Abstract: ان اية عملية تعليمية تعلمية - لابد ان تهدف الى حيازة المتعلمين المعرفة الخاصة بالظواهر المعينة في مجال تخصصهم , فضلا عن بناء مهارات خاصة بهذه الظواهر وبالتالي انشاء قدراتهم .ولعل تعليم فن الزخرفة وتوظيفها في مجال التصميم الداخلي مسالة ترتبط بهذه الستراتيجيات التعليمية ، لكون الزخرفة فنا مليئا بالجمال ويستند الى العلم الهندسي ، فدراسته وتعليمه وتعلمه يرتبط بالتراث العميق لعراقنا الحبيب والذي نسعى في الوقت الحاضر الى محاكاته واستلهام جماليات فنونه في اغلب الاختصاصات .وانطلاقا من هذا فقد هدفت الدراسة الحالية : الكشف عن الزخارف العباسية وخصائصها ومميزاتها وخصوصا ان الباحثة ركزت على زخارف العصر العباسي الموجودة في القصر العباسي والمدرسة المستنصرية والمدرسة المرجانية ومن ثم تصميم نماذج الوحدات التعليمية التعلمية التي تستند الى الاسس العامة للنظرية الرياضية الاستكشافية التي انتهجت الباحثة ستراتيجياتها التعليمية التعليمية وبالتالي قياس فاعلية هذه النماذج على الفئة المستهدفة في التعليم والتعلم لطلبة السنة الثالثة - تخصص تصميم داخلي/ قسم التصميم - كلية الفنون الجميلة جامعة بغداد للعام الدراسي 2001 - 2002 والبالغ عددهم (10) طالب وطالبة من خلال استخدام التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة وفقا للوحدات التعليمية المصممة وقد احتاجت الباحثة لهذا الغرض الادوات التجريبية الاتية : 1. اختبار تحصيلي شامل لقياس فاعلية الوحدات التعليمية لتوظيف الزخرفة في التصميم الداخلي.2. اختبار معرفي - مهاري مدخلي للوحدات.3. الوحدات التعليمية المصممة وفقا للنظرية الرياضية الاستكشافية.وقد خضعت هذه الادوات لشروط الصدق والثبات، وقد اظهرت نتائج البحث بان العباسين استخدموا فن الزخرفة بتقنية هندسية عالية احتوت المواقع الثلاثة المذكورة سابقا وهذا ما ميز الزخارف العباسية عن زخارف العصور السابقة وقد تمخضت النتائج ايضا الى تصميم نماذج وحدات تعليمية لتوظيف الزخرفة في التصميم الداخلي والمتمثلة بوحدات اربع شملت (التحديد، التحليل، التطبيق والتوظيف)الزخرفة العباسية في التصميم الداخلي فضلا عن رفض الفرضية الصفرية القائلة بعدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة معنوية في الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية وتفوق مجموعة المفحوصين في الاختبارين المعرفي المهاري والتحصيلي الشامل وذلك باستخدام الاختبار التائي لقياس فاعلية النماذج المصصمة.وقد اوصت الباحثة تضمين المواد الفنية التراثية التي تعكس حضارة وادي الرافدين لما لها من اصالة فكرية وفنية في مناهج قسم التصميم وخصوصا مادة الزخرفة العباسية كونها تعكس عصرا حضاريا مهما في تاريخ العراق

The revelation of unknown and veiled contexts in art actions determined the developing of cogitation skills, and it connect with developing supreme intellectual skills, which will reflect positively on knowledge and critic ability for the literate on one side and to improve learning level on other side.The fast developing for cultural constructs of societies made the world by what it owned of thoughts and believes ,adopting similar pattern to some extent , so it becomes more important to fortification the literate from submission and subordination beyond substantive ideas and excess at inner meninges to facing challenges ,also develop his critical cogitation and promote his tendencies towards learning process. Critical cogitation is a compound process works on submitting certain idea to verification and on this evidence would be collect and verify it , then will be decided to accept or reject it , depending on certain criteria ,so the matter of development accompaniment becomes a target and feature accompanying contemporary Education ,the arranged instructional programs has adopted mission of developing critical cogitation at literates, these programs were prepared according to theoretical basis taking into consideration actual needs of literates especially constructivist theory which will reflect affirmatively on improving literates performance in general and the artist literate in particular, and this what Art Education Department in Baghdad University had adopted in particular represented by efforts of postgraduate (PhD) professors especially to direct the studies to deals with real problems and find solutions for it and improve the result of literates , there will not be reliance on this matter unless make an experimental study to insure of sufficiency of such programs , thereby this study took place and current research treat to its problem represented by follows questions : 1 - what the effect of designing propose instructional program according to (LOGAN) sample in develop critical cogitation skills for postgraduate students ?2 - Does the strategies of constructivist learning are sufficient to advance the level of critical cogitation for postgraduate students? The research comprise of Four chapter in order to understand the research problem and attempt to solve it, First chapter includes (method frame) which involves (study problem and its necessity, study significance , study limits and determine, identify, discuss idioms of the study ), current research determined its aim by follows : (( Develop critical cogitation of Postgraduate students / PhD in analysis and criticism)) Thus , the researcher put two minor aims ,they are : 1 - Design instructional program ? according to (LOGAN) sample in instructional design depending on constructivist learning strategies to Develop critical cogitation of Postgraduate students.2 - Measuring Efficiency of instructional program through apply it on empiric sample of postgraduate students (PhD) at Art Education Department through the following : A - Measuring level of critical cogitation skills through criticism approaches in recent painting art in epistemic manner. B - Measuring level of critical cogitation skills through literate activity in analyzing and criticize recent painting art in practically manner.Researcher puts the follows null hypothesizes to verify the mentioned aims : 1 - There is no variance of statistical function at level (0,05) among grades average of experimental groups students ,through their answers on the items of knowledge acquiring test , pretest and posterior critical cogitation.2 - There is no variance of statistical function at level (0,05) among grades average of experimental groups students ,through their answers on the items of proficiency test , pretest and posterior critical cogitation.3 - There is no variance of statistical function at level (0,05) among grades average of experimental groups students ,through their answers on the items of knowledge acquiring test for critical cogitation at posterior and consecutive application.4 - There is no variance of statistical function at level (0,05) among grades average of experimental groups students ,through their answers on the items of proficiency test , for critical cogitation at posterior and consecutive application. The current research is limited to : Postgraduate students / PhD at Art Education Department / College of Fine Arts / Baghdad University. for the academic year 2013 - 2014 , in critical cogitation skills of analyzing and criticize subject , ( Pragmatic criticism , post colonially, cultural criticism , Gender criticism ) in Painting Art. Researcher enclaves study idioms by discussing whereas linguistic and idioms identification , to product procedural identities help in achieving research aim. Second chapter includes theoretical frame for all related to research subject ,as it consist of three topics , each topic deals with significant frame of problem nature, First topic deals with (critical cogitation) , The second deals with (analyzing and criticize) , Third topic deals with (Constructivist Theory and constructivist learning strategies), researcher tried to involve multifaceted and study assets with Arabic and Foreign available and recent sources, also researcher promote the theory frame with intellectual maps in addition to involve this chapter the previous studies which come close of research components and discuss it , in order to enable researcher to conclude the indicates of theory frame , previous studies had help researcher in built his test tools and apply study experimenting. Third chapter deals with research measures which contains designing instructional program according to constructivist learning strategies ,depending on (Logan) sample in instructional design and two research tools which represented by proficiency and cognitive critical cogitation test , his items ( 26 ) varies to ( conclusion , proof evaluation , hypothesizes and axioms perception , deduction ,commentary ) , it worth noting that research population represented by postgraduate students /PhD Art Education Department reached (8) students male and female , research sample represented by all population due to its small size reached (8) students for academic year 2013 - 2014, hereafter the two test (research tools) submitted to validity procedures by presented to experts who are specialized in art education teaching methods ,analysis ,criticize , evaluation and measurement , after assurance of commissioning research tool through applying on prospective sample represented by (8) both gender postgraduate students of Baghdad University / College of Fine Arts / Art Education Department , and accounting distinction level ,Essenes and hardness and appropriate time to apply test items, it becomes ready for application on pre mentioned research sample , following design of research experiment which consist of one experimental group and after fixing the variables ,the group submitted to pretest and then concentrate variable (instructional program to develop critical cogitation in ( analysis and criticism) for (7) weeks to the amount of (2) hours weekly , the total hours of experiment reached to (14) hours, experimental group had been taught by analysis and criticism subject professor of postgraduate studies (PhD) with presence of research professor supervisor and researcher for the period from 26/02/2014 to 23/04/2014. After completion of experiment application , the pretest performed on the group using statistical devices ,comparison made between result of prior test and posterior test and separate answers to make researcher reaches collection of results according to null hypothesizes aforesaid to detect the perfection of posterior application in two exams ( cognitive –proficiency) , which indicate affirmatively on independent variable efficiency ( Instructional Program) , by accounting of influence size (R2) we had been able to recognize the credibility of differences of research variable to be proof that obvious effect of instructional program on the cognitive and efficiency acquirement level for experimental group students, it was clear that (T - Test) value is (4,7471 - ) it is a statistic function value at level (0,05) , (d) value is (2,570 ) and it is accepted value , thus we reject null hypothesize and accept substitutive hypothesize , that means there is variance of statistic function at level (0,05) of critical cogitation skills application level in analysis and criticism subject of paint art. A sum of conclusions had been reached according to the light of results ,most important are : - 1. there is weakness in acquirement level of students critical cogitation skills , this had affirmed by research items and pretest of critical cogitation skills.2. importance of organize the instructional environment through principles instructional design according to constructivist learning strategies sights , and direct the didactic process advance towards fulfillment planned objectives.3. priority of constructivist learning strategies in comparison with other strategies in developing critical cogitation skills.4. efficiency of design (Logan) on the used traditional methods of teaching analysis and criticism subject within study sample in develop critical cogitation and make decision to solve didactic problems.5. there is contradiction in effect of used strategies on developing critical cogitation skills.6. efficiency of using (change conceptual) strategy at presentation of new concepts for the student which related to didactic environment that he belonging to.7. efficiency of using learning course strategy in developing (proof evaluation) skill by supporting pragmatic criticism knowledge for postgraduate students (PhD) in Art Education Department.8. Demonstrate implicit meanings of post colonially by effect of using ( suggestion hypothesizes and axioms) according to constructivist learning strategy (Yager) sample.9. Deduction skill could be develop on literate through concentrated learning strategy about the problem according to gender apprehension.10. Appearance of high level at literates in terms of cultural criticism by applying strategies figure (VEE). After reaching sum of introduced conclusions , number of recommendations and suggestions had reached ,most important of it are : - 1 - Adopting the suggested instructional program according to constructivist learning strategies in teaching postgraduate students , University of Baghdad / Art Education Department , for it effect in developing their critical cogitation skills.2 - In regard with proof of efficiency of suggested instructional program in developing critical cogitation skills at postgraduate students (PhD) Art Education Department , it is recommended to circulation use the program from art education departments at fine art colleges and education colleges at country universities.3 - Insertion of study subjects items , subjects related to constructivist learning strategies, in art education departments at fine art colleges and education colleges.4 - Adoption critical cogitation skills in analysis and criticism subject as a tools through it perform the intromission in deep penetration of aesthetic text.5 - Take into consideration training the teaching staff within program of University teaching methods center on teaching design and didactic materials and enhance their ability of using didactic design samples.6 - Allocation subjects in teaching methods courses at University didactic level as regard to styles of developing students ability in cogitation generally and improve Critical cogitation skills in particular.7 - Concerning of art education laboratories at least on postgraduate level and supply it with equipment and appropriate devices. On the other hand ,Suggestions : - 1 - Making a study to identify the efficiency of constructivist learning strategies and develop aesthetic privileging in ( aesthetic philosophy ) subject ,according to introduction (STS) for postgraduate students (PhD) Art Education Department , Art Fine College / Baghdad University.2 - Making a descriptive study to identify level of critical cogitation skills to solve technical problems for postgraduate students at Art Education Departments , Art Fine College / Baghdad University , in comparison with postgraduate students at Art Education Departments at counterpart colleges. 3 - Making studies to build suggestion study units according to constructivist learning strategies and contrast it with traditional used units in methods at level of ( Bachelor Degree) at Art Educations Departments. Identify current research using educational complex, the material prepared by the kids arts researcher by relying on the opinions of experts and literature own article, and was six educational topics. Limited sample of the research on students Phase II / Mustansiriya University / core / Department of Art Education / Faculty of Education, the morning of the study, was chosen as the research sample Qsidia, as the number of sample students reached (60) students, 30 of them in the experimental group and (30) in the control group, was keen researcher on equal groups in some of the variables that may have an impact on them of the variable (age, sex, educational attainment, previous experience) researcher has chosen experimental design for the two Pachtbarren me and after me. Promising researcher cognitive test has been achieved from the virtual honesty and sincerity content after his presentation to a group of experts in the field (teaching methods of art education and the Measurement and Evaluation). After collecting the data were processed statistically using after the end of the experiment (samples t - test t.test). Results of the experiment showed superiority of the experimental group which studied the way the educational complex on the control group, who studied in the usual way (the lecture) for the same substance, which led to the rejection of the hypothesis of the research. In light of the current search results researcher recommended a set of recommendations, including : Use of the educational complex in teaching the material. As a complement to this research, a development researcher has suggested several proposals, including : conducting similar studies to study the stages of study materials and other stages majoring in art education

This is so because they still use the traditional teaching styles. Thus , the obstructs of the tradition must be overcome, making the learner the goal through using modernizations to facilitate the obstructs that face the students of the College of Fine Arts in the subject of history of Art especially in the topic of Modern European painting schools. To academically highlight this problem , the researcher conducted her study entitled (Effect of Electronic Museum's learning in Achievement of college of fine Arts students in the subject of history of Art). This research aims at knowing (Effect of Electronic Museum's learning in Achievement of college of fine Arts students in the subject of history of Art). For this purpose, the researcher has formulated the following two objectives : 1. Design of a program for Electronic Museum's learning in subject of history of Art (school of modern European drawing).2. Measuring effectiveness of the program by applying it on experimental sample of college of fine Arts students, second stage in Academic year 2013 - 2014. To achieve this objective, the researcher formulates the following null hypothesis : There is not any significant statistical difference at level of (0.05) between the average of the students achievement of experimental group and the average of the students achievement of control group in intelligence test.College of Fine Arts - Diyala university was chosen, represented by second stage students who have taught subject of schools of modern European drawing as limitation of research as a field of Experiment intentionally. The two groups of research were choosing by using simple random method to represent original sample of research and they were distributed into two groups, experimental (15) male and female students and control groups (15) male and female students. Equivalence was made between two groups in variables of (intelligence, age, and previous achievement in subject of History of Art). After preparing research requirements, the experiment was applied from the 16th of February 2014 to the 6th of April 2014 by teaching each group one lecture weekly Teaching included six Artistic schools. The researcher has formulated (72) behavioral objectives distributed on six levels of Bloom classification. These objectives were shown to members of Juri who are specialized in Artistic Education, Methods of General Teaching, Measurements and Evaluation. The researcher has constructed post achievement test consisted of (40) items. All statistical analysis was made to the test like reliability items difficulty, effectiveness of distracters, and limitation of test time after its application on pilot sample consisted of (66) students fine arts college students Baghdad University. After this statistical analysis all items were acceptable, and after finishing the experiment, achievement test was applied on the two groups. The results were analyzed by using t - test. The results of research were as follows : Excellence of experimental group who has taught according to Electronic Museum's learning on control group who has taught according to ordinary method for this reason, the null hypothesis was refuted.The research has submitted the following recommendations : 1. Application Electronic Museum's Learning method in teaching subject of History of Art.2. Revision curricula to e suitable with Electronic Museum's learning. The researcher has submitted the following suggestions : 1. Making study about obstacles of using Electronic Museum's learning Iraqi Universities.2. Making study about effect of using Electronic Museum's learning in learning retention for a long time.

The no. of students sample which taken from/ Radio and TV. branch are (45) students, choosing (10) randomly population to apply the test on them.The current research follows the methodology training, so the training program is designed for acquiring the diction skills from analyzing the contents of (Arabic phonetics) which belongs to speech and diction subject, and rebuilt it according to (Gagne & Briggs,1988) method.In order to measure the efficacy of this program, two kinds of tests were designed, the first test is cognitive to measure the student's information and the second is the expertness which measured by performance rectification form.To manifest the results of the study concluded by the researcher, he used the following statistical means : (Willcoxn Test) to show the prior - posterior differences between the students of the empirical group, (Difficulty and Discrimination Coefficient) equation to analyze the paragraphs of the cognitive achieving test and (Holsti) equation to find the agreement between the two criteria also those noted in consistency on performance rectification form.In addition using the (Kauder Richardson / 20) equation for consistency of cognitive achieving test. Most significant result concluded by the researcher : 1. The efficacy of the training program which designed according to (Gagne & Briggs,1988) method and its effect and capability in acquiring the students the knowledge skills in diction which is part of (speech and diction) subject from the forth class course/ Tv. And Radio/ Mass Communication department/ College of art/ Islamic university/ Baghdad. 2. The training program shows a good result in acquiring the skills of diction after apply it prior - posterior stage, and the posterior stage shows the best results. The most significant recommendations by the researcher are : 1. Consider the training program which tested on diction as a curriculum to teach it to the forth class in the Mass Communication department to acquire them the knowledge and performance skills.2. The modern teaching mediums in using the instructional design and the training Program require suitable learning environment and instructional material and an experience teaching stuff to grantee in general the development of teaching the knowledge and performance skills and especially in diction and speech subject.

Through the border of the following : Schools miniatures Arab and Muslim countries : Iraq , Turkey , Iran. , And fourth - graders , Department of Technical Education - Faculty of Fine Arts / Baghdad University for the academic year 2012 - 2013 m.This included the second chapter , the theoretical framework and previous studies , which included theoretical framework : of the Islamic miniaturesThe third chapter was to research procedures taken by the researcher descriptive method and experimental approach has identified threeschools where a sample of the search , namely : - the school Baghdadi. Turkish school. Iranian school.Then took two tests of knowledge and skills - pre and post tool for his research as well as a form of performance evaluation for students in the Department of Art Education. Then the researcher conducted interviews with faculty specialists in Islamic art in the field of painting and drawing in particular, miniatures and professors of art education , then the researcher validity and reliability by steps of scientific research.And the fourth chapter is devoted to the results and conclusions of the most important findings of the researcher of the results , including : - The effectiveness of the training program prepared in the knowledge and skills , according to the results. - The lack of correlation between the two tests (no significant correlation - To experience the impact of the development of mental perception through artistic expression among the students of the miniatures fourth stage in Art Education Department. - The difference between the arithmetic average of the two tests pre and post ( 23.20 ) degrees more than twice the degree of pre - test which shows the effectiveness of the program in the technically gifted side.Conclusions - 1 Note the visual impact of a large and clear on the successful responses , shows its impact through open the minds of students and their imagination. Abstract: The current research aims to identify the impact of camp model ( or design ) on the methods of art education teaching of the college of basic education students. And in order to achieve the research target , the researcher chose a design of a partial adjustment using two groups , one is experiential and the other is standard. The researcher identified the College of Basic Education / Department of Art Education fourth stage as a place to conduct the experiment ,the fourth stage contained two halls only , hall (2) was selected randomly to represent the experimental group that studied according to camp design which contained 40 students after excluding the failing ones , hall (1) was selected to represent the standard group that used the traditional method in studying which contained 40 students after excluding the failing ones.The researcher matched between the two groups statistically through the adjustment of the variables of chronological age , the education attainment of parents and the previous scientific knowledge.And in order to measure up the results of two groups for the second semester of 2013 - 2014 in the subject of ( the methods of art education teaching ) taught by the researcher ,The researcher prepared study test consisted of 41 test items ,20 items of objective type ) choose from many ) and an essay question ?? and 20 items true &false distributed among the four levels of Bloom's classification (knowledge ,comprehension, application, analyses ).CAnd in order to analyze the results statistically, the researcher used (T - Test) that showed the existence of a statistical difference between the two groups degrees for the benefit of the experimental group students used camp sample at level (0,05).The most important results of the research were, promote some skills among students, provide nourishing opportunities for the students to make them closely acquainted with the strong and weak sides of performance, It also depends on the self - learning (personal knowledge ) and this in turn leads to better results in education.The study presented some recommendations and suggestions such as the issuance of teachers guide about the usage of modern scientific samples , especially camp sample or model.The following are the most important suggestions : 1 - The use of camp model in the rest of educational stages.2 - To adopt camp model in designing of the specialized Education Curriculum for the Department of Art Education3 - A comparative study between camp sample and other educational model in motivating learners toward skillful learning.
