Abstract: تتناول هذه الدراسة الطابع الاجتهادي للمفكر عبد الحميد ابو سليمان في شان تحسين النموذج المعرفي الاسلامي، وقدرته في تفعيل الرؤية الكونية الاسلامية، وتحويله من عالم التنظير الى التفعيل، والممارسة ضمن مفردات ومتطلبات الواقع، بحيث تكتسب ديمومتها ذاتيا، وسبل الانفكاك من النسق المعرفي المنبعث من الرؤية الغربية، وترتباته المادية البعيدة عن التصورات المستسقاة من روح الشريعة الاسلامية، وذلك لاعتباره مفكرا مسؤولا امام نفسه اولا، وامام واقع الامة الاسلامية والرهانات التي تطرا عليها ثانيا. وبذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة لتعطي قيمة اساسية للرؤية الكونية الاسلامية من منظور شخصية الدراسة، والتنظيرات المعرفية، والمنهجية التي تنبثق منها، والتوقف على الاشكالات التي حالت الى تقنين العطاء المعرفي للرؤية الكونية الاسلامية، عبر مساره التاريخي، وتوظيفها ضمن مسالك وجزئيات ضيقة. وحتى تحقق الدراسة غايتها، وتندفع نحو مالها الاخير فقد افضت الى خطة من ثلاثة فصول، توزعت مضامينها بحسب التدرج في التحليل، والعرض؛ فكانت كالاتي: الفصل الاول تم تقسيمه الى مبحثين: المبحث الاول: معني بعرض المنعطفات الفكرية، والمنهجية لحياة عبد الحميد، اما المبحث الثاني: فقد تناولت فيه مفردات العنوان والتي تنطلق منها الدراسة، والتي يعبر عنها بالكلمات المفتاحية وذلك عبر اربعة مطالب. اما الفصل الثاني: تم تقسيمه الى مبحثين: المبحث الاول: معني في التكلم عن المرجعية التي تستند عليها الرؤية الكونية الاسلامية في كليتها، اما المبحث الثاني: تناولت فيه المبادئ، والعناصر والقيم الضابطة للحضارة الاسلامية، والتي تنبثق من المرجعية، وتمثل في كليتها مضامين الرؤية الكونية الاسلامية. ليتعدى العمل بعد ذلك الى الفصل الثالث، وقد تم تقسيمه ايضا الى مبحثين: المبحث الاول معني بعرض التداعيات، التي قننت، وقللت من تفاعل الرؤية الكونية مع الواقع تجاوبا مع الاشكالات والقضايا والنوازل التي قد تطرا على واقع الامة الاسلامية. اما المبحث الثاني: فقد شرعت فيه بازالة الاشكال وتجاوز التداعيات واستعادة تفاعل الرؤية من خلال الشروع في توضيح مشروع التاصيل او اسلامية المعرفة. وانهيت الدراسة بخاتمة سجلت فيها اهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلنا اليها، وختما اقول ان الغاية المرجاة من هذا العمل هو ابصار المنشغلين في السلك الدراسات الاسلامية، بالمسارات التي يعمل بها العقل الاكاديمي الاسلامي في انتاجه للنقد المعرفي والمنهجي للنظريات الغربية ضمن مدرسة التاصيل الاسلامي، والتاسيس لبديل منهجي يمد المؤسسات العلمية الاسلامية بمرجعية رؤيوية تمد الوعي الاسلامي بعناصر التفكير في الحياة، ومازقها وازماتها ومشكلاتها وحلولها في ضوء الرؤية الكونية الحضارية الاسلامية، لغرض خلق واقع منسجم مع معطيات الوحي ومقاصده، سيرا، وتشكلا.

Abstract: Abstract This thesis focuses on child abuse, a long-standing phenomenon that continues to be spread throughout the world. Roald Dahl's motivation for addressing the theme of child abuse stemmed from his own experiences of harsh treatment during his boarding school days, driving him to shed light on the issue and advocate for children's rights. The theme of child abuse is significant in children's literature as it raises awareness about a sensitive issue, and empowers young readers to recognize and speak up against mistreatment. Further, the study intends to demonstrate the significance and impact of Magical Realism and Fantasy in selected novels of children's literature. The examined works are Roald Dahl's contemporary novels Matilda and The BFG. The study examines how the characters in the two analyzed novels interact with their environments, deal with, and confront adults by means of living imaginatively with fantastical figures and thus blurring the line of demarcation between magical and real realms. The protagonists in the selected novels confront adults' deviant behavior by using magic or helped by fantastical figures. The present study is divided into four chapters and a conclusion. Chapter One serves as an introduction. Chapter Two handles an elaboration on children's literature, child abuse, Magical Realism and Fantasy. Chapter Three demonstrates how the protagonist confronts the abusive behaviour. Chapter Four entitled "Confronting Child Abuse through Fantasy in The BFG" illustrates how the protagonist, with the aid of her fanciful friend, challenges the mistreatment of children by the abusive giants. The study ends with its conclusion which sums up the most important findings as well as suggestions for further studies.
