Abstract: Organizations today, in their endeavor for survival and growth in the midst of globalization, open markets, tense competition and rapid change in customer preferences, find themselves obliged to develop and change in terms of production that is consistent with the modern systems. Lean six sigma technique is one of those modern systems, which can lead organizations to improve their competitive positioning through the betterment of operation performance, resource efficiency and production cost reduction. Therefore, the organization can obtain the ability to compete with similar products. This study aims at the clarification of the role of lean six sigma technique in improving the manufacturing processes and managing quality costs using target costing in Diwaniyah Tyre Factory.The researcher has conducted a study and analysis for the actual production operations in the factory in question in order to identify the main cause(s) of the issues in the factory like the increase in costs due to the excessive amount of defective products and the reduction in the amount of the quality products. A set of lean six sigma tools were identified as being applicable for the solution of such problems or at least minimizing them, and these tools are: P-chart using Minitab version:17 and POM*/ QM, For Windows 5.2 software, Parito chart, cause-effect chart, and visual basic 5.2-based software for the management and measurement of quality costs as well as some improvement scenarios applied in the study and the application of target cost technique for the reduction of production costs. The study has proven the validity of its hypotheses through which a set of conclusions were written like the application of lean six sigma leads to the reduction in production costs by minimizing the amount of the defective products. This reflects in the increase of production and hence the increase in the profitability of the factory. In light of the study conclusions, a number of recommendations were set which, from the study’s point of view, are very important in improving the performance of the factory should they are taken seriously.

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى قياس اثر التوازن المالي في الهشاشة المالية، وتم استخدام اربعة مؤشرات لقياس التوازن المالي وهي مؤشر السيولة ومؤشر الربحية ومؤشر الملاءة المالية ومؤشر المرونة المالية، وبالرغم من التفاوت في معدلات مؤشرات التوازن المالي في المصارف عينة الدراسة، الا ان الدراسة اثبتت ان المصارف المبحوثة متوازنة ماليا، وتم استخدام مؤشر (Texas), لقياس الهشاشة المالية، وتبين من الوسط الحسابي للعينة في هذا المؤشر ان قيمته اقل من الحد المطلق لمؤشر الهشاشة المالية البالغة %1، ماعدا ثلاثة مصارف هي: المصرف الاهلي، المصرف المتحد، مصرف الشرق الاوسط، حققت معدلات عالية تدل على هشاشة مالية وفق المؤشر المستخدم في الدراسة. تمثل مجتمع الدراسة بالمصارف التجارية المدرجة في سوق العراق للاوراق المالية، اذ تم اختيار (9) تسعة مصارف تجارية كعينة للدراسة، وكانت السلسلة الزمنية للدراسة هي (16) ستة عشر سنة من (2004 _2019)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي للبيانات والمعلومات الواردة في التقارير والكشوفات المالية للعينة المبحوثة، كما استخدمت البرمجيات الجاهزة في التوصيف المالي والتحليل الاحصائي في الجانب التطبيقي من الدراسة، منها برنامج (Excel_2010) وبرنامج ((SPSS.V.22، واستخدمت الاختبارات والنماذج الاحصائية المختلفة لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، منها الانحدار الخطي البسيط والانحدار المتعدد واختبار التباين الاحادي (ONE WAY ANOVA) واختبار (T_TEST). اثبتت الدراسة عدم وجود اثر معنوي ذي دلالة احصائية لثلاثة ابعاد من المتغير المستقل التوازن المالي وهي: السيولة، الربحية، الملاءة المالية في الحد من الهشاشة المالية، اما المرونة المالية، فقد اثبتت الدراسة وجود اثر معنوي في الهشاشة المالية. توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات من بينها ان المصارف عينة الدراسة تحتفظ بنسب سيولة عالية، تصل الى اضعاف النسبة المقررة من قبل البنك المركزي العراقي، وفي ضوء ذلك اوصت الدراسة بضرورة استثمار الفائض من السيولة من خلال التوسع بالائتمان او شراء السندات الحكومية، او استثمارها على شكل ايداعات لدى المصارف الاخرى بما يحقق عوائد اضافية للمصرف الام.

Abstract: يهدف هذا البحث لتقويم تامين المحافظ الاستثمارية باستعمال نموذجي النسب الثابتة والقيمة المعرضة للخطر ، وتم تطبيقها في سوق العراق للاوراق المالية وتم عمل حصر شامل لجميع الشركات المدرجة في السوق النظامي الذي يضم 133 شركة للمدة (2014-2023) وقد تم التوصل عبر المسح والفحص بان عدد الشركات التي تتوافر عنها بيانات كاملة هي 15 شركة موزعة على قطاعات السوق واستبعاد الشركات التي لا تتوفر عنها بيانات او متوقفة لاكثر من ثلاثة اشهر ، وقد تم استخدام البرامج الاحصائية ( (SPSSوالمعادلات في قياس المحافظ الاستثمارية والنماذج المختارة ،وكانت مشكلة البحث هي اجراءات تحديدية لضمان استثماراتها الضخمة وتامين محافظها الاستثمارية عبر اختار النماذج المناسبة التي تهدف الى الحفاظ على العوائد وتقليل المخاطر ،ويهدف البحث الى تسليط الضوء على احد المواضيع المهمة في الادارة المالية والذي يتضمن تقويم تامين المحافظ الاستثمارية، وكانت ابرز الاستنتاجات اختلاف قيم العوائد والمخاطرة بين مقياسي النموذجين القيمة المعرضة للخطر والنسب الثابتة، وان المصارف سجلت مخاطرة اعلى من الشركات الاخرى في سوق العراق للاوراق المالية اعتمد البحث بحسب الجانب التحليلي المالي للبيانات وحسب الايام والاشهر والسنوات وتشكيل المحفظة الاستثمارية بموجب النموذجين القيمة المعرضة للخطر والنسب الثابتة، وتوصلت البحث الى مجموعة استنتاجات اهمها ان تشكيل المحفظة بموجب انموذج القيمة المعرضة للخطر اعطت خلال التطبيق عائدا اكبر وانخفاض بالمخاطرة بشكل افضل من انموذج النسب الثابتة.
