Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى تحديد مهارات التنمية البشرية اللازمة لطلبة قسم التاريخ في كلية التربية للعلوم الانسانية - جامعة كربلاء من وجهة نظرهم،وترتيب هذه المهارات حسب اهميتها من وجهة نظر افراد عينة البحث، والتعرف على دلالة الفروق الاحصائية في مستوى مهارات ال | The current research aims to identify the skills of human development necessary for the students of the Department of History at the College of Education for Human Sciences - University of Karbala, in their point of view, then arranging these skills according to their importance from the viewpoint of subjects of the research sample, and find out statistical significance differences of the skill levels of human development, according to the sex variable (males - females), as well as to identify the statistical significance differences in the level of human development skills necessary depending on the variable of different classes in the Department of History.To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach (survey), the research community included all students in the Department of History at the College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Karbala morning study, totaling 300 students, where as the sample included (175) students from students study the morning study only for the academic year (2013 - 2014) In order to determine, human development skills resources necessary for students of the history department The researche prepared a search tool which is about ( questionnaire ), after knowing the training portfolio and vocabulary training courses for the skills of human development, as well as participate in a large number of those courses and training programs of development, as well as Reading studies and previous literature that dealt with the skills of human development, and to check the validity of the tool and psychometric characteristics of the scale, the researcher extracted face validity through exposing it to a group of experts (17 ones) and extracted relcability utilizing splithalf method using the Pearson correlation coefficient then corrected it by using the equation Spearman Brown as well as stability was calculated using the equation Alpha Cronbach, The find form of thescale consisted of (88) skills distributed in to (6) fields. The researcher used several statistical methods appropriate to the goals of her research, All the statistical operations using statistical software (Spss.) program and Excel (2010) After analyzing the data results showed the following : 1 - The field of time management skills, which weighed percentile (80.76) won the first grade for six areas of the questionnaire, and this shows the students' awareness of the importance of time and the need to acquire the skills of his administration effectively. 2 - The development of human skills that got the weight percentage of more than (90) were two skills. 3 - the skills of human development, which was weighing between (80 - 90) (41) skill.4 - the skills of human development, which was weighing between (70 - 80) percentage were (47) skills. Based on the study have exceeded the results of the researcher recommended a number of recommendations : 1 - Include human development skill in the curricula of the Department of History Karbala University.2 - Build developmental programs equipped with comprehensive training portfolio on human development and its skills.3 - open training centers for Human Development at the University of Karbala and rehabilitation of all training requirements.4 - open intensive training courses for students in the skills of human development in order to let the acquire these skills.5 - support libraries at the universitywith books and a variety of sources for human development. The researcher has proposed a set of proposals including : 1 - Conduct experimental studies for each area of human development alone to get to know its impact on the level of educational achievement for students. 2 - Conduct surveys to identify the extent of the contribution of teachers to instill in students the skills of human development. 3 - Conduct studies aimed at developing the skills of human development among students using the strategies and catain teaching methods.

The students of Karbala university have courage.2. The Karbala university students have well - being.3. There are significant differences in courage among students in gender for males.4. There are not significant differences in courage among students according to study assignment ( scientific - humanitarian ).5. There are not significant differences in well - being among students in gender.6 There are not significant differences in well - being among students according to study assignment ( scientific - humanitarian ).7. There is a significant correlation between courage and well - being.8. The students have and do not have courage, they also have psychological well - being , social well - being ,but they do not have Subjective well - being.After achieving these findings, the researcher has inferred a set of conclusions then she supplied some recommendations and suggestions.

Abstract: The research included the following objectivesThe existential vacuum of displaced students and their ordinary peers. 1 - 2 - The difference in the existential vacuum according to the gender, specialization and displacement variables.Disruptive personality disorder of displaced students and their peers 3 - 4 - The difference in personality disorder in accordance with gender, specialization and displacement.5 - The relationship between the existential vacuum and the personality disorder of the IDPs and their ordinary peersThe researcher followed the descriptive Method, and she has built a research tools for both variable, in the first one the scale based on (rollomey) theory, and in the second variable the scale was built based on the standard that has been mentioned in the fifth diagnostic and statistical manual issued by American psychology Association. The scale was applied on a sample of (404) university students. It’s used the statistical tools that fits the objectives of the research : as correlation coefficients (Pearson’s and spearman), and the internal consistency represented by retail mid - term transactions and Alpha Cronbach’s. After the verification of the objectives by the statistical means mentioned above and other statistical means, certain results were reached as follows : 1 - The results were statistically significant, ie university students had a low level of existential emptiness.2 - The results showed no statistically significant differences between males and females and for females on the existential vacuum scale. The results showed no statistically significant difference between scientific specialization and human specialization. The emigrants have more statistical differences than nonimmigrant on the Existential vacuum scale. Between gender, displacement, gender and specialization, which are not significant with gender, specialization, gender, displacement and specialization.3 - The effected students by personality avoidance disorder according to the scale drafted by the researcher reach (252) students where they make up apportion of (62%) from the members of the sample amount (404)4 - The results showed that there’re statistically significant differences with females more than males. Also the results showed that there’re statistically significant differences with scientific specialty more than humanistic one. Also there’re statistically significant differences with emigrants more than non - immigrant on the personality avoidance disorder scale. Interactions are a function between gender, displacement, gender, specialization, gender, displacement and specialization, which are not significant between displacement and specialization.5 - The results shows that the correlation coefficient between the two variables statistically significant. This mean that the more existential vacuum leads to increased Personality avoidance disorder, and vice versa.

Abstract: لاشك ان الفرد يسعى الى اصدار الاحكام واتخاذ القرارات بطريقة عقلانية وموضوعية الا ان هذه الاحكام والقرارات غالبا ما تعتريها بعض الاخطاء والتي يعد التحيز المعرفي ابرزها, اذ يشير البعض الى انه خطا اجرائي في التفكير او التقييم او التذكر او الادراك يحدث احيانا | There is no doubt that the individual seeks to make judgment and take decisions rational and objective manner except that these provisions and decisions are often riddled with some mistakes and that is a cognitive bias, notably, as some point out that a procedural error in thinking, evaluation, memory or cognition, which sometimes occurs as a result of some convictions entrenched and that makes the individual adhered to by regardless of any other information, even if they were more logical, the cognitive bias is a general term used to describe many of the observed effects in the human mind performance, Which in turn leads to some distortion of perception, to take judgments, decisions and interpretations are inaccurate and illogical.The researches has emerged that the potential in the human brain is much larger than you can be imagined where anatomical studies have shown that the cerebral cortex is divided into hemispheres connects between them linked by a large building consists of about (300) million nerves cell it is understood that each hemisphere with different functions. this part of the brain is the last episode in the march of human evolution. and that the dominated hemisphere of the brain whether left or right half of the individual represents a trend toward one - halves more than the other half.And the research has targeted at the following : 1. cognitive bias among university students.2. common patterns of brain control the most among university students.3. with statistical significance between the cognitive bias and patterns of brain control of the university students relationship.4. The differences of statistical significance in the relationship between cognitive bias and patterns of brain control according to the variables of a course of study (scientific / humanist), sex (male / female).The research sample consisted of (500) students, according to the variables of gender and academic specialization. It was chosen at random (6) colleges by (3) scientific faculties and (3) humanitarian faculties, They are chosen at random from the research community and by (368) student (male - female) of humanitarian disciplines. And (132) students of scientific disciplines, the researcher has built a cognitive bias scale and adopt a measure of brain control by assistant professor (Salah Saleh Almeamar). The researcher also achieved the standard features of the tow tools. After the data were analyzed statistically using appropriate statistical methods (Kai square test, Phi coefficient, Pearson correlation coefficient, point by serial correlation coefficient, alpha coefficient of Krumbach, Altaia test of one sample, Altaia test for two independent samples, testing and Alzaia equation Kiodr Richardson) the researcher found the following results : 1. he presence of cognitive bias among university students and a high level.2. common among university students is the pattern of cerebral control of the most left - bottom pattern of the brain, which has the symbol (B).3. The lack of a statistically significant relationship between cognitive bias and the pattern of cerebral control of the most common among university students As the correlation coefficient between the cognitive bias and the pattern of brain control (B) was not statistically significant at the level of (0.05) and the degree of freedom (498) Was not statistically significant at the level of (0.05) and the degree of freedom (498), where the value of T tabular bigger than T calculated value, while the correlation coefficients between cognitive bias and patterns of brain control (A, C, D) are statistically significant at the level (0.05 ) and the degree of freedom (498).4.(A) The lack of a statistically significant difference in the relationship between cognitive bias and patterns of brain control, according to the variable area of study (Science, Humanist), except for the difference in the relationship between cognitive bias and the pattern of cerebral control (D) the z value calculated value was greater than the z value spreadsheet, which indicates the presence of difference between the two variables and in favor of humanitarian specialization. 4.(B) The lack of a statistically significant difference in the relationship between cognitive bias and patterns of brain control, according to the variable of sex (male, female).Based on the results of research and the researcher developed a number of appropriate recommendations and proposals

Hence the current research aims to identify : - 1 - Systemic intelligence among postgraduate students in the universities of the M idle Euphrates.2 - The significance of statistical differences in the systemic intelligence of postgraduate students according to the variables of gender (male - female) and for both specialization (scientific - human)3 - Personal vigilance among graduate students in the universities of the Middle Euphrates.4 - The significance of statistical differences in the personality of vigilance among postgraduate students according to the variables of gender (male - female) and for both specialization (scientific - human)5 - The correlation between the systemic intelligence and vigilance personality o f postgraduate students.The current research identifies the students of some of the universities of the Middle Euphrates government of both sexes for the academic year (2015 - 2016)In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the system intelligence scale for (Turmanin, 2012) after it was translated according to the scientific steps of Urbanization of standards and adapted to the Iraqi environment, and then was presented to a group of arbitrators to judge the validity of its paragraphs, , And excluded the paragraphs that do not measure the same concept through the force of discrimination and empirical analysis, and after the standard became the final form of the researcher applied to the basic research sample of (500) students and postgraduate students (Masters - PhD). They were selected in a simple random sample with a proportional distribution from the faculties of Karbala, Koufah , Babel and Qadisiyah) ).As for the measure of personal vigilance, the researcher built the measure of personal vigilance according to the theory of Oldham (1995), and then was presented to a group of arbitrators to judge the validity of paragraphs, and then extract the characteristics of the psychometric of his sincerity and stability, and excluded paragraphs that do not measure The same concept through the discriminatory force, and after the standard became the final form the researcher applied to the basic research sample of (500) students and postgraduate students.The researcher concluded that graduate students have a high level of systemic intelligence and are characterized by alert personality, and there is no correlation between the systemic and personal intelligence of vigilance according to statistical analysis.In the light of the results, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions, as explained in chapter 4

Abstract: Life in general, and especially literature, flourishes in the Fatimi era and it becomes like that of Baghdad due to the special attention it gains from Fatimi caliphs and their ministries who try to make all things suitable for poets. This gives an opportunity to let them rebel and go beyond what is acceptable in order to be famous and to show their inner suffering for others. The title "Rebellion in Arabic Poetry in the Fatimi Era" first submitted by Prof. Dr. Mohammed Hussein AlMahdawi and he is the person who makes me notice its importance and novelty. Moreover, the researcher intends to study such important era because she found that this era does not get sufficient attention from researchers. The Holy Quran was a reason for establishing new sciences that Arab had no idea before. These included all known language aspects : phonology, morphology, syntax, and terminology. Efforts of earlier Arab scholars concerning phonology were of remarkable achievements in the language lesson. They did so in order to serve their language. So, they took care with its sciences and searched its secrets and essence. Thus, they provided us with huge linguistic heritage and from this heritage they produced pure Arabic linguistic science which was about to complete the phonological theory to them. The phonological study obtained much importance in studying Arabic. This is simply because studying phonology is the first step for any study since it deals with the smallest unit in the word structure which is the raw material for human speech. Among those who worked too hard to serve this beautiful language and supplied their opinions explicitly or implicitly was ' EmadAldin Abu Al fida'a Ismael Ibn Al Melik AL Iyobi'. That seems clear in his book entitled ' Al Kinnash in the Two Arts Syntax and morphology', since it is obligatory to investigate this language and choose from it what can serve it and push it advanced. We relied on our search on Al Kinnash book in the Two Arts Syntax and morphology, reviewed by the doctor Reyadh Bin Hassan AL khewam without the reviewed copy by the doctor JoudaMebroukJouda. The study contained three chapters, each has two sections following an analytical descriptive approach concerning displaying Ibi Al Fida'a's saying to the preceded scholars : the supporters and the opponents. The old and the modern references that deals with this subject were adopted. In this respect, we mention ' Al Mufesal' book and ' Al Mufesal ' interpretation as well as modern linguistic references. The study reached to some results. The most important of these results is that Abu Al Fida'a was characterized by simplicity of expression, clarity of systematic of sounds in clear constructions aiming to clarify and manifest the issue in a purest shape. The general method that Abu Al Fida'a adopted is connecting between choosing and selecting. It also depended on special terms such as saying, mentioning, recalling, and judging. we also find that his opinion followed three sides. Sometimes, we find that he supports the scientific opinions, or he denies them, or he mentions the conflict among the grammarians themselves from one side, and between the grammarians and the readers from another side without showing any comment or a special opinion that recognizes him from others.

Abstract: The constructed example and its Influence on the Semantic Analysis, " Al Khesais" book by Ibn Jini ( born392 H.) as an example. "Al Khesais" book is one of the publication that searched the origin of Arabic. Since Ibin Jini was talkative, he used to resort to the constructed example. He tried to find reasons that led him to employ the constructed grammatical example and its influence on grammar issues in"Al Khesais" book with presence of the witness. The study plan consisted of a preface preceded by an introduction, three chapters followed by conclusion that contained the most important results. The study ended technical indices. The preface has two sections. The first is an overview on the constructed example, linguistically and terminologically. It was ended with non - grammatical dimension which was implied in some constructed examples. The second dealt with method followed by Ibin Jini concerning features of the constructed example. The first chapter was entitled " introducing and delaying". It was divided into three sections. The first mentioned introducing and delaying in the nominal sentence and its similarities. The second mentioned introducing and delaying concerning the verb, subject, its auxiliary, and the object. The third discussed introducing and delaying in different grammatical concepts. The second chapter which was entitled ' deleting and ellipsis" Was divided into three sections too. The first discussed issues relating to the active and the deleted. The second maintained issues concerning the mentioned active. The third had issues in noun deleting. The third chapter dealt with " different linguistic issues". It is divided into two sections. The first discussed issues relating to nouns while the second dealt with issues relating to the letters. The following points have been drawn : 1.Implying the constructed example in the grammatical lesson is a basic step forward to minds till reaching understanding. That's because it is a required method works to facilitate meaning comprehension for Arabic grammar learners.2. Ibin Jini worked for agreeing between the constructed example may be considered as the only means that Ibin Jini used in the light of the constructed example in this respect touched the language articulation reality and not that said by the speaker.3. The constructed example sometimes expresses its owner's thought. He either states his grammatical school or about an opinion he worked hard. Thus, the example will be a prominent sign and clear title referring to his owner's thought pointing to that base.4. The constructed example used by Ibin Jini took grammatical dimensions - in some issues. The example expressed ideas of society. The social context factor was important for its complexity as the verb ellipsis not in order and denial that the social context displayed. Therefore, the grammatical constructed examples are regarded a source for the linguistic use that express ideas of society. Be these examples and others, Ibin Jini could accord between the grammatical thought and the social context.

Since that time, this lesson developed and became ( linguistics) a sample for all social sciences due to its developed curriculum, presented procedures, and establishing a term. Connecting linguistics with science led later to appearing new fields that scholars had no idea about such as sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, histolinguistics, geolinguistics, etc. Later on, attempts of movements from describing the sentence and its parts to describe the whole text appeared, which was known as linguistics. This made us choose this subject in the light of texts as knowledge branch. The prophet's (p.b.u.h.) letters are considered as important text in language learning. This is in addition to be a mine for a lot of vocabulary and standard styles. The current study tried to discover the contexts of these letters through the texts. this is done by making them a center to connect and negotiate between the readings and opinions of the past and the present readings. This happens to create a textual environment suitable for intervening and mixing between heritage and modernism employing them in studying texts modernly. The study also tried to deepen the general understanding for these texts, not only as linguistics texts but also for being a fertile area for activating between these texts procedure and their listeners; as well showing their activation extents with the cultural and social contexts that participated in their production. After this detailed explanation for the text that we tried to apply on our Islamic heritage sample, it is useful to end our study with these results : 1.there are some devices that took part in the prophet's (p.b.u.h. ) letters harmony such as reference with all its types, substitutions with all its types connecting with all its types.2.Variety of reference devices in the prophet's (p.b.u.h. ) letters like pronouns, demonstratives, relative pronouns and comparative devices led to weave referential threads where the referring and the referred to are applicable. This also participated to evoke the listener and motivate his attention to the spiritual relations which in turn led to working his mind between the former and the later.3.the pronoun had the great influence in the harmony of the prophet's letters for their fair for what they referred to due to the referential matching between the referring and the referred elements. They also achieved text brevity by not repeating the names that mentioned already through pronouns.4.demonstratives highly participated in harmony relations of the prophet's (p.b.u.h.) letters texts through its spread in the texts to include a subsequent group of sentences that carried news and time challenges.5.relative pronouns participated in harmonizing prophet's (p.b.u.h. ) letters with other harmony devices when they made conceptual link between what precedes and follows the relative pronoun by compensating what they referred to.6.comparative devices do not differ from pronouns and demonstratives in its harmonizing task by joining the former with the later.7.substitution in the prophet's (p.b.u.h. ) letters is considered a means of economy in language use; this makes text procedure avoids repeating same phrase. Abstract: Due to the poetic tendency formed by modern currents towards new poetic horizons that lead to appearing individual creations; poetic prints started the spoiled Iraqi poetic scene limiting its identity as a new style in the achieved text image. Arif Al Saidi was one of the famous experiments that took part in supplying the literary climate in general and the poetic one in specific for what was achieved by this poet of texts with modern and contemporary spirit. Out of this complexity, it is necessary for the poetic language to witness a case of transforming responding for the stimuli of the modern expansion and emergence for it is described as the incubator of more comprehensive for whatever the underlying poetic textual structures imply. This formed a motif which drew me to engage in poetic language. It is one of the Iraqi poetic experiment with its uniqueness of form and content. This is what recognizes it or makes it very close to the nation's experiment. Nature of the study demanded the thesis to contain four chapters preceded by a preface and followed by conclusion included the most important results. The preface has two sections. After completion, it practiced a great influence so as to produce other texts, so, the text depends on renewal according to its readability and on quantity according to its supplying privacy.The incoming text comes loaded with argumental references charges with pragmatic productive features to penetrate with the current text and melt in its essence, so the incoming text appears in various levels : the explicit and the implicit. This pragmatic fertilization results in new text with a directed argumental dimension. The pragmatic interaction which is established between the incoming text and the current text cannot be of a single path instead it goes towards the giving and taking reference; it grants the incoming a new reference as it grants an argument power to the current text with all its pragmatic referential roots within its environment. So, the coming text may grants old text new interpretation or show them with a new garment that was hidden before. They could not be seen before so long as the style process, that achieves great deeds that practice argumental power which guide the path of speech act.The research results in several argumental style that the orator adopted in the beginning of Islam and the Umayyad era. These speeches were coloured with different stylistic feature that carried the tendencies orientations and how to form the speech and presenting it to the listener as well as their dependence on the textual loadings that differentiate in their argumental guidance.The research plan included an introductory chapter, followed by three chapters, and conclusion included the most important results of this research in which all this term interpretations and details were discussed in addition to its influence on speeches of the beginning of Islam and the Umayyad era.

Abstract: This study has concluded to a group of results briefly mention as follows : The critical method represents a main element which the critical literature based to reach through to goal from reading that work art of this , the method has been distributed in Iraqi Contemporary Critic two paths : firstly the research method that take the critical literature data at its subjective and art possibilities , this become widespread in academic thesis especially when the researcher or the study deals with literature or literature phenomena or critical case, the dissertations and thesis represent that studies specific cases (subjective art) a model in functioning the literature curriculum, secondly the critical methods that based on dialogue between a particular work art and critical mind in the light of specified critical method , there are four methods used widely that the contemporary Iraqi critic impacted of western methods. so that , known : stylistic critic on multi methods and constructional critic on also multi methods , cinematography critic on vary theories then literature critic on differential set forth. The poesy critic dominates on other prose arts in the contemporary Iraqi critic due to domination the poesy literature on the awareness critic from a part and abundance poesy production , quantitatively and qualitatively from other side. besides the richness of old Arabic critic record by deal with critic poesy. The Iraqi critic beware also researcher and studying to the importance of the critic term conducting with all doctrine apart and connecting with each arts a part , the term in poesy language different from tale or story , thus in other arts and terms in constructional different in stylistic and as in other doctrines. The critical studies are similar in academic critic particularly those using as methods : stylistic , constructional , cinematography or rhetorical , ways to reading works art then similar studies that read : poetry image or poetry language or constructing presentation personality or arguments. this due to little number of diligent critics , large number of studying or familiar researchers which making create new rarely , spreading the familiar or repetitions as familiar. Rahman Gharkan's critic mostly deal with other arts critic, between twenty two books as sample of this study on the poetry as subject for twenty books some of them for other arts and second rank which the tale , story , the play , the sculpture , music and art construction , for the critic art distributed on four books. The stylistic doctrine presented in critical speech of Rahman Gharkan through four books which are the stylistic as being method as describe doctrine and method of Arabic eloquence , the standard of rhetorical method and the components of the stylistics the poetry column for the rhetorical method represents three books which are : Arabic rhetorical theory , the rhetorical critic method and lectures of the rhetorical teaching , most the rhetorical books have the known teaching method in Arabic rhetoric. He was remarked by the new critic method theorization and applied in books (constructive method in view of procedures / towards suggested method in reading the text and receive the meaning ) whereas this method present five forms of application is constrictive structural readings in five arts which are poetry at the second chapter , story art in the third chapter, tale art at the fourth chapter , theater art in fifth chapter , narrative art in sixth chapter , to concluded to possibility to apply6 in other arts. The application prevail on theorizing at the critic speech for Rahman Gharkan so that he was caring with application data of critic method by making critic procedure at his work art mostly attend the literature's methods. His language characterizes with the critical term level also on descriptive and analysis to affiliate to the method so that the method's language was rhetoric : term and analysis other than stylistic method language. His traditional reference composes of his critic mind attended impact and deep impact on imported reference and his using the Arabic tradition most effective of the modern western critic. The method represents a significant sign of his work that produced six books : the tools of curriculum readings and stylistic as being a doctrine, doctrine's language , talk's doctrine and its standards of methodology , the critic rhetoric, and composition's doctrine from view to procedure. At Rahman Gharkan's critic speech in his written in 2017 another field for study other than its specialization in this study : The critic term in critic speech for Rahman Gharkan's and the text materials at speech critic and written language for him.
