Abstract: ان رياضة الجمناستك تعد احد الانشطة الرياضية التي لها اهميتها في المجال الاولمبي والعالمي والمحلي نظرا لتعدد الاجهزة المستخدمة وتباينها، مما يضفي عليها صفة جمالية تجذب الرياضي والمشاهد على حد السواء بل ان عدد الجوائز والميداليات المرصودة للتنافس عليها يفوق كثير مايرصد منها لبعض الانشطة الرياضية الاخرى.ان التدريب بالاثقال يعد من اهم اساليب تنمية القوة العضلية وتطويرها بانواعها ، كما ان تدريب الناشئين باستخدام الاثقال قد حظي باهتمام بالغ من قبل العلماء والباحثين والمدربين وتكمن مشكلة البحث في وجود ضعف في القوة العضلية بانواعها لدى الناشئين وعدم قدرة اللاعبين على مواصلة سلسلة الاداء على المتوازي لذا ارتاى الباحث دراسة هذه المشكلة والتوصل الى الحقائق العلمية التي من خلالها يستفيد منها المدربين في تخطيط برامج اعداد وتدريب لاعبي الجمناستك من اجل الوصول الى افضل مستوى. وبرزت اهمية البحث في التعرف على دور الاثقال في العملية التدريبية لتطوير بعض القدرات البدنية التي يعتمد عليها اللاعب في تطوير مستوى الاداء الفني لحركات جهاز المتوازي للناشئين.ويهدف البحث الى مايلي : .1. اعداد تمرينات بالاثقال لبعض القدرات البدنية والاداء الفني لمهارات جهاز المتوازي باعمار(13 - 15) سنة. يفرض البحث الى مايلي : .1 - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في نتائج اختبارات بعض القدرات البدنية والاداء الفني على جهاز المتوازي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية . وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي على عينة اختيرت بالطريقة العمدية من لاعبي الجمناستك باعمار (13 - 15) سنة والذين يتدربون في المركز التدريبي التابع لاتحاد الجمناستك / فرع ذي قار والبالغ عددهم (10) لاعبين , وقد قسمت العينة عشوائيا على مجموعتين متساويتين احداهما تجريبية والاخرى ضابطة , وبعد ان حدد افراد عينة البحث بمجموعتيها التجريبية والضابطة اجريت الاختبارات القبلية بتاريخ14/12/2016 وقد طبقت التمارين بتاريخ25/12/2016 المصادف يوم الاحد ولمدة (8) اسابيع بواقع (3) وحدات تدريبية في الاسبوع , اذ طبقت التمارين على افراد المجموعة التجريبية , فيما خضعت المجموعة الضابطة لممارسة المنهج المعد من المدرب , وبعد ان اكملت كل مجموعة (24) وحدة تدريبية اختبرت مرة اخرى بالقدرات البدنية والاداء الفني للسلسلة الحركية على جهاز المتوازي في المدة الزمنية (27.69 - 31.3). حيث تم التوصل الى اهم الاستنتاجات منها : - 1 - اظهرت النتائج ان المجموعة التجريبية التي تطبق المنهج التدريبي بالاثقال تحسنت اكثر من المجموعة الضابطة في القدرات البدنية قيد البحث.اما اهم التوصيات فكانت : .1 - الاعتماد على المنهاج التدريبي بالاثقال في تدريب لاعبي الجمناستك فئة الناشئين مما اثبتت في تحسن القدرات البدنية على جهاز المتوازي . | Gymnastics sport is considered as one of the sport activities that has its importance in the Olympic, global and local fields due to the multiplicity and contrast of the devices used, giving it an aesthetic quality that attracts both the athlete and the viewer, rather the number of awards and medals appropriated for compete which are exceeded more than is appropriated for some other sports activities. Weightlifting training is one of the most important ways of the development and growing of all kinds of muscle strength, also; training the juniors with weightlifting has also received considerable attention from scientists, researchers and trainers, Where many researches have been conducted that deal with the impact, benefits and risks of weight training on juniors of both genders in this age and the results of most of these researches showed many of health and sports benefits of junior training with weights, and refuted many of the allegations and the misconceptions related this subject. Research problem is that there is a weakness in all kinds of the muscle strength of the juniors and inability of the players to keep on the performance attitude on parallel bars, therefore; the researcher wanted to study the problem and to reach to the scientific facts through which the trainers will be benefit from it in planning preparation and training programs of the gymnastics players to reach the best level. The importance of the research appeared in the identification of the weightlifting role in the training process to develop some of the physical abilities that the players deepened on in developing the technical performance level of parallel bars movements of juniors.Research purposes is as the following : - 1 - preparing a training program with weightlifting to some of the physical abilities and the technical performance level of parallel bars movements of juniors.2 - identify the impact of the training program with weightlifting on some of the physical abilities and the technical performance level of the experimental and control group.The search imposes the following : - 1 - occurrence of differences of statistical significance between the experimental and control group in the results tests of some of physical abilities and the technical performance level of parallel bars movements for the benefit of the experimental group.The researcher has used the experimental curriculum on a sample that has been chosen in an intentionally way from junior gymnastics players between the age ( 13 - 15) where they are training in the training center of the gymnastics union/Al - Nasiriyah branch, and their number is (10) players, the sample has been divided randomly to equal groups one of them is experimental and the other is control, and after determining the research sample members with its experimental and control groups, the pretest occurred on 14/12/2016 and the main experiment applied on 25/12/2016 for (8) weeks in the amount of (3) training units weekly, the training curriculum has been applied that concerned weightlifting on the experimental group members, whereas the control group subject to the practice of the prepared method of the trainer, and after that each (24) groups have completed a training unit and test again with the physical abilities and the technical performance of the kinetic chain on the parallel bars in duration of (31.3 - 29.11) and after date processing with computer SPSS. Where the most important conclusions were reached, as the following : - 1 - results showed that the experimental group that applied the training curriculum with weightlifting has improved more than the control group in the physical abilities that are under consideration.2 - there is impact because the use of the training with weightlifting that prepared to develop the physical abilities which serves the skillful performance.The most important recommendations were : - 1 - Depending on the training curriculum with weightlifting in the training of the gymnastics players of the junior group, which it proved the physical abilities improvement on the parallel bars.2 - it is necessary that the trainers follow scientific method for all ages when the planning training curriculum with weightlifting

Abstract: وتكمن اهمية البحث من خلال خبرة الباحث المتواضعة ومتابعته لمعظم مباريات دوري محافظة ذي قار للناشئين والقطر ، لاحظ الباحث ان هناك اهدار وضياع كثير من فرص التصويب على السلة سواء كانت من التصويب السلمي او الرمية الحرة او التصويب بالقفز مقارنة بمحاولة اللعب الهجومي ، وهذا قد ياتي نتيجة وصول اللاعب الى حالة التعب وقلة التركيز ، او عدم اتخاذ التوقيت الصحيح لكيفية الاداء الفني بالشكل الصحيح ، وهذا ياتي نتيجة عدم اهتمام المدربين بعملية التعليم لاداء مهارة التصويب لم تكن بالشكل المطلوب التي من شانها ان تسهم في تحسن وتطوير قيم بعض المتغيرات البيوكينماتيكية القدرات الحركية ومستوى الاداء المهاري للاعبين خصوصا في هذه الفئة العمرية التي تتطلب تشذيب ادائها المهاري وعدم وقوعهم في الاخطاء اثناء الاداء.وهدفت الدراسة الى اعداد وتنظيم تمرينات تعليمية في تطوير بعض المتغيرات البيوكينماتيكية والقدرات الحركية وانواع التصويب بكرة السلة للاعبين باعمار(14_15) سنة .وقد افترض الباحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية معنوية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية ببعض القدرات الحركية ومهارة التصويب بكرة السلة ولصالح الاختبارات البعدية. اما الفصل الثاني فقد تم التطرق فيه الى الدراسات النظرية من خلال المواضيع ذات العلاقة منها (التعلم الحركي والتمرينات الخاصة والتحليل الحركي ومهارة التصويب بكرة السلة والعوامل المؤثرة في دقة التصويب) فضلا عن التطرق الى الدراسات السابقة ومناقشتها.اما الفصل الثالث فقد تضمن منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي باسلوب المجموعتين المتكافئتين لملائمته طبيعة مشكلة البحث، اما مجتمع البحث وعينته فقد تمثل بلاعبي المدرسة التخصصية لكرة السلة التابعة للنشاط الرياضي في محافظة ذي قار والبالغ عددهم (40) لاعبا، تم اختيار (26) لاعبا منهم ممن هم بعمر (14 - 15) سنة ليمثلو عينة البحث وقد استبعد الباحث (6) لاعبين ليصبح بذلك العدد النهائي للعينة (20) لاعبا يشكلون نسبة (50%) ، تم تقسيمهم بالطريقة العشوائية وباسلوب القرعة على مجموعتين وبواقع (10) لاعبين لكل مجموعة. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث ومناقشتها توصل الباحث الى استنتاجات عدة اهمها : تلعب الرشاقة دورا مهما للوصول الى التكنيك الصحيح لرفع قابلية التعلم السريع للمهارات الحركية وتطبيق المهارات بشكل مجد ومناسب.اما اهم التوصيات : ضرورة التاكيد على استعمال المتغيرات البيوكينماتيكية لدورها الفاعل في تشخيص نقاط الضعف والقوة من قبل المدرب واللاعبين ليسهل التعامل معها لاحقا. | The thesis included five chapters. It was pointed out that the mathematical science in the field of sport plays an important and effective role in uncovering the most accurate details in sports performance, especially the science of motor learning and biomechanics, which contributed significantly and directly to the improvement of many skills. Through the discovery and correction of weaknesses and the analysis of many skills and sports movements to identify the form of performance is ideal and correct, and the problem of research through the preparation and organization of special educational exercises according to biochemical changes will contribute to the improvement and development of some capacities For the mobility and level of performance of the players and not to make mistakes in the performance, and thus to identify the fact that the variables that affect the path of the correct motor performance of the skill of correction and accuracy, which allows the development of information and facts based on digital values is not subject to doubt under the hands of coaches and players alike to be educational process built On the basis of scientific correct and achieved the principle of economy with effort and time, not to mention to make the trainers have the ability to correct the performance of players and guide them as required. The study aimed at preparing and organizing special educational exercises according to the biochemical variables to develop some of the motor abilities and types of correction for the basketball for young people. The researcher hypothesized that there were significant statistical differences between the tribal and remote tests of the control and experimental groups with some motor abilities and the skill of aiming basketball and for the tests of the dimension. The second chapter dealt with the theoretical studies through the relevant subjects (motor learning, special exercises, kinetic analysis, the skill of basketball correction and the factors affecting accuracy of correction), as well as addressing and discussing previous studies. The third chapter included the methodology of the research and its field procedures. The researcher used the experimental method in the style of the two equal groups to suit the nature of the research problem. The research society and its sample represented the players of the specialized basketball school of sports activity in the governorate of Dhi Qar (40) (26) players of them aged (14 - 15) years to represent the sample of the research has ruled out the researcher (6) players so that the final number of the sample (20) players make up (76,923), were divided by random and lottery method in two groups, ) For each group. The researcher also referred to the means, devices and tools used, and the steps and conduct of the research by selecting and specifying a number of kinetic abilities and biomechanical variables related to the skill of the basketball correction and tests, the exploratory experiment, the tribal tests as well as the educational curriculum according to the biomechanical variables and then the tests of the dimension as well as the use of some statistical means , Then the researcher presented the results that have been scheduled and then analyzed and discussed scientific discussion based on the scientific sources available to him, and in the light of the results of the research and discussed by the researcher to the Several conclusions include. 1.The experimental group in the remote tests in the motor abilities and types of correction basketball superiority significantly and clearly on the control group. except the variable fitness.2.The exercises developed by the researcher according to the biochemistry variables greatly contributed to the identification of areas of imbalance accurately and objectively, which allowed to be processed accurately, which was reflected positively on the improved level of skill performance of types of basketball correction for members of the experimental group. The most important recommendations : 1.Adopting the educational exercises that the researcher prepared according to the biochemical variables for their active and significant role in improving the skill level of the basketball correction types. 2.The need to emphasize the use of biochemical variables for their effective role in the diagnosis of weaknesses and strength by the coach and players for easy handling later.

Abstract: للتمرينات بالوسائل المساعدة اهمية كبيرة في اعداد اللاعب بدنيا ومهاريا خصوصا المبتدئين بما تتميز بها من خصائص لتهيئة الرياضيين اذ ان اهمية التمرينات تكمن في اشتراك اكبر عدد ممكن من العضلات مع تحسين المهارات واكتساب ربط اجزاء الحركة وان اهم فائدة للتمرينات بالوسائل المساعدة هي توسيع الادراك الحسي لدى اللاعب خاصة اذا ما تم اعداد تلك التمرينات بالوسائل المساعدة وفقا للمتغيرات البيوميكانيكية التي تسهم في نجاح الاداء بشكل كبير حيث ان تنظيم التمرينات واستخدام الطرائق العلمية واستثمار الاساليب التعليمية المبنية على الاسس الصحيحة هي النهج العلمي الذي يراد منه رفع المستوى التعليمي وتحقيق اهداف العملية التعليمية بشكل فعال وجعل هذه التمرينات ملائمة لرغبات وميول اللاعب لتحقيق خبرات تعليمية اضافية. تجلت اهمية البحث في ان التمرينات الخاصة التي تبنى وفق اسس علمية صحيحة وسليمة ضمن القدرات البدنية والذهنية للاعبي كرة القدم باعمار(13 - 14) سنة لها اثر كبير في التسريع بعملية التعليم للمهارات الرياضية ومنها تعلم مهارة دقة التهديف من الثبات وبالتالي تثبيت البرنامج الحركي للمهارة واختصار الجهد والوقت وهذا ما يسعى اليه التعلم الحركي في تعليم المهارات الرياضية .اما مشكلة البحث فقد تجلت في متابعة الباحث للعديد من الوحدات التعليمية في المدرسة التخصصية بكرة القدم في قضاء الناصرية لاحظ ضعف في اداء مهارة دقة التهديف من الثبات ناتج عن قلة استخدام الوسائل المساعدة وضعف في منهجية التمرينات المستعملة على وفق بعض المتغيرات البيوميكانيكية التي قد لاتراعي مواكبه التطور العلمي المبني على اسس ومفاهيم علمية دقيقة تراعي الفئة العمريه الصغيرة (13 - 14) سنة التي تتطلب التركيز على بناء البرنامج الحركي الصحيح لهذه المهارة وتثبيته للوصول الى اداء فني افضل ودقة التهديف من الثبات بكرة القدم ولاسيما وان هذه الفئة العمرية ينبغي التركيز على بناء البرنامج الحركي الصحيح للمهارات الرياضية والذي يستوجب على المدربين الاستفادة من الجوانب العلمية ولاسيما المتغيرات البيوميكانيكية التي تشكل المفصل الاساسي في ضبط حركات اللاعب وصولا الى تحسين الاداء الفني ودقته كل هذه الاسباب مجتمعة دفعت الباحث للقيام بهذه الدراسة من خلال اعداد تمرينات بوسائل مساعدة مبنية على الاسس الميكانيكية لكي يتسنى امام العاملين في هذا المجال العمل بالنتائج التي يتم الحصول عليها قيد الدراسة. وهدفت الدراسة الى اعداد تمرينات خاصة بوسائل مساعدة في تعلم مهارة دقة التهديف من الثبات على وفق بعض المتغيرات البيوميكانيكية للاعمار 13 - 14 سنة بكرة القدم,والتعرف على تاثير التمرينات الخاصة بالوسائل المساعدة في تعلم مهارة دقة التهديف من الثبات وقيم بعض المتغيرات البيوميكانيكية للاعمار 13 - 14 سنة بكرة القدم في الاختبارات البعدية البعدية للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية اما فرضا البحث فقد تجلت في وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعديه في تعلم مهارة دقة التهديف من الثبات بكرة القدم ولصالح الاختبارات البعديه, وكذلك وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة احصائية في الاختبارات البعدية البعديه للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية في تعلم مهارة دقة التهديف من الثبات بكرة القدم , وتضمن الباب الثاني الدراسات النظرية اذ تناول الباحث موضوعات ذات علاقة بالبحث ومنها التمرينات الخاصة والوسائل المساعدة ومفهوم التحليل الحركي وكذلك التحليل البيوميكانيكي لحركات الانسان الرياضي والتحليل البيوميكانيكي بكرة القدم بالاضافة الى المبادئ الاساسية للتهديف ودقة التهديف وكذلك تناول الباحث الركلة الحرة المباشرة بكرة القدم فضلا عن الدراسات السابقة ومناقشتها. واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين المتكافئتين (الضابطة والتجربية) ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي, لذا تم اختيار مجتمع البحث بالطريقة العمدية متمثلا بالمدرسة التخصصية لكرة القدم في محافظة ذي قار باعمار (13 - 14) سنة للموسم الرياضي (2016 - 2017) والبالغ عددهم (30) لاعبا, اما عينة البحث فقد شملت (20)لاعبا وهم يمثلون ما نسبته (%66.66) من المجتمع الاصلي وقد قسمت الى مجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية وبواقع (10)لاعبين لكل مجموعة وقد تم ادخال المتغير التجريبي المتمثل بالتمرينات الخاصة والوسائل المساعدة على المجموعة التجريبية اما المجموعة الضابطة فقد اعتمدت على الاسلوب الاعتيادي من قبل المدرب, وبعدها قام الباحث بعرض النتائج التي تمت جدولتها ومن ثم تحليلها ومناقشتها مناقشة علمية مستندا الى المصادر العلمية المتاحة لديها ,وفي ضوء النتائج ومناقشتها توصل الباحث الى استنتاجات عدة اهمها ان استعمال التمرينات الخاصة بالوسائل المساعدة له تاثير ايجابي في تحسين كافة المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية لمهارة دقة التهديف من الثبات بكرة القدم للمجموعة التجريبية, حققت المجموعة التجريبية تطورا معنويا في قيم كافة المتغيرات البيوميكانيكية من خلال المقارنة بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي لمهارة دقة التهديف من الثبات بكرة القدم وهذا ما اظهرته نتائج المتغيرات من فروق بين المتوسطات. اما اهم ما اكدت عليه الدراسة من توصيات فهو ضرورة استعمال التمرينات الخاصة بالوسائل المساعدة في تعلم مهارة دقة التهديف بكرة القدم وذلك لاهميتها وقدرتها في اعطاء المتعلمين افضل تصور حركي للاداء الفني اعتمادا على المتطلبات والاسس الميكانيكية قياسا بالاسلوب التقليدي وكذلك ضرورة الاعتماد على الاسس الميكانيكية لتحقيق عنصري الاداء الفني ودقة التهديف وذلك من خلال التعامل المناسب لوضعية الركلة وذلك بضبط الجزء المختص من سطح القدم الملامس للكرة وتاثير ذلك على السرعة المتجهة وخط سير الكرة ضرورة اعتماد الاسس الميكانيكية لتحقيق عنصر دقة التهديف وذلك من خلال التعامل المناسب لوضعية الركلة وذلك بضبط الجزء المختص من سطح القدم الملامس للكرة وتاثير ذلك على السرعة المتجهة, وكذلك اوصى الباحث على ضرورة اعتماد التدرج المنطقي والموضوعي في تعلم مهارة دقة التهديف من الثبات بكرة القدم من خلال تجزئة هذه المهارة الى مراحلها او اقسامها الثلاثة بدءا بمرحلة التعجيل وانتهاء بعملية ركل الكرة التي تؤدي الى تحقيق افضل النتائج لعملية التعليم من خلال توافقها مع المتطلبات والاسس الميكانيكية. | The importance of research in the number of exercises and special aids based on the basis of scientific correct as well as the use of educational tools that take into account the age group according to the biomechanical variables that will install the motor program of skill and thus shorten the effort and time and this is what seeks to learn the dynamic in the education of sports skills, To achieve a better technical level in the performance of the direct strike in terms of direct technical performance, accuracy, speed for this age group and put it before the trainers and workers in this area to improve the technical performance of direct free kick and then adopt exercises and facilitators To assist in the education and training process.The problem of research was manifested in the follow - Abstract: تلعب الوسائل المساعدة دورا هاما في نجاح عملية التعلم كونها جزءا لا يتجزا منها ، فضلا عن ذلك فهي تشكل دور جوهري في اثراء عملية التعلم ، لا سيما وان هذه الاساليب والوسائل المساعدة يجب ان تتوافق وتتلاءم مع قابليات المتعلمين من جهة وبالامكانيات المتوافرة من جهة اخرى فهي تعمل على تسهيل عملية تعلم المهارات الاساسية ، ومن هنا جاءت اهمية البحث في محاولة الباحث الاسهام في استعمال وسائل مساعدة تعمل على تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بتنـس الطاولـة للمبتدئين بعمر (10 - 12) سنة ، مما يساعد على الاقتصاد بالجهد وتوفير الوقت ، زيادة على ذلك ان هذه الوسائل قد تكون اداة مفيدة في متناول المدربين الذين يشرفون على تدريب المبتدئين في تنس الطاولة . اما مشكلة البحث فتكمن في قلة الوسائل المساعدة وعدم توافرها في ايدي المدربين مما كان السبب وراء اهتمام الباحث في استعمال وسائل مساعدة وان مهارات تنس الطاولة تحتاج الى وسائل مساعدة من شانها ان تساعد وتسهل عملية التعلم واعدادها للنهوض بواقع العملية التعليمية للمبتدئين في المركز التخصصي لتنس الطاولة ، لتكون حجر الاساس وركيزة مهمة للوصول الى المستويات العليا .وكانت اهم اهداف البحث : 1 - اعداد وسائل مساعدة في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بتنـس الطاولـة للمبتدئين بعمر (10 - 12) سنة .2 - التعرف على تاثير الوسائل المساعدة في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بتنـس الطاولـة للمبتدئين بعمر (10 - 12) سنة . اما فرضا البحث فتمثلا بالاتي : 1 - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية معنوية بين نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية (الاداء الفني والدقة) للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بتنـس الطاولـة للمبتدئين بعمر (10 - 12) سنة ولصالح الاختبارات البعدية .2 - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية معنوية بين نتائج الاختبارات البعدية (الاداء الفني والدقة) للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بتنـس الطاولـة للمبتدئين بعمر (10 - 12) سنة ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية . واستعمل الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين المتكافئتين الضابطة والتجريبية ، وبلغت عينة البحث (16) لاعبا مبتدئا من لاعبي المركز التخصصي بتنـس الطاولـة المبتدئين بعمر (10 - 12) سنة في محافظة ذي قار ويشكلون نسبة (66.66%) من مجتمع الاصل ، قسموا عشوائيا وباسلوب القرعة على مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية وبواقع ( 8 ) لاعبين مبتدئين لكل مجموعة ، وتم تطبيق المنهج التعليمي المتبع من قبل المدرب على المجموعة الضابطة ، اما المجموعة التجريبية فقد طبقت المنهج التعليمي باستعمال الوسائل المساعدة والمعدة من قبل الباحث ، اذ اشتمل المنهج على (24) وحدة تعليمية ، وبواقع ثلاث وحدات في الاسبوع لكل مجموعة ، زمن الوحدة التعليمية (90) دقيقة ، سبقه اجراء الاختبارات القبلية للمهارات الاساسية قيد البحث ، وبعده تم اجراء الاختبارات البعدية ، واستخدم الباحث الحقيبة الاحصائية (SPSS) التي من خلالها استعمل الباحث الوسائل الاحصائية والتي كان اهمها : اختبار (t) للعينات المترابطة - اختبار (t) للعينات المستقلة . ومن خلال النتائج التي وصل اليها استنتج الباحث مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان اهمها الاتي : 1 - ان الوسائل المساعدة المعدة من قبل الباحث كان لها دور فعال في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بتنس الطاولة (الاداء الفني - الدقة) للمبتدئين بعمر (10 - 12) سنة .2 - تفوق المجموعة التجريبية التي استعملت الوسائل المساعدة المعدة من لدن الباحث على المجموعة الضابطة في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بتنس الطاولة (الاداء الفني - الدقة) للمبتدئين بعمر (10 - 12) سنة .3 - استعمال الوسائل المساعدة له اثر ايجابي في تفاعل المتعلمين في اثناء التمرين وحضورهم .وبناء على نتائج البحث اوصى الباحث بـ : 1 - ضرورة التاكيد على استعمال الوسائل التعليمية المساعدة التي صممها الباحث لما لهامن دور ايجابي في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بتنس الطاولة (الاداء الفني والدقة) للمبتدئين بعمر (10 - 12) سنة .2 - التاكيد على التفكير في ايجاد وسائل تعليمية مساعدة لتطوير المهارات الاساسية الاخرى بتنس الطاولة .3 - تعميم استعمال مثل هذه الوسائل ليتم استعمالها في البرامج التعليمية سواء للمدربين ام المعلمين ام المعنيين بلعبة تنس الطاولة . | The thesis contains five chapters where the first chapter contains the introduction and the importance of the research. Abstract: حظي موضوع انتقال اثر التعلم باهتمام كبير من العلماء والمختصين في مجالات علم النفس والتعلم الحركي، ويظهر انتقال اثر التعلم عندما يتعلم اللاعب او المتعلم حركة ما، فان السلوك الحركي الذي ينتج من خلال هذا التعلم يترك اثرا يمكن ان يستثمر في احداث تعلم حركة او عدة حركات جديدة او حديثة بشرط ان تكون هذه الحركات مشابهة او قريبة من الحركة السابقة المتعلمة، ويعد انتقال اثر التعلم جزءا مهما وفعالا في العملية التعليمية اذ يمثل جانبا في اقتصاديات التعلم وذلك من خلال مدى الاستفادة من التعلم السابق في التعلم الجديد.اما مشكلة البحث في ان المناهج التربوية توضع من قبل مختصين في هذا المجال لكنها تبقى لسنوات طويلة دون تحديث على مفرداتها بحيث تعطي مجال للمدرس من تطبيق هذه المفردات حسب البيئة المتغيرة في بيئة التعلم، كما ان المدرس يحاول دائما اضافة او تعديل في بعض المفردات من اجل خلق حالة من التفاعل بين الطالب والمدرس والبيئة التعليمية وبما ان موضوع نقل اثر التعلم قد اغفل تطبيقه كحالة مهمة للمساعدة في تعليم المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم اذ تعطى المهارات اثناء تنفيذ المنهج بشكل لا يراعي مبدا نقل اثر التعلم ولمختلف الفئات العمرية وكمحاوله من الباحث لوضع تسلسل مهاري لتنفيذ مفردات المنهج الدراسة الثانوية لمادة كرة القدم.وكانت اهداف البحث : 1. التعرف على تاثير نقل اثر التعلم العمودي في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم للطلاب بعمر (13 - 12سنه) وفق مستوى المهارة (لديهم مهارة - ليس لديهم مهارة).2. التعرف على تاثير نقل اثر التعلم العمودي في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم للطلاب بعمر (16 - 17 سنة) وفق مستوى المهارة (لديهم مهارة - ليس لديهم مهارة).3. التعرف على مقدار نسب انتقال اثر التعلم العمودي لمجموعات البحث الضابطة والتجريبية وحسب العمر ومستوى المهارة.وتم تحديد عينة البحث فقد تكونت من (40) طالب من طلاب الاول متوسط وبنسبة مئوية 47,05% و(40) طالب من طلاب الخامس الاعدادي وبنسبة مئوية 54,05% وقد تم تقسيم كل مرحلة دراسية بصورة عشوائية الى مجموعتين مجموعة ضابطه بواقع 20 طالب ومجموعة تجريبية بواقع 20 طالب كما تم تقسيم هاتين المجموعتين ضمنا الى مجموعة لديهم مهارة بواقع 10 طلاب واخرى ليست لديهم مهارة بواقع 10 طلاب، وقد تم عمل نفس الاجراء مع طلاب الصف الخامس الاعدادي حيث تعلمت المجموعة التجريبية المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم وفق نقل اثر التعلم العمودي بينما تعلمت المجموعة الضابطة المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم وفق المنهج المتبع من قبل المدرس. واستخدم الباحث الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة لاستخراج النتائج.ومن خلال النتائج تم التوصل الى الاستنتاجات الاتية : 1. لنقل اثر التعلم العمودي تاثير ايجابي في تعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم للطلاب ممن لدية مهارة وليس لدية مهارة للمرحلتين العمرية (13 - 12) سنة، (17 - 16) سنة.2. تفوقت المجموعات التجريبية ولكل مرحلة عمريه والتي تعلمت وفق مبدا نقل اثر التعلم العمودي على المجموعات الضابطة في تعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم وفق مستوى المهارة.3. ان مقدار التحسن لدى الفئة العمرية 12 - 13 سنة افضل من الفئة العمرية الاخرى 16 - 17 سنة في بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم.4. حققت المجموعات التجريبية ممن ليس لديه مهارة ولكلا المرحلتين العمريتين مقدار نسبة تحسن بالنسبة المئوية لانتقال الاثر اكبر من المجاميع الاخرى وبجميع المهارات. | The subject of the transmission of the learning impact has gained unlimited prominence by scientists and specialists in the areas of psychology and motor learning. When a player or learner learns a movement, the movement’s behavior brought about by this learning would leave an effect that can be invested in learning a movement or several new or modern movements, provided that these movements are similar or approximate to the previous learned movement. The transmission of the impact of learning is a crucial and effective part of the learning process; it is a part of the economics of learning through the extent to which previous learning is benefitted to new one. Because the educational curricula are developed by specialists in this field but they remain for many years without updating their vocabulary so as to give the teacher to apply these words according to the changing environment in the learning environment, and the teacher is always trying to add or modify in some vocabulary to create a case of Interaction between the student and the teacher and the educational environment As the subject of transferring the impact of learning has overlooked the application as an important case to help in teaching the basic skills of football as skills are given during the implementation of the curriculum does not take into account the principle of transfer of the impact of learning and different age groups and as a researcher to develop the skill hierarchy Y vocabulary curriculum for high school football material.The research objectives are : 1. To identify the impact of vertical learning on the development of some of the basic skills of football for students of age (12 - 13 years) as per skill level (skilled - unskilled). 2. To identify the effect of transmission of the vertical learning impact in learning some of the basic football skills for students aged (16 - 17 years) based on skill level (skilled - unskilled).3. Identify the percentage of transmission of the vertical learning effect of the control and experimental research groups according to age and skill level.The sample of the research was composed of (40) students of the first average and 47.05% and 40 students of the fifth grade and 54.05%. Each study stage was divided randomly into two groups of the officer group by 20 Student and experimental group of 20 students. The two groups were also divided into a group with skill of 10 students and others without skill by 10 students. The same procedure was done with the fifth grade students. The experimental group learned the basic skills of football according to the transfer of the impact of vertical learning While the control group learned the basic skills of football The approach taken by the teacher. The researcher used the appropriate statistical means to extract the results.Through the results, the following conclusions were reached : 1. The impact of vertical learning has a positive effect on the teaching of some of the basic skills of football for students who have skill and not skill for the ages (12 - 13) years (16 - 17) years.2. The experimental groups and each age stage, which learned according to the principle of transferring the impact of vertical learning on the control groups, have succeeded in teaching some of the basic skills of football according to skill level.3. The improvement in the 12 - 13 age group is better than the other 16 - 17 age group in some basic football skills.4. Experimental groups with no skill and both age stages achieved an improvement in the percentage of impact transmission greater than other totals and all skills.

Abstract: تجلت اهمية الدراسة في الحصول على معلومات علمية دقيقة من خلال التحليل البيوميكانيكي لاساليب حائط الصد للاعبي الاطراف من مركزي (4) و(2) لمعرفة نواحي القوة والضعف في اداء هذه الاساليب فضلا عن معرفة مستويات القوة المبذولة التي تتناسب مع طبيعة كل اسلوب من اجل الارتقاء بالاداء الفني لهذه المهارة باساليبها المتنوعة وبيان قيم خصائصها البيوميكانيكية لكل اسلوب البرامج للوصول بالاداء الى مستوى افضل ، وتجلت مشكلة البحث من خلال قلة المعلومات عن الاساليب المتبعة في حائط الصد وكذلك الافتقار الى قيم اهم المتغيرات البيوميكانيكية لهذه الاساليب والتي تختلف بقيم متغيراتها وخاصة ميكانيكية الدفع بين اللاعبين وعلى اختلاف هذه الاساليب نجد ان هناك تناقض في الاراء حول هذه الاساليب كونها لم تخضع للتجربة العلمية والعملية باتباع المداخل البيوميكانيكية لدراسة الاداء المهارى ومنها مدخل القوة والتعجيل اللحظي ومدخل دفع القوة والتغير في كمية الحركة بالاضافة الى المتغيرات البيوميكانيكية الاخرى لان الملاحظة الذاتية لاتستطيع تحقيق المتطلبات الميكانيكية بدون اعتماد الملاحظة العلمية المقننة واساليب القياس العلمية ومنها منصات قياس القوة والتحليل البايوميكانيكي لمتطلبات الاداء التكنيكي لهذه المهارة - قيد الدراسة ، وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على قيم بعض الخصائص البيوميكانيكية لاساليب اداء حائط الصد (الخطوة - التقاطع - الركض) لمركزي (4) و2)) للاعبي المنتخب الوطني بالكرة الطائرة ، والتعرف على الفروق في قيم بعض الخصائص البيوميكانيكية لكل اسلوب من اساليب حائط الصد (الخطوة - التقاطع - الركض) بين مركزي (4) و2)) للاعبي المنتخب الوطني بالكرة الطائرة ، ، وتضمن الباب الثاني الدراسات النظرية اذ تناول الباحث موضوعات ذات علاقة بالبحث ومنها التحليل البايوميكانيكي لحركات الانسان الرياضية والتحليل البايوميكانيكي بالكرة الطائرة بالاضافة الى حائط الصد بالكرة الطائرة، فضلا عن الدراسات السابقة ومناقشتها. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي باسلوب المقارنة، اما مجتمع البحث فقد تم اختياره بالطريقة العمدية وهم لاعبو المنتخب الوطني العراقي بالكرة الطائرة وكانت العينة تمثل ما نسبته (42.85) من مجتمع الاصل ، واستخدم الباحث اله تصوير فيدوي ومنصة قياس القوة ، وتم تحليل النتائج بواسطة البرمجيات الخاصة بالتحليل الحركي ، واختبار اداء مهارة حائط الصد والوسائل الاحصائية ، بعدها قام الباحث بعرض النتائج التي تمت جدولتها ومن ثم تحليلها ومناقشتها مناقشة علمية مستندا الى المصادر العلمية المتاحة لديه ، وفي ضوء النتائج ومناقشتها توصل لباحث الى استنتاجات عديدة منها : - ان متغيرات سرعة الانطلاق والزاوية النسبية لمفصل الكاحل والزاوية النسبية لمفصل الركبة في اساليب حائط الصد الثلاث في المركز (2) اكبر مما عليه في المركز (4) بسبب الدفع الناتج عن استخدام عينة البحث للرجل المفضلة وهي الرجل اليمين ، وان قيمة اقل فرق معنوي ولمركزي ( (4و (2) كان لصالح اسلوب الركض يليه اسلوب التقاطع ومن ثم اسلوب الخطوة وذلك يعود الى زيادة القسم التحضيري بسبب الزيادة في مسافة الاقتراب | The important of this study has present in getting an accurate scientific informations through the biomechanical analysis for the styles of blocking for the two lateral players in positions(4) &(2) to know the sides of strengthens and weaknesses in rendering these styles as well as knowing the levels of potential that relate in proportion with the nature of each styles for the sake of ascending the technical performance to this skill with its verity styles and clearing its biomechanics values for each style in order to set the true training programmes to reach for rendering to better level ,the problem of the thesis lay in the weakness in rendering the styles of blocking that result from the unclearing of biomechanical informations which control the nature of performing these styles could leading to the reduction the level of its performance in rebuff the offensive balls as well as the rarity of care for this skill according to its biomechanical characteristics in training also in concentrating in training to the middle player in training this skill more care than training the players of the two parties (4)&(2) that we perceive occasionally the performance of this skill individually by the middle player which lead to reduction the level of performance in comparison with other basic skills.The study also aims to cognize to the values of some biomechanical characteristics for the performance of styles of blocking (step,cross,run) for the two position(4)&(2) in thesis sample and the cognize of the differences in values of some biomechanical characteristics for every styles of blocking performance (step,cross,run) between the two positions(4)&(2) in thesis sample ,Chapter two implies the theoretical study ,the researcher dealt with subjects that relating with the thesis like the biomechanical analysis for human sport movements and the biomechanical analysis in volleyball as well as the blocking in volleyball as well as the previous studies and discussing it.The researcher used the descriptive syllabus as a style of comparison ,the society of thesis had been determined by using the deliberated method which represent by the national Iraqi team of volleyball ,the researcher used a video camera and a stage that measuring power after that the results had been analyzed by special software which relating motor analyzing and testing the performance of blocking and the statistic means,after that the reaearcher view the result which were tabulated and then analized and discussed a scientific discussion in relating to the available scientific sources ,and according to results and its discussion the researcher reach to many conclusions; the variables of speed and relative angle for ankle joint and the relative angle of knee joint in three blocking styles in position(2) bigger than in position(4) because of the repulse which resulting from the using of favored leg in thesis sample which is the right leg, and the value of less moral difference for position(4)&(2) was in favor of running style and then the crossing followed by the step style and that because of the increasing of the preparatory section and the increasing of access distance, and there's amoral differences for the variables of utmost power - time of reaching the power of absorption and the area under the curve in crossing and running styles between positions(4)&(2) in favor of (2) because the using of the right leg which leading to increasing the values of utmost power for final push and it manifest during the testing of less moral difference for the variable of utmost power the existence of moral differences in favor of running technique and then the crossing followed by the step and the reason in that relating the clear difference in technical performing method for the techniques of blocking and the difference of the length of access distance.

Abstract: ان التطور السريع الذي يمر به العالم شمل جميع مجالات الحياة المختلفة اذ ان التطور والتقدم جاء نتيجة للدراسات والافادة العلمية من العلوم الاخرى المختلفة ومن هذه المجالات مجال التربية الرياضية التي مرت بقفزات نوعية سريعة جراء استخدام العلوم وكيفية تطبيقها في مجال تخصصهم بغية الارتقاء بالمستويات الرياضية . وتكمن اهمية اجراء البحث من خلال اعداد تمرينات خاصة لتطوير بعض من القدرات البدنية والوظيفية والمهارة الضربة الساحقة الخلفية لدى الشباب لتكون وسيلة يستعين بها المدرب في وضع الاهداف والخطط المستقبلية وتقنين الاحمال التدريبية وفق ذلك . وتلخصت مشكلة البحث باعداد تمرينات خاصة ، بسبب ضعف اللاعبين في بعض القدرات البدنية خصوصا القوة بانواعها التي لها الدور لنجاح الضربة الساحقة الخلفية والضعف الواضح للعضلات الخلفية للذراع التي لها الدور الاكبر في العمل وكذالك وعدم قدرة اللاعب في التعامل مع المواقف بعد تحرك الريشة في المناطق الخلفية يقوم اللاعب بردها بعد ان ياخذ خطوة جانبا او يسارا او بعد ارجاعها بضربة دفاعية وضياع الفرصة تحقيق نقطة ، واعداد تمرينات خاصة تسهم في تطوير بعض القدرات البدنية من ثم تحقيق الانجاز الافضل.وهدفت الدراسة الى اعداد تمرينات خاصة ، والتعرف على مدى تاثير تمرينات خاصة في تطوير بعض القدرات البدنية والوظيفية والمهارة الضربة الساحقة . وافترض الباحث بان هناك وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة احصائية في تاثير تمرينات خاصة في تطوير بعض القدرات البدنية والوظيفية ومهارة الضربة الساحقة الخلفية ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية .اما اجراءات البحث الميدانية فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذا المجموعتين المتكافئتين التجريبية والضابطة، على لاعبي نادي الاندلس التخصصي ، حيث كان مجتمع الاصل (16) لاعبا من فئة الشباب وتم اختيار هذه العينة بشكل عمدي من خلال اخذ ( 6 ) لاعبين للمجموعة الضابطة و( 6 ) للتجريبية، وقد استبعد ( 4 ) لاعبين اخرين لاغراض التجارب الاستطلاعية حيث تمثل عينة البحث نسبة (75%) من مجتمع الاصل، حيث ان المجموعة الضابطة تؤدي التدريب البدني والمهارة المعتاد عليها من قبل المدرب دون ادخال اي وسيلة او الادوات التي اعدها الباحث اما المجموعة التجريبية فانها تؤدي المتغير المستقل (تمرينات خاصة ذات الادوات والوسائل المساعدة ).وبعد قيام الباحث بالتجارب الاستطلاعية واجراء الاختبارات القبلية، طبق الباحث تمرينات خاصة التي اعدها والتي استغرقت (12) اسبوعا حيث بدات اول وحدة تدريبية يوم 25/3/2016 واخر وحدة تدريبية يوم الاربعاء 17/6/2016 وبواقع (3) وحدات تدريبية يومية في الاسبوع، وبعد قيام الباحث بالاختبارات البعدية والحصول على البيانات الخام قام بمعالجتها احصائيا من خلال تطبيق القوانين الاحصائية على النتائج النهائية التي تمر عرضها وتحليلها ومناقشتها ومن خلال النتائج توصلت الباحث الى اهم الاستنتاجات : ان تمرينات خاصة اثبتت فاعليتها بصورة افضل في تطوير القدرات البدنية والمتغيرات الوظيفية الاداء المهاري للضربة الساحقة لدى افراد عينة البحث التجريبية، وان المنهاج التدريبي لافراد عينة البحث الضابطة لم يحقق المستوى في تطوير الاداء المهاري لافتقاره التمارين الخاصة بالشدد والاحجام المناسبة والتي تحتوي على الادوات والوسائل المساعدة للارتقاء بالقدرات البدنية خصوصا القوة وهذه تمرينات خاصة قد دمجت بين تمرينات القدرات البدنية والاداء المهاري ، وايضا كيفت اللاعب وظيفيا وحدوث التكيف الذي يحتاجه اللاعب بعيدا عن استنفاذ جهد واستخدام طريقة التدريب الفتري المرتفع الشدة المناسب للارتقاء بدنيا ووظيفيا. ويوصي الباحث بالعمل على الاهتمام بهذه المهارة كونها من المهارات الهجومية التي تحسم النقطة مباشرة وتحول اللعب من دفاعي الى هجومي ،وضرورة الاهتمام بالتمرينات البدنية الخاصة التي تعمل بمحاكات الاداء المهاري لما لها من تاثير في تطوير الجانب المهاري، والاستفادة من تمرينات خاصة باستخدام الوسائل المساعدة ، لما اظهرته من تاثيرات ايجابية في الاداء البدني والمهاري . | The rapid development the world experiencing covers all areas of life, the development and the progress came from studies and scientific benefit from various other sciences, and one of these fields is physical education that went through fast quality jumps by using science and applying them in their fields of specialties in order to raise the levels of sport. The importance of the study lies in making specialized exercises to develop some physical and functional abilities and back hand smach skill for youth badminton players so it could be a method used by the trainer to make goals and future plans and to ration training loads accordingly. The research problem concluded in making specialized exercises, because of the weakness of the players in some physical abilities, especially power that has the major role for rare crushing blow success and the weakness in rear muscles of the arm that has the major part in working, also the inability of the player in dealing with the situation after badminton movement in the back that forces the player to hit it only after taking one step to the right or the left and send it back in a defense hit that make him miss the chance to score a point, also to make specialized exercises that improves some physical abilities then achieving the best achievement.The study aimed for making specialized exercises, and to identify the effect of those exercises in developing some physical and functional abilities and back hand smach skill. The researcher assumed that there are significant statistical differences in the effect of specialized exercises in developing some physical and functional abilities and back hand smach skill for the experimental group.The researcher used the experimental method in the field search measures with two experimental and control group, on Basra specialized team, where they were (16) youth players and it was taken vertically by taking (6) players for the control group and (6) for the experimental one, and (4) were eliminated for exploratory reasons, and the research sample were (75%) of the original community. The control group took the physical and skill training without using the researcher tools or methods, but the experimental group took the independent variable (specialized trainings with tools and aids.After doing the experiment and the tests, the researcher applied the specialized trainings which it took (12) weeks, and the first training unit started 25/march/2016 and the last training unit was on 17/June/2016 in a fact of (3) training units each day in the week, and after finishing the post tests and receiving the data, the researcher had it analyzed statistically through statistical bag (SPSS) in order to get the final results and to present, analyze and discuses them, and through those results the researcher has concluded the following : The specialized trainings has proven to be better in developing the physical abilities and functional variables for performing the crushing blow for experimental individuals, and the control group individuals didn't make the same level of development to their abilities because it lacks the specialization and the right sizes that has the tools and aids to upgrade the physical ability especially power. These trainings have mixed between physical abilities and skilled performance, and also adapted the player functionally without using much effort to upgrade his power and skill.The researcher recommends on the importance of working with this skill as it is considered an offensive skill that conclude the point and transfers the game from defense to offense, and the importance of specialized physical trainings that works on simulate the skilled performance for it effects the proficiency side, and to make benefit of the specialized trainings by using aids, for what it showed positive effects in the physical and skill performance.

Abstract: حيث تطرق الباب الاول على المقدمة واهمية البحث فطرائــق التــدریب الریاضــي واسالیبه تهــدف الــى تطــویر مــستوى الاداء الریاضــي وصــولا الــى تحقیــق مستویات من الانجاز العالي في الالعاب الریاضیة كافة وتنوع هذه الطرائق والوسائل التدریبیة واختلاف تاثیراتها حفز الباحثین والمهتمین في التدریب الریاضي الى اختیار الطریقة والوسیلة التدریبیة الاكثر تاثیرا والتي تساعد في الوصول الى افضل المستویات. وتعـد طريقة التدريب التبادلي مـن الطرق الحدیثـة المستخدمة في العاب القـوى ، وهي تـدریبات تشتمل على التغير في مكونات الحمل (الحجم ، الشدة ، الراحة ) بالتدرج بالارتفاع والانخفاض في المكون التدريبي بين التكرارات داخل المجموعة الواحدة او المجموعات . وكما اهتم المتخصصون بالتمارين التخصصية للمسابقات الرياضية واعتبرت هذه التمارين بمثابة ادوات تخصصية يعتمد عليها المدرب في سرعة التقدم وضمان تحقيق الاهداف الموضوعية لبرامج التدريب ، ومن اجل الارتقاء بفعالية 3000 متر موانع استخدمت التمرينات التخصصية بالتدريب التبادلي لاجل الوصول الى افضل مستوى ممكن . وتكمن اهمية البحث في اعداد تمرينات تخصصية بالاسلوب التبادلي ومعرفة مدى تاثيرها لتطوير بعض القدرات البدنية وتحسين مستوى انجاز لاعبي سباق 3000 متر موانع . وتكمن مشكلة البحث في ان مستوى انجاز 3000 متر موانع ليس بالمستوى المطلوب حاول الباحث دراسة هذه الفعالية وتناول جانبا مهما واساسيا منها والمتمثل بالناحية البدنية .وهدفت الرسالة الى تصميم تمرينات تخصصية بالتدريب التبادلي لفعالية 3000 متر موانع .وافترض الباحث وجود فروق معنوية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية في متغيرات البحث للمجموعة التجريبية ولصالح الاختبارات البعدية . - الباب الثاني تضمن الدراسات النظرية تضمن الباب الثاني التدريب الرياضي واهميته وكذلك طرق واساليب التدريب الرياضي كما تطرق الباحث الى التدريب التبادلي ، والقدرات البدنية ومراحل الاعداد والتحمل ، والعاب القوى . اما الباب الثالث فقد احتوى على منهجية البحث وعلى عينة تمثلت بلاعبي نادي ( نفط الجنوب والميناء ) للموسم 2015 - 2016 والبالغ عددهم ( 6 ) بنسبة 60% من مجتمع الاصلي والبالغ ( 10 ) وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية وامتد البحث من 22/ 11 /2015 لغاية 16 /10 /2016 وقد جرت الاختبارات على ملعب المدينة الرياضية في البصرة حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي قام بالتاكد من تجانس والتكافؤ العينة بجميع المتغيرات قيد الدراسة ، وقد تم تقسيم العينة الى مجموعة ضابطة وتجريبية بواقع ( 3 ) لاعب لكل مجموعة وتم تطبيق التمرينات التخصصية ضمن فترة الاعداد الخاص ، لمدة ( 10 ) اسابيع بواقع ( 3 ) وحدات تدريبية في الاسبوع كما احتوى هذا الباب على وسائل جمع المعلومات والاختبارات والقياسات فضلا عن المعالجات الاحصائية . اما الباب الرابع فتضمن عرض وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج الخاصة بمتغيرات البحث ( تحمل السرعة ، وتحمل القوة ، وانجاز 3000 متر موانع ) وتم توضيح ذلك من خلال الجداول والاشكال البيانية اما الباب الخامس فقد تضمن الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي توصل اليها الباحث واهمها - ان استخدام طريقة التدريب التبادلي كان لها الاثر في تطوير تحمل القوة وتحمل السرعة وانجاز 3000 متر موانع . وفي ضوء الاستنتاجات تم التوصل الى بعض التوصيات : - - على المدربين زيادة استخدام التمرينات التخصصية خلال فترات الاعداد وخاصة في فترة الاعداد الخاص .

Abstract: اذا تطرقت الباحثة فيه الى اهمية الانموذج البنائي والى مهارة التصويب بكرة السلة وما تشكله هذه المهارة من اهمية بالنسبة الى لعبة كرة السلة. وتكمن اهمية البحث في تسليط الضوء على استعمال اسلوب حديث في عملية تدريس مادة كرة السلة وهو (انموذج التعلم البنائي )، لتكون هذه الدراسة اضافة جديدة من خلال تطبيق هذا الانموذج الحديث ليسهم في تعليم وتطوير الاداء الحركي والمهارى من خلال تنمية التفكير والاستكشاف وكذلك معرفة مدى فاعليته في هذه اللعبة. اما مشكلة البحث فتكمن بقلة استعمال هذا الانموذج وهو احد النماذج البنائية المهمة والحديثة في المجال الرياضي بالاضافة الى قلة الابحاث العلمية التي تناولت هذه الدراسة في مجال مادة كرة السلة وتركيز المناهج على الطرق الاعتيادية المتبعة من قبل المدرس التي تولد الملل لدى الطلاب , لذا ارتات الباحثة اجراء هذه الدراسة بشكل اوسع لانها جديرة بالبحث والدراسة . ويهدف البحث الى : - - اعداد منهاج تعليمي وفق الانموذج البنائي لتعليم بعض انواع التصويب بكرة السلة للطلاب. - وكذلك التعرف على تاثير الانموذج البنائي في تعليم بعض انواع التصويب بكرة السلة للطلاب. وقد افترضت الباحثة ما ياتي - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية معنوية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ولصالح الاختبارات البعدية في تعليم بعض انواع التصويب بكرة السلة للطلاب. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية معنوية بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في تعليم بعض انواع التصويب بكرة السلة في الاختبارات البعدية ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية.وشملت مجالات البحث ما ياتي : - 1ـ5ـ1 المجال البشري : طلاب المرحلة الاولى - كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة - جامعة ذي قار - للعام الدراسي( 2015 - 2016م ) 1ـ5ـ2 المجال الزماني : المدة الواقعة من 13 / 12 / 2015م ولغاية 13 / 10 / 2016م .1ـ5ـ3 المجال المكاني : ملعب كرة السلة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة - جامعة ذي قار . اما فيما يخص الدراسات النظرية فقد تطرقت الباحثة الى مباحث متعددة تتعلق بانموذج التعلم البنائي ومهارات التصويب بكرة السلة، كما تم عرض الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع البحث ومناقشتها. اما اجراءات البحث فقد تم استعمال المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته مشكلة البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من(30) طالب من طلاب المرحلة الاولى /كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة/ جامعة ذي قار للعام الدراسي (2015 - 2016م) ، اذ تم تقسيمهن الى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة المجموعة الضابطة تستعمل الاسلوب المتبع من قبل مدرس المادة، والمجموعة التجريبية تستعمل الانموذج البنائي وقد استغرق تنفيذ التجربة مدة (6اسابيع) بواقع وحدتين تعليميتين في الاسبوع وبعد الانتهاء من مدة التجربة اجريت الاختبارات البعدية في متغيرات البحث التجريبية وللمجموعتين . بعدها قامت الباحثة بعرض النتائج التي تمت جدولتها ثم تحليلها ومناقشتها مناقشة علمية مستندة على المصادر العلمية المتاحة لديها.وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية الملائمة تم التوصل الى العديد من الاستنتاجات اهمها : - 1 - المنهج التعليمي المعد من قبل الباحثة وفق انموذج التعلم البنائي له تاثير ايجابي في تعليم بعض انواع التصويب بكرة السلة للطلاب. 2 - تفوق المجموعة التجريبية على المجموعة الضابطة بالاختبارات البعدية في تعليم بعض انواع التصويب بكرة السلة للطلاب. واستكمالا لمتطلبات البحث تقدمت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات اهمها : - 1 - ضرورة الاهتمام بهذا الانموذج في التعلم وتشجيع القائمين على العملية التعليمية وفق انموذج التعلم البنائي لما يتميز به من خصائص ايجابية وفعالة للعملية التعليمية.2 - اجراء بحوث اخرى مشابهه وعلى عينات اخرى من كلا الجنسين. | The significance of the research lies in its highlighting the employment of a modern method in teaching the basketball course, (i.e. the Lebanese teaching model). The research, thereby, is intended to make a novel addition through the application of this modern model and contribute to the teaching and development of motor skill performance by means of thinking and exploration development as well as recognizing how effective it is for this game. As for the research problem, it centers around investigating the shortage of the use of this model - one of the important and modern Lebanese model in the sports field - as well as, the lack of scientific research in the subject of basketball, and the concentration of curriculum, instead, on the traditional teaching methods followed by teachers which cause boredom to students. The researcher, therefore, chose to conduct this study in a further way for it is worthy of research and studyThe research aims to : 1. Build a curriculum model based on the Lebanese learning model of some basketball shooting types for students. 2. Identify the impact of the Lebanese model on learning some types of basketball shooting for students.In order to verify the research’s objectives, the researcher has formulated the following tested hypotheses : 1. There are statistically significant differences between pre - and post - testing for the two experimental groups and control group in learning certain types of basketball shooting for students, and in favor of the post - testing. 2. There are statistically significant differences in learning certain basketball shooting types for students between the experimental groups and control group in respect of post - testing and in the experimental groups’ favor. Scope of Research includes the following : 1.5.1. Human sphere : First stage undergraduate students - College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences - University of Dhi - Qar - Academic Year, 2015 - 2016.1.5.2. Temporal sphere : The time - frame from 13 / 12 /2015 and until 13 / 10 /2016.1.5.3. Spatial sphere : The playground of the College of Physical Education and Sport Science - University of Dhi Qar.As for the theoretical background, the researcher touched upon multiple researches on the Lebanese teaching curriculum model on basketball shooting skills. She also reviewed and discussed previous studies associated with the subject matter of research.As to the research’s methodology, the experimental approach has been used as it is suitable for the research problem. The research sample consisted of 30 undergraduate students of the first stage at the college of physical education and sport Sciences, Dhi - Qar University for the academic year 2015 - 2016. The students have been divided into two experimental and one control groups. While the control group used a regular college curriculum, the two experimental groups followed the Lebanese model. The experiment lasted for duration of 6 weeks and two educational units for each week. In the aftermath of the six - week course completion, tests were given to the students to measure any experimental research variables of the two groups.After the data has been analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, a number of conclusions have been reached, including : 1 - The Lebanese - based curriculum model which was designed by the researcher and adopted in the research has resulted in a positive impact on having students learned certain types of basketball shooting.2 - The experimental groups have upstaged the control group at post - testing in learning certain types of basketball shootings.Supplementing the research requirements, the researcher has presented a set of recommendations, including : 1 - The need to pay attention to this form of learning, and encourage those in charge of the educational process on the use of the Lebanese model due to its positively effective sides on the educational process.2 - Working on multiplying studies and researches allocated to the use of other models of learning in the areas of education and training, especially in the field of basketball skills.

Abstract: تضمنت الرسالة على خمسة ابواب حيث تطرق الباب الاول على المقدمة واهمية البحث تكمن اهمية البحث من خلال وضع تمرينات لمحاولة تقليل التعب الناجم عن جهد المنافسات والاحمال التدريبية مرتفعة الشدة مما يسمح لهم الاستمرار بالاداء اثناء المباريات وطوال فترة المنافسة, اما مشكلة البحث فهو انخفاض قدرات لاعبي كرة اليد البدنية بشكل ملحوظ خلال الدقائق الاخيرة اثناء المباريات وخصوصا صفة القوة الخاصة مما يعيق اداء بعض المهارات الاساسية كالمهارات الهجومية والدفاعية , اما الباب الثاني فقد تطرق الى كل ما يتعلق بموضوع الرسالة من حيث القدرات البدنية والمهارات الاساسية والمتغيرات الكيموحيوية . اما الباب الثالث فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي وباسلوب العينتين المتكافئتين التجريبية والضابطة وكانت عينة البحث لاعبي نادي النصر لكرة اليد الشباب والتي مثلث 33.3% من مجتمع البحث وقد قام الباحث بتجانس وتكافؤ افراد العينة ثم قام الباحث بعد اجراء التجارب الاستطلاعية باجراء الاختبارات القبلية لعينة البحث ثم بعد مرور ثمانية اسابيع تم اجراء الاختبارات البعدية ، وقد اهتم الباحث ان يكون المنهج في فترة الاعداد الخاص وبواقع ثلاث وحدات تدريبية في الاسبوع . اما الباب الرابع والذي تم فيه عرض وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج والتي كانت لصالح المجموعة التجريبية نتيجة استخدام التمرينات المقترحة اما اهم الاستنتاجات والتوصيات فكانت : - ان التمرينات المستخدمة من قبل الباحث زادت من تكيفات العضلة لمواجهة الجهد المبذول وبالتالي حافظت على المكونات الكيموحيوية داخل العضلة . - يوصي الباحث باستخدام التمرينات المقترحة من قبل المدربين المحليين لرفع مستوى القوة الخاصة لدى لاعبي كرة اليد الشباب وتاخير ظهور التعب . | The letter to the five - chapter where he touched the first chapter on the foreground and the importance of research lies The importance of research through the development of exercises to try to reduce the fatigue caused by rivalries effort and loads of high intensity training, allowing them to continue performance during matches and throughout the competition period, The research problem is the drop players handball physical capabilities significantly during the last minutes during the games and especially prescription strength, thereby hindering the performance of some of the basic skills, such as offensive and defensive skills. Abstract: The experiences of human in his childhood affect his future life effectively, therefore, the community that represented by specialists of educational, social psychological aspects must find the right alternative to take care of and protect this destitute class and help them to continue in living and getting good life, and depriving the student form the care of his parents, this will effect on the growth of his character, studies have been proved that students who live with their parents are more adherent to their ideals, values and reincarnation of parents’ characters, and they characterized by the growth of their health and personal compatibility, while the destitute students suffer from weakness in the psychological compatibility and lack of health care.Guidance programs are mainly aimed to students’ reach to the self and social compatibility, and provides the right situation for the student to work on the development of their tendencies, attitudes and compatibility with the environment that they are living in it, it also helps them to take their own goals that match to their abilities and potentials.As to the research problem, through the researcher’s following up to the role of the orphans, she noted that there are no guidance programs which depends on playing, to develop the psychological compatibility, and this matter which was required to work on, which is preparing guidance program depending group play and to know its effect on the psychological compatibility improvement which contributes to create fun atmosphere, empathy, respect, positive interaction and strengthening of social relations between orphanages’ students.The research aimed to the following : - 1 - preparing guidance program using group play of the orphanages’ students.2 - codifies the scale of the psychological compatibility of orphanages’ students in Al - Nasiriyah.3 - identifying the psychological compatibility of orphanages’ students.4 - identifying the impact of the guidance program using group play on some of the physical fitness elements like pretests and post - tests.The researcher has used the experimental approach with one experimental group style because it suits the problem nature that wanted to be researched, the experimental approach is considered as “the closest methods of research to solve problems in scientific way".Where it has been identified the research’s community from the orphanages’ students which their number is (50) students and with ranging ages of (10 - 12) years. The research sample contained of (40) of the orphanages’ students with (80%) of the original community, (5) students for the exploratory experiment and (5) students for the stability sample.The program included (16) sessions with two sessions per week and the duration of each session is (45) minutes, including the first session which is a session of introducing and welcome, and the closing session in which the post - measurement and evaluation of the program will be carried out, after preparing and before apply it, it was presented to the arbitrators, some modifications and additions were made by the arbitrators and it has taken into account.Where the most important conclusions were reached, as : - 1 - The guidance program using group play that is prepared by the researcher is able to improve the psychological compatibility and develop the physical qualities of the research sample.2 - group play has an efficiency and positive impact in the improvement of the psychological compatibility of the orphanages’ students.3 - superiority of the research sample in the post - tests of some of the physical fitness elements like (strength, speed, flexibility, endurance, agility).4 - The application of the program using group play has made students to participate actively and create an atmosphere of fun and joy and cooperation among them and with the community.The most important recommendations were : - 1 - it is necessary to interest of the guidance programs that depending on the group play in the orphanages.2 - using the guidance program with group play, that is used in this research, on other classes and ages.

The research society defined the sample in a deliberate manner. Physical tests were applied as well as the tools and tests used in the research with the conduct of the exploratory experiment and included statistical treatments for research. Previewing results and discussing them : - This chapter included presenting the results and discussing them statistically in a set of tables for the purpose of discussing them in a scientific manner and providing them with scientific sources to reach a discussion that achieves the research objectives. Conclusions and recommendations : - The most important conclusions are : - 1. There is a significant correlation between ground movements in gymnastics and some compatibility abilities. 2. The contribution ratios for each variable of the harmonic capacity variables were shown to be an effective ratio, indicating the close correlation between the variables of the research 3 Harmonic abilities (compatibility - static balance - moving balance - agility - motor speed - transition speed - flexibility - muscular ability) are important in integrating the performance of ground movements in gymnastics. 4. Create final predictive equations in which the performance of the gymnastics players can be predicted in terms of some compatibility abilities. Recommendations 1. The possibility of adopting the prediction equations extracted by the researcher as a means of comparison for the prosecution and upgrading the skill level of the gymnastics players. 2. The interest in providing gymnasiums in the gymnasiums within the economic situation or replacing them with alternative things if they are not available for successful training 3. Abstract: تكمن اهمية البحث من اهمية التفكير والتجريب ومن ثم التعرف على فاعلية اساليب تعمل على اشتراك المتعلم بصورة مباشرة في عملية التعليم ضمن مجموعة من سلسلة من وحدات متتابعة لتحقيق اهداف تعليمية باشراف المدرس وتوجيهه في تنمية الجانب المعرفي للطلاب وبعض مهارات سلاح الشيش لرياضة المبارزة . بينما تمثلت اهداف البحث في اعداد منهاج تعليمي وفق (الموديولات التعليمية) لتدريس الجانب المعرفي وبعض مهارات سلاح الشيش لرياضة المبارزة. والتعرف على فاعلية المنهاج المعد على الجانب المعرفي وبعض مهارات سلاح الشيش لرياضة المبارزة. كذلك فرض البحث وجود فروق معنوية بين نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية وللمتغيرات المبحوثة للمجموعة الضابطة والتجريبية ولصالح الاختبارات البعدية. وكذلك وجود فروق معنوية بين نتائج الاختبارات البعدية للمتغيرات المبحوثة بين المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية . اما الفصل الثاني فقد اشتمل على الدراسات النظرية والمشابهة اذ تطرق الباحث الى اسلوب الموديولات التعليمية في التدريس والجانب المعرفي وبعض مهارات سلاح الشيش لرياضة المبارزة، بالاضافة الى دراستين مشابهتين حول استخدام الموديلات التعليمية.اما منهج البحث فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته طبيعة مشكلة البحث, وقد تحددت عينة الدراسة بمجموعتين تجريبيتين استخدمت المجموعة الاولى اسلوب الموديولات التعليمية والمجموعة الثانية الاسلوب الامري, وقد اشتمل الفصل الرابع على وضع القيم في الجداول من خلال استخدام وسائل احصائية تم تطبيقها وفق النظام الاحصائي (spss ver 15 ) توصل الباحث الى بعض الاستنتاجات ان استخدام (االموديولات التعليمية، الاسلوب الامري) له تاثير ايجابي في تدريس الجانب المعرفي وبعض مهارات سلاح الشيش. الا ان الافضلية كانت للموديلات التعليمية. وان استخدام الموديولات التعليمية اعطى نوع من الاستقلالية والدافعية وتبادل الافكار والاراء من خلال عمل المجاميع مع امكانية الرجوع الى المدرس في حالات معينة. ان التوصيات فكانت امكانية.اعتماد تدريس الموديولات التعليمية في الدروس النظرية والعملية في كليات التربية الرياضية بدلا من الاعتماد الخبرات الذاتية للمدرس واعتماد اساليب وطرائق تدريس متعددة في درس التربية الرياضية للاهمية الكبيرة في اغناء عملية التعليم وزيادة الدافعية والرغبة, بالاضافة الى توفير الجهد والوقت لكل من المدرس والطالب | The thesis included five - points : Introduction and the importance of research : the importance of research base on thinking and experience then recognize the effectiveness styles that base on participate of learner directly in his teaching which including a group of series of following units to achieve an educational aims under supervision and guidance of the teacher to reach and rising the knowledge side to students in some of shish weapons skills for fencing sport, while , the research aims included a preparing educational curriculum according (educational techniques ) to studying knowledge side and some of shish weapons skills for fencing sport . acknowledging the effectiveness of preparing curriculum on knowledge side and some of shish weapons skills for fencing sport . Also the research imposes significant differences between results of facing and dimensional tests and research variables for adjusting group and experienced for dimensional tests . also there are significant differences between dimensional tests results for research variables between the two groups (adjusting and experienced ) for experienced group . The second chapter contained a theoretical studying and similarities, the scholar refer to style of educational techniques in teaching knowledge side and some of shish weapons skills for fencing sport added to two similarity studying around using educational techniques . As for research curriculum scholar use experienced curriculum because its suitable the nature of research problem . the studying has determined two experienced groups , the first group used the style of educational techniques , the second group used the command style ,as for chapter four included putting value in listing through using statistical methods according to statistical system ( spss ver 15 ) . the scholar conclude that using (educational techniques , command style ) have positive effect in studying knowledge side and some of shish weapons skills . but the best was the educational techniques , the using of educational techniques gives kinds of independent , motivation and exchanging thoughts and opinions through making groups with ability to return to the teacher in some points . The recommendations were the capability of teaching the educational techniques in theoretical and practical studying in college of physical education instead of depending on self - experiences for teacher , depending styles and different studying ways in physical education lesson for its big importance to enriching teaching process , increasing motivation and desire, added to offer the effort and time for both teacher and student .

This physical training included aerobic exercises using low intensity interval and continuous training along with a proper nutritional diet that work together on using the additional glucose to produce energy and remove the excessive amounts of it from the blood. It also reduced the percentage of fat, reduces weight and improves some physical, functional and biochemical variables in second type male diabetics of the ages 30 - 38 years old. The subjects were compared to second type male diabetics who use medicine and diet as means for treatment.Problem of the Study : There is a great increase in people suffering from second type diabetes especially in the young generations. This increase may be due to lack of physical activity, not attempting to cure the disease through low intensity physical activity. Thus the researcher proposed using low intensity interval and continuous training that suit second type diabetics of the ages 30 - 38. In addition to that, many diabetics turn to medicine for cure and ignore the impact of physical activity while others use both medicine and physical activities without checking the functional, biochemical and physical aspects of their treatment and how it may affect their injury level after applying the program. Thus the researcher proposed standardizing therapeutic programs for diabetics and distributing intensities, frequencies and periods according to the level diabetes. Aims of the Study : 1. The subjects were (14) second type male diabetics of the ages 30 - 38 years old. Conclusions : The researcher came up with the following conclusions : 1. The proposed physical exercises showed significant statistical effect in favor of the experimental group in most variables of the study.2. Abstract: احتوت الاطروحة على خمسة ابواب : مقدمة البحث واهميته التي تمثلت بالسمنة التي تبدو الاكثر انتشارا في الوقت الحاضر ,حيث ارتفعت معدلات السمنة بين الاطفال والمراهقين في السنوات القليلة الماضية , ونتيجة لتقدم التكنلوجي وتغير انماط الحياة المتمثلة بالجلوس ساعات | The dissertation comprised five chapters. The first chapter afforded an introduction to the study and its significance which lies in the problem of fatness that is widely spread presently. The ratio of fatness among children and teenagers has increased recently due to technological advances, life - style change as in sitting to watch TVs for long hours, unorganized and unhealthy ways of eating in addition to insufficient kinetic activities which are of great influence on improving the functional, physical and psychological sides as a child is learning and acquiring bodily and social experiences. They are also of help in improving kinetic abilities which are, in turn, assist in child acquisition of good and harmonic complexion and increasing the elements of excitement and fascination which are playing focal roles in encouraging a child to continue playing. Thus, there should be more interest and children care. Various studies conclude that this fretting increase in the ratio of fatness among children is becoming a global phenomenon according to the recommendations of the WHO, and, as well, it has bodily, psychological and social effects on children which result in making them shy and secluded from others. This might reach to autism at certain cases due to their feelings of disrespect among their peers because of their overweight and the shape of their body as well as a target of joking in school. Moreover, they will tend to be shy in practicing kinetic activities with their peers of normal weights. Therefore, the significance of this study is setting a kinetic - musical program along with modified diet for children as the major priority of the researcher in the present time of fatness increase and its negative consequences on child and adult health.The problem of the study : finding a solution to protect children from shyness resulting from fatness which is a reflection of the lack of movement and the preference of sitting watching TV for long hours, the absence of parents' encouragement for their children to practice sports in addition to bad nutrition habits including fast food that is containing high calories accompanied by soft drinks and sweets as well as not choosing healthy food which will result in fat accumulation in the body leading then to various psychological symptoms like anxiety, tension, shyness, despair and even self - trust loss as a result of their dissatisfaction with their body forms. Therefore, the researcher finds it compulsory to set a kinetic - musical program to improve their health and psychological status.The study aims at : - Setting a kinetic - musical program for children aging (9 - 10) years. - Identifying the impact of the kinetic - musical program on decreasing fatness among children of (9 - 10) years. - Knowing the effect of the kinetic - musical program on decreasing shyness among sample members of (9 - 10) years.The researcher hypothesis that : - There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post - tests of the controlling and experimental groups in decreasing fatness among elementary school pupils of (9 - 10) years. - There are statistically significant variations in the pre and post - tests between the two groups in decreasing shyness among elementary school pupils of (9 - 10) years. - There are statistically significant differences between the controlling and experimental groups in the posttest on the scale of decreasing fatness and coyness among elementary school pupils of (9 - 10) years.Scopes of the study are : 1. The human scope : the (12) female pupils who were included in the program aging (9 - 10) years.2. The periodic scope : the period from Oct.2.2014 to Jan.29.2015.3. The spatial scope : Alkhamael Elementary School. The second chapter included previous studies and literature in the field in which the researcher has referred to a group of topics in relation to the study.In chapter three, the researcher followed the experimental approach. The sample of the study is deliberately selected comprising of (12) chubby female pupils aging (9 - 10) years. Applying the program took the period of (12) weeks, two educational units per week, thus the total educational units reached up to (24). This chapter also contained the tools, devices data collection methods and procedures of the research in choosing and determining the measures used in the study, the scientific bases of measuring shyness, the pre and post - tests in addition to using the suitable statistic tools. In the fourth chapter the researcher is interested in showing, analyzing and discussing the results gained from the pre and post tests as well as finding out the significance of the differences via presenting them in tables, followed by an analysis of these tables and discussing them strengthened by scientific sources.The researcher concluded that : 1. The kinetic program attached to music that is set by the researchers has a positive influence on getting rid of fat in accordance to body folds thickness in the experimental group. 2. There is a positive impact of the kinetic program on the harmony of the body via reducing body weight and the ratio of fat in the body.3. The kinetic program is of positive effect on lessening the ratio of coyness which positively reflected in the psychological sides of the pupils and increased their self - trust as well as developed their social relations. The researcher recommended the following : 1. Putting a strategy for educational institutions in order to edify and guide schools of the importance of physical education class compared to other classes as this topic is of great importance in the (physical, health and psychological) growth and preparation so as to form a complete growth of child personality.2. The necessity of medical care centers to be interested in educating and guiding families to regulate child food and taking care of those who are suffering from fatness, how to modify wrong nutrition habits and behavior, alarming families in case of child over - weight, assisting them in choosing the suitable types of food and main dishes for their children along the day as the family is the having the main responsibility concerning their children's health.

Since the researcher is well - informed about some pregnant exercises , she has prepared low impact free aerobics exercises for pregnant women during the 3rd trimester with a number of measurements and tests to detect the impact of low impact free aerobics exercises on pregnant woman regarding gained weight during the last months of gestation and after delivery , her health fitness , and child's weight after birth. The problem of the study was represented by disinclination of pregnant women of practicing sport exercises due to their fear of the bad impact of such exercises on their safety and their child's or due to their wrong belief that sport practice will cause abortion or severe pain or even premature delivery , in additionto reduce the over - weight of pregnant women , particularly during the 3rd trimester , which is characterized by increased body weight. The aims of the study included : - preparing low impact free aerobics exercises for pregnant women aged 30 - 35 years. - Identifying the effect of low impact free aerobics exercises on the variables of the health fitness , as well as child's and mother's weight after birth. - Identifying child's and mother's weight before and after birth.The researcher hypothesized that : - there are statistically significant differences between pre and post tests of some health fitness variables. - There are statistically significant differences between the pre , middle , and Monthly tests regarding mother's and Baby's body weight.The domains of the study included : Human domain : a sample of (6) pregnant women whose ages ranged from 30 - 35 years during the 7th month of pregnancy.Temporal domain : The period from 18/3/2014 to 18/8/2014.Spatial domain : Al - Rashaqa exercise hall / at the University of Baghdad.Chapter two : included theoretical and similar studies : In this chapter , the researcher included theoretical studies related to the researcher's topics. The chapter also involved the most important similar studies with their analysis and identification of the differences between these studies and our present study.Chapter three : Methodology and field procedures of the research : The researcher used the experimental method for sample study , who were (6) of pregnant official women whose ages ranged from (30 - 35) years and selected by deliberate way after confirming their safety throughout using the readiness of the pregnant woman for sport activity practicing form. The researcher has distributed these forms to sport experts and usedthe most selected tests. The validity of these tests and exercises were confirmed after they were reviewed by gynecologists. The researcher has shown the importance of explorative experiment and the methods of doing the tests and measurements (pre and poist) and the program of low impact aerobics exercise with the mechanism of accredited loading mechanism regarding stress and volume. The results were finally classified and treated statistically using the suitable statistical methods.Chapter four : included review and analysis of measurements and pre and pro tests and all variables , which were discussed by scientific method based on specific scientific references.Chapter five : Conclusions and recommendations : the researcher concluded the following points : 1 - There was no impact of aerobics exercise on (fats , weight and peripheries).2 - There is a slight effect in maximum oxygen consumption 3 - There was a positive impact of the grip strength 4 - There was a positive effect of vertebral column flexibilityThe researcher recommended the following : 1 - Encouraging pregnant women to practice sport exercises within physical and health fitness programs before pregnancy and during pregnancy months (under medical supervision) until delivery.2 - Performing different studies regarding pregnant women and subjugating them to physiologic tests to identify the effects of sport practicing on mothers and children.3 - Reliance on methodology prepared by the researcher using (low impact aerobics) and it's practices in all physical and health fitness centers for the benefit of pregnant women 4 - Maintaining the normal body weight increase during gestation period to preserve mother's and child's health

These different variables and ages have had probably several effects on the content of school and university curricula as a contributed environment to the development of human thought working to raise the scientific level to its highest by applying scientific theories. People have different ways of thinking and that what make them uniquely different by means of using several methods of thinking that may change with time. Educational institution especially schools and universities, therefore, seek to help community and students acquiring different ways of thinking. And, since the core of interest in Physical Education focuses on helping the learner to reach the ultimate stage of creativity in motor and mental skills together, new learning techniques like Guided Discovery and Divergent styles are required. Taking handball in particular as interesting and exciting sport, basic motor skills and specially shooting is the corner stone of this sport. The importance of this study, therefore, implies in identifying the role of the Guided Discovery and the Divergent learning styles in developing thinking styles as well as its role in learning shooting.The Problem of the StudyThe answer of the following question underlines the problem of this study : • Do the Guided Discovery and the Divergent learning styles have any effect on thinking styles and shooting in handball for girl student? Aims of the Study Identifying the effect of the Guided Discovery and the Divergent learning styles on developing thinking styles and shooting in handball for girl students , Identifying the effect of the best styles in developing some thinking styles and shooting in handball for girl students.Theoretical Studies : In this chapter, the researcher referred to learning styles and their types like the guided discovery and divergent learning styles. She also referred to thinking styles and their types like compound, perfect, practical, analytical and realistic thinking in addition to shooting styles and their types like standing shoot, front jump shoot, high jump shoot and fallaway shoot.An experimental method has been used in this study. Subjects of 48 girl students for the academic year 2011 - 2012 were randomly chosen from the second stage/ Physical Education College for Women/ Baghdad University. Groups were divided, conveniently with the problem of the study, into two experimental groups and one controlled group. The first experimental group of girl students section (A) used the guided discovery style, the second experimental group of girl students section (w) used the divergent style and the third controlled group of girl students section(D) used the followed style. These methods were used to learn the skill of shooting in Handball. The groups submitted to pretests (cognitive and skilled), teaching program application, and posttests (cognitive and skilled). This chapter also included the apparatuses, instruments and means used in this study. The field procedures included determining the measurement of thinking styles, some shooting styles, their test, pre tests, application of the curriculum, post test and all statistics used. Results were displayed and study variables were discussed in this chapter. The results showed statistical significant differences between the pretests and post tests and between the pretests of the groups. The aims were achieved and the hypotheses were verified accordingly.Conclusions : 1. The guided discovery and divergent styles have an effect on developing some thinking styles and learning some shooting types. 2. The (followed) style has no effect on developing some thinking styles, yet it has an effect on learning some shooting types.3. The divergent and the followed styles have surpassed other styles in developing compound thinking style.4. The guided discover style has surpassed in practical thinking style.5. The guided discovery and divergent styles have surpassed in developing standing shooting and fallaway shooting in handball.6. The guided discover style has surpassed in developing front jump shooting and high jump shooting in handball.Recommendations : 1. The necessity of using the guided discovery and divergent learning styles in the practical application of learning shooting skills in handball for their positive effect on learning skills.2. Emphasizing on using different kinds of learning styles by the teacher to help the students in good thinking, analyzing, research, creativity and diversity.3. Conducting similar studies on the guided discovery and divergent learning styles for the rest of the basic skills in handball and on other stages in the Physical Education College for Women.4. Abstract: نظرا لاهمية التجديد في البدائل التعليمية للتوصل الى الافضل في التعليم المؤثر واهمية البحث عن الاستفادة من التداخل بين المهارات المتشابهة وغير المتشابهة في الالعاب المختلفة وتاثيرها على التعلم. وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على تاثير التداخل بين مهارات التنس | The study investigates the effect of interference between similar and un similar skills in acquisition , retention and forgetting in tennis and A squash skills for beginners. And what the advantages from interference , what the best group in learning and retention.The method includes (40) subject from the beginners average ages was between (10 - 11) years. They divided four equal experiment groups enrolled at the center sport in Babylon. The groups equivalent in four skills , two from tennis and two from A squash. The test include accuracy of for hand and back hand in tennis and A squash.The first groups practically changing between for hand and back hand in tennis , then for hand , back hand in A squash secondly , practiced for hand in tennis and A squash thirdly , practiced (4) units tennis skills , and (4)units A squash skills , fourthly practiced for hand then back hand in tennis , after that for hand then back hand in A squash sequence. The result revealed a significant effect between pre - post tests for all groups.Also , there were different development between groups learning. The best groups was the third group in learning , retention and little in forgetting tennis and A squash.The recommendations of the study were to use : The interfered between similar and un similar skill in teaching with different organization in different time. and using retention test for measurement of learning.Also recommended to use another interference in other games.

Then was a mental tests, in which the homogeneity and parity groups account and then proceeded to application of two programs which took (8) weeks of (3) training units weekly, totaling (24) units.The researcher concluded : 1 - The training program by single and compound methods has a positive effect on some physical and cognitive abilities and focus attention for both groups.2 - The results was significant between pre and post test for both groups. Part III : the research methodology and procedures of the field : This section contains the research methodology and procedures of the field as the researcher used the method more than two unequal Altjeribiboslob suitability of the research problem and the research sample included students on the first phase consisting of (36) student, and is the experimental groups, as follows to : The first experimental group : This group approach the application of vocabulary training before the start of the mental part of the unit applied after explaining the educational part of the pre - school education. Second experimental group : apply the vocabulary of the mental approach to training after a performance of 3 - 5 iterations of the performance in the application.The experimental group three : apply the vocabulary of the mental approach to training before the end of the application.Control group : The performance of skill, according to the traditional approach prepared by the school article. And also contained on the means and tools and hardware information - gathering and selection of physical tests and skill for the compression of the research and experiment exploratory and action research to test the tribal and the application of the curriculum and tests a posteriori, and finally contained the statistical methods used to process the data extracted. Part IV : Results and analysis and discussion : This section contains the presentation and analysis of the results of tests of the four groups and discussed for the purpose of knowing the impact of the curriculum of the variables studied by the researcher.Part V : Conclusions and recommendations : Researcher was able to reach conclusions and recommendations the following : Conclusions : 1.That the importance of mental training approach in learning the skill of the payment of gravity.2.That the timing of the various mental training in a positive effect on learning the skill. 3.There are significant differences between the tests before and after the research groups in tests of the research.4. That the best set of experimental groups to test the level of performance is the first experimental group. 5. That cognitive speed is an integral part of the learning process because they contain two components, and cognitive speed. Recommendations : 1.Need to emphasize on the use of mental training during the learning of its importance in the acquisition of skills.2. The need for the use of vocabulary teaching aid within the mental approach to training as an aid in learning the skill. 3. Consider using different times of mental training as an aid in learning skills.4.Mind the auditory and visual skills during their presentation is a key factor contributing to the skill in bringing to mind. 5. Conduct similar research using mental training to other activities for the Games track and field.

Excellence leading sports colleges of education with a high degree of social intelligence and a high degree of decision - making.2. Leadership that is characterized by socially smart more able to make a decision.3. Results proved the existence of a relationship between social intelligence and decision society research.The researcher found a set of recommendations, including : 1.
