Abstract: المستخلص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى اثر البرنامج الإرشادي بأسلوب توكيد الذات في تنمية الازدهار النفسي لدى المدرسين.
ويتم ذلك من خلال اختبار الفرضيات الصفرية الآتية: -
1- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عنـد مستـوى (0,05) بين رتـب درجات المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس الازدهار النفسي قبـل تطبيق البرنـامج الإرشادية وبعده.
2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عنـد مستوى (0,05) بين رتب درجات المجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي على مقياس الازدهار النفسي .
3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,05) بين رتـب درجـات المجموعة التجـريبية والضابطة في الاختـبار البـعدي على مقيـاس الازدهار النفسي.
يتحدد البحث الحالي بمدرسين المدراس الثانوية في قضاء بعقوبة التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية محافظة ديالى (2020-2021)، ولغرض تحقيق هدف البحث واختبار فرضياته أستخدم الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذو (المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة مع اختبار قبلي وبعدي), إذ تكون مجتمع البحث من (783) مدرساً, فكانت العينة الإحصائية (400) وعينة تطبيق البرنامج الارشادي تكونت من (20) مدرساً من مدرسي المدارس الثانوية الذين لديهم ضعف في الازدهار النفسي حيث بلغت درجاتهم أقل من المتوسط الفرضي البالغ (90) درجة, موزعة بطريقة عشوائية على مجموعتين (مجموعة تجريبية ومجموعة ضابطة) وبواقع (10) مدرس في كل مجموعة, وقد تم إجراء التكافؤ في بعض المتغيرات وهي (العمر, التخصص العلمي، عدد سنوات الخدمة, الحالة الاجتماعية).
وقام الباحث ببناء مقياس الازدهار النفسي على وفق نظرية (Seligman, 2011) الذي تكون من (30) فقرة بصيغته النهائية، وتم عرضه على مجموعة من المختصين في مجال العلوم التربوية والنفسية، والقياس والتقويم، وبذلك تحقق الصدق الظاهري للمقياس، وكذلك تم التحقق من صدق البناء، أما الثبات فقد تم ايجاده بطريقتين هما: اعادة الاختبار اذ بلغ (79)، والفاكرونباخ وقد بلغ (75).
وكذلك قام الباحث بتطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي بأسلوب (توكيد الذات) بحسب النظرية المعرفية السلوكية لـ (جوزيف ولبي), وتم تنفيذه من خلال برنامج إرشادي اعد لغرض تنمية الازدهار النفسي, وتم التحقق من صدق البرنامج الإرشادي من خلال عرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء المختصين في مجال الإرشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي, وبذلك تحقق الصدق الظاهري للبرنامج, وقد تكون البرنامج من (12) جلسة إرشادية بواقع (ثلاث جلسات) في الأسبوع, وكان زمن الجلسة الواحدة (45) دقيقة، وقد أستعمل الباحث الوسائل الإحصائية الأتية: (الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين, اختبار مان وتني, معادلة الفاكرونباخ, معامل ارتباط بيرسون, اختبار مربع كاي, الوسط المرجح, والوزن المئوي, قيمة اختبار ولكوكسن)
وقد أظهرت النتائج ان للبرنامج الإرشادي بأسلوب توكيد الذات تأثيراً في تنمية الازدهار النفسي لدى المدرسين وفي ضوء نتائج البحث الحالي قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
