Abstract: After this round in “Importance of being Religious & its Relation With Human Nature”, I conclude the most important results as the following : 1 - I reached the point that the word religion has got various meanings and can not be signified to only one religion. 2 - To what extend, human achieves progresses culturally, still the need divine religions. 3 - Religion has originality in human existence, from the time of Man appeared on earth till the date of resurrection, as proved by psychological and anthropology scientists. 4 - Foreign and orient theories which improved the idea of religion and inter in religion in Man as fear, ignorance or other reasons, have don't depend on scientific base, but it is false, as I prove in this research. 5 - The origin of religion is something nature man came to earth with these principles, from ancient times people have directed towards Allah. 6 - Men were went wrong on nature and right way, they worshiped idols images, universe existence, because of their ignorance and inadvertence, so Allah sent prophets and messengers to save them from wrong way and to put in front of them right and straight way.7 - The meaning of Asia (so set thou they face steadily and truly to the faith : (establish) Allah's handwork according to the pattern on which he has made mankind no change (let there be) in the work (wrought) by Allah : that is the standard religion) is Al - Islam religion 8 - The nature of man is right and sound, and this is only a gift from Allah on believer’s peoples, it is a preparing for Allah to believing in religion, not unbelieving.9 - There are many motives and various and many reasons of perversity, as spirit which order man for wrong way, followed up the desires, obeyed for devils, bad friends. 10 - Man went a way from its nature for different reasons, our research tried to shed a light at them : A - Absence of right brought up in family or school or society.B - Spreading of injustice.C - The sever condition of life as, poor, wars, comparative of society and its disputes, isolation, distinguishing in religion or believing or color or origin …etc.11 - Believing in religion is the best features, the best men in Islam Are themselves have a best ethics. 12 - The reason of directing towards Allah and Man took religion, warship, ceremonies of worship are the two basic laws in man mind, first one is the law of reason and second one is the law of Quay

Abstract: The significance of the Sunna of the Prophet lies in the fact that it is the second source of the Sharia (Islamic Law) after the Holy Quran.It is either confirming the orders and prohibitions cited in the Quran; clarifying certain verses of the Quarn, in accordance with the verse “وانزلنا اليك الذكر لتبين للناس مانزل اليهم ولعلهم يتفكرون”; or adding provisions not mentioned in the Quran. Allah the Exalted orders that the Sunna of the Prophet be followed, according to the verse “و ما اتاكم الرسول فخذوه وما نهاكم عنه فانتهوا”.Given that the Sunna of the Prophet has a lofty and grand status in the Islamic religion, I have selected a hand - written book entitled “المفاتيح في شرح المصابيح” (the key to expounding the lights) by the author Muth’hir Al - Din Al - Hussein Bin Mahmood Bin Al - Hassan Alzeidani (died 727AH), as a title for my thesis. This book is an exposition to another book entitled “the Sunna lights مصابيح السنة” written by the linguistic Imam Al - Baghawi (died in 516 AH). The “the key to expounding the lights” is one of the most important books that have provided a detailed and simplified expounding for the Sunna of the Prophet. It is an honor for me to share my colleagues in reviving the efforts of our ancestor mentors, Allah’s mercy on them; they will always remain our beacons on the road of right.My thesis consists of two chapters : Chapter one : it includes an introduction and two sectionsThe Introduction covers the biography of the two glorified Imams - Al - Baghawi (died in 516 AH), the author of (the Sunna lights); and Al - Zeidani (died in 727 AH), the author of the (key to expounding the lights).Section one : it offers an introduction to the book (key to expounding the lights), and consists of two topics : Topic one : the name of the book and its reference to its authorTopic Two : The methodology of Imam Al - Zeidi and his sourcesSection two : it deals with the written transcripts and my methodology in the research. It is composed of two topics : Topic one : a description for the written transcriptsTopic two : My methodology in the researchChapter two : it includes the examined text, bibliography and references used in the research.In my research I used different sources such as books on biography, language, Hadith (the Prophet traditions) sciences, jurisprudence, and others.Problems in the development of the thesis : • Difficulty to access to the locations where the written transcripts are kept. There are three transcripts in number : two in the National Center for transcripts in Haifa Street. This street has witnessed ferocious battles and hard conditions during 2006 - 2007. The third transcript is kept in the Kadiriya Shrine Library in Baghdad. Three of my colleagues assisted me in examining the first part of this transcript. My share of the first part is the Introduction and the Iman (the Belief) book. • Lack of references about Al - Zeidani, the author of the key to expounding the lights, especially regarding his birth, upbringing, and biography. My colleagues who preceded me attributed this lack of references to the invasion of the tartars to Baghdad in 656 AH (1258 AD), resulting in deterioration of all walks of life, killing of scholars and imams, and gutting of libraries. Most scientists had to flee from Baghdad for fear of death by the hands of tartars. This accounts for the lack of references about them, including the scholar Al=Zeidani.

The force attack on Islam took the form of extremist opinions mixed with philosophies prevailing in nations before their conversion to Islam, whether because of their pure desire of because of fight , which availed the free intellectual atmosphere that was domineering at that time . To say the truth that is real Islam : freedom of belief , opinion , and worship within the community of Islam. This study is divided to introduction , interview and four chapters . I explain in the introduction the importance of this subject and the difficults I had faced as well as I explained the importance of Islamic thoughts. The first chapter divided to three sections , The first one was a bout the Islamic thoughts including Language and meaning. The second section the growing of groups and schools of thoughts as I mentioned the most important schools and not all of them depending on the speed of transportation of these schools and the effect they had left in addition to the effort that was made to include these thoughts or strength them according to their nearest or far space from Islamic thought.Al though my study is not historical but intellectual I began with the following groups : - (Al Khwarij , Al Kadiriya , Al Jabriya , Al Murjia'a . The mental school within both divisions : Al Mu'tazila and Al Shia'a ) then the transportation school within its two divisions : Al Thahiriya and Al Salafiya. At last Al Tawfiqia school within its two divisions Al Asha'ara and Al Materedia finally Sofia school . The third section was the important , modern intellectual schools . They appeared since the last three crnturies ehich were proceed by Al Emmam Ibn Taimis's school and I will explain it brievly starting with Muhammad Abed Al wahab school then Al Afgani school , Muhammad Abd'a and Muhammad Rasheed Retha following the Moslem brother's school and its development. At last the salafe school and the new Al Thahiri school. In fad these school represented a development for the Salafi school. The second chapter include two studies the first is about the qualities of Islam thoughts. The second concerning the basic of Islam thoughts and I mentioned only five. The third chapter has two studies represent the plot of my theme. The first one is the interior intellectual challenges as I mentioned seven. The second study was about the foreign intellectual challenges as I mentioned only six believing that these challenges are the important one. The Fourth and the last chapter has two studies, the first one is a bout effect of middling Islamic thoughts and the second study is a bout the future of this thought. The resources I depend on were original , old one while the other were new and trusted one belongs to well - known writer. Also I used so much modern books which were written a bout these challenges and how to face them. Also I added my personal suggestion which I believe that would befit the Islam and might God be my witnesses

Abstract: By God support I has got many results as I declared briefly in the conclusion of this thesis ( The three prayers of the heavenly religion ) as follow : 1 - Religion was brought to earth with the first human and remain on earth ,fixed in the depth of the spirit. Since the human was created , he felt that there was a motive drive him to ask help from someone , holly , mighty and stronger than him. This indicate that the religion was innate in the human ,and this instinct remain with him therefore religion was necessary for human. This is a historical and intellectual fact. Each person has a religion and those who denied it and do not believing any thing , they have new religion and that is ( to believing nothing ) 2 - All heavenly books which God send it to human by his messenger and prophets to direct people and bring them from darkness of blasphemy to the light of faith and truth and to teach them the fact of obedience in his soul but the heavenly books which proceed the holly Quran was declined by changing and amending their words. This fact can not be denied by researchers. Any one who read the holly books with his old and new age can see the contrast and confusion between one publish and an other in forming and meaning. The holly Quran will remain true and will not be declined or amend since the holly God promos to keep it till doomsday.3 - The worship concept in heavenly religion do not differ in its Basic as they are from one origin , the holly God so worships are united. All messengers and prophet move in one way , the way of teaching their people the faith and the truth. Holly God say's (( I do not create people and demon for nothing but to worship me" and his mighty says" we do not prefer someone of his messenger on other, we have heard and obied" while some of the three religion followers like Hebrew and Christians had declined their religion and made amends that God did not order to do so and they invented ceremonies Which lead to different between the three religions.4 - The Islam consider all religions as fixed worship practices that no one should make any changing on it however knowledge he had got. Every body is a slave for God and he should obey the holly Allah and committed to his orders.5 - Worship is the practical side for the religion from which we can touch the faith. For example whenever the great basic of worship such as prayer was fixed in the heart of their people and to be committed to it and do it on it's time then the religion will be true. Islam was never declined a long the ages while the prayer represented the most important worship for all religions.6 - The prayer for Hebrew is not to get close to God only' but its often connected with some situation and we can notice that in their feast. Their material relation to prayer. Move them to make invention in their worship, so the Zionism made use of the prayer for political interests in addition to gather all the jews from all the word.7 - The way in which the Hebrew explain the material worship and their view to the prayer move them to borrow some ceremony from other nations and bring it to their religion leaving behind their messenger Legislation and they become elegant and that could be easly touched on the Jew's character.8 - The spirit worship of the Christian it’s a reaction for the material spirit of the Jew's worship. The Christians religion was affected by Indian philosophy and believes, as well as the Greek and Persian. So they denied the unity of God and consider the Christ his partner. Thus we can see in their prayer that mentioned in Mati and Luka Bible which started by " Our father "9 - There is no doubt when we balance brayer Islam and the other two religion we can see a simple picture of the worship in Islam.10 - Prayer in Islam is a symbol for the unity of God and the relation between the God and the creature with no interfere of any one. The movement of standing and knee upon with full condition's and complete basic which is not available in Hebrew and Christian's religion.11 - Islam looks to prayer from three corner : 1 - The form of the prayer.2 - The concept of the prayer.3 - The effect of it or what we can call it the philosophy of the prayer. These three diamention are lost in the two religion ' the Hebrew and the Christian.12 - The Islam mixed the spirit benefit with the body benefit to relieve his body and spirit that was appar on the ancient Moslems. Their spirits were pure and their body was strong. This character could not be found in other rellgion. Islam is the instinct, religion which last for ever on the earth. At the end of this thesis I wont to provide two suggestions may be take in consider : 1 - Establish new section in the college of the religion basic to study the religion's in general and to take care of the holly books the dates of religions and the comparative between them and if this project take place the Islam library will be rich with information and to open new fields.2 - Study the philosophy and secrets of worship in Islam by student and involve in the meaning of these worship from all side such as sychological, spiritual, organic, healthy and social side so we can show the great ness of Islam legislation.

The conditions of Al - Emam Al - Ghazali’s era considerd the most critical time of Islamic histories, because of crusader’s attacks for the Islamic lands, and in the other side the movement of Al - Batiniah appear in the country, as well as the political dispute among rulers, meanwhile the Islamic Kholifa in Baghdad has became very weak because of distributing of Islamic Country into cites, all these elements pushed Al - Emam Al - Ghazali to fight them intellectually. We find that Al - Emam Al - Ghazali paid very great attention to political cases, and he wrote in political subjects, but this writing was separated in many of his books. He was also a preacher for the politicians and the rules in his era, who reminded them for Taqwa and always advise them to not do a harmfull during ruling the peoples. A potical thingking according to Al - Emam Al - Ghazali had two means, first one means “Guidance”. It is similar to the meaning of managing or arranging people’s matters and offer the benefits for them. The second meaning is, according to Al - Emam Al - Ghazali, the art of management of country in arranging their matters which represented by Sultan, rulers or politicians politicies. According to Al - Emam Al - Ghazali opinion Islami has connection strongly with policy, but it is part of it. When policy become weak in nations, it will lead them to the destroy and failure, after that it will destroy the life’s matters in world and hereafter. So Al - Emam Al Ghazali found that policy can not be seperated with religion and can’t so the economy and ethic.

Abstract: The invitation’s mission to ALLAH is the duty of Prophets and messengers of God (ALLAH) and who followed them on long of years, like scholars , heralders and reformers.This research is an invitational study which takeless means that through them we can reach the Islamic invitational to people, and the purpose is not mention them only but also show their importance in the invitational work. Then I mentioned the obstructions of invitation blocked perfect advantage with invitational means, and show some of features which help for achievement the perfect advantage by the invitational means.I divided this research into an introduction, three chapters and conclusion, I had mentioned in the introduction the definition of means, their controls and types and some matters about them.In the chapters of research, In the first one, I take the reading and old means, I put every means alone in an independent chapter.In the second chapter, I mentioned the services and social means also I put them in an independent chapter. And, I talk about the modern means of the Islamic invitation, in the third chapter, but this chapter became in two sections else, one of them, I mentioned the listening means, and I talk about the visible means in the second section. Finally, I mentioned in the conclusion the important results which I reached on, and some of them are : 1. The invitational means cover all moral and material thing, which can be used in the invitation to ALLAH, and the do not stop on the old means only, because the means are diligently. 2. The invitational means to ALLAH are not allowed absolutely, but they are fettered by the Islamic jurisprudence.3. The end justifies the means theory is noway in Islamic jurisprudence and it can not be used in it because both end and means must be allowed in Islamic religion. 4. The invitational means are so much and sporadic in the invitational studies and researches, but what I mentioned in this study is a try for contain a large number which is possible in one research, and it is a try to make an encyclopaedia in the invitational means.5. The invitational means exposed for more of obstructions which blocked advantage of them, and these obstructions are, either from inside the invitational frame like the heralder or his curriculum or the invitational establishment, or from outside the invitational frame as society and the government’s policy. All of them need to overcome the hurdles and treat the obstructions. 6. The means which I mentioned are not pointed to one group without other, but they are for all interesters to serve this religion.Whatever was their home or coloures or languages, the aim is to help them to reach this religion to all over the world.Finally, this study is mere a human effort and every human effort does not become an absolute perfect. My wish is to serve my religion.Praise be to ALLAH, the God of the worlds.
