Abstract: In spite of the huge number of the previous studies that tackled Al Kufa city that focused on the religious , cultural, social, and economic aspects there, the researcher liked to study ' Al - Kufa people's position towards political events in Caliphate of Al - Imam Ali bin Abi Talib ( p.b.u.h.) ( 35 - 40 Hijri) '. this has an influence on my spirit to request more and encircle the subject and to discover facts that seems ambiguous. Nature of the study demanded that the study should be divided into an introduction, four chapters, conclusions including the most important results, and a list of the most important references. First chapter deals with the social construction of Al - Kufa community, tribes' emigration and their place of settlement, and a historical background of each tribe. Second chapter deals with Al - Kufa people's position towards Al Jemel battle. It starts from the city stand of the caliph Othman bin Affan, murder and paying homage to Al - Imam Ali and his administrative reforms that form a starting point to events represented by Al - Sham ruler's disobedience and mutiny to the caliphate legality Third chapter is devoted Al - Kufa people's position towards Seffean battle. Due to the press important and great influence on the wars directions, we preferred to study it with more detail for both fronts. We shed light on Al - Kufa people's position which forms a strong support for Imear Al Muamnean's (p.b.u.h.)front. Fourth chapter mentions Al - Kufa people's position towards Al - Nehrewan war. The study concentrated on the arbitration case andits role on appearing of Al - Khewarij group, Al - Kufa people's position towards Al - Khewarij war and the political events that followed. That was represented by the raids adopted by Muaweh on Al Imam Ali's states, and conducted by the hidden conspiracy to kill Imear Al Muamnean. After finishing the study, the following results can be drawn : 1.The tribe forms the social and political unit in the Kufa community when it was established, a plan was devoted to each tribe and this simplified recruitment and leading armies and distributing gifts as well as other issues.2.Tribes were divided into two parties Adnani and Ghahtani.3.Kufa became the capital of Islamic Arab state. So, the political center moved from Al - Medinah to Kufa which became the heir of Al - Medinah. It lasted as the decision center and the caliphate headquarter for four years. This has clear influence on the later times by its leadership for the Islamic Arab state. This formed a great danger to the resolutions and as opposition focus against unfair and disobedience.4.The study showed the supporting Kufa people's position to Al - Imam Ali (p.b.u.h.). since long history Kufa was identified by its tendencies to Imam Ali. Kufa people formed the strong support to Ali's army and the victory device in his three battles : Al Jemel, Seffean, and Al - Nehrewan.5.The military incidents that Imam Ali led are considered great incidents in history of Islam, for it was first local war among muslims. It was also first disobedient movement to the Islamic legality represented by the caliphate and Imameh together. He led his first war against perfidious to his pay homage ( A'isha, Telha, Al - Zubair ). The second war was against the mutant Al - Sham ruler (Muaweh). The third war was against the recant of religious (Al - Khewarij).6.First splitting among Al - Kufa people happened when some of them raised the disobedience flag. Those were minority. Abstract: The subject of Prisons in Baghdad city study in its planning and methods of torturer from (334 - 447 A.H , 45 - 1055 A.D ) is the important subject which the researchers did not study well especially during the Buwaihed's period in Iraq . This study aims to show the role and the significant of the prisons on human who take two way ; the first is repairing the human self, the second of aims to punish the criminal which is value of his criminal against humanities. The study is also show the development of the prisons in history in the Buwaihids periods . The establishment of prisons in Baghdad during the Buwaihids periods were taking two ways, the first was some of prisons in Baghdad were building before the Buwayhid reign but they were still continued, and the other were building during the Buwayhed reign . The information of prisons in the history books are very little but I collected these information and analysis it in order to reach for better conclusions . Islamic religion put many punishment for many crimes but did not declare for the prisons . We divided this study for four section . At the beginning we study Bani Buwaih in their original and the first step to establish their state in Persian lands and then go to Baghdad , the research also contain the Buwaihid princes in Baghdad . The first section contains the meaning of prison in language and idioms and its meaning in Holy Quran and sunnat . This first section also study the historical development of prison in Persian empire , Byzantine empire , and Arab tribe before Islam , and in Arabic state during the state of prophet Mohammed ( peace be upon him ) and Rashid caliphate , Umayyad and Abbasid caliphate . This study refer to the prison form , kinds of different sentences toward prisoner . The second section contains prison planning in Baghdad and its administration , the meaning of plain , the form of prison , the responsibility of its administration the persons who issued the orders of prison , the tools of touchier ; The third part of this we study the kinds of prisons in as general prison , special prison , woman prison .The fourth second contains the kinds of prisoners in Buwaihid period from the caliphates , princes ministers , writers , secretaries , Alawies , Qaramita and the prisoners of rebellions and revolutionaries . The information of prisons is very little during the Buwaihid period because most of the prisons was destroyed because of the political or natural as flood or burning it by the rebellion . We depended in this study on several sources as Arabic , Persian ,and English books in order to reach for the best conclusion .

Abstract: The study entitled “Military Spending in the Early Islamic Period and its Impact on Economic Development Until 41 H.” has been divided into three chapters, in addition to the introduction, prologue, conclusion, appendixes, and the list of references consulted in thestudy. Chapter one tackles military spending in the Holy Quran and Hadith books. This chapter includes two sections; the first deals with the features of the image of spending in the Holy Quran, which is an important approach that springs from the nature of the study to clarify military spending in the Holy Quran. Thus, the section sheds light on the concept of spending and its divisions, the Quranic vision to it, the Quranic stylistic methods of encouraging it, and the conditions required for the spending to be sound. All this is treated in the light of the Quranic text and books of Quranic interpretation.Section two has been dedicated for the study of these concepts in the books of Hadith. So we have tried to comment on the sayings claimed to belong to Prophet Muhammed (P.B.U.H.) which are related to authority and its men. In those sayings there is an attempt to obscure the features of the peculiar image of spending drawn by the Holy Quran for Muslims for every time and place. Chapter two is dedicated for investigating military spending until the year 41 H.\ A.D. 661. The chapter is divided into two sections; the first section deals with forms of military spending during the early Islamic Period depending on what modern economists have regarded as forms of military spending in the course of their discussion of immediate military spending. The researcher has found a noteworthy similarity between immediate forms of spending and their counterparts in the past. Section two has been dedicated for the study of military spending in the thought of political authority starting from the thought of Prophet Muhammed (P.B.U.H.) ending with the thought of Imam Hassan (P.B.U.H.), these two being the Alpha and the Omega of the six governments that ruled that era and the factors behind the disparity in military spending between a government and another, this was followed by the prophet’s act regarding some cases he faced related to spending.In chapter three, the impact of military spending on development until the year 41 H.\A.D. 661 has been outlined. The chapter id divided into two sections : Section one studies the concept of economic The term “development” has been linguistically and terminologically defined. It has been stated that the term “development” is a modern term that is close to another term that had often been used in Islamic resources, we have also referred to unique developmental thought of Prophet Muhammed (P.B.U.H.)since the early beginning of forming the State of Islam in year 1 H.\ A.D. 622.The position of military force in economic activity has been discussed, it has often been tackled by historians from three sides : The agricultural, the industrial, and the commercial. This is followed by a discussion of the nature of the relation between military spending and economic development between the phases of defense and attack against the enemies of the State. While section two is dedicated to the study of the positive and negative impacts of military spending and the factors that lead to positive or negative marks on the phenomenon of military spending. From all this, certain conclusions have been arrived at which were summed up in the conclusion; including recommendations for the people of the Ministry of Defense.

Abstract: Recently, the atmospheric pressure non - thermal plasma has attracted great attention in biomedical applications due to the advantages of high e ciency, safety, no toxic residue and low cost. In this work, a homemade plasma jet system was constructed. The system which used in this work was a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) type atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ). It was applied to generate a non - thermal plasma using an alternating current (AC) power supply (providing voltages up to 7.5 kVp????p and frequencies up to 12 kHz) with two types of noble gases (argon and helium). The system was based on two electrodes con guration, where the rst con guration based on ring - to - plate electrodes structure and the second on double - ring electrodes structure. Each con - guration used two types of Pyrex tube with wall thickness of 3 mm and 0.95 mm. It was found that the ring - to - plate electrodes structure with tube wall thickness of 3 mm generate plasma at high temperature (48.5 C) while, the plasma temperature decreased to 46 C when thetube wall thickness reduced to 0.95 mm. In contrast, the double - ring electrodes structure did not generate plasma when using a tube with wall thickness of 3 mm but, when the tube wall thickness reduced to 0.95 mm, plasma generated at low temperature (34.5 C). The electrical characteristics was investigated to describe the discharge of the argon and helium plasma jets. It was found that the ignition voltage for the helium plasma (4 kVp????p) was lower than the ignition voltage for the argon plasma (4.7 kVp????p). Also through the current discharge, it was con rmed that the plasma system safe and prevents any arcing.The in uence of the higher gas ow rate lead to increase of the plasma plume length and reduction of the plasma jet temperature. The maximum plume length of argon plasma was 23 mm and the temperature at this length was 34 C under the system conditions of 12 kHz, 7.5 kVp????p and gas ow rate of 4 standard litre per minute (slm). In contrast, the maximum plume length of helium plasma was 44 mm and the temperature at this length was 27 C under the same system conditions.The plasma jet was diagnosed by optical emission spectroscopy (OES) to calculate the electron temperature (Te) and density (ne). As well, the presence of active species such as reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS) was con rmed by OES. In order to identify the trends of the aim, the researcher depend on a measure (MP 2017), as the scale of (30) divided into three fields , The researcher followed the scientific steps in the construction of psychological standards. The researcher presented the measures on (28) arbitrators and the opinions of the referees were analyzed statistically using (square Kai) Two paragraphs were deleted and (50) positive emotion measures were suspended with some modifications. The researcher relied on a statistical analysis sample of (400) students in the extraction of indicators of structural honestyBrepresented by the factors of discrimination and the correlation of the paragraph in the overall degree and its association with the field and the relationship of the field to the overall degree .As for the stability, the researcher depend on the method of retesting (0.83) and Al - Kronbach (0.91) . The researcher then applied the applied sample to (554) students and the researcher used statistical bag (SPSS) and reaching to these results : 1 - The preparatory high students there have positive emotions.2 - The preparatory high students have orientations (resolution - mastering, (performance - resolution), while the low trend (performance - abstention).3 - There was a statistically significant positive correlation between positive emotions and attitudes (eg. , mastery, performance, and resolution), while there was no significant relationship between positive emotions and performance.4 - There are no statistically significant differences in the relationship between positive emotions and Aim orientations (eg, perfection, performance, resolution less, performance, reluctance) depending on the variable of specialization (scientific - literary) and gender variable (male - female).Based on the findings of the research, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and proposals

Proportion of the contribution of The Mature Personality in Practical Intelligence and wisdom Based Thinking.The community of this research is morning students of Karbala University from both Gender (male/ female) and academic assignment ( scientific / humanitarian) in 2016 - 2017.To achieve these goals the researcher constructed a scale of mature personality, which consists of (56) items has positive and negative content. They are distributed of six domains. She presents the scale to (16) judges , then she utilized Q - square to compare responses of the (16) judges. Then she omitted (5) items which are not significant and the scale became (51) items. After analyzing the items one item is omitted, and the final form of the scale is (50).The researcher also constructed a scale of applied intelligence, which consist of (34) items that distributed of four domains. She presents the scale to (24) judges,Bthen she utilized Q - square to compare responses of the (16) judges. Then she omitted (12) items which are not significant and the scale became (22) items. After analyzing the items three item are omitted, and the final form of the scale is (18). The researcher also examines the affectivity of the alternatives which are all affective.The researcher adopted scale of thinking based on wisdom (Mohammed, 2016) which consists of (36) items has positive and negative content. They are distributed of six domains. She presents the scale to (16) judges, then she utilized Q - square to compare responses of the (16) judges. The judges suggested to separate the first domain into two dimensions and add some items, so the scale became consisting of (42) items distributed on seven domains. After analyzing these items one of them is omitted, and the final form of the scale is (41). The respondents for this study were students of University of Karbala (400 male & female) who were chosen randomly according to community distribution. She analyzed data using statistics bag SPSS.The results of the study revealed that : 1 - Students of University of Karbala have mature personality.2 - There are significant differences in mature personality according gender for male, but there are not in academic assignments.3 - Students of University of Karbala do not have applied intelligence.4 - There are significant differences in applied intelligence according gender for male, and there are significant difference in academic assignment too for scientific assignment.5 - Students of University of Karbala have wisdom based on thinking.6 - There are not significant differences in thinking based on wisdom according gender and academic assignment.7 - There is a significant correlation between mature personality and practical intelligence, mature personality contributes to practical intelligence (3%), and mature personality contributes to the existence of reasoning Wisdom based on Thinking (37%) of possible changes.Based on the findings of the study, recommendations and suggestions were made.

Abstract: lack of adaptation,rather, the way people think is causing a lack of proper adaptation,So the individual is responsible for adapting,Since the lack of adjustment leads to isolation and with drawal ,It is the thoughts of the individual that cause the state of non - adaptation,When an individual begins to modify his thoughts, it helps to adapt to the environment in which he lives.Poor adjustment leads to negative results due to exaggerated and distorted thinking ..An individual feels frustrated and uncoordinated when things do not come as he expected .Poor adjustment results in illogical expectations.It is the individual's way of thinking that determines how he adapts. When he thinks about events in a positive way, this will reflect his temperament and level of adaptation. False thinking leads to a disturbance of the mood of the individual, and low level of adaptation and compatibility, where the thinking is increasingly catastrophic in cases of loss, especially the loss of one of the parents where the individual feels loss of safety and tenderness so feel of the pain may last for a long time.The importance of the study was demonstrated by the interest of an important segment of the societyuniversity students who have lost a parent. The aim of the study was to identify : 1 - the disastrous thinking of university students who have lost one of the parents.2 - The significance of the differences in the catastrophic thinking among university students who lost one of the parents at the level of significance (0.05) according to the variables : - Type (Boys - Girls( - Specialization (Scientific - Academic)3 - psychological Grief of university students who lost one of the parents.4 - the significance of differences in psychological distress among university students who lost one of the parents at the level of significance (0.05) according to the variables : - Type (Boys - Girls( - Specialization (Scientific - Academic)5 - The relationship between the catastrophic thinking and psychological Grief of university students who lost one of the parents.In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher constructed two measures : The first includes the measurement of catastrophic thinking where the researcher relied on Beck's theory(1987, Beck) and its theoretical premise in describing catastrophic thinking, she identified two areas (negative perceptions, anticipating risks, "calamities").Which consists of (24) paragraphs extracted the psychometric properties of the paragraphs and the scale as a whole, And the second to measure the psychological distress in which it relied on the theory of Warden (Worden,1987)And its theoretical premise in the description of psychological distress where it identified four areas (Cognitive, emotional, social, physical / health) Consisting of (38) paragraphs extracted the psychometric characteristics of the paragraphs and the scale as a whole.And then applied to a sample consisting of (614) students who represented the community of students of Karbala University who lost one of the parents. After collecting the data and statistical analysis using the statistical package of social sciences (spss), the researcher used a number of statistical means : Square Kay (Ka2),T - Test for two independent samples, Pearson correlation coefficient, Spurman Brown's corrective equation, Vaccrombach equation, Center - medium - vein - deviation - variance - flattening - torsion, T - Test forone sample, Analysis of binary contrast, Schiffe test for comparisons).The current study reached the following results : 1 - The sample has a catastrophic thinking and also has psychological distress.2_ There are statistically significant differences in gender in favor of female students with catastrophic thinking and psychological distress.3_ There are statistically significant differences in the (scientific and human) specialization where human competence is the most common in the catastrophic thinking and psychological distress In comparison with the scientific specialization.4. Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى : 1. الافكار السلبية التلقائية لدى اولياء امور ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.2. الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في الافكار السلبية التلقائية لدى اولياء امور ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة على وفق : ا. الجنس (اباء - امهات).ب‌. نوع الاعاقة ( بطؤ التعلم - التوحد - اعاقة عقلية - اعاقة صم بكم - اعاقة حركية ).ت‌. التحصيل الدراسي (الابتدائي فما دون - ثانوي - جامعي فما فوق).ث‌. المستوى الاقتصادي ( ممتاز - جيد - ضعيف ).3. سمو الذات لدى اولياء امور ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.4. الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في سمو الذات لدى اولياء امور ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وعلى وفق : ا. الجنس (اباء - امهات).ب‌. نوع الاعاقة ( بطؤ التعلم - التوحد - اعاقة عقلية - اعاقة صم بكم - اعاقة حركية ).ت‌. التحصيل الدراسي ( ابتدائي فما دون - ثانوي - جامعي فما فوق )ث‌. المستوى الاقتصادي ( ممتاز - جيد - ضعيف ).5. طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الافكار السلبية التلقائية وسمو الذات لدى اولياء امور ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتحقيقا لاهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياسي الافكار السلبية التلقائية وسمو الذات، اذ تكون المقياس الاول من (33) فقرة والثاني (38) فقرة. وقد اتبعت الباحثة الخطوات العلمية في بناء المقاييس النفسية. اذ عرضت الباحثة المقياسين على (30) محكما وتم تحليل اراء المحكمين احصائياﹰ وذلك باستعمال (مربع كاي)، وتم حذف(3) فقرات من مقياس الافكار السلبية التلقائية و(6) فقرات من مقياس سمو الذات، واعتمدت على عينة التحليل الاحصائي البالغة (400) (اب وام) في استخراج مؤشرات الصدق البنائي المتمثلة بمعاملات التمييز وارتباط الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية وارتباطها بالمجال وارتباط المجال بالدرجة الكلية اما الثبات اعتمدت الباحثة على طريقة التجزئة النصفية والفا كرونباخ. ثم طبقت المقياسين على عينة التطبيق البالغة (509) (اب وام)، واستعملت الباحثة الحقيبة الاحصائية (SPSS v 20) وتم التوصل الى النتائج الاتية : 1. ان اولياء امور ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لا تراودهم الافكار السلبية التلقائية.2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الافكار السلبية التلقائية لدى عينة اولياء الامور على وفق الجنس (ذكور - اناث) ونوع الاعاقة ( بطؤ تعلم، توحد، اعاقة عقلية، اعاقة حركية، الصم بكم ( اضطرابات النطق) . - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لمتغير التحصيل الدراسي ولصالح اولياء الامور ذوي الشهادة الابتدائية لشعورهم بالافكار السلبية التلقائية. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لمتغير المستوى الاقتصادي ولصالح اصحاب المستوى الاقتصادي الضعيف. 3. ان اولياء امور ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة يتمتعون بسمو الذات.4. لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في سمو الذات على وفق متغيرات (نوع الاعاقة، الجنس، والتحصيل الدراسي، المستوى الاقتصادي).5. توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية سالبة دالة احصائيا بين الافكار السلبية التلقائية وسمو الذات اي كلما يزداد سمو الذات تقل الافكار السلبية التلقائية. وبناء على ما توصل اليه البحث من نتائج، اوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات، اهمها هو تصميم برامج ارشادية ومهنية تساعد في توجيه اولياء امور ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في كيفية التعامل مع هذه الفئات، واقترحت عدد من المقترحات، اهمها هو اجراء بحوث عن سمو الذات عند اسر المعاقين واسر الاطفال العاديين (دراسة مقارنة). | 1 - Automatic negative thoughts for special needs parents. 2 - Statistical significant differences in automatic negative thoughts for parents with special needs according to : A - Sex (parents - mothers). B - Type of disability (slow learner - autism - mental disability - deaf - motor disability). C - Education Level (primary, secondary - college - over). D - Economic level (excellent - good - weak). 3. Self - Transcendence for parents with special needs. 4 - Statistical significant differences in Self - Transcendence for parents of the disabled according to : A - sex (fathers - mothers). B - Type of disability (slow learner - autism - mental disability - deaf - motor disability). C - Education Level (primary, secondary - college - over). D - Economic level (excellent - good - weak). 5 - The nature of the link relationship between automatic negative thoughts of self for parents special needs. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher built the measures of negative negative thoughts and self - esteem, as the first measure of (33) paragraphs and the second (38) paragraph. The researcher followed the scientific steps in building psychological standards. The researcher presented the measures on (30) arbitrators and analyzed the views of the referees statistically using (square), and was deleted (3) paragraphs of the scale of spontaneous negative ideas and (6) paragraphs of the scale of self - sufficiency, ) (Abu and Umm) in the extraction of indicators of honesty constructional representation of the discrimination and the correlation of the paragraph in the overall degree and its link to the field and the correlation of the field overall degree of stability, the researcher adopted the method of fragmentation and half Alkronbach. Then the two measures were applied to the application sample (509) (father and mother). The researcher used the statistical bag (SPSS v 20) and the following results were obtained : 1.Parents with special needs do not have negative negative thoughts.2.There are no statistically significant differences in spontaneous negative thoughts in the sample of parents according to sex (male and female) and type of disability (slow learning, autism, mental disability, motor impairment, deafness, speech disorders). - There are differences of statistical significance for the variable of educational achievement and for the benefit of parents with primary education for feeling negative negative thoughts. - There are differences of statistical significance for the variable of the economic level and for those with a weak economic level.3.Parents with special needs enjoy self - esteem.4.There are no statistically significant differences in self - sufficiency according to variables (type of disability, gender, academic achievement, economic level).5. There is a negative correlation between negative and statistically significant between spontaneous negative thoughts and self - esteem. Based on the results of the research, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the design of guidance and professional programs that help guide parents with special needs in how to deal with these categories.
