Abstract:
احتلت المدارس الفقهية بعد استقرارها وتكامل اصولها ومناهجها مكانة هامة ومؤثرة في الحياة العامة ؛ فلم يقتصر دور علماء تلك المدارس على الجانب الفقهي الصرف ، بل وضّفوا فكرهم ليتعدى الى جوانب الحياة الاخرى ؛ الاجتماعية ، والسياسية ، وساعد على ذلك طبيعة النظام الاسلامي في كونه نظاما دينيا واجتماعيا وسياسيا ، حتى غدا من الصعب الفصل بين تلك الجوانب ، او وضع حدود بينها .
ولذلك فان من الضروري الاخذ بعين الاعتبار دور تلك المدارس بفكرها المستنبط من مصادر الشريعة الاسلامية ، واسهاماتها اليومية ، عند معالجة الحدث التاريخي لحقبة ما ، لا سيما العصور العباسية المتاخرة ؛ حيث تكاملت فيها المدارس الفقهية واخذت تمارس دورها على مستوى الدولة والمجتمع ، فضلا عن ان العباسيين اقاموا دولتهم على اساس ديني مما يساعد في الكشف عن جوانب قد لاتتضح ال من هذا المنظور ، حيث تتفاعل في تكوين الحدث التاريخي عدة عوامل دينية وفكرية الى جانب العوامل السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية ، كما ان هذه الدراسة ستلقي الضوء على كثير من جوانب الحياة الاجتماعية والدينية والفكرية في بغداد خلال هذه الحقبة .
ومن هنا تكتسب هذه الدراسة اهميتها ، وهي تتناول احدى المدارس الفقهية الاسلامية ، من منظور تاريخي ؛ وهي المدرسة الحنبلية في بغداد للفترة من ( 447هـ - 575هـ / 1055م - 1179م ) ، وبيان دورها وتاثيرها في المجتمع البغدادي واحداثه السياسية والفكرية والاجتماعية ، من خلال الاسس الدينية والفكرية التي قامت عليها تلك المدرسة ، واسهامات علمائها البارزين خلال الفترة موضوع البحث ، وكذلك بيان مدى رسمية ذلك الدور الذي لعبته المدرسة الحنبلية ومعها المدارس الفقهية الاخرى .
واختيار هذا الموضوع يرجع الى عدة اسباب اهمها : ان المدرسة الحنبلية هي مدرسة متكاملة ؛ في الحديث والفقه والعقائد ، فضلا عن كونها اخر المدارس الفقهية الاسلامية ظهورا وتكوينا ، مستفيدة بذلك من فكر المدارس التي سبقتها وتجربتها ، كما ان دراستها ستلقي الضوء على دور الكثير من تلك المدارس ، والعامل الاخر هو ان حركة الحنابلة ونشاطهم في المجتمع البغدادي كانت موضع اهتمام المصادر التاريخية التي اشارت الى الحنابلة والاحداث التي ارتبطت بهم دون تفسير واضح ، كما تضاربت الاراء في تقييم تلك المدرسة ودورها ، فضلا عن انه لم تظهر دراسة مستقلة عن هذا الموضوع.
اما تحديد فترة البحث ما بين ( 447 هـ - 575 هـ ) وهي حقبة التسلط السلجوقي في العراق ، فترجع الى ان هذه الحقبة تشكل وحدة موضوعية تسمح للدراسة بالتركيز على جانب معين في ظل التاثيرات والخصائص نفسها اكثر مما لو تنوعت طبيعة العصر ، كما ان هذه المرحلة تبلورت فيها المدرسة الحنبلية وتكامل فقهها ونضج فكرها ، فضلا عن بروز دور المذاهب السنّية وظهور مذاهب عقدية كالاشاعرة خلال هذا العصر ، كما بدات الخلافة استعادة نفوذها وسلطانها منذ النصف الثاني للعصر البويهي ، ثم الفترة التي اعقبت عصر قوة السلاجقة ، وهذا ما يعطي صورة اوضح لدور تلك المذاهب وتاثيرها في الحياة الاجتماعية والسياسية ، فضلا عن ان تلك الحقبة تمثل عصر الازدهار في تاريخ المذهب الحنبلي الذي برز فيه خلال هذه المرحلة علماء كبار مثلوا فكر المدرسة الحنبلية واسهاماتها في الجانب السياسي والاجتماعي .
ولم تهمل الدراسة القرون الاولى لنشوء المدرسة الحنبلية ، وتناولتها كمرحلة تطور تاريخي لظهور الحنابلة وتكامل مذهبهم ، اما الفترة التالية بعد عام ( 575هـ / 1179م ) فهي تمثل عصرا جديدا بدا بخلافة الناصر لدين الله ، وقل فيه دور الحنابلة وتاثيرهم عن المرحلة السابقة ، لذا اقتصرت الدراسة على هذه الفترة ، والتي يمكن ان تقدم صورة متكاملة عن دور المدرسة الحنبلية .
اما نطاق البحث فيحتوي على تمهيد واربعة فصول ، تطرق التمهيد بايجاز الى مؤسس المدرسة الحنبلية ؛ احمد بن حنبل وسيرته العلمية ، ونشوء مدرسته الفقهية ، واهم مميزاتها والماخذ عليها ، وتناول الفصل الاول الاصول التاريخية للحنابلة ، وهو يتكون من مبحثين ، المبحث الاول : محنة خلق القران واثرها على المدرسة الحنبلية ، وعرض المبحث الثاني التطور التاريخي لظهور الحنابلة بعد وفاة احمد بن حنبل حتى نهاية القرن الرابع الهجري .
اما الفصل الثاني ، فقد خصص لدراسة المنهج السياسي للحنابلة وركز في ذلك على الجوانب النظرية لفكرهم ومنهجهم من خلال ثلاثة مباحث ، تضمن المبحث الاول : نظرية الامامة عند الحنابلة ، والمبحث الثاني : منهج علاقة العالم بصاحب السلطة في المنظور الحنبلي ، والمبحث الثالث : علاقة احمد بن حنبل بالخلافة العباسية ، وقد قدمنا هذا المبحث مدخلا للحديث عن علاقة الحنابلة مع الخلافة العباسية ، وتناول الفصل الثالث موضوع الحنابلة والحياة السياسية في بغداد خلال الفترة موضوع البحث ، في مبحثين كرس المبحث الاول لبيان دور الحنابلة في حركة احياء نفوذ الخلافة العباسية منذ النصف الثاني من عصر التسلط البويهي حتى منتصف القرن الخامس الهجري ودخول السلاجقة بغداد ، وركز المبحث الثاني على علاقة الحنابلة بالخلافة العباسية خلال العصر السلجوقي ( 447هـ - 575هـ ).
واستعرض الفصل الرابع كمحصلة عامة للدراسة ، دور الحنابلة في دعم نفوذ الخلافة العباسية في ثلاثة مباحث غطت الجوانب التي اسهم من خلالها الحنابلة في تقديم الدعم للخلافة ؛ وهي الدور السياسي الذي تضمنه المبحث الاول ، والدور الفكري في المبحث الثاني ، وتناول المبحث الثالث الدور الاجتماعي .
وذيل البحث بخاتمة عرضت بشكل موجز اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة .
نشير هنا الى اهمها وهي :
1- اظهرت الدراسة بشكل عام مدى اهمية دور المدارس الفقهية الاسلامية في الحياة الاجتماعية والسياسية ، وانها لم تبقَ مجرد مذاهب فقهية تشريعية تمثل نفسها فحسب ، وتدعم تشريعاتها بقوة مصادر التشريع الاسلامي ، بل اصبحت خلال العصور العباسية المتاخرة بمثابة مؤسسات شبه رسمية سعت الخلافة الى الاستعانة بها وترسيم دورها لدعم نفوذها من خلال مهام علماء تلك المذاهب في الافتاء والوعظ والتدريس والامر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر ، الى جانب اشراكهم بتولي المناصب الرسمية الادارية والدينية .
2- ظهر من خلال الدراسة ان للحنابلة دورا مؤثرا في الحياة الاجتماعية والسياسية في بغداد وكان لهم ثقلا في احداث ذلك العصر لا يمكن تجاهله ، وكان لفكرهم ومنهجهم تاثيره في توجيه ورسم ذلك الدور ، اذ اتصفت اعمال الحنابلة بالحركة والنشاط والقدرة على التاثير في المجتمع اكثر من غيرهم من اتباع المدارس الاخرى ، وحاولوا تطبيق اراء ومبادئ المدرسة الحنبلية .
3- جد الحنابلة في برنامج اصلاحي ( فكري واجتماعي ) مؤثر ، من خلال الوعظ ، والتدريس ، والامر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر ، والتصدي لمظاهر الفساد في المجتمع ، ومحاربة البدع ، والدعوة الى الاقتداء بالسنة وعقيدة الصحابة والتابعين ، في كل الظروف والاوضاع الاجتماعية والسياسية التي كانت تعيشها بغداد .
4- اظهرت الدراسة ان تاثر الحنابلة بفكر امامهم احمد بن حنبل الديني اكثر منه في الجانب السياسي ، وانهم ابتعدوا في منهجهم لتطبيق تعاليم مذهبهم عن منهج امامهم ، ففي الوقت الذي اتجه احمد بن حنبل نحو الاصلاح الفكري والاجتماعي واصلاح الرعية من خلال رسائله ودروسه وحثه على التمسك بالسنة والعمل بها ، اتجه الحنابلة الى ذلك بالتغيير المباشر باليد واللسان والدعوة الى الصلاح من خلال الامر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر.
5- ونتيجة لذلك فقد وصفت حركة الحنابلة بانها تياراً شعبياً اجتماعياً قبل ان يكون مذهباً فقهياً سنياً وهو تفسير خاطئ معكوس، كما وصفت حركة الحنابلة بالتشدد
والعنف احيانا ، خصوصا خلال القرن الاول الذي اعقب محنة خلق القران ، بتاثير جملة عوامل اهمها : المحنة التي تعرض لها
امامهم احمد بن حنبل وما اوجدته من خصوم للمذهب الحنبلي ، وعدم تكامل مذهبهم ، والاعتراف به ، فحاولوا فرض وجودهم في الشارع البغدادي والتصدي لخصومهم ، الذين اسهموا ايضا باحداث العنف والفتن التي وقعت في بغداد ، يضاف الى ذلك سوء الاوضاع الاجتماعية والسياسية في بغداد وسعي الحنابلة للتغيير والاصلاح، تابعهم في ذلك العامة ، مما اضفىعلى حركتهم نوعا من الجماهيرية ، التي جعلت نفوذهم واسعا وقويا في ذلك العصر .
ويجب التنبيه هنا الى ان هذه الصفة لا يمكن تعميمها على الحنابلة وان طغت عليهم ، فقد اختصت فئة منهم بالتشدد في الامر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر ، ومحاربة البدع ، كالبربهارية مثلا ، في حين نجد فئات اخرى منهم اهتمت بالعلم والنشاط الفكري ودعت من خلال منهجها هذا الى الاصلاح والتغيير ، وظهر منهم علماء كبار في مجال الوعظ ، الذي كان احد الوسائل الهامة في اصلاح العامة وتوجيههم
وقد خف نشاط الحنابلة وحركتهم على المستوى الاجتماعي مع بداية التسلط البويهي، بسسب مارافق ذلك العصر من متغيرات سياسية وفكرية حجمت من نشاط الحنابلة ، حتى مطلع القرن الخامس الهجري عندما بدات الخلافة باستعادة نفوذها واحياء المذهب السني، حيث عاود الحنابلة نشاطهم في هذه الاتجاهات
6- اما علاقتهم بالخلافة العباسية ، فيمكن القول انها مرت بمراحل اتجهت فيها نحو التطور والاعتدال ، ففي الوقت الذي اتسمت فيه العلاقة بين الحنابلة والخلافة بالتحفظ والتوتر خلال القرن الرابع الهجري بسبب تاثير البربهارية ومنهجهم المتشدد ، نجد تطورا ملحوظا في تلك العلاقة ؛ من خلال التقارب الذي حدث بين الحنابلة والخلافة قبيل منتصف القرن الخامس الهجري ، بتاثير الظروف السياسية والفكرية والدينية لذلك العصر الذي بدات فيه حركة احياء نفوذ الخلافة والمذهب السني
7- وبلغت علاقة الحنابلة مع الخلافة ذروتها خلال العصر السلجوقي ، فقد ارتبط الكثير من علماء الحنابلة بعلاقات وثيقة مع الخلافة ساعد على تكوينها سعي الخلافة منذ النصف الثاني من العصر البويهي لتقريب الحنابلة والاستعانة بهم لدعم منهجها الفكري ونفوذها السياسي ، وتولى العديد منهم مناصب ادارية ودينية هامة ، وساعد على تعزيز العلاقة ايضا تطور المنهج والفكر السياسي الحنبلي في هذا الاتجاه ، منذ عصر ابن عقيل ومن عاصره وجاء بعده .
8- وعلى ضوء ذلك اسهم الحنابلة بدور سياسي وفكري واجتماعي فاعل في دعم الخلافة العباسية وقيادة توجهاتها في هذا الاتجاه ، الامر الذي ساعد على تحرر الخلافة من التسلط السلجوقي
