المستخلص: تعد دراسة التنبؤ بالطلب السياحي واحدة من اهم موضوعات النشاط السياحي لما له من دور في معرفة حجم الايرادات السياحية المتحققة التي بدورها تعمل على صياغة القرارات المناسبة لتحقيق التنمية السياحية، ولذلك تضمن الاطار المنهجي للدراسة مجموعة من التساؤلات والافتر | The study of Prediction of the Tourist Demand is one of the most important subjects of Tourist Activity because of their Role in Tourist Revenue generated knowledge which in turn serve to formulate appropriate Decisions for Tourism Development, and thus ensure the methodological Framework for study group questions and assumptions have been formulated according to the specific questions of the nature of the problem and its importance and its spotlight section to two aspects of the theory and the Philosophical subject of study was designed to elucidate the theoretical Philosophy and Intellectual goals because it represents a new twist in the studies Tourism in Iraq despite that the Amerindians ' faces theoretical ideas and away from duplication and complexity and followed the best and easiest methods to address the folds until the theoretical and Philosophical Frameworks have to mimic the applied side of chime and conclusion, and this led to the results to be an honest expression of what the researcher wants to. Thus addressed, among other problems, most notably, the Tourism sector in Iraq suffers from a lack of appropriate Statistical Standards for measuring Tourism Demand actual and expected future, adding that the agencies responsible for tourism with weak random flop and in all areas of the Tourism Industry, and the lack of accurate data on arrivals into Iraqi territory. So the importance of the research developed through solving problems mentioned and try to manipulate Mathematical methods. Accordingly, the research aims to find out the most important statistical Models for measuring Tourism Demand and Income variables is preparing internal and external Tourists in Iraq, and also learn the strengths and weaknesses of Tourism Development Programms and monitor the movement of Travel and Tourism, the Interior and Foreign Affairs and trying to provide data for Decision Makers. Then , the limits of the temporal research starts with a period in 2009 - 2012, when the limits of spatial research has specialized in land and sea ports of entry and air. The research approach adopted the statistical analysis and the use of Mathematical Models are consistent with the nature of the subject research , the more Scientific Methods of interpretation capacity and precision : the Exponential Smoothing model in Time Series and Box - Jenkins Model (ARMA) and Grey Systems Model. As a researcher of some hypotheses to arrive by slow Development of Tourism in Iraq and Religious Tourism and Tourism was affected by the political and security situation in the country, with some Tourist Revenue represented by Tourism in Iraq Demands Arab Tourists more than meet the Demands of foreign Tourists, and the Tourism Revenue increases over time in proportion to the increasing number of Tourists. this hypothesis also relates to the quality of Tourism and Tourist Services, especially the Religious Tourism is a strong attraction for Tourism in Iraq and the interest of the Tourists coming to Iraq on commercial markets and exhibitions. The study has produced a range of theoretical and practical conclusions, in theory show that Tourism Demand into Iraq is significantly represented by the Religious Tourism and Tourist Demand during the previous three decades had suffered great fluctuation and instability of the first Gulf war (war of eight years) and the second Gulf war and the subsequent economic blockade and international isolation, most recently the third Gulf war, and that the Tourism Sector in Iraq lacks upper and middle management persons with specialization in Tourism Sector and this has led to poor decisions taken, in addition to the lack of Tourist Policy and its strategic vision for the sector as the Economy and the country as a flop, random is the characteristic inherent to this sector. In the applied side, indicating that the appropriate Model for the Prediction of Demand Tourism Series and is the first order of Grey Model GM(1,1), while showing that the appropriate Model for prediction of Tourism revenue is the Autoregressive model of first order ARMA (1, 0 ).

المستخلص: Tourism has various dimensions in all sectors especially Rashid street for having many heritage buildings that have positive role in polarizing tourists. Besides, it is part of the components of the nation's identity, history and civilization and one of the most important national treasures. Defining society and citizen to it helps to document and reveal the rootage of the nation through the events it passed through. Furthermore, it is the symbol of Baghdad as a place, heritage and history for millions of human beings and one factor of tourist attracting factors. In it contents it holds the tourist, social and cultural dimensions which gives it direct link for the emerging ofthe country civilization and its upgrade across ages. The current study based on two changes interact among them to form its mental and philosophical frame represented by ( Rashid street and cultural tourism). Study problem set off through standing onthe reasons led not to invest the street for tourist purposes and the question here is there a concerning by the in charge sides for this historical street?Besides, standing on the reasons for lacking services and ignoring till now, for that, study community is composed of in charges in a status of ( general manager, manager, department in charge, deputy department head) in Ministry of Tourism, Baghdad Municipality and board of Monument and Legacy. Then it has to prepare questionnaire form informative static method which are used in processing and analyzing questionnaire datum depending on ready statically programs band ( spss ver 20, mintab,mectlad) which represented by measured mathematical midst, normative drifting, difference factor, simple drifting and multiple drifting to determine changes effect on study phenomenon (cultural tourism) to show the level of study changes and Spearman Brown link factor. Also using serial sloping test ( stepwise) which use to show the most effective changes on the cultural tourism among all study changes ( future changes), then it will build new street sample for Rashid street. The study reached to many deductions about this street. Rashid street has the feature of having the most important cultural and heritage street in the middle of Baghdad capital beside its correlation in most important commercial and cultural Baghdad centers especially those who extend on the banks of Tigris river. Besides, it is the first historical heritage street in Baghdad for having many heritage places and buildings reflect the civilization and history of the country.Researcher presented group of recommendations include making continuous maintaining and restoration processes for religious cultural heritage buildings in a way contribute in preserving the architectural ruminants due to specific program in coordinating with Ministry of Tourism and Monume

المستخلص: يمثل الاستثمار السياحي محور التنمية السياحية والاساس الذي تقوم عليه هذه التنمية، ولاهمية هذا الموضوع فقد تمت دراسة الاستثمار السياحي في العراق (باستثناء محافظات اقليم كردستان) للتعرف على المشاكل التي يعاني منها هذا القطاع وكيفية معالجتها، واستخدم في البحث | Tourism investment represents the axis of tourism development and the foundation on which his development is based. Due to the importance of this topic, the tourism investment was studied in Iraq (except the governorates of Kurdistan Region) to identify the problems this sector suffers from and how to treat them. The research used the descriptive method because the study topic (the tourism investment) is an existent real phenomenon, hence the study refers that the tourism investment in Iraq has witnessed several stages since 1970s and till now, yet it was one active and effective and the other has no effect. As the tourism development relies on it greatly, thus the study problem stemmed from the problems faced by the investor in the tourism sector, especially that the tourism investment currently is limited and centers greatly around the tourism sector and there is no State participation in it as well as it is confined to a defined pattern of tourism, i.e. (religious tourism). The research arrived at a collection of conclusions the most prominent of which is the State's weak role in tourism investment which led to the concentration of tourism investments in limited governorates and the deprivation of other governorates from it. To activate the government role in tourism investment, the researcher presented a group of procedures like the completion of tourism legislations and laws that support the tourism investment, and their virtual contribution in this investment, as well as allocating a part of the federal budget to finance tourism investments and also activating the role of mixed tourism sector in investment

The study aimed to determine the role of cultural awareness society through it factors (Social, technological and urban, religious, political and economic) to increase the flow of tourists movement on the one hand, and on the other hand, emphasize the importance of the variables that affect the increase the cultural awareness of the individual and society and their role in tourism. To achieve this, the researcher conducted a field study on the city of Baghdad as a community comprising all shades of the Iraqi society.. Selection visitors tourist sites was signed in the city of Baghdad in the sidearm Karkh and Rusafa as a model for the study. Was selected the simple random sample consisting of (400) Researched and Researched, by 20% the total number of visitors to tourist location The researcher used several key platforms, including descriptive method for data and information through the style and method of statistical and analytical survey, and the comparative method, as well as the style of observation and interviews conducted by a researcherat these locations. The study found that the most important results, including cultural awareness contributes to the empowerment of communities of understanding and peaceful coexistence and harmony, through what has composed understand enough about other cultures, which helps to increase the flow of tourists movement. It also contributes to cultural awareness through communication and interaction with other cultures in the third off the culture as a result of this interaction aimed at cultural convergence and social integration between the tourist and the host society, which leads to the development of travel and tourism

المستخلص: حضيت السياحة باهتمام كبير من قبل دول العالم وتحديدا" تلك الدول التي تمتلك قدرا" من الموارد الطبيعية والبشرية والقوى العاملة ذات التخصيصات السياحية المهنية اضف الى ذلك مستوى معين من الخدمات التحتية.وذلك لما لهذا قطاع السياحي من اهمية ودور في دعم الاقتصاد | Tourism received great interest by the countries of the world, particularly those countries that possess some degree of natural and human resources and manpower with tourist, professional specialties in addition to a certain level of infrastructure services. That is because of the tourism sector of the importance and role in supporting the national economy, hence its role in the development of natural and human resources in the tourism sites to achieve financial returns contributes to raising the standard of living of individuals and restore economic balance between the regions through the development of tourism, especially if we know that the tourism sector is considered of the largest service sectors of the other size of the workforce and which up to 11% of the total workforce in other sectors of the world.So orientation of this study came towards the development of tourism in the island tourist weddings( Al - Aras Al - Syyahyya) located in the city of Baghdad and on the course of the Tigris River, and within the center of the best commercial places and population density in order to provide the necessary services, where the tourism potential of the growing size of the population of this city meet with the weakness of tourist services provided. This was seen as the most important problems that were called in the study to develop tourist sites and lies the importance of the study of this site on its ability to achieve activities and tourism events, social and economic serving tourism community in particular the community of the city in general and aim of the study attend to make the study area as a model for the development of other tourist sites in the city of Baghdad by improving tourism services and meet the demand for tourism.The study has two aims the first is theoretical study as a basis for the construction of the message and the second side of the field and determine with the field survey for the researcher of the study area and included a questionnaire for the community of study sample and the pioneers of the study area from tourists was the distribution of 200 questionnaire form for feedback and suggestions for the development of tourist services which included this form of two types. The first questions the role of the social and economic and cultural characteristics for the study sample and the second analysis of the field study.The study included seven chapters the first chapter devoted to a statement the concepts and scientific terminology and previous studies of similar and the second chapter devoted of the order of tourism on tourism services and diagnosis the factors affecting it. The third chapter devoted to the study and analysis of the reality of tourism services for the study area and the fourth chapter has included proposals for the development of infrastructure and tourism services in accordance with the three stages time, a short - term, medium and long - term The fifth chapter has included theoretical and methodological framework and socio - economic cultural characteristics of study sample. The sixth chapter has been devoted to the analysis of the sample of the study.Chapter VII contained the conclusions and recommendations.The findings appeared in general and especially test of ten hypotheses that there is a high correlation between the variables of the study and through use of statistical methods, coefficient of pairing coefficient of compatibility and Kia - square square(2x) While recommendations I went with its recommendations in total to the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, where this study pointed out that the recommendations need to appoint cadres tourist specialized management and enable them administratively to grant powers necessary for the development of tourism services and re - activation of this vital facility as well as increased financial allocation for development and possible benefit from tourism revenue in its contribution to the financing of a section of its budget.
