Abstract: تقييم اداء حركة المرور بالطرق يعتمد على دراسة الخصائص المرورية. لذلك هذه الدراسة تركز بالدرجة الاساسية على تطوير نموذج محاكاة للاعتماد علية في تقييم و دراسة خصائص الطرق الريفيه. SIMRIR هو نموذج المحاكاة الذي طور بالاعتماد على ثلاثة نماذج ثانوية في بنائه.
الجانب الاول هو اختيار الخوارزميات المناسبة للنماذج الفرعيه و تطويرها. خوارزميات النموذج الفرعي لتتابع المركبات (CF) و قبول الفجوة (GA) تم اعتمادها من دراسات سابقه مع اجراء بعض التعديلات لكي تتناسب مع الواقع الحالي , اما في ما يخص النموذج الفرعي لتغيير الممر(LC) فتم الاعتماد على بعض الفرضيات المنطقية المبنية على واقع البيانات لكي يتم بناء نموذج فرعي هجين لتغيير الممر.
اما الجانب الثاني يتضمن جمع البيانات الحقلية و تحليلها حيث هي الخطوة الاهم في تطوير النموذج وتصحيحة. تم جمع البيانات من سبعة مواقع تم اختيارها وفق معايير من اجل الحصول على بيانات بشكل دقيق قدر الامكان . حيث تم استخدام كاميرا تسجيل فيديو ذات حجم ذاكرة 80كيكا بايت,حيث تعتبر الكاميرا هي الاداة الرئيسية في جمع البيانات في الدراسة الحالية , تم تسجيل 110ساعة من كل المواقع وتهيئتها لتحليلها .تم استخدام شاشة تلفيزيون من اجل عرض البيانات و تحليلها. البيانات المستحصلة من الفيديو هي مقدار التدفق و تركيبة المرور و الفاصل الزمني بين مركبتين متتاليتين و تردد تغيير الممر و زمن التاخير عند عند بدا الحركة.
الجانب العملي اخذ وقت طويل سواء اثناء جمع البيانات او تحليلها ,حيث وجد ان تردد تغيير الممر عالي و اغلب السائقين يفضلون البقاء في الممر الاسرع و هذا يعكس تصرف السائق. و ضمن نطاق تغيير الممر هناك مخالفات مرورية اي تغيير ممر بشكل غير امن. ايضا تم اختيار التوزيع النظري للوقت الذي يتلائم مع توزيع البيانات الحقلية حيث وجد ان التوزيع الاسي السالب اكثر تطابقا. قياس السرعة المرغوبه تم بواسطة استخدام رادار السرعة حيث اخذت عينه كافية من كل ممر و وجد ان بيانات السرعة تنطبق مع التوزيع الاعتيادي و تم تحديد قيم المعدل و الانحراف المعياري لكل ممر.ايضا بمساعدة برنامج الاكسل تم تقدير معادلات استخدام الممر لتوزيع المركبات على كل ممر.
بعد الانتهاء من تحليل البيانات، يتم ترتيب البيانات بشكل مجموعات من اجل استخدام كل مجموعة في خطوة معينة اي تستخدم في تطوير معاييرة النموذج المطور . حيث تمت عملية المعايرة لمرات عديدة من التشغل و تغيير قيم المحددات الى ان تم االوصول الى افضل تطابق بين نتائج النموذج و البيانات الحقلية.
بعد ان اصبح النموذج قادر على تمثيل الواقع تم اجراء بعض التطبيقات مثلا حساب الخصائص الاساسية للمرور و ايضا حساب تاثير زيادة نسبة المركبات على سعة الطريق، حيث كلما زادت نسبة المركبات ادى الى تقليل سعة الطريق.
في خطوة اخرى من اجل اثبات صحة النموذج المطور، تم بناء نموذج بواسطة حزمة برنامج PARAMICS و معايرته بواسطة البيانات الحقلية. و عند مقارنة نتائج PARAMICS مع SIMRIR تبين ان النتائج متقاربة و ان SIMRIR اكثر تمثيل للواقع حيث لديه مرونة في التعامل مع واقع البيانات . بشكل عام ، فان نموذج المحاكاة SIMRIR قادر على تمثيل واقع الطرق الريفية في العراق ويمكن ايضًا تعديله وفقًا للمتطلبات والاحتياجات والتغييرات التي تحدث على الطرق.
