دراسة تاثير الاشعة السينية في انزيم البيروكسيديز وفي حركية التحلل لعدد من الاحماض الامينية == A study of the Impact of X - Ray in Peroxidase Enzyme and in the Kinetics Hydrolysis for some of the Amino Acids

Abstract: يتضمن البحث دراسة تاثير الاشعة المؤينة ( الاشعة السينية X - Ray) على بعض المركبات الكيموحيوية .اذ تم دراسة التحلل الاشعاعي للمحاليل المائية لانزيم البيروكسديز بشكل دقيق تحت ظروف تجريبية مختلفة ودراسة او تاثير الاشعة السينية على فعالية انزيم البيروكسديز في الحالة الصلبة (الجافة) وفي حالة المحاليل المائية . اظهرت النتائج ان التاثيرات في المحاليل المائية اكثر اهمية من تلك في الحالة الصلبة . سبب تاثير اشعة X على فعالية الانزيم بوجود الاوكسجين تدميرا اكبر مقارنة مع التاثيرات بعدم وجوده .كذلك التحلل الاشعاعي للانزيم بوجود املاح مثل KBr,KCl ,KI ,KSCN ,K2SO4 التي تحرر ايونات سالبة(Br - ,Cl - ,I - ,SCN - ,SO4=) كمواد كاسحة لجذور OH لتكوين جذور ايونية حرة ذات صفات تاكسدية . اشارت النتائج ان جذر Br2 هو الاكثر تدميرا لفعالية الانزيم مقارنة مع بقية الجذور الحرة الايونية المتوقع تكونها خلال التحلل الاشعاعي وتاخذ التسلسل الاتي بوجود الاوكسجين . Br2 > Cl2 >I2 =(SCN)2 وفي غياب الاوكسجين يكون التسلسل : Br2>(SCN)2>Cl2 >I2كما درس التحلل الاشعاعي للانزيم في محاليل مائية تحتوي على الاملاح ( CuSO4,MgSO4 ) ومعقدات النحاس والنيكلCu(Gly)2 و.2H2O[Ni(Gly)2] على التوالي عند ظروف تجريبية مختلفة كذلك تم دراسة التحلل الاشعاعي للانزيم بوجود حوامض امينية اليفاتية مثل الكلايسين (Gly)، الارجنين (Arg) ، الليوسين (Leu) ، والفينايل الالنين (Phe) ، والتايروسين Tyr)) ، بالاضافة الى وجود الاسيتون بتراكيز عالية نسبيا ( 0.1M)لتمكن من كسح جذور(OH ) وتكوين جذور حرة على الاسيتون التي بتفاعلها مع الاوكسجين تتحول الى جذور بيروكسيلية . اوضحت النتائج بوجود الاسيتون حصول انخفاضا كبيرا في فعالية الانزيم مما يدل على انتقائية الجذور البيروكسيلية بتفاعلها مع المواقع الفعالة في الانزيم . كذلك اشتملت الدراسة على تاثير اشعة اكس على فعالية الانزيم في المحاليل المائية بوجود تراكيز قليلة من املاح MgCl2 , KCl , NaCl , Na2SO4,MgSO4 حيث وجد انه بوجود MgSO4 MgCl2 , يزداد الانخفاض في فعالية الانزيم بتاثير اشعة اكس . كذلك تم متابعة تاثير المعقدات [Ni(Gly)2].2H2O و[Cu(Gly)2] على فعالية الانزيم حيث تعمل هذه المعقدات على زيادة في انحلال البيروكسيدات العضوية المتكونة على الانزيم التي يصاحبها تكون جذور حرة جديدة تعمل على زيادة تحطم الانزيم . درس التحلل الاشعاعي لمحاليل مائية مشبعة بالاوكسجين للاحماض الامينية الاليفاتية (الكلايسين Gly، الارجنين Arg ، الليوسين Leu ، والفينايل الانين Phe ، والتايروسين Tyr) بوجود الاملاح (KCl),(KSCN) والمعقدات المذكورة اعلاه عند دالات حامضية ودرجات حرارية مختلفة ، وتم حساب البيروكسيدات العضوية وبيروكسيد الهيدروجين في هذه المحاليل عند دالات حامضية مختلفة . كذلك درس تاثير الدالة الحامضية على البيروكسيدات العضوية الناتجة عند كل دالة حامضية حيث وجد ان نوعية البيروكسيدات العضوية تختلف حسب الدالة الحامضية المشعع عندها المحلول . كذلك درس تاثير هذه المضافات (المعقدات والاملاح) على انحلال البيروكسيدات العضوية بعد انقطاع مصدر الاشعاع واوضحت الدراسة ان هذه الاملاح والمعقدات تعمل على زيادة الانحلال اعتمادا على الدالة الحامضية ونوعية الحامض الاميني . تم حساب ثابت سرعة انحلال البيروكسيدات العضوية المتكونة خلال التحلل الاشعاعي للحوامض الامينية المستخدمة في هذا البحث تحت ظروف تجريبية مختلفة من درجة الحرارة ودالات حامضية وتراكيز مختلفة من المضافات المشار اليها اعلاه . فقد اوضحت الحسابات من خلال الجداول والرسومات البيانية ان الانحلال الحراري للبيروكسيدات العضوية عند دوال حامضية مختلفة تتبع تفاعلات الدرجة الاولى اما بوجود المضافات من املاح ومعقدات فقد بينت الحسابات ان الانحلال يتبع تفاعلات الدرجة الثانية عند التراكيز الواطئة والتي اختيرت لتكون مساوية الى تراكيز البيروكسيدات العضوية، وعند مضاعفة تراكيز المواد المضافة الى عشرة اضعاف وجد ان معادلة الدرجة الاولى الكاذبة تطبق على نتائج انحلال البيروكسيدات العضوية في هذه الظروف . | This research includes the study of the effects of ionizing radiation (x - Ray ) on some biochemical compounds.X - radiolysis of aqueuas solutions of peroxidase enzyme has been intensively studied under various experimental conditions .Effect of X - ray on activity of peroxidase enzyme has been studied in both cases , the solid state and in aqueous solutions .The results have been shown .revaling that. the effects of ionizing radiation on the enzyme in aqueous solution is more significant than those effects in solid state . Radiolysis of the enzyme in oxygenated solutions cause more damage in its activity as compared with deoxygenated solutions .Radiolysis of aqueous solutions of peroxidase enzyme in the presence of certain salts , KBr ,KI,KCl,KSCN,K2SO4 , as OH radical scavengers, to produce anion free radicals Br2,I2,Cl2 and (SCN)2 has been performed .The results show that(Br2) is more effective in enzyme deactivation . The following sequence is obtained A,in presence of oxygen Br2 > Cl2 >I2 =(SCN)2 B, in absence of oxygen : Br2>(SCN)2>Cl2 >I2 .Radiolysis of the enzyme in aqueous solutions containing MgSO4, CuSO4 ,and metal complexes , CuII(Gly)2 , [NiII(Gly)2 ]. 2H2O has also been studied under various experimental conditions. Also radiolysis of the enzyme in presences of some amino acids , such as(Gly, Arg, Leu, Phe, Tyr) and acetone in presence of oxygen have been studied . In the case of the presence of acetone (0.1M), acetone peroxyl radicals have been expected form , and high enzyme deactivation has been obtained which indicat that the more selective reactions of acetone peroxyl radicals toward the enzyme active centres than OH radicals and all other amino acid peroxyl radicals.Radiolysis in presence of sodium formate has also been performed The results have shown a relatively large enzyme damage . Effects of x - ray on enzyme solutions containing low concentrations of NaCl, Na2SO4 , KCl, NaClO4 , MgCl2, MgSO4 (10 - 3M) has been studied . The results indicated the role of such salts specially Mg+2 ,Cu+2 on the enhancement of enzyme deactivation by x - radiation. The post - irradiation effects of these complexes have been followed .It is concluded that metal complexes enhance the decomposition of organic peroxides formed on enzyme which associted with radical formation cause further damage on enzyme particulary on the active centres or on enzyme structural integrity that lead to the decrease in enzyme activity. Radiolysis of the oxygenated aqueous Solutions of the amino acids meutioned above have been carried out Tolal peroxides, organic peroxides, and H2O2 have been estimated using different pH and temperatures. Effects of copper and Nickel metal complexes , and some salts , and KBr ,KSCN on the formation and decay of these amino acid organic peroxides have been investigated at different pH’s. It has been observed that these additives caused to decrease the radiation yields of peroxides specially the organic peroxides.The extent of organic peroxides decreases depends on the type of amino acid and pH , of irradiated solutions .Rate constants of peroxides decay have also been determined at various pH and temperatures. It has been found that the thermal decomposition has followed first order reactions.In the presence of the used additives such as the metal complexes and salts , the decomposition follow second order reactions and pseudo - first order reactions at low and high concentrations respectively

تقدير نسبة المكونات الدهنية وتركيب احماضها الدهنية في مصل الدم لمرضى داء السكر == Lipid Components and Fatty - Acid Composition of Human Serum in Diabetic Patients

Abstract: صممت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على تاثير نوع داء السكر على مستوى المتغيرات الكيموحياتية والنسبة المئوية للاحماض الدهنية في مصل الدم, وكذلك التعرف على تاثير عوامل العمر والجنس على مستوى هذه المتغيرات.تضمنت هذه الدراسة (100) عينة من المرضى الذين يعانون من الاصابة بداء السكر من النوعين الاول والثاني (50 ذكور و50 اناث ) تتراوح اعمارهم مابين (15 - 70) سنة, و(100) عينة لاشخاص اصحاء غير مصابين بداء السكر او اي مرض اخر (50 ذكور و50 اناث) تم اعتبارهم كمجموعة سيطرة من نفس الفئات العمرية اعلاه.تم جمع نماذج الدم لمرضى داء السكر في مركز الوفاء لبحوث داء السكر في مدينة الموصل.حيث تم جمع جميع عينات الدم في هذه الدراسة من اشخاص بعد فترة انقطاع عن الطعام لمدة لاتقل عن (12) ساعة ومن ثم تم فصل مصل الدم ,حيث قسم المصل الى جزئين.تم قياس المتغيرات الكيموحياتية الاتية في الجزء الاول من مصل الدم (الكلوكوز, الكوليستيرول الكلي, كوليستيرول البروتين الدهني واطي الكثافة, كوليستيرول البروتين الدهني عالي الكثافة, كوليستيرول البروتين الدهني واطي الكثافة جدا,الكليسيرايد الثلاثي وباستخدام عدد التحليل الجاهزة (Kits) وتم تقدير الدهون الفوسفاتية بالطريقة اللونية.بينت نتائج هذه الدراسة وجود ارتفاع معنوي في مستوى المتغيرات الكيموحياتية, وذلك لمرضى كلا النوعين من داء السكر مقارنة مع مجاميع السيطرة, ووجود انخفاض معنوي في مستوى كوليستيرول البروتين الدهني عالي الكثافة لكلا النوعين من داء السكر مقارنة مع مجاميع السيطرة.ولوحظ في هذه الدراسة وجود تاثير لعامل العمر على مستوى المتغيرات الكيموحياتية حيث بينت النتائج وجود ارتفاع في مستوى هذه المتغيرات لمرضى داء السكر من النوع الثاني مقارنة مع مرضى داء السكر من النوع الاول وكذلك ارتفاع مستوى هذه المتغيرات في الفئات العمرية الكبيرة (>40) سنة مقارنة مع مستواها في الفئات العمرية الصغيرة او المتوسطة (<40) سنة.واشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة الى وجود تاثير لعامل الجنس على مستوى المتغيرات الكيموحياتية. حيث بينت النتائج وجود انخفاض في مستوى هذه المتغيرات لمرضى داء السكر(النوع الاول) في الاناث مقارنة مع الذكور .ووجود ارتفاع في مستوى هذه المتغيرات لمرضى داء السكر(النوع الثاني) في الاناث مقارنة مع الذكور.وتم في هذه الدراسة تحليل وقياس النسبة المئوية للاحماض الدهنية في المكونات الدهنية لمصل الدم. حيث تم استخلاص الدهون من مكونات الجزء الثاني من مصل الدم باستخدام المذيبات العضوية, ومن ثم فصلت المكونات الدهنية المختلفة (استر كوليستيرول، الكلسيريدات الثلاثية والدهون الفوسفاتية) للدم باستخدام تقنية كروموتوكرافيا الطبقة الرقيقة (TLC). ومن ثم تمت اعادة استرة الاحماض الدهنية في هذه الاجزاء الثلاثة من دهون مصل الدم باستخدام (BF3/Methanol) (16%) في محيط مشبع بالنتروجين.تم بعد ذلك قياس النسبة المئوية للاحماض الدهنية في الاجزاء الثلاثة باستخدام جهاز كروموتوكرافيا الغاز الشعري(Capillary Gas Chromatography) (CGC).اشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة الى وجود ارتفاع معنوي في النسبة المئوية للاحماض الدهنية المشبعة (SFA)(المجموع الكلي), ووجود ارتفاع معنوي في النسبة المئوية للاحماض الدهنية غير المشبعة الاحادية (MUFA), ووجود انخفاض معنوي في النسبة المئوية للاحماض الدهنية غير المشبعة المتعددة (PUFA) (المجموع الكلي) في جزء استر الكوليستيرول لمصل الدم لكلا النوعين من مرضى داء السكر مقارنة مع مجاميع السيطرة. واشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة الى وجود انخفاض معنوي في النسبة المئوية للاحماض الدهنية المشبعة (SFA) (المجموع الكلي), ووجود ارتفاع معنوي في النسبة المئوية للاحماض الدهنية غير المشبعة الاحادية (MUFA), ووجود ارتفاع معنوي في النسبة المئوية للاحماض الدهنية غير المشبعة المتعددة (PUFA) (المجموع الكلي) في جزء الدهون الفوسفاتية لمصل الدم لكلا النوعين من مرضى داء السكر مقارنة مع مجاميع السيطرة. وبينت نتائج هذه الدراسة وجود ارتفاع معنوي في النسبة المئوية للاحماض الدهنية المشبعة (SFA) (المجموع الكلي), ووجود انخفاض معنوي في النسبة المئوية للاحماض الدهنية غير المشبعة الاحادية (MUFA), ووجود ارتفاع معنوي في النسبة المئوية للاحماض الدهنية غير المشبعة المتعددة (PUFA) (المجموع الكلي) في جزء الكليسيرايد الثلاثي لمصل الدم لكلا النوعين من مرضى داء السكر مقارنة مع مجاميع السيطرة. ويستنتج من هذه الدراسة ان لدى مرضى داء السكر من النوع الثاني (NIDDM) عوامل خطورة اكبر لتطور داء السكر وظهور الامراض الاخرى المصاحبة له مثل امراض القلب التاجية وامراض شبكية العين والامراض الكلوية مقارنة مع مرضى داء السكر من النوع الاول (IDDM).ان زيادة فترة المرض تودي الى زيادة الخلل في ايض الدهون وتراكمها مما يؤدي الى خلل كبير في مستوى المتغيرات الكيموحياتية التي تمت دراستها لمرضى النوع الثاني مقارنة مع النوع الاول.وتم استنتاج وجود تاثير كبير لعوامل السمنة,العمر والجنس على مستوى المتغيرات الكيموحياتية حيث توثر بشكل كبير على عمليات الايض المختلفة, مما يؤدي الى اختلاف مستوى هذه المتغيرات ونسبة الاحماض الدهنية مما يوثر سلبا على تطور عوامل الخطورة وظهور الامراض الاخرى المصاحبة لداء السكر. | he study was designed to estimate the effect of the type of diabetes mellitus on the level of some biochemical parameters, percentage and level of the fatty acids in serum lipids and the effect of age and gender on these parameters. The study include (100) diabetic patients of both types (50 males, 50 females),the age ranged between (15 - 70) year, and (100) apparently healthy subjects (50 males, 50 females)as a control group of matched age group.Samples of this study were collected in Al - Waffa center for diabetic research and management in Mosul city.Blood samples were collected from asubjects on starvation for 12hr, blood serum was separated and divided into 2 parts.The measured biochemical parameters include glucose, total cholesterol, high - density lipoprotein cholesterol, low - density lipoprotein cholesterol, very low - density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride and phospholipids, using Kits obtained from regional and international suppliers.The result showed that there was a significant increase in the level of biochemical parameters in both types of diabetic patients in comparison with control groups and a significant decrease in the level of HDL - C in both types of diabetic patient in comparison with the control group, and there effects were found to be age - related.The results also showed that there was increase in the level of these parameters in type (2) diabetic patients in comparison with type (1) diabetic patients.Also there was an increase in the level of these parameters in older patients (>40) year in comparison with younger and middle age group (<40) year.Moreover the results of this study showed that there was an effect of gender on the level of biochemical parameters.It was found that there was a decrease in the level of these parameters in type (1) diabetic patients in the females in comparison with males, and there was an increase in the level of these parameters of type (2) diabetic patients in females in comparison with males.Furthermore, this study include analysis and measurement of percentage and level of fatty acids in serum lipids were done, lipids extraction from serum was performed using organic solvents and then separation of serum lipids was followed by thin layer chromatography (TLC).The separation of three main lipids parts (CE ,TG,PL) was achieved by this technique, this was followed by transmethylation of fatty acids in these three parts of serum lipids using (16%) (BF3/Methanol) under Nitrogen.Then, the measurement of percentage of fatty acids in the three parts was performed by Capillary Gas Chromatography (CGC).The results showed that there was a significant increase in the percentage and level of saturated fatty acids (SFA), a significant increase in monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) and a significant decrease in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), in the cholesterol ester (CE) part of serum lipids in both types of diabetic patients in comparison with the control groups.Also, the results of this study showed that there was a significant decrease in (SFA), a significant increase in (MUFA) and a significant increase in (PUFA) in phospholipids (PL) part in the serum in both types of diabetic patients in comparison with the control groups. The results showed that there was a significant increase in (SFA), a significant decrease in (MUFA) and a significant increase in (PUFA) in triglyceride (TG) part in serum of both types of diabetic patients in comparison with control groups.Finally, it was found that type (2) diabetic patients (NIDDM) had higher risk factor for deterioration of diabetes mellitus and development of other diseases a companying diabetes mellitus, such as Coronary Heart Disease (CHD), Retinopathy and Nephropathy in comparison with type (1) diabetic patients.Also we found that females had more risk for development (CHD) and atherosclerosis than males in type (2) diabetes mellitus.The long duration of diabetes mellitus lead to increase disorder in metabolism of carbohydrate, protein and lipids, which lead to disturbances in the level of biochemical parameters in type (2) diabetic patients in comparison with type (1) diabetic patients.Also we found that there was effect of obesity, age and gender on the level of biochemical parameters, which had effect on different metabolic process, that affect on the level of biochemical parameters.

دراسة فولتامترية وثرموداينميكية للترابطات الجزيئية للالبومين مع الادوية التي تستخدم لعلاج حالات التناذر الكلوي والوذمة - تطبيقات سريرية لتقدير الالبومين والادوية في ادرار ومصل دم الانسان == VOLTAMMETRIC , THERMODYNAMIC STUDY OF MOLECULAR BINDING OF ALBUMIN WITH NEPHROTICESYNDROME AND OEDEMA DRUGS - CLINICAL APPLICATION FOR THE DETERMINATION OF ALBUMIN , DRUGS IN HUMAN SERUM AND URINE

Abstract: تضمن البحث دراسة الخواص الفولتامترية للالبومين ولعدد من الادوية بطرائق مباشرة وغير مباشرة باستخدام تقنية فولتامتري الموجة المربعة (SWV) وقد قسم البحث الى ثمانية اجزاء رئيسة وكما ياتي : الجزء الاول : دراسة الخواص الفولتامترية للالبومين البقري (B.A.) النقي بطريقة مباشرة في المحلول المائي وقد اظهرت المادة موجة اختزال واضحة ورئيسة عند الجهد (0.56 - ) فولت ضد قطب المرجع (Ag/AgCl/SatKCl) ، وتمت دراسة المنحني القياسي للالبومين في محلول الفوسفات المنظم ذي الرقم الهيدروجيني (pH=7) وكانت العلاقة خطية ضمن مدى التراكيز ](7.9×8 - 10) - (1.185×6 - 10)[ مولاري وكانت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.9945). كذلك تمت دراسة المنحنى القياسي للالبومين بوجود مصل الدم البشري والادرار. وقد تم استخدام طريقة الاضافة القياسية (Standard Addition) بنجاح كبير في حساب تركيز الالبومين في عينات مصل الدم للاصحاء والمرضى والادرار للمرضى فقط . الجزء الثاني : تم تقدير الالبومين بطريقة غير مباشرة باستخدام الكاشف البروموكريسول الاخضر في المحلول المائي وقد اظهر الكاشف ثلاث موجات اختزال عند الموقع (0.706 - ) فولت و(0.882 - ) فولت و(1.214 - ) فولت ضد قطب المرجع (Ag/AgCl/SatKCl) ، وتم تقدير الالبومين بهذه الطريقة حيث يحصل انخفاض منتظم لتيار الانتشار لموجة الكاشف يتناسب مع كمية الالبومين المضافة وقد تم تطبيق الطريقة لتقدير الالبومين في مصل الدم والادرار . الجزء الثالث : تم تقدير الالبومين بطريقة غير مباشرة باستخدام الكاشف البروموبايروكالول الاحمر في المحلول المائي وقد اظهر الكاشف موجة اختزال رئيسية عند الجهد (1.04 - ) فولت ضد قطب المرجع (Ag/AgCl/SatKCl) . وتم تقدير الالبومين بهذه الطريقة حيث يحصل انخفاض منتظم لتيار الانتشار لموجة الكاشف يتناسب مع كمية الالبومين المضافة وقد تم تطبيق الطريقة بنجاح لتقدير الالبومين في مصل الدم والادرار . الجزء الرابع : دراسة الخواص الفولتامترية للبريدنيزولون (Prednisolone) النقي بطريقة مباشرة في المحلول المائي وقد اظهرت المادة موجتي اختزال عند الجهد (1.22 - ) فولت و(1.45 - ) فولت ضمن قطب المرجع (Ag/AgCl/SatKCl) ، وتمت دراسة المنحنى القياسي للدواء في محلول الفوسفات المنظم ذي الرقم الهيدروجيني (pH=7) وكانت العلاقة خطية ضمن مدى التركيز ](0.398×6 - 10) - (3.846×6 - 10)[ مولاري وكانت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.9981) و(0.9958) للموجة الاولى والثانية على التوالي . كذلك تمت دراسة المنحنى القياسي للدواء بوجود مصل الدم البشري والادرار. وقد تم استخدم طريقة الاضافة القياسية في حساب تراكيز الدواء في عينات مصل الدم والادرار للمرضى المتناولين لهذا الدواء . وقد تم تطبيق الطريقة بنجاح كبير لتقدير البريدنيزولون في الاقراص بالمحلول المائي . كما تم دراسة الترابطات الجزيئية للبريدنيزولون مع الالبومين وتم حساب ثابت الارتباط (K) ، ومن ثم تطبيق معادلة (فانت هوف) لحساب القيم الثرموداينميكية (ΔG,ΔS,ΔH) . وتم استنتاج التداخل من نوع ضعيف (ايون - ايون).الجزء الخامس : دراسة الخواص الفولتامترية للبيتاميثازون (Betamethasone) النقي بطريقة مباشرة في المحلول المائي وقد اظهرت المادة موجتي اختزال عند الجهد (1.136 - ) فولت و(1.455 - ) فولت ضد قطب المرجع (Ag/AgCl/SatKCl) ، وتمت دراسة المنحنى القياسي للدواء في محلول الفوسفات المنظم ذي الرقم الهيدروجيني (pH=7) وكانت العلاقة خطية ضمن التركيز ](1.99×7 - ايون) .الجزء السادس : دراسة الخواص الفولتامترية للنيتروبروسيد الصوديوم (Sodium Nitroprusside) النقي بطريقة مباشرة في المحلول المائي وقد اظهرت المادة موجة اختزال واضحة عند الجهد (0.592 - ) فولت ضد قطب المرجع (Ag/AgCl/SatKCl) ، وتمت دراسة المنحنى القياسي للدواء في محلول الفوسفات المنظم ذي الرقم الهيدروجيني (pH=7) وكانت العلاقة خطية ضمن مدى التراكيز ](0.398×6 - 10) - (8.424×6 - 10)[ مولاري وكانت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.9991) . كذلك تمت دراسة الترابطات الجزيئية للالبومين مع النيتروبروسيد الصوديوم بنجاح وتم تقدير قيمة ثابت الارتباط (K) وتقديره في درجات حرارية مختلفة ، وكذلك تطبيق معادلة (فانت هوف) ) لحساب القيم الثرموداينميكية (ΔG,ΔS,ΔH) ومنها تم استنتاج ان عملية التداخل من نوع ضعيف (ايون - ايون) .الجزء الثامن : تمت دراسة الخواص الفولتامترية للامينوفلين (Aminophylline) النقي بطريقة مباشرة في المحلول المائي وقد اظهرت المادة موجة اختزال عند الجهد (0.622 - ) فولت ضد قطب المرجع (Ag/AgCl/SatKCl) ، وتمت دراسة المنحنى القياسي للدواء في محلول (NH3/NH4Cl) المنظم ذي الرقم الهيدروجيني (pH=10) وكانت العلاقة خطية ضمن مدى التراكيز ](1.093×4 - 10) - (23.07×4 - 10)[ مولاري وكانت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.9903) . كذلك تمت دراسة المنحنى القياسي للدواء بوجود الادرار . وتم تطبيق طريقة الاضافة القياسية لتقدير تركيز الدواء في ادرار المرضى الذين يتناولون هذا الدواء . وقد تم تطبيق الطريقة بنجاح كبير لتقدير الامينوفلين في الاقراص . | The research includes empoyment of Square Wave Voltammatry technique to study the properties of the Albumin and a number of drugs in direct and indirect methods. The research includes eight basic parts .The First part : studies the Voltammetric properties of the Pure Albumin in a direct method in the a quous solution . The material has revealed a clear and major reduction potential at ( - 0.56) Volt against the reference electrode (Ag/AgCl/SatKC) . The calibration curve in thr (pH=7) (Phosphate buffer) . The relationship is linear within arange of consentration at [ (7.9×8 - 10) - (1.185×6 - 10)]Molar. The correlation coeffition (0.9945). Also the calibration curve has studies with human serum and urine . The way of standard addition is used successfully to determination the Albumin consentration in serum and urine of the patients. The Seconed part : The Albumin has been checked in an indirect way by using the bromo cresol green reagent in the aquous solution . The revealer has revealed three reduction peaks in the place ( - 0.706) Volt , ( - 0.882)Volt and ( - 1.214) Volt against the reference electrode (Ag/AgCl/SatKC) . The Albumin has been determined by this way , we notice that there is decrease in diffusion current of the Reagent peaks with quantity of the Albumin added . The method has been applied to examine the Albumin in the serum and urine of the patient .The Third part : The Albumin has been checked in an indirect method using the revealer of Bromo Pyrogallol Redbromo in the aquous solution . Abstract: اظهرت العديد من المركبات العضوية تاثيرات بايولوجية مختلفة ولهذا استخدمت في كثير من المجالات الطبية والزراعية والصناعية، ومن الامثلة على ذلك مشتقات البارا - امينوفينول (البارا - اسيتامول والفيناستين) ومركبات 4،3،1 - اوكسادايازول ومركبات الفثاليميد ومركبات السلفا الدوائية ومركبات قواعد شيف ومركبات الازو والترايازين، وعلى هذا الاساس استخدم البارا - امينوفينول والبارا - نايتروفينول في تحضير مشتقات للمركبات المشار اليها ذوات تاثيرات بايولوجية متوقعة، وتضمن البحث تحضير سلاسل المركبات الاتية : مركبات السلسلة الاولى : حضرت مركبات هذه السلسلة من مفاعلة البارا - امينوفينول مع انهيدريد الخليك لتحضير البارا - اسيتامول (الاسيتامينوفين) (N1) الذي استخدم في تفاعله مع برومو خلات الاثيل (تفاعل وليامسون للايثرات) للحصول على المركب بارا - اسيتاميدو فينوكسي خلات الاثيل (N2)، واستخدم المركب (N2) مع الهيدرازين المائي للحصول على المركب هيدرازيد (بارا - اسيتاميدو فينوكسي) حامض الخليك (N3)، وعند مفاعلة المركب (N3) مع الدايهايدات مختلفة اعطت مركبات الهيدرازون (N13 - N4) التي تم اكسدتها باستخدام ثنائي اوكسيد الرصاص للحصول على مركبات 4،3،1 - اوكسادايازول (N23 - N14).مركبات السلسلة الثانية : حضرت مركبات هذه السلسلة من مفاعلة البارا - نايتروفينول مع برومو خلات الاثيل لتحضير بارا - نايترو فينوكسي خلات الاثيل (N26) الذي استخدم في تفاعله مع الهيدرازين المائي للحصول على المركب هيدرازيد (بارا - نايترو فينوكسي) حامض الخليك (N27)، واجريت مفاعلة المركب (N27) مع الدايهايدات مختلفة للحصول على مركبات الهيدرازون (N37 - N28)، وتم اكسدة المركبات الاخيرة باستخدام ثنائي اوكسيد الرصاص لغرض الحصول على مركبات 4،3،1 - اوكسادايازول (N47 - N38).مركبات السلسلة الثالثة : حضرت مركبات هذه السلسلة من مفاعلة البارا - امينو فينول مع كلوريد البارا - تولوين سلفونيل (طريقة هاينزبرك) لتحضير N - (بارا - هيدروكسي فنيل) - بارا - تولوين سلفوناميد (N48) الذي استخدم في تفاعله مع بروميد البارا - نايترو بنزيل (تفاعل وليامسون للايثرات) لتحضير بارا - [(4 - تولوين سلفوناميدو) - بارا - فينوكسي مثيل] نايتروبنزين (N49)، واجريت عملية الاختزال للمركب (N49) باستخدام مسحوق الزنك وحامض الهيدروكلوريك لتحضير بارا - [(4 - تولوين سلفوناميدو) - بارا - فينوكسي مثيل] انيلين (N50)، وعند مفاعلة المركب (N50) مع الدايهايدات مختلفة اعطت مركبات الهيدرازون (N56 - N51). واستخدم المركب (N50) في تحضير ملح الدايازونيوم (N57) من خلال مفاعلة المركب (N50) مع نتريت الصوديوم بوجود حامض الهيدروكلوريك عند درجة (0 - 5°م)، واستخدم ملح الدايازونيوم (N57) المحضر مباشرة في تحضير مركبات الازو (N63 - N58) من خلال تفاعل ملح الدايازونيوم (N57) مع الامينات الاروماتية او مع الفينولات (في محيط قاعدي). واستخدم ملح الدايازونيوم (N57) في تحضير مركبات الترايازين (N69 - N64) من خلال تفاعله مع الامينات الاليفاتية الثانوية (في محيط قاعدي). وفضلا عن ذلك، استخدم المركب (N50) في تحضير مركب بارا - [(4 - تولوين سلفوناميدو) - بارا - فينوكسي مثيل] فنيل اريل سلفوناميد (N70، N71) من خلال تفاعله مع كلوريد البارا - تولوين سلفونيل او كلوريد الالفا - نفثالين سلفونيل (طريقة هاينزبرك)، واستخدم كذلك المركب (N50) في تحضير مركب السلفا فثاليميد (N72) من خلال مفاعلته مع انهيدريد الفثاليك. شخصت المركبات المحضرة باستخدام الطرائق الفيزياوية والطيفية I.R.) وUV) فضلا عن استخدام الكشوفات التصنيفية في تشخيص بعض من المجاميع الفاعلة في هذه المركبات. | A large numbers of organic compounds showed different biological activities and thus used in many fields (medical, industrial and agricultural), such of these compounds, the derivatives of p - aminophenol (p - acetamol and phenacetin), 1,3,4 - oxadiazol compounds, phthalimide compounds, sulfa drugs, Schiff bases, azo and triazene compounds. Accordingly, p - aminophenol and p - nitrophenol have been used in this research to prepare derivatives of the mentioned compounds of expected biological effects. This study included preparation of the following series of compounds : Compounds of series I : These compounds were prepared by reaction of p - aminophenol with acetic anhydride to yield p - acetamol (p - acetamidophenol) (N1) which was used in the reaction with ethyl bromoacetate (Ether Williamson synthesis) to yield ethyl (p - acetamidophenoxy) acetate (N2). The compound (N2) was used in reaction with hydrazine hydrate to yield p - acetamidophenoxy acetic acid hydrazide (N3). On reaction of compound (N3) with different aldehydes gave hydrazone compounds (N4 - N13). The latter compounds (N4 - N13) were oxidized by lead dioxide to yield the final compounds, 1,3,4 - oxadiazoles (N14 - N23).Compounds of series II : These compounds were prepared by reaction of p - nitrophenol with ethyl bromoacetate to yield ethyl (p - nitrophenoxy) acetate (N26) which was used the reaction with hydrazine hydrate to yield p - nitrophenoxy acetic acid hydrazide (N27). The reaction of compound (N27) with different aldehydes gave hydrazone compounds (N28 - N37). On oxidation of hydrazones (N28 - N37) by lead dioxide yielded 1,3,4 - oxadiazol compounds (N38 - N47).Compounds of series III : These compounds were prepared by reaction of p - aminophenol with p - toluenesulphonyl chloride (Hinsberg method) to yield N - (p - hydroxy - phenyl) - p - toluene sulphonamide (N48) which was used in reaction with p - nitrobenzyl bromide to yield p - [(4 - toluenesulphonamido) - p - phenoxyme - thylene] nitrobenzene (N49). The reduction of compound (N49) by zinc powder and hydrochloric acid gave p - [4 - toluenesulphonamido) - p - phenoxymethylene] aniline (N50). The reaction of compound (N50) with different aldehydes yielded hydrazone compounds (N51 - N56).Compound (N50) was used in preparing of diazonium salt (N57) from the reaction of compound (N50) with sodium nitrate in hydrochloric acid at (0 - 5°C), then diazonium salt (N57) was used directly in reactions with aromatic amines or phenols (in basic medium) to give azo compounds (N58 - N63).On using diazonium salt (N57) in reactions with secondary aliphatic amines (in base medium) yielded triazene compounds (N64 - N69).On the other hand, the reaction of compound (N50) with p - toluene sulphonyl chloride or  - naphthyl sulphonyl chloride yielded p - [(4 - toluene sulphonamido) - p - phenoxymethyl] phenyl aryl sulphonamides (N70, N71). Moreover, the reaction of compound (N50) with phthalic anhydride gave sulpha phthalimide compound (N72). The synthesized compounds were identified according to their physical properties, spectroscopic data (IR and UV) in addition to systimatic identification of some active functional groups in these compounds

دراسة كيموحياتية لانزيم الكايتينيز وعلاقته بمرض الثلاسيميا == Biochemical Study of Chitinase and its Relation with Thalassemia

Abstract: تضمن البحث دراسة كيموحيوية لانزيم الكايتينيز وعلاقته بمرض الثلاسيميا ، اذ ظهر من خلال جمع (87) نموذج مصل دم لاشخاص مصابين بالمرض تتراوح اعمارهم بين (2 - 45 year) من كلا الجنسين وجود انخفاض معنوي في فعالية انزيم الكايتينيز عند مقارنته مع (66) نموذج مصل دم لاشخاص اصحاء تتراوح اعمارهم بين (1 - 55 year) من كلا الجنسين . ووجد ان المعدل الطبيعي لفعالية انزيم الكايتينيز في مصل دم مجموعة السيطرة (1.79±0.10 U/ml ) وفي مصل دم مجموعة المرضى (±0.11 U/ml 1.29), كما وجد ان فعالية الانزيم لاتتاثر بالجنس بينما تزداد مع تقدم العمر لدى مجموعتي السيطرة والمرضى ,وبينت النتائج عدم تاثر فعالية الانزيم بنوع المرض (الفا او بيتا - ثلاسيميا) وشدة مرض البيتا - ثلاسيميا (البيتا - ثلاسيميا الكبيرة والبيتا - ثلاسيميا المتوسطة) واستئصال الطحال . اظهرت النتائج وجود انخفاض معنوي في مستوى الهيموكلوبين ، بينما لوحظ وجود ارتفاع معنوي في مستوى كل من انزيم الكلوتاميت بايروفيت ترانس امينيز (GPT) وانزيم الكلوتاميت اوكزالواسيتيت ترانس امينيز (GOT) والحديد (Fe) والسعة الكلية لارتباط الحديد (TIBC) لدى مرضى الثلاسيميا مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة . ودرست العلاقة بين فعالية انزيم الكايتينيز وعدد من المتغيرات السريرية لدى مجموعتي السيطرة والمرضى وذلك بايجاد معامل الارتباط الخطي ، وتبين ارتباط انزيم الكايتينيز بعلاقة عكسية معنوية مع الحديد وبعلاقة طردية معنوية مع انزيم (GPT) لدى مجموعة السيطرة وكذلك تبين ارتباط انزيم الكايتينيز بعلاقة طردية معنوية مع الهيموكلوبين لدى مجموعة المرضى . واظهرت طريقة عزل انزيم الكايتينيز من الجسيمات الحالة لبلازما الدم(الحزمة B) عدد مرات تنقية عالية مقارنة بطريقة عزل الانزيم من محلول راسب كبريتات الامونيوم بتشبع (75%) (الحزمة E) لبلازما الدم بتقنية الترشيح الهلامي باستخدام عمود الفصل الحاوي على (Sephadex G - 75) . كما وجد ان الحزمتين البروتينيتين ( BوE) لهما وزن جزيئي (1000 ± 39810 دالتون) و(1000 ± 36307 دالتون) على التوالي . درست الظروف المثلى لعمل انزيم الكايتينيز للحزمتين المعزولتين فوجد ان لهمزامن تفاعل امثل عند الدقيقة (35) و(30) والاس الهيدروجيني الامثل عند (pH= 7) ودرجة حرارة مثلى (60C) و(55C) والتركيز الامثل لمادة الاساس الكايتين الغروي (12 mg/ml) و(10mg/ml) وقيمة السرعة القصوى (2.08U/ml)Vmax و(2.00U/ml) وقيمة ثابت ميكيلس - منتن Km (2.12mg/ml) و(2.00mg/ml) على التوالي . وتم تقدير الفعالية البايولوجية لانزيم الكايتينيز المعزول من بلازما الدم (الحزمتين Bو E) تجاه نمو بعض البكتريا والفطريات الممرضة ووجد ان للانزيم القابلية على تثبيط نموها بنسبة (100%) للحزمة B)) و(50 %) للحزمة (E). | The present research is a biochemical study of chitinase and its relation with thalassemia . It had been found that a (87) of serum samples for thalassemia patients at ages between (2 - 45 years) of both sex had shown a significant decrease of chitinase activity when compared with (66) serum samples of controls at ages between (1 - 55 years) of both sex. It had been found that the normal range of chitinase activity in serum of healthy control (1.79 ± 0.10 U/ml) and in serum of patient (1.29±0.11 U/ml),it was also found that the activity was not affected by sex whereas an increase was found with aging in both patients and control. The result demonstrated that the chitinase activity was not affected by the type of thalassemia ( or β - thalassemia), distress of β - thalassemia (β - thalassemia major and β - thalassemia intermediate) and splenctomy. The results also showed a significant decrease in hemoglobin level while show a significant increase in (GPT), (GOT), (Fe) and (TIBC) of thalassemia patients compared with control. Correlation coefficient between chitinase activity and clinical variables of thalassemia patients studied showed a significal reversible relation between chitinase and (Fe) and irreversible relation between chitinase and(GPT) in control. It also show a reversible relation between chitinase and hemoglobin in patients. The isolation method of chitinase from lysosome of plasma (protein peak B) showed a high number of purification compared with the method for the isolation of chitinase from ammonium sulphate solution (75%) saturation of plasma (protein peak E) by gel filtration technique, using column containing sephadex G - 75, it was found that the two peaks (B and E) had apparent molecular weight (39180 ± 1000 dalton) and (36307 ± 1000 dalton) respectively. The study of the optimum condition of chitinase activity in the two peaks show an optimum reaction time at (35), (30) minute , optimum pH at (7) , optimum temperature at (60C), (55C) , optimum concentration of substrate colloidal chitin (12 mg/ml), (10 mg/ml) , Vmax (2.08 U/ml) , (2.00 Uml) and Km (2.12 mg/ml) and (2.00 mg/ml) respectively. Finally the biological activity had been improved for the isolated chitinase from plasma (for B and E peak) upon the growths of some bacteria and fungi pathogen , it had been found that the enzyme had the ability to inhibit its growth at ratio (100%) for peak (B) and (50%) for peak (E)

Abstract: تضمن البحث الحالي دراسة كيموحيوية لانزيم الديوكسي رايبونيوكليز الحامضي DNaseII الذي تم عزله من مصل دم الاشخاص المصابين باحتشاء العضلة القلبية الحاد لغرض التحقق من استخدام الانزيم كمؤشر للاصابة بالاحتشاء القلبي الحاد، اذ تم جمع (135) عينة دم من الاشخاص المصابين الراقدين في مستشفى ابن سينا التعليمي / وحدة العناية المركزة تراوحت اعمارهم بين (90 - 31) سنة وكان عدد الذكور والاناث المشمولين في الدراسة (97) و(38) على التوالي، كما جمعت (90) عينة لاشخاص اصحاء تراوحت اعمارهم بين (70 - 15) سنة لغرض المقارنة ولايجاد القيمة المرجعية لانزيم DNaseII.واظهرت النتائج وجود زيادة معنوية في فعالية انزيم DNaseII في مصل دم الاشخاص المصابين اذ بلغ معدل الفعالية (268.0+6.90) وحدة/لتر مقارنة مع معدل الفعالية للاشخاص الاصحاء (25.70+1.60) وحدة/لتر، لذا يعد انزيم DNaseII كمؤشر للاصابة باحتشاء عضلة القلب الحاد.تم عزل انزيم DNaseII من مصل دم الاشخاص المصابين بالاحتشاء القلبي الحاد باستخدام التقنيات الحياتية المختلفة حيث تم فصل حزمتين بروتينيتين رئيستين من البروتينات بتقنية الترشيح الهلامي للراسب البروتيني الناتج من عملية الترسيب بكبريتات الامونيوم، واظهرت واحدة منها فقط فعالية لانزيم DNaseII، وقدر وزنه الجزيئي باستخدام تقنية الترشيح الهلامي وكان بحدود (67000) دالتون.وتضمن ايضا ايجاد الظروف المثالية لفعالية انزيم DNaseII وكانت الفعالية القصوى كالاتي باستخدام (32) مايكروغرام/لتر من الحامض النووي الديوكسي رايبوزي DNA كمادة اساس للانزيم، و(0.1) مولار من المحلول المنظم للخلات عند الاس الهيدروجيني (pH=4.5) وبدرجة حرارة (40) درجة مئوية وبزمن تفاعل (150) ثانية.تم ايجاد قيمة السرعة القصوى وثابت مكيلس - منتن باستخدام رسم لاين ويفر - برك وكانت مساوية لـ (125) وحدة/لتر و(1.8) مايكروغرام/مليلتر على التوالي.واخيرا تمت دراسة تاثير بعض المركبات الكيميائية والنيوكليوتيدات والادوية على فعالية انزيم الـ DNaseII، ووجد ان الايزورديل يعمل كمثبط تنافسي لفعالية الانزيم عند تركيز (0.01) مولار | The current research is a biochemical study of acid deoxyribonuclease DNaseII which was isolated from the serum of patients suffering Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in order to use the the enzyme as a marker for identification of AMI. blood samples from (135) AMI patients who entered in the CCU of Ibn - Sina teaching Hospital, their ages ranged between (31 - 90) years, (97) males and (38) females, the blood of (90) samples were collected from healthy individuals their ages ranged between (15 - 70) year as control. The results showed a significant increase in the activity of DNaseII enzyme in the serum of the AMI patients with an activity mean (268.0+ 6.90) U/L compared to the activity of healthy people (25.7+ 1.60) U/L. The DNaseII has been isolated from the blood of AMI patients using different biochemical techniques, two proteins components had been isolated by gel filtration technique from precipitate produced by ammonium sulfate. It was found that only the first peak has DNaseII enzyme activity. The apparent molecular weight of DNaseII using gel filtration was found to be (67000) Dalton. The research was concerned with finding of optimum conditions for DNaseII activity. Maximum activity was obtained using (32) g/ ml of deoxyribonucleic acid as a substrate for the enzyme, acetate buffer at pH (4.50) and temperature of (40) degree C0 at a reaction time of (150) sec. using Line Weaver - Burk blot, it was found that Maximum Velocity Vmax and Michaelis Menten constant Km have the values of (120.5) U/ L and (1.8) g / ml respectively. Finally, the effect of some chemical compounds and nucleotides and drugs on the DNaseII activate was also studied. It was found that Isordil Showed a competitive inhibition on the activity of the enzyme at a concentration of (0.01) M.

Trinuclear complexes : 1. Complexes of a genetal formula [M3(L)2Cl4]Cl2, (M = Ni, L = L1; M = Pt, L = L3) and the complexes [Pd2Pt(L3)2Cl4]Cl2, [Ni3(L3)2]Cl6 and [Pt3(L3)2(PPh3)4]Cl6 exhibit square planer geometry around the central metal ions, while other metal ions have a tetrahedral geometry.2. The complexes of the general formula [M2M(L)2(PPh3)4Cl4]Cl2 (M=M=Ni, L=L6, M=M=Pt, L=L5; M=M=Pd, L=L1; M=Ni, M=Pd, L=L1,L2,L3; M=Pd, M=Pt, L=L1,L2,L3,L4,L6) as well as the complexes [Ni3(L3)2(PPh3)4]Cl6, [Ni2Pd(L1)2Cl4(H2O)4]Cl2 and [Ni2Pd(L3)2Cl4]Cl2 exhibit square planer geometry around the central metal ion and octahedral geometry around the rest of metal ions.3. The complexes of the general formula [M2M(L)2(PPh3)4]Cl6, (M=M=Pd, L=L3, M=M=Pt, L=L4; M=Ni, M=Pd, L=L4) and the complexes [Pd3(L3)2]Cl6, [Pt3(L)2Cl4]Cl2, (L = L5, L6), have a square planer geometry around each metal ion.4. The complexes of the general formula [M2M(L5)2(PPh3)4Cl6]; (M = M = Pd; M = Pd, M = Pt) exhibit an octahedral geometry around each metal ion.5. The complexes of the general formula [M2M(L)2Cl6], (M=M= Ni, L = L4, M = M = Pd, L = L1, L2, L4, L5, L6; M =Pd, M=Pt, L = L1, L2, L5,L6), [M3(L)2(PPh3)4Cl2]Cl4, (M = Ni; L = L4; M = Pd, L = L2, L4, L6) and [Ni3(L5)2(OH)6]3, have an octahedral geometry around the central metal ions while square planer geometry around other metal ions.B. Unexpected complexes : Some of unexpected complexes which resulted from the reaction of metal ions with ligands using (3 : 2) (M : L) molar ratio, having the general formula [NiPd(L)2Cl4], (L = L5, L6) with a square planer geometry around each metal ion, while the adducts of this formula have two types of geometry, the formula [NiPd(L5)2(PPh3)4Cl4] have an octahedral geometry around each metal ion, and the formula [NiPd(L6)2(PPh3)4Cl2]Cl2 have a mixture of octahedral and square planer geometry.In some cases, the reaction of K2PtCl4 with the ligands L1 or L2 using molar ratio (3 : 2) gave a mixture of an oily layer or gum material and remaining solution in each cases. The oily layer has been isolated and characterized as a complex of the formula [PtL1Cl2], then the oily layer treated with (1 mole) of palladium chloride to give a complex of the formula [PdPtL1Cl4]. The gum material which has been isolated also and treated with cold ethanol for several times giving another complex which was identified as [PtL2Cl2] complex. The remaining solutions were refluxed for about (1 h) and gave a precipitate which separated and identified as [Pt2LCl4], (L = L1, L2).

عزل ودراسة انزيم اريل استيريز في مصل الدم وعلاقته بمرض تصلب الشرايين في مدينة الموصل == Isolation and Studying Arylesterase in Blood Serum and Its Relation with Atherosclerosis in Mosul

Abstract: تضمن البحث دراسة لانزيم اريل استيريز وعلاقته بمرض تصلب الشرايين ، اذ ظهر من خلال جمع (50) نموذج مصل دم لاشخاص مصابين بتصلب الشرايين تتراوح اعمارهم بين (4060 Year) من كلا الجنسين وجود انخفاض معنوي عند مستوى الاحتمالية (P<0.001) في فعالية انزيم اريل استيريز عند مقارنته مع (50) نموذج مصل دم لاشخاص اصحاء تتراوح اعمارهم بين (2060 Year) من كلا الجنسين . ووجد ان المعدل الطبيعي لفعالية انزيم اريل استيريز في مصل دم مجموعة السيطرة (117.22±5.03 U/ml) ولايتاثر بالجنس ويقل مع تقدم العمر ، كما وجد عدم تاثير الجنس والعمرعلى فعالية الانزيم لدى مجموعة المرضى . وبينت النتائج انخفاض فعالية الانزيم لدى مرضى تصلب الشرايين المصابين بارتفاع ضغط الدم وداء السكر مقارنة بمرضى تصلب الشرايين غير المصابين بهذه الامراض كما انخفضت فعالية الانزيم لدى المرضى ذوي المستوى المعاشي المتوسط والجيد ، ومع زيادة مدة الاصابة بالمرض ، بينما لم تتاثر فعالية الانزيم بمستوى التدخين . واظهرت النتائج وجود انخفاض معنوي في مستوى البروتين الدهني عالي الكثافة ، البروتين الكلي ، الالبومين والكلوبيولين بينما لوحظ وجود ارتفاع معنوي في مستوى الدهون الكلية ولم يلحظ تغيير في مستوى الكولسترول الكلي ، الكليسيريدات الثلاثية ، البروتين الدهني واطئ الكثافة جدا ، البروتين الدهني واطئ الكثافة والكالسيوم في مصل دم مرضى تصلب الشرايين مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة . ودرست العلاقة بين فعالية انزيم اريل استيريز وعدد من المتغيرات السريرية لدى مرضى تصلب الشرايين وذلك بايجاد معامل الارتباط الخطي ، وتبين ارتباط البروتين الكلي بعلاقة خطية مع انزيم اريل استيريز لدى مجموعة السيطرة وارتباط خطي بين كل من البروتين الدهني عالي الكثافة (HDL) والالبومين مع انزيم اريل استيريز لدى مجموعة المرضى . كما وجد ان الحزمة البروتينية الثانية المفصولة من مصل الدم بتقنية الترشيح الهلامي باستخدام (Sephadex G75) لها وزن جزيئي (47305 دالتون)، وللحزمة البروتينية الاولى المفصولة من HDL مصل الدم هو (49907 دالتون) ، وللحزمة البروتينية الاولى المفصولة من محلول راسب كبريتات الامونيوم بتشبع (25 - 50%) لمصل الدم باستخدام تقنيتي الترشيح الهلامي والهجرة الكهربائية بوجود SDS هو (48123 دالتون) و(49185 دالتون) على التوالي . كما درست الظروف المثلى لعمل انزيم اريل استيريز للحزمتين المفصولتين من HDL مصل الدم ومحلول راسب كبريتات الامونيوم لمصل الدم فوجد ان لهمزامن تفاعل امثل عند الدقيقة (12) و(10) والاس الهيدروجيني الامثل عند (7.2) و(7.6) ودرجة حرارة مثلى (30 C) و(25 C) والتركيز الامثل لمادة الاساس (4mM) و(4.5 mM) وقيمة السرعة القصوى Vmax (243.9 U/ml) و(238.1 U/ml) وقيمة ثابت ميكيلس Km (3.07 mM) و(3.26 mM) على التوالي. | The research included a study of arylesterase and its relation with atherosclerosis. Blood serum samples (50) atherosclerotic patients at age between (4060 year) of both sex had shown a significant decrease (P<0.001) in arylesterase activity when compared with (50) samples of blood serum healthy control at age between (2060 year) of both sex.It had been found that the normal range of arylesterase activity in serum of healthy control (117.22 5.03 U/ml) was not affected by sex and decreased with aging. Also sex and age had no effect on enzyme activity in patients.The results demonstrated a decrease of arylesterase activity in atherosclerotic patients having hypertension and diabetes mellitus.The enzyme activity also decreased with medium and good level of living patients and according to duration but did not affected by the level of smoking.The results also showed a significant decrease of high density lipoprotein, total protein, albumin and globulin . A significant increase of total lipids was observed and their was no change in total cholesterol, triglyceride, very low density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein and calcium in serum of atherosclerotic patients compared with control group.Correlation coefficient between arylesterase activity and clinical variables of atherosclerotic patients showed a linear relationship of arylesterase activity with total protein in control group and a linear relationship of arylesterase activity with high density lipoprotein and albumin in patients group.It had been found that the second protein peak separated from serum by gel filtration technique using (Sephadex G75) had apparent molecular weight (47305 d) and the first protein peak separated from HDL serum had (49907 d) . The first protein peak separated from Ammonium Sulfate saturation of serum with (2550%) using gel filtration and SDS electrophoersis techniques had (48123 d) and (49185d) respectively. The optimum conditions of arylesterase for the two peaks separated from HDL and Ammonium Sulfate precipitate solution showed a reaction time at (12), (10) minute and optimum pH at (7.2), (7.6) and optimum temperature (30 C), (25 C) and optimum substrate concentration (4 mM), (4.5 mM) and Vmax value (243.9 U/ml), (238.1 U/ml) and Km value (3.07 mM), (3.26 mM) respectively.

Abstract: اكتسبت المواد الاسفلتية المحورة بالبوليمرات اهمية خاصة خلال السنوات الاخيرة وذلك لارتباطها الوثيق بالمجالات الانشائية والصناعية فضلا عن التغيرات الكبيرة الحاصلة في السلوك الريولوجي للمواد الاسفلتية عند اضافة كميات صغيرة من البوليمر.ونظرا لمحدودية عدد الدراسات حول استخدام البولي ستايرين لتحوير الاسفلت جاءت دراستنا هذه محاولة لتوضيح كيفية تصرف البولي ستايرين مع الاسفلت خصوصا اذا علمنا ما تتمتع به مادة البولي ستايرين من مميزات كونها واحدة من اكثر البوليمرات الثرموبلاستيكية شائعة الاستعمال ورخيصة الثمن بالاضافة الى حجم المشاكل البيئية الناجمة عن تراكم كميات كبيرة من هذه المادة كفضلات.اشتملت هذه الدراسة على : 1 - معالجة كل من اسفلت بيجي المشتق من نفط بارافيني الاساس واسفلت قيارة المشتق من نفط اروماتي الاساس بنسب مختلفة من البولي ستايرين معالجة اذابة فيزيائية، بالاضافة الى المعالجة الكيميائية لاسفلت بيجي مع البولي ستايرين.2 - معالجة اسفلت بيجي بنسب مختلفة من البولي ستايرين المكسر حراريا ، معالجة اذابة فيزيائية ، ومعالجة كيميائية ، وملاحظة تاثير تقليل الوزن الجزيئي للبوليمر على تجانسية الاسفلت.3 - تحضير انظمة اسفلتية بالمعالجة الكيميائية المحفزة مع الكبريت لكل من اسفلت بيجي والقيارة ومن ثم اجراء عمليات التحوير بالبولي ستايرين والهدف دراسة مقدار التمازج Compatibility بين البولي ستايرين والانظمة الاسفلتية المحضرة.4 - اضافة الكبريت بنسبه المختلفة (5%،10%،15%) وزنا الى النماذج المستحصل عليها من المعالجات سابقة الذكر بهدف زيادة قابلية الاذابة للبولي ستايرين في الانظمة الاسفلتية ودراسة المورفولوجي Morphology باستخدام المجهر لملاحظة كيفية توزيع وانتشار البوليمر خلال الاسفلت.5 - تجزئة كل من اسفلت بيجي والقيارة الى مكوناته الاساسية (اسفلتين،راتنجات صلبة،راتنجات لينة) ومعالجة كل مكون من هذه المكونات معالجة كيميائية محفزة مع الكبريت ومن ثم تحويرها بالبولي ستايرين ، ثم يعقبها اضافة الكبريت كل ذلك من اجل ملاحظة اي من هذه المكونات اكثر تمازجا مع البولي ستايرين وتاثرا باضافة الكبريت.وباجراء الدراسات المشار اليها اعلاه وجدنا : * قابلية امتزاج البولي ستايرين بالاسفلت تكون محدودة.* ان خفض الوزن الجزيئي للبولي ستايرين اسهم في زيادة تذاوبه مع الاسفلت الذي ادى بدوره الى الحصول على نماذج اكثر تجانسا.* الانظمة الاسفلتية المحضرة بالمعالجة الكيميائية المحفزة مع الكبريت لكل من اسفلت بيجي والقيارة كانت افضل تمازجا مع البولي ستايرين من الاسفلت غير المعالج كيميائيا.* اضافة الكبريت بنسبه المختلفة (5%،10%،15%) وزنا الى الانظمة الاسفلتية المحورة بالبولي ستايرين وبغض النظر عن طبيعتها ادت الى تحسن تجانسيتها بشكل ملحوظ من خلال زيادة انتشار واذابة البولي ستايرين خلال الانظمة الاسفلتية.* عملية تجزئة كل من اسفلت بيجي والقيارة الى مكوناته الاساسية وتحوير كل من هذه المكونات بالبولي ستايرين ثم بالكبريت اثبتت ان المكون الاكثر ارومية هو الاكثر تمازجا مع البولي ستايرين والاكثر تاثرا باضافة الكبريت ، وهذا ساعدنا في اعطاء تفسير للنتائج التي حصلنا عليها. | Polymer modified asphalts (PMA) became of great interest over the last years, because they are closely related to industrial and constructional fields, as the addition of small amounts of polymer dramatically changes the rheological properties of asphalts. Due to the shortage of studies on polystyrene modified asphalts,the present study is a trial to clarify the behaviour of polystyrene with asphalt.Polystyrene was choosen to modify asphalts due to its properties as a cheap and commonly used thermoplastic polymer,as well as the environ mental problems caused by the huge quantities of its residue.The study includes : - 1 - Treating Beji parafenic asphalt & Qiayarah aromatic asphalt with various percentages of polystyrene as well as chemical reaction between polystyrene and Beji asphalt.2 - Physical & chemical treatment of Beji asphalt with various percentages of thermally cracked polystyrene to establish the effect of molecular weight on the compatibility of polystyrene with asphalts.3 - A preliminary modification of asphalt by a catalyzed chemical reaction with sulphur then the compatibility of these systems with polystyrene were studied.4 - Adding sulphur of different weight percentages (5% , 10% , 15%) to the samples produced by the above mentioned treatments in order to increase the capability of polystyrene to solvate in the asphaltic systems and to study the morphology microscopically to notice the dispersion of polystyrene in asphalt.5 - Fractionating Beji & Qiayarah asphalts into their basic components (asphaltene,hard resins,soft resins) and treating each of these components with sulphur by stimulating chemical treatment. Then ,modified with polystyrene in order to notice which one of these components is the most compatible with polystyrene and the most affected by the addition of sulphur.After conducting the above mentioned studies, it was found that : - * The compatibility of polystyrene in asphalt is limited.* compatibility was increased by decreasing molecular weight of polystyrene.* Better compatibility of polystyrene was obtained with STA.* Adding sulphur with weight percentages (5% , 10% , 15%) to the polystyrene modified asphalt led to increase its homogeneity significantly.* Fractionating of Beji & Qiayarah asphalts into its basic components and modifying these components by polystyrene and then by sulphur proved that the most aromatic component is the most compatible with polystyrene and the most affected component by sulphur in a way that helped in justifying the results of the study.

Abstract: ان العقد الالكتروني من طائفة العقود التي تبرم عن بعد ، والتي ظهرت الى حيز الوجود في بداية العقد التاسع من القرن العشرين فقد جاء هذا العقد نتيجة لدخول شبكة المعلومات العالمية (الانترنيت) في الحياة المدنية والتجارية بعد ان كانت مقتصرة على الخدمات العسكرية ، فجاءت لتفتح افاقا جديدة من المعرفة والتطور بعصر يعرف بعصر المعلوماتية وبروز ظاهرة العولمة الاقتصادية . ويتميز العقد الالكتروني من العقود التقليدية ومن جميع العقود التي تبرم عن بعد بانه ينعقد بوسيلة سمعية وبصرية على العكس من الفاكس والتلكس اللذين تنعقد فيهما العقود بوسيلة بصرية اما الهاتف فينعقد فيه العقد بوسيلة سمعية . اما من طرق التعبير عن الارادة في العقد الالكتروني فان الكتابة هي الوسيلة الوحيدة للتعبير عن الارادة في العقد الالكتروني ولكن هذه الكتابة هي كتابة من نوع خاص لها شكلهواطبيعتها الخاصة التي تميزها عن الكتابة بمعناها التقليدي ، فهي تمثل نبضات كهربائية او الكترونية تترك اثرا ماديا على شاشة الحاسب الالي وتتوافر في هذه الكتابة شروط الكتابة التقليدية من تيسير الاطلاع على البيانات الواردة فيها على نحو يتيح استخدامهواالرجوع اليها فيما بعد . اما مسالة تحديد زمان ومكان انشاء العقد الالكتروني كانت مثار الخلاف التقليدي باعتبار ان الاخير هو عقد بين غائبين لا يجمعهما مجلس عقد واحد ولكن ظهور التشريعات الالكترونية قد عالج هذه المسالة بتدخلها بتحديد زمان انعقاد العقد من خلال الاخذ بنظرية تسلم القبول وتدخله في تحديد مكان انعقاد العقد كما فعل تماما قانون المعاملات الالكترونية الاردني لعام 2001 في المادة 18 منه فجعل مكان انعقاد العقد هو المكان الذي تم تسلم رسالة البيانات فيه وهو مكتب المتسلم او مقر عمله . وفيما يتعلق بالرضاء في العقد الالكتروني فقد كان للاهلية الاثر الكبير في العقد الالكتروني باعتبار غياب الحضور المادي لاطراف العقد فبرزت بذلك مشكلة تحديد هوية الاطراف المتعاقدة واهليتهم مما حدا بالمختصين بهذا الشان باعتماد التقنيات التكنولوجية لذلك من خلال تدخل شركات وسيطة فظهرت بذلك مهنة ما يسمى (الكاتب العدل الالكتروني) وغيرها من التقنيات ، كما كان لنظرية عيوب الارادة دورها الفعال في هذا النوع من التعاقد يضاف الى ما يقدمه حق الرجوع في العقد الالكتروني ، فضلا عن تطبيق بعض القواعد الخاصة بحماية المستهلكين في العقود التي تبرم عن بعد من الالتزام باعلام العميل وحق الرجوع في العقد . واما ما يخص محل العقد الالكتروني فقد يكون قياما بعمل او امتناعا عن عمل كما قد يكون دفع مبلغ من النقود (الثمن) . فاما ما يتعلق بدفع الثمن واسس تحديده عن طريق الشبكة فان هنالك اسس معينة لتحديد الثمن حددتها التوجيهات الاوربية والتشريعات الالكترونية المختصة ، فيكون تسديد الثمن عن طريق الشبكة بوساطة بطاقات الائتمان او باحدى الانظمة التي اوجدتها شبكة الانترنيت ومع ان هذه الانظمة تتميز بالتقدم ولكنها لا تخلو من المخاطر . وبالنسبة للرجوع عن دفع الثمن في العقد الالكتروني فان لمبدا (عدم جواز الرجوع عن دفع الثمن) صداه في هذا النوع من العقود في حالة تسديد الثمن بوساطة بطاقات الائتمان اذا ما اقترن هذا الاستعمال بالرقم السري للمستخدم وقد ثار الخلاف حول امكانية تطبيق هذا المبدا عند تسديد الثمن بوساطة الطرق التي اوجدتها الشبكة . | The electronic contract is considered as one of the remotely concluded contracts , which came into being as early as the last decade of the twentieth century as a result of the considerable effects imposed by the world wide web (the internet) upon the civil and commercial transactions after having been restricted to the military purposes and the international network opened new horizons towards the knowledge and the development in the era known as the era of computer science and characterized by the emergence of the phenomenon of the economic globalization . The electronic contract , which is distinguished from the traditional contracts and all of the remotely concluded contracts , is concluded by an audio - visual instrument as opposed to the telex and facsimile in which the contracts are concluded by a visual instrument , while in the telephone they are concluded by an auditory instrument and as to the methods of the expression of the will in the electronic contract . The writing is the only method , which is characterized by its special nature and form as opposed to the traditional writing , it is represented by the electric and electronic impulses leaving material effects on the screen of the monitor , and this kind of writing has the same conditions of the traditional one , for example , the availability or the facilitation of obtaining the data in a simple and easy way . The traditional controversy has emerged concerning the determination of the time and place of concluding the electronic contract which can legally be qualified as a contact between two persons absent from the place of concluding the contract , but the enactment of the electronic legislation has treated accurately this matter by using the theory of receiving the acceptance , which determined the time and place of the conclusion of the contract . As it is the case with the Jordanian law of the electronic transactions in 2001 , the Article - 18 - of which has considered the place where the data are received as the place of the conclusion of the contract , which is represented by the receiver’s bureau or his office . The capacity has a great influence on the electronic contract as for the consent because of the material absence of contracting parties , therefore a new problem has emerged that the determination of the identity and the capacity of the contracting parties became difficult , but the experts have used new technical methods developed by many intermediary companies and as a result a new job , called the electronic notary public , has appeared , in addition to that the theory of the vices of consent has played a consideral role in this kind of contracts as well as the revocability of the electronic contract and the application of same special roles concerning the consumer protection in the remotely concluded contracts , or regarding the obligation of informing the client and the revocability of the contract . The object of the electronic contract may be an obligation to do or not to do some thing or the payment of a sum of money , and as far as the modes of the determination of the price and its payment are concerned . there are certain bases and mooed of the termination of the price included in the European directives and the legislation concerned with the conclusion of the electronic contracts , therefore , the price may be payed either by the credit cards or by one of the ways used in the international network , although being developed rapidly , but they are risky , and as for the non - payment of the price the principle of the irrevocability of the payment of the price has left a considerable effects in this kind of the contracts especially when the payment of the price is made by the credit cards and attached with the secret number of the user and a controversy has emerged about the applicability of this principle during the payment of the price by the ways used in the international network .

Abstract: هدف البحث التعرف على اثر كل من التعليم المبرمج (البرنامج التعليمي المحوسب) وانموذج بوسنر البنائي في تصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة وتنمية استراتيجيات التفكير العلمي لدى طالبات الصف الخامس العلمي في محافظة نينوى ولتحقيق اهداف البحث صيغت الفرضيات الرئيسة الاتية : 1. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في نسبة المفاهيم الخاطئة عند استخدام طريقة التعليم المبرمج في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي.2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في نسبة المفاهيم الخاطئة عند استخدام انموذج بوسنر في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي.3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عن مستوى دلالة (0.05) في نسبة المفاهيم الخاطئة بين المجموعتين التجريبيتين الاولى (التعليم المبرمج) والثانية (انموذج بوسنر) في الاختبار البعدي.4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في مستوى استراتيجيات التفكير العلمي لدى طالبات الصف الخامس العلمي.5. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في متوسط درجات الطالبات في اختبار التفكير العلمي في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية الاولى (التعليم المبرمج).6. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في متوسط درجات الطالبات في اختبار التفكير العلمي في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية الثانية (انموذج بوسنر).اجريت التجربة على طالبات الصف الخامس العلمي في اعدادية قرطبة للبنات في محافظة نينوى وللفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2003 - 2004، تكونت عينة البحث من (135) طالبة قسمن الى (3) مجاميع، مجموعتان تجريبيتان ومجموعة ضابطة تكونت المجموعة التجريبية الاولى من (44) طالبة درسن باستخدام التعليم المبرمج (البرنامج التعليمي المحوسب)، وتكونت المجموعة التجريبية الثانية من (46) طالبة درسن باستخدام انموذج بوسنر البنائي، في حين تكونت المجموعة الضابطة من (45) طالبة. كوفئت المجاميع الثلاثة في العمر الزمني والتحصيل العلمي للاباء والامهات والذكاء. وللتحقق من فرضيات البحث اعدت الباحثة ثلاثة اختبارات هي اختبار استراتيجيات التفكير العلمي والاختبار التشخيصي للمفاهيم والاختبار العلاجي (البعدي). وتحققت من الصدق الظاهري للاختبارات بعرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء والمحكمين في مجال الاختصاص. وتحقق الصدق البنائي للاختبارات بحساب معامل الارتباط بين درجة كل فقرة مع الدرجة الكلية للاختبار وقد حصلت على نسبة اتفاق عالية وحسبت معامل الثبات للاختبارات بطريقتين هما طريقة اعادة الاختبار وطريقة الاتساق الداخلي. وقد حصلت على معاملات ارتباط عالية، واعدت الخطط الدراسية لكل من طريقتي التعليم المبرمج وانموذج بوسنر البنائي وللطريقة التقليدية وعرضتها على مجموعة من المحكمين للتاكد من مدى ملاءمتها لمتغيرات البحث.قامت الباحثة بتشخيص المفاهيم الخاطئة لدى الطالبات باستخدام الاختبار التشخيصي وحسبت النسب المئوية للخطا لكل مفهوم ثم قامت بتدريس مجاميع البحث التجريبية وفق الطريقة التعليم المبرمج وانموذج بوسز البنائي، وبعدها طبق الاختبار البعدي وحسبت النسب المئوية للخطا لكل مفهوم ثم عولجت البيانات احصائيا لمعرفة دلالة الفروق بين النسب المئوية وذلك باستخدام (اختبار Z لحساب دلالة الفروق في النسب المئوية). وقد اظهرت النتائج فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05) في تصحيح المفاهيم لصالح كل من مجموعتي البحث واظهرت النتائج فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية في اختبار استراتيجيات التفكير العلمي القبلي والبعدي لصالح مجموعتي البحث التجريبيتين.وفي ضوء نتائج البحث اوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات منها استخدام البرنامج التعليمي المحوسب وانموذج بوسنر البنائي في تصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة عند طلاب الصف الخامس العلمي وتنمية وتطوير التفكير العلمي.وصاغت عددا من المقترحات اهمها : • اجراء الدراسات باستخدام البرنامج التعليمي المحوسب وانموذج بوسنر في تصحيح المفاهيم العلمية في مواد ومراحل دراسية اخرى.• اجراء دراسة مقارنة بين متغيرات البحث الحالي ونماذج اخرى في تصحيح المفاهيم وتنمية وتطوير التفكير العلمي. | he effect of using programmed instruction and Posner constructive model in the change of concepts and developing scientific thinking strategies for fifth secondary class female students - scientific division in biology.The aim of this research is to identify the effect of programmed instruction (computeralized construction program), and Posner model in conceptual correctness of miss concepts and developing scientific thinking strategies for fifth secondary class - scientific division in Ninevah Governorate.To achieve the aims of the research, the following main hypotheses were formulated : 1. There are no statistically significant differences are found at the level of (0.05) in the percent of miss concepts when using programmed teaching in pre - and post test.2. There are no statistically significant differences are found at the level of (0.05) in the percent of miss concept when using Posner constructive model in pre and post tests.3. There are no statistically significant differences are found at the level of (0.05) in the percent of miss concepts between the two experimental groups. The first using programmed teaching and the second one (using Posner model in the post test).4. There are no statistically significant differences are found at the level of (0.05) in the level of scientific thinking strategy for fifth secondary students.5. There are no statistically significant differences are found at the level of (0.05) regarding the mean of grades of the female students in scientific thinking test in pre - test and post - test for the first experimental group (programmed teaching).6. There are no statistically significant differences are found at the level of (0.05) regarding the mean of grades of the female students in scientific thinking test in pre - test and post - test for the second experimental group (Posner constructive model).The experiments were carried out on the female students of fifth secondary pupils in Kurtaba secondary school for girls in Ninevah governorate in the second term of the academic year (2003 - 2004), the sample consisted of (135) student divided into (3) groups, two experimental groups and control group. The first experimental group consisted of (44) student, taught by using programmed teaching (computerized construction program). The second experimental group consisted of (46) student taught by using Posner construction model, while the control group contained (45) students. The equivalence was made between the three groups in age, parents academic achievements, intelligence.To verity the hypothesis, the researcher made (3) tests as follows : Test of scientific thinking strategy and characterize tests of concepts and post test. The face validity of the tests was verified by showing on a panel of experts in methodology. The content validity of tests was achieved by calculating conjunction of coordination among the degree of each item with the total degree of the test. The agreement rate was high, stability factor was calculated for the tests in two ways, re - test way and internal coordination. The coordination conjunction were high.The researcher prepared teaching plans for the programmed teaching Posner construction model and tradition teaching methods were showed to a panel of experts and referees to ascertain their reliability of the variables of research.The researcher characterized the miss concepts for pupils using diagnosing test. The error percentages of each concept were calculated. The researcher taught the two experimental groups according to programmed teaching and Posner construction model. Then, the post test was applied and error percentages of each concept were calculated. The data were statistically analyzed to known the significance of differences between the percentage, by using (Z - test to calculate the significant of percent rates).The results showed statistically significant differences were found at the level of (0.05) in correcting miss concepts for the two experimental designs. The results showed also statistically significant differences in pre - and post test scientific thinking strategies with a bias toward the two experimental groups.Known the results above, the researcher re - commended some recommendations such as make more future studies using programmed teaching and Posner construction model in correcting scientific concepts of other materials and other academic stages

Abstract: استهدف البحث معرفة اثر طريقة المشروع في السلوك التكيفي والنمو الحركي لدى اطفال الرياض.ولتحقيق هذا الهدف صاغت الباحثة الفرضيتين الصفريتين الاتيتين : 1. لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات السلوك التكيفي لدى اطفال المجموعة التجريبية التي درست وفق طريقة المشروع ومتوسط درجات السلوك التكيفي لدى اطفال المجموعة الضابطة التي درست وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في الاختبار البعدي.2. لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات النمو الحركي لدى اطفال المجموعة التجريبية التي درست وفق طريقة المشروع ومتوسط درجات النمو الحركي لدى اطفال المجموعة الضابطة التي درست وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في الاختبار البعدي.ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعتمدت الباحثة التصميم التجريبي ذا المجموعتين المتكافئتين احداهما تجريبية درست وفق طريقة المشروع والاخرى ضابطة درست وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية.تكونت عينة البحث من (50) طفلا وطفلة تم اختيارهم بصورة قصدية من اطفال الصف التمهيدي في روضة البسمة بواقع (24) طفلا وطفلة مثلوا المجموعة التجريبية و(26) طفلا وطفلة مثلوا المجموعة الضابطة.وقد كافات الباحثة المجموعتين قبل بدء التجربة في عدد من المتغيرات هي : ( العمر الزمني بالاشهر، عدد افراد الاسرة، الوزن، الطول، التحصيل الدراسي للاباء، التحصيل الدراسي للامهات، درجات الاختبار القبلي للسلوك التكيفي، درجات الاختبار القبلي للنمو الحركي).ودرست الباحثة مجموعتي البحث واعدت الخطط التعليمية اللازمة لكلتا المجموعتين واستغرقت مدة التجربة (10) اسابيع، ولغرض قياس المتغيرات التابعة في البحث اعدت الباحثة اداتين : الاولى : لقياس السلوك التكيفي مكونة من(30) فقرة.الثانية : لقياس النمو الحركي مكونة من (28) فقرة. ولاجل التحقق من سلامة اداتي البحث وصلاحيتهما للقياس قامت الباحثة بايجاد مؤشرات الصدق للاداتين باستخدام الصدق الظاهري من خلال عرضهما على مجموعة من المحكمين، وحسب ثبات اداة السلوك التكيفي بطريقتين طريقة التجزئة النصفية اذ بلغ معامل الثبات (0.81) وبطريقة الفا كرونباخ اذ بلغ معامل الثبات (0.82)، وحسب ثبات اداة النمو الحركي بطريقتين طريقة ثبات المصححين اذ بلغ معامل الارتباط (0.77) وبطريقة اعادة الاختبار اذ بلغ معامل الارتباط (0.86) وتعد هذه المعاملات جيدة.وتم استخدام الوسائل الاحصائية الاتية : )الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين، مربع كاي، معادلة ارتباط بيرسون، معادلة سبيرمان - براون، معادلة الفا كرونباخ(.وبعد معالجة البيانات احصائيا باستخدام الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين اظهرت النتائج الاتي : 1 - وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط درجات المجموعة الضابطة في السلوك التكيفي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي درست بطريقة المشروع.2 - وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط درجات المجموعة الضابطة في النمو الحركي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي درست بطريقة المشروع.وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات، منها ضرورة استخدام معلمات الروضة طريقة المشروع في تعليم الاطفال، واقترحت اجراء المزيد من الدراسات اللاحقة في المجال نفسه | The current research aims to know the impact of project method on adaptive behavior and motor development for kindergarten children to achieve this aim, the researcher put the following null hypotheses : 1 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) found between the averages of adaptive behavior grades of the experimental group using project method and of the control group using traditional method in post - test.2 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) found between the averages of motor development grades of the experimental group using project method and of the control group using traditional method in post - test.To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher used experimental design of two equivalent groups, one is experimental using project method and the other is control group using traditional method. The sample included (50) children chosen intentionally from pre - elementary school class in Al - Basma Kindergarten divided randomly to be (24) children in experimental group and (26) in control group the researcher equalized both groups before initiating the experiment in the variables of (age measured in months, family members, weight height, fathers academic achievement, mothers academic achievement, pre - test scores of adaptive behavior, pre - test scores of motor development).The researcher taught both groups with the necessary teaching plans, the experiment lasted (10) weeks, and to measure the sequent variables in the researcher, the researcher made two tools : - The first to measure adaptive behavior made up of (30) items. - The second to measure motor development made up of (28) items.To verify the validity and reliability for measurement, the researcher found reliability indicators of both groups using face vaidily through a panel of experts, reliability of two tools was counted to be for adaptive behavior tool using split - half method (0.81) and by Alpha Kronbach to be (0.82) and for motor development tool reliability using correctors stability (0.77) and by re - test scored (0.86) all of which are good numbers.The following statistical tools were used : 1. T - test for two independent samples, to test the difference between two groups in equality and to find out the items distinctive, and to test difference between groups in post test.2. Kai square to test difference in equalization.3. Pearson conjunction factor to calculate reliability. 4. Spearman Brown formula of reliability. 5. Alpha Kronbach formula of reliability.After the statistical treatment of data using(t - test) for two independent scruples the results showed : 1 - There is a statistically significant difference between the averages of experimental and control groups grades in adaptive behavior with the favor of using project method.2 - There is a statistically significant difference between the averages of experimental and control groups grades in motor development with the favor of using project method.Such are the results, the researcher made a number of suggestions and recommendations like the necessity of using project method by Kindergarten teachers and to initiate future in the same field.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الى التعرف على اثر استراتيجيتين في التعلم التعاوني في الاستيعاب القرائي لدى تلاميذ التربية الخاصة وتنمية التفاعل الاجتماعي لديهم , وللتحقق من هدف البحث وضع الباحث فرضيتين رئيستين بديلة وتضمنت كل فرضية رئيسة ثلاث فرضيات فرعية بديلة , واستخدم الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذا المجموعات الثلاث المتكافئة , حيث بلغ عدد تلاميذ العينة (27) تلميذا من تلاميذ التربية الخاصة الصف الرابع الابتدائي في مركز محافظة نينوى للعام الدراسي (2009ــ 2010) , بواقع (9) تلاميذ للمجموعة التجريبية الاولى والتي درست باستراتيجية (المجموعات الصغيرة) , و(9) تلاميذ للمجموعة التجريبية الثانية والتي درست باستراتيجية (التعلم معا) , و(9) تلاميذ للمجموعة الضابطة والتي درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية , حيث كافا الباحث مجموعات البحث الثلاث في المتغيرات الاتية ( درجة القراءة العربية للصف الثالث الابتدائي , المعدل العام للتلميذ في الصف الثالث الابتدائي , العمر الزمني محسوبا بالاشهر, تحصيل الاب , تحصيل الام ,والاختبار القبلي لمقياس التفاعل الاجتماعي, وتطلب تحقيق اهداف البحث اعداد اداتين , الاولى اعداد اختبارا للاستيعاب القرائي لقياس مدى استيعاب تلاميذ الصف الرابع الابتدائي تربية خاصة لمادة القراءة العربية , واستخرج الباحث معامل الصعوبة لفقراته ،وبعد اجراء الثبات على الاختبار باستخدام معادلة كودر ريتشارد سون (20) بلغ معامل الثبات (0,82) وهو معامل ثبات جيد ،واصبح الاختبار بصيغته النهائية مكونا من (13) فقرة , وقام الباحث باعداد اداة لقياس التفاعل الاجتماعي , وتم حذف وتعديل بعض فقراته خلال عرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء والمحكمين في اختصاص العلوم النفسية التربوية وطرائق التدريس, للتاكد من صدقه الظاهري , كما استخرج الباحث القوة التمييزية لفقرات المقياس, وتم التاكد من ثباته عن طريق اعادة الاختبار باستخدام معادلة بيرسون, وبلغ (0.84) وهو معامل ثبات عال ،وباستخدام معادلة الفا كرونباخ حيث بلغ معامل الثبات(0.83)وهو معامل ثبات جيد, واصبح المقياس بصورته النهائية مكونا من (39 ) فقرة , وقام الباحث باعداد خطط تدريسية لمجموعات البحث الثلاث وتضمنت (11) موضوعا في مادة القراءة العربية ,بالاعتماد على كتاب القراءة العربية للصف الرابع الابتدائي تربية خاصة وعرض نموذجا منها على مجموعة من المحكمين المختصين للتحقق من صدقهواملائمتهواتغطيتها للمادة العلمية , وهي خطة باستراتيجية المجموعات الصغيرة , وخطـة باستراتيجية التعلم معا ,والطريقة الاعتيادية , وقبل البدء بالتجربة تم اجراء اختبارا قبليا لمقياس التفاعل الاجتماعي , وبعدها تم تطبيق تجربة البحث بتاريـخ 16/2/2010 علـى مجموعات البحـث الثلاث ،واستمـرت التجـربة فصـلا دراسـيا كامـلا, وهـو الفصـل الدراسي الثاني مـن الـعام الدراسـي 2009 - 2010 وفي نهاية التجربة طبق اختبارا الاستيعاب القرائي على تلاميذ المجموعات الثلاثة في يوم 5/5/2010 ،ومقياس التفاعل الاجتماعي (التطبيق البعدي) على تلاميذ المجموعات الثلاث المشمولة بالبحث يوم 9/5/2010, وبعد تصحيح اجابات تلاميذ عينة البحث على الاداتين جمعت البيانات وحللت احصائيا باستخدام ( تحليل التباين ANOVA) واختبار( دنكن Duncan) للمقارنات البعدية واظهرت النتائج مايلي : 1ـ لايوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية الثانية والتي درست وفق استراتيجية ( التعلم معا ) ومتوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة ضابطة والتي درست وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في الاستيعاب القرائي .2ـ يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية الاولى والتي درست وفق استراتيجية ( المجموعات الصغيرة ) ومتوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة الضابطة والتي درست وفق الطريقة التقليدية في الاستيعاب القرائي, ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية الاولى .3ـ يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية الاولى والتي درست وفق استراتيجية ( المجموعات الصغيرة) والمجموعة التجريبية الثانية والتي درست وفق استراتيجية ( التعلم معا ) في الاستيعاب القرائي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية الاولى .4ـ يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية الثانية والتي درست وفق استراتيجية ( التعلم معا ) ومتوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة الضابطة والتي درست وفق الطريقة التقليدية في تنمية التفاعل الاجتماعي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية الثانية .5ـ يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية الاولى والتي درست وفق استراتيجية ( المجموعات الصغيرة ) ومتوسط درجات المجموعة الضابطة والتي درست وفق الطريقة التقليدية في تنمية التفاعل الاجتماعي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية الاولى .6ـ لايوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية الاولى والتي درست وفق استراتيجية ( المجموعات الصغيرة ) ومتوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية الثانية والتي درست وفق استراتيجية ( التعلم معا ) في تنمية التفاعل الاجتماعي .وخرج الباحث بالتوصيات الاتية : 1ـ فتح دورات لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الخاصة للاطلاع على الطرائق التدريسية الحديثة واستخدام التعلم التعاوني واستراتيجياته لتمكينهم من رفع المستوى التحصيلي لتلاميذ التربية الخاصة .2ـ ادخال مواضيع التعلم التعاوني واستراتيجياته ضمن مفردات طرائق التدريس التي تقدم لطلبة كلية التربية الاساسية قسم التربية الخاصة لما تضمنه من نتائج جيدة . 3ـ التاكيد على التشخيص الدقيق لتلاميذ التربية الخاصة حتى يتمكن المعلمين من معرفة قدرات التلاميذ ونقاط الضعف الموجودة .4ـ استخدام التقنيات التربوية المستخدمة في استراتيجيات التعلم التعاوني والتي تساعد تلاميذ التربية الخاصة على فهم المادة واستيعابها خاصة في مادة القراءة العربية .5ـ استخدام النشاطات الصفية واللاصفية والتنوع في اساليب التدريس لتنمية قدرات التلاميذ المعرفية وزيادة تفاعلهم الصفي مع بعضهم ومع التلاميذ العاديين.6ـ على مديرية التربية بالاهتمام بفئات بطيئي التعلم , والتاكيد على تقديم لهم النشاطات داخل المدرسة وخارجها , والبرامج التربوية التي تساعد على تنمية علاقاتهم الاجتماعية .واقترح الباحث اجراء الدراسات الاتية : 1ـ اثر استخدام التعلم التعاوني في تنمية ميول واتجاهات طلبة الصفوف العادية .2ـ اثر برنامج تدريبي لتنمية التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ التربية الخاصة .3ـ اثر استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم التعاوني في اكساب المفاهيم الرياضية لدى تلاميذ التربية الخاصة .4ـ اثر استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم التعاوني المجموعات الصغيرة والتعلم معا في تدريس مادة القراءة العربية في التعبير والاملاء لدى تلاميذ التربية الخاصة .5ـ اثر استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم التعاوني في تعديل السلوك العدواني لدى تلاميذ التربية الخاصة .

Abstract: استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على اثر اسلوبي كل من القصة المصورة ولعب الدور في تعديل قصور الانتباه لدى تلاميذ التربية الخاصة، ولغرض تحقيق اهداف البحث تمت صياغة ستة فرضيات وهي : 1. يوجد فرق معنوي بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية الاولى في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي على مقياس قصور الانتباه ولصالح الاختبار البعدي.2. يوجد فرق معنوي بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية الثانية في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي على مقياس قصور الانتباه ولصالح الاختبار البعدي.3. لا يوجد فرق معنوي بين درجات المجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي على مقياس قصور الانتباه.4. يوجد فرق معنوي بين المجموعة التجريبية الاولى والمجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار البعدي على مقياس قصور الانتباه.5. يوجد فرق معنوي بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية الثانية والمجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار البعدي على مقياس قصور الانتباه.6. لا يوجد فرق معنوي بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية الاولى والثانية في الاختبار البعدي على مقياس قصور الانتباه. استخدم الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعات المتكافئة، مجموعتان تجريبيتان وواحدة ضابطة فبلغ عدد افراد عينة البحث (28) تلميذا وتلميذة بواقع (9) تلاميذ للمجموعة التجريبية الاولى و(10) تلاميذ للمجموعة التجريبية الثانية و(9) تلاميذ للمجموعة الضابطة، حيث درست المجموعة التجريبية الاولى وفق اسلوب القصة المصورة، ودرست المجموعة التجريبية الثانية وفق اسلوب لعب الدور، ودرست المجموعة الضابطة وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية، كافا الباحث بين المجاميع الثلاثة في المتغيرات الاتية (العمر الزمني محسوبا بالاشهر، درجة القراءة للصف الثاني الابتدائي، والمعدل العام لدرجات الصف الثاني الابتدائي، والمستوى التعليمي للاباء، والمستوى التعليمي للامهات) واما بالنسبة لمقياس قصور الانتباه قام الباحث بعمل تكافؤ لمجاميع البحث الثلاث، تبنى الباحث مقياس قصور الانتباه المعد من قبل (العبيدي،1999)، وتم التاكد من مدى صلاحية المقياس من خلال قيامه بمجموعة من الاجراءات منها عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين لاستخراج الصدق، وتم التاكد من ثباته باستخدام معادلة ارتباط بيرسون فبلغ معامل الثبات (0,85)، واجريت له عملية تمييز، استعان الباحث بالقصص الموجودة في القراءة العربية للصف الثالث الابتدائي وقام بتحويلها الى قصص مصورة وتم عرضها على لجنة من المحكمين من ذوي الاختصاص للتاكد من مدى صلاحية الصور ومن مدى تعبيرها عن الموضوع، وتم الاستعانة باحد الكتاب من ذوي الاختصاص في مجال القصة (*) قام الباحث بمسرحة المواضيع ومن ثم قام بعرض هذه النصوص الممسرحة مع النصوص الاصلية للمادة العلمية على لجنة من المحكمين من ذوي الاختصاص للتاكد من مدى صلاحيتها، وباستخدام معادلة ولكوكسن، ومعادلة مان _وتني اظهرت النتائج ما ياتي : - 1. يوجد فرق معنوي بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية الاولى في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي على مقياس قصور الانتباه ولصالح الاختبار البعدي.2. يوجد فرق معنوي بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية الثانية في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي على مقياس قصور الانتباه ولصالح الاختبار البعدي. 3. لا يوجد فرق معنوي بين درجات المجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي على مقياس قصور الانتباه. 4. يوجد فرق معنوي بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية الاولى والمجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار البعدي لمقياس قصور الانتباه ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية الاولى.5. يوجد فرق معنوي بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية الثانية والمجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار البعدي لمقياس قصور الانتباه ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية الثانية.6. لا يوجد فرق معنوي بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية الاولى والمجموعة التجريبية الثانية في الاختبار البعدي لمقياس قصور الانتباه.وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات منها : 1. التاكيد على مشاركة التلاميذ خلال الحصص الدراسية وفي كافة المواد الدراسية من خلال اعطائهم الانشطة المناسبة لهم .2. العمل على اعداد الكوادر المتخصصة بتدريس الصفوف الخاصة واعطائهم فرصا اكبر لمتابعة هؤلاء الفئة من خلال الزيارات المباشرة والمتتالية للمدارس وللمعلمين اصحاب الاختصاص في مجال (التربية الخاصة). واستكمالا للفائدة العلمية في هذا المجال قدم الباحث مجموعة من المقترحات منها : 1. اجراء دراسة مماثلة تتناول اثر استخدام اسلوب القصة المصورة ولعب الدور في تنمية التفاعل الصفي لدى تلاميذ التربية الخاصة. | The current research aims to reveal the effect of two cooperative learning strategies is reading comprehension for special education pupils and develop their social interaction. To verify this aim, the researcher put two main hypotheses with each of them three sub hypotheses. The researcher used experimental design of three equal groups, the sample were (27) pupils of four the graders of special education of city center of Nineveh governorate for the academic year 2009 - 2010 to be (9) pupils in the first experimental group using (small groups strategy) (9) pupils in the second group using cleaning together and (9) pupils for the control group using traditional way. The researcher made equation between three groups in (Arabic reading grade for third class, average of third class, time age measured in months, academic level for father and mother) variables. To achieve the goal of the research. Two tools were needed comprehension test to measure comprehension level of special education fourth graders for Arabic reading. The researcher extracted difficulty factor of the items. After applying koder - Richardson formula 20 of test stability, read (0.82) stated good, and the test was finalty consisting of (13) items. The researcher made a tool to measure social in teraction, some items were omitted and adjusted throw the panel of experts and judges specialized in education psychological sciences and methodologies to verify its surface reliability. The researcher found distinctive force of measurement items. The stability was verified through re - test using Alfa - kronbach formula reaching (0.83) a good stability factor. Thus the final image of measurement consists of (39) item. The researcher made teaching plans for all group included (11) subjects in Arabic language based on reading texts of Arabic language for special education and showed a sample on a panel of specialized referces to verify its validity appropriateness and coverage of scientific material a plan for small groups, learning together and traditional ways respectively. After beginning experiment, a pre - test of social interaction measurement was done then the experiment began on 16 - 2 - 2010 on all group for a whole semester namely the second semester of the academic year 2009 - 2010. at the end of the experiment the researcher made a reading comprehension test on all groups pupils on 5 - 5 - 2010 and social interaction measurement (post application) on the three groups pupils on 9 - 5 - 2010. after correcting answers of the sample on both tests, data were collected and statically analyzed using NOVA and Dimcan test of post comparisons. The result showed 1 - No statistically significant difference is found between the means of second experimental grou8p used (learning together) strategy and the control group using traditional way in reading comprehension. 2 - There is statistically significant difference between the means of first experimental group used (small group) strategy and the control group using traditional way in reading comprehension in favor of the experimental group. 3 - There is statistically significant difference between means of first experimental group (small group) strategy and the second experimental group using (learning together) strategy in reading comprehension and in favor of first experimental group. 4 - A statistically significant difference is found between the means of second experimental group using (learning together) strategy and control group using traditional way in developing social interaction and in favor of second experimental group. 5 - Statistically significant difference is found between the means of first experimental group using (small group) strategy control group using traditional way in developing social interaction and in favor of first control group. 6 - No statistically significant difference between the means of first experimental group using (small groups) strategy and second experiment group using (learning together) strategy in developing social interaction. The researcher recommends : 1 - Make courses for special education teachers to view modern methodologies, use cooperative learning strategies to raise the academic level special education pupils. 2 - Incorporate subjects and strategies of cooperative learning within the curriculum of methodology for students of education dept. at basic education college due to its good results. 3 - Ascertain the exact diagnosis special education students to enable learners to know students abilities and potential weakness points. 4 - Use educational techniques used in cooperative learning helping special to on students to understand and comprehend the material specially in Arabic language text reading. 5 - Use of class and outer curriculum activities and verify methodologies to develop information abilities of students and increase class interaction with each other and with other students. 6 - Ministry of education must pay attention to slow learners, to provide them activities inside and out side school and social programs that helping developing their social behavior. Abstract: ان التغيرات السريعة في الميادين التعليمية هي من ميزات هذا العصر التي علينا ان نشجع على تحريكها بالاتجاه الصحيح والتكيف معها، اذ لم تعد العملية التعليمية تركز على كمية المعلومات المقدمة للمتعلم فقط، وانما تعتمد على الطرائق والاساليب التي يعتمدها المعلم لتنظيم مفردات الدرس وتطبيقه بصورة سليمة وناجحة والحصول على المعلومات من مصادر مختلفة.الذي يتطلب تقديم الوسائل والاساليب والامكانات للمتعلم للحصول على هذه المعلومات من مصادر مختلفة. هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن : • اثر اسلوبي ( التنافس المقارن والاحتواء) في تعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم. • المقارنة بين اثر اسلوبي (التنافس المقارن والاحتواء) في تعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم في الاختبار البعدي . • المقارنة بين اسلوبي ( التنافس المقارن والاحتواء) في نتائج اختبار الاحتفاظ ببعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم .وافترض الباحث ما ياتي : - • وجود فروق ذو دلالة احصائية بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي لمجاميع البحث في تعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم .• وجود فروق ذو دلالة احصائية في الاختبار البعدي بين مجاميع البحث في تعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم .• وجود فروق ذو دلالة احصائية في نتائج اختبار الاحتفاظ بين مجاميع البحث في تعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم . واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته وطبيعة البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من طلاب الصف الرابع الاعدادي في اعدادية الكندي للبنين في مركز محافظة نينوى للعام الدراسي (2009 - 2010) البالغ عددهم (60) طالبا ، قسموا الى ثلاث مجموعات تجريبية (20) طالبا للمجموعة التجريبية الاولى و(20) طالبا للمجموعة التجريبية الثانية و(20) طالبا للمجموعة الثالثة(الضابطة). وتم تطبيق كل اسلوب من الاساليب المستخدمة على كل مجموعة لتعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم على وفق الاتي : • المجموعة التجريبية الاولى........... اسلوب التنافس المقارن.• المجموعة التجريبية الثانية ........... اسلوب الاحتواء.• المجموعة الضابطة ........... اسلوب الامري . وتم تحقيق التكافؤ للمجموعات الثلاثة في متغيرات (العمر والكتلة والطول) وبعض عناصر اللياقة البدنية المؤثرة في تعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية في كرة القدم . واستغرق تنفيذ التجربة الرئيسة (8) اسابيع بواقع وحدتين تعليميتين في الاسبوع الواحد، وكان زمن الوحدة التعليمية (45) دقيقة، وتم البدء بتنفيذ التجربة الرئيسة يوم الاحد الموافق(21/2/2010) وانتهت يوم الاربعاء (14/ 4/2010).وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها تم معالجتها احصائيا باستخدام ( الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط البسيط، اختبار (ت) لوسطين حسابيين مرتبطين، تحليل التباين باتجاه واحد، اختبار ( دنكن )، النسبة المئوية، نسبة الاحتفاظ، وتم التوصل الى الاستنتاجات الاتية . 1 - ان الاساليب الثلاثة ( التنافس المقارن والاحتواء والامري) هي اساليب فعالة في تعليم المهارات ( الدحرجة والمناولة القصيرة والمتوسطة والطويلة والتهديف القريب والبعيد والاخماد وضرب الكرة بالراس ) في كرة القدم بنسب مختلفة . 2 - تفوق اسلوب التنافس المقارن في تعليم مهارات( الدحرجة والتمريرة القصيرة والمتوسطة والطويلة والتهديف القريب وضرب الكرة بالراس ) في كرة القدم على اسلوبي الاحتواء والامري . 3 - تفوق اسلوب الاحتواء في تعليم اداء مهارتي (التهديف البعيد والاخماد) في كرة القدم على اسلوب التنافس المقارن والامري .4 - تفوق اسلوب التنافس المقارن في نسب احتفاظ اكبر في مهارات (الدحرجة والتمريرة القصيرة والمتوسطة والطويلة والتهديف القريب وضرب الكرة بالراس ) في كرة القدم قياسا الى اسلوبي الاحتواء والامري . 5 - تفوق اسلوب الاحتواء في نسب احتفاظ اكبر في مهارتي ( التهديف البعيد والاخماد) في كرة القدم قياسا الى اسلوبي التنافس المقارن والامري . واوصى الباحث بما ياتي : 1 - استخدام اسلوبي ( التنافس المقارن والاحتواء ) في تعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم ( الدحرجة والمناولة القصيرة والمتوسطة والطويلة والتهديف القريب والبعيد والاخماد وضرب الكرة بالراس )على طلاب الرابع الاعدادي. 2 - ضرورة اهتمام مدرسي التربية في المدارس باستخدام اسلوب التنافس المقارن والاحتواء في تعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم والاحتفاظ بها. 3 - عمل دورات تدريبية للمدرسين في الخدمة وتهيئتهم لاستخدام طرق التدريس واساليبه الحديثة ومنها اسلوبي (التنافس المقارن والاحتواء) وتعريفهم بابعادهموافوائدهما.واقترح الباحث : 1 - اجراء دراسات لاسلوبي التنافس المقارن والاحتواء على مراحل دراسية اخرى من البنين للعبة كرة القدم .2 - اجراء دراسات اخرى لاسلوبي التنافس المقارن والاحتواء على مراحل دراسية اخرى من البنين والبنات لالعاب رياضية مختلفة . | Rapid changes in the teaching fields are of the main features of our time that should be encouraged to be suitable used and adopted. Teaching process is no more focusing on information presented for the learner but depends on methods used by the teacher to organize and apply the curriculum suitable and successful to obtain information from various resources. The current study aims at : - Revealing the impact of using comparative competition and inclusion styles in teaching some of the basic skills in football. - Comparing the impact of using comparative competition and inclusion styles in teaching some of the basic skills in football in pre test. - Comparing both comparative competition and inclusion styles in retention of some of the basic skills in football.The researcher has hypothesized the following : - There are statistical differences between pre and post tests for the study groups in teaching some basic skills of football. - There are statistical differences in post test for the study groups in teaching some basic skills of football. - There are statistical differences for the study groups in maintaining some basic skills of football. Experimental approach is used for its suitability to the study approach. The study sample consisted of (60) the fourth secondary stage students at Al Kindi School for Boys in Nineveh for the year (2009 - 2010). They were divided into three experimental groups, (20) students for each and (20) students for the third control group. Each of the methods developed by the researcher was applied to teaching some of the basic skills of football as follows : - 1st experimental group : comparative competition method. - 2nd experimental group : inclusion method. - Control group : imperative method. Equivalence has been achieved for the three groups regarding age, weight and height and some of the physical fitness affecting the development of basic skills in football. The main experiment took about (8) weeks with two teaching units a week, lasting for (45) minutes. The main experiment started on Sunday 21st February 2010 and finished on Wednesday 14th March 2010. Mean, standard deviation, simple correlation factor, T test for two correlated means, one direction variance analysis, Duncan test and percentage were the statistical means used in the study. The study sums up with the following : 1. The three methods, comparative competition, inclusion and the imperative, are efficient in teaching the basic skills (rolling, short, medium and long pass, close and distant shooting, hitting the ball with head) in football with various rates. 2. Comparative method is better than the inclusion and the imperative methods in teaching some of the basic skills in football (rolling, short, medium and long pass, close shooting, hitting the ball with head).3. Inclusion method is better than the comparative and the imperative methods in teaching distant shooting skill in football. 4. Comparative method is better than the inclusion and the imperative methods in maintaining some of the basic skills in football (rolling, short and medium pass, close shooting, hitting the ball with head).5. Inclusion method is better than the comparative and the imperative methods in teaching distant shooting skill in football. The researcher has recommended the following : 1. Using comparative and inclusion styles in teaching some of the basic skills in football (rolling, short, medium and long pass, close and distant shooting, hitting the ball with head) for the fourth secondary stage students. 2. Paying more attention by physical sport teachers to use comparative and inclusion methods in teaching and maintaining some of the basic skills of football. 3. Establishing training courses for the teachers to be qualified for using modern teaching methods, including comparative competition and inclusion. The following are suggested by the researcher : 1. Making other studies using comparative competition and inclusion methods in for other teaching stages for boys in football. 2. Abstract: طالما جنح بي طائر الخيال، وابحرت بلبي سفن الامال في عباب بحر الشريعة المتلاطم الامواج، ذلك البحر الزاخر بابهى اليواقيت واغلى الدرر، وهاقد اصبح هذا الطموح واقع حال اعيشه واجني ثمراته اليانعة، فقد حظيت بشرف تحقيق قسم من كتاب مهم في الفقه الاسلامي على مذهب الامام الاعظم ابي حنيفة النعمان (رحمه الله)، من مخطوطة قاست من الركون في رفوف المكتبات الامرين، ونفض غبار الزمن من ثناياها؛ كي تخرج مشرقة مضيئة الى عالم النور، وتساهم في اغناء الباب الدارسين فيما يخص فهم احكام شريعتنا الغراء. ومنذ ولوجي في مضمار الدراسات الاولية ثم الماجستير كانت الرغبة ملحة في تحقيق اثر من اثار ساداتنا العظام بدلا من كتابة رسالة من انشائي تخص زماننا الحاضر وذلك لعدة اسباب : اولاها : بعث الروح في تحفة من تحف الزمن الماضي فيها الكثير الكثير ممايفيد الدارسين والمتعلمين ممن ينشدون الكمال في العبادات .ثانيها : الرغبة في التحدث للمجتمع بافواه اولئك الافذاذ، لابافواهنا نحن، فهم الورعون الزاهدون الناهلون من معين القران الكريم والسنة المطهرة.ثالثها : قرب عصر المؤلف من عصر النبوة يجعل في كتاباته شيئا من انوار الشمس المحمدية(صلى الله عليه وسلم) التي اضاءت بصرى والشام، بل ملاء نورها الخافقين.رابعها : الافادة من اسلوبهم في الكتابة، ذلك الاسلوب الشيق الذي ينم عن همة علية وبلاغة متناهية النظير.خامسها : احتواء المخطوطة على مسائل دقيقة في الفقه .سادسها : اذا كان اصحاب خير القرون اتحفونا بامهات الكتب في شتى المسائل فلاغنى لنا ان نسعى ونحث الخطى باظهار تلك الكنوز بما نلهم به من الباري ـ عز وجل ـ ونشرع بتحقيق ثمرة من تلك الثمرات . وقد شرعت بتحقيق هذا الكتاب وكان منهجي فيه كماياتي : اولا : قدمت على قسم التحقيق قسما يتضمن خمسة مباحث وتناولت في المبحث الاول : لمحة عن حياة المصنف .وفي المبحث الثاني : لمحة عن حياة الشارح .وفي المبحث الثالث : وصف النسخ الخطية للمخطوط .وفي المبحث الرابع : منهجي في التحقيق . وفي المبحث الخامس : سبب اختياري الكتاب . ومن الواضح ان حياة المصنف والشارح مختصرة وفيها شيء من التقصير، وذلك لعدم وجود ترجمة وافية للمصنف والشارح في كتب التراجم .ثانيا : النص تحقيقواتعليقا، وقد ذكرت عملي فيه في المبحث الخامس بشكل مفصل . وقبل ان اختم هذه المقدمة اود الاشارة الى انه قد سبقني احد الطلبة في اخذ القسم الاول من هذا الكتاب (الطهارة والصلاة والزكاة) دراسة وتحقيقا.وكذلك اشير الى انه لم اقم الا ببعض الخدمة في رحاب العلم والعلماء على الرغم من الصعوبات التي واجهتنواالظروف التي احاطت بنا، ولاازعم انها خلت من الزلات، ولكني ازعم اني بذلت فيها جهدي في داب واخلاص ، فمواجدت فيها من معالم الجودة فبتوفيق الله وفضله، وغير ذلك فمن نفسي ومن تقصير جهدي . والله من وراء القصد انه نعم المولى ونعم النصير .

Abstract: تم تصميم هذه الدراسة لغرض التحري عن تاثير داء المقوسات على فحوصات وظائف الكبد عند 60 امراة مصابة بهذا الداء. كانت النسوة المشاركات في هذه الدراسة من مناطق مختلفة من داخل مدينة الموصل ومن المناطق المحيطة بها. وكان تشخيص الداء بواسطة فحصين من فحوصات مصل الدم وهما : فحص تلازن اللاتكس وفحص ارتباط الخميرة للادمصاص المناعي - الغلوبين المناعي صنف - م - . كانت جميع النسوة المصابات بداء المقوسات والمشاركات بهذه الدراسة غير حوامل، غير مدخنات ولايستعملن العلاجات الدوائية وقد شخصن لاول مرة باصابتهن بداء المقوسات. كانت اعمار المشاركات بهذه الدراسة تتراوح بين 16 - 35 سنة مع معدل ± انحراف معياري ( 24.97 ( 5.48 ± سنة.شملت الدراسة قياس الفحوصات الكيماوية الحيوية التالية : فعالية انزيم ناقل الامين الاسبارتيت، انزيم ناقل الامين الالنين، انزيم ناقل كاما كلوتاميل وانزيم لاكتيت نازعة الهيدروجين في مصل الدم، تراكيز ياقوتين الصفراء (الكلي، المباشر وغير المباشر) وكذلك تراكيز البروتين، الزلال والكريين في مصل الدم.تم مقارنة نتائج هذه الفحوصات مع 40 امراة خالية من الاصابة بعد اجراء فحوصات داء المقوسات عليهن،تتراوح اعمارهن بين 17 - 35 سنة مع معدل ± انحراف معياري (85. 23 ± 48. 5 ) سنة.و كانت نتائج المقارنة كالاتي : كان انزيم ناقل الامين الاسبارتيت اعلى عند المصابات بداء المقوسات عند المقارنة بغير المصابات (P=0.001)،وكان انزيم ناقل الامين الالنين اعلى عند المصاباتP< 0.001))، وكان انزيم الفوسفاتيز القاعد اعلى عند المصابات (P= 0.045)،وكان انزيم ناقل كاما كلوتاميل اعلى عند المصابات ( P =0.013). اما بالنسبة لانزيم لاكتيت نازعة الهيدروجين فلم يكن هناك اي زيادة احصائية لهذه الخميرة عند المصابات .(P> 0.05) وبالنسبة لفحوصات ياقوتين الصفراء ( الكلي ، المباشر وغير المباشر )، فلم تظهر اي اختلافات بين المصابات والسليمات من داء المقوسات وكذلك الحال بالنسبة لفحوصات البروتين، الزلال ، الكريين ونسبة الزلال / الكريين حيث لم يظهر اي اختلاف بين المصابات والسليمات .و لغرض التعرف على تاثير عاملي السكن والعمر على نتائج فحوصات الكبد على النساء المصابات تم تقسيم المصابات الى مجموعتين ، المجموعة الاولى من داخل مدينة الموصل والمجموعة الثانية من المناطق الريفية المحيطة بالموصل ولم نجد اي تاثير لهذا العامل P>0.05)). كذلك بالنسبة لعامل العمر، قسمت المصابات الى مجموعتين ، الاولى 25 سنة واقل والثانية اكثر من 25 سنة ولم نجد اي تاثير لهذا العامل (P > 0.05) باستثناء خميرة الفوسفاتيز القاعدي الذي كان اعلى عند النساء الاصغر سنا ( P = 0.009 ) .و مما سبق فقد يكون لداء المقوسات تاثير بسيط على وظائف الكبد من خلال زيادة فعالية قسم من الانزيمات في مصل الدم، لكن هذه الزيادة لاتكفي لحدوث علامات سريرية لالتهاب الكبد عند المصابات بداء المقوسات . | This study was designed to detect the effect of toxoplasmosis on liver function tests in 60 women diagnosed with toxoplasmosis where these women are of different localities in Mosul city and the surrounding rural areas. All these women were diagnosed serologically to have toxoplasmosis by two tests; latex agglutination test and IgM - enzyme linked immunosorbant agglutination assay (IgM - ELISA). All of the cases of toxoplasmosis patients were not pregnant, not smoking, had no medication and diagnosed for the first time to have toxoplasmosis. Their ages ranged between (16 - 35) with a mean  SD of 24.97  5.48 years.The biochemical parameters measured were serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), gamma glutamyltransferase (γ - GT), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activities, total, direct  indirect bilirubin, total protein, albumin, globulin and albumin/globulin ratio (A/G ratio). The results of these patients were compared with 40 matched control apparently healthy women with negative tests of toxoplasmosis. There ages were between 17 - 35 with a mean  SD of 23 .85  5.48 years. Serum AST activity was significantly higher in patients compared with controls (P= 0.001), serum ALT activity was significantly higher in patients (P 0.001), serum ALP activity (P = 0.045), serum γ - GT activity was significantly higher in patients (P = 0.013) while serum LDH activity was not significant although it tends to be higher in patients compared with the controls (P  0.05). Serum total, direct and indirect bilirubin, serum total protein, albumin, globulin concentrations and albumin/globulin ratio (A/G ratio) were all not significant when compared with controls (P  0.05). Further analysis of results to determine the effect of locality and age on the patients showed no significant difference between patients from inside Mosul city and those from rural areas. The results showed also no significant differences in biochemical parameters of patients in those 25 years and younger when compared with those more than 25 years (P 0.05) except serum ALP activity which was significantly higher in younger patients at (P = 0.009). The over all analysis of liver enzymes suggests a probable involvement of the liver in the disease process of toxoplasmosis but this involvement is not sufficient to produce clinical signs and symptoms of hepatitis for patients

Abstract: اجريت هذه الدراسة في قسم البستنة وهندسة الحدائق / كلية الزراعة والغابات/جامعة الموصل خلال موسم النمو 2003 لداسة تاثير الحديد وحامض الجبراليك في النمو الخضري والجذري والمحتوى المعدني لشتلات ثلاثة اصناف من الزيتون عالية الزيت المستوردة من الجمهورية العربية السورية . استخدم في تنفيذ الدراسة تصميم القطاعات العشوائية الكاملة للتجارب العاملية بثلاثة عوامل هي الحديد وحامض الجبراليك والصنف ، وكررت التجربة ثلاث مرات وبواقع خمس شتلات لكل وحدة تجريبية ولموسم نمو واحد فقط . رشت الشتلات حتى البلل الكامل باربعة مستويات من الحديد هي صفر و10 و20 و30 ملغم Fe/لتر باستخدام المادة المخلبية Fe - EDDHA والتي تحتوي على 6% حديد واربعة مستويات من حامض الجبراليك هي صفر و50 و100 و150 ملغم GA3/لتر . حيث رشت الشتلات لثلاث مرات في الموسم ، الاولى في الاول من نيسان والثانية في الاول من ايار والثالثة في الاول من حزيران ، حيث تم رش الحديد في الصباح الباكر وحامض الجبراليك في المساء لنفس اليوم في كل موعد ، كما تم رش الشتلات باليوريا وبتركيز 0.2% قبل يوم من كل موعد رش . وفي منتصف تشرين الاول اخذت القياسات (ما عدا تقدير العناصر الغذائية حيث اخذت العينات الورقية في بداية اب) . وحللت النتائج احصائيا باستخدام الحاسوب وحسب التصميم المستخدم ، وقورنت المتوسطات باستعمال اختبار دنكن متعدد الحدود وتحت مستوى احتمال 5% ، وتلخصت النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها بما ياتي : 1. ان صفات النمو الخضري والجذري (ارتفاع الشتلات وقطر الساق الرئيس وعدد الاوراق على الشتلات وعدد التفرعات وطولها والمساحة الورقية للشتلات وطول اطول جذر والوزن الجاف للاوراق والساق والمجموع الجذري) وكمية الكلوروفيل ( A والكلي) في الاوراق ازدادت معنويا مع زيادة مستوى الاضافة من الحديد وكذلك حامض الجبراليك في حين ان كمية كلوروفيل B ازدادت معنويا باضافة حامض الجبراليك فقط . 2. لقد تفوق الصنف درملالي على الصنفين الاخرين في معظم صفات النمو الخضري المدروسة ، حيث تفوق على الصنف صوراني في الصفات الاتية : طول الساق الرئيس وقطره وعدد الاوراق والمساحة الورقية للشتلات ، في حين انه تفوق على الصنف خضيري في عدد الاوراق/شتلة والمساحة الورقية للشتلات والوزن الجاف للساق وكمية الكلوروفيل في الاوراق (B والكلي) . 3. ادت زيادة المستويات المضافة من الحديد الى زيادة معنوية في تركيز النتروجين والحديد في الاوراق ، في حين ان تركيز البوتاسيوم ازداد مع زيادة مستوى الاضافة لحد 20 ملغم Fe/لتر ، بينما لم يتاثر تركيز كل من الكربوهيدرات والفسفور في الاوراق معنويا عند الرش الورقي بالحديد . 4. تبين ان للرش الورقي بحامض الجبراليك اثرا معنويا في تركيز الحديد والفسفور في الاوراق ، حيث ان تركيز الحديد ازداد معنويا مع زيادة تركيز حامض الجبراليك في محلول الرش ، في حين ان اعلى تراكيز الفسفور كان عند الرش بـ 100 ملغم GA3/لتر ، بينما لم يتاثر تركيز كل من الكربوهيدرات والنتروجين معنويا باضافة حامض الجبراليك . 5. كان للصنف تاثير معنوي في تركيز عنصر الفسفور في الاوراق ، حيث تفوق الصنف صوراني على الصنف درملالي في تركيز هذا العنصر ، في حين ان تراكيز كل من الكربوهيدرات والنتروجين والبوتاسيوم والحديد لم يتاثر معنويا بالصنف . 6. ان التداخلات جميعها فيما يبن الحديد وحامض الجبراليك والصنف اثرت معنويا في الصفات المدروسة كافة ، ما عدا تاثير التداخل بين حامض الجبراليك والصنف في تركيز البوتاسيوم في الاوراق . وان احسن المعاملات كانت الرش الورقي لشتلات الصنف درملالي بـ 30 ملغم Fe/لتر + 150 ملغم GA3/لتر . | This study was conducted in the Department of Horticulture, College of Agriculture and Forestry, University of Mosul, during the season of 2003, to study the effect of iron and GA3 on the vegetative growth, root growth and mineral composition of transplants of three cultivars of olive.The experimental design used in this study was Randomized complete block design (R.C.B.D) with three variables (iron, GA3 and cultivar) and three replicates with five transplants per unit. The transplant was sprayed with four levels of iron (0, 10, 20 and 30 mg Fe/L) in the chelated form of the solution (Fe - EDDHA) which contains 6% of iron, and four levels of GA3 (0, 50, 100 and 150 mg GA3/L). The spray was conducted three times in the season, the first was in the 1/4/2003, the second was in 1/5/2003 and the third was in 1/6/2003.In 15/10/2003, the data obtained (except the mineral nutrition, the leave samples was obtained in 1/8/2003) were statistically analyzed using S.A.S. system and the means were compared using Duncan’s multiple range test at 5%.The results obtained in this study could be summarized as follows : 1. The characteristics of the vegetative and root growth (transplants height, steam diameter, leaves number, number and length of shoots, leaf area, the length of main root, dry weight of leaves, steam and roots, and the amounts of chlorophyll (A. B. and total) in leaves were significantly increased with the increase of the iron levels and GA3 .2. Dremlaly cultivar dominated on the Surani cultivars in the transplants high, steam diameter, leaves number, leaf area, while it dominated on Huthairi cultivar in leaves number, leaf area, steam dry weight and amount of chlorophyll A and total chlorophyll.3. The study showed that there was a significant increase in the concentration of nitrogen and iron in the leaves, when the level of iron is increased. Whereas the concentration of potassium in leaves was increased as the level of added iron was increased up to 20 mg Fe/L, while the concentration of carbohydrate and phosphorus was not significantly affected with the spraying of iron.4. Increasing the levels of GA3 resulted in a significant increase in the concentration of iron in leaves, whereas the concentration of phosphorus in leaves was increased as the level of added GA3 was increased up to 100 mg GA3/L, while the concentration of carbohydrate and nitrogen was not significantly affected with added GA3.5. Surani cultivar dominated on the Dremlaly cultivar in the phosphorus concentration, While the concentration of carbohydrate, nitrogen, potassium and iron was not significantly affected with the cultivar.6. Most of the interactions among iron, GA3 and cultivar showed significant effects on most of the characteristics studied in this experiment. The best treatment was transplants of Dremlaly cultivar which were sprayed with 30 mg Fe/L + 150 mg GA3/L.

Abstract: Iraqi kingdom and Transjordan Emirate had been founded in 1921. the reign of Hashemite dynasty in Iraq continued till July, 14, Revolution 1958 while it Stayed ruling in Jordan and keeping its throne until now. Iraq - Jordan relations under the Hashemites for the period 1921 - 1958 had been dealt with by many researchers attention. But the relations between them after 1958 did not get enough attention from researchers. The researcher, being interested in this topic and writing a dissertation entitled "Iraqi - Jordanion Relations 1958 - 1968" having the wish to complete what he had presented in his previous study, he chosed his research to get a Ph. D. under the title. "Iraqi - Jordanian Relations 1968 - 1991 : A Historical Study". The thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter one dealt with the relations till 1968. it contains two these, one is about Iraq. Jordan relations from the beginning till the Hashemite Union while the other is the nature of such relations from July 1958 till July 1968. The second chapter comes under the title "Iraqi - Jordanian relations 1968 - 1972". It includes three themes talking about Jordan attitude from the takeover of July 1968 in Iraq, the crisis between Jordan and Palestine during 1970, Rogers project and how it had affected these relations. Finally, the last theme talked about the project of United Kingdom of Jordan and the Iraqi position in 1972. The third chapter had been dedicated for these relations in view of developments and Arab - Israeli Struggle 1973 - 1979. It also contained three themes. The first dealt with October War 1973. The second talked about Al - Ribbat Summit Conference 1974 while the last one came to discuss Al - Sadat Initiative and Camp David in 1979. The fourth chapter spots light on these relations during the period 1980 - 1991 and contains four themes. The first is about Jordan's attitude from the first Gulf War 1980 - 1988. The second is about the role played by both countries in establishing Arab cooperation council 1989 - 1990. The third is about western mobilization (Escalation & Confrontation) with Iraq 1989 - 1990. The last one is about Jordan's attitude from the second Gulf War. The last chapter is talking about economic and cultural relations between Iraq and Jordan 1968 - 1991. It includes three themes. The first is about their relations during the period 1968 - 1978, the second is about political approach and its reflections upon economic and cultural cooperation 1979 - 1988 while the last one has come under the title "The second Gulf War and its effect upon Jordan's economy 1989 - 1991". The researcher reached so many results the most significant ones are that after both Hashemite Families had got reign in Iraq and Jordan, their relations in general and during the period 1921 - 1958 characterized with huge access but this had been retreated after the opposition of prince Abdullah to the revolution of 1941 in Iraq and sending military forces from Jordan to be in the side of British forces to suppress the revolution. This action made Iraqi government much nearer to both Jordan and Britain and being crowned by the formation of Arab Hashemite Union between Iraq and Jordan in February 1958 ended in July, 14, Revolution 1958 in Iraq. Therefore, relations between both countries had been cut off for two years. But Jordan recognized the Iraqi government in 1960. the nature of these relations did not continue due to some Arab events which had taken place in 1960's such as Iraq's demand of Kuwait and the establishment of Palestinian Liberation Organization (P. L. O). The tension between Jordan and Iraq had increased after the declaration of King Hussein of Jordan the project of United Kingdom of Jordan and this had been faced by Iraq in declaring the Union project between Iraq, Syria and Egypt. Inspite of the failure of both projects, October War 1973 had broken out to put an end for that tension. Jordan being to the side of Iraq in its war against Iran in September 1980 had given their relations some growth quickly. The continuation of that war made king Hussein of Jordan to present diplomatic efforts to put an to that war on Arab, regional and international levels. Also, Jordan played an important role to make a reconciliation between Iraq and Egypt which ended in Egypt's return to the Arab combination and joined Arab Cooperation Council. King Hussein of Jordan had made great efforts after Iraq had invaded Kuwait but his efforts did not succeed. Behind this failure was U. S. A. insistence with its allies to pull the Iraqi forces out of Kuwait and to fulfill Security Council resolutions and this did not happen at that time.

Abstract: Scholars and researchers started to pay a great deal of attention to economic studies. The lands subjected to the state tax (usher) in the early Islamic age are considered that should be given special attention as these lands have a direct relation with the economy of the Arab - Islamic State as well as their tight connection with many administrative affairs in the Arab - Islamic State.Undoubtedly, there are several studies that tackled the Arab - Islamic history in the early Islamic age from the economic and the financial points of view but only in a limited way, while the subject of the lands subjected to the state tax (usher), was not dealt with by economic scholars as this subject is an independent subject in comparison to Kharaj lands which were dealt with independently and in details for various periods of time. So, information about the tenth tax lands is not much in the different historical, geographical, literary and Fiqh references in the different fields of Fiqh including the Arabic And foreign references. Within all this, choosing this subject was because this subject was not tackled with the necessary care by the scholars in addition to its importance in research. The scholar aimed at writing the economic history and he adopted the methodology represented by the induction of the narrations related to this subject as they were mentioned in the Islamic references and making use of the scholars' studies of the researches that is related to the subject of this study to accomplish the objective of the study using the analytical method. The research was not limited to the narrations only, but discussing, analyzing and reaching the results in light of the information submitted by the different references. To serve this study scientifically in a sincere way, the study was divided into three chapters and a conclusion. Chapter one dealt with the Islamic conquests and their impacts on the types of lands ownerships. But chapter two tackled the resources of the tenth - taxed lands possession, while chapter three dealt with the almsgiving diwan and dealing with the tenth - tax and then the conclusion, which tackled the following : 1. The Islamic conquest, which resulted in the expansion of the geographic base of the Arab - Islamic state, was of a vital role in the emergence of different patterns of the agricultural land ownerships. 2. The deeds of prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) and the caliph Omar Ibn AlKhattab towards the lands which were annexed to the Arab - Islamic have become antecedents to the Islamic state in its different ages.3. The Arab - Islamic state gave the priority to Arabs in paying the tenth for the lands and preferred them over the Kharaj tax payers. 4. Possessing the tenth - taxed lands became more than it was at the beginning on the Islamic state foundation, especially in the Umayyad age. 5. The payment for those cultivated lands for Muslim was not a tax nor a levy but this payment represented almsgiving and charity to the Muslims exchequer.6. Through the study it was clear that most of the tenth - taxed lands in the early Islamic - Arab state were so many and were dominated by the caliphs, leaders and distinguished noble persons from the Arabs. 7. It was also evident that the early Islamic - Arab state had its own institutions, which were independent from each other and that is manifested through the diwan of almsgivings and the collection of funds and their expenditure.8. At the beginning of Islam, the Arab - Islamic state knew and practiced many methods in investing the agricultural lands at that period and the most common one is the method of Muzara'a which was adopted by prophet Mohammed peace be upon him and his companions.9. The owners of many agricultural lands in various locations used to run these lands by their proxies because as these lands are located in various provinces and due to their vast areas and that prevents them from running them.

Abstract: The heritage, traces and curricula of the earliest Muslim historians have extensively received a considerable attention from researchers whether the ancient or the modern. The present study whose title " Sa'eed Ibn - AL Musayyib (15 - 94 A.H. / 636 - 712 A.D.) : A study of the historical value of his relatings " is considered significant because it constitutes a chain among the series of studies aiming at being acquainted with the influence a of Sa'eed Ibn - al Musayyib as being one of the earliest pioneering scholars who contributed largely to the beginning and development of history for the Arabs and for the Muslims as well. Moreover, he is considered one of the prominent scholars of the Islamic nation at the age of ' at - Tabi'een' since his extensive influence was quite apparent in the scholarly movement and thus inspiring many scholars of his age. He had left an evident trace in the intellectual life of al - Madina - al - Munawwara, and he had the credit of preserving, transforming and stabilizing the Islamic scholarly heritage. Therefore, he was really worthy of having the title " Sayyid at - Tabi'een' which the scholars imparted to him later.The researcher has heavily depended in this study on the analytical critical approach in studying Sa'eed Ibn - ALMusayyib's historical relatings so as to highlight the main points which characterized him distinctively from the other historians whether the contemporaries or those who followed his discipline. The present study is divided into two parts tackling the various relevant aspects of the subject. The first part is devoted to present the career of Sa'eed Ibn - ALMusayyib including his intellect, his birth, his name, his surname, his descent, his tribe, his beginning, and his cultural background in order to know the influence of his bringing up on his study and to know to what extent he was affected by the contemporary disciplines besides being acquainted with his different aspects of knowledge including : the holy Qur'an , the prophetic tradition, the interpretation of dreams, descent and tales concentrating mainly on the different aspects of his personality, which participated in making him trustworthy teller among his contemporaries or sheikhs followers. Consequently, he became one of the earliest pioneers in historical recording in Islam. Moreover, it is important to know his family and his travellings which were to broaden his knowledge besides knowing his attitude concerning the events of his age. It is, also , important to state that he lived for 80 years, most of which he spent in al - Madina al - Munawwara which concurrently witnessed many significant events of which he was aware of their secrets. Further, he had a clear point of view with regard to each event. He was abhorent to the Omayyads, Banu Marwan, and al - Zubayreyyeen. It is important to shed some light on his precedessors sheikhs on whom he depended heavily in his relatings and his students or followers who depended on him besides uncovering the historical value of his relatings as far as content and presentation are concerned. On the other hand, the present study aims at studying the outstanding characteristies or features of his approach particularly when dealing with the pre - Islamic age, al - Rashidi age and the Omayyad age taking into consideration the historical sequence, ascription, quotation from the Holy Qur'an, references or sources of his historical relatings, his approach, documentation of the ancient and the contemporaries of him in order to know the different views raised concerning him as being one of an exceeding grandeur among his contemporaries, up to his death.As for the second part, it is concerned with Sa'eed Ibn - ALMusayyib's relatings that are collected and documented in a large number of references amounting to (43) references in which Ibn Sa'ad mentioned ( 54 ) relating , Ibn Kuthayr (21) , al - Waqidi (18) , al - Bayhaqi (15) aI - Tabari (10) , ath - Thahabi (11), Ibn Abdul - Ber (8) , al - Asbahani (8) , al - Bukhari (6) , aj - Turjani (6) , Ibn Salam (5) , al - Azraki (4) , as - Suyuti (5) , Sunan Abu Da'ud (4) , Ibn - Khayyat (4) , as - Saghani (4) , Ibn Ishaq (4), at - Tabarani (4) , Ibn abu Shayba (3) , Ibn Hisham (3) , Ibn Asaker (3) and al - Oqaili , Ibn Qutayba , al - Maqrizi , al - Arbali, al - Fasawi , (2) for each. It is worth indicating that in his relatings and presenting of all these important historical events, he had depended on a specific approach which was neutral, i.e. not biased to any of the conflicting parties at his time. In other words, he was not affected at all by the political parties and he presented real and genuine images of the events as he viewed in al - Madina al - Munawwara. It has been obvious from studying and analyzing Sa'eed Ibn - ALMusayyib's relating the clearness of the historical value. It has revealed his great contribution to the beginning and development of history for the Arabs and for the Muslims as well. Therefore, he did deserve to exceed all the prominent scholars of his time in al - Madina al - Monawwara; particularly concerning the noble prophetic sira and history.Finally, the researcher has met some difficulties in collecting the relevant materials to the study. Abstract: The study of sports movement history in any society forms an active and vital importance in the framework of historical studying, being an active part in the social life of that society. as far as Mosul city is concerned, studying sport movement and following up its historical and cultural stages is considered one of the very important things for this movement has got important roles in separating the spirit of cooperation within the young since the first years of the Iraqi state in 1921. We felt this through establishing sport clubs, scout movement, practicing sport activities inside establishments of the army, education and university. A group of considerations has controlled the study by the period (1958 - 1980). one of these consideration is that the year 1958 had witnessed an important event in the contemporary history of Iraq and that was the rise of the republican regime. the sport movement in Iraq and in Mosul city was active and vital during that period. So many specialized sport clubs had been established and a group of governmental institutions in Mosul had adopted the responsibility of forming sport teams, holding and organizing different sport championships. This had made the sport movement in Mosul developed and advanced. As for the year (1980), this year had witnessed the Iraq - Iran war (1980 - 1988) and that war absorbed many capabilities as well as the human and physical resources of the country and in addition hurdled the sport movement greatly. The study consists of an introduction and five chapters. The first chapter deals with the sport movement in Mosul since late of 19th century till (1958). It talks about the emerging of the first beginning of sport in Mosul, explaining steps stages of sport movement in Mosul.The second chapter sheds light on school sport in Mosul and ministry of Al - Ma’rf (education later) which adopted spreading and developing the sport movement in school especially among the young. It also speaks about scout movement and the stages in which that movement passes through between the years (1958 - 1980). The third chapter speaks about the role played by clubs and institutions in serving the sport movement in Mosul between (1958 - 1980). The researcher made his efforts in showing the organs, which built these clubs, institutions and administrative and cultural organizations.The fourth chapter concentrates on the role of the Iraqi army in developing the sport movement in Mosul showing the sport’s importance in building the armed forces and how the army took care to this movement since the foundation of the Iraqi state in 1921. As for chapter five, it talks about sport in Mosul university since its foundation in (1967). The researcher made this period an introduction by spotting light on activities of collages before the foundation, concentrating on participations of teams of the university in various activities till 1980. The study show the reality of the sport movement during the period of the study (1958 - 1980) and the period preceded it (1921 - 1958). The study explained the reasons which made the city of Mosul in front of other cities in sport aspects. Also the study appeared the importance of roles made by people in Mosul in developing sport movement in Mosul and Iraq. This study aimed to shed light to the member of this family and what they have done in different sides political, militaries, administrative, social and economic, showing their scientific affect on Andalusia in general and Mersia specifically. This study contain three chapters and the conclusion of the summary of research, the first chapter discuss the geography of Tadmer (Mersia), and we clarified the name (Tadmer) and from where this name come from, and when does it named (Mersia) and it also discuss the geographical position to Tadmer (Mersia) and the most important village and castles related to it, then we shows the most important cities in Tadmer (Mersia) and the elements of each city, then we discuss the economic activity for Tadmer (Mersia) in agriculture, industry and commercial sides, then this chapter handle the Arabic Islamic Fateh and we clarified the way of the treaty between the Governor of Tadmer and the leader Abdul Al - Aziz Bin Musa Bin Naseer, and the most important item of this treaty. The chapter present the settlement of the first grandfather to this family (Abdul Jabbar) in Cordoba firstly, then his move to Mersia secondly after the organization of Al - Waly Abba Al - Khatar Alhussam Bin Dherar Al - Kalby. In other side chapter two which named ( Bani Al - Khatab from the age of birth to the fall of Omawait caliphate in Andalusia (1030 - 714A.D./422 - 495A.H). We display the mix marriage in Andalusia which happened between AL - Fateheen's soldiers and natives and the reasons behind this marriages and its results, and we give an examples about this kinds of marriage and the negative and positive effect of these marriages on Andalusia society. then we display the rate of Bany Al - Khatab family and the different stories about this, the chapter also explain the most important elements which helped Bany Al - Khatab to appear on the stage of politic, economic, and scientific life notifying the events which effect on Cordoba. and emigration of the scientist and the commons, then we end the chapter by notifying the men of this family who appear in this period and their scientific sharing and travels with the changes happen on the political stage on Mersia city. Chapter three which named ( Bany Al - Khatab from the castle king's age to there end in Granada kingdom. (1311.D - 711A.H.) which handle a cultural and political role to this family to the age of casts kings and the characteristic and then transferring of Andalusia in general and Mersia specifically to Al - Murabeteen's rule and outstanding the men of Bany Al - Khatab through this period and their scientific contribution and production. Then we discuss Bany Al - Khatab in age of Al - Muahedeen state and the interest of Al - Muahedeen in science and scientists. This period witness clear outstanding to the men of this family in away wider than other last period and their share in the politic life. And we end this chapter with last Bany Al - Khatab's men who appeared in Granada kingdom's period and their scientific trips between Morocco and Andalusia and the most important events happen in his life. This study like any other new study faced some difficulties specially the one which relate to the rarity of some resource and historical references which discuss this family which is not available in our public libraries which lead us to recourse to the private libraries to some specialist professors in Andalusia studies which was the best help in this studies, and other difficulties faced this study the lost of some curriculum to the men of this family and this sometimes lead us to lost the connection in telling conversing in sequence. We may transcribe about the son then we move directly to the grandfather cause we didn’t find historical subject about the father. Also the loss of the date of birth or dead of some members in the family which demand extra efforts to know the years he lives and the event which happened and then trying to make the historical texts closed to each other and comparing it to have correct and comprehend curriculum. We tried to be far away from telling historical events following the analyzing approach for many historical stories approach and discussing them and giving ideas and opinion to reach an obvious studies which has scientific approach.

They adopted it as a substitute of the policy of interference by other country. This policy proved it's slow down in numerous countries as an effecting factor on the aggregate economic changes. This is resulted from the developments occurred in the economic policies, and the difference in income caused by some of these policies whether this difference is between the members of one society or between different countries. The sample of this research was chosen after including 41 states. The first part including 25 developing countries, 22 of them are participant countries in the programs of world find and World Bank, and 3 of them are un - participant countries. The second part of the sample includes 16 countries of Emerging markets. 12of them are participant countries. The countries of the sample are classified in this way because of dissimilarity in the economic environment between these countries since the countries of the Emerging markets have past large number of stages in the field of the economic reforms which lead to the development of its market economy. Hence, the performance of the programs in the economy of these countries differ from that of the developing countries The period of this research begins from 1980 - 2003 During this period the participant countries in the programs of the fund and bank increased in large number especially from 1985 - 1998 in order to know the level of success and failure which was realized by these countries via practicing in the programs namely on the level of poverty. This research depends upon the comparative analytic descriptive method which is framed by the above method is included in the first three chapters in order to explain the basis and the theoretical relations and the models. The fourth chapter, which includes the experimental aspect of the research, depends upon employing, the quantitative models to find out the conclusions of the research by the use of pooled regression approach and the approach of division between the averages of two specimens to identify the effects of the economic reforms on poverty in the countries of the sample. The hypothesis of this research starts from the point, That the policies of Economic reforms suggested by International Monetary Fund (IMF), and World Bank including, The policy of Economic stabilization, and the policy of Structural Adjustment have a direct effects on an increasing the rates of Economic Growth of the per capita of GDP, Reducing the poverty rates and an inequality of income distribution in the research sample. This research tries to examine and to measure the vitality of applying the policy of the economic reforms in the selected countries of the sample and its reflections on reducing poverty especially a subject like this one which is considered a vital. This is because most of the developing countries adopt it as a policy of tackling their economic problems. The application of these policies is a matter of continuous dispute. The research is divided into four chapters. The first three chapters deals with the theoretical aspect while the fourth one deals with the practical aspect.Chapter one contains three sections : the first one tackles the economic reforms; its notion, its historical background, its theoretical basis and its models. This section also concentrates on the difference between the policy of stabilization and that of the structural adjustment as well as explaining their contents.The second section deals with the theoretical background of the development of the economic reforms which begins from the neoclassical economic thought passing by the development of the economic thought then to the neo - classical theory. This section also concentrates on the macro - economic frame and choosing the correcting tools in the course of managing the demand throughout concentrating on the role of each of the financial and monetary policies during the economic reforms process. The third section presents the theoretical base of the methods used in measuring the effect of the programs on the macro - economic changes. These methods are : before - after approach, generalized evaluation Estimator approach and comparison of simulations approach.Chapter two discusses poverty and how is it affected by the policies of the short term macroeconomic adjustment, and the aspects of stabilization This chapter contains two sections the first one studies the notions of poverty showing the old and the modern notion and the dissimilarity of the notion of poverty according to time and place.The second section concentrates on the effect of macro economic adjustment on poverty throughout the aspects of the economic stabilization. This section includes the direct effects of stabilization policies on poverty levels via many points such as; the effect of reduction on the level, of employment and wages stagnancy, reducing the public cost and reducing support on the poverty level whereas the second part of this section deals with indirect effects of the economic stabilization policies on the poverty level represented by its effect on the levels of aggregate demand and employment, economic development, inflation and instability of macro - economic changes of exchange price the distributional effects of the programs on the poverty level.Chapter three tackles the policies of the structural adjustment and its effects on poverty, long - term policies and supply aspects. This chapter contains two sections. The first one concentrates on the policy of freedom of trade and its effect on reducing the level of poverty throughout its effect on the development average, labor market, and income distribution.The second section deals with another aspect of supply that is the direct foreign investment and its role in the operation of the economic development and reducing poverty. Also this section discusses the most important positive and negative aspects found out in the bundle of the direct foreign investment policy. The fourth chapter includes the practical aspect of this research which is composed of five sections. The first one shows how is the mode built and described It also explains the most important changes which are used, where as the other four sections concentrates on showing the effect of the economic reforms on poverty via four methods ate used, Before - After, With - Without, Generalized Evaluation Estimator approach and that of the Comparison of Simulation approach, in which two quantitative models ate used for this purpose : the division model between two samples average and the model of the pooled regression.The research concluded in many results and proposals. The most important of them that there are negative effects, or there is no any effect of economic reforms on the level of development in the sample of the research. There is rising in the average of poverty during the operation of these reforms. May be the positive effects of these reforms will appear in longer - terms of future, while in the short - term the negative effects of the reforms on the level of development of the average of the average of the individual portion from the total local production and the rising of the rates of poverty will appear throughout the concluded results.

This study is one of the real and modest academic tries in looking for the economical problem and the influence of these problems on the economical grousing in a selected sample of non - oil developing countries from (1985 to 2004). We looked at this subject, the current study was made to test the relationship between these three problem and the economical growing, therefore this subject has been choose, and believe that it is an original and new subject in its title and its variables, where a number of the former studies have dealt with a number of these variables such as : the unstable of the export revenues and the commercial exchanging rates under different titles, also this study dealt with the severable entirely, in other word, the unstable of the export revenues and the commercial exchanging rates of the entire exports, while this study has dealt with the unstable of the primary export revenues after separating them from the entire exports according to the determining articles of these exports in the standard international trade classification, therefore this study has extracted and accounted the standard number of the primary export prices in order to primary exports. As well as, this study has dealt with another problem of the slow growing of the external demand of the developing countries primary exports and its relationship with the economical growing, for making the theoretical framework of these problem goes with the contents of the economical theory which is focusing on explaining and interpreting the influence an like of these problems on the economical growing This study has put a hypothesis that there is a negative a relationship between the dealt problem and the economical growing in the developing countries, our study has following the quartile style depending on describing an economical standard sample according to the theoretical frame work presented in chapter one, and a number of former studies, the sample of this study is consisted of ten countries from three different continents to estimate the influence of these problems on the economical growing of countries. The period of the study has been divided into two parts : the first period (1985 - 1994) and the second period (1995 - 2004) and this division aimed at separating the period of these countries joining to the world trade organization from the former the former period, to see the extend influence of this organization in alleviating the toughness of these problem on the developing countries economies, where this will be described in details in chapter two. The current study included three chapters, the first chapter deals with the theoretical framework which explains the theoretical relationship between the three problems and the economical growing, and it includes four subjects, the first subject shows the problem of the unstable of the primary exports revenues and its relationship with the economical growing and we found that there were two transverse direction in explaining the relationship between this problem and the economical growing, where the first direction shows the positive relationship between un stability state and economical growing, and this direction depends on two hypothesis the first one is freeman's sustainable in come, The second hypothesis is the protection saving hypothesis. While the second direction, the researchers see that the relationship between the un stable state and the economical growing is negative. While the second subject dealt with the problem of commercial exchanging rates declining and its relationship with the economical growing. The third subject deals with analysis the problem of external demand growing weakness and its relationship with the economical growing where this study showed that the developing or progressing the external demand will leads to achieving high rates of the economical growing and if the external demand was law, the economical growing would declined. While the fourth subject concerns with showing the former studies and their state in this shady. While our study selected the primary exports of the study sample according to the standard international trade classification, and the values of the un stability in the primary exports revenues were counted according to the data issued by the united nations and world trade organization. Concerning the other variable, the variable of the weakness of primary exports commercial exchanging rates and its relationship with the economical growing , also these are some studies dealt with the enter exports relationship ,while our study was accounted primary exports commercial exchanging rates after getting the standard numbers of the primary exports prices of each country of the study's counties sample , while the third variable deals with the weakness of the external demand growing and its relationship with the economical growing , where we could not find any practical study to test this relationship chapter two will show the most important standards used in measuring these problems and then analysis them in the study's countries sample, and it includes three subject; the first one deals with how to measure the state of un stability of primary exports revenues and analysis the state of un stability in the study's countries sample from (1985 - 2004). While the second subject shows a number of the following procedures in measuring commercial exchanging rates, and the suitable standard has been chosen to measure these rates , and then analyzing the reality of commercial exchanging rates in the study's counties sample , while the third subject shows the most important standards used in measuring the state of the weakness of the external demand growing of the primary exports, and then measuring and analyzing the reality of external demand growing of the primary exports of the study's countries sample , while chapter three concerned with estimating and analyzing the influence of these problems on the study's sample , the period from (1985 - 2004) has been choosen for this study , because this period of time witnessed great changes on the economical growing , the mean reason behind choosing this sample of the developing countries is the accurate data in these countries and it is more completed from the other countries , and we have obtained an accurate results of each of the standard ; statistical and theatrical indicators and that these problem have a negative affect on the economical growing , but these result have came to support the research's hypothesis.

These aims are accounting production costs, providing cost information required for planning, control and decision making. Cost accounting, if compared with financial accounting, has been developing quickly with the events and conditions surrounded and responding to the new demands of information that produce. Technical revolution had a deep impact upon the development of cost accounting with respect to the aims, systems, styles, means and samples that use cost information. Additionally, developing of industrial companies, in which the manufacturing work performed, depending on developed devices and machines - electronically controlled by using flexible and integrated manufacturing systems - , was the most important reason of developing, spreading and importance increasing of cost accounting. This is because aims of cost accounting meet with the basic aims of those companies. The aims are to access precisely to the costs of their products under the complexity of productive work and the great technological and informatics development. For developing and importance increasing of cost accounting accompanies with the great revolution in manufacturing, industrial companies inside the industrial sector are not of one industrial activity but there are many activities within the industrial sector. So, cost accounting must give cost information required by those companies. Thus, giving information suitable to the nature of companies’ activity means that there is cost system of industrial companies suitable to the nature of activity of every company and considerations of production in such companies. This must take into consideration that cost accounting in the industrial companies does not ignore the importance of cost accounting in the service companies or establishments. For industrial chemistry is one of chemistry branches, petrochemical industries are considered the most important branch of industrial chemistry. Industrial companies that manufacture chemical materials and detergents are not different from the other industrial companies working in the industrial sector respecting the importance of cost accounting. Those companies give great attention to cost accounting according to the input importance of the activity of such companies. Petrol or one of its derivatives is the base of such type of industries. For petrol is the base of petrochemical industries, that industry has great importance with respect to the activity of companies working in this field. Importance of activity of those companies can be determined by the following : 1. According to the nature of company inputs of that industry represented by petrol (or one of its derivatives), importance of petrol and increasing in costs of petrol extraction.2. According to company outputs that of chemical nature whose importance greatly increased because outputs of this industry are increasingly used as inputs in other industries. Arab Company for Detergent Chemicals is one of edifices of detergent chemicals industry in the Arab region. Company represented the problem, hypothesis and importance of research through studying cost system in the company, determining aspects of deficiency and defects and providing solutions and suggestions through developing the methods of cost accounting in the company in one chapter of this rsearch. This research is divided into three chapters : Chapter One clarifies the effect of recent manufacturing environment upon the basic elements of costs accounting systems in the industrial companies through the following three sections : The First Section deals with the basic elements of costs accounting systemsin the industrial companies, whereas The Second Section clarifies the technical development and the recent manufacturing environment. Study Results : 1. Planning productive power was not accessible because the section (Beji refinery), providing the basic raw material (kerosene) for the company all through the year, can not provide this raw material whenever the company need although there are many tanks of raw material in the company. This is because many reseans related to repeated cessations in the refinery and continuously cutoff in electricity. The refinery as well as the company require many days to re - start if they pass along such conditions. All these reasons affect the costs on the level of one ton and the level of one productive line. 2. Cost system in the company concentrates on the aim of accounting production costs if possible, more than achieving other aims such as providing information required in planning, control and decision making. 3. The ratio between cost of raw material and total cost is approximately 75%. It is great ratio in comparison with total cost. This proves the obvious and great influence of raw material cost upon the production of one ton of the aimed products. 4. The evidence of costs centers suggested by the cost system of company has many aspects of deficiency and defects. Cost system in this company does not include an evidence of cost elements and document group, nor evidence of units of cost account.

There is a sort of improvement in the rate of the mental handicapped pupils for the two groups of experimental & real, before & after finishing the application program for the right of experimental one, in the intelligence, movement coincidence, and adaptable behaviorism that are more magnificent that the classical program suitable for the components of the proposed program to the mental capacities, movement & social aspects for the handicaps.The research was conducted on a sample of pupils from Al - Raja’ Institute for Mental Handicaps in Mosul city. These pupils are of minor metal handicap and who have the ability to learn for the study year 2002 - 2003. The number of pupils was (20). They were divided into two equal groups; the first one is experimental whereas the other is control group. The equality between the two groups was achieved with regard to variants of age, length, weight and qualification for parents as well as movement coincidence and adaptable behavior.The researcher chose an experimental design of two groups (The experimental & control group) to achieve the research objectives. The tests of Stanford Penee were used by the Special Medical Committee for Children to measure intelligence. The researcher used the tests of movement coincidence which included running, digital circles and crawling as well as the measurement of adaptable behavior prepared by the American Association for Mental Handicaps, which was developed in Jordan by Al - Gaylani and Al - Batish in 2000. The tests of movement coincidence and the measurement of adaptable behavior were brought before specialists in Measurement and Reformation, Methods of Teaching, Educational Psychology and Special Education so as to verify their credibility. It was also known how they could be consistent by repeating the application once more. The values of consistency factors by repeating the tests of movement coincidence ran between 0.80 to 0.93. The actual application of the proposed educational program for the experimental group started in 15/10/2002 to 1/1/2003. The experimental group was taught according to the program proposed by the researcher. As for the control group, it was taught according to the conventional program. After completion of executing the program, the far measurements were conducted for the two groups in respect of intelligence, movement coincidence and adaptable behavior. After collecting data, they were treated statistically by using the statistical bag for social science (SPSS). Furthermore, the ratio of improvement was derived and the researcher concluded the following : 1 - The proposed program of athletic education has a positive effect on developing : A. IntelligenceB. Movement coincidenceC. The adaptable behavior and its extents with regard to children of minor mental handicap (Capable of learning).2 - The proposed program of athletic education has caused tangible progress as it achieved an improvement in the rates of : A - IntelligenceB - Movement coincidenceC - The adaptable behavior and its extentsThe progress was greater than that of the conventional program, due to the suitability of the proposed program contents for the mental, motional and social capabilities of the mentally handicapped group.The researcher reached the following recommendations : 1 - Applying the proposed program on the mentally handicaps, besides rehabilitating private programs for this group since it has an effective impact upon developing the motional and mental capabilities.2 - Focussing on the athletic activities submitted to the mentally handicapped childhood that they can aid them effectively to interlay with the community, in order to develop their personal skills.3 - The necessity of paying more attention to the manners and methods by which the educational, training and instructional programs are submitted with regard to developing the motional, social and personal skills for those children. Accordingly, this will lead to achieve interaction and interconnection with others and that, in turn, will contribute to their joining to life. Consequently, the researcher proposed the following recommendations : 1 - A similar study can possibly be conducted on the mentally handicapped children in other provinces.2 - Observational study can be applied on the mentally handicapped children who they are enlisted in this proposal.

The researcher used the experimental design of equivalence groups that have pre and post test , also the researcher designed two suggested educational / Learning samples, the first sample represented by the six hats sample which contain six sub group samples, while the second sample represented by the integral sample which contain five sub group samples , also prepared electronical laboratory which contain computer devices, connection net , presentation device and library for books , also prepared multiple educational backs like (internet back, figures back , vocabularies back , help back 1, help back 2 ) , also prepared thinking skills net test which consist of (50) item. The test consist of three direction , the first direction represented by thinking operation , the second direction represented by mind levels , and the third direction represented by thinking skills.Also in this study prepared scale of thinking patterns of the six hats which consist of (60) item , each item contain six substitute , also in this study prepared scale of thinking patterns correlated to the halfs brain which consist of (86) item , each item contain three substitute , another scale which prepared in this study is scale of multiple intelligences and memory which consist of (211)item and this scale have five substitute.another test prepared in this study is the test of the conceptions of methods of teaching to know the count of acquiring and retention of the students of the two tested group of the conceptions of the teaching methods , another tests prepared in this study is constitutional presentation tests for every model which contain (primary constitutional presentation , final constitutional presentation , constitutional presentation for teaching strategies , constitutional presentation for memory strategies ).The necessary statistical analysis is made for the scales and tests which is specially used for this search in addition to made the necessary scientific coefficient for these scales and tests and then made the equivalence in the variables which have relation to the research , the researcher used multiple of statistical means to process the data which obtain from the scales and tests of the research like covariance analysis which is used for statistical control for the variable in this research as a result of non equivalence of some variables of this research in addition it is used in the post comparing of the variables in the research , also used paired analysis of variance , (t) test for two correlated sample , (t) test for two autonomic sample ,simple correlation coefficient ,Sperman Brown equation , Ritchardson - coder equation (K - R20) ,Brody equation , chi - square test for autonomy and Duncan test using statistical analysis (SPSS) and according to these previous statistical analysis the results of covariance analysis in the post test showed no significant statistical differences between the two group of the research in the all tests , while the results of the (t) test for two autonomic sample between the pre and post tests and for all tests showed significant statistical differences for post test and for two group , that is mean the effect of the two educational/ Learning samples was convergent and According to these results the researcher conclude the following : 1 - Convergent the effect of the two educational/ Learning samples in the developing the thinking skills (scientifically , creativity , critic, super cognition).2 - The two educational/ Learning samples showed integral in the properties of the halfs brain for the students in the two tested group.3 - The two educational/ Learning samples showed integral in the six hats patterns for the students in the two tested group.4 - Convergent the effect of the two educational/ Learning samples in the developing the cognition building for the multiple intelligences for the students in the two tested group.5 - Convergent the effect of the two educational/ Learning samples in the acquiring the conceptions of the methods of teaching.6 - Convergent the effect of the two educational/ Learning samples in the retention the conceptions of the methods of teaching.7 - Convergent the effect of the two educational/ Learning samples in the constitutional presentation tests.

To attain the aim of the research; the researcher has established four zero hypotheses and the research sample has consisted of (40) female students chosen randomly from the institutes of female teachers preparation of Ninevah and Mosul for the academic year (2009 - 2010) and was equally distributed on two equivalent groups in the amount of ( 20) female students in the experimental group from the institute of female teachers preparation of Ninevah studied according to Vee shape model and (20) female students in the control group from the institute of female teachers preparation of Mosul studied according to the normal method. Both groups were equalized with a number of variables as follows : intelligence outcome, female students' age counted by months, female students' average of the third class for all subjects, marks attained in science subject of the third class, parents' education level, mothers' education level and scientific exploration mark of the pre - test. To implement the research experiment; the researcher has prepared a number of teaching plans according to each group. The experiment was carried out by the teacher of the subject assisted by the researcher with both groups starting from the first term dated in (20/10/2009) for a whole academic term.In order to fulfill the research objective and testing its hypotheses, two tools were required. The first is a test of the scientific concepts prepared by the researcher and has consisted of (60) items and has included (20) scientific concepts distributed upon the experiments of practical science subject included in the experiments that reached (20). Each concept has three items of the identification type which measures the ability of the sample subjects on defining the concept and giving an example for it and mentioning an application for it in the light of primary Bloom levels for knowledge domain ( recalling, comprehension and practice). The second was the scale of scientific exploration prepared by Campblle (1971) translated by Ayish Zaytoon (1996) whose final form consists of (40) items featured by reliability and invariability distributed on seven groups providing the main aspects of scientific exploration for different subjects of science such as ( physics, biology, chemistry,. And geology). After carrying out the experiment in (10/1/2010); the researcher applied the two tools of the research which are the testing the scientific concepts and pre scientific exploration and after data been collected and statistically analyzed from the sample subjects by using the (T - test) for two independent samples and the T - test for two correlated samples, findings were as follows : 1.Statistical significant difference was found at the signification level (0.05) between the average marks of female students' scientific comprehension of both experimental and control groups and in favor of the experimental group. 2.Statistical significant difference was found at the signification level (0.05) between the average marks of female students' scientific exploration development of both experimental and control groups and in favor of the experimental group. 3. Statistical significant difference was found at the signification level (0.05) between the average marks of female students' scientific pre and post scientific exploration of the experimental group and in favor of the post test.4. No Statistical significant difference was found at the signification level (0.05) between the average marks of female students' scientific pre and post scientific exploration of the control group.Based on the findings; the researcher has inferred the effectiveness of (Vee) shape model in the comprehension of scientific concepts and developing scientific exploration as well. The ground of this view is that teaching is the output of interaction between the learner and external conditions. The role of the teacher is represented by preparing these conditions in a way makes the learner response and interact in order to perform his role positively in communication, analysis , revelation and evaluation. Therefore, the researcher suggested trying teaching methods where the learners are the center of the teaching activity through verbal and non - verbal interaction and the backup of teachers who help them overcome problems that might emerge through collective performance and encourage them on the importance of what they are doing in such a way that incite their abilities to constant work. The research aimed at realizing the effect of using two teaching methods according to social interaction of “Reading subject” for the students of the 5th. Literary class in developing expressional performance, critic thinking and aesthetic tasting. Research sample consisted of (92) students randomly chosen from the research society distributed on three groups in the amount of (30) students in the first experimental group which studied the “Reading subject” according to the “Symposium technique”. The second experimental group consisted of (30) students studied according to the “Collective investigation” technique and (32) students in the controlling group studied by the usual methods. They were equalized in a number of variables. Achieving the research’s aim entailed the availability of three mediums; the first was expression correction criteria, as the research followed up the criteria that were prepared by Alhashim (1994). Veracity of those criteria has been ensured by submitting them before a committee of arbitrators and experts to display corrections by two ways. The second medium adopted by the researcher is critic thinking test of Watson Gliser which was prepared by Alsamar’e (1994). The test consisted of (99) items distributed on five sub - tests and its veracity was confirmed by submitting them before a committee of arbitrators and experts. Its invariability has been also ensured by re - testing. The third means prepared by the researcher is the aesthetic tasting test. The researcher has got before preparing the test, the aesthetic tasting skills by which he could measure the level of tasting of the students consisting the research sample, through a questionnaire addressed to a number of specialists and experts in teaching methods of Arabic language, educational and psychological sciences. Skills in their initial forms were (35) ones; then they were submitted again before a committee of experts and specialists. (30) of the skills obtained an accepted percentage of (%80) and further.In the light of those skills the researcher has prepared an objective aesthetic testing , consisted initially of (24) questions of multi - choice type. The test was submitted before an arbitration committee of experts and specialists to ensure test veracity. (20) of the questions have got 80 % or more of the committee consensus. The researcher also, confirmed the test invariability by means of the repetition method on a sample of a research society consisted of (74) students. Invariability percentage was 81 %; thus the test is ready for application. The researcher has prepared teaching plans for the three groups under discussions (the experimental and the controlling) according to the experimental teaching samples and the normal method. After the research mediums and other requirements have been prepared completely; the researcher conducted a pre - test for the three groups under discussion in the following variables. The experiment began in 2 Oct. 2005 and lasted for a whole semester (14 weeks). After the experiment was applied ; the three groups were subjected to a post - test in the same variables. The following findings have been shown after data were statistically handled : 1 - The first experimental group which studied according to the “Symposium” technique was superior to the second experimental and controlling groups in developing expressional performance, by an indication of (0.05).2 - The first and the second experimental groups were superior to the controlling group in developing critic thinking ; in the meantime the second group was superior to the first group in developing the same skill. 3 - The first and the second experimental groups surpassed the controlling group in developing aesthetic tasting and in the meantime the first group was superior to the second group in developing aesthetic tasting, by and indication of (0.05). The researcher has concluded that the adoption of teaching methods based on the learner might help in developing skillful, knowledge and sentimental aspects of students. In the light of the findings, the researcher has recommended the following : A - Training and preparation unit in the general directorate of education in Nenevah should assume training teachers of Arabic language according to both methods of teaching ; the symposium and the collective investigation methods.B - Confirm the teachers of Arabic language to reflect democratic atmospheres and social interaction in teaching the subject of “Reading”.The researcher has suggested performing similar studies in completion of the present research, such as : a - The effect of applying the collective investigation and the symposium methods in teaching the subject of “literary texts” in developing the expressional performance and aesthetic tasting. b - The effect of reading activities in subjects of “Reading” in developing literary tasting and innovative thinking of the students of the 5th literary class.

The researcher has found that it is important to deal with the up mentioned issue for its active role on education process in order to get well - learners who will be able to practice the Critical Thinking with Cognitive - Reflective Style, getting away from impulsivity and hurry. The aims of this research are to know of the following : - 1. The level of Critical Thinking of students in the preparatory stage. 2. The level of Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) of the students. 3. The significance of differences in Critical Thinking Test according to the two variables (specialization and gender). 4. The significance of the differences in Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) Test according to the two variables (specialization and gender). 5. The relationship between the Critical Thinking and Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) Tests of the students in the preparatory stage. 6. The relationship between the Critical Thinking and Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) Tests according to two variables (specialization and gender). In order to achieve these aims, this research has been applied on a randomly collected sample of (1000) male and female students, from the fifth grade from the both sides (the left and right) of Mosul city in (2005 - 2006). In addition to using Critical Thinking Test, prepared by (Al - Abayachee, 2002), Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) Test, prepared by (Al - Ayaash, 2003), has been used. The researcher has achieved the objectivity of the test through out finding the two factors (Validity and Reliability). It has been depended on face - validity method through out offering it on a committee of experts of educational and psychological sciences. Whereas reliability has been achieved by the re - testing method. The following statistic means have been used to make sure of the findings, such as : (T - test, Z - test, percentage and person correlation coefficient). Then, the findings have become as following : - 1. Students of the preparatory stage have a high middle - level of Critical Thinking. 2. Students of the preparatory stage have a good - level of Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive). 3. There are no differences between specialization and gender concerning Critical Thinking Test. 4. There is no difference between specialization and gender concerning Cognitive - Style (Reflective - Impulsive).5. There is a positive correlation relationship between Critical Thinking Test and Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) Test. 6. There is no correlation relationship between Critical Thinking and Cognitive Style (Reflective - Impulsive) Tests according to specialization and gender factors. Under the light of these findings the researcher has reached to several recommendations and suggestions, the most important of which are the following : - 1. To have various scientific and educational competitions to enrich the Critical Thinking and the Cognitive Style (Reflective). 2. Employing the Critical Thinking in the syllabus through out preparing the students to researching projects which take in consideration solving some problems concerned with their relationships with the specializations. 3. All these factors disrupt the life of the individual threatening his stability and security indicating a breakdown in the cultural perceives accompanied by the control of unstable emotions over our lives and the people who surround us. These factors leave the individual confused in front of these problems and pressures and powerless to solve these problems or agree with them. Therefore (Coleman) the American psychologist sees that the individuals who are able to solve these crises or consolidate with them are individuals with high emotional intelligence because the IQ alone doesn’t insure the success of the individual either in his career or his social life but rather needs contemplation, intellect and perception in a mixture that insures success in life. Thus, we must pay attention and care to prepare the college student to develop his emotional intelligence and carry out this role in life in a most successful way because the student is the foundation of the nation and a factor in its aspiration. Besides, we must encourage the college students to belong to the society and be in healthy accord with it y through conforming to the traditions and standards.Thus, the study aimed to achieve the following 1. Measure the emotional intelligence among university students. 2. Measure conformity among university students. 3. Expounding the relation between emotional intelligence and conformity. 4. Expounding the relation between emotional intelligence and conformity according to the following variables : gender (male/female), field of study (scientific/humanity), and study grade (first grade / fourth grade). 5. Expounding the differences in the relation between emotional intelligence and social conformity according to the following variables gender (male / female), field of study (scientific / humanity) and study grade (first grade / fourth grade) A random sample of (1100) male and female students from the 1st and 4th grade in scientific and humanity studies was selected. The students were distributed among (6) colleges in the University of Mosul. The researcher relayed on two scales namely the EI Scale (Al Nash 2005) and the (Social Conformity Scale (Al Asdi 2004 ). The quasi - validity of the scales was achieved by presenting them to a group of arbitraries while the validity and the differentiation capability of the scales were achieved by iteration of tests. The results were statistically significant and were treated by the SPSS package revealing the following results. 1. College students show high EI.2. College students show high social conformity.3. A statistical significant correlation exists between EI and social conformity. 4. A statistical significant correlation exists between emotional intelligence and conformity according to the following variables : gender (male/female), field of study (scientific/humanity), and study grade (first grade/fourth grade). The significance correlation was in favor for females, humanity studies, and 1st grade students. 5. A statistical significant difference exists between emotional intelligence and conformity according to the following variables : gender (male / female), field of study (scientific /humanity), and study grade (first grade / fourth grade). Stemming from the results, the researcher recommends the following 1. Establishing training and instructing courses to expound the importance of EI in our social life and in work.2. Abstract: يهدف البحث الى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في تنمية المهارات التربوية والادارية لمديري ومديرات المدارس المتوسطة في مدينة الموصل من خلال ما ياتي : • بناء اداة لقياس مستوى المهارات التربوية والادارية لمديري ومديرات المدارس المتوسطة في مدينة الموصل.• بن | The present research aims at knowing the effectiveness of a training program in improving the educational and administrative skills for the intermediate schools principles in the city of Mosul through the following : • Building up a tool to measure the educational and administrative skills of the principles of the intermediate schools in Mosul.• Building up a training program to improve the educational and administrative skills of the principles of the intermediate schools in Mosul.• Knowing the effectiveness of a training program to improve the educational and administrative skills of the principles of the intermediate schools in Mosul.To achieve that, the following assumptions are being verified : • There are no statistical distinctions among the medium scores of both the experimental and control groups in the post - test of the levels of the educational and administrative skills.• There are no statistical distinctions among the medium difference of the scores of the experimental and control groups in both the pre - test and post - test of the level of the educational and administrative skills. The study is confined by the samples chosen from the day - intermediate school principles in the city of Mosul for the years(2010 - 2011). It bases on investigating the experimental procedures and both the experimental and control groups are chosen for the pre - test and post - test. The sample is chosen on purpose employed from the intermediate schools principles in Mosul only, who have weakness in their educational and administrative skills (about 20 principles) and they are divided into : First, An experimental group consists of ten principles(male and female)Second, A control group which consists of ten principles (male and female) The equivalence is done between the two groups according to the variables which affect the educational and administrative skills. These variables are confined as follows : gender, employment years in instruction, years in administration, the level of education, specification, social state and the contribution in the administrative workshop. The training programmed to improve the educational and administrative skills consists of twelve meetings in ten hubs. The first hub deals with the educational guiding skills, the second tackles training and developing teachers, third, improving curriculum skills, fourth, the relationship with local society skills, fifth, evaluation skills, sixth, technical skills in management, seventh, human skills in management, eighth, the intellectual skills in management, ninth, communication skills and tenth, self skills. The program is applied for four hours a day every week. The application lasts in twelve weeks and it begins on 21st. ,Oct.,2010 and ends on 27th. Jan.,2o11. In addition, training styles are used during the application of the program including (lecture) style as a basic one besides, other training styles are used such as; discussion, studying state, role - play, papers and researches, a series of decisions contain training subjects and technical aids like, computer, data - show, boards, summaries and sources. The researcher depends on the questionnaire as a tool to measure the skills of the principles as well as to know the effectiveness of the training program. After achieving the validity and reliability of the tool, it is displayed to a committee of experts specified in administration and educational to show its competence. The coefficient is found by using half - division method. The questionnaire consists of (101) items distributed on two dimensions : • Educational dimension and administrative dimension.• Each one includes five spheres. The receipt reports are treated statistically using T - test. The results show that the effectiveness of the training programme in improving the educational and administrative skills of the intermediate schools principles; therefore, the two assumptions are rejected.According to the results that the researcher reaches, there are statistical distinctions in the benefit of the experimental group who submitted and administrative skills. The researcher presents several recommendations : • Opening a department of preparing intermediate schools principles in the College of Education named; ‘ Educational Administration and Planning Department’ in the sense ‘administration’ is ‘a scientific and artistic job’ needs specific preparations suitable for the educational and instructional process.• Encouraging to held annual meetings from the related faculty of the universities and specific supervisions in the Directorate of Education to discuss the professional and scientific needs of the principles to design, accordingly, suitable training programme.• Encouraging the principles to evaluate their skills and pay their attention to the teachers’ attitudes to find out the real necessities for the principles in their work. There are also several suggestions : • Comparative study of the effectiveness of a training programme in developing the principles’ skills using training - programme method in usual style with a training programme carried out by training - bag method.• Returning to implement the present programme on similar group of the school principles and knowing the effectiveness of using observation - field style i.e., visiting the principle in his work at least, for three months

Abstract: لقد حظيت مرحلة المراهقة باهتمام العديد من الباحثين وعلماء النفس لما لهذه المرحلة من اهتمام لحياة الفرد , اذ يبدا فيها المراهق في التفكير بذاته والاهتمام بتجديد خصائص الذات , ويعد تحقيق الهوية لدى المراهق اهم دعائم نمو الشخصية وتكاملها , وبالتالي فهي الاس | Many researchers and psychologists dealt with concern about the adolescence stage since it has a significant role in the individual’s life, through which a teenager starts thinking about his essence and concerns about renewing his characteristics. To achieve the identity among teenagers is considered one of the important elements of identity development and its integration; therefore it is considered the base for the individual harmony between himself and his environment. Mental health is considered a great goal sought by individuals because of the modern life complexity and the diversity of pressures and their sources against the man of this age. Therefore it is required that the individual should be psychologically conformed through his reacting, mental and social fields in order to be able to make use of his abilities and potentialities to face life burdens. The present research aimed at answering the following questions : - What is the identity level among adolescence of second class (intermediate school) and fourth class (preparatory school)? - What is the mental health level among teenagers of second class (intermediate school) and fourth class (preparatory school)? - Are there any statistical differences in identity development among adolescence regarding age and sex? - Is there any statistical relation between identity development and mental health? - Is there a relation between identity and mental health with reference to the following variables : - a - Sex (Males - Females)?b - School class (14 - 16 years old)?The research is limited within the age between (14 - 16) years old for both males and females of the intermediate, preparatory and secondary schools at Nineveh Governorate Centre for the academic year 2005 - 2006.The research sample was selected in two stages, the first was by taking schools’ samples while the second was by checking students’ samples. A random selection of schools reach up to (20) schools, where (8) schools are on the right bank and (12) schools are on the left bank, while students sample covered (352) students (male and female). As for the two research methods, it has been selected the standard of identification prepared by (Mohammed 1995) which includes (53) items distributed in seven fields and three answer choices (agreed, partially agreed, not agreed), and Goldberg standard which includes (51) items in its final shape. The choices were five (always, most likely, sometimes, rarely, never). The researcher made in extraction of the truth and certainty of both standards and she used the following statistical means : - Person correlation module, ¬¬T test of one sample to test the difference between the theoretical average and the achieved average for both standards, and to analyze the variation to know the differences in identity development among the individuals of the sample and the T equation to test the indication of correlation between the two standards. The most important result that the researcher came up with : - It appeared to have real differences between calculated achieved averages and the hypothetical average of the module for the benefit of individuals’ research sample that scored grades over the hypothetic average. - By using the same analytical method through T test to two joint samples it became clear that the grades averages of psychological health among individuals of research sample were higher than the module of hypothetical average, i.e. the individual was statistical function. - The results of discrepancy analysis related to the third goal (identity development) the there is no statistical function differences among individuals of research sample regarding sex and school class. - The results of the fourth goal which is related to find out the relation between both standards indicated that there is no relation between identity standard and mental health among all sample individuals. - As for the fifth goal results they showed that there are no indicated differences in the correlation modules according to sex variation, if all correlation modules are not indicated, while there was a statistical correlation module between the two standards according to class variation in the second class (males & females) amounted (170) students. In the light of the results that the research came up with, the researcher presented several recommendations including the request from the school administrations and their teaching boards to guide and accustom the teenager to have the responsibility in addition to the necessity of applying mental and personal tests to find out the nature of mental heath among the teenagers.
