Abstract: يقف البحث على المباحث والجهود اللغوية في كتاب توحيد المفضل، والتراكيب والاساليب اللغوية التي استعملها الامام الصادق عليه السلام في كتاب توحيد المفضل، ومن ثم يبحث صور ورودها عند الامام الصادق عليه السلام، ودلالاتها في سياق كلامه عليه السلام.واثر سياق هذه التراكيب والاساليب في التوحيد وتوجيه المنكرين للتوحيد والقائلين بغيره وفق استعمال تراكيب معينة لذلك. وتزدد اهمية البحث في هذا النص نظرا لانتشار الالحاد في ذلك الوقت وكذلك؛ لانه يعد من النصوص التي تعود الى احد الائمة المعصومين عليهم السلام. ويتالف البحث من تمهيد عن حياته عليه السلام وقبس من حياة تلميذه المفضل، ثم الفصل الاول التي يتكون من المباحث الصوتية ، والتكرار الصوتي، ويتكون الفصل الثاني من المستوى الصرفي الذي تناولنا فيه ابنية الاسماء والجموع والمصادر والمشتقات والافعال، وعقدنا الفصل الثالث للمستوى التركيبي وفيه الجملة ونواسخها فضلا عن الاساليب النحوية الشائعة، اما الفصل الرابع والاخير فكان للمستوى الدلالي، وتناولت فيه التقابل الدلالي وما ورد منه في توحيد المفضل وكذلك الالفاظ الدخيلة والمعربة، وختمته بالظواهر اللغوية في الكتاب، وتوصل البحث الى عدة نتائج اهمها ان تعريف اللغة المشهور هو للامام الصادق عليه السلام وليس لابن جني وان ابن جني اخذه من الامام عليه السلا شكلا ومضمونا.
