المستخلص: This study aims to understand the important authorities of the social control in Al - Hurria neighborhood in Baghdad , as it marked the urbanized local society in which the social relationships of it interlocked to the great degree, whereas the informal ways of control which are excessively depended on Law power in the shade of present conditions that the country face now. This guided all individuals of society to organize their relationships according to what deterring means have the informal ways of control included in order to keep on their rights and relationships , and perhaps that families' values are displayed and organized the families' regard, honor, and control relationships. Thus, the clannishness and kinship relationships in which moved the human from government power ( the law ) to the social local society ( the customs, religion, values ) in view of its great influence on the process of social control and solve the problems and the social, cultural, and economic conflicts which happen in the studied local society. So, the clannish customs, and also religion by its rituals, instructions and the influence of its symbols on the individuals' psychologies have occupied in social control the higher position and influence more than the role of law. The importance of this study comes from its focus on the social control authorities in which work each with other so as to control on the social behavior of the studied society. So, the informal ways have clearly displayed and taken the interest of local people and give this society distinctive popular depending on these authorities and that make influence on the importance of direct or semi - direct social relationships among the societies' individuals, when the problem would happen among the individuals so the concerned problem goes directly to his clannish or gets help from religious in view of their clear influence on the studied society. This helps himself to solve his problem with the other, and then, the other himself carries out the same behavior by depending on his clannish or on the social or religion and values settings. And the same case when the relationships organized among the societies' individuals without giving the greatest interest to the roles of the law. This study depended on the ethnographic methodology and historical, cognitive methodology and then, taking on the importance anthropological tools such as direct observation , field meetings, informants, documents, recorders and technological settings. The study comes to that the informal control procedures are the basic active fact in the studied society, with clear absence of the formal control procedures. So, this will influence and point the weakness of the law and its authority under the presser of the present changeable conditions

المستخلص: This study aims to find out the sports public culture in football stadiums, and its impact on caught up sports and social, as well as access to a lot of the elements and mechanisms of this culture which is almost inconspicuous among some members of society, culture sports audience is a microcosm of the general culture of the community but it show more on the soccer field between the stands that are accompanied by some of the customs and traditions practiced by the audience, so the role of the sports public culture emerging in the unification of individuals in the community that the fans are from all segments of society and different ages shall communicate them through encouragement is affected by one other. Since the sports public culture often shaped and runs from the global venues ranging from clothes fans in the local stadiums, as well as chants and dances by the public is one of the manifestations that spread in the Iraqi stadiums, why watch them in international journals, as well as to the nature of Iraqi society and its contents public culture of political pressures, social and economic, that is reflected on the sporting public culture in the stadiums because they are part of the general culture of the community, as well as the role of sports organizations in the standardization of sports culture among the public.The researcher found through this study to some results that show the image carried by the sports audience, as follows : 1. linked to the sports culture of the public closely the general culture of the community and are affected by dramatically. As well as the sports audience's behavior is inside the stadium with some events that occur outside the stadium during daily life.2. sports audience behavior in football stadiums the size of sporting competition between clubs affected by the larger the competition between large fan clubs as reflected in the sporting public behavior inside the stadium, which is often violence.3. varied sports culture, according to the public time stages experienced by the community, it was the eighties and nineties of the last century, quieter and more balanced than the first and second decade of this century, it was the presence of well - known, the military and the older artists much more than it is now.4. reflection of many of the events and phenomena that occur in the global playgrounds at local stadiums, through represented by movements or actions or conduct by the sports public.

المستخلص: ان موضوع المجتمع الافتراضي يعد من اهم الموضوعات التي تهم الدارسين الاكاديميين لمختلف التخصصات، اذ تعبر كلمة المجتمع الافتراضي عن ذلك المجتمع القائم على التواصل بين الاشخاص المشاركين فيه عبر الانترنيت وتبادل المعلومات والبيانات من خلال مواقع التواصل الاجتم | The subject of virtual community is one of the most important topics of interest of many different academics disciplines, as the word virtual community reflects the meaning of that community - based communication between the people involved in it via the Internet and the exchange of information and data through social networking sites and programs, as it supports the existence of this community primarily on the presence of special means of communication and development of it's technology, and as a result of technological progress made in the devices used to access to this society, the number of participants increased from both types (male and female), the study aims to track the interaction of women in a virtual community, which has become part of everyday her life, and that live in a society defined by certain rules formulate their interaction in the virtual community parallel, and affect the use of his style, and achieves virtual community, according to its composition equality between women and men in terms of use, privacy and potential and privileges available, and women tend to participate and get these privileges that maybe can not get in the society and realistic granted by her virtual community through participation in personality or through a different personality, so you had to be the means of communication to be a field of study and research. The study consists of four chapters divided into two parts, which included the first section of which the first chapter, which tended to identify the key elements of the study and clarify the most important own concepts, as well as offer a range of academic approaches to the study of virtual community, headed the second chapter defines the approach and method of scientific practice in the research, which approach to self - understanding and analysis of knowledge and comparative approach included in the first Mbgesh, and presentation of data collection in the second Mbgesh tools, and singled out the third chapter of the study definition of virtual community and the statement of its inception its own theories in the Study first, explain the default components of society in the Study of the second. And ensure that Part II of Chapter IV, which turned to a statement forms and types of social networking programs in the first section, and to clarify the virtual community properties in the second research study, and headed chapter V of the study to track the interaction of women in a virtual community, as interested in the first section Balahsasat associated virtual community for women and is interested in studying the second section uses virtual community by women in the field of study.
