The research problem : - By observing the researcher during the practice game of football since childhood as a player and coach and supervisor of a football game in the club Wajihiya and Youth Forum Wajihiya there twice in the numbers of player emerging at the beginning of the exercise of the game of football, which is the most important pillars of the task of the age groups for the construction of the psychological aspects of the development aspects of technique and technical performance of the emerging player a serious attempt to help them to scientific psychological endurance implant in the hearts of young people through training modules for the development of psychological endurance to achieve the best performance of the skill.So the research problem lies weak psychological endurance player to die the skill aspect of football skills correctly and optimally. So felt researcher study this problem.Research objectives : - 1 - the number of a training program for emerging soccer players.2 - see the effect of the training program in the development of psychological stress and perform some basic skills to emerging football.Research hypotheses : 1 - There are significant differences between the results of the tests before and after and the two groups in the psychological endurance and some basic skills of football.2 - There are significant differences between the results of thetests posteriori in psychological endurance and some basic skills of football between the two sets of experimental and control research and in favor of the experimental group.Areas of research : - ? the human sphere : - Diyala Club youth team football for ages under 16 years and the number 39 player,?temporal domain : - Length of 17/12/2012 and up to 5/6/2013.? spatial domain : - Diyala Sports Club Stadium football.Terminology.1 - psychological endurance (Psychological Hardiness) : Psychological stress is defined as "the ability of sports to show restraint in the face of training events and competitions and handled in a manner athlete away from the risk of psychological and physical diseases caused by these conditions.2 - Skill : Learn skill "as defined conducts it the ability that is gaining learning where presupposes get specific results as a result of this learning. As you know, it is a skill level of individual performance in one area and specific".Part II : - theoretical studies and associatedResearcher eating in the first section of this chapter the subject of theoretical studies The researcher in the second section of this chapter, some studies related to the subject of the search.Part III : - research methodology and procedures FieldContained a section on research methodology and procedures of the field as the researcher used the experimental method and follow the researcher design groups Almtkavitin (experimental design is set tight.) The sample was from the. youth team Club Diyala football for ages under 16 years and the 24 players were divided into two experimental and control group, were selected sample intentional way. The main work experience for the duration of the 8/4/2013 and up to 3/6/2013 and reached duration (8) weeks and by (3) training units per week and a total of modules (24) units. Researcher promising set of exercises has been entered into the department president of the unit training. This included door hardware and tools used and the means of information gathering and reconnaissance experience and identify the variables of the study of the psychological development of endurance and basic skills and determine their own tests of validity and reliability and objectivity as well as statistical means.Section IV - Results and analysis and discussionBeen showcasing circles and standard deviations and the value of (v) computed in tabular results of the tests before and after as well as a discussion of the results that have been reached. Part V : Conclusions and recommendationsIn light of research data the researcher to a set of conclusions : 1 - that the various exercises increase of a factor of excitement and the thrill of competition and have Impact of in the recipeharmony and the spirit of cooperation and perseverance which led to easy the development of psychological endurance and basic skills of the players.2 - to repeat the exercise and gradient from easy to difficult and from the simple to the compound according to scientific bases have a positive influence in the development of psychological endurance and basic skills of the players in this age group.3 - The presence of significant differences in psychological stress and perform some basic skills tests before and after and the experimental and control groups in favor of a posteriori.4 - The presence of significant differences in psychological stress and perform some basic skills between the experimental and control groups in a posteriori tests in favor of the pilot.5 - that the use of the selected exercise training program within a positive impact on the development of psychological stress and perform some basic skills in football for the experimental gro. In light of the findings of researcher recommends the following : 1 - the need to use the training program prepared by the researcher in the development of psychological stress on the other age groups. 2 - emphasis on the involvement of local players competitions designed to see the effect of psychological stress in improving the performance of the basic football skills they have. 3 - Strengthening the confidence and will of the players themselves in order to achieve their goals. 4 - the importance of the other researchers studied include psychological stress and their relation to the performance of the basic football skills other and different categories of players and different diameter clubs. 5 - followers of the scientific method when choosing a unit training exercises that are appropriate for the age group phase of the possibility of functioning properly and that helps in the development of psychological endurance and basic skills in football. 6 - The need to conduct skill tests to determine the extent of the development level of psychological endurance performance skills for youth football players and see how the effect of exercise used.
