Abstract:
تبقى عمليات التنبؤ الاحصائي من اهم عمليات التحليل الاحصائي اذ لا يمكن انكار الحاجة الماسة لوجود انظمة دقيقة للتنبؤ موثوق بها ويمكن الاعتماد عليها لادارة وصنع القرارات المستقبلية , ولان اتخاذ القرارات المستقبلية يصاحبه قدرا من المخاطر فان التنبؤ ياتي بدوره لتقليل حجم تلك المخاطر وحديثا تنوعت اساليب التنبؤ لتشمل مجموعة واسعة من النماذج والاساليب . مما تقدم ومن الاطلاع على الدراسات والابحاث السابقة اتت فكرة دراسة ظاهرة مرضية حقيقية وتحليل بياناتها باستعمال اسلوبين مختلفين والمقارنة بينهما لايجاد افضل اسلوب او انموذج من بينهما لدراسة الظاهرة في المستقبل والظواهر المشابهة لها من حيث نمط البيانات , ففي الجانب النظري لهذه الدراسة تم استعراض اسلوب الشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية (ANN) انموذج انحدار كوكس (Cox) وطريقة كابلان - مايير. اذ تم سحب عينة عشوائية بسيطة حجمها (186) مصاب بمرض الثلاسيميا الكبرى باعتبارها بيانات بقاء بعدها تم استخدام طريقة كابلان – مايير لتحديد مدى معنوية المتغيرات المستقلة والبالغ عددها اربعة عشر متغيرا ثم استعمال الشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية (ANN) كاسلوب جديد لتحليل هكذا نوع من البيانات ومقارنته مع انموذج انحدار كوكس (Cox) التقليدي لنوع البيانات هذه , وبحالتين منفردتين لكلا اسلوبي التحليل اذ اشتملت الحالة الاولى على جميع متغيرات الدراسة والحالة الثانية اشتملت على المتغيرات المعنوية والبالغ عددها سبعة متغيرات فقط الناتجة عن طريقة كابلان – مايير . ان الشبكة العصبية الاصطناعية المختارة في الحالة الثانية المشتملة على المتغيرات المعنوية فقط بمعمارية هيكلية (2-3-7) ونسبة تدريب 70% ونسبة اختبار 30% اثبتت افضليتها على نظيرتها تلك التي اشتملت في تحليلها على جميع متغيرات الدراسة او المعنوية منها وبذات المعمارية او اختلافها , كذلك الحال فيما يخص انموذج انحدار كوكس اذ كانت نتائج الانموذج المقدر للمتغيرات المعنوية فقط هي الافضل وهذا يدل على التغير الذي احدثته طريقة كابلان - مايير فيما يخص مدى تاثيرها في كفاءة طريقة التحليل الاحصائي واستخلاص المتغيرات المعنوية منها . وعند مقارنة نتائج الاسلوبين المختارين تبين ان الطرق التقليدية ليست هي الافضل دائما اذ اثبتت الشبكة العصبية (ANN) فاعليتها وكفاءتها على حساب انموذج انحدار كوكس (Cox) وتمت المقارنة بين الاسلوبين باعتماد المؤشر الاحصائي التنبؤ الصحيح (التصنيف) ونسبة التنبؤ الزائف , علما انه تم الاستعانة في هذه الدراسة بالبرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS) ولغة R)) وبرنامج (Excel) .
