Abstract: بعد سفرنا العلمي الطويل بالبحث في موضوع الرسالة المعنون بــ : دراسة في المباني الرجالية -) توصلنا الى نتائج عديدة ، –(التوثيقات الحسية والحدسية اهمها :
. ان علم الرجال قائم على عملية التوثيق والتضعيف ، وان دقة مباحث علم الرجال 1 وخاصة فيما يتعلق بمباحث عبارة الرجالي وقراءاتها المختلفة سلبا وايجابا نحو التضعيف او التوثيق ، لعدم وجود قاعدة رجالية منضبطة يسير وفقها البحث الرجالي ، وانما الاراء في المسائل كانت كل حسب اجتهاده على وفق مبنى رجالي يتعلق بالقناعة الاطمئنانية لكل رجالي من القدماء اصحاب الحس الافتراضي او الحدس الاطمئناني ، وهذا مما يجعلها قابله للنقد المباشر .
.لعبت القرائن التاريخية دور مهم في عملية الحكم على الرواة ، اذ ان من شانها ان تقوي 2 عامل الحس في عملية التوثيق الرجالي او تقلل من اهمية الحدس للغرض ذاته .
.ان هذه المباني محكومة عادة بوجهات نظر متحركة زمانيا ومكانيا قد تتغير قوة وضعفا 3 مما ينعكس على عمل الفقيه بالرواية التي رواها الثقة تارة على مبنى والاقل وثاقة على مبنى اخر ، والضعيف على مبنى ثالث وهكذا ، وانها تمتلك القابلية على التطور بمرور الزمن حسب اتجاه الدراسات الرجالية والفقهية .
.ان توثيقات ارباب الرجال تارة تاتي عن علم واخرى تاتي عن ظن واجتهاد ، فان 4 على عدم الاعتبار من باب ً على اعتبار العلم بالخبر او مطلقا بناء ً حجتها لنا على الاول بناء حجية الشهادة او الخبر او الظن الاجتهادي ، لذا جعل العلماء توثيقات ابن الغضائري و ، ً والنجاشي والطوسي ومن تقدم عليهم حسيا ً وا توثيقات من تاخر عنهم حدس ً قد عد ا . ً اجتهاديا

.ان نقاد الرجال من متقدمي العلماء الامامية جرت سجيتهم على تقييم الرواة بالحس 5 غالبا ، وهناك عدة امارات افضت الى جعل هذه التقييمات حسية ، منها :
ا. قرب عصرهم من عصر الرواة مما يؤدي الى كون الامر عندهم امر واضح في التوثيق والتضعيف ؛ وذلك لشياع حال الرواة في تلك الاعصار واستفاضتها .
ب. اعتمادهم في النقل على مشايخهم واساتذتهم ، فهذه التقييمات منقولة كابر عن كابر وثقة . فً ق او المضع ً عن ثقة الى ان تصل الى زمن الراوي الموث
ت. اعتمادهم في النقل على الكتب المصنفة في مجال الجرح والتعديل الواصلة اليهم وذلك من خلال اعتمادهم على التراث الواصل اليهم في هذا المجال لا ما ادى اليه نظرهم واجتهادهم .
.ان التحقق من حال الرواة من خلال ترجمة العلماء المتقدمين لهم اوصلنا الى حقيقة 6 التوثيق او التضعيف الحسي او الحدسي لهم ، وذلك من خلال توافر القرائن التاريخية او توفر قرائن اخرى كالاستفاضة والشهرة والشياع بين الناس .
.لاحظ البحث ان الموضوع البحثي هذا يفتقر الى الجانب التنظيري الموسع ، حيث كان 7 الموضوع مشتت ولم يكن تحت عنوان معروف وواسع وانما كان في ثنايا وجزئيات الموضوعات ، بالاضافة الى الجانب التطبيقي الذي كاد ان يكون منعدما في الكتب والمصادر
