المستخلص: The concept of Social Belonging is one of the most important central concepts of belonging in general. It determined the nature of the individual relationships with groups in all periods of time and everywhere. The importance lies in the social level because it is the excel theme of the groups without which the group loses its firmness specially the latter is group's individuals closeness, which depends on the scope of achievement of the groups to the needs of their individual since that the group did that then it can effect his thoughts and behavior. Every group has standards and values that its individuals must acquire by being one of the group and he can acquire also when belong to certain group cultural inheritance that enable him to interactive positively with his neighbors.Study Objectives : The study is aiming at the following : 1 - Verify the level of the social belonging among the students of the university.2 - Verifying methods of Social Belonging at university students as per variables (sex - specialization - stage) 3 - Designing instructional program for development of Social Belonging among students of the university.Limits of the Study : The study is restricted with a sample of community from College of education I Basra University for Academic Year 2008 - 2009.Procedures of the Study : Verifying the recent objectives of the study to use the measure (Al - Tamimy 1996) for the Social Belonging after verifying the procedures recognition validity and internal coordination and firmness for the measure when measurement is at its final format consisted of 65 paragraphs distributed among (5) aspects.The measurement is applied on the sample that consisted off 450 students (male & female) to verify the level of the feeling with Social Belonging among the students of Collage Education when the medium among the sample is (693,664) and standard deviation (9,334). When the sign was tested for the differential versus assumption medium, the statistics sign for the medium and this means that sample persons had low level somehow of the Social Belonging than that of maintaining the personal relationships with thee others, with emotional assistance and social evaluation and interesting and social comparison.As sequence to the results in the second objective, instructional program was designed according to sample steps (Dousary) for the instructional programs, after determining the needs of the individuals of the sample. The instructional sessions demonstrated according to theoretical strategies (Social Exchange) b are (simulationreincarnation - communication - realizing the role and acting for it - inspiration - social facility - social realization).Thus, throughout the results of the study, researcher recommended : 1 - Get benefit from instructional programs which are designed in this study at instructional centers and units in the university.2 - Training instructors of the stages in the university within developmental courses on using the instructional program to represent the educational context for them with students.3 - Conducting scientific synopses to shed the light on aspects of Social Belonging level reduction among students in the university and verifying reasons of it and developmental methods in feeling with the Social Belonging.4 - Bringing up students' festivals in the field of literature, sport to encourage the citizenship and the community.5 - Making students travels to the universities to enhance the unity among students.6 - Making students publications , advertisement and expressing the national products of students

المستخلص: ان مفهوم التطرف الاجتماعي، والمشاركة في النشاطات اللاصفية هي المفاهيم الرئيسة التي تناولها هذا البحث، وقد عرف التطرف الاجتماعي على انه : استجابة اجتماعية متشددة ناتجة عن التوتر والنفور من الغموض في هيئة سلوك تسلطي مشحون بشحنة انفعالية حادة ضد الجماعة الخا | Social extremism and participation in the Non - Class activities are considered as Main concepts which deals with this research. The social extremism is defined as it is asocial and severe response obtaining from extension and elienation of imbignity as a form of dominating behavior and loaded by emotional charge against the beliefs difficult to be changed du to what persom carriej from the cognitive structures standing on sharp sitnation of far ideas from moderation in dealing with social life cases. The participation of nom - class activities is defined as it is the participation as , scientific , technecial , athetic, literary or cultural nature done outside the classroom aim to fill the needs of students and to profit then the knowledge, social skills and reinforce the different types from positive behavior and development their abilities as faras possible. The Goals of this thesis : 1. Building standard for the social extremism for secondary school students. 2. Measuring this social extremism for secondary school students. 3. Identifying the differences of social extremism for secondary school according the following variables : A - Gender (girls - boys )B - Residing ( rural - urban )C - Branch (scientific - literary )4. Building standard for the participation in the non - class activities for secondary school students. 5. Measuring the participation in non - class activities for secondary school students.6. Identifying the differences in the participation in non - class activities according to the following variables : A - Gender (girls - boys )B - Residing ( rural - urban )C - Branch (scientific - literary )7. Identifying the relationship between the social extremism and non - class activities for secondary school students.For achieving these goals, the researcher makes two standards , the first is to measure the social extremism and the second one to measure the participation of non - class activities for secondary stage students. These two standard are applied on the research sample which totally (600) student by random way from school of General directorate Education of Diyala distributed according to gender, residing and branch of study. After collecting date and treat them statistically by using T. Test for one sample and two independent samples and Pearson correlation coefficient the researcher concludes the following results : - 1. Getting a standard can be used to measure the social extremism by identifying indications of honest and stability.2. There is indicative level of social extremism for secondary stage students.3. There are no differences in social extremism for secondary stage students according to the variables of (gender - residing and branch )4. Getting a standard can used in measuring the participation in non - class activities for secondary stage students. 5. There is no indicative level of participation in non - class activities for secondary stage students. 6. There are no differences in participation in non - class activities for secondary school students according to the variables : gender, residing and branch. 7. There is no indicative morally relationship between the social extremism and the participation in non - class activities.according these results , the researcher convies to some recommendations and suggestions

المستخلص: الكفاية المهنية، والمكانة الاجتماعية، هي المفاهيم الرئيسة التي تناولها هذا البحث، وقد تم تفسير مفهوم الكفاية المهنية في ضوء نظرية العاملين لـ (هيرزبيرغ)، اما مفهوم المكانة الاجتماعية فقد تم تناوله على وفق المنظور المعرفي ممثلا بنظرية الموازنة الاجتماعية | This research deals with the occupational competence and social status are which considered as main concepts It gives.am explaination of occupational competence on the scope of the Theory of (HERZBERG) of Employees. As the concept of " social status " has been discussed according to the cognitive theory , for Instance the theory of social balance by " HEIDER" , theory of social comparative by " Festinger " , and theory of perceive and social behaviour change by "Rokeach" The research is Targeting to : First : Establishing an essencial system for the occupational competence of educational counsellor.Second : Measuring the of occupational competence for educational counsellor.Third : Notice the differences in the occupational competence of educational counsellor in accordance with the following alternatives. A. Gender ( Educational counsellor : male, female).B. Service (Less than 10 years) , (More than 10 years).C.SpecialiZation : (Psychological & educational sciences , psychology , educational counsellor , sociology).Fourth : Establishing an essential system for social status of educational Counsellor.Fifth : Measuring social status for the educational Counsellor. Sixth : Notice the differences of the social status of the educational counsellor in accordance with the following alternatives.A. Gender (Educational counsellor : male, female). B. Service ( Less than 10 years), (more than 10 years). C. Specialization (Psychological & educational sciences, psychology, educational counsellor, sociology). Seventh : To acquaint with the relationship between the occupational competence & social status for the educational counsellor. To achieve the mentioned goals, the researcher has done the establishing of two measurements units , one is used for measuring the occupational competence and the other is used for measuring the social status , both units measuring systems have been applied on samples of (440) educational counsellor male, female chosen randamly , from various schools of Dyala general directorate of education , baghdad.1st.RESAFFA general directorate of education , distributed according to the alternative of gender , service , and the specialization. After the process of collecting all information and data and treated in statistical meads , lay using the equahilruim of (T - Test) for onesample , and for two independent samples (one - way ANOVA), pearson linker coefficient , the reseacher har concluded the following results : 1 - The educational counsellor have obtained on acceptable average of the professional effeciency and the social status.2 - There are no differences in occupational competence for the educational counsellor in accordance with the alternatives : (Gender , specialiZation , services).3 - There are no differences in the social status for the educational counsellor in accordance the following alternatives (Gender, Spaciaization ). 4 - There are differences in significance of statistics in social status for the educational counsellor in accondance of services atternative for the counselor interests of longer services.5 - There are strong and positive relationships between the occupational competence and the social status. According to these results, The researeher has concluded most important recommendations and suggestions

المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي ماياتي : - 1. قياس مستوى اضطراب الشخصية الاعتمادية لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية.2. التعرف على دلالة الفروق لاضطراب الشخصية الاعتمادية لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية على وفق متغير الجنس.3. قياس انغلاق الذات لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية.4. الت | The present study aims at the following : 1 - Measuring the level of dependent personality disorder of the Preprotory stage students 2 - Knowing the significant differencese concerning the dependent personality disorder of the secondary school students according to gender.3 - Measaring the self - seclusion of the secondary school students.4 - Knowing the significant differences concerning the self - seclusion of the Preprotory stage students according to gender.5 - Measaring the suicidel of the Preprotory stage students.6 - Knowing the significant differences concerning the suicidal thought of the Preprotory stage students according to gender.7 - Knowing the relation between the dependent personality disorder with both of self - seclusion and suicidal thought of the Preprotory stage students.8 - Knowing the rang of contribution of dependent personality disorder with both of rariables the self - seclusion and suicidal thought of the Preprotory stage students.The sample of building ascales and astatistical analysis is(600) students(maleand female) those students have been chosen randomly from fifth stage in the school from karkh and Risafa.the entire application sample consists(400)students(male,female) (200) of them aremale,and(200) of them are female.Inorder to achieve the aims of this study the researcher floliows the following procedures : 1 - Building the scal of the dependent personality disorder after uscertaining the ralidity veliabitity and discriminatory power, the final form of the scale consists of(36) items distributed on(8) fields(criteria) of the dependent personaility disorder which prepared according to the criterion of the diagnostic and statistical manual of the American psychiatric association(DSM - IV).2 - Building the scale of the self - secluslon after aseertaining the validity,reliabity - tity diserimiatory power the final from of the scale consists of(30) items distributed on(3) fields which are - centrism ego - social isolation - going far away from reality3 - building the scale of the suicidal thought after vertying the conditions of validlty andreliabitiy the final version consists of(28) items distributed on(3) fields which are. - negative self imagination - negative thinking of life expehiences - nihilistic view of futureThe data obtained have becn analyzed statistically by using statistical package of social seiences(spss).The results obtained fromstudy are : 1 - the secondary school student have dependent personality disorder in three levels( chigh level, imedium, and low).2 - there are statistically sianificat differences concerning in the dependent personality disorder according to gendar for the advantage female of the Preprotory stage students.3 - the Preprotory stage student have self - seclusion.4 - there are no statistically significant differences concerning the self - seclusi onaccorsing to gender of the Preprotory stage students.5 - the Preprotory stage students have suicidal thought.6 - there are no statistically signficaht differences concemrning in the suicidal thought according to gender of the Preprotory stage students.7 - there is astatistically significant relation between the following - Between dependent personality disorder and the self - seclusion and it is signiticant reversely - Between dependent personylity disorder and the suicidal thought and it is significant propoti onally. - Between self - seclusion and suicidal thought and it is proportional significant8 - Dependent personality disorder has significant contribution in suicida thought and gender and has not significant contribution in self - seclusion.Finally the results have been interpreted and the following recommenddations : 1 - Making use of the current scales in diagnosing and parsue dependntt personality disorder and self - seclusion and suicidal thought of the students in their schools.2 - the researcher recommends Establishing special depertments of mental health in the hospitals and in the other heailth centers and general Directorate of Education in Baghdad governorate taking care of the lower mental health students to help them realizing personalities which have positive traits.The following suggestion sare found suitable for uather investigating 1 - conducting studies includes the present study variules to other samples suchus : (students of the university,unemployed young people and aged people)2 - conduc ting astudy includes a therapy cognitive behavioral program to treat dependent personality disorder self - seclusion and suicidal thought
