Abstract: The grammatical conflict in explaining Al - Qurtbi (Al - Jamia Li ahkam Al - Quran) is the title of my thesis. I have divided this part in to three chapters. In the first chapter I dealt with Al - Qurtbi's style in the grammatical differences through five researches dedicated in these researches the following : 1 - Al - Qurtbi's method in exposing the grammatical disagreemens.2 - Al - Qurtbi's preference for the grammatical views.3 - Al - Qurtbi's authenticity in the controversial issues.4 - Al - Qurtbi's exposition of the scientific subject.5 - The trend or school he disposes to.In the second chapter I have clarified Qurtbi's sources of grammatical difference in explanation through two studies : In the first one I referred to the most important books that Al - Qurtbi relied on in selecting his scientific subject, and in he second I dealt with the important grammatical book and the language that he depended on.I have dedicted the third chapter for the study of Al - Qurtbi's evidences on grammatical conflicts.
