لتكن R حلقة ابداليه ذات عنصر محايد, ولتكن M وN مقاسات يساريه احاديه على R. ولتكن〖Hom〗_R (M,N) مجموعة كل التشاكلات المقاسية من M الى N. من المعروف ان خواص وتمييزات 〖Hom〗_R (M,N) كمقاس على R ممكن ان تحدد عن طريق خواص وتمييزات R, M وN وكذلك بعض خواص وتمييزات R, M وN ممكن ان تحدد عن طريق خواص وتمييزات〖Hom〗_R (M,N), لذا فان العديد من الباحثين اهتموا بدراسة 〖Hom〗_R (M,N) . بعض الدراسات تركزت حول استخدام خاصية 〖Hom〗_R (M,N)≠0 لكل مقاس جزئي N غير صفري من M في هذه الحاله يطلق على M بانه مقاس المنكمشة, بينما اذا كان كل مقاس جزئي غير صفري من M يحوي على نسخة لـ M بمعنى انه يوجد تشاكل متباين في مجموعة 〖Hom〗_R (M,N) فيطلق على M بانه مقاس منضغط, من الواضح ان صنف المقاسات المنضغطه محتوات فعليا في صنف المقاسات المنكمشة. في هذا العمل سوف نعطي دراسة مفصلة حول المقاسات المنضغطه الصغيرة والمقاسات المنكمشة الصغيرة, فضلا على ذلك، اعمامات اخرى للمقاسات المنضغطه والمقاسات المنكمشة تم تقديمها ودراستها مثل المقاسات المنضغطه النقية والمقاسات المنكمشة النقيه, واخيرا المقاسات

The main purpose of this thesis, is determination of the cyclic decomposition of the abelian factor group AC(G) = R (G)/T(G) where G = Q2m×D3 and m is an even number,(the group of all Z - valued characters of G over the group of induced unit characters from all cyclic subgroups of G).We have found that the cyclic, decomposition AC(Q2m×D3) depends on the elementary divisor of m as follows.1. if m = 2 h , h is any positive integer, then : AC( Q2m×D3) = 4 We have also found the general form of Artin's characters table of Ar(Q2m×D3) when m is an even number.We have used the Matlab program to calculate some results of this thesis .

الهدف من هذه الرساله هو تصميم وتنفيذ نظام شبكه لاسلكيه يتكون من حاسوب شخصي رئيسي وحاسوبان ثانويان يتصلون مع بعضهم بواسطة جهاز التوجيه حيث يقوم الحاسوب الرئيسي بالسيطره والتحكم ببقية الحواسيب الاخرى للشبكه. جميع حواسيب الشبكه تتصل مع بعضها بواسطة (TCP\IP) المتحكم بالحاسوب الرئيسي للشبكه يقوم باختيار الصوره المطلوبه ويقوم بارسالها لبقية الحواسيب بحيث تقوم واحده بضغط الصور الغير ملونه والحاسوب الاخر يقوم بضغط الصور الملونه باستخدام الطرائق التاليه : تحليل المكونات الرئيسيه ، وتحليل القيمة المفرده، والطريقه الهجينه (منفصلة تحويل جيب التمام ومنفصلة تحويل المويجات) والشبكة العصبية ذي الانتشار الخلفي. حيث تتم المقارنه بين طرائق الضغط هذه تتم بالاعتماد على بعض المقاييس كنسبة الضغط ومقدار الخطا بين الصوره الاصليه والصوره المغضوطه لتوضيح دقة الصوره وبالاعتماد على الوقت المستغرق في عملية الضغط . واعطت الطريقه الهجينه افضل النتائج لان جودة الصوره المضغوطه التي تعطيها عاليه ولها نسبة ضغط عاليه وتستغرق عملية الضغط وقت قصير | The goal of this thesis is to design and implementation image compress and decompress wireless network system. The proposal wireless network system consisting of one central Personal Computer (PC) and two Personal Computers (PCs) that communicate with each other through router device. The central PC takes the responsibility of monitoring and controlling the PCs of the network. All network PCs communicate with each other by Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) protocol suit. In the central PC, the network administrator selected the required image and send it to the other PCs which one of it will compress the grayscale image and other will compress the color image using the following methods : Principle Component Analysis (PCA), Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), Hybrid (Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) & Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT)) and Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN). A comparison between these image compression methods is made based on some of the well - known fidelity measurements such as Compression Ratio (CR) and Mean Square Error (MSE) which have been used to assess the quality of the reconstructed image also based on the computation time of running compression process. The hybrid (DCT & DWT) method yields better results since the resulted reconstructed image has a good quality because of a lower MSE and it gives a higher CR also it takes short time for running the compression process

The generalization of metric spaces from ordinary sets to fuzzy set theory and then to the so called cone metric spaces is a promising topics of theoretical mathematics.Therefore, this thesis has two objectives. The first objective is to study cone metric spaces and then constructing the so called fuzzy cone metric spaces using a new direction which is based on fuzzy point. The second objective is to study the compactness of fuzzy sets in fuzzy cone metric spaces and then give the relationship among different types of compactness, such as compact fuzzy sets, pre - compact fuzzy sets, sequentially compact fuzzy sets, countable compact fuzzy sets and locally compact fuzzy set.

The main aim of this thesis is to give two strong forms of real - valued functions defined on closed, bounded interval [a,b] with respect to Lebesgue partitions instead of Riemann partitions. These strong forms are called "Lebesgue bounded variation" real - valued functions on [a,b] and "Lebesgue absolutely continuous" real - valued functions on [a,b]; the relationship between Lebesgue absolutely continuous real - valued functions on [a,b] and Lebesgue bounded variation real - valued functions on [a,b] are also studied. Moreover, the relationship between of bounded variation real - valued functions on [a,b] and Lebesgue bounded variation real - valued function on [a,b] has been funded. We also find the relationship between absolutely continuous real - valued functions on [a,b] and Lebesgue absolutely continuous real - valued functions on [a,b]. Furthermore, Algebraic properties of Lebesgue bounded variation real - valued functions on [a,b] and algebraic properties of Lebesgue absolutely continuous real - valued functions on [a,b] have been studied. Then some results and theorems dealing with Lebesgue bounded variation real - valued functions on [a,b] and Lebesgue absolutely continuous real - valued functions on [a,b] is concluded. Finally, we study normed space of Lebesgue bounded variation real - valued functions on [a,b] and normed space of Lebesgue absolutely continuous real - valued function on [a,b].

The main purpose of this thesis is to study the two forms of fractional Burger's equations to find the traveling wave solution. In the first form the fractional power series is used to find the solution and applying the statistical concepts for the solution such as the expected value, variance, covariance and correlation coefficient to ensure the reliability of the method.For the second form we succeeded to find the exact solution by applying four steps; in the first step, we reduce the second form of the fractional Burger's equation to second order nonlinear ordinary differential equation, in the second step after integrating this nonlinear ordinary differential equation to get first order ordinary differential equation, in the third step the first order is reduced to the Bernoulli equation and finally the exact solution of the second form of the fractional Burger's equation is evaluated.The Sumudu transform method is used to find the approximate solution for these two forms A comparison tables are submitted for their solutions.Finally, Curve 3D program is used for drawing the figures and these graphs agree with nature. The present work is concerned with estimate the shape parameter α of Generalized Rayleigh Distribution when the scale parameter () is known (=1). And when a prior estimate about the actual value α is available by using some preliminary tests single and double stage shrinkage estimators as well as some Preliminary test Single and Double Stage Minimax Shrinkage Estimators and when select a suitable regions and shrinkage weight function as φ ( ̂) , whereφ ( ̂) , which may be constant or function depends on classical estimator ̂.Expressions for Bias, Mean squared error (MSE), Relative Efficiency, Expected sample size, Expected sample size proportion, probability for avoiding the second sample and percentage of overall sample saved for the proposed estimator are derived In order to study the behavior of the proposed estimators. Conclusions and Numerical results of the mentioned expressions of the propose estimators about deferent constant involved init were displayed in a table in the end of each chapter, using Mathcad program.Finally provide some Comparisons between the suggested estimators with each other’s , classical estimators and with some similar studies were demonstrated to showing the usefulness of the suggested estimators using some statistical indicators like Mean Squared Error, Relative Efficiency and Bias Ratio. The results concluded that the preliminary test single and preliminary test Minimax stage shrinkage estimators better than classical estimator and Minimax estimator, as well as, the preliminary test Double stage and preliminary test Double stage Minimax shrinkage estimators better in terms of Relative Efficiency and Bias Ratio in one hand and reduces the effort and cost of samples is very expensive or difficult to obtain in the others.

واحدة من المشاكل المهمة في عملنا هي تحديد فيما اذا كانت الحلقة او الحلقة من النمط - Γ هي ابدالية ام لا . ان مفهوم تمركز الدوال على الحلقة قد قدم من خلال نتائج posner وكثير من المؤلفين الاخرين الذين درسوا هذا المفهوم وعمموه على الحلقات من النمط - Γ . لذا فان الغاية او الهدف الرئيسي من هذا العمل هو دراسة ابدالية الحلقات والحلقات من النمط - Γ وذلك باستخداممفهوم التمركز للدوال وكالاتي درسنا ابدالية الحلقات والحلقات من النمط - Γ من خلال استخدام التمركز على المشتقات من النمط - (σ,τ) ((σ,τ) - derivations ). درسنا ابدالية الحلقات والحلقات من النمط - Γ من خلال استخدام التمركزعلى المشتقات العليا. درسنا ابدالية الحلقات والحلقات من النمط - Γ من خلال استخدام التمركزعلى التمركزات اليسرى العلياكذلك قدمنا المفاهيم التالية للتمركزات اليسرى العليا من النمط - (σ,τ) وتمركزات جوردان اليسرى العليا من النمط - (σ,τ) وكذلك تمركزات جوردان اليسرى العليا الثلاثية من النمط - (σ,τ) , وقد درسنا العديد من الخواص للمفاهيم التي قدمناها وكذلك عممنا هذه المفاهيم الى مفاهيم التمركزات اليسرى العليا وتمركزات جوردان اليسرى العليا . | One of the very important problem in our work is to diacritics that the ring or the Γ - ring is commutative or not .The concept of centralizing of a mapping on a ring was inducted by the results of Posner and many authors who studied this concept and generalized it on Γ - rings. The main aim of this work is to study the commutativity of the ring and Γ - ring by using the concepts centralizing and commuting mappings . We use many types of mappings to study the main aim of this work which are Study the commutitivity of the rings and Γ - rings by using centralizing and commuting(σ,τ) - derivations . Study the commutitivity of the rings and Γ - rings by using centralizing and commuting higher derivations . Study the commutitivity of the rings and Γ - rings by using centralizing and commuting higher left centralizers.Also we introduce the concepts of higher left(σ,τ) - centralizers , Jordan higher left(σ,τ) - centralizers and Jordan triple higher left(σ,τ) - centralizers and many properties of this concepts are studied in rings and Γ - rings in this works. Also we generalized the above concepts to higher left centralizers and Jordan higher left centralizers.
