تتمثل اهمية الاستعانة بنظام عمل المستقبلات الحسية في الاستفادة من الافعال المنعكسة الناتجة عن الاطالة وحدوث الافعال المنعكسة الذي يتم عن طريق كل من المغازل العضلية واعضاء كولجي الوترية التي تستجيب للتغير الذي يحدث في طول العضلة وخصوصا خلال عمليتي الكف وال | The importance of using sensory system receptors in taking advantage of reflex actions resulting from the prolongation and the occurrence of reflex actions, which is done by each of the spinners muscle and the members of the Collège sensory spot that respond to change that occurs in the length of the muscle, especially through two stop and arousal within the muscle groups where at the same moment which can system the gladiator from defense of the case turns into a case of attack , provoke relaxed muscle group and turn it into a tight muscle group in order to meet the technical performance requirements and the effectiveness of economic and be more successful in performance and that's what provided the muscle sensory receptors (PNF). The importance of the research lying in the identification of the role of neuromuscular exercises facilities for sensory receptors (PNF) and weightlifting in the development of recipe for flexibility , strength and impact in technical performance and compare it with exercises used by many coaches in the development of these qualities. The goal of research is to : 1. Preparing exercises neuromuscular facilities for sensory receptors (PNF) and weightlifting in the development of the most important forms of flexibility and strength of the wrestlers wrestling clubs in Al - Qadisiyah province of Romanian youth.2. To identify the effect of exercise facilities nerve to muscle sensory receptors (PNF) and weightlifting in the most important forms of flexibility and strength for some wrestling Handles Romanian Youth technical performance.The researcher hypotheses : To exercise the muscle nerve facilities for sensory receptors (PNF) and weightlifting prepared by the researcher impact in the development of the adjectives of the most important forms of flexibility and strength and technical performance of the Romanian Handles wrestling for youth level. The researcher uses in the study, the experimental method; in line with the research problem, its nature, the sample (12) famous, were divided into two groups (experimental and control group), and experience has been in Diwaniya sports club and the researcher prepared exercises receptor sensory muscle ((PNF way repeat contraction (RC) and weightlifting. Then It was conducting tribal tests (included flexibility , maximum power , special power speed tests , bearing strength and tests technical performance) then it was applied exercises (PNF) weightlifting for a period of 8 weeks and then later held the post tests.The most important conclusions : To exercise neurological facilities muscle receptors sensory (PNF) in a manner to repeat contraction (RC) a big role in the development of the flexibility of the joints and muscles working on the most important forms of special power (maximum power and special power speed and bearing power) technical performance of the gladiators youth.The researcher recommends : using the exercise facilities muscle nerve sensory receptors (PNF) in a manner to repeat contraction (RC) with weightlifting have a major role in the development of specialized physical attributes of the Gladiators youth and especially for flexibility and strength exercises.
