المستخلص: احتوت الاطروحة على خمس ابواب : تناول الباب الاول مقدمة البحث واهميته التي تمثلت بالسمنة التي تعد من الامراض الاكثر انتشارا في الوقت الحاضر , وذلك نتيجة التطور التكنولوجي الكبير , وما انتجه من اساليب ووسائل للراحة التي ساهمت في الحد من حركة الانسان و| The current dissertation has included five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction of the study and its significant. Which is obesity is the one of the most common diseases in the present time. The results of technological development, thus, produce methods and techniques for comfort. These methods have contributed to limit human movement of daily physical activities. The important of the study has came from development of medicine field specially the aesthetic one which has created a large amount of solutions and methods that help to get positive results and to get rid of obesity and shape of the body. One of those methods is liposuction from specific areas of the body. But these solutions do not be lasted continuous effect on the body after the liposuction operation, there are important factors and procedures that must be applied after the operation to maintain the consistency of the body. These procedures have kept the body in shape and ensure that the return of the accumulation of fat in those areas which have taken from or in other parts of the body can not happen. One of these procedures is practicing of regular sport exercises according to scientific program. The researcher has found new training technique (Al - Pila - Aerobics). This technique has combined the advantages of Piltes method training (burning fat from specific areas of the body) and aerobics training technique (burring fat from all parts of the body). The problem of the study lies in solving a problem of dis interest of women in sport training after liposuction operations. The women have not believed in returning of these fat in the same areas or other areas. The (Al - Pila - Aerobics) is the solution of maintaining the body, shaping the body, and improving their psychological heal as well. The study aims at the following : - Preparing (Al - Pila - Aerobics) technique after liposuction operation to improve morphological aspects (sculpting the body). - Identifying the effect of liposuction on the improving the women body, some physiological variables and physical structure after the liposuction operation. - Identifying the effect of (Al - Pila - Aerobics) technique on improving Morphology aspects , physical structure after liposuction operation. - Identifying the effect of liposuction operation (Al - Pila - Aerobics) and on improving morphological aspects ( sculpting body), some physiological variables and physical structure after the operation. The hypothesis of the study are : There are statistical significant differences between the following : - Pre - measurement before and after the operation after two weeks - Pre - measurement after two weeks and post measurement after the proposal program. - Pre - measurement before the operation and post measurement after the proposal program on the variables of the study such as sculpture of the body, some physiological variables and physical structure. The fields of the Study are the following : Human field : nine women at age (30 - 40) years who have undergone liposuction operation in abdomen area.Temporal field : the duration from (20/7/2013) till (9/10/2013)Place field : Bubbles Women’s Center in United Arab Emirates (Ajman).Chapter two has included the theoretical and previous studies which are mentioned some subjects related to the study.While , the third chapter has used the procedures of the study such as the experimental method, the sample of the study. The experiment has lasted (12 weeks) and applied on three units pre week. The whole units are (36) units. Also, this chapter contained the equipment , assistant tools , data collection of the information , application of the study, procedures of the study, statistical tools of using SPSS. Chapter four has shown the results and analyzing them as well as discussion of the results and recommendation of the study. The study has concluded the following conclusions, they are : 1 - (Al - Pila - Aerobics) technique has shown positive effect of getting ride of fat from all parts of body. The body has shaped thus it help the study sample to change their negative feeling to their bodies.2 - There are positive effects of the proposed program in improving some physiological variables through heart muscle adjustment thus affect the health of the body.3 - There is a positive effect of the program in improving the physical structure of women’s bodies after the operation by reducing the fat and the rate of fluid balance and relatively increasing the amount of muscles in the whole body.The study has recommended the following : 1 - Using the (Al - Pila - Aerobics) technique after liposuction operation because its effect on the operation.2 - (Al - Pila - Aerobics) could be used as technique to loss the weight and sculpting the body without liposuction operation.

المستخلص: The study comprises five chapters : The discus throwing is regard one of the activities that requires utilizing special ways and manners in training to develop the physical, mechanical abilities, special force in the performance and contribute to develop (discus throwing) achievement, it takes a large care in the researches field results to numerous evolutions in its training ways, also the used manners in the training process resulted to enhance the standard records when the modem training ways forms initial requirement to advance with throwers and them physical and mechanical abilities which perform important pedestal. So the heading by workmen in this fields in training process was to find evolved ways hope to achieve that ways.The researcher was made a trainings on proposal device relative with graduated resistances during the technical stages performance of the activity without any infraction to the required locomotive way, specially the throwing stage , but there is fewness in using equipments and devices relates with skillful performance and neuromuscular adaptation correlates with this performance when utilize these equipment. So the researcher was run to a device technique correlates to develop the special force and locomotor ways in both throwing position and the throwing stages to solve this scientific trouble that limits the digital achievement of this competition.Research subjects : 1. Design and preparing a proposal device to the discus throwing.2. Knowing the training effect on that device to develop the special.force and biomechanical variables before and after the sprintingand both throwing position and the throwing stages.3. Knowing the training effect by the device on the projected force enhance before and after the sprinting.Research hypothesis : 1. There are statistical differences between both pre - and posttests in both arms, legs and trunk.2. There are statistical differences between both pre - and posttests in the biomechanical variables to achieve the research group.Section - 2 : Similar and theoretical studies : In this section the researcher was deal two parts, the 1st included the theoretical subjects related with his research subject, like the coeval technology in athlete training, athletic engineering, co - equipments in training, concept of special force and developing means, in addition to the muscular force, types, concept, and thediscus throwing activity with technical stages of this activity.The 2nd part included the similar studies supports the research and increase its scientific discreet.Section - 3 : The research approach and its open - field proceedings : This section contain the research approach while the researcher depended the experimental methodizing with one group manner for both pre - and post - tests proportion with the research problem nature.While the research sample was tested with intentionally way they were 12 athlete represents the branch union of forces sports in Diyala governorate.The researcher used number of devices and equipments necessary to help to gain the required results, includes the field experiment research proceeding steps and the special abilities tests includes the explosive and fast force in arms, legs, trunk and testing the result in discus throwing with some biomechanical varies to achieve the research goals, as well as depending the proper statistical ways to handle the results.Section - 4 : Showing, analyzing, discussing the results : This section offered the results obtained by the researcher after handling statistical of the field experiment findings , included showing, analyzing and discussing pre - and post tests to the research sample during the test done , showing with schedules, diagrams and discussing with scientific manner supported with resources.Section - 5 : Conclusions and recommendations : By the showing and analysis the findings, the researcher reached to : 1. The trainings on the equipment led to minimize the transition time from the dual resting moment to the odd resting of the research sample2. The special force was affected in developing occurring of the first time of cycling, that mean this trainings are in active forces torques in this stages.3. A developing occurring in the special force of the shoulder band and both arms, that led to a greater sprinting speed in the post - tests.4. A developing occurring in the angular speed of the body at both moments of throwing position and the throwing. 5. The trainings applied on the equipment resulted to enhance in both arms forces, legs and trunk.6. All trainings applied on the equipment resulted to develop the active variables in good achievement attaining, so a development occurred in the throwing distance.According all above conclusions , the researcher recommendsthe following : 1. Utilizing a proposal training equipment to develop the special force to the age factions.2. Focusing on both legs force development with training on the proposal equipment.3. Affirming to proceed the trainings on the proposal equipment in virtue the special locomotor ways of the discus throwing sample stages.4. Make a similar researches using another similar equipment to that proposal equipment to the other activities.5. Studying another physiological and psychological variables to band it with the studying findings

المستخلص: ان التقدم العلمي الحاصل في المجال الرياضي قد شهد تطورا ملحوظا في مختلف المستويات محققا قفزة نوعية في تحقيق انجازات كبيرة في الالعاب الرياضية، واننا احوج اليوم الى بذل المزيد من الجهود لايجاد اساليب تدريبية علمية تضمن الحركة الرياضية تقدما وتصور | The scientific development under way in sport field has witnessed great changes on different levels bringing about a shift in meritorious work sport games for which we are currently in urgent need to do our best to find scientific training styles to ensure the scientific advance on different levels. The development in the science of sport training put the corner stone for all sports activities ; it is possible to exploit via interaction with other fields , which helps in developing many aspects of the technical performance for any technical sport activity. Pole vault is considered one of the basic and interesting activities of track and field sports. It is one of the activities that calls for high physical , skill and psychological needs , which is , in turn , reflected on aesthetic performance through relating skillfully sport performance to physical attributes which leads to symmetrical movement. Besides, it includes many technical skills when performing steps of the jump which needs effort and patience on the part of the coaches and athletes.The advance in performance can be attained through setting special physical programs and exercises. Besides , there should be a link between these exercises and skillful performance in accordance with proper scientific bases ; this is so because the development in these aspects basically depends on the good physical training. Thus , the most important requirements of pole vault is stressing on the developing all the special physical attributes because of its role in giving effect to the technical performance which must be available in pole vault athletes. In the light of the above mentioned , the significance of the current study lies in using special physical exercises , similar and identical , which are connected to motor track in each step of the technical vaulter's performance done on the basis of the special exercises of using various equipments to develop some physical abilities (volatile power, speed - marked power and power endurance).The problem of the study is the technical performance fall - off of pole vault activity and its fallback as it is a difficulty activity which requires muscle - neural and high motor agreement in all pole vaulting steps for a proper technique in addition to the vaulter's special physical attributes. The researcher uses special physical exercises with complicated formulae on the basis of the vaulter's technical performance with special physical and skillful attributes of the technical steps of the athletes. The study aims at : 1. Setting special physical exercises to develop the technical performance and achievement for pole vault.2. Finding out the effect of the special physical exercises to develop the technical performance and achievement for pole vault.The hypotheses are : 1.There are statistically significant differences between pre - and post - test in favor of the post tests. 2.There are statistically significant differences between post tests in favor of the experimental group. The study is limited to : 1. Human domain : the students of college of Physical Education/ university of Diyala ; they are (10) students.2. Time domain : from 21/4/2013 to 15/7/20143. Spatial domain : the field and the chest rooms of the college of the Physical Education. The researcher uses relevant specialized references of pole vault, especially those which are related to the stages of the skill performance, the special physical exercises , special physical attributes and relevant studies The sample of the study includes (10) vaulter students from the college of Physical Education - university of Diyala. They were divided by lot into two groups ; experimental and controlling. The experimental group were trained on the basis of the research - based physical exercise, while the controlling group used the traditional ones.The training units are (24) and the period of the unit is from 60 - 90 minutes up to two training units per week. The total period is three months. Different statistical tools are used, the most important ones are : 1. Twist correlation of homogeneity.2. T - Test for independent samples 3. Development ratio calculation ( unlikeness rule ) 4. SPSS program The researcher comes up with a number of conclusions : 1. Using the special exercises leads to develop some of physical attributes to develop some physical attributes (volatile power, speed - marked power and power endurance) 2. Using special exercises leads to develop the technical performance3. Using special exercises leads to develop the technical performance.3. The aid means used helped in developing the physical attributes which is reflected on developing the technical performance and achievement.In the light of the conclusions, the researcher recommends the following : 1. Emphasizing special physical exercises when using the physical attributes for the vaulters.2. Using the aid means and the recommended physical exercises.3. Using the recommended program by the researcher in developing the physical attributes and technical performance and achievement.4. Conducting similar studies and researchers for both male and female with different age levels when training pole vault athletes.
