Abstract: تتمثل اهمية الاستعانة بنظام عمل المستقبلات الحسية في الاستفادة من الافعال المنعكسة الناتجة عن الاطالة وحدوث الافعال المنعكسة الذي يتم عن طريق كل من المغازل العضلية واعضاء كولجي الوترية التي تستجيب للتغير الذي يحدث في طول العضلة وخصوصا خلال عمليتي الكف وال | The importance of using sensory system receptors in taking advantage of reflex actions resulting from the prolongation and the occurrence of reflex actions, which is done by each of the spinners muscle and the members of the Collège sensory spot that respond to change that occurs in the length of the muscle, especially through two stop and arousal within the muscle groups where at the same moment which can system the gladiator from defense of the case turns into a case of attack , provoke relaxed muscle group and turn it into a tight muscle group in order to meet the technical performance requirements and the effectiveness of economic and be more successful in performance and that's what provided the muscle sensory receptors (PNF). The importance of the research lying in the identification of the role of neuromuscular exercises facilities for sensory receptors (PNF) and weightlifting in the development of recipe for flexibility , strength and impact in technical performance and compare it with exercises used by many coaches in the development of these qualities. The goal of research is to : 1. Preparing exercises neuromuscular facilities for sensory receptors (PNF) and weightlifting in the development of the most important forms of flexibility and strength of the wrestlers wrestling clubs in Al - Qadisiyah province of Romanian youth.2. To identify the effect of exercise facilities nerve to muscle sensory receptors (PNF) and weightlifting in the most important forms of flexibility and strength for some wrestling Handles Romanian Youth technical performance. The researcher hypotheses : To exercise the muscle nerve facilities for sensory receptors (PNF) and weightlifting prepared by the researcher impact in the development of the adjectives of the most important forms of flexibility and strength and technical performance of the Romanian Handles wrestling for youth level. The researcher uses in the study, the experimental method; in line with the research problem, its nature, the sample (12) famous, were divided into two groups (experimental and control group), and experience has been in Diwaniya sports club and the researcher prepared exercises receptor sensory muscle ((PNF way repeat contraction (RC) and weightlifting. Then It was conducting tribal tests (included flexibility , maximum power , special power speed tests , bearing strength and tests technical performance) then it was applied exercises (PNF) weightlifting for a period of 8 weeks and then later held the post tests. The most important conclusions : To exercise neurological facilities muscle receptors sensory (PNF) in a manner to repeat contraction (RC) a big role in the development of the flexibility of the joints and muscles working on the most important forms of special power (maximum power and special power speed and bearing power) technical performance of the gladiators youth. The researcher recommends : using the exercise facilities muscle nerve sensory receptors (PNF) in a manner to repeat contraction (RC) with weightlifting have a major role in the development of specialized physical attributes of the Gladiators youth and especially for flexibility and strength exercises.

وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على الفروق الاحصائية مابين القياسين قبل | The research problem in the following question : ( Is training according to the five difficulties areas at different rates have a positive impact on bearing performance and the work of biochemical organizations and lactic acid with free the young wrestlers). The study aimed to identify the impact of the training curriculum at different rates for five areas of difficulties in bearing performance organizations biochemical and lactic acid to the free young wrestlers in Maysan. The researcher assumed that the training approach in different rates for the five areas of difficulties has positive impact on bearing performance and organizations biochemical and lactic acid to free the young wrestlers. The researcher dealt with the previous and theoretical studies related to the subject of research and he used the experimental method to solve the problem of the research, so the researcher adopted the independent groups’ style, using its scientific steps. The population of the study was the wrestlers youth team in Maysan province to the category of young people (18 - 20 years), totaling (36) representing eight weights for this category according to rules of the game. Then he was selected a random sample of (12) make up the weight (66 kg 0.74 kg), which accounted for (33.33%) of the research population. Then make a homogeneity of the sample in the variables that can affect the results. The sample was divided into two groups randomly; the first group (the first experimental) : The subject training curriculum prepared by the researcher according to difficulties five areas by intensity (61 - 98%), while the second group (the second experimental) : subject to the training curriculum prepared by the researcher according to difficulties five areas by (65 - 100%) intensity. The conduct of parity between the two experimental groups using the T - test for independent samples and all the values are not moral meaning that the two groups unequal in the research variables. The researcher discussed in the research procedures the measurements and tests used and the pilot study and the major experience conducted in addition to ensure the most appropriate statistical tools that leads to the final conclusions and then displayed in tables and figures and illustrations. Accordingly has been reached to the following results Practice according to difficulties depends on the five areas of the first and second groups leads to improve the efficiency of the vital systems. In the light of the conclusions reached, the below recommendations are proposed Adoption difficulties exercises according to the five areas used in the study within the training load components (intensity, size, comfort) at training bearing performance in the wrestling game.
