prevent the vice, also she is commanded like men, she has the freedom to vote for who she sees valid for the state presidency, and she has the freedom to express her opinion and advise.

The Hindus and the Budist were also worshipped the Sun and the Holy Quran tells about the poly theists in general and in a specific matter about who worshipped the Sun. The Holy Quran states that the Sun is a creation considered to serve the human beings and to be worshipped. This statement was discovered since fourteen Hundred yeurs a go telling that the Earth looks like a big ball and it is moving continuously and that referi that the earth is a spherical and not extended - Another example is the occurrence of day and night sequencely. The evidences of the holy quran is very specific by describing the sun and its movement, and if we make a comparison between the hole quran and the prevented a bible and the torah we will find a huge distance between the holy quran and the other two books, that is because god is keeping the holy quran safe and far from distortion, augmentation and diminution, and that is not happening for the other two books. The only case to gather the sun and the moon is at the judgment day, and the will be not shining and to be a dim plant as the holy quran is describing it, and we should thinking of this scene

The second chapter is about types of main damages represented in material damages that occur on human including physical and financial damages.Third chapter is about moral damages accompanied by aggression and damages which is the person who commit it is forced to compensate it for relief of this damage in some contemporary matters and the decision of financial compensate such as physicians mistakes in cosmetic surgery m military mistakes m terrorist actions and work accidents and other incidents.After dependence on Allah we depend on mother books of legislations and laws , thesis and dissertations that suite the research subject.The recommendations and conclusions we reach in this research emphasize on the superiority pioneer of Islam jurisprudence which draw good life and welfare for human being as the people commit to apply its supreme teachings.Also there must be sufficient compensation to relief the damage no less and no more amount either the damage was material ( physical - financial ) or moral as well as several results learned by who read this dissertation.I asked Allah for accepting of this effort and satisfaction of people and prays and peace upon the Prophit Mohammed and his family

Abstract: Peace upon our Messenger ( Mohammed) , Two years I have delved into jurisprudence books where I have dealt with opinions of jurisprudents and Islamic doctrines ;dissertation has been studied on basis of collecting jurisprudence opinions for these Islamic Sects with mentioning evidence for every sect and making comparison opinions and evidences for choosing the best one with strong evidence. This has been done through preferring one of jurisprudence opinion along with mentioning the evidence they have.The most important results the researcher has reached to after passing two years of writing this dissertation lie in the fact saying that most jurisprudence matters have been asymmetric and there has not been dispute, even if there have been disputes, it lie not in the essential matters but rather in sub - matters. Reasons behind that lying in their dependence on Quran and Messenger's instructions. The outward disputes happened as a result of sub - matters disagreement where the jurisprudents got different upon them in respect to utterances having many different meanings even the matter of consensus.If there have been not evidences in legislative references ,they would have got to the sub - references. The researcher has tried to bring forth the matters that deal with ((Imamah)), where most sects have agreed on this conception as that happened in most jurisprudent matters amounted 150 matters ;we have found ( IMAMAINS) agreed either ( AL - HANAFIYAH or AL - SHAFA'IYAH OR Al - MALIKIYAH or AL - HANBALIYAH, or DHAHIRIYAH or AL - ABADHIYAH OR AL - ZAYDIYAH and others).In Many jurisprudent matters the Islamic sects and IMAMIYAH Matters have not opposed to each other , but rather they agreed on these matters. The remaining Islamic Sects have disagreed only on ( 8) jurisprudent matters. Al - IMAMI Sect has hugely depended on what the jurisprudents depended on, but despite the outward disagreement lying among the jurisprudents, we find that their main purpose has been the Islamic Unity as to unify the word to stand against the Islam enemies.The researcher's main purpose in writing the current dissertation lies in getting close among these Islamic Doctrines as to get to showing to what extent they have agreed on jurisprudence matters since Allah considered the only the worshipped) , his prophet ( Mohammed ) ( peace upon him and on his family) is the only messenger.The miserable conditions ( sufferings , agonies) our country passes through as to tear its unity , security and Islamic Core , thus this dissertation shows agreement among the Islamic doctrines as to spiritually raise spiritual aspects within Islamic nations as Allah says in his Quran "" Preparing against them of what strength you have by which you could terrorize the Enemy of Allah and Your Enemy"" ( Surah Al - Anfal)(60)Thus, the unity is considered as the basic one among the Muslims as to discard the sectarian and calling for clutching with the Book of Allah ( Quran), his prophet's instructions and his family).Allah Says in his Book ( Quran)"" We have also made you as a middle nation as to be witnesses over people and the messenger would be as a witness on You""( Surah Al - Baqara= P.143.Before conclusion , I appraise and provoke Allah to grant us a virtue in this world and hereafter as Allah Says "" Our Allah gives us a virtue in this life and hereafter and guard us from Fire"" Surah Al - Baqara - p.201.This is the fruitlessness of writing this dissertation for two sequent years and my start point lie in What Allah says ""Allah does not bear a human over his own capacity for what he ( human) acquires and of what he has been acquired, our Allah not to blame us if we forget or commit mistake , our Allah not to bear us with huge burden as that laid on those who before us , our Allah not to bear over our own capacity , forgive us and have a mercy upon us , You are our dominator , gives us a victory on the disbelievers" Baqarah ( 285 - 286)Finally , I say peace upon our messenger and on his family, on his good colleagues

Abstract: The importance of the research lies in the light of the narration for its great importance in communicating the Koranic discourse and its effect on the recipient who remains attracted to the narrative style. The style followed in narrating the stories has a great effect in comprehending the facts and accepting the meanings which serves in revealing the function of communicating the ideas of the text especially in preaching and guidance for the recipient.The aim which the researcher pursued is to reveal the effective inimitability of the holy Koran, on one hand, and on the other hand, the researcher aimed to comprehend the term “narration” and the Koranic narration structure. The purpose is to prove that that the Koranic narration structure is a miracle in itself. This is a proof that Koranic miracle is a miracle for all times and places.In addition, narration participates in the interpretational process development of the Koranic text, therefore, the researcher conducted a procedural process on the level of both narration and interpretation and revealing the relation between them. This led the study to be varied between the analytical, objective and descriptive method.The study is divided into a preface and three chapters. The preface included revealing the basic concepts of the title. In it the origin of narration and its roots in the Arab and western thought through referring to its historical path and its rise.The first chapter came under the title “Inimitability and the Nature of the Koran Stories”. It is an attempt to reveal the Koranic Inimitability, on one hand, and the Koran Narrations Inimitability, on the other. The chapter included six sections.The second chapter is entitled “the Structural Inimitability in the Koran Narrations Inimitability” which is an attempt to reveal the Koran Narrations Inimitable narrative structure of the Koran stories, taken the story of Mousa as an example for application, it also included six sections.The third chapter, “the Features of the Narrative Koran Narrations Inimitability in the Koranic stories” discussed some of the stylistic features of the Koranic text taken the story of Mousa as an example for application, it also included six sections.Finally, the research is concluded with a conclusion in which the main results are mentioned followed by a list of references. The main results reached through the study are; Inimitability of the narrations lies in its uniqueness in the Koranic text which has no match ever. The Koranic story is not compatible to any literary critical standards. As for the element of time, each story in the Koran has its own time and the time element in the Koranic story is absolute which has no ties except for the past. As for the characters in the story, they are not divided into fixed patterns, but instead, it focus on the role of each character and its positive and negative effects compatible with the time of the story.

Abstract: Theological studies need correlated series of studying of a topic in itself away from its history, and this means the studying of the theological questions discussed in theology. This study is not separated from studying the history of that topic, its inception, and evolution, and then, studying of different texts comparatively. Theology is in much need of this kind of study; therefore, we cannot consider these studies as historical; rather, they are from the very essence of theology. The one, who should study sects, their basics, and methods, is a theologian and not a historian. In fact, historians are dependent on theologians, in quoting topics and classification of sects; and consequently, we can deal with theology in two ways : first, through pursuing its historical origin, its evolution, and the reproduction of sects one from another; and second, the study of theological topics and reviewing of sects through these topics. Both ways do not go out of theology’s sphere; therefore, we have chosen this topic, titled “the books of sects and doctrines from the fourth century to the sixth century AH, a study on basics and method”, for it has formed, and still forms the main material for researchers in knowing the views of the scholars of those sects and doctrines. In fact, these books are not free from clearly methodological mistakes, and inaccuracy in the ascription of doctrines to their authors. Hence, we have tried to inquire about that and diagnose it through followingthe inductive and analytical method, and got to the necessity of taking views and beliefs from theirauthors, and the necessity ofjudging the sects and their beliefs through their books,and not the books of their opponents. This study comesas a contribution to reduce extremism, and to prove that most of theological differences would not necessitate complete differentiation, and being out of the circle of Islam.They are purely discretionary opinions, which Islam has ensured by giving a highest value to reason, and urging on Muslims to pursue their beliefsby pondering and reasoning.The study has got to two important points : first, is the need of studies that compare between the thoughts of one of the Islamic sects and the thoughts and beliefs ascribed to it in the books of other sects, especially the current sects, such as the Twelver Shia, the Zeidites, the Ash’arites, the Ibadhites, and others. We think that such studies will reduce the intensity of extremism, and help the convergence between the different sects. The second is the need of paying much attention to the study of sects and views as an independent science, because this paves the way for Islamic theology, contributes to consolidating of theological questions, defines the reasons behind their existence, deals with the political, social, and historical dimensions of those questions; and consequently, can differentiate between what is appropriate to be called a sect, and what is to be considered as a social or political phenomenon, like the Murjites and the Jabrites.

The legal truth of the imperative form in the Quran and Sunnah is probably olsulere (not in the Quran or sunnah) the prohibition form refers to prohibition when it is free of evidence.If the absolute mentioned without limitation so it will be interpreted as it is , but if it is limited by a limit , suit will be considered by that liwil. If the general is mentioned with a specific cause , its generality will be followed because t priority is given to the generality of expression not to the specification of cause. Truth can be divided in to three types : legal , linguistic and customary. If a legal truth and a linguistic one has become contradictory , the legal one will be given the priority , also the customary truth is given priority over both the legal and the linguistic ones. Figurative expression exists in language and in Allah's speech and His problet's speech. The meaning of AL - Sunnah is related to the Quran sin co AL - Sunnah elaborates what have comprehensively been mentioned in the Quran , explains what is in tricate , simplifies what is summarized ,specifies wheet is general and limits what is absolute. The deed of prophet Muhammad ( peace be upon him ) is in terpreted as it is whether it is obligatory , Mandoob ( preferably doue) or Mubah(allowable).AL - Nasikh (Alorogation) exists in both the Quran and the Sunnah. It aims to enlighten the upbringing fathers with the Prophet Mohammed's method of bringing up the youth, Especially it is not like any other method as it is a method of the best Prophet and it is a practical method that should be followed by fathers, teachers and whoever cares about bringing up the youth correctly for the general benefit.The importance of this research comes from it is a practical participation in presenting the ideal way for the fathers helping them in bringing up their children ideologically, morally, socially, scientifically and physically according to the Holy Koran and Prophetic Tradition. Further, this research deals with most important ways of bringing up the youth like the good example, right sermon, the way of reward and punishment and other methods.In this research, I use the deductive method to extract and explain the prophetic educational methods from the Holy Koran and Prophetic Tradition than I simplify these methods to the parents and teachers to bring up the youth according to the orders of Almighty Allah. I also use the descriptive method to describe and present the methods for the fathers and teacher about how to bring their children ideologically, morally, socially, scientifically, and physically according to the Prophetic Tradition.The research results in the following : - The most important means and places of education are Family, Mosque, School and Society. - There are many fields of education including ideological, moral, social, scientific and physical education. - The most important ways that the Prophet Mohammed (peace and blessings be upon him) uses in educating his fellows (elders and youth) are the ways of good example, right sermon, the way of reward and punishment, observation and other ways. - Through the course of research, it has become clear that Holy Koran and Prophetic Tradition as well as the books written by our good ancestors have contained important educational information about the ways of bringing up children and the ways of directing them. Obviously most of parents and teachers do not pay much attention for these methods, so it is recommended for the parents and teachers to follow the above mentioned resources seriously and to practice them in their educational.

If and only if every individual has a commitment to higher value that would ennoble him/her to higher positions. It is also the implementation of the principles of Islamic Sharia which implies equality between human kinds. Islamic religion command and urges justice, it is also defined the rules and methods of the way that humanity would follow as well as the believer. This is the preponderant opinion.25 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the woman has the right to stay with him or separate him when he refuses to expend. This is the preponderant opinion.26 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the period of pregnancy starts after sexual intercourse. This is the preponderant opinion.27 - It seems to me that the preponderant opinion concerning period of pregnancy is nine months and some days. 28 - It seems to me that according to the three Imams' opinion, the divorce in return for a monetary compensation to be paid by the wife to the husband cannot be followed by ordinary divorce. So, we can see that Imam Abu Haneefa has individual opinions which are differ from those of the Three Imams in the issues of personal statuses. The Three Imams, namely, (Imam Malik, Imam Al - Shafi'ee and Imam Ahmed) have twenty one preponderant opinions. Abu Haneefa has four preponderant opinions. Abu Thawr and Al - Dahirya have two preponderant opinions. Imam Al - Shafi'ee and Imam Ahmed have one preponderant opinion in one issue.

The third chapter comes with title (Narrations of al - Asbagh Bin Nabatah) in beliefs and it includes three researches : 1st research : His narrations in beliefs and it includes : 1st unit : favors Allah mentioned in His Book. 2nd unit : Absence3rd unit : Al - WalayahThe second research : comes under the title of : Narrations of Ibn Al - Asbagh Bin Nabatah in Jihad and interpretation and it includes : 1st unit : Jihad of man and woman.2nd unit : without address.3rd unit : The sun has 63 constellations The third research comes under the title of "Book of Coffins" It comes with two units : 1st unit : those walking with coffins 2nd unit : Reciting on those who about to die. By God 's favor, I have accomplished my present thesis despite my humble knowledge in narrations of Messenger 's family (peace upon them).
