Abstract: مضمون الرسالة يدور حول الترجيحات التفسيرية للشيخ محمد جواد مغنية التي رجحها في تفسيره، والصيغ والاساليب والوجوه التي اعتمدها، وتكون البحث من : مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة .
المقدمة :تضمنت اهمية الموضوع ومشكلته واسباب اختياره واهدافه والدراسات السابقة فيه والاضافات العلمية، وخطة البحث والمنهجية التي اتبعتها .
الفصل الاول: اوضحت فيه ترجمة موجزة للشيخ محمد جواد مغنية ومنهجه في التفسير وبينت مفهوم الترجيح من تعريفه في اللغة والاصطلاح ومواضع وقوعه وشروطه واركانه وغايته والاسباب الداعية الى الاختلاف عند المفسرين في تفسيرهم للاية القرانية.
الفصل الثاني: عرضت فيه جميع الصيغ والالفاظ والاساليب التي استعملها الشيخ محمد جواد مغنية في ترجيحه ثم بينت الوجوه الترجيحية التي اعتمدها.
الفصل الثالث: تضمن دراسة تطبيقية لنماذج من الترجيحات التفسيرية وفيها عرضت الاية الوارد الاختلاف في تفسيرها، ونص الترجيح للشيخ محمد جواد مغنية، وذكرت الاقوال الواردة في تفسير الاية القرانية عند المفسرين المتقدمين والمتاخرين ومن ثم بينت القول الراجح من المرجوح معتمدا على قواعد الترجيح المعتبرة عند المفسرين، وتضمن هذا الفصل اثنتا عشرة مسالة.
ثم ختمت البحث باهم النتائج وبعض التوصيات التي توصلتُ لها.
وقد اظهر البحث قوة الترجيحات التفسيرية لمحمد جواد مغنية بل كان موفقاً ومتبعاً لقواعد الترجيح.

Abstract: محتوى الدراسة هو البحث القراني لابن معصوم المدني في كتابه "الطراز الاول". يحاول الباحث متابعة اراء العالم بالاستقراء والمناقشة المنهجية السليمة من اجل الحصول على الفائدة المرجوة. مما يُزيد من اهمية البحث المكانة الكبيرة لاقوال ابن معصوم وتحريراته في جميع العلوم حيث ان القارئ والباحث يرجع الى الطراز الاول كمرجع من المراجع ، فكان جمع هذه الاقوال وتحريرها مهمًا لطالب العلم الشرعي والباحث في علم التفسير وعلوم القران على وجه الخصوص.اما ابرز ما تهدف اليه الدراسة: هو الوقوف على الاداء التفسيري والقراني لابن معصوم المدني في كتابه الطراز الاول, كذلك التعرف على شخصيته وعصره وابراز تراثه العلمي. وبيان كيفية الاستفادة من شواهده, والاطلاع على الموارد القرانية والروائية والعقدية والاخلاقية وغيرها من الموارد التي يحتويها الكتاب. بعد الاستقراء ، اتضح لي انَّ السيد ابن معصوم المدني تمت دراسته في كثير من الاحيان ، سواء بالاشارة الى حياته الاجتماعية والعلمية ، او فيما يخص جهودَه الكبيرة في علم اللغة ، ولكن, لم اجد دراسةً اكاديمية خاصة مرتبطة بجهوده القرانية، ولهذا ارتايت انْ ابحث هذا الموضوع ليكون بحثًا مستقلاً ولا سيما في اطار المباحث القرانية.
تتكون الدراسة من مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة. اشتملت المقدمة على البحث القراني وناقشت سيرة ابن معصوم واعماله وكتبه، بما في ذلك عدد من مبادئه في الكتابة والمنهجية والتوثيق. الفصل الاول كان خاص بالبحث القراني في العقائد. ويتضمن خمسة اقسام هي التوحيد والعدل والامامة والنبوة والمعاد. والفصل الثاني يحتوي على البحث القراني في الاخلاق. ولها خمسة اقسام هي: التقوى ، والصدق ، والصبر ، والوفاء ، والعفو. واما الفصل الثالث فقد اختص بالبحث القراني في علوم القران. ويتضمن خمسة اقسام هي: عام وخاص ، مطلق ومقيد ، مجمل ومفصل واخيراً اسباب النزول. يامل الباحث ان يتمكن من تحقيق اهداف الدراسة. فان نجح فهو ما يريده ويرجوه ، والا فهو ليس معصوما من الخطا. عذره هو ان الكمال لله وحده.

Abstract: تتناول هذه الدراسة ابرز الاسس التي استعملها صدر المتالهين لفهم مداليل النص القراني، والبحث في ذلك يبتني على جانبين:
الجانب المعرفي : ويتناول مفهوم الاسس التفسيرية بشكل عام، ومفهوم كل اساس من تلك الاسس ومرتكزاتها المعرفية ، واهميتها، واسباب اعتمادها،. معتمدا على الاستقراء والتحليل.
الجانب التطبيقي : و يتناول مواضع استعمال تلك الاسس في التفسير، وشرح منهجية ذلك الاستعمال
فجاءت الدراسة على تمهيد وثلاثة فصول ، فكان التمهيد تاصيلا لمفهوم الاسس التفسيرية، وذكر مفاصل حياة صدر المتالهين، مع التطرّق لتفسيره وايضاح حقيقته.
وتناول الفصل الاول الاسس اللغوية في تفسير صدر المتالهين الشيرازي التي استعملها في التعامل مع اللغة في تفسيره للايات القرانية.
وكان الفصل الثاني متخصصا ببيان اسس مباحث علوم القران والماثور في تفسير صدرالمتالهين .
امّا الفصل الثالث فقد توجه الى طرح الاسس الفلسفية والعرفانية في تفسير صدر المتالهين الشيرازي.
وانتهت هذه الدراسة بنتيجة اجمالية وهي ان صدر المتالهين استعمل الاسس التي برهن عليها واثبتها في كتبه كاداة في فهي ايات القران الكريم، وكان له منهجٌ خاص في ذلك الاستعمال اطلقنا عليه "المنهج المتعالي في تفسير النص القراني"
