المستخلص: يعد توظيف التراث في النصوص السردية العربية وتحديدا العراقية من المواضيع التي حضيت وما تزال تحضى باهتمام طائفة من النقاد والدارسين العرب والعراقيين والتي التفتت بشكل واضح لظاهرة التناص مع التراث بحيث اسست لعملية توظيفه في نصوص الكتاب العرب والعراقيين ولكن هناك القليل من الدراسات والكتابات التي تناثرت هنواهناك والتي تحدثت عن توظيف التراث تحديدا في النصوص السردية العراقية فقد شكل هذا الاتجاه نحو التناص مع مفردات التراث ظاهرة بارزة منذ بدايات القرن العشرين وبعد الاطلاع على العديد من القصص وروايات لمبدعين عراقيين وتحديدا موصليين استثمروا التراث في ثنايا ابداعاتهم القصصية والروائية اخترنا المنجز الابداعي للكاتب عمر الطالب الذي ساهم في اغناء الحياة الادبية والفكرية في العراق بشكل خاص والادب العربي بشكل عام خلال مسيرته الابداعية التي زادت على نصف قرن من الزمان لم يتوقف فيها عن الكتابة والابداع والبحث والتقصي في كافة المجالات الادبية والنقدية وقد اخترنا مجالوااحدواهو توظيفه للتراث في ثنايا ابداعه الفني لكي نتمكن من تسليط الاضواء واستكشاف منابع وخزين حياته في مدينة الموصل التي احبها كثيرواذكرها كثيرا في العديد من رواياته وقصصه وقد كان التراث العراقي وخصوصا الموصلي حاضرواواضحا في كل ما كتب وسطر بحيث شكل ظاهرة تستحق التعمق في تجلياتها في نصوصه الابداعية فضلا عن ما اخفته من دلالات معاصرة عبرت عن هموم بلده العراق والذي اظهر التصاقه به ناسواتراثواقد ظهر ذلك جليا في المجموعتين القصصيتين (خمسينيات اضاعها ضباب الايام) (نقطة ضعف) وفي رواياته (الاحداق المجروحة) و(انسان الزمن الجديد) و(من الذي ياتي) و(الطريق الى عدن) و(الرقص مع الخيول) وغيرها مما جعله يسرد سيرته الذاتية وحياته فضلا عن ان توظيف التراث في نصوصه رسمها بالمعاصرة والحداثة التي تتسم بالواقعية المتدفقة بالحياة دون كسل وخمول الى اخر لحظة من حياته. وقد قسمت الرسالة الى مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة مشفوعة بقائمة للمصادر والمراجع . وتوصلت الباحثة الى مجموعة من النتائج منها : ان توظيف الحكاية الشعبية العراقية والامثال والشخصيات والامكنة التراثية فضلا عن الالفاظ العامية والعادات والتقاليد تم عبر عدة تقانات استخدمها الكاتب في اسقاط الواقع العراقي عليها فضلا عن استخدام التراث بما يحويه من ترميز كشف عن المسكوت عنه في النص . | Recruitment is the subject of folklore narratives in Arabic, specifically the Iraqi was a topic of interest is still a group of critics, scholars Arab and Iraqis and by the fragmentation is clearly the phenomenon of lntertextual founded with the heritage so that the process employed in the texts of Arab writers and Iraqis But there are few studies and literature scattered here and there about the employment of folklore specifically in the texts of novels and stories This has been the trend towards lntertextual folklore items with a significant phenomenon since the beginning of the twentieth century, a theme chosen for this study and address it . Having considered the outcome of many Iraqi novelist and fiction, especially fiction and output novelist in the city of Mosul writers folklore invested in the course of their creations and feature stories, which made us choose done creative (Omar ALtalb), which enriched the literary and intellectual life in Iraq in particular and in Arabic literature in general . Because the study required his entire study creative deep and long mired deep in the memory of the creative writer was the choice of study (recruitment folklore in a speech Omar Altalb Story) so that we can highlight and explore the sources of the stock of his life in the city of Mosul, which I love very much and mentioned in many stories The novels . المستخلص: he research is a critical study of "Urban Love Poetry in the Ommaiyd ge among Modem Scholars". It is a study of a general human subject ecific to a certain age, i.e. "Ommaiyd Age".It studies a special manner of love poetry, "Urban Love Poetry". It s determined by a spatial determinant which is the poets of Mecca and edineh.The poets include Omar lbn Abi Rabei'a, Al'rjee, Al Ahuas, and Al Harith Al Makhzumi. Although Omar has been studied a great deal ; the other poets have been studied in a very limited way. Most of these studies focused on the social, historical and political sides. Few or them tackled the artistic side, namely the critical one.Departing from this nation, the research plan includes an introduction, a preface, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography, and an abstract in English.The introduction first contains a theoretical entry to the Urban Love Poetry. It second studies the manners of Love Poetry in the. Ommaiyed Age : the virgin love poetry, the Urban Love Poetry, and the · traditional one. Third, the purpose behind the critical study of the Urban Love Poetry discourse in the Ommaiyed Age among modem scholars is clarified.The first chapter entitled "Urban Love Poetry in the Ommaiyed Age among Modem Scholars" (concept - the causes of currency and popularity - subjects) consists of three sections. In the first section, the axis of the concept of love poetry is studied. In the second section, the axis of currency and popularity is studied. The subjects of the Urban Love Poetry is studied in the third section. The second chapter entitled "Stylistic Features of the Urban Love Poetry among Modem Scholars" includes three sections as well. In the first section, the language of the love poetry is studied. The linguistics styles are studied in the second section. In the third section, the image in the Urban Love Poetry is studied.As for the third chapter entitled "The Fictive Features of the Urban Love Poetry among Modem Scholars", it contains three sections. In the first section, place is tackled. In the second section, time is tackled.Character, plot, and poetic dialogue are studied in the third section.As for the method of the critical study, it departs from a common trend called "Criticism of Criticism". This trend adopts the criteria of eclecticism, exposition, disclosing and analysis, documenting poetic texts, criticism of explanations and critical analyses, and critical evaluation. In the conclusion, the research uncovered that most of the opinions of critics have been inaccurate and slightly subjective. These opinions depended on classical sources like Al Aghani that contain recants that are in need of much checking and documenting. Besides, the view of the modem scholars of love poetry and its kinds need to be revised critically. The research uncovers that much of Omar Ibn Abi Rabei'a, Al'rjee, Al Ahuas', and Al Harith's poetry totally hold a mild meaning of love poetry that is to some extent of the extremely eccentric and the extremely obscene. The poetry of these poets corresponds with the spirit of their age and putatively imitates the preIslamic poetry.B

المستخلص: This research is dealt with "Poetry Of Majeed Al - Mousawy : A udy In Contexts And Aesthetic Structure". The research focus hile study the contexts on the phenomenon that stem in poetry, ch as (Anxiety, Loss, Duality of Life and Death, and Humanizing kJture). Also it explained in details the study of each henomenon. While the aesthetic structures had consisted on the ost significant structures that stated in the poetry of Majeed Al - ousawy, such as : Structure of Language, Figures/ Symbol, Music, rmation structure. It commenced with a preface which dealt with the biography the poet and his most important cultural fountains. Then the search went on in Its division when it consisted of two parts each consisted of two chapters and also each consisted of two · ctions. The first Is : (The Contexts) it has two chapters. Where the earcher paid attention to the significant phenomenon which med the contexts such as : the First section is the Anxiety and its nches and the second section is Loss and its branches (Loss in ildhood, in Nature, etc... ). They are (Religious Symbol, and Heritage Symbol).he research revealed also how the poet exploited the sign of mbol taking it away of its real sign. Research explained how the et success in this taking away. The symbol didn't came in his etry arbitrary or irrelevant, rather it came in harmony and flow hile reading.The second chapter is consisted of two sections. The first is usic ). It dealt with the external music for the poem (Rhythm, eter). When researcher paused at some meters, then moved into e study rhythm and what it included of intruded or unify rhythm.also came across the poems of the poetic sentences and their ns and how the poets exploited the internal elements that riched him and made him pout away the rhythm. المستخلص: The Study depends on two Poets from two different ages, they are (AL - Farazdak) and (AL - Mutanabbi) who is genius distinguished at Poetry art of (Pride) which is dish gushed from their other Poetry arts.Without doubt the Pride is alumni tertian phenomenon but its incentives are different from one poet to other and the reason which urged the poets to embrace or follow this kind of Arabic poetry is the genuine (original) Arabic Values which were considered by them of pride position, and this was as a response to that environment and noble values, for it express their natural tendency towards disdain and pride.The two poets were so skilled at this art in the way it became in normal in their poetry in general.The (Farazdak) is one of the eminent poets of the first (Omawi) age distinguished with Arabism genuineness, and he is of nomad (Bedouins) tendency with pride and vaunting tendency. (AL - Mutanabbi) is one of the masters of (AL - Abbasi) age distinguished with pride from his earliest youth , once imitating and on other time (creator) contriving , and he stayed with his character , distinguished feature so that his pride was the key it know his character.The study depended on the introduction and three chapters. The introduction included the most important development stages through which the (pride) passed since the (pre Islam) age till the (Abbasi) age. The first chapter included the political, social and physiological life and there effect on the pride poetry of the two poets. The second chapter includes the intellectual (ideological) dimensions of pride which depended on three axes : - 1) Pride with once soul and this has many incentives (anger, rebellion, to advance - promote - the self /ego, narcissism, grandness and glory).2) Pride with poetics and it has many incentives (struggle between the old and the new - modern - , competition, publicity, spreading - circulation - poetry superiority, materialistic earning - gaining - ).3) Pride with the group this includes pride with the characteristics of the group such as (generosity) munificence, courage, heroism, patience and (prudence) mildness. The third section included the technical study of the pride poetry, the first topic subject is for the structure of the pride poetry and what is the single lion of poetry and what is the independent poem, the second topic subject is about the poet language including the pronunciations, ideas and meanings of the pride poetry with the two poets, the third topic / subject includes the poetry picture including rhetorical (eloquence) arts as simile , metaphor , metonymy - antonomasia - also the rhetorical beautifying such as alliteration (paronomasia) And antithesis in addition to adaptation (adoption) and implication. At the end I don’t forget remember who helped and assisted me and gave me the chance , first of them is my supervisor ms Dr.Anaam Dawood Salloom who helped me to over come great difficulties and gave me a lot of her time , science and knowledge , may god reward her with the best reward. Also may I thank with gratitude other teachers of Arabic section specially Dr. Adel ketab and Dr. Runak tawfik with all my respect to them. I hope this study enlightened even a little the dark ways and gave the first torch to the new scholars to expose new secrets which assist our study and make it as radiant land mark to the generations.

المستخلص: The grammatical conflict in explaining Al - Qurtbi (Al - Jamia Li ahkam Al - Quran) is the title of my thesis. This thesis deals with the Question of grammatical conflict in the abovementioned explanation, clarifying the subject by displaying the grammarian's opinions from Basrah and Kufq on the unresolved grammatical issues in numerous Quranic verses.The nature of the thesis required to be divided in to two parts, preceded by a preface in which I defined Qurtbi in the grammatical conflict concept.The first part is dedicated to study Al - Qurtbi's style and evidences in his explanation. I have divided this part in to three chapters.In the first chapter I dealt with Al - Qurtbi's style in the grammatical differences through five researches dedicated in these researches the following : 1 - Al - Qurtbi's method in exposing the grammatical disagreemens.2 - Al - Qurtbi's preference for the grammatical views.3 - Al - Qurtbi's authenticity in the controversial issues.4 - Al - Qurtbi's exposition of the scientific subject.5 - The trend or school he disposes to.In the second chapter I have clarified Qurtbi's sources of grammatical difference in explanation through two studies : In the first one I referred to the most important books that Al - Qurtbi relied on in selecting his scientific subject, and in he second I dealt with the important grammatical book and the language that he depended on.I have dedicted the third chapter for the study of Al - Qurtbi's evidences on grammatical conflicts. My study here consequently led to : 1 - The Quranic evidences.2 - Evidences from the prophet's tradition.3 - Poetic evidences.4 - The imperical evidences. The second part studies the grammatical difference in explaining Al - Qurtbi’s. I have divided this part into two chapters, in the first one studied the grammatical difference among the Philologists of one school whether from Basah or Kufa, and I divided this chapter in its turn into two researches which includes : 1 - The controversial grammatical issues concerning the parsing of nouns.2 - Miscellaneous grammatical topics irrelevant to singularity, duality, feminization and repeating… etc whereas in the second chapter I studied the grammatical difference between the philologists of two schools of Basrah and Kufa, I divided this chapter into three studies. Which includes : i - The controversial grammatical questions concerning the parsing of nouns.ii - The controversial grammatical questions concerning verbs, prepositions and particles.iii - Miscellaneous grammatical issues like singularity, duality, pluralization and omission… etc.I ended my thesis with a conclusion in which I pointed out all the results I arrived to.

المستخلص: Thanks for Allah at the beginning and at last and the prayer and peace on our master Muhammad the master of all and on His Followers all : After my study for the Qura'an witnesses in the book for explaining of Al Zujaji's sentences for Ibn Assfor , it appeared to me through the period of the study , the following results : 1. This study has dealt with the application sides which related to grammatical representation with Qura'an witnesses and it is the most important in the grammatical witness. 2. The study has shown the good position for Ibn Assfor from the Qura'an witness where it gave the Qura'an Ayyat the high position from his grammatical witnesses. 3. The study has shown the good position for Ibn Assfor for what is related with Qura'an readings which he used it as witnesses and he accepts all what is correct from it and he took with consecutive and irregular readings in mentioning the grammatical matters when witnessing with it.4. Ibn Assfor made many use of witnessing with Qura'an Ayyat in his grammatical matters where the number of Ayyat , which he witnessed with them , is reached at ( 456 ) fifty four and four hundred Ayya.5. The Qura'an witness has singled in number of his grammatical witnesses.6. He gave high status for Qura'an witness which called for refusing who said that the sculptures has left the Qura'an witness and they depended on poetic witness in the first stage.7. He was , sometimes , making , more than Qura'an Ayya , correspondent on grammatical matter. 8. The Qura'an witness has compared in many of matters with other witnesses from the poetry and Al Hadeeth Al Nabawi Al Shereef and prose and Arab's speech and the artificial grammatical examples 9. He was mentioning , sometimes , in his witnesses A complete Ayya , and sometimes he was mentioning the witness source and from Ayya only.10. The study of the syllabus features of Ibn Assfor has shown in mentioning of Qura'an witness and his taking care with meaning and multi parsing faces.11. He used Qura'an readings for denoting with it on proving grammatical adjudging and to denote with it on Arab's languages.12. He used Al Hadeeth Al Nabawi Al Shereef for denoting with it on the meaning and grammatical adjudging.This is what I has arrived at from results through my study for this research , and if I was right thanks for Allah , and if I was wrong , I hope from Allah to forgive me and accept me.And the last my call that praise for Allah , the God of all , and Allah prayer on our Master Muhammad and on His Followers all.
