So researchers take the initiative to get as much as they could from it and what God helps him to study one of its specialization. I have been one of those that Holly Qura’n attracted them towards it to deal with a part of its specialization, therefor the tittle of my thesis is “The verses of getting back in Holly Qura’n - Subjective study - ” The concept of research grew up through the invaluable lectures which were presented by our instructors during preparatory term. The instructors have been shedding lights on the Qura’n verses which have similar meaning and different references within the Qura’n text, that is why the concept deeply rooted in my thought, and the tittle started rooming in my imagination and the college council approved it, so I have started hard work. After the inventory the words of thesis are 32 word that is : “Raja’ , Rada, Raga, Sadra, Sarafa, Agabh, Enklab, Aab, Afadh, Thab, Faa’, Anab, Tab, Had, Afik, Baa’ , Hara, Sara, Atib, Karh, Naks, Nakss” , whereas the verses of thesis were 520 verse.Thesis PlaneThesis included three chapters, we have taken care of its organization adopted meaning we have concluded during researching. The chapter one divided into eight sections that is : “the verses of Al rojoo’, Alrad, Alraog, Alsader, Alsarf, Alta’geeb, Alaod, Alenkelab”. In this way it comes in different meaning as the real metaphorical getting back that have the meaning of mundane and after life getting back, the return in the good and evil, the compulsory and optional return.Chapter two is divided into seven sections that are : “The verses of Alaob, Alefadha, Altaob, Althaob (Alethaba), Alfae’, Alnaob (Alenaba), Alhaod”, but the prevailing meaning is the “Good”.Chapter three included eight sections that are : “The verses of Alefek, Albao’, Alhor, Almaseer, Alatab, Alkar, Alnokoos, Alnokoos”, But the general meaning which exist in the sections of this chapter is the “Evil”.In arrangement the sections of this chapter we depend on sequence of the alphabetical letters of twenty three return words.The Important ResultsHolly Qura’n used this words for different meaning within the Qura’n text in one of the rules or stories, it is indicate to diversify of Holly Qura’n in using the Arabic language. • Holly Qura’n distinguished between the verses that included the word “Raj’a” and its forms in the meaning of transitive and the verses that included this word in the meaning of intransitive.• Holly Qura’n used reality and metaphor in the verses of this research.• This position of verses came by desirable or horrifying things.• We note how the Holly Qura’n distinguish between “Alraj’a” and “Alrad”.• We find that the alternative reading of Holly Qura’n have effect in the meaning of verses of Holly Qura’n.• Holly Qura’n used one of this words instead of another one to clearing the verse context.• Holly Qura’n varify between “Alrojoo’ ” and “Alenklab”, “Almarj’ ” and “Almunkalab”.• The positions of verses in this research that comes in the Mekkian sura characterized by wonderful suitable with its essential objects and features which comes for it.• The positions of verses that came in the Medeenian sura characterized by perfect suitable with its objects and features which came to treat it.• Holly Qura’n used some words indicate to “Good” more than its indicate to “Evil” and that is obvious in chapter two.• As it use another words indicate to “Evil” more than its indicate to “Good” and this use is the tittle of chapter three.• Some position of verses indicated to the almighty of God over the humans.• The verses which contain explanation of prophets getting back to God by “Taoba” it was not giving up sin or guilt because of impossibility committing sin by them

Abstract: Praise be to God and His blessings and peace be upon messenger Muhammed together with his family, companions and followers.This thesis entitled "Aphorism of Abu Bakr Al - Seddeeq - may God be gracious to him - on interpretation, analytic study" presented by scholar Abdullah Kadhum Edan Al - Azzaqi to the Board of Deans of Imam Al - Adham College as part of requirements for master certificate in the Islamic Theories, Interpretation Field.God has honoured this nation with the Islam message and our messenger Muhammed, God blessings and peace be upon him, as well as the Koran which recited till the doomsday, thus God has raised people to the high rank and degraded others to the lower one by Koran. He who recites Koran, understands its verses and practices them will be happy in his life and death, while he who abandons it, God will keep him un abasement on life and death.This great statute; Koran, has been held and taught to the mankind after Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him) by his good companions (may God be gracious to them) who have been educated in the Prophet's school, then they did the interpretation of God's speech and explained it to the mankind.Thus they were extinguished individuals for all good deeds and created happiness for the mankind and shifted them from deviation and ignorance to the knowledge and awareness. The greatest individual among all in succession of Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him) was Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq. He was a head in clemency, modesty, awareness, piety, honesty, faithfulness and virtue. He was eager to imitate all small or big deeds of Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him).Therefore, I be trusted in God and preferred to select the greatest man in succession of Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him) who has the most impression on the nation in the interpretation of Koran. So I entitled my thesis as "Aphorism of Abu Bakr Al - Seddeeq - may God be gracious to him - on interpretation, analytic study", for the following reasons : 1. Being honoured and enjoyed the holy book and ware of its rank upon the other scriptures.2. Interpretation science is the most honoured and important one which should get the utmost care and interest since it is the immortal speech and message if God. It should be well - understood and practiced as knowledgement is important for application.3. Our great predecessors, specially the first generation, among them is Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) have faced fierce attacks of the racialists and the destructive hidden trials that intended to detract those great men who were picked by God to be companions of his Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him), and to disfigure the holders of Muhammedan law and cut their links with the Muslim generations and be able to achieve the animosity plans against Islam by attacking it through its origins.I wish to play a role, even a small one, to defend Islam and the character of Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq.The research work is divided into introduction, three chapters and epilogue.The introduction : Meaning of Aphorism, justice, companion, companions justice, their interpretation and authentication, It consists of two research works.First Chapter : C.V. of Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) and his death. This chapter consists of four research works.Second Chapter : The impression of Abu Bakr on the verses that he was the reason of their revelation and those that revelated upon himself or declared his virtues. This chapter is sub - divided into two research works.Third Chapter : The impression of Abu Bakr on the verses that have interpertated for him, and those that he has interpretated on the light of Koran, Sunna and extracting. This chapter is sub - divided into two research works.Epilogue with the most important conclusions which among them are : 1. The speech of the companion in interpretation is considered as related to the Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him) unless he is famous of depending on the views of other religions followers or there some views on it.2. Abu bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) is known of his utmost knowledge, clemency and piety as God was most gracious to him and being companion of the Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him). He was the most sagacious man on the affinity and tells of Arab tribes, and of the most knowledge on the vision interpretation after the Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him).3. Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) was of presidential and merit in Islam for his support to the Prophet by money and life. His several stands are good evidence for being so.4. There are many evidences proved that Abu Bakr is the first Caliph who succeeded the Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him) in guiding the Islam state to the safety land.5. Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq is the first man who believed in Islam and God himself called him Al - Siddeeq (i.e. the most believer) as shown in a Koran verse and testified by Imam Ali Bin Abi Talib (may God be gracious to him).6. Every time we notice that the Kafirs (non - believers) are being unified against Islam despite their dispersion. This can be seen through the feeling of happiness of the non - believers with the victory of Magus on the Romans which is stated in a Koran verse.7. Islam is a comprehensive indivisible religion. Thus a person who could deny any of its principles should be fought even if he utters the Shahada. The evidence for such judgment is the action of Abu Bakr (may God be gracious to him) on fighting those who refused to pay Zaka.Finally I supplicate to God to let us get benefit of our knowledge, lead us to the good deeds, increase our knowledge and let this thesis merely for His sake and He is able to respond. Abstract: Praise be to God, the Master of the world, and his peace and blessings upon Mohammad - the last of the prophets and messengers - and his kind family, his Companians and all those who followed them truly to the Judgment Day.Scholars recognize the importance of Jurisprudent and its role in serving Islamic sciences and clarifying its intentions. It is considered the base on which its branches built on. Allah (Glory be to him) chooses great scientists with open minded for this purpose.Among these was Imam Al - Kazzaly (May Allah sent down his mercy on). He compiled (Al - Mustassfa) on which he gathered the last jurisprudent compilations.He focused on solving the problems and trying to narrow the difference in opininns beteween scientists of that field.According to the importance of (Al - Mustasfa) Imam Ibn Rasheeq dealt with it briefly in his book (Lubab Al - Mahssol in Elm Al - Ussol). He prefered many questions in it with the most of the scientists once and in contrast with them on other time.When I acquainted with well informed Al - Karawani's book (Lubab Al - Mahssol in Elm Al - Ussol), I found it essential supported with scientific opinions in Jurisprudent for makinga search. So I chose it a title for my search which is marked (Al - Imam Ibn Rasheeq Al - Karawani's (may Allah send his mercy on ) apinions in Al - Kitab we Al - Sunnah research from Ubab Al - Mahssol in Elm Al - Ussol book). Considering the need of the scientific research, I divided my search into two divisions : First Part : The search which I dealt with in two researchs.The First research : - Al - Imam Al - Kazzaly's life and his book (Al - Mustassfa). I mentioned that he is Abu Hamid Muhammad bin Muhammed bin Muhammad bin Ahmed Al - Twsi Al - Shafe'ei Al - Kazzaly from (Kazzalah). He was called (Zan Al - Deen) and (Hujjat Al - Islam), He was born in 450A.H. in Tws city. He was from a poor family. He looked for science at a young age and got important sciences with its copilations. That led to show the obvious effect in emerging different kinds of sciences. At his age, he was taught by many scientists. He was a teacher for many scholars. His compilations were widely in many kinds of science and knowledgement. He died in 505A.H. His book (Al - Mustassfa) was a source for the Jurisprudent scholars.The second research : - Concerning Al - Imam Ibn Rasheeq Al - Kairawani.He was the Jurisprudent, casuist Al - Imam Al - Hussain bin Atteeq bin Rasheeq bin Abdu - Allah Al - Karawanin who was known by (Ibn Rasheeq). He was born in Al - Iskandaryah city in Egypt in 549A.H. He was brought up in a highborn learned family. He travelled inside Egypt and out of it for the sake of knowledge. He was taught by many scientists whom his father was among. Also, many scholars learned by him and especially his sons. He had great deal of science, religion and patience. Many people could get their benefits from him. He died at 632A.H.. In his book (Lubab Al - Mahssol in Elm Al - Ussol), he summarized what was mentioned in (Al - Mustassfa) for his great importance in fixing the rules. Al - Imam Al - Kazzaly had transferred many of Al - Imam Al - Bakillani's opinions that filled of sources of science.He leaned in his compilating the way of (Al - Mustassfa) yet he omitted the logical introductions and the matters which could be understood in more than one solution. On other hard, he didn't permeate to the objections and the similarity that came in Jurisprudent questions in (Al - Mustassfa). He gathered many questions in one.Second Part : - He discussed it in two researches : - The first research : - Ibn Rasheeq's preferences concerning the book. It had three requests : - 1 - Is "In the name of God" considered from the Holy Quran?2 - Could the succession principle be superceded by the Digits?3 - In the Companion's proof.The second research : - It contained Al - Imam Ibn Rasheeq's preferences about the Sunnah.He divided it into five pursuit : - 1 - The definition of what statement is.2 - The permissibility of woshipping the digites statement.3 - To stipulate the number of confirming the witness and narration 4 - Mention the reason of acceptance of sampling.5 - If the pemission is away of narration. After the finish of that questions, I got some results and recommends contained both Al - Kazzaly's and Al - Karawanee's lives and preferences of the latter : - 1 - Al - Muntherie's right opinion about proving Al - Kairawanee's name and the date of his death.2 - Whither to be Persian or Arabic, Al - Kazzaly didn’t affected in his personality or opinions. Many scienticts and scholars witnessed that he built a glorious contirpution in science field.3 - Al - Imam Al - Kairawanee had proved many opinion's with evidences. Among these that : - a - To say "In the name of God" is not from the Holy Quran.b - He confirmed that digits didn’t supercede the succession.c - He accept the companion's proff supporting.d - According to the scientists saying, he supported that the saying of digites refered to supposition and it must be taken as a proof.e - He followed the scientist's opinion in stipulate the number in witness without the narration. On other hand, he contrasted with them in mentioning the acceptance of sampling. In addition to, he contrasted in accepting the permission in narration.Finally,May Aallah sent down his peace and blessing upon our guided Mohammad and his family and companions

After this journey with prophet Joseph' story (peace be upon him) and after studying the Quranic verses that talk about his story, the study reached the following conclusions : 1 - The Glorious Quran emphasizes and mentions the well - established call methodology of the prophets to their peoples. 2 - The call education has various styles as shown in the story of prophet Joseph (peace be upon him). 3 - Envy is a discommendable evil and a fire that burns the one who envies others.4 - There are many reasons behind envy and all of them are worldly and psychological shares. 5 - Satan is behind every envy, grudge, hatred and feud.6 - One of the important things for the caller to Islam is settlement between the children and the other members of the society. 7 - Adultery is an evil, regret, disgrace and shame in the worldly existence. 8 - Sight sense is the main gate to the heart and through it human may fall. 9 - Almighty Allah defends the sincere callers to his path making to the honesty and right signs that refer to them which may or may not be recognized by individuals. 10 - The faithful and sincere caller to Allah's path prefer the physical agony to disobeying Allah by falling into the temptation and wrong doing. 11 - Women are the most powerful temptation to men. 12 - The faithful and sincere caller to Allah's path should avoid the wrong doers and wrong - monger. 13 - A caller to Allah's path should take a good care of the audience because that will be so fruitful and has good results including gaining the trust of the people to guide them to the right path of Allah. 14 - The past of the caller has a great influence on the future of his call and that was represented by the good manners of the caller (prophet Joseph peace be upon him in the prison) and the impression it had on his brothers' manners.15 - Non - declaration of the disobedience has more advantages for each person that is called to the right path. 16 - The first things by which prophets started in their call to the monotheism of Allah. 17 - The deeds of the caller have more influence on people than their words. 18 - Calling to the path of Allah has characteristics relevant to the caller including non - desperation of the mercy of Allah, as the caller shouldn’t wait for outcomes nor should he ask for revenue. 19 - Paradise is the ultimate reward of patience.20 - The greatest kinds of patience is the patience and enduring by obeying Allah by accomplishing His orders. 21 - Callers to the path of Allah have important fundamentals including patience, always mentioning Allah and beseeching his mercy and assistance and their impacts on the call, depending completely on Almighty Allah, knowledge and Allah's assistance to the caller as well as funds which are important to the call. 22 - The caller to Allah's path should be honest, sincere, virtuous, forgiving, thankful, patient and who has an influence on the people.

And Yet….With the heavenly books was my travel where I have selected from them one subject which isn't less importante than Other subjects in these books. My thesis under the tittle of "recompense and punishment" asking Allah to be only for him not for any else. I have explained in the first chapter of my thesis précis about the three books after being verified I saw what range of falsification in both of Torah and the Gospel and so the numerous ways which are used to do that. As for the Noble Qur'an we don't find any falsification because Allah has under taking the task of its protection. In the second chapter I began to search in torah for the subject of "recompense and punishment" in this life and the here after this searching led me to conclude one of the most important results that is the Jews have been disbelieving the rule of " recompense and punishment " in the here after but is only found in this life as they believe in spite of there are many simple explain this rule in the here after. I have mentioned them indetail in the course of reviewing the events of the day of Resurrections beginning from the death ending with Paradise , hell fire and seen Glorified Allah. The recompense and punishment in the new testament was the subject of the third chapter in which I mentioned the most important works man can be rewarded for them according to the Gospel but there are some of works have no certain text in. The priests and monks who really fabricated these works and persuaded people to bind to them asking for reward but in case of leaving these works like marriage among kins and sodomy etc. will be punished severely.In the Noble Qura'n and I have mentioned that they are found in the here after but that doesn't prevent practice the Islamic rules and so punishing the person who breaks them in order to purify him from the committed sin , these rules I have explained them as they came in the noble Qura'n , then I mentioned in brief the most important opinion of the juries prudents about these punishments as well as the preponderant opinions. I talked in the second subject of this chapter about the recompense and the punishment in the hereafter using the same events which were mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel because they were related to all events beginning from death ending with seen of glorified Allah , I have concluded many results but the most important one is that the torment of the grave is still in the noble Qur'an and sunna. As for the day of Resurrection, I mentioned many opinions related to the case of blowing the horn ( sour ) but the preponderant one is what the two Imams Al - Qurtubi and Ibn Hajar went to say that blowing the horn is twice. I found agreement between whatCame in the Noble Qur'an and the Gospel concerning the signs which appear before the day of Resurrection like earth quake and felling the stars and so the bugle in Christianity which resembles the horn in Islam. As for the way and the form of the Resurrection I didn't find in Torah and the Gospel any thing is similar to what mentioned in the Noble Qur'an but there is agreement about the books of works in the three heavenly books concerning Saying and deeds of people which are reported and they are punished for them in the hereafter. The subject of Judgement differs entirely in Islam from Christianity in which they believe that Jesus ( upon him be peace ) is in charge of the Judgement but in the Noble Qur'an we find that the glorified Allah is the only oru who Judges , concerning the intercession we find Christians say it is only in the present life Not in the hereafter on the contrary of what came in the Noble Qur'an. In spit of the confusion in the opinions of seeing of glorified Allah in Judaism and the Christianity but there is agreement among the three heavenly books about this subject. These results are what I could get , I hope I was Successful in coverage the subject properly

I can abridge what I’ve done and what I’ve accomplished in this research : 1 - The book called the symbols colleetor “Jami Al - Romooz” is considered as one of the mothers of books in Al - Hanafi doctrine ; moreover, it hasnot becn printed yet. With the help of God , the part of this manuscript which is specified for me is being investigated (inquired) 2 - To these chapter I’ve presented a study regarding the author and what is being composed. Here you can find a brief summary for some of the results concluded, amony which : A/ I’ve confirmed the composition of the book the symbols collector “Jami Al - Romooz” to the author Al - Din Mohmmad bin Husam Al - Din Al - Qihistam Al - Hanafi. B/ None of the biography books mentioned the birth and the death of the author Itis said that his death was about (950 A.H) and being said (953 A.H) and about (962 A.H) and about (963 A.H). His family was famous for science and was well known with its scientists who were considered as great symbols of science world wide. C/ In composing his book Al - Hanafi “Al - Qihistani” followed the approach of Al - Hanafi scientists doctrine during the period when he lived. In that he depended on the books of principles and branches depended in the doctrine. D/ The book called symbols collector “Jami Al - Romooz” is considered as scientific encyclopedia in Al - Hanafi doctrine and hence it depended on many references. E/ The author had depended on the linguistic and rhetorical references in a large extent to over balance some unlikeness mutters that toke place in the doctrine it self. F/ I’ve facilitated the method of making use of the book for the reader, that is by making several appendixes added to the book.

Abstract: Ibn Tahir Al - Baghdadi was born and grew up in Baghdad. He sought knowledge and worked hard to achieve this aim, and for this reason he traveled to Nysabour until he became a prominent Imam of science in his age. Students from a various Islamic cities gathered around him and sought to benefit from his knowledge.Ibn Tahir was one of the greatest scientists who took part in renaissance. Islamic cities were rich with scientists who had done their tasks in the best way through teaching and literary composition.Political conflicts had an obvious impact on the social conditions in the 4th - 5th century. Society was divided into social classes, and the relationship between these classes was characterized as being imbalanced. This can attributed to the luxurious life style of khalifa's, princes and sultans on while the lower classes of the society suffered from poverty and spread of disease.Ibn Tahir Al - Baghdadi detained the doctrine of Al - Sunnah and Al - Jama'ah and the men followed this doctrine.Ibn Tahir Al - Baghdadi wrote a large number of books in various Islamic sciences. " AL - FARQ BAIN AL - FIRAQ" was one of his most prominent writings and was considered as one of the famous book in Al - Aqida. This book is considered as one of the depending on books by the scientists.Ibn Tahir Al - Baghdadi died in 429 a. h.

Abstract: We have traced the subject of "pledge of allegiance" in the Islamic thought, and tackled in details for the theologians and Moslem philosopher. Also, we traced the social contract for most important western philosophers who have clear touches in thatconcern, and we concluded the following : 1. the Moslem theories , especially the theologians, were restricted to reaching to a connection between making the political contract and signing it on social basis, but also the aim was finding authority that protect man and maintain his possessions in return everybody should weave his rights in the Islamic society after the era of message and companions.2. the Moslem philosophy have put important procedures in the field of linking the political authority and human society, launching from the fact that man is social being i.e.he is social in nature and just cannot live without the help of others to live and add freedom. However, all these theories remained in progress and have not seen light ofapplication; once they applied they would have drawn newlife to society.3. The Western theories, represented in the most remarkablethree thinkers Jacque Jean Russo, John Luke and Hopistake the social contract as basis to establish the state in freeagreement between individuals.4. Russo depended on his theory on the basis that the contractwas made on a contract named the First Contract whenpeople where in "natural state". When they moved to thestate of society, the contract was made between them andthose representing him. Their will met in a person who wasthe representative of general will i.e.'the sum of all wills. Inthat weave of all rights, the sum is authority that has theright to putting the ruler aside whenever they desired.5. While the theory of John Luke was based on the fact thatpeople in the natural state need are free and happy in theirfreedom, because they behave freely whenever they desire.However, when there were taboos for them whether they donot want or cannot do, their interests were conflicted andthey needed contracting to maintain the right of each for theaggressions and violence of others.6. For Hopis, he depicted society as huge entity thatterminates all. those conflicting with it, and that state isrepresented in the King whom Hopis granted all thevalidities and made him do whatsoever. That king is notresponsible before people, but he is charged before Godonly. He did not leave to people the right to disobey theKing unless when the matter relates to life, whenever kingspassed that right, people have the right to revolt and rise up.While the rest rights, as far Hopis is concerned, have beensubmitted to the king by people, under the plea of divineauthority theory.7. Not all Islamic theories that have been applied on Earthapproaches the theory of "Social Contract" whether thedocument called "the Paper of Madina" posed by theProphet (Peace be on him), which has been the base of thestate on one hand and a social contract on the other of firstrank. That the society was governed by traditions andconventions that the Prophet did not attempt to revoke buthe maintained them, and also maintained the rights of Jewsas well as Moslems. Had the Islamic nation returned to thepure fountains of message era, they would have witnessedthe Prophet (Peace on him) was not only pretending but inreality with social root, that made loyalty is for doctrine andnot for tribe and blood shedding, however the polytheist aretheir kinships. Thus, Islamic state in'the era of the Prophetwas prosperous state in which you can be proud. Herecommended all the occupied in the field of Islamicthought to concentrate their work on the state of Prophet,because the more researcher searches, the more things hewould discover as it has been a divine state not secular one.God best knows the souls His creatures that He does notpose a thing not suited them. If nature, as the Westernphilosophers claim, as chaotic and scattered, then God hasarranged it and made it subject to rules.8. Also, I invite the researchers to trace the doubts thataroused against the issue of the state of Prophet (Peace onHim) and - try to refute them. The more we moved awayfrom our great tradition, we have do not have but resortingto almighty God. As Omar (God be Blessed with him) said"we are a nation whom God graced with Islam, if we askedfrom other than God we will be humiliated". Now, we arein lowness for being away from the essence of our greatreligion. The woman is an outstanding being, nobody gave her right as Islam, and she had been aggrieved first by Islam people when the moslem man stoped against her to paralyze a great element of progress; and she found herself between two bitter problems; either she lives paralyzed and out of order, or rebels and goes to the illusion of the west civilyzation, in both cases the loser is the moslem society.While the islam and its legislation are made by our god, valid in every time and place, in conformity with that Islam is the last divin law and interested with any life details with different diversity in time, place, and condition.Many variables and changes are taking place in the subject of woman.So our research will deal with one of very important thing now a days, where the woman began to do new jobs, and took higher position in the state such as ministries and parliaments and managing big works.The jurists were between permission and prohibition. So I liked to take my part in this research and analysis by the help of god, and I hope to success in declarating the openions of our jurists, and going out with an adequate openion according to our sharia and our country conditions, also declaring the state law in this case.So it requires avariety of references of jurisprudence, juristic policy, and law.
