Abstract: تعد مرحلة المراهقة من اهم مراحل النمو في حياة الانسان ففيها تتبلور شخصية الفرد ومفهومه عن ذاته ونضجه الانفعالي والفكري ونتيجة التغيرات السريعة التي يشهدها المجتمع العربي في مجالات الحياة المختلفة، هذه التغيرات التي ادت الى تغير في القيم والمعتقدات مما دعا المراهقين الى استحداث قيم جديدة تدعو الى الحرية الفردية والمتعة ووجد المراهقون لانفسهم الحق في رفض هذه القيم والاعراف مما ادى بهم الى الثورة والتمرد.فالتمرد هو العصيان وعدم الاذعان لمطالب الكبار فيعتقد المراهق بضرورة رفضهم السلطة الوالدية فيبدا التمرد لديهم على كل الطلبات وعلى جميع القوانين واللوائح ويرفضون الالتزام بنماذج السلوك المقبول وبسبب ما يحدثه التمرد من مخاطر على حياة المراهقين والتي قد تتمثل بالاكتئاب او القلق والاغتراب والشعور بالذنب الذي يقود الى الافكار الخاطئة عن الاخرين والتعبيرات العاطفية المبالغ فيها، وبما ان البحث الحالي يتناول شريحة مهمة من شرائح المجتمع وجانب مهم من جوانب حياة المراهقين والتي يبدو فيها المراهق سريع الغضب ومتمردواقد يعجز عن حل مشكلاته فقد هدف البحث الى : 1. بناء برنامج تربوي لتخفيف التمرد النفسي لدى المراهقين.2. التعرف على اثر البرنامج التربوي في تخفيف التمرد النفسي لدى المراهقين. 3. معرفة اثر البرنامج التربوي على تخفيف التمرد النفسي لدى الذكور.4. معرفة اثر البرنامج التربوي على تخفيف التمرد النفسي لدى الاناث.5. معرفة دلالة الفرق لاثر البرنامج التربوي في تخفيف التمرد النفسي تبعا لمتغير الجنس.وقد شمل البحث طلبة معهدي الفنون الجميلة لكلا الجنسين في محافظة نينوى للعام الدراسي (2004/2005) وقد تم اختيار قسمي الرسم والتشكيلي للمرحلة الثالثة عينات تجريبية واختيار اقسام الخط بصورة مقصودة في كلا المعهدين عينات ضابطة.وتكونت عينة البحث من (78) طالبا وطالبة بواقع (40) طالبا وطالبة للمجموعات التجريبية و(38) طالب وطالبة للمجموعات الضابطة، وتم اجراء التكافؤ بين مجموعات البحث احصائيا في المتغيرات ذات العلاقة وهي (مستوى الذكاء، ترتيب الطالب في الاسرة، مستوى تحصيل الوالدين، العمر الزمني للطالب)، واستخدم تصميم المجموعات الضابطة ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي اذ يمكن ضبط العوامل المؤثرة في التجربة والسيطرة عليها قدر الامكان باستثناء المتغير المستقل وهو البرنامج التربوي .اما ادوات البحث فقد اعتمد البحث على المقياس المعد من قبل اللامي (2001) وعرض على مجموعة من الخبراء المختصين في التربية وعلم النفس لمعرفة مدى صلاحيته لموضوع البحث وبناء على ارائهم تم حذف عدد من الفقرات لانها حصلت على نسبة موافقة اقل من المعيار المقبول واستخرج معامل صدق البناء من خلال القوة التمييزية للفقرات وعلاقة درجة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية وبلغ معامل ثبات المقياس (0.84) بطريقة اعادة الاختبار .اما الاداة الثانية فكانت البرنامج التربوي الذي استهدف تخفيف التمرد النفسي، وتكون البرنامج من جزاين ، تضمن الجزء الاول اعداد القصص والاسئلة الملحقة بهواالمناقشات الموجهة لتخفيف التمرد النفسي ، اما الجزء الثاني فقد تضمن اعداد مشاهد افلام مع الاسئلة والمناقشات الموجهة لتخفيف التمرد النفسي ، تكون البرنامج من (14) جلسة ، (8) جلسات عبارة عن قصص و(6) جلسات عبارة عن مشاهد الافلام وحصل البرنامج بجزايه على موافقة الخبراء والمختصين في مجال التربية وعلم النفس كما عرض البرنامج القصصي على عدد من خبراء اللغة والادب لمعرفة صلاحية وارتباط القصة مع الفقرة التي بنيت في ضوئها ، وتم تطبيق البرنامج على المجموعتين التجريبيتين في الفصل الاول من العام الدراسي (2004/2005).بعد الانتهاء من تطبيق البرنامج التربوي تم قياس التمرد النفسي لغرض التحقق من صحة فرضيات البحث، وعولجت البيانات باستخدام تحليل التباين للاختبار البعدي لمجاميع البحث واختبار (شيفه) لمعرفة دلالة الفروق بين المجموعات وقد اظهرت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج التربوي المستخدم في تخفيف التمرد النفسي لدى عينة البحث وتفوقت المجموعة التجريبية (ذكور) على المجموعة الضابطة (ذكور) وذلك بدليل انخفاض متوسط المجموعة التجريبية ، كما اظهرت نتائج الاختبار تفوق المجموعة التجريبية (اناث) على المجموعة الضابطة (اناث) ولم تظهر اي فروق دالة بين المجموعتين التجريبيتين وفقا لمتغير الجنس ، وبهذا قبلت الفرضية الصفرية بانه لا توجد فروق بين المجموعة التجريبية ذكور والمجموعة التجريبية اناث اي ان تاثير البرنامج كان متساو للمجموعتين .وفي ضوء نتائج البحث ، تم صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات للاستفادة من البرنامج التربوي المعد في الدراسة الحالية ، كما اقترحت الباحثة اجراء دراسة لمعرفة اثر البرنامج التربوي المعد في هذه الدراسة لتخفيف التمرد النفسي على مراحل دراسية اخرى وتطبيق البرنامج بجزايه كل على حدة لمعرفة ايهما اكثر تاثيرا في تخفيف التمرد النفسي لدى المراهقين . | Adolescent is one of the most important stages of development in man’s life. In this stage the individual’s personality, his self - concept, and intellectual emotive maturation are crystallized. Due to the rapid changes witnessed by the Arabic society in the different fields of life. These changes that led to the change of values and thinking. The adolescent renewed new values that called for the individual freedom and pleasure, and they licensed themselves. The rejection of these values and customs that consequently led them to rebel and reactance. Reactance is the disobedience and indifference to the demands of the grown - ups. The adolescent believes in the necessity of the rejection of parental authority. They start reacting against all demands/requests, rules and lows. They refuse to follow the manners of the appropriate behaviour. Reactance has risks that endanger the adolescent lives, which might be represented in depression or anxiety or alienation and guilt - feeling. This refusal leads to the wrong thoughts about the others and the exaggerative emotional changes. So long, this research tackles an important slice of society, and an important side of the life of adolescent in which the adolescent appears furious, disobedient, and unable to solve his problems, the research aimed at : 1. Establishing an educational programme to lessen the psychological reactance among the adolescent. 2. Acquainting to the effect of the educational programme on lessening the psychological reactance among the individuals of the sample.3. Knowing the effect of the educational programme on the lessening of the psychological reactance among the male. 4. Knowing the effect of the educational programme on the lessening of the psychological reactance among the female. 5. Knowing the signification of the difference of the effect of the educational programme on the lessening of the psychological reactance according to gender variable. The research included the students of the two fine arts institutions in Mosul, 2004 - 2005 study year. The third year students of the departments of drawing and painting have been randomly examined as experiment samples. The inscription has been intentionally examined / tested in both institutions as control samples. Th sample of the research consisted of 78 students : 40 students for the experiment series, and 38 ones for the control one. Equivalence among the series was statistically made in the variables concerned : (intelligence levels, the arrangement of the student in the family, the scientific level of the parents, and the student’s age). The scheme of the control series that had a before test and an after one was used; the effective factors in the experiment can be restrained and controlled as far as possible except the independent variable, the educational programme. As for the instruments of the research, the research depended on AL - Lami scale (2001) and was exposed to a group of experts in education and psychology so as to know the extent of its fitness to then subject of the research. Depending on the opinions of the experts, a number of items was dropped, because they received a lower percentage of approval, and for the purpose of the statistical analysis of the items of the scale, and detecting, and detecting the correlation of the validity of construction by means of the discriminative force of the items and the relationship of the item degree to the total one. The correlation of the consistency of the scale was (84%) by means of re - testing. As for the second instrument, it was the educational programme that aimed at refining the behaviour and lessening the psychological reactance. The programme that consisted n two parts was prepared. The first part included the preparation of stories, their supplementary questions and the discussions that were oriented to lessen the psychological reactance. As for the second part, film scenes, and questions and discussions oriented to lessen the psychological reactance prepared. The programme consisted in 14 sessions : 8 sessions as stories and 6 sessions as film scenes. In its two parts the programme was approved by experts and specialists in the fields of education, and psychology. The programme also exposed to a number of experts in language and literature the stories to know the validity and the relevance of the story to the item in whose light it was constructed. It was applied to the to empirical series in the first semester, 2004 - 2005 study year.After the finishing of the application of the educational programme, the psychological reactance was measured so as to investigate the validity of the hypotheses of the research. Data were processed by means of the analysis of divergence of the after - test of the research series. The researcher chose Chevet to know the signification of differences among the series. The results showed the effectiveness of the educational programme used in the lessening of the psychological reactance among the students of the sample of the research by means of Scheffe test that showed the superiority of the experiment series (the male one) to the control one (the male one) on the evidence of the decline of the average of the experiment series. The results of the test also showed the superiority of the experiment series (the female one) to the control series (the female one). As for the knowing of the signification of differences between the two experiment series according to gender variable, the test results did not show any differences between the series (the male series and the female one). Zero hypothesis took into, granted that there are no differences between the experiment series (the male one) and the other experiment one (the female one), i. e. the impact of the programme was equal with regard to the two series. In the light of the results of the research, a group of recommendations was formed so as to make use of the educational programme prepared in this study. The researcher suggested administering a study so as to know the effect of the educational programme prepared in this study to lessen the psychological reactance in other stages of study, and apply the programme in its two parts in which each part was applied separately so as to know which part is more effective in lessening the psychological reactance among the adolescent.

The researcher has found that it is important to deal with the up mentioned issue for its active role on education process in order to get well - learners who will be able to practice the Critical Thinking with Cognitive - Reflective Style, getting away from impulsivity and hurry. The aims of this research are to know of the following : - 1. The level of Critical Thinking of students in the preparatory stage. 2. The level of Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) of the students. 3. The significance of differences in Critical Thinking Test according to the two variables (specialization and gender). 4. The significance of the differences in Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) Test according to the two variables (specialization and gender). 5. The relationship between the Critical Thinking and Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) Tests of the students in the preparatory stage. 6. The relationship between the Critical Thinking and Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) Tests according to two variables (specialization and gender). In order to achieve these aims, this research has been applied on a randomly collected sample of (1000) male and female students, from the fifth grade from the both sides (the left and right) of Mosul city in (2005 - 2006). In addition to using Critical Thinking Test, prepared by (Al - Abayachee, 2002), Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) Test, prepared by (Al - Ayaash, 2003), has been used. The researcher has achieved the objectivity of the test through out finding the two factors (Validity and Reliability). It has been depended on face - validity method through out offering it on a committee of experts of educational and psychological sciences. Whereas reliability has been achieved by the re - testing method. The following statistic means have been used to make sure of the findings, such as : (T - test, Z - test, percentage and person correlation coefficient). Then, the findings have become as following : - 1. Students of the preparatory stage have a high middle - level of Critical Thinking. 2. Students of the preparatory stage have a good - level of Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive). 3. There are no differences between specialization and gender concerning Critical Thinking Test. 4. There is no difference between specialization and gender concerning Cognitive - Style (Reflective - Impulsive).5. There is a positive correlation relationship between Critical Thinking Test and Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) Test. 6. There is no correlation relationship between Critical Thinking and Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) Tests according to specialization and gender factors. Under the light of these findings the researcher has reached to several recommendations and suggestions, the most important of which are the following : - 1. To have various scientific and educational competitions to enrich the Critical Thinking and the Cognitive Style (Reflective). 2. Employing the Critical Thinking in the syllabus through out preparing the students to researching projects which take in consideration solving some problems concerned with their relationships with the specializations. 3. Making a study connecting between the Critical Thinking and the personality variables, specially with growing styles and the child bringing up as well as with the sorts of the Cognitive Styles. 4. All these factors disrupt the life of the individual threatening his stability and security indicating a breakdown in the cultural perceives accompanied by the control of unstable emotions over our lives and the people who surround us. These factors leave the individual confused in front of these problems and pressures and powerless to solve these problems or agree with them. Therefore (Coleman) the American psychologist sees that the individuals who are able to solve these crises or consolidate with them are individuals with high emotional intelligence because the IQ alone doesn’t insure the success of the individual either in his career or his social life but rather needs contemplation, intellect and perception in a mixture that insures success in life. Thus, we must pay attention and care to prepare the college student to develop his emotional intelligence and carry out this role in life in a most successful way because the student is the foundation of the nation and a factor in its aspiration. Besides, we must encourage the college students to belong to the society and be in healthy accord with it y through conforming to the traditions and standards.Thus, the study aimed to achieve the following 1. Measure the emotional intelligence among university students. 2. Measure conformity among university students. 3. Expounding the relation between emotional intelligence and conformity. 4. Expounding the relation between emotional intelligence and conformity according to the following variables : gender (male/female), field of study (scientific/humanity), and study grade (first grade / fourth grade). 5. Expounding the differences in the relation between emotional intelligence and social conformity according to the following variables gender (male / female), field of study (scientific / humanity) and study grade (first grade / fourth grade) A random sample of (1100) male and female students from the 1st and 4th grade in scientific and humanity studies was selected. The students were distributed among (6) colleges in the University of Mosul. The researcher relayed on two scales namely the EI Scale (Al Nash 2005) and the (Social Conformity Scale (Al Asdi 2004 ). The quasi - validity of the scales was achieved by presenting them to a group of arbitraries while the validity and the differentiation capability of the scales were achieved by iteration of tests. The results were statistically significant and were treated by the SPSS package revealing the following results. 1. College students show high EI.2. College students show high social conformity.3. A statistical significant correlation exists between EI and social conformity. 4. A statistical significant correlation exists between emotional intelligence and conformity according to the following variables : gender (male/female), field of study (scientific/humanity), and study grade (first grade/fourth grade). The significance correlation was in favor for females, humanity studies, and 1st grade students. 5. A statistical significant difference exists between emotional intelligence and conformity according to the following variables : gender (male / female), field of study (scientific /humanity), and study grade (first grade / fourth grade). Stemming from the results, the researcher recommends the following 1. Establishing training and instructing courses to expound the importance of EI in our social life and in work.2. Emphasizing on noble commitment and conformity to social standards and norms among students. Besides, the researcher suggested the following : 1. Abstract: يهدف البحث الى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في تنمية المهارات التربوية والادارية لمديري ومديرات المدارس المتوسطة في مدينة الموصل من خلال ما ياتي : • بناء اداة لقياس مستوى المهارات التربوية والادارية لمديري ومديرات المدارس المتوسطة في مدينة الموصل.• بن | The present research aims at knowing the effectiveness of a training program in improving the educational and administrative skills for the intermediate schools principles in the city of Mosul through the following : • Building up a tool to measure the educational and administrative skills of the principles of the intermediate schools in Mosul.• Building up a training program to improve the educational and administrative skills of the principles of the intermediate schools in Mosul.• Knowing the effectiveness of a training program to improve the educational and administrative skills of the principles of the intermediate schools in Mosul.To achieve that, the following assumptions are being verified : • There are no statistical distinctions among the medium scores of both the experimental and control groups in the post - test of the levels of the educational and administrative skills.• There are no statistical distinctions among the medium difference of the scores of the experimental and control groups in both the pre - test and post - test of the level of the educational and administrative skills. The study is confined by the samples chosen from the day - intermediate school principles in the city of Mosul for the years(2010 - 2011). It bases on investigating the experimental procedures and both the experimental and control groups are chosen for the pre - test and post - test. The sample is chosen on purpose employed from the intermediate schools principles in Mosul only, who have weakness in their educational and administrative skills (about 20 principles) and they are divided into : First, An experimental group consists of ten principles(male and female)Second, A control group which consists of ten principles (male and female) The equivalence is done between the two groups according to the variables which affect the educational and administrative skills. These variables are confined as follows : gender, employment years in instruction, years in administration, the level of education, specification, social state and the contribution in the administrative workshop. The training programmed to improve the educational and administrative skills consists of twelve meetings in ten hubs. The first hub deals with the educational guiding skills, the second tackles training and developing teachers, third, improving curriculum skills, fourth, the relationship with local society skills, fifth, evaluation skills, sixth, technical skills in management, seventh, human skills in management, eighth, the intellectual skills in management, ninth, communication skills and tenth, self skills. The program is applied for four hours a day every week. The application lasts in twelve weeks and it begins on 21st. ,Oct.,2010 and ends on 27th. Jan.,2o11. In addition, training styles are used during the application of the program including (lecture) style as a basic one besides, other training styles are used such as; discussion, studying state, role - play, papers and researches, a series of decisions contain training subjects and technical aids like, computer, data - show, boards, summaries and sources. The researcher depends on the questionnaire as a tool to measure the skills of the principles as well as to know the effectiveness of the training program. After achieving the validity and reliability of the tool, it is displayed to a committee of experts specified in administration and educational to show its competence. The coefficient is found by using half - division method. The questionnaire consists of (101) items distributed on two dimensions : • Educational dimension and administrative dimension.• Each one includes five spheres. The receipt reports are treated statistically using T - test. The results show that the effectiveness of the training programme in improving the educational and administrative skills of the intermediate schools principles; therefore, the two assumptions are rejected.According to the results that the researcher reaches, there are statistical distinctions in the benefit of the experimental group who submitted and administrative skills. The researcher presents several recommendations : • Opening a department of preparing intermediate schools principles in the College of Education named; ‘ Educational Administration and Planning Department’ in the sense ‘administration’ is ‘a scientific and artistic job’ needs specific preparations suitable for the educational and instructional process.• Encouraging to held annual meetings from the related faculty of the universities and specific supervisions in the Directorate of Education to discuss the professional and scientific needs of the principles to design, accordingly, suitable training programme.• Encouraging the principles to evaluate their skills and pay their attention to the teachers’ attitudes to find out the real necessities for the principles in their work. There are also several suggestions : • Comparative study of the effectiveness of a training programme in developing the principles’ skills using training - programme method in usual style with a training programme carried out by training - bag method.• Returning to implement the present programme on similar group of the school principles and knowing the effectiveness of using observation - field style i.e., visiting the principle in his work at least, for three months

To achieve the identity among teenagers is considered one of the important elements of identity development and its integration; therefore it is considered the base for the individual harmony between himself and his environment. Mental health is considered a great goal sought by individuals because of the modern life complexity and the diversity of pressures and their sources against the man of this age. Therefore it is required that the individual should be psychologically conformed through his reacting, mental and social fields in order to be able to make use of his abilities and potentialities to face life burdens. The present research aimed at answering the following questions : - What is the identity level among adolescence of second class (intermediate school) and fourth class (preparatory school)? - What is the mental health level among teenagers of second class (intermediate school) and fourth class (preparatory school)? - Are there any statistical differences in identity development among adolescence regarding age and sex? - Is there any statistical relation between identity development and mental health? - Is there a relation between identity and mental health with reference to the following variables : - a - Sex (Males - Females)?b - School class (14 - 16 years old)?The research is limited within the age between (14 - 16) years old for both males and females of the intermediate, preparatory and secondary schools at Nineveh Governorate Centre for the academic year 2005 - 2006.The research sample was selected in two stages, the first was by taking schools’ samples while the second was by checking students’ samples. A random selection of schools reach up to (20) schools, where (8) schools are on the right bank and (12) schools are on the left bank, while students sample covered (352) students (male and female). As for the two research methods, it has been selected the standard of identification prepared by (Mohammed 1995) which includes (53) items distributed in seven fields and three answer choices (agreed, partially agreed, not agreed), and Goldberg standard which includes (51) items in its final shape. The choices were five (always, most likely, sometimes, rarely, never). The researcher made in extraction of the truth and certainty of both standards and she used the following statistical means : - Person correlation module, ¬¬T test of one sample to test the difference between the theoretical average and the achieved average for both standards, and to analyze the variation to know the differences in identity development among the individuals of the sample and the T equation to test the indication of correlation between the two standards. The most important result that the researcher came up with : - It appeared to have real differences between calculated achieved averages and the hypothetical average of the module for the benefit of individuals’ research sample that scored grades over the hypothetic average. - By using the same analytical method through T test to two joint samples it became clear that the grades averages of psychological health among individuals of research sample were higher than the module of hypothetical average, i.e. the individual was statistical function. - The results of discrepancy analysis related to the third goal (identity development) the there is no statistical function differences among individuals of research sample regarding sex and school class. - The results of the fourth goal which is related to find out the relation between both standards indicated that there is no relation between identity standard and mental health among all sample individuals. - As for the fifth goal results they showed that there are no indicated differences in the correlation modules according to sex variation, if all correlation modules are not indicated, while there was a statistical correlation module between the two standards according to class variation in the second class (males & females) amounted (170) students. In the light of the results that the research came up with, the researcher presented several recommendations including the request from the school administrations and their teaching boards to guide and accustom the teenager to have the responsibility in addition to the necessity of applying mental and personal tests to find out the nature of mental heath among the teenagers.

But the fixity accounted by two ways are : (re - test way, and the internal uniformity way with using of Alfa Kronbach equation). The data had treated statistically using the statistical case for the social sciences using the tools and statistical Person linking's coefficient and Alf Kronbach's Equation and the T - test for the linking coefficient and Kay square.The results showed that the current personality forms in the university students as a whole and for both sex and the specialists is the reconciler, and the favourite jobs are the researching jobs with the sample together as well as with the females and students of the humanitarian specialization, and the realizing jobs are the favourite jobs for the males sample in the scientific specialization as well as on student of the scientific specialization, while the social jobs were the favourit with male in the humanitarian specialization in addition to the females in both specializations. But the linking relationship between the forms and professional preferences, maybe sometimes have sense and then its sense disappeared according to the change, explaining that the acceptance system in the Iraqi universities is accept sometimes in the professional environment (social, factual, traditional, risk) where the system is not accept in two professional environment (artistic, and researching).The recommendations in the light of the results, the researcher presents some recommendations, one most important of them is benefit from the two scales for many aims, and on develop the other forms together and in equally form according to what demand by the value system, and make the acceptance system in Iraqi universities consider the scientific basis when accept the students in the specializations by depend a development ways and modern techniques and put a personal code in the identity card.As well as to present some scientific suggestions for the future researches
