Abstract: يهدف هذا البحث الى توصيف عملية التوثيق وتشخيص الاخطاء وسبل المعالجة في مستشفى بغداد التعليمي - دائرة مدينة الطب وتبرز مشكلة البحث باثارة تساؤلات عن متغيرات البحث وبالجانبين النظري والميداني وما هي طبيعة الاخطاء التي تتضمنها عملية التوثيق وما افضل سبل المع | The current research aims to explain the documentation procedures, on which characterized by fault diagnosis and access to treatment in Baghdad Teaching Hospital - Directorate of Medical City, by using the checklist to describe the documentation operation which called some times by (explanation of the documentation procedure, also find the quality of the documentation process, ensure the confidentiality of documents, simplifying the procedures of the documentation process, speed and flexibility of the documentation process, the sustainability of the process documentation), as well as a questionnaire to diagnose faults and remedies on a sample consisting of 39 individuals, whom as follow (director, head of department , division director, unit responsible),whom used statistical tools like calculated medium, arithmetic standard deviation, and coefficient of variation.The relative important highlights of the research problem by raising questions about what variables research and sides theoretical and experimental, which show what is the nature of the errors contained in the documentation process and the best remedies for these mistakes and adopted a check list the resolution as an essential tool as well as personal interviews and observations of the researcher to collect data and information that has been processed and analyzed using a number of statistical methods have been reached on several results, notably the weakness of hospital procedures to keep secret, also mention about the errors and methods of treatment, so it's so and most important for a statement the hospital administration attention to secret documents and paying high attention to this issue to prevent unauthorized access to documents and to take necessary measures to protect them.Also finding the procedures in documentation and mis line also the unabvios the statement in the result to treat the errors, after it can use the documentation using electronic, which capable for the major of the research samples, also the important. Also enhancement the research sample also to enriched the trust for the documents users. And finally the most recommended were the need to depend the management for the Baghdad teaching hospital, and increase the electronic documentation importance. Also finding the errors which occur during the hand manipulation, and try to decrease these errors treatment. Also take care of the increase the quality of documentation and release the concentration in which involved

Abstract: The training has a great & importance role in increasing the performance levels of the employees. It is considered as an essential base in the view of developing plan for rehabilitation of human resource in any organization.This research aims to assess the actual reality of training activity in the organization surveyed according Development activities of nurses rehabilitation in light of the evaluation of training programs implemented.This research included the relationship and impact between the rehabilitation as an dependent variable, and training program as a independent variable. first variable included three sub - dimensions, and the second variable included four sub - dimensions, these variables have interacted to form a framework around which the study.questionnaire as an essential tool for data collection. For the purpose of processing such data was the use of a set of statistical methods included (frequency distribution, percentages, and standard deviation, and coefficient of variation of the, Sperman correlation coefficient of, and simple regression coefficient). Based on the measurement of the variables of the study, diagnosis and testing correlations and influence, including study found a set of conclusions and recommendations, including : proven correct link that hypothesis It appeared that there is a correlation High program objectives and themes with the dimensions of rehabilitation and this result concludes researcher that the management of hospital nursing home sector has employed the program's objectives and themes in promoting rehabilitation nurses has appeared evident with the change in behavior skills since reached the highest correlation, with the changein knowledge, abilities and attitudes of respondents, with the total rehabilitation, not to mentioned that the management of the hospital were not active in the recruitment of the program's objectives and themes of the change in specialized behaviors.

Abstract: يتناول هذا البحث " اثر المزيج التسويقي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للدواء المحلي " من خلال راي عينة من الصيادلة العاملين في القطاع العام والخاص. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في محاولة لدراسة وتحليل اثر المزيج التسويقي بعناصره في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للدواء المحلي | The aim of the study is to know the effect of the marketing mix on competitive advantage to company of local medicines. The study deals with the marketing mix as an independent variable and the competitive advantage as a dependent variable, the marketing mix consist of seven sub dimensions collectively and individually interact with dependent variable to form a framework around which the study consists. The questionnaire of the study, which used a principal instrument for the purpose of data collection, consists of three axes, the first axis includes demographic information, the second axis is related to the marketing mix, and the third axis is related to the competitive advantage. Two hundred and fifty questionnaires were distributed to a sample of pharmacists, and only two hundred thirty - six questionnaires have recovered valid, this constitutes a response rate of about (94%).In order to handle these data, many statistical instruments have been used, included percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and simple regression coefficient. Based on the measured variables of the study, diagnoses and tests the link and influence relations study indicates that the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, distribution, people, physical environment, process) either separately or collectively affected on the competitive advantage of local medicines. Te study recommends the need to support the Iraqi pharmaceutical industry and increase the interest of pharmaceutical companies producing the improvement of the quality of their products and the development of methods of promotion with the need to follow the marketing methods adapted by international companies and attract people with marketing experience to the advancement of local pharmaceutical industry to face the challenges of competition in the Iraqi market.

Abstract: سعت الدراسة الى تحديد علاقة التغيير التكنولوجي بنجاح المستشفى، واستهدفت الدراسة مستشفى الصدر التعليمي بمحافظة النجف الاشرف كميدان للدراسة وحددت المدة ثلاث سنوات من 2000 - 2002، وقد اختيرت الاجهزة التي ادخلت الى المستشفى بوصفها عينة للدراسة والبالغ عدده | The study intends to specify the relation of the technological change in the hospital success, and Al - Sadder teaching hospital in Al_Najaf Al_ashraf governeer has been targeted as a study field and the period have been defined from 2000 up to 2002, then the equipments that entered to the hospital at that period have been choosed and described as a sample for the study and their appointed about (21) equipments.This study pursues to analyse the needs and the fact of the technological change process in Al_sadder teaching hospital, also it intends to answer the following questions : 1_What is the fact of technological change in the hospital (study field) ? 2_What is the level of the hospital management perception to the technological change as described as a gadget to reach the success?3_What is the role of the technological change in improving and reinforcing the organizational success of the hospital ?4_What are success needs of the technological change programs and its critical success factors ?In order to achieve the study goals, the main hypothesis has been defined which is (There is incorporeal correlation relation between the technological change and the organizational success) which leads to four subsidiary hypotheses after defining the changeables of the organizational success which are ]work productivity, machinery productivity, and employees satisfaction which are (annual adjusted doctor payment, and annual adjusted substaff payment), and payback period & reciprocal payback period [that show the correlation relation between the study changeables. these hypotheses have been tested statistically by : 1 - Percentage (%).2 - Correlation factor (R).3 - (t) test.4 - ( R2) factor. According to the results , the study appointed group of conclusions, the most important one that the hospital management invested the change in technology for most equipments in reinforcement of work productivity (in proportion of 67%), machinery productivity (in proportion of 67%), and employees satisfaction represented by ]annual adjusted doctor payment (in proportion of 60%), and annual adjusted substaff payment(in proportion of 50%)[. Also it can payback the costs of all new technologies within the hypothetical productive lifetime (in supported costs) but it can not payback the costs of the most new technologies (in nonsupported costs) within the hypothetical productive lifetime.And this study appointed group of recommends, the most important are : there is necessity to change the attention of health sector management to continuous intention to insert the continuous change in technologies and continuous improving all over the equipments and technological operations in the hospital, and there is necessity to the hospital management to keep its achieved profits from its policies to maintain the achieved success which represented by increasing work productivity, machineries productivity, and employees satisfaction. And there is necessity to the hospital management to modify its policies to gain more support from the government in the change of medical technologies where the change cost is not measured at cost / benefit level, but it is measured at the disease level where the health of the person and community, improvement of life, and decrease the death rate are the major profits versus change costs.
