Abstract: التي تتضح في معرفة العلاقة بين الذكاء الاجتماعي واتخاذ القرار للقيادات الادارية في كليات التربية الرياضية اصحاب المكانة الاجتماعية العلمية والعملية، حيث للذكاء الاجتماعي دور مهم في زيادة قدرة الفرد على مواجهة مشكلاته والتعرف على اسبابها واختيار الحلول ال | Door one Contained a section on the front of the research and its importance, which was studying the enjoyment leaders Administrative intelligent social and ability to make decisions in Alm?ssat sports (colleges) will likely Kvthm in the selection decisions beneficial to M?ssat to which they belong as the social intelligence played an important role in increasing an individuals ability to cope with problems and identify on the causes and choose appropriate solutions to overcome those problems , The leaders were selected from the deans and administrative assistants and heads and branches makers of sports in colleges of education because they are the decision - makers and they are the ones most dealings with studentsandfaculty.The problem with research to identify the degree of social intelligence and decision - making power to the leaders because they if enjoyed intelligent social and decision - making capacity will lead to success in terms Alm?ssh belonging to it and the administration, which under the leadership because the decision - making process cornerstone in the management of any M?ssh educational criterion that can be that you by educational Alm?ssh is the quality of the decisions taken by the administration and that the process of administrative development starting from the same resolution because the resolution itself is a goal to be achieved and the means to be invested and the way to that goal.The Research aims to : 1 - Measuring the degree of social intelligence to the administrative leaders of some faculties of Physical Education.2 - Measuring the degree of decision - making for the administrative leaders in some sports colleges of education.3 - To identify the nature of the relationship between social intelligence and decision - making in some of the administrative leaders.The Research Fields : 1 - 4 - 1 The human field : deans, deans and heads of aides branches and branches makers of sports in colleges of education and the (16 college).1 - 4 - 2 Time field : 03/06/2013 To 17/04/2013.1 - 4 - 3 place field : Colleges of Physical Education.Door two Literature and Theoretical Studies : Turning the researcher to theoretical studies included the concept of social intelligence and indicators identified and theories and dimensions and manifestations, and the concept of decision - making and the stages of its operation, and administrative decisions and methods taken and types and the factors influencing taken and quality, and the concept of leadership and the sources of its power and influence and leadership theories and the importance of leadership in the field of sports and specifications Effective administrative leader, and administrative features of sports and social and psychological functions for the sports leader , the researcher also touched on previous studies and similar to those discussed.Door Three Research Methodology and Procedures : The researcher used the descriptive approach to suitability research problem and objectives have been used two measures first measure of intelligent social preparation (Mr. Mohamed AbouHashem, 2008) and consists of a 81 - paragraph measure the second measure of the decision - making of the building (Muhammad waterfall Farhan, 2010) consists of (26) paragraph, the researcher presented two scales to 10 experts in various disciplines to extract the scientific bases of two scales and after the completion of the scientific basis for the two scales were field application of the two measures in (16) College of the research community and the (96) leading from the leading colleges of Physical Education.Door Four Results Expose and Analyzeor discussed : Through this door was viewing the results and analyzed and discussed in order to serve to achieve the objectives of the research.Door Five Conclusions and Recommendations : The researcher reached a set of conclusions, including : 1. Excellence leading sports colleges of education with a high degree of social intelligence and a high degree of decision - making.2. Leadership that is characterized by socially smart more able to make a decision.3. Results proved the existence of a relationship between social intelligence and decision society research.The researcher found a set of recommendations, including : 1. A subsequent study to identify the underlying factors behind the rise in social intelligence or dropping the administrative and leadership building programs for the development of the decision - making process to have.2. Expand the current study to include colleges and universities in other Iraqi comparisons between colleges and universities in the Iraqi social intelligence and decision making.

Either the research problem : emerged from the observation there are some obstacles facing workers and officials within the district as well as the lack of appropriate administrative and organizational structure of departments of Physical Education in the Iraqi Ministry of Education as well as study some of the weaknesses in the links and relationships between staff within the Directorate and restore the proper understanding of the organization and management, planning and other aspects to achieve the desired goals.The objectives of the letter seeking to know the reality of the organizational structure and knowledge of the reality of sports to the Directorate General and its directorates in the Ministry of Education, as well as knowledge centers, strengths and weaknesses as well as proposals to develop the organizational structure in light of the results.Either the areas of research : The human sphere : physical activity managers and their assistants and supervisors in all districts.Temporal domain : the period from 4/5/2010 until 15/9/2010.Spatial domain : physical education departments of the Ministry of Education.Part II : theoretical studies and similar Include theoretical studies and similar relevant research and includes a historical overview of sport in the Ministry of Education and the statement of the concept of Management and Administration in Physical Education and addressed to the organizational structure and outline of the concept of administrative and managerial positions and some of the similar studies and then discuss and comment on them.Part III : Research Methodology and procedures of the field Included this section the research methodology and procedures of the field and in line with the nature of the problem the researcher used the descriptive method style survey of the relevance of the research problem, also contains a section on the sample consisting of managers, department of sports and their assistants and supervisors in the majority of Iraq's provinces, who are (285), was addressed to the tools used and steps to perform the search, which included the design and evaluation form - resolution reconnaissance and experience and show how the distribution of these forms on the sample in the districts of Iraq, as well as the statistical methods used in the research.Part IV : Part IV dealt with search and display data analyzed and discussed using appropriate statistical techniques and thus achieving the objectives of the research, the researcher as to the good results on the mathematical work in the departments of physical activity in the Ministry of Education.Part V : The researcher through the study conclusions and recommendations the following : Conclusions : ? lack of commitment by the Directorate General of Physical Education planning goals and strive to achieve them.? There are no adequate financial budget of the Directorate of Physical Education for the purpose of program implementation.? The general directorates do not comply with instructions issued by the Central Directorate General of Physical Education.? lack of field visits to districts and divisions by the Directorate General of Physical Education.? There is no administrative structure fixed at the Directorate General of Physical Education and its directorates in the governorates.? ratios not the right man in the right place and that the appointments are subject to the improvisational work.The most important recommendations are : - The need for the Directorate to develop and determine the future goals of the Directorate and its sections. - The need to study the sports program of competent people with long experience. - Emphasis on the disbursement of funds to cover the physical activities with the number of participants. - Need to focus on the unity of the workers work in the sports field. - Awareness of all employees in the organization of the process of supervision. - The need to split the duties and functions of both work according to its competence. - Review the significant and continuing to stand up to all requirements in the implementation of the sports program. - The need to assess their commitment in the general plan set for the program.
