Abstract:
This study aims at discussing the aspects of grammatical analysis of the Arabs. I Took one of the important grammarians Ibn Hisham Al - Ansari (dead at 761 A.H) as a field of them, because he is first of the late grammarians that the grammar lesson reached in their age an advanced stage of maturity, taking the form of preponderance , choosing, and criticism from one side, and from the other because he took care of researching in grammatical analysis and pondering at Its aspects through studying syntax phenomenon in Arabic grammar.This study tends at accumulate a high resolution picture of the theoretical side of grammatical analysis of the Arabic by the way of showing of intellectual system that directs their grammatical analysis and the relation of this side with the practical aspect that deals with performing grammatical analysis practically at different literary texts through what the old called syntax. The thesis is divided into five chapters preceded by a prelude and followed by a conclusion. I studied in the prelude Ibn Hisham life his position in the Arabic grammar , his work in teaching, because teaching had great influence in directing him towards caring of grammatical analysis. The first chapter explained the origin of grammatical analysis represent by the explanation of the conception of grammatical analysis of Ibn Hisham as language and idiom, and the relation of analysis with syntax phenomenon, and philosophical basis on which the old stands. It is the theory of grammatical element and grammatical degrees. The research dealt with analysis expression of Ibn Hisham.The second chapters dealt with the indications of grammatical analysis of Ibn Hisham which divided into three main sections : the context and linguistical meaning, pronunciciational significances and signify cances of grammatical molding. The third chapters discussed grammatical analysis means of Ibn Hisham which were the meutal and intellectual methods an which he depended in joining the text wauted to be analysed by grammatical rule to be sure that the rule is applicable to it or not be out of it. They are the omission concealing, addition concealing, similarity, advance and delay. The fourth chapter studied an important analytic phenomenon : The multiplicity in grammatical analysis. It discovered the reasons of multiplicity and the aspects of it in nouns, verbs, letters, sentences and semi - sentences.The fifth chapters studied the direction the analysis through criticizing those who deal with syntax and explanation the wrong and weak of their saying and their syntax. It also studied an analytic phenomenon related to the grammatical formation of Ibn Hisham; His taking care of grammatical analysis more than focusing an the rules of grammar and its criterions. The conclusion contained the most important results of the research. One of than is that it gave an idea about the Arab grammatical analysis through one of the specialist grammarians, and that the grammatical analysis, which is called syntax, reflects the grammatical care of the pronunciation side of syntax theory. Ibn Hisham is the first grammarian and theorist of grammatical analysis who showed its foundation and criterions of its performance prompted by his work in teaching and the effects of grammar learners in his age.
