Thus I said write may the people see the truth that was hidden from their eyes or was absent because of they gone away from the resource of the faith. And to achieve the victory on their enemy they have to see some matters : the most important methods to face the enemies are to learn their languages , believes and traditions.The Jewish traditions specially they are the enemies of Muslims in all ages.Through this study the researcher reaches to several results and recommendations : The results 1 - The unification doctrine is one of the basis of Musa religion as the same as other prophets that came before and after him. But Israel people did not keep this unification believe and they biased from it , change and altered in it.This doctrine does not keep its purity as when Musa called for it.2 - The Jewish disbelief in God and worship the idols and gods of other nations.They biased in the idea of godhead and incarnation of God and describe it with defects.3 - Jewish disbelief in prophets and make ill manners on Musa and Huron and on our prophet ( P B U H ).They attribute to them disbelief matters.4 - Jewish disbelief in judgment day and make it political day in which they judge other nations instead of God judgment.Jewish doctrine based on racist discrimination.Its followers see that they are the chosen people of Allah and other people are animals created in human images in order to deal with them in easy way and to be savants to them ,taking the evidences from their false Torah and from Talmud a tool in the pontiffs hands.6 - TafseerAlamthalbyShiekh Nasser Mkarim Al - sherazi is an encyclopedia for scholars.It never let any aspect of knowledge unless it gives explanation.It is one of the Interpretations that was written in modern style.It never forget to these suspicions of Islam enemies.Thus it has great interests of scholars and readers.It was published several times in several languages.It is considered a summary of my Interpretation books from all thinking schools.7 - Al - sherazi proof of Jewishfalsification of Torah and it is real in meaning in terms.Recommendations1 - Make studies in doctrine and explain it to the people because of its importance in world and in the last world2 - Depending on Quran and right prophetic tradition concerned the Prophets stories 3 - Purify history books from Israeli falsifications4 - I also hope that this research becomes the beginning of other research such as : A - Conclude Jewish traditions from Hadith and Interpretations books.B The extent of Jewish commit with traditions in their holy books

Abstract: The two books al - Kashshaf ‘an •Haq'iq at - Tanzil We Ayun Al - Aqaweel fi Wajh Al - Ta’weel by Al - Zamakhshari (D. 538 A.H.) and the interpretation of Juoama’ Al - jama’e by Al - Tubraisy (D. 548 A.H.) had both appeared in the sixth century for Hijira.These are two books of interpretation from that time until this day for their procedures and stern science. They tackled many branches of science like the Islamic Sharia, Arabic, Syntax, rhetoric, readings, jurisprudence, hadith, doctrine, philosophy and many others.Their respective got the approbation, praise and appreciation by many of the notable scholars of tafseer.They stimulated a wide scientific movement form the day of their emergence until this day.Each of Al - Zamakhshari and Al - Tubraisy belong to an Islamic school, the former was a member of the Mu‘tazilite school and the latter imamate twelfth in doctrine and sect.The relationship between them was tight featured by mutual respect and Islamic fraternity.Their books of interpretation were approximate as far as Tafseer and other sciences. This is a proof that their respective schools aimed at revealing the sharia rules form their sources original only.The deteriorating situation in the states of Muslim community and the damage inflicting upon the human community in general and the Islamic community in particular, in killing and destroying, I have chosen this subject (The Interpretation Approximation between Al - Kashaf by Al - Zamakhshari (D. 358A.H.) and Juoama’ Al - jama’e by Al - Tubraisy), so that I would contribute to stop these calls and their evil and shed light on their interpretation and the other sciences which I searched for the lack of such topic in the Arabic bibliography.The research was divided into an introduction and eight chapters : Chapter One : is about the homeland of the two interpreters, their birth, family, the environment, the political epoch, their scientific fortune and their assessment of the scholars in all ages. Their parallel subjective environment and conditions were alluded to as well.Chapter Two : is about the definition of two books, the sources on which they depended in their interpretation.Chapter Three : approximation in their respective interpretations.Chapter Four : their approach in interpretation, and approximation in interpretation.Chapter Five : it tackles the studies : linguistic, grammatical and rhetorical supported by examples for their interpretation and approximation in that field.Chapter Six : it states the intellectual views and trends of the two interpreters, and their efforts for approximation.Chapter Seven : Quranic sciences : The reasons of revelation, the invalidated and invalidation, the explicit and the implicit, their tendencies, and their resolutions in that field supported by examples.Chapter Eight : it tackles the Quranic miracle and the importance of some of the aspects of each of them in their approximation of interpretation for it.As well as a Conclusion, and a general findings and recommendations.

Abstract: Praise be to Allah and blessing and peace be upon the prophet of Allah, then… This research is considered a new step in Koran studies that deal with demonstrating the importance of Prophet’s Sunna and its relation with the Holy Koran, considering that Prophet’s Sunna explains the Holy Koran. In this study, the researcher’s task is firstly to demonstrate Al - Ainee’s opinions and then to discuss those opinions through showing the scientists says and comparing them with his says. The researcher depended on many references that deal with the subject. It required a preface, four chapters, a conclusion and an annex of masters’ translations. ? Results of Research : 1. In the preface, the researcher talked about Al - Ainee’s life. He revealed his birth, growth, sheikhs and students. 2. Al - Ainee depended on many references. His book characterized by many transcriptions. Al - Ainee did not transcript only, but also he discussed and refused.3. Al - Ainee exerted efforts that deal with descending of Holy Koran, the first verse, the last verse, revelation, Mecci and Medini verses, … etc. 4. Al - Ainee asserted that the Mecci are those verses descended in Mecca even if descended after Hijra, and Medini are those verses descended in Medina. He depended basically on the place to know that. 5. Al - Ainee talked about collecting and writing the Holy Koran in the time of Abu Baker and Othman.6. Al - Ainee talked about the seven letters and showed the scientists’ opinions. He considered more likely that the seven letters are seven languages of Arabic ones.7. Al - Ainee was greatly acquainted with science of Koran readings. He demonstrated many readings. He allowed irregularly reading.8. Al - Ainee was greatly acquainted with science of descending reasons. He demonstrated the reason of some verses descending. He benefited from descending reason to understand verses and the purposes of them. 9. Al - Ainee allowed abrogation in Holy Koran. He believed that there are four types of abrogation : abrogation of recitation and term, abrogation of term without recitation, abrogation of recitation without term and abrogation of term description.10. Al - Ainee is considered a great explainer, modernizer as well as jurist. He explained many verses linguistically and legally. Also, he explained Koran by Koran and sayings of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), companions and followers. Allah’s blessing and peace be upon our Prophet Mohammed, all his family and companions.

Abstract: The Holly Qura’n is the strongest connection of God and his over whelming guidance, who follows it got to the safety side, who neglect it strayed and becomes in hell. So researchers take the initiative to get as much as they could from it and what God helps him to study one of its specialization. I have been one of those that Holly Qura’n attracted them towards it to deal with a part of its specialization, therefor the tittle of my thesis is “The verses of getting back in Holly Qura’n - Subjective study - ” The concept of research grew up through the invaluable lectures which were presented by our instructors during preparatory term. The instructors have been shedding lights on the Qura’n verses which have similar meaning and different references within the Qura’n text, that is why the concept deeply rooted in my thought, and the tittle started rooming in my imagination and the college council approved it, so I have started hard work. After the inventory the words of thesis are 32 word that is : “Raja’ , Rada, Raga, Sadra, Sarafa, Agabh, Enklab, Aab, Afadh, Thab, Faa’, Anab, Tab, Had, Afik, Baa’ , Hara, Sara, Atib, Karh, Naks, Nakss” , whereas the verses of thesis were 520 verse.Thesis PlaneThesis included three chapters, we have taken care of its organization adopted meaning we have concluded during researching. The chapter one divided into eight sections that is : “the verses of Al rojoo’, Alrad, Alraog, Alsader, Alsarf, Alta’geeb, Alaod, Alenkelab”. In this way it comes in different meaning as the real metaphorical getting back that have the meaning of mundane and after life getting back, the return in the good and evil, the compulsory and optional return.Chapter two is divided into seven sections that are : “The verses of Alaob, Alefadha, Altaob, Althaob (Alethaba), Alfae’, Alnaob (Alenaba), Alhaod”, but the prevailing meaning is the “Good”.Chapter three included eight sections that are : “The verses of Alefek, Albao’, Alhor, Almaseer, Alatab, Alkar, Alnokoos, Alnokoos”, But the general meaning which exist in the sections of this chapter is the “Evil”.In arrangement the sections of this chapter we depend on sequence of the alphabetical letters of twenty three return words.The Important ResultsHolly Qura’n used this words for different meaning within the Qura’n text in one of the rules or stories, it is indicate to diversify of Holly Qura’n in using the Arabic language. • Holly Qura’n distinguished between the verses that included the word “Raj’a” and its forms in the meaning of transitive and the verses that included this word in the meaning of intransitive.• Holly Qura’n used reality and metaphor in the verses of this research.• This position of verses came by desirable or horrifying things.• We note how the Holly Qura’n distinguish between “Alraj’a” and “Alrad”.• We find that the alternative reading of Holly Qura’n have effect in the meaning of verses of Holly Qura’n.• Holly Qura’n used one of this words instead of another one to clearing the verse context.• Holly Qura’n varify between “Alrojoo’ ” and “Alenklab”, “Almarj’ ” and “Almunkalab”.• The positions of verses in this research that comes in the Mekkian sura characterized by wonderful suitable with its essential objects and features which comes for it.• The positions of verses that came in the Medeenian sura characterized by perfect suitable with its objects and features which came to treat it.• Holly Qura’n used some words indicate to “Good” more than its indicate to “Evil” and that is obvious in chapter two.• As it use another words indicate to “Evil” more than its indicate to “Good” and this use is the tittle of chapter three.• Some position of verses indicated to the almighty of God over the humans.• The verses which contain explanation of prophets getting back to God by “Taoba” it was not giving up sin or guilt because of impossibility committing sin by them

Interpretation science is the most honoured and important one which should get the utmost care and interest since it is the immortal speech and message if God. It should be well - understood and practiced as knowledgement is important for application.3. Our great predecessors, specially the first generation, among them is Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) have faced fierce attacks of the racialists and the destructive hidden trials that intended to detract those great men who were picked by God to be companions of his Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him), and to disfigure the holders of Muhammedan law and cut their links with the Muslim generations and be able to achieve the animosity plans against Islam by attacking it through its origins.I wish to play a role, even a small one, to defend Islam and the character of Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq.The research work is divided into introduction, three chapters and epilogue.The introduction : Meaning of Aphorism, justice, companion, companions justice, their interpretation and authentication, It consists of two research works.First Chapter : C.V. of Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) and his death. This chapter consists of four research works.Second Chapter : The impression of Abu Bakr on the verses that he was the reason of their revelation and those that revelated upon himself or declared his virtues. This chapter is sub - divided into two research works.Third Chapter : The impression of Abu Bakr on the verses that have interpertated for him, and those that he has interpretated on the light of Koran, Sunna and extracting. This chapter is sub - divided into two research works.Epilogue with the most important conclusions which among them are : 1. The speech of the companion in interpretation is considered as related to the Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him) unless he is famous of depending on the views of other religions followers or there some views on it.2. Abu bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) is known of his utmost knowledge, clemency and piety as God was most gracious to him and being companion of the Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him). He was the most sagacious man on the affinity and tells of Arab tribes, and of the most knowledge on the vision interpretation after the Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him).3. Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) was of presidential and merit in Islam for his support to the Prophet by money and life. His several stands are good evidence for being so.4. There are many evidences proved that Abu Bakr is the first Caliph who succeeded the Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him) in guiding the Islam state to the safety land.5. Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq is the first man who believed in Islam and God himself called him Al - Siddeeq (i.e. the most believer) as shown in a Koran verse and testified by Imam Ali Bin Abi Talib (may God be gracious to him).6. Every time we notice that the Kafirs (non - believers) are being unified against Islam despite their dispersion. This can be seen through the feeling of happiness of the non - believers with the victory of Magus on the Romans which is stated in a Koran verse.7. Islam is a comprehensive indivisible religion. Thus a person who could deny any of its principles should be fought even if he utters the Shahada. The evidence for such judgment is the action of Abu Bakr (may God be gracious to him) on fighting those who refused to pay Zaka.Finally I supplicate to God to let us get benefit of our knowledge, lead us to the good deeds, increase our knowledge and let this thesis merely for His sake and He is able to respond. He compiled (Al - Mustassfa) on which he gathered the last jurisprudent compilations.He focused on solving the problems and trying to narrow the difference in opininns beteween scientists of that field.According to the importance of (Al - Mustasfa) Imam Ibn Rasheeq dealt with it briefly in his book (Lubab Al - Mahssol in Elm Al - Ussol). He prefered many questions in it with the most of the scientists once and in contrast with them on other time.When I acquainted with well informed Al - Karawani's book (Lubab Al - Mahssol in Elm Al - Ussol), I found it essential supported with scientific opinions in Jurisprudent for makinga search. So I chose it a title for my search which is marked (Al - Imam Ibn Rasheeq Al - Karawani's (may Allah send his mercy on ) apinions in Al - Kitab we Al - Sunnah research from Ubab Al - Mahssol in Elm Al - Ussol book). Considering the need of the scientific research, I divided my search into two divisions : First Part : The search which I dealt with in two researchs.The First research : - Al - Imam Al - Kazzaly's life and his book (Al - Mustassfa). I mentioned that he is Abu Hamid Muhammad bin Muhammed bin Muhammad bin Ahmed Al - Twsi Al - Shafe'ei Al - Kazzaly from (Kazzalah). He was called (Zan Al - Deen) and (Hujjat Al - Islam), He was born in 450A.H. in Tws city. He was from a poor family. He looked for science at a young age and got important sciences with its copilations. That led to show the obvious effect in emerging different kinds of sciences. At his age, he was taught by many scientists. He was a teacher for many scholars. His compilations were widely in many kinds of science and knowledgement. He died in 505A.H. His book (Al - Mustassfa) was a source for the Jurisprudent scholars.The second research : - Concerning Al - Imam Ibn Rasheeq Al - Kairawani.He was the Jurisprudent, casuist Al - Imam Al - Hussain bin Atteeq bin Rasheeq bin Abdu - Allah Al - Karawanin who was known by (Ibn Rasheeq). He was born in Al - Iskandaryah city in Egypt in 549A.H. He was brought up in a highborn learned family. He travelled inside Egypt and out of it for the sake of knowledge. He was taught by many scientists whom his father was among. Also, many scholars learned by him and especially his sons. He had great deal of science, religion and patience. Many people could get their benefits from him. He died at 632A.H.. In his book (Lubab Al - Mahssol in Elm Al - Ussol), he summarized what was mentioned in (Al - Mustassfa) for his great importance in fixing the rules. Al - Imam Al - Kazzaly had transferred many of Al - Imam Al - Bakillani's opinions that filled of sources of science.He leaned in his compilating the way of (Al - Mustassfa) yet he omitted the logical introductions and the matters which could be understood in more than one solution. On other hard, he didn't permeate to the objections and the similarity that came in Jurisprudent questions in (Al - Mustassfa). He gathered many questions in one.Second Part : - He discussed it in two researches : - The first research : - Ibn Rasheeq's preferences concerning the book. It had three requests : - 1 - Is "In the name of God" considered from the Holy Quran?2 - Could the succession principle be superceded by the Digits?3 - In the Companion's proof.The second research : - It contained Al - Imam Ibn Rasheeq's preferences about the Sunnah.He divided it into five pursuit : - 1 - The definition of what statement is.2 - The permissibility of woshipping the digites statement.3 - To stipulate the number of confirming the witness and narration 4 - Mention the reason of acceptance of sampling.5 - If the pemission is away of narration. After the finish of that questions, I got some results and recommends contained both Al - Kazzaly's and Al - Karawanee's lives and preferences of the latter : - 1 - Al - Muntherie's right opinion about proving Al - Kairawanee's name and the date of his death.2 - Whither to be Persian or Arabic, Al - Kazzaly didn’t affected in his personality or opinions. Many scienticts and scholars witnessed that he built a glorious contirpution in science field.3 - Al - Imam Al - Kairawanee had proved many opinion's with evidences. Among these that : - a - To say "In the name of God" is not from the Holy Quran.b - He confirmed that digits didn’t supercede the succession.c - He accept the companion's proff supporting.d - According to the scientists saying, he supported that the saying of digites refered to supposition and it must be taken as a proof.e - He followed the scientist's opinion in stipulate the number in witness without the narration. On other hand, he contrasted with them in mentioning the acceptance of sampling. This is the Christianization of the Jews is a group of missionaries to occupy a certain area, to evangelize the population, and they establish a national church financially and administratively runs under the responsibility of the people who in turn, the deployment of Christianity in areas not reached by the missionaries. The missionaries tried to spread Christianity in the Muslim world, their attempts have been reported in Africa, and in the Persian Gulf, and South - East Asia.That is about conversion and Christianization, but The Islamic Call Report is to invite all people to Islam and to guide them in word and deed in every time and place in a suitable ways that fit all the people in every time and to every culture.the Islamic invitation has its virtues, importance and the necessity of informing it. And Yet….With the heavenly books was my travel where I have selected from them one subject which isn't less importante than Other subjects in these books. My thesis under the tittle of "recompense and punishment" asking Allah to be only for him not for any else. I have explained in the first chapter of my thesis précis about the three books after being verified I saw what range of falsification in both of Torah and the Gospel and so the numerous ways which are used to do that. As for the Noble Qur'an we don't find any falsification because Allah has under taking the task of its protection. In the second chapter I began to search in torah for the subject of "recompense and punishment" in this life and the here after this searching led me to conclude one of the most important results that is the Jews have been disbelieving the rule of " recompense and punishment " in the here after but is only found in this life as they believe in spite of there are many simple explain this rule in the here after. I have mentioned them indetail in the course of reviewing the events of the day of Resurrections beginning from the death ending with Paradise , hell fire and seen Glorified Allah. The recompense and punishment in the new testament was the subject of the third chapter in which I mentioned the most important works man can be rewarded for them according to the Gospel but there are some of works have no certain text in. The priests and monks who really fabricated these works and persuaded people to bind to them asking for reward but in case of leaving these works like marriage among kins and sodomy etc. will be punished severely.In the Noble Qura'n and I have mentioned that they are found in the here after but that doesn't prevent practice the Islamic rules and so punishing the person who breaks them in order to purify him from the committed sin , these rules I have explained them as they came in the noble Qura'n , then I mentioned in brief the most important opinion of the juries prudents about these punishments as well as the preponderant opinions. I talked in the second subject of this chapter about the recompense and the punishment in the hereafter using the same events which were mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel because they were related to all events beginning from death ending with seen of glorified Allah , I have concluded many results but the most important one is that the torment of the grave is still in the noble Qur'an and sunna. As for the day of Resurrection, I mentioned many opinions related to the case of blowing the horn ( sour ) but the preponderant one is what the two Imams Al - Qurtubi and Ibn Hajar went to say that blowing the horn is twice. I found agreement between whatCame in the Noble Qur'an and the Gospel concerning the signs which appear before the day of Resurrection like earth quake and felling the stars and so the bugle in Christianity which resembles the horn in Islam. As for the way and the form of the Resurrection I didn't find in Torah and the Gospel any thing is similar to what mentioned in the Noble Qur'an but there is agreement about the books of works in the three heavenly books concerning Saying and deeds of people which are reported and they are punished for them in the hereafter. The subject of Judgement differs entirely in Islam from Christianity in which they believe that Jesus ( upon him be peace ) is in charge of the Judgement but in the Noble Qur'an we find that the glorified Allah is the only oru who Judges , concerning the intercession we find Christians say it is only in the present life Not in the hereafter on the contrary of what came in the Noble Qur'an. In spit of the confusion in the opinions of seeing of glorified Allah in Judaism and the Christianity but there is agreement among the three heavenly books about this subject. These results are what I could get , I hope I was Successful in coverage the subject properly

B/ None of the biography books mentioned the birth and the death of the author Itis said that his death was about (950 A.H) and being said (953 A.H) and about (962 A.H) and about (963 A.H). His family was famous for science and was well known with its scientists who were considered as great symbols of science world wide. C/ In composing his book Al - Hanafi “Al - Qihistani” followed the approach of Al - Hanafi scientists doctrine during the period when he lived. In that he depended on the books of principles and branches depended in the doctrine. D/ The book called symbols collector “Jami Al - Romooz” is considered as scientific encyclopedia in Al - Hanafi doctrine and hence it depended on many references. E/ The author had depended on the linguistic and rhetorical references in a large extent to over balance some unlikeness mutters that toke place in the doctrine it self. However, all these theories remained in progress and have not seen light ofapplication; once they applied they would have drawn newlife to society.3. The Western theories, represented in the most remarkablethree thinkers Jacque Jean Russo, John Luke and Hopistake the social contract as basis to establish the state in freeagreement between individuals.4. Russo depended on his theory on the basis that the contractwas made on a contract named the First Contract whenpeople where in "natural state". When they moved to thestate of society, the contract was made between them andthose representing him. Their will met in a person who wasthe representative of general will i.e.'the sum of all wills. Inthat weave of all rights, the sum is authority that has theright to putting the ruler aside whenever they desired.5. But one can blow with his captivity and good acts so that others can imitate him. - be aware for feeling that you live a long time. - Dispraise the unbelievers because of their missing, playing, and objections. - Show the puzzlement of unbelievers and their miss doing against the profit peace upon him.7. There are fourteen verses in the wholly Quran which are dealing with play. Then Islam freed her from the power of the father, brother and husband in her own money that she earned from her Halal work like business, inheritance or the dowry and so alike, Islam gave the adult women the freedom to manage it and no one can forbidden her or stop her. And from this point she was free to work in or outside her house, even though there are conditions and necessities to go out for work; to protect her dignity. Islam didn't stop at this much of freedom, it also gave her the right to political participation; to be effective in the society, political work is not limited for men only,she has the freedom to promote the virtue and prevent the vice, also she is commanded like men, she has the freedom to vote for who she sees valid for the state presidency, and she has the freedom to express her opinion and advise.

This has been done through preferring one of jurisprudence opinion along with mentioning the evidence they have.The most important results the researcher has reached to after passing two years of writing this dissertation lie in the fact saying that most jurisprudence matters have been asymmetric and there has not been dispute, even if there have been disputes, it lie not in the essential matters but rather in sub - matters. Reasons behind that lying in their dependence on Quran and Messenger's instructions. The outward disputes happened as a result of sub - matters disagreement where the jurisprudents got different upon them in respect to utterances having many different meanings even the matter of consensus.If there have been not evidences in legislative references ,they would have got to the sub - references. The researcher has tried to bring forth the matters that deal with ((Imamah)), where most sects have agreed on this conception as that happened in most jurisprudent matters amounted 150 matters ;we have found ( IMAMAINS) agreed either ( AL - HANAFIYAH or AL - SHAFA'IYAH OR Al - MALIKIYAH or AL - HANBALIYAH, or DHAHIRIYAH or AL - ABADHIYAH OR AL - ZAYDIYAH and others).In Many jurisprudent matters the Islamic sects and IMAMIYAH Matters have not opposed to each other , but rather they agreed on these matters. The remaining Islamic Sects have disagreed only on ( 8) jurisprudent matters. Al - IMAMI Sect has hugely depended on what the jurisprudents depended on, but despite the outward disagreement lying among the jurisprudents, we find that their main purpose has been the Islamic Unity as to unify the word to stand against the Islam enemies.The researcher's main purpose in writing the current dissertation lies in getting close among these Islamic Doctrines as to get to showing to what extent they have agreed on jurisprudence matters since Allah considered the only the worshipped) , his prophet ( Mohammed ) ( peace upon him and on his family) is the only messenger.The miserable conditions ( sufferings , agonies) our country passes through as to tear its unity , security and Islamic Core , thus this dissertation shows agreement among the Islamic doctrines as to spiritually raise spiritual aspects within Islamic nations as Allah says in his Quran "" Preparing against them of what strength you have by which you could terrorize the Enemy of Allah and Your Enemy"" ( Surah Al - Anfal)(60)Thus, the unity is considered as the basic one among the Muslims as to discard the sectarian and calling for clutching with the Book of Allah ( Quran), his prophet's instructions and his family).Allah Says in his Book ( Quran)"" We have also made you as a middle nation as to be witnesses over people and the messenger would be as a witness on You""( Surah Al - Baqara= P.143.Before conclusion , I appraise and provoke Allah to grant us a virtue in this world and hereafter as Allah Says "" Our Allah gives us a virtue in this life and hereafter and guard us from Fire"" Surah Al - Baqara - p.201.This is the fruitlessness of writing this dissertation for two sequent years and my start point lie in What Allah says ""Allah does not bear a human over his own capacity for what he ( human) acquires and of what he has been acquired, our Allah not to blame us if we forget or commit mistake , our Allah not to bear us with huge burden as that laid on those who before us , our Allah not to bear over our own capacity , forgive us and have a mercy upon us , You are our dominator , gives us a victory on the disbelievers" Baqarah ( 285 - 286)Finally , I say peace upon our messenger and on his family, on his good colleagues

The style followed in narrating the stories has a great effect in comprehending the facts and accepting the meanings which serves in revealing the function of communicating the ideas of the text especially in preaching and guidance for the recipient.The aim which the researcher pursued is to reveal the effective inimitability of the holy Koran, on one hand, and on the other hand, the researcher aimed to comprehend the term “narration” and the Koranic narration structure. The purpose is to prove that that the Koranic narration structure is a miracle in itself. This is a proof that Koranic miracle is a miracle for all times and places.In addition, narration participates in the interpretational process development of the Koranic text, therefore, the researcher conducted a procedural process on the level of both narration and interpretation and revealing the relation between them. This led the study to be varied between the analytical, objective and descriptive method.The study is divided into a preface and three chapters. The preface included revealing the basic concepts of the title. In it the origin of narration and its roots in the Arab and western thought through referring to its historical path and its rise.The first chapter came under the title “Inimitability and the Nature of the Koran Stories”. It is an attempt to reveal the Koranic Inimitability, on one hand, and the Koran Narrations Inimitability, on the other. The chapter included six sections.The second chapter is entitled “the Structural Inimitability in the Koran Narrations Inimitability” which is an attempt to reveal the Koran Narrations Inimitable narrative structure of the Koran stories, taken the story of Mousa as an example for application, it also included six sections.The third chapter, “the Features of the Narrative Koran Narrations Inimitability in the Koranic stories” discussed some of the stylistic features of the Koranic text taken the story of Mousa as an example for application, it also included six sections.Finally, the research is concluded with a conclusion in which the main results are mentioned followed by a list of references. The main results reached through the study are; Inimitability of the narrations lies in its uniqueness in the Koranic text which has no match ever. The Koranic story is not compatible to any literary critical standards. As for the element of time, each story in the Koran has its own time and the time element in the Koranic story is absolute which has no ties except for the past. As for the characters in the story, they are not divided into fixed patterns, but instead, it focus on the role of each character and its positive and negative effects compatible with the time of the story.

The reality of faith, Its parts, conditions and invalidages have explained in both of them also explained by distinguished scholars.3 - Islamic consensus have different idea about definition of belief and true understanding from evidence and Hadiths. 4 - The Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) includes all unknown and unseen things which is in distinict by humans, It is an unknown and unseen world that is hard for understanding. It can be understanding only by the way of inspiration.composed of several parts : - a - Absolute Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) : humans have never know this part, It is knowing only by God (Allah), and explained for us some of God’s characteristics, believing in angel’s world and also believing in day of resurrection, jinns and so on.b - Proportional Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) : some of creatures can know this part that God gave them like investigation of chronical and spatial screen.5 - Humans from that time have created by God (Allah) tried to know the unknown and unseen things due to aerial photographs and creatures don’t understant but really they can understant these indistinct things via true believing in God (Allah) only.6 - The philosophy is looking for realities in universe because of mind; therefor, we know that philosophers confused and didn’t reach the reality due to far from God’s guidance.7 - The ture science is the best witness and evidence on world of Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things). They will refuse this Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) in the name of science don’t realize that this world contains more unknown and unseen things.8 - The belief in Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) is the only way for getting rid of crises and problems which are present on the earth due to considering to materialism aspectsand the effects reflected in this world. 9 - The belief in Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) in deed gives the neaning of life and solves all hman’s problems, in deed gives : - a - From Ideal and psychological aspects : gives true answer for all questions and rescues from psychological diseases, also gives hope, stability, assurance and securrrity.b - From political and administrative aspects : rescuesindividuals and societies from depravity and administrative crises which are spreed in the world.c - From economic and financial aspects : - courages humans for deeveloping and increasing economic condition also avoiding usury,greediness,bribery and wasting money.d - From the ethical and family aspects : - Avoiding humans from thoes diseases which they don’t have treatment by modern scince and make humans to be comfortable, protected also for strengtthening good relationship between society.10 - The suspicion is the confusion, making human to be for from the truth and It is dangerous for heart diseases also getting out humans from the cycle of religion, don’t look it like another disease.11 - The uncertainity is different from suspicion because uncertainity has method for reaching the truth, but suspicion makes humans to be far from the truth. from divine, His names and descriptions. And12 - The suspicions that are excited about believing in Ghayb (the unseen and unknown ) in the human history and nowadays do not have any values and it looks like snow that is melted due to the light and heat of sun , the rational and logical evidence by Islamic scholars. Abstract: Through my vision of the letters before, I found it a far from what is happening on the ground now and how the enemies of Allah had directed hostility and hatred of Islam through the media audio and video, depending on their claim that Islam is a religion of terrorism and religion refers to only violence. their assault on the Quran and the Prophet person (peace be upon him) and I found that it is incumbent on us as Muslims to defend our people from our Quran and our Prophet( peace be upon him) so it was optional for this subject (Information words and meaning in the Koran) to explain how this is to inform that the Koran is a media of Allah and how it calls to renounce violence through the introduction of wisdom and good advice and debate the one that is better.The importance of the subject : The Koran had designed features of media interest derived from its whole constitution in the statement and advocacy and communication and guidance, but Allah Almighty gives the Islamic nation a good mother features drove out to the people of Goodness, I ordered this issue information, and prohibit evil and this information is also important.The importance of the matter lies in the following points : 1. Information and the gravity of its impact on Muslim communities. 2. Highlights the bright image in the Muslim media. 3. Preserves the Islamic nation from the domination of the hostile media. The importance of this subject and what I have a desire, influenced the writing on this topic.Research Plan : The letter was divided in four chapters and Conclusion. Then we face in this day and age intellectual currents hostile to the principles of Islam and religions in general. They invasion minds of young people all over the world, and to resist such trends should be conducted within the framework of methods and tools developed by the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) the guidance of the Lord and has achieved all this success and proliferation of religious values. And the principles of good information which we are most in need now, both in advocacy of religious, social or political evident to us in the evacuated picture clearer statement on the continent the holly Quran , and it is a divine guidance of Allah information and the Sunaa of the prophet (peace be upon him ) are all perfect. The absence of the Lord's media scene today has provided an opportunity for malicious propaganda which seeks to monopolize the call for itself and influencing them toward extremism or showed an invitation to the demolition or stalemate in a world built on the rhythm and make a quick thus delaying the Islamic nation on the progress of civilization to which the prosecution has succeeded in Achieved the first back to Islam. Abstract: Theological studies need correlated series of studying of a topic in itself away from its history, and this means the studying of the theological questions discussed in theology. This study is not separated from studying the history of that topic, its inception, and evolution, and then, studying of different texts comparatively. Theology is in much need of this kind of study; therefore, we cannot consider these studies as historical; rather, they are from the very essence of theology. The one, who should study sects, their basics, and methods, is a theologian and not a historian. In fact, historians are dependent on theologians, in quoting topics and classification of sects; and consequently, we can deal with theology in two ways : first, through pursuing its historical origin, its evolution, and the reproduction of sects one from another; and second, the study of theological topics and reviewing of sects through these topics. Both ways do not go out of theology’s sphere; therefore, we have chosen this topic, titled “the books of sects and doctrines from the fourth century to the sixth century AH, a study on basics and method”, for it has formed, and still forms the main material for researchers in knowing the views of the scholars of those sects and doctrines. In fact, these books are not free from clearly methodological mistakes, and inaccuracy in the ascription of doctrines to their authors. Hence, we have tried to inquire about that and diagnose it through followingthe inductive and analytical method, and got to the necessity of taking views and beliefs from theirauthors, and the necessity ofjudging the sects and their beliefs through their books,and not the books of their opponents. This study comesas a contribution to reduce extremism, and to prove that most of theological differences would not necessitate complete differentiation, and being out of the circle of Islam.They are purely discretionary opinions, which Islam has ensured by giving a highest value to reason, and urging on Muslims to pursue their beliefsby pondering and reasoning.The study has got to two important points : first, is the need of studies that compare between the thoughts of one of the Islamic sects and the thoughts and beliefs ascribed to it in the books of other sects, especially the current sects, such as the Twelver Shia, the Zeidites, the Ash’arites, the Ibadhites, and others. We think that such studies will reduce the intensity of extremism, and help the convergence between the different sects. The second is the need of paying much attention to the study of sects and views as an independent science, because this paves the way for Islamic theology, contributes to consolidating of theological questions, defines the reasons behind their existence, deals with the political, social, and historical dimensions of those questions; and consequently, can differentiate between what is appropriate to be called a sect, and what is to be considered as a social or political phenomenon, like the Murjites and the Jabrites.

The legal truth of the imperative form in the Quran and Sunnah is probably olsulere (not in the Quran or sunnah) the prohibition form refers to prohibition when it is free of evidence.If the absolute mentioned without limitation so it will be interpreted as it is , but if it is limited by a limit , suit will be considered by that liwil. If the general is mentioned with a specific cause , its generality will be followed because t priority is given to the generality of expression not to the specification of cause. Truth can be divided in to three types : legal , linguistic and customary. If a legal truth and a linguistic one has become contradictory , the legal one will be given the priority , also the customary truth is given priority over both the legal and the linguistic ones. Figurative expression exists in language and in Allah's speech and His problet's speech. The meaning of AL - Sunnah is related to the Quran sin co AL - Sunnah elaborates what have comprehensively been mentioned in the Quran , explains what is in tricate , simplifies what is summarized ,specifies wheet is general and limits what is absolute. The deed of prophet Muhammad ( peace be upon him ) is in terpreted as it is whether it is obligatory , Mandoob ( preferably doue) or Mubah(allowable).AL - Nasikh (Alorogation) exists in both the Quran and the Sunnah. As for AL - Ijtihad and AL - Taglid , he urges to practice AL - Ijtihad as he sees AL - Mujtahid : as a person who has decided the correctness and invalidated the false , and investigated every issues depending on different evidence without being unable to come up openly with the truth beomje of those who have different opinions

It aims to enlighten the upbringing fathers with the Prophet Mohammed's method of bringing up the youth, Especially it is not like any other method as it is a method of the best Prophet and it is a practical method that should be followed by fathers, teachers and whoever cares about bringing up the youth correctly for the general benefit.The importance of this research comes from it is a practical participation in presenting the ideal way for the fathers helping them in bringing up their children ideologically, morally, socially, scientifically and physically according to the Holy Koran and Prophetic Tradition. Further, this research deals with most important ways of bringing up the youth like the good example, right sermon, the way of reward and punishment and other methods.In this research, I use the deductive method to extract and explain the prophetic educational methods from the Holy Koran and Prophetic Tradition than I simplify these methods to the parents and teachers to bring up the youth according to the orders of Almighty Allah. I also use the descriptive method to describe and present the methods for the fathers and teacher about how to bring their children ideologically, morally, socially, scientifically, and physically according to the Prophetic Tradition.The research results in the following : - The most important means and places of education are Family, Mosque, School and Society. - There are many fields of education including ideological, moral, social, scientific and physical education. - The most important ways that the Prophet Mohammed (peace and blessings be upon him) uses in educating his fellows (elders and youth) are the ways of good example, right sermon, the way of reward and punishment, observation and other ways. - Through the course of research, it has become clear that Holy Koran and Prophetic Tradition as well as the books written by our good ancestors have contained important educational information about the ways of bringing up children and the ways of directing them. Obviously most of parents and teachers do not pay much attention for these methods, so it is recommended for the parents and teachers to follow the above mentioned resources seriously and to practice them in their educational.

The valence is urgent necessity in the current time. The far people get away from values and principles, the more they lose their freedom and dignity, therefore individual has to live with dignity and respect through the adherence to these values and principles. Apparently, equality between people is a reflection of justice. Therefore, justice would make life of society gets straight and put everything in the right place, that means respecting the right of others and comply with the laws so that people can live in security. Both development and progressive go on line with justice. The more justice prevails, the more people believe and convictions are related to sincere and hard work, and there would be more development in the society. Such society would calls for harmonization and obedience. It is possible to fulfill human valence in all aspects of life such as social life, political, economic, education, and religion. If and only if every individual has a commitment to higher value that would ennoble him/her to higher positions. It is also the implementation of the principles of Islamic Sharia which implies equality between human kinds. Islamic religion command and urges justice, it is also defined the rules and methods of the way that humanity would follow as well as the believer. Such believer has to comply with the principles of Islamic religion.

This is the preponderant opinion.2 - It seems to me that according to Abu Thawr's opinion concerning the stipulation of curator's approval in the marriage issue, if the curator allows the woman to marry, the marriage is considered valid. This is the preponderant opinion.3 - It seems to me that according to Imam Abu Haneefa's opinion concerning the constraint, other agnation may allow the adolescents to marry. This is the preponderant opinion.4 - It seems to me that according to Imam Abu Haneefa's opinion concerning the marriage without mentioning the dowry, the marriage is contracted by mentioning possessing, selling, charity and grant. This is the preponderant opinion. 5 - It seems to me that according to The three Imams' opinion, marriage of unmarriageable persons is forbidden. This is the preponderant opinion. 6 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the marriage of Al - Shigar is invalid. This is the preponderant opinion.7 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the marriage of the legalization is invalid. This is the preponderant opinion.8 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the man who is married more than four women before he becomes Muslim, he should choose only four of them (if two of wives are sisters, he should choose one of them). This is the preponderant opinion.9 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the spouses may repeal the contraction of marriage by defect. This is the preponderant opinion.10 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the freed woman has no choice if she is freed under a freedman. This is the preponderant opinion.11 - It seems to me that according to Imam Al - Shafi'ee and Imam Ahmed, there is no limit to the dowry. This is the preponderant opinion.12 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the spouse should stay with the new wife seven days if she is virgin, and he should stay with her three days if she is previously married. This is the preponderant opinion.13 - It seems to me that the acceptance of one man and two women witness in the marriage contract is the opinion of Abu Hanifa in accepting the witness of one man and two women in the marriage contract.14 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the witness of non - Muslims in the contract of marriage is not accepted. This is the preponderant opinion.15 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, divorce is determined only by men not women. This is the preponderant opinion.16 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the divorce cannot be occurred by compulsively. This is the preponderant opinion.17 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the second marriage does not repeal the divorce. This is the preponderant opinion.18 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, utterances of condemnation oath are considered faith not certificates. This is the preponderant opinion.19 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, condemnation oath of dumb is accepted. This is the preponderant opinion.20 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, if the spouse refuses to say condemnation oath, he will be punished by defamation. This is the preponderant opinion.21 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the separation of condemnation oath is considered a defeasance not divorce. This is the preponderant opinion.22 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinions, the period of oath can be more than four months. This is the preponderant opinion.23 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the divorce is suspended after four months. The spouse may retract or divorce. If he refuses, the judge will oblige him to divorce (revocable divorce). This is the preponderant opinion.24 - It seems to me that according to Imam Abu Haneefa's opinion, the spouse should pay the alimony for the divorced woman after the period of Eddah. This is the preponderant opinion.25 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the woman has the right to stay with him or separate him when he refuses to expend. This is the preponderant opinion.26 - It seems to me that according to the Three Imams' opinion, the period of pregnancy starts after sexual intercourse. This is the preponderant opinion.27 - It seems to me that the preponderant opinion concerning period of pregnancy is nine months and some days. 28 - It seems to me that according to the three Imams' opinion, the divorce in return for a monetary compensation to be paid by the wife to the husband cannot be followed by ordinary divorce. So, we can see that Imam Abu Haneefa has individual opinions which are differ from those of the Three Imams in the issues of personal statuses. The Three Imams, namely, (Imam Malik, Imam Al - Shafi'ee and Imam Ahmed) have twenty one preponderant opinions. Abu Haneefa has four preponderant opinions. Abu Thawr and Al - Dahirya have two preponderant opinions. Imam Al - Shafi'ee and Imam Ahmed have one preponderant opinion in one issue.

The 1st chapter comes under the title of Narrations of "Al - Asbagh" and it comes with two researches : 1st research : His narrations in worshipping and it includes 5 units 1st unit : preferability of great mosque in Kufa.2nd unit : Times of prayers.3rdunit : It includes how to pray.4th unit : Judgment of absent - minded.5th unit : Preferable places in Kufa. 2nd research; Narrations of " Al - Asbagh Bin Nabata" in treatments. This research includes 7 units : 1st unit : Urging on trade 2nd unit : Rarity3rd unit : Includes ones afflicted with his hearing and eye or others of his sensations.4th unit : rarity 5th unit : How to judge and judiciary6th unit : Rules and judgments.7th Unit : Participation in felonies The second Chapter : comes under the title of " narrations of Al - Asbagh Bin Nabatah (peace upon him) in morals ,favors, invocations and politeness. It includes two researches : The first research : His narrations in morals and it includes 8 units : 1st unit : Favor of mind on life and religion. 2nd unit : Islam ,Believing, disbelieving , hypocrisy. 3rd unit : Vices 4th unit : Deceiving 5th unit : Quitting lire( all its kinds) 6th unit : Marriage of women when get youngest to be protected by husbands. 7th unit : prefer lust of men to lust of women. 8th unit : honored the spouse. The second research : comes with the title of " His Narrations on politeness and favors and it includes 7 units : 1st unit : Prefer of Quran2nd Unit : Revelation of Quran 3rd Unit : Prefer of prophets , righteous men 4th unit : Roasted Meat and grill 5th unit : Rarity 6th unit : Good deed of sons 7th unit : Preferability of seven of Abul Mutalib Sons. The third chapter comes with title (Narrations of al - Asbagh Bin Nabatah) in beliefs and it includes three researches : 1st research : His narrations in beliefs and it includes : 1st unit : favors Allah mentioned in His Book. 2nd unit : Absence3rd unit : Al - WalayahThe second research : comes under the title of : Narrations of Ibn Al - Asbagh Bin Nabatah in Jihad and interpretation and it includes : 1st unit : Jihad of man and woman.2nd unit : without address.3rd unit : The sun has 63 constellations The third research comes under the title of "Book of Coffins" It comes with two units : 1st unit : those walking with coffins 2nd unit : Reciting on those who about to die. By God 's favor, I have accomplished my present thesis despite my humble knowledge in narrations of Messenger 's family (peace upon them). If I commit mistakes while writing this present paper , I'll have the honor to have my professors correct these mistakes. Deeply I thank my reverent Professors for their patience and consistent help.
