The research sought to accomplish a number of practical goals : knowledge is considered the main source of organizational success; hence, organizations always seek to develop their skills through reducing the knowledge gap, treating it and standing on the relation of the gap of strategic performance of the organization; it is expected that the strategic gap is effected by the knowledge gap in a wide range manner, over and above the great desire to alter into enlightened organizations to meet the requirements of the 21st century.The main problem to be discussed was : is that analyzing the relation between knowledge gap and the strategic performance gap leads to the fact that organizations necessarily change into learning ones, the fact that those organizations understand this equation and their abilities in finding a kind of convenience between knowledge gap and the strategic performance gap and how to employ this relation to the possibility of transformation the learning organizations.In order to clarify the relationship between the researches variables, five main hypotheses have been formed, the questionnaire method has been adopted as a means of gathering data and acquiring financial data with its analysis. The questionnaire was subject to Validity and reliability tests : distributed to 62 Managers of private Iraqi banks (Baghdad, Al - Kheleej, Ashoor, Al - Itihad & Ilaf) and for analyzing research data the (SPSS) and (Excel) ready - to - use programs were used. The main statistical tools used in analysis were : "percentage, frequency, average, diversion, differential factor, Spearman connection factor, simple linear slant and the route analysis".The statistical methods discharged a number of results, mainly the The existence of a positive relationship between analyzing the knowledge gap and the strategic performance gap, to the possibility of transformation the learning organizations and not to mention the effect of knowledge gap in building learning organizations mediated the gap of strategic performance.In the framework of discussing the results, the research forwarded a number of conclusions, mainly that analyzing the relation between knowledge gap and strategic performance gap has a great impact on diverting it to learning organizations.

The research, also, tries to classify the priority of the obstacles depending on the type of surveyed service organizations. And diagnoses the extent to agreement or difference of the research sample member's views on the order of obstacles of TQM, and also proposes a set of solutions to address these obstacles.The research is based on test of two main hypotheses, the first one is (There are a set of obstacles prevent the application of total quality management TQM in a number of Iraqi service organizations), whereas the second main hypothesis is (There are a significant differences between the views of the research sample members about the obstacles to the application of total quality management TQM in a number of Iraqi service organizations). A group of service organizations were selected and by one organization in each of the sectors (health, finance, education, higher education, and tourism), which are, (Al - Yarmouk Teaching Hospital, Rafidain Bank/ Branch of Hay Al - Arabi Al - Jadid, Al - Karkh/1 Directorate of Education, College of administration and Economics/ Baghdad University, and International Palestine Hotel). The research adopted the questionnaire as a tool to analyze the practical side, which was distributed to the leaders by a total of (80) questionnaire.A number of statistical methods, appropriate to the nature of the data and the research hypotheses, have been applied. It has been used : frequencies, percentages, mean, and standard deviation to describe and analyze the sample, and one sample t - test to test the validity of the first major hypothesis, also, F - test (ANOVA) and LSD (SCHEFFE) to test the second main hypothesis and sub - hypotheses derived from it.The research has shown the existence of a set of obstacles that prevent the application of TQM in surveyed service organizations, which are, (administrative obstacles, cultural obstacles, obstacles of human resources, financial obstacles, and environmental obstacles). It also shows that there are significant differences between the views of the research sample members about the "administrative and environmental obstacles" in Iraqi service organizations. And there are no significant differences about the "cultural, human resources and financial obstacles" between surveyed service organizations.The results of the research showed that the administrative obstacles have been at the forefront of the obstacles that prevent the application of TQM in all of Al - Yarmouk Teaching Hospital and College of administration and Economics, while the obstacles of human resources were in the first place for the Rafidain Bank. Also, the financial obstacles had a priority among the other obstacles in Al - Karkh/1 Directorate of Education, whereas the environmental obstacles have topped in the International Palestine Hotel. So the researcher recommends surveyed organizations to start the treatment and removal of TQM obstacles depending on their own priority.

The study has been tested in industrial sector represented by two major companies related to Ministry of Industry in Iraq. The first company was State Al - Mansour Company , The second one was State Ibn Sina Company. The study was applied on a sample of (140) managers distributable among many managerial levels members of ( board of directors, general managers or delegated managers, department managers, division managers, and unit and office managers ). The study has used the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting the data, and information in addition to the personal interviews and some annual reports related to companies. The study has tried to test a number of major and minor hypotheses related to the relation and regression among the variables of the study, and the differences among the companies in the main variable of the study for the purpose of answering all the questions related to the problem of the study and reaching the established objectives. For the purpose of processing the data and the information related to the study the researcher has used tested by non - parametric statistical tools as : Mediator, Scope, False limit factor and Regression. The study has reached to several conclusions, such the availability of the main three variables in a high level in the all companies under consideration, the availability of significant correlation among them, and significant effect for each of the organizational innovation and organizational change in the organizational effectiveness. And these results came appropriate with the hypotheses related to this aspect. The researcher has presented a number of recommendations, such as the necessity of encouraging and building organizational innovation by the companies managements and applying that in their different policies and programs related to the human resources. In addition to that, it is necessary to adopt the organizational change culture and training the managers on its skills and traits. The Problem of Field study is represented by the existence of clear failure in implementation of the activities of Talent management and concentrate on constructing core competencies for human recourse, and negligence of its role in consolidate competitive advantage in Iraqi colleges, Also the research aimed at to achieve several applied and knowledge objectives, and According to such a problem and objective , and in order to verify the variable of the main and sub - study , we formulated (7) principle hypothesis with (24) sun - hypothesis. Adopted The questionnaire as a tool to collect data of the study according to ready criteria and standards by using pentagonal Liker grade. It was subjected to the measures of honest and firmness, and distributed among (69) person from the employees in university performance units in (18) colleges from five Iraqi universities : “ Baghdad , Almustansiriya , Technical , Alnahrain , and AL.Iraqia university “. To analyze the data of the study, we used Statistics programs (SPSS) and (Excel). The statistical instrument that used in the analysis was “curve, available coefficient , correlation coefficient for Spearman , simple and multi linear slope and analyzing of the path”. The statistic approaches showed several results , the most important one was the existence of moral relation between the Talent management and core competency for human resources. Also showed that is moral effectiveness for each of the Talent management and core competency for human resources in consolidating the competitive advantage for the colleges , and the level of the effectiveness increase if they existed together. Regarding discussion of the results , the study presented several conclusions , out of the talent management and core competency for human resources are the competitive advantage for the colleges under dynamic environment that worked in the matter , which required increasing concentration on application of the activities of talent management and construct core competency for human resources ,that a working within , through knowing the advanced experiences of other advanced countries and make use of it in a best way

The study had been done. The study had been done on a sample of a governorates councils of ( M. U ) in Iraq , which it involve (60) members they are distributed according to a group of demographic characteristics. And questionnaire had been depended on in the study as a tool to collect the data. And the two computer programs (SPSS) and (STATICA) had been used , to process the data and reach to the results which concern with computation of values of ( ratios , frequencies , means , and standard deviations ) as well as test the hypotheses of study , by computation , the values of the relationships of direct effect and indirect among the variables of study , and it’s significance of this relation ships. The study has tried to test a number of major and minor hypotheses related to the relation and regression among the variables of the study. So , the study has reached to several conclusions , such as there is significant effect of environmental analysis on political marketing mix , and there is significant effect of environmental analysis on voter relationships management by political marketing mix. And according to these conclusions , the study presents many suggestions which be useful tools , to the political parties (which are studied ) , either now or in the future

This research has been tested in the Iraqi banking sector represented by (Gulf) Commercial Bank and the Bank of Ashur International), and applied research on intentional sample of 85 managers and staff distributors in several administrative levels (Director, Department manager, branch manager, senior management staff) and use the search questionnaire head for the collection of data and information tool as well as personal interviews program and some private banks and annual reports, as well as the researcher used some statistical methods which (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Pearson correlation analysis, and analysis of simple regression, financial ratios) The research has come to a set of conclusions was the most important, the presence of correlation and the relationship of positive influence strategic direction of the three for its removal in the performance of Iraqi private banks, the research community, and the dimensions of the strategic direction has sparked mixed on the performance of banks research sample, it is found that the impact of the pioneering trend in priority first, interactive approach in the second priority, and market - oriented in the third priority. Also found there are high positive correlation between the strategic direction (in general) and the performance of the banking banks sample section, also showed the results of descriptive analysis (general rate) to keep the strategic direction, Gulf Commercial Bank and the Bank of UNESCO's International achieved high adoption of the strength of the vertebrae search variables implying the absorption of the surveyed banks the importance of the strategic direction of all dimensions, "which will reflect positively on its performance.Based on the findings of the research results has developed a set of recommendations was the most important. Abstract: تضمن البحث تكوين تصورات واضحة حول القيمة المضافة للمعرفة من خلال تداؤبية العلاقة بين المورد المعرفي الاساس في هذه القيمة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات كاداة مساعدة في تحقيقها استنادا الى طروحات(Nonaka et al,1996)، في محاولة لتعميم النظرية وامكانية تطبيقها في البي | The present research tries to create a clear perceptions on Knowledge Value added through the Synergetic relationship between the fundamental Knowledge resource in this value and information technology as a tool to assist in their investigation, based to the proposals of (Nonaka et al, 1996), who tried to generalize this theory and apply it in the Iraqi environment, therefore, this research is a start from the research dilemma to bridge the Knowledge gap between the existing intellectual reviews and the possibilities of its applications, it aims to identify the Knowledge resource Competencies and information technology Capabilities and their impact through the Synergetic relationship to achieve the Knowledge value added. The present research is basically on the deductive approach driving from the subjectivism philosophy to deriving it's Hypotheses from the theoretical framework, then trying to test it through statistical and knowledge means in order to verify the objectivity through : first, analytical survey for (114) managers working in three private banks (Middle East, Trade Gulf and North) to verify the availability of Knowledge value added by using statistical means and comparison between them. Second, based on the Knowledge value added methodology which proposed by (Housel & Bell, 2001) to support the first tool and make a comparisons among the three private banks which was supported by the coefficient of creating intellectual value by knowledge means, this was based on Simi - structured interviews with (15) managers to identify the learning times, further, to know the ration of completion the banks processes through the information technology.The results of the present research are supporting all the propose hypothesis based on the experimental level except sixth hypothesis that dealt with finding the significant differences between the research sample banks, and the content analysis which been proofed through it that the Gulf Bank was superior based on return on Knowledge and the coefficient of creating the intellectual value, second and third placed were for Middle East bank and North bank respectively, in spite of the absence of significant differences between them as test (One way ANOVA). Based on the results we can recommend using the Knowledge as platform in the banks working environment and take advantage of the Competencies of its knowledge resource, then the research was closed by many suggested future studies.

The case was accounted to process the search, interview, vission, and field visits were made to the searched orginazation and the organizations related to it, and also depend on the special records and documents to collect the data wanted to observe the traditional reality of the system and the work patter (proceduure) followed currently, according to that we made use of checking list as a loot to collect the data and information, and using the percentage and the median as statistic styles to analyze these data, and also to define the extent of (range of) applying the electronic government strategy in it.The propsed system was designed by using the managing data base system (Oracle) (81,I) and it’s programs were written in the structured Query language (SQL) , and the reason behind using this developed system, was it represents one of the best systems to managing, high - level data base, specialized in managing the network or the related computers among the organization, in addition to what it offers of facilities in exchaging the information and documents and providing the services, because it had high abilities which allow it to be accurate in handling the data and the easyness in reaching it.The choice was focused on one of the landed procedures which were process of selling the land parts as a sample for the search, because it reaches the highest percentage out of the done landed deals for the period of (1 - 1 - 2002) to (31 - 12 - 2002) which represents (33%) from total.The search have come to some conclusions : the application of the searched organization to the electronic government strategy and through the usage of data bases management system (Oracle), will help in achiving the customer( Citizen) satisfaction through the reached time taken to complete the after it was consuming long period could reach to three months, and that was due to the system ability to store the information and data in quality and quantity and in an organized order, also not having rapid processes in collecting, entring and handling these data.

It aims to develop the prototype of the marketing performance measurement under the dynamic prototype of the marketing embedded by the strategic alliance, competition, laws, and legislations by the customer mediate relationships management embedded by the dimensions (Retention the customer, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and the customer value), and exploring any of the variations and the dimension most influent in achieving the performance. This study aims to discuss the importance role of the dynamic equilibrium of marketing and its function in achieving the marketing performance under the customer relationships and its impact on the Iraqi banking sector.Study Problem : summarizes the research problem set of questions, and it was the most important : What is the role of CRM in achieving dynamic equilibrium of marketing in achieving performance marketing for banks operating in Iraq?, What are the strategic appropriate, or variable the basic adopted by management policy banks about Alliance,The competition, to reach optimal performance?.Design/Methodology/Approach : The Experimental methodology used has been used in the current study application , the questionnaire used to collect data for the sake of developing a correct trustworthy prototype measurement for the dynamic equilibrium of marketing and the customer relationships management variable in addition to the marketing dimension, a test for the hypothesis through using some statistical processes. The sample was selected from managers and department heads numbered (100) person, and hypotheses were tested through the use of some statistical treatments, was the most important path analysis. The most important hypotheses are (increasingly dynamic balancing effect of marketing in the performance marketing mediately customer relationship management indicators. Findings : The study reached an agreement sample that marketing performance is affected directly in the dynamics of the industry, the intensity of competition, and the uncertain environment that includes (degree of predictability in the business environment), a prototype has been develop measuring variables dynamic equilibrium of Marketing (Strategic alliances, competition, legislation, and laws) with variables of marketing performance (focus on the customer, focus on competitors), through mediation relationship management client (to keep the customer, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, customer value), moreover, the results support the hypothesis of influence and correlation between variables surveyed.Conclusions and Recommendations : The study reached a number of conclusions, it is found that the most important contribution to the change in legislation and laws to bring about more positive changes performance marketing in the research sample banks, increases if the cross dimensions and customer loyalty more. Than it is through customer retention and customer satisfaction, while not appear legislation and laws in effect marketing performance through customer value. The study recommended that the need to invest progress of alliances and strategic competition, which was a high level of importance in strengthening the relationship with CRM customer Bmngarath (retain the customer, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, customer value), and the need to tighten managers of banks surveyed to activate the legislation and laws that was a high level of importance in strengthening the relationship with the customer Bmngarath (strategic alliances, competition, legislation and laws), and that attention by winning directors came as a result of the application of personal professional skills by the sample.Practical implications : This study provides a useful measure of the equilibrium of marketing, and customer relationship management, it helps managers to use it to assess the current situation in the capabilities of the banks performance. Managers may improve their performance marketing programs more effectively and efficiently through their strategic orientation towards competition and alliance.Originality/Value : This study undertakes to help the service providers in the banking sector to address the challenge of increased marketing performance and achieve the dynamic balancing of marketing, and how to keep the equilibrium marketing in achieving performance marketing.

Abstract: يعد مؤشر سوق الاوراق المالية احد المؤشرات الرئيسة للاستثمار في الاوراق المالية، اذ ترتبط المخاطرة النظامية باليات بناء مؤشر سوق الاوراق المالية، وتتجسد مشكلة الدراسة في جوانبها النظرية بوجود اليات لبناء المؤشر على اساس الترجيح بالقيمة السوقية او الترجيح | The stock market index is one of the main indicators of investment in securities, as linked to systematic risk build Securities Market index mechanisms, and the study embodied a problem in theoretical aspects the of mechanisms for the construction of the index on the basis of market value or weights equal or this individual share and price, on the other hand, the research problem is in systematic risk, which is one of the basics of investment securities, on the practical side, the construction of the index, according to these mechanisms reflect the systematic risk, and it has been chosen intentional sample (26 companies) of the shares listed on the Iraq stock Exchange companies Finance for a period of five years and a daily sessions (888 sessions).Along with the research issue, which discuss these point below : Do the market index mechanisms realistically measure systematic risk? Is that the mechanism used in the construction of Iraq Stock Exchange index accurately reflects the systematic risk? What are the most appropriate mechanisms in building Iraq Stock Exchange statistical notably {arithmetic mean, geometric mean and the correlation coefficient}. And of these questions aforementioned emerged hypotheses of the study, which centered on whether to reflect the different mechanisms of the market index and there were no significant differences in the risk of regulatory mechanism, and test three mechanisms for the construction of the index (stock price, market value, weights equal) in the Iraq Stock Exchange, and propose a fourth mechanism of a percentage of market value of shares traded to the market value of the company listed on the stock market within the index sample (as a future study). Notable among the findings of the study : in the financial market index values depending on the different mechanisms to build the index. And it does not mean convergence in the financial market index averages of the three mechanisms which previously discussed convergence of financial market returns. The direction of the stock market index up and down reflects a clear disparity in the financial market returns calculated on the basis of each indicator by mechanism built in isolation from each other, indicating the potential volatility of the index constituent stock returns and the attendant likelihood of systematic risk in the fluctuation.Of the key recommendations that emerged from the study : a study to choose another representative index sample through the historical information and activities of the company and traded volume in the financial market and the price of its shares and uninterrupted from the financial market and others funding sources (as a precaution to prevent money laundering within the financial market) during at least five years for companies included in the index is calculated, and then place the cursor to select the chosen sample.

The essential problem of this study can be summarized that we lack an applied Iraqi or Arabian study concerns with the relationship of social capital with the supporting of organizational work to achieve competitive advantages. So, we attempt in this study to answer on such questions : what do we mean with social capital, its importance and components?. How is social capital built and invested?. , And what is the nature of social capital in the Iraqi organization that selected for the sample of our research. In order to handle the research problem and to achieve its aim, we suggested three main hypotheses, and of each one, some sub hypotheses are subdivided. The first one states “social capital has no effect on supporting organizational work”. Wherease the second one states “the supported organizational work has no effect on competitive advantage of organization”, and the third hypotheses states “there is no statistical relation of physical meaning between social capital and competitive advantage”.The three zero hypotheses are rejected, and other alternative hypotheses are accepted and tested with a number of statistical methods. Questionnaire is used to gather the data and information from study sample of (240) individuals, the workers in state establishment for electric industries.The study depended on ready measures for measuring the whole variables, and the all is tested according to validity and confirmation testing.This research come out with many conclusions, of which, the social capital with its four dimensions (Intellectual capital, trust, Associability and cooperation) led to the best division to knowledge ascribed to high levels of trust and proactive networks and to common objectives and frameworks in the company upon our research. In addition to that the lower turnover rates showed decreasing variability & training costs, the use of human resources, and the decisions characterized with stailty because they stem of common understanding in hand and development of social capital in other hand.The researcher recommends the following : the benefit of intelligent workers who are known of their accuracy in work, by distinguishing them and making them on the top of groups that make social capital. Those will give their ideas that present social and intellectual innovation to improve competitive advantage.

The research emerged from an intellectual dilemma with two dimensions, the theoretical dimension represented by the rarity of research on spiritual intelligence with emotional intelligence in the Arabic environment and especially the Iraqi environment. In addition to the rarity in research on the relationship between the spiritual and emotional intelligences on transformational leadership and its effect on financial performance of the sample banks, and the need for organizations to enrich their philosophical knowledge and understanding about these concepts and its importance in the practical or empirical life to be an important tools in facing the ever changing environmental challenges.The empirical dimension went to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and the level of financial performance in the sample banks and the relationship between the explanatory variables spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence in improving the financial performance.The aim of the study is tracking what spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence can add to the financial performance Through what the transformational leadership dimensions deliver as a mediator. The study used a descriptive analytical deductive method. The study defined a set of Assumptions as answers for the study s' problem tested by non - parametric statistical tools as : SPSS, Mediator, Scope, False limit factor ,correlation and Multiple Regression. An intentional sample of (116) individuals had been chosen from the managerial leaders in12 private banks in Iraq and The research found a number of important conclusions the most important one was the absence of spiritual and emotional intelligences effects on financial performance at the empirical level of the research , inaddition to the orientation of the banks to the social aspects more than the individual aspects..based on these results a number of recommendations were set ,and the research recommended that the concept of spiritual and emotional intelligence should be enhanced and be given more attention through workshops and conferences in addition to a training program for spreading these concepts and their importance in the success of the individual and organizations

This important privilege initiates organizations to direct their administrations to obtain and generate the possible knowledge, to sharing and activate it into their strategies. This consolidates the ability to develop and reach the entrepreneurial positions ;a major requirement for considering the over - lasting competitive advantage of organizations. The present study focuses on the impact of the knowledge managing strategies on the competitive advantage by considering the process of entrepreneurial business as an indicator of modern knowledge managing strategies in validating the competitive advantage in Iraqi private banks. The problem of the study lies in presenting a number of questions on the essence of modern knowledge managing strategies theoretically and practically. The study aims at finding possible and satisfactory replies to these questions relevant to the theoretical framework and relation samples. Six hypotheses are presented.The present study is applied on (seventy) subjects selected randomly from (ten) Iraqi private banks. Questionnaire , interviews, and the researcher's personal observations are all regarded as strategies for data collection. Many statistical procedures are used ,like Mean, Standard Deviation, Spearman correlation coefficient , variance, Multiple Regression.The main findings are : The administrative authorities of Iraqi private banks have adopted the symbol strategy to simplify the banking process which in turn leads to add additional competitive advantages especially in terms of time and achievement. But, unfortunately, this was not totally effective especially in competitive price strategy. Also, it is found that the influences of change in knowledge managing strategies lead to create positive influences in the selected banks. This is done by regarding pioneering business strategy the cornerstone in issues related to time, speed and achievement of customers' services.The recommendations of this study are all relevant to the processes adopted by Iraqi private banks in implementing creative entrepreneurial business dimensions , which will evidently lead to consolidate the importance of knowledge managing strategies in creating positive changes in the competitive strategy of time , speed, achievement of customers' services, and its relevance in increasing more market share.

The search focus an number at goals including knowledge of correlations between cognitive complexity and adaptability job to the variables and the organizational innovation performance in light ,where the search has been studied the variables of complexity cognitive and adaptability job to the level of individual and innovation performance at the corporate level. The study includes 52 private banks in Baghdad and 25 where was choose and 202 employees were selected as a sample of which targeted it was distributed 232 questionnaires and 22 of them were non - returnable and 22 were neglected for lack 0f answers. the researcher used this questionnaires as a tool for measuring.the study found an number of important conclusion and recommendations. including a correlation between cognitive complexity relationship and adaptability job with the and correlation between complexity and the impact of cognitive complexity relationship and adaptability with the job and correlation and indirect impact between cognitive complexity and innovation performance and direct correlation between the impact of adaptability job and the innovation performance and a direct correlation between the complexity of cognitive.

The paper also aims at placing strategy for implementing the investment projects in Diyala's local administration, where it has been used" Description and Analytic" method. It has been chosen list of examination by analyzing the external an internal environment ( SWOT) for Diyala Governorate as to know strong and weak points for every project to specify most obstacles the projects face with. It has been gathered data from the main relevant sources directly. As a result, it has been indicated that there have been a weakness into applying the strategic planning owing to some obstacles. Most important conclusions are listed below : 1. The goals the plan includes (in Diyala) are modest and unambitious one , thus , the goals would be unqualified to carry out investment projects or to develop them in the governorate. It has been also noted that there has not been quality control and lab to test the substances that are used to implement the projects in the governorate aforesaid. This actually would motivate and impel most companies to go the private labs and universities for testing the materials. This, in return, being exposed to corruption for not being there quality control on these labs by the governorate. 2. There is not department of strategic planning in Diyala Governorate as to be responsible for putting the plans andcensorship on implementing the projects via measurements placed for this purpose.

Abstract: تشير الدراسات الحديثة في مجال ادارة العمليات الى تزايد مستوى الاهتمام بسلسلة التجهيز مفهوما وادارة ومكونات مع دعوات مستمر لتبني مفهوم السلسلة في التعامل مع ادارة العمليات بشكل خاص ومنظمات الاعمال بشكل عام، وقد اثمر هذا الاهتمام عن ظهور العديد من نماذج سل | The recent study in the field of operation management indicate that there is increasing in interest level with the concept , management , and components of supply chain with continuously invitations to adopt the chain concept in dealing particularly with operation management and Generally with business organizations. this interest yielded a number of supply chain models , but the adoption of one model more than other relates with what competitive goals can this model achieves for the organization , and that is encourage the searcher to adopt efficient and responsive supply chain models to study them. The efficient chain aims to reduce the cost in every stage of its stages, and the responsive chain put fast delivery as a primary competitive goals for it. In according with that and through field cohabiting of supply chain processes in vegetarian public company particularly for detergents and soaps ( study sample) , the searcher pointed several problems in these two chains, the most important are the problem in supply processes and suppliers choice standards which based on political standards away from the competitive standards , and that is caused constant deficiency in raw materials because of the delay in supply processes , and also limited production capacity because of exhausted machines and equipments in facing high and increasing demand for study sample products. All these reason create problems in the distribution and sales processes because of the limited response for the demand and high stock out cost represent by sales loosing cost. For these reasons the study aims to design two models of supply chain, that are the efficient and responsive, and for each study sample products, and tests there performance , then choosing the best model. The searcher depended on case study approach to analyze and evaluate the performance of present supply chains and Monte Carlo simulation to design both chain models, using EXCEL software. By using the means of the five experiments results of the simulation for both models that relate with quantity of production, costs , sourcing intervals , and profits , responsive chain indicated clear superiority in its performance for detergents product, therefore the searcher recommend to adopting responsive supply chain model for this product. While for soaps product and although that the means of the production quantity , cost , and sourcing intervals indicated the distinction of the responsive chain , the profits assured the superiority of the efficient chain , so in this case the searcher recommends choosing the chain that appropriates for the company's strategy.
