The global standard ISO 17025, which include general requirements to ensure the efficient performance of calibration laboratories, inspection and testing of the of international technical specifications is applied to operations and quality systems in laboratories, This study analyzes the reality of the total quality management for the central laboratories by comparing systems of work in the laboratories of Al - Kadhimiya Didactic Hospital with the requirements of ISO 17025 to determine the degree of compatibility and the willingness to adapt to the requirements of the above specification and to show the ability of building an applicable quality management system and to identify problems and their mitigations and prevention to increase.The study also aims increasing the accuracy of tests results through the development of administrative and technical systems for the laboratories. This study gains its importance from the importance of the labs which stems from the fact that the process of health is a set of interrelated activities, Medical examinations and tests constitute one of the fundamental pillars through correct diagnosis of the health situation and careful follow - up of patients as well as the importance of examining the problems encountered in the performance of medical laboratories, which are a constraint to the achievement of the main goals of the laboratories. Thus a Check list was prepared to derive from the requirements of the specification and the compatible tasks entrusted to the Kadhimiya hospital laboratories.The researcher arrived to the conclusions, that the achievement of the quality of the performance which is a dream of all organizations regardless of whether it belongs to the government sector, or to the private sector, means achieving existence, and consistent quality means the continuation of existence, and to strengthen quality means to strengthen presenceReliance is a means to achieve quality assurance as a process of continuous assessment and to obtain a certificate of reliability in the laboratory will be applied ISO 17025 with the methods and contexts for quality control.The study concludes with a set of recommendations ,One of the most important is building bridges of coordination with the Ministry of Health to adopt standards of quality and reliability to keep pace with progress in this area and to form a higher committee for quality and reliability in the health sector joining the Ministry of Health's authority and coordination with professional associations such as the Union of doctors, dentists , pharmacists, etc., in addition to the involvement of the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control as the representative of the Iraqi State in the International Organization for Standardization to strengthen the oversight role and application of the standards in the laboratory by developing a separate unit, trained and with specific tasks.

One of the most important of them 1s the Business processes reengineering which leads to redesign the processes. Because of the highly importance of the health field which need’s a radical revolution in all it’s aspects. That’s mean complete obliteration, doesn’t automate. This research aims to determine the relation between shape and effect of application of (BPR) program and the most important criteria’s of performance which are (coast, quality, speed, flexibility) in organizations and exactly in hospitals, which are responsible to fulfill customers desires and needs. To reach study objectives a simulate diagram had built to determine the nature of this relationship. In general view this study consist of two aspects : First of them is the theoretical part explain the (definitions, concepts principles, steps, criteria’s, importance, advantages, disadvantages difficulties) of (BPR) and it’s relation with other administrative approaches like total quality management (TQM). While the second part covers the practical aspect of the study. A questionnaire used as a method to collect data, and interviews, moreover field living with The sample consist of 72 one. Differs between them in age, sex, employing years and scientific degrees. Hypothesis were examined through group of statistical method, the result were used by application of prepared program (SPSS 13). Which proofed (the existing relation between BPR application and the criteria’s of performance, which are (coast, quality, speed, and flexibility). Eventually : the study recommended several points. The most important one was adopting (BPR) programs in all health organizations. Also proposed several points suggesting that if will be implicated it would elevate the level of this health organization

The research was start from problem which was expressed by number of questions , for approach the answer on it to expose theoretical & practical guidance of these variables that form the need of health organization which concerned with this research & after that diagnose the level of its importance, effect & capability to apply it in Iraqi's environment, thus was selected three health organization that follow Al - mouthana health office & was determined sample from persons whom description of knowledge industry cover them & their works required concentrated knowledge & it is identified by ( 58 ) persons.The study used non parametrical statistic tools to analyze & treat the data & information, which depending on ready statistic programs for social science (SPSS 13) & the research depend on method which based on dimensional analysis which is diagnostic analysis research.The presentation of research content was done as four chapters, particularize first chapter from it to present important previous studies which this study based on it & explain its methodology, while second chapter undertake theoretical examine to study variables, while third chapter particularized for statistical analysis & treatment, to end research by fourth chapter was presented the important conclusions & recommendations which the research reach to it.The research produce theoretical conclusions & other practical that diagnose fact & reality of prevalent organizational learning philosophy practical environment , also identified nature of predominant training strategy in organization that concerned with research, also the research present recommendation based on conclusion & signs which arrived by researcher.

The importance of maral good ness measure was the reason behind choose the study subject field aspect was apply I the research on a sample of ( 65 ) individuals , ( 15 ) individuals in Baghdad Rusafa office , ( 25 ) individuals in AL - Kindy general Hospital and ( 25 ) in Ibn AL Nefees specialist Hospital. The research problem is in the moral goodness in manager ment the hospitals and standard used in measure moral quality. The research followed the descriptive curriculum in collect theoretical information , organization surrey and analyze in collect field data and analyze them by use of queitionaire from , measure the morals goodness in hospitals managerment. The research results show the agree of the research on stick with the oretical side in close average and employee concern with profession morals and performance goodness and but suitable solutions to treat the wrong behari ours.The conclusions of the research on the morals that affect easily on the organization members and other aspects also the research introduced several recommends tiorss and suggestion can be used in measure morals.

Abstract: سعى البحث الى عدة اهدف للتعرف على المفاهيم النظرية الحقيقية لكل من المتغيرين الاساسيين في البحث، وهما : العنف الوظيفي، والرضا الوظيفي في المستشفيات التي تحتاج الى دقة في رعاية العاملين فيها على نحو ينسجم وتطوير صياغة البناء الاجتماعي والاقتصادي السليمين، | It sought search to several objectives to get to know the real theoretical concepts for each of the key variables in the research, namely : Career violence, and job satisfaction in hospitals that need to be accurate in the care of its employees in a manner consistent with the development of the formulation of social construction and sound economic, and determine the quality and the nature of the relationship between variables of search (career violence and job satisfaction), and determine what the true relationship between personality traits of medical Angels (sex, age, marital status, educational attainment, number of years of service, address medical), with all of the career of violence and dissatisfaction with their work inside the hospital, and also provide helpful suggestions in Iraqi hospitals to reduce the incidence of violence against medical staffs, and greater job satisfaction.I have been the entrance to my eating integrated with regard to violence against medical staffs, and also health organizations, as well as the eating of job satisfaction, while the practical side has been adopted on the descriptive and analytical through the preparation of a questionnaire has been prepared and presented to the arbitrators, and focused research problem which violence and its relationship satisfaction Career in hospitals, is the subject of a broad and important aspects Batarh and fields, in terms of being affected in the process of work and its development and growth of the medical staff in the fields of competence, as well as negative effects on society as a whole.In order to achieve the research hypothesis has been distributing the identification number (60) on a sample of medical staff in the surveyed hospitals, it was the questionnaire form design tool head of research to obtain data and information, have included research sample various medical staffs included (doctors specialists, doctors consultants, doctors the oldest residents, resident doctors periodic), was the study data analysis, according to the group the following statistical tools : 1. frequency distribution for the purposes of display and classified research data.2. Alpha Kronnebaj credibility test labs to test the credibility of the questionnaire and measure the internal consistency of her.3. Test t - Test for comparing the arithmetic mean of the answers to the sample with the center premise.4. X2 test to test the research hypotheses president.5. Test ranks with a simple correlation coefficient (Spearman).The research has come to a set of conclusions was notably : exposure doctors hospitals, health Baghdad / Karkh to many cases of violence, but they did not do something about Effectiveness of fear of its extension and expansion to enter Chapter clan and tribal item, and describes the doctors hospitals health Baghdad / Karkh incidents of violence that have occurred to them that they cases of attacks and insults and verbal altercations and violent collision (physical and / or verbal), due to unknown causes, usually out of the ordinary if they met with strongly by them. The Advisory esoteric and emergency departments are often the most frequent sites of violence against medical doctors, because of the number of auditors Wathrah them from patients and their families and their companions.
