Then identifies the relationship of impacts among these variables , the importance of this study rise from the significant rule that played by the electronical management in developing the abilities and develop, improve the presented services that ride the institution to fulfil success in achieving their works in High efficiency. The check list used as a method to collect data designed to support the theoretical aspect and distributed on population of (40) samples represented by the chief of directorate, chief assistants , administration directors and units managers in the Directorate of Al - Karkh / Second, (F) test has been used to identify the moral impacts using statistic programs (SPSS22) , the results agreed with the hypothesis of study.The study concludes many of findings, the significant one that there is a meaningful relationship of electronic relationship in achieving success, then groups of recommendations , the important one is the necessity to apply electronic management by the sample circle as it have many solutions of problems such as the negative effect paper treatments, then study concludes with many of suggestions like a foresight that could give beneficial advantages for future studies

The study highlights the problem of the lack of the ministry to the mechanism of implementing the strategic direction and given their role in achieving the business reengineering such as : (human resources, flexible organizational structure, informationtechnology, policies and procedures, leadership) The importance of the study lies in presenting two important organizational variables in determining the success of the organizations, namely the strategic direction and business reengineering, linking their active role can achieve a work environment with the ability to keep up with all that is new in the field of the organization's work, and defining the concept of strategic direction and its relationship to re business Engineering The researcher sought towards a logical answers to these questions,also to provide a briefing on the theory of the strategic direction and business re - engineering, and to identify the nature of their relationship from the point of the impactof the strategic direction in the business re - engineering. In order to achieve these goals, a hypothetical model has been adopted to express the logical relationship between the variables of the study, in which the strategic directionis considered an independent variable that affects the approved business reengineering variable. For the purpose of discovering the nature of relationships, the study has tended to display a set of hypotheses as an initial answers to see their verification, and thus two major hypothesesare provided as follows : 1.There is a significant correlation between the strategic direction and business reengineering.2. There is a significant effect differences between the strategic direction and business reengineering.To implement this study and test its hypotheses, the Ministry of Construction and Housing has been chosen and the descriptive - analytical analysis approachhas been adopted based on the assumptions that are to be provable through practical tests.The studyadopted samples : (50) members of the (two managers and their assistants, heads of departments and heads of units) in the Ministry of Construction and Housing and tested and proven the correlation and impactthrough the statistical analysis using the methods ofmultiple statistical of the most important of the correlation coefficient (Spearman) and the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and the results showed that the validity of hypotheses of the study and based on those results several conclusions were formulated most of whicharethat the strategic direction has a large proportion of impact on business reengineering and the most important recommendations addressed by the study are the need for taking into account the dimensions of (information technology, flexible organizational structure, leadership) due to their importance in business process reengineering.

The application of international standard moves such organizations from the routine performance in project management to the performance of professional modern strategic character, because most projects oriented organizations have difficulty in evaluating strategic projects due to lack of application of international standard requirements of quality management in the project. Hence the problem of the research in the non - application of international standard requirements of quality management in the project (ISO 10006 : 2003), and not rely on the checklist for evaluating projects. So research aimed to application of quality in project management in the research sample Department of Engineering Affairs / Office of Diyala province, through the preparation of a checklist international standard project management quality (ISO 10006 : 2003), and evaluate the performance of projects strategically in accordance with International Standard quality of the project management. The importance of research to identify the international standard requirements (ISO 10006 : 2003), Second Edition, as well as to provide a broad understanding of the thinking of a firm to manage the projects assisted in the evaluation of strategic projects and to achieve the objectives of the research were to rely on the case study method, which helps in the deep and comprehensive analysis of the problem under study, Use the search and check list for being the head of a tool in data collection, which included (132) items included international standard quality management of project requirements (ISO 10006 : 2003). It was chosen as the Engineering Section in the Office of Diyala province as a location to conduct the practical side in the search for the diagnosis of the gap between international requirements of the standard and the reality of the actual application The research found a lack of interest in the quality of projects and activities for the presence of a large gap between the actual application and the requirements of the standard and its percentage (43.8), which indicates that the application is weak with the requirements of international standard in the research sample. Find recommends applying the international standard of quality management in projects (ISO 10006 : 2003) in a sample of research and benefit from the results of checklists to assess project management practices.

Abstract: This study aims at identifying the application of banking marketing mix in Rafidain bank in Baghdad, and its impact on customer Satisfaction. Two sets of variables were chosen. The independent variables : banking marketing mix and demographic.The dependent variables : customer Satisfaction.The population of the study was customer of Rafidain bank head quarters. in Baghdad The sample was (150) customer. A quetionaire consist of (74) questions was this tool to collect data, and testing hypothesis was by using SPSS program.Results and findings of the study were as follows : - The Rafidain bank adopted. Five out of the seven marketing mix dimensions, the people and physical evidence had significant effect on customer Satisfaction.The study did not show a significant difference due to demographic variable.

Abstract: ان عملية التخطيط المستدام لاستعمالات الاراضي هي عملية شمولية يوازيها استدامة لمناحي الحياة الاخرى لذلك لابد من وجود نظرة متكاملة ووضع سياسات متناغمة من التخطيط المستدام في مختلف المجالات لكونها متكاملة مع بعضها, وهناك دول عديدة شرعت في تطبيق مفهومات التخط | The process of sustainable planning to lands uses is a comprehensive process paralleled by sustainability of other life’s aspects. Therefore, there must be an integrated view and the placing of harmonized policies of sustainable planning in the different aspects because they complement each other. Many countries have applied the concepts of sustainable constructional planning for the purpose of achieving livable cities as much as the environment can offer and absorb, in order to maintain life’s continuity and quality. Iraqi cities suffer economic, social and environment problems, this requires moving towards livable cities “sustainable cities”. Therefore, the research has been based upon a hypothesis which is summarized by that the current planning philosophy and mechanisms are far from sustainable planning principles and thereby this resulted in the accumulation of economic, social and environmental problems in the Iraqi cities. The research took an analytical approach which depended on building a theoretical framework in which the most important sustainability indications were concluded, then applying this to the practical aspect, Al amarah city was chosen as an example of an Iraqi city and the possibility of generalizing the livable cities experiment in conformity with the available conditions and resources. This city has been chosen since it was an economically prosperous city until the end of the seventies and the beginning of the eighties. After the economic deterioration until 2003, the city was able to return to the forefront of Iraqi cities during the period from 2003 until now from the living, security and economic aspects (contrary to the other Iraqi cities) which proves that the policies adopted to the city’s administration and planning are different from the rest of the Iraqi cities. Questionnaire forms were made and given to the study sample which included specialized State employees who have experience in this field. The research determines the most important theoretical bases of the idea of livable (sustainable) cities, their achievement criteria and their planning bases. The researcher was able, through using scientific methodology in descriptive analysis, to suggest the best which can be done in sustainable planning and sustainable development which could be applied to Al amarah city. The most important conclusions which have been reached is that the basis of designing livable cities lies in sustainability, which contribute to reducing the economic, social and environmental problems which have afflicted our cities from ancient times until now. There is also the need to use environment - friendly energy sources since the city’s environment is suffering pollution for many reasons like generators, noise and lack of tree - planting. Among the most important recommendations concluded, is the importance of achieving a sustainable constructional planning which provides livable cities. This must be achieved through the collaboration of all efforts by the departments specialized in constructional planning and the relevant authorities, by support from the local and central governments

Abstract: The present study addressed the "efficiency in using the Kaizen model for the measurement of organizational performance", which is a subject that has never been taken in academic aspects based on the writer's knowledge. The importance of this study comes from being a new subject in management, and relates directly to the continuous development of organizations in both private and public sectors.The argument of the study is summarized by some important questions like; does the efficiency of Kaizen model depend on the availability of suitable capacities and resources for the success of the self - assessment process? The aim of the study is to investigate the ability of the organizations under this study to use the model, and highlighting some essential requirements for its success. For that aim, an assumption was made that the organizations under this research have an acceptable level of competence to use Kaizen model to achieve organizational success. In addition, in order to verify this assumption, a questionnaire was used as a main tool. It was answered by a representative sample of Assessment teams' members in the following public organizations : The General Inspector office of the Ministry of Youth and Sport, General Inspector office of the Ministry of Education, General Inspector office of the Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works, General Inspector office of the Establishment of Martyrs, and the General Directorate for Industrial Development. The sample included 52 members. The data was collected using many methods like questionnaires, field visits, and personal interviews. In addition, several measurement tools were adopted to get the results including percentages, Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and the coefficient of variation, with the help of the statistical program SPSS.The study shows important findings. First, Kaizen model is suitable to use with the activities and processes of the chosen public organizations. Second, the results of the organizational Performance assessment are not taken into consideration most of the time, which leaves the assessment as a routine process without any reform outcomes. This weakness is a result of the absence of any organizational environment that can develop a changing culture within its different managerial levels.Finally, the study ends up with some recommendations : 1) The important need to invest and adopt Kaizen model to analyze the internal organizational environment in order to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the organizational performance2) Spreading awareness about self - assessment and continuous development's culture in all managerial levels3) Increasing the knowledge of employees about modern best practices and their efficiency in developing the organizational environment

The population of the study are the administrative formations of the ministry. The study sample is a random sample of the ministry employees which covers 50% of the study population by 10 departments. This study targeted the employees and directors of the ministry that work in the departments concerned with training, trainers to the ministry directorates and trainees in economic empowerment which include how to develop a project courses held by the ministry through forums across the provinces of Iraq. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The study was conducted on 150 questionnaires collected from the ministry. Several conclusions were found, including : 1. There was a positive statistically significant relation between the application of the stages of the training process from a strategic perspective and the youth projects performance at the ministry of youth and sports 2. The presence of a statistically significant positive correlation between the extent of the senior management involvement in training strategy and the project performance. 3. The results of this study showed that there are some constraints that face these companies when adopting an effective training strategy for training such as lack of organizational culture and highly qualified trainers and the rigidity of the laws and regulations. Finally, this study concluded a number of recommendations that include the need for the top management at the Ministry of Youth and Sports to provide more attention and support for a clear training strategies of the overall ministry strategy, as well as the need for specialized training programs provided to its members, and to apply the training methods that suit the ambitions and aspirations and needs of young people.

The problem posed in this study is represented by the excess in the government's responsibilities and its excessive needs for general expenditure at the time there is scarcity in the resources which should sponsor the general budget, which leads to a continual budget deficit as well to the absence of clear - cut aims, of specifying the priorities and of control. this study is based on the assumption that the administrative reform for the country 's institutions is conducive to the scantiness of general expenditure concerning the country's budget. To illustrate the relationship between the variables of the main study and the subordinate study, two hypotheses have been formed, of which the main hypothesis concentrates on the existence a statistical indicator related to administrative reform as to the scantiness of expenditure related to the country's budget. the study relies on the analytical and descriptive approach when treating its variables with the help of the criteria agreeable with the aims and the nature the environment of the ministry in question ( the ministry of finance ) throughout using a number of statistical means to attain the required results such as using a factor analysis, repetitions, percentages, accountancy domain, criterion deviation and relative significance. The study has been applied to the ministry of finance throughout distributing a questionnaire which consists of 30 questions to a sample formed of 40 officials from the center of the ministry including a general director , assistant of a general director , department director and a director of sub - department , together with experts working in it and a group of officials who have long worked in the ministry. all the data have been collected from the processed sample which has been subjected to the descriptive and statistical analysis using the statistical programme called ( amos - VRR 23 and spss - VER 23 ) The study has concluded a group of findings of which the most important ones are : - there is a relatively strong relationship __a positive one inferred from the results of the statistical analysis__ with the variables of the study ( administrative reform and the scantiness of expenditure for the country's budget ), which emphasizes the truthfulness and compatibility of the major and minor relevant hypotheses, and the institutions' need for scantiness. the findings also show that the process of wasting the public financial resources and the increase in expenditure on non - productive sectors will lead to a greater opportunity of stealing and pilfering supporting many aspects of corruption. Finally , the researcher presents some recommendations necessary for preserving the public financial resources, of which the most important one is directing the processes of expenditure on productive projects in all the relevant sectors to ensure bringing about the financial revenue and social progress.

Abstract: The aim of this research was to define the concept of Non - Governmental Organizations registration procedures and application of simplification processes in the service business environment ,represented by the Non - Governmental Organizations in the department of the general secretariat of the council of ministers in order to reach a reduction of the time required for registration procedures and conditioning the Non - Governmental Organizations by deleting a number of unnecessary steps and procedures or merging some steps together in a single step. Which will actively contributing in a rapid completion of the issuance of the certificate of registration and provide a broader and better services for representatives of Non - Governmental Organizations in Iraq.The research method follows the critical analysis of data and specific information on registration procedures and conditioning the organizations that currently working in the department mentioned ,in which the researcher relay on the data and information collection procedures of the research on direct observation, field attendance and personal reviews with the study of such files and records as well as the study of lows and instructions for the action in questions , to obtain the data & information collection for the purpose of the research.It has been found that the dependent on the electronic method in solving the problems of delaying registration procedures and canceling self - judgement , through designing electronic program entitled [Electronic Registration Program ],which has been examined practically & proven that it will minimize unnecessary procedure , shortening of time , with less effort & cost for the beneficiaries

The researcher was based on drawing possible scenarios for The State Ministry for Woman Affairs and applied of Measures that inconsistent with objectives of researched environment where four scenarios have been drawn, namely (first scenario : State Ministry for Woman Affairs, Second Scenario : The Ministry of Women - the portfolio, Third Scenario : The Independent Commission for Women's Affairs, Fourth scenario : Merge the national machinery for women's affairs with another institution). The researcher expressed the problem of the study by a set of theoretical and practical questions that have been formulated in the form of hypotheses. The study applied at community representing The State Ministry for Woman Affairs and the sample consisted of two types : The workshop sample and case study sample to answer (46) questionnaires such as current and ex ministers, members of the Committee of Women in the House of Representatives, civil society organizations and the staff of the ministry - community of the study. Data were collected via workshop and the form of questionnaire which included (72) questions were distributed among the four scenarios mentioned previously, their answers have been subject to descriptive analysis using measures of Central Tendency as well as Factor Analysis through electronic calculator within the program (spss ver. 10).The researcher found a number of conclusions and recommendations , the most important that there is a clear tendency of consensus to choose the second scenario as a special machinery for women's affairs represented by (The Ministry of Women - The portfolio) as a real structural machinery to get the woman's rights in the future.

The study aims at pinpointing the scopes of administrative reform as an independent variable for its fields (human resources development - spreading and supporting electronic governance, developing standard work systems and procedures) as secondary variables in improving employees performance efficiency, the dependent variable, in its aspects (competence, efficiency, increasing productivity) as secondary variables at the Company under study. The study relied on descriptive analytic method in dealing with its variables, based on measurements conforming to the Company’s goals and nature, in addition to descriptive and statistical methods in processing data. The problem of the study was expressed through a number of theoretical and practical questions put in a hypothetical diagram for the study, from which a number of major and minor hypotheses emerged. The study was applied to a sample of (41) employee at the levels of : general manager, assistant manager, department head, and division head. Data was collected through a questionnaire containing (56) questions covering the aspects of the study. The questionnaire was analyzed descriptively and statistically by using electronic computer to obtain the results through statistical application. The study reached a number of conclusions, most notable among them is that there is a significant correlation between the variables of the study at the company under study. This indicates that the hypotheses of the study are correct, in various degrees. Based on these conclusions, the researcher made a number of recommendations.

Abstract: تشهد الاسواق العراقية اليوم تحديا ومنافسة شديدة من السلع الاجنبية المماثلة للمنتجات الوطنية اذ اصبحت تلك السلع خطرا يهدد الصناعة الوطنية ولمواجهة هذا التحدي والوقوف بوجه هذه المنافسة اوجب على المنظمات العراقية ضرورة رسم استراتيجياتها الكلية بناء على ال | Iraqi markets witnesses a challenge and competition from the foreign products similar to the national products. These products began to pose a threat to the national production. To face that challenge and to confront the competition, the Iraqi organizations have to draw their strategies based on the care for the quality of their products. Hence, the importance of the research is attract the attention to the higher administration in the State Company for Mineral Industries in particular and all the national companies in general to the necessity of considering the quality dimensions when designing the products and showing the importance of these dimensions in achieving the highest revenues of the company, and spread the awareness for all the administrative levels in the company with these dimensions. These have a role in promoting the national product to be a parallel to the imported foreign products in addition to the enhancement of legislations that limit the random importation of foreign products. The present research aims at testing the effect of the quality dimensions aims at testing the effect of the quality dimensions (performance, characteristics, dependency, compatibility, durability, usability, aesthetic, quality) in the strategies of protecting the national product (enhancement of the law of costumes, enhancement of the Iraqi product production, enhancement of consumer protection law). That was done through a questionnaire form to the sample from the State Company for Mineral Industries of (54) persons. The obtained results of the form were analyzed and processed statistically. The research depends on a number of statistical methods such as (arithmetic preferred means, standard deviation, relative importance, Limitation coefficient R2, simple correlation coefficient, Z - test, and F test). The research comes up to a number of findings such as : there is a significant weakness in the realized quality (the impression generated by the consumer towards the product), and a poor interest in product quality standards the consumer prefers the foreign product because its outside appearance. The study also concludes the most of the sample members have no knowledge of the law of consumer protection, and of the costume tariff law, and Iraqi product protection law which have the effect of protecting the Iraqi market against the invasion of the national products. The research comes up with a number of findings about the variables of study such as the necessity of working in the tariff and the law of Iraqi product protection and also applying more effectively the law of consumer protection and educating the consumers about their rights on one hand, and caring of the study system with the quality standards on the other. That will enhance the laws pertaining to the protection of the national product over the foreign products. Thus, the national product will attract the attention of the consumers and achieve the greatest share on the local markets.

The research sample included staff from different specializations (administrators, technicians, accountants, engineers) from the sections of Administration Department in the Municipality of Baghdad. a sample consisting of 40 trainees Was randomly selected include 20 males and 20 females ,some information had been collected about them such educational qualification , years of service and the number of training sessions in which they participated. The researcher has built its research tool which is a questionnaire consists of 31 questions divided into two axes : the first axes about the trainee opinion about the training programs, the second axes : the impact of training programs to improve their job performance and how they agreed on the questions mentioned in the questionnaire. the researcher also prepare Modulus of Sincerity and consistency to the research tool , Statistical analysis was performed to the data that has been collected through the questionnaire by using the Statistical Package (spss) to evaluate the fields and aspects that the questionnaire seek to display and to show the importance of the training program in improving the workers performance within the organization mentioned in the research. As well as testing of scientific hypotheses that set for determine the correlation and the impact of training programs on the employees performance.The most important results that have been obtained from this research : 1. The training programs are not commensurate with the needs and aspirations of the employees and their desires to develop.2. Commit with the time of the training courses.3. Deficiency in use a variety of clarifying tools in implementing the training programs.4. Weakness in providing practical examples commensurate with the theoretical content of the programs.5. The research problem is concluded in the decision makers of this organization not adopting this matrix in the strategic decision making process also the lack of awareness to the importance to its dimensions and the deep impact. The importance of this research is by highlighting the methodology of this matrix in organizational decision making. It endeavored to initialize the analytical tools and working mechanism that can be used to know the Environmental components into external environment (opportunities & threats) and internal environment (Strengths & weaknesses) that effects the organization in general, therefor identifying the dimensions of this matrix is a work plan to determine the right path for organizational future work.The researcher selected a sample consist of 30 director from the work field and in order to get the required information the researcher conducted personal interviews and personal investigation have been taken in addition to questionnaires. The study included scientific systematic approach on the effect of SWOT matrix by all sides, represented by (strength, weakness, opportunity, threat points) in order to reach a decision related to the community the organization is working for, therefor the concerned directors are required to have the scientific knowledge with academic nature, to set the suitable ground for decision making. The researcher came up with a number of conclusions and recommendations most importantly : • Conclusions : that there is an explicit weakness in human resource capacity and financial situation that are the essential conditions for the success of any organization and any disorder in these two conditions can cause obvious and effective fault in achieving strategic goals.• Recommendations : the importance the high officials conducting periodical work paths to show the effect of leadership skills on organization in developing the understanding of strategic planning. Abstract: تعد الاساليب التدريبية الذكية من المؤشرات والعناصر المهمة في عملية رفع وتحسين الاداء المراسيمي في نظم الادارة الحديثة، وبذلك تتحدد مشكلة البحث في ضعف الاداء المراسيمي لمجلس الوزراء العراقي ومعرفة الاسباب وراء هذا الضعف او الخلل واليات معالجته اذ يهدف الب | Considered the smart training methods one of indicators and important elements in process of raise and improve performance of Ceremony in modern management systems, and thus determined by the research problem in weakness of Ceremony performance of Iraqi Council of Ministers. and the knowledge of Causes behind this weakness or imbalance and the mechanisms for handling, where the researcher aims through this research to how improve, develop, and raise the level of performance of government Ceremony according to adoption of smart training methods, modern, and sophisticated, and rehabilitation the ceremony cadres of Council of Ministers for the purpose of obtaining a quick and effective results in vision of the current reality and the requirements of administrative reform campaign provided for in the general framework of the government's program for Prime Ministers. The researcher reached to set of conclusions that diagnosed the reality of Ceremony performance, from the most important, interesting of leadership and management of the organization in training element as an active ingredient in supplement staff expertise, skill, and knowledge through the use of smart training methods that designed to increase the level of Ceremony performance for staff, which leads to reducing the financial burden on the organization's budget as a result of efficiency in the utilization of available resources, and the keenness of employees to gain Ceremony skills through specialized training programs in the ceremony and Protocol, local and foreign, the futility of the use of traditional training methods lead to a reluctance of staff for training and low morale to achieve and improve performance now and in the future. Based on the conclusions, researcher presented a set of recommendations from the most important, the interest in exploiting the optimization of the resources of the organization in achieving Ceremony tasks and improve performance Ceremony and searching for new ways to raise that level through the radical handling or alternative scenarios for facing the obstacles or challenges the Organization, and Invest the International methods to enhance the Ceremony performance aim processors upgrading its level commensurate with the work of our organizations and putting mechanisms within the strategic framework with focus on the function of planning and plans for improving the Ceremony performance strategically that must be analyzed and tested before being applied.

Abstract: This current study based on the idea indicating that the technique of information plays an active role for making a quality transfer in the administrative , scientific , and technical dealings in the ministry of Education and to re - design the labors management from electronic perspective. This contributes into improving teaching performance of the ministry of education. This current study aims at specifying to what extent the effect of information technology ( as an independent coefficient) on performance of teaching ( as depended coefficient ) in the ministry researched. The study is based on the analytic descriptive method into processing its variables , depending on scales that are conform to goals and nature of the ministry researched.The problem of the research has been specified with a set of intellectual inquiries that being visualized with set of hypothesis of the study.The current study has been applied on a society represented with 50 employees with level of manager and official of department an section ; data has been gathered via questionnaire included 40 inquiry dealing with the study 's dimensions. The questionnaire has been subject to the statistical and descriptive analysis by using electronic computer for extracting results by relying on the statistic method ( 10 - SPSS ver)The study has concluded to set of conclusions , top of which is the presence of spiritual effect amongst the variables in the ministry researched.The researcher has submitted some recommendations that are sufficient to promote the level of teaching performance in the ministry of education.

Abstract: يركز موضوع الدراسة على دراسة متغيرين رئيسين ضمن عمل الوكالة الادارية والمالية في وزارة الداخلية العراقية,وهما (العمل الفرقي وفاعلية الانجاز) وتمحورت هذه الدراسة على معرفة طبيعة علاقة وتاثير العمل الفرقي بوصفه المتغير الرئيسي من خلال ابعاده, (العمل الفرقي | The subject of studying focuses on the two main variables study within the administrative and financial functioning of the Agency in the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, they are (teamwork and effective achievements of work) and this study focused on the knowledge of the nature of the relationship and the impact and dimensions of teamwork as the main variable through its dimensions (functional workteam, working multiplifunctional teams and cross work) on the effectiveness of achievement as responsive variable and the primary goal is to state the role of teamwork to achieve effective achievement of the researched organization, it is worth noting that the importance of the subject as result from the subjects which it limited interest of studies teamwork and its types in the administrative and financial agency, in order to test the research hypotheses were accommodate its variables in the form of a questionnaire prepared by depending on the number of metrics related to the search topic was distributed to 126 officers for many levels (manager , head of the Department, principles' Division, and principles' units) and the research conducted on the administrative and financial agency and its branches the questionnaire was main way for gathering the information which Adopted by the researcher and used many statistical methods to treat the required information, as he introduced a researcher in the field - side analysis of the (alpha Cronbach) way to the stability and addresses a researcher for the statement that the paragraphs of the fortieth questionnaire represent a studied phenomenon as best representation through the test of the facts in two ways exterior facts and structural exploration facts through factor analysis exploratory, followed by an analysis of the level of importance of the paragraphs of the questionnaire with its secondary and primary variables, using the arithmetic mean weighted and standard deviations and the relative importance of each paragraph of the questionnaire and all secondary variables which expressing for the study of b variables (types of work Alvrgi and effective achievement), where he used a researcher in data collection analysis statistical methods and standards developed up to the objectives of the study, by statistical analysis program Amos version twenty third.One of the main conclusions reached by the study is : - ? Multidisciplinary committees in the administrative and financial agency have a high capacity to develop recommendations and make decisions and thus can make the organization effective.The study also recommended a number of recommendations including : - ? First one is the independent variable of the strategic financial performance while the second is the dependent variable represented by the corporate value. This work is to study a sample of Iraqi banks included in the Iraq Stock Exchange room. The focus is on the role of the financial performance analysis and its impact in determining the value of the banks in a sample of 10 commercial banks for nine years from 2005 to 2013. The problem description is about the nature of the existing relationship between the strategic financial performance and the corporate value, in the light of this forward a series of questions and inquiries that embodied the dimensions of the problem.This study is based on the financial statement set in the balance sheet and the income of the banks in Iraqi companies listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange room, this information is analyzed and presented as financial ratios to determine its impact on the market value and market value - added using the statistical method of simple linear regression.The study is based on two major assumptions. First major hypothesis is that (there is no significant effect of strategic financial performance indicators in the market value indicators) and give rise to a range of sub - hypotheses, while the second hypothesis is that (there is no significant effect of strategic financial performance indicators in market value - added indicators) and give rise to a range of sub - hypotheses. Hypotheses is tested using a set of the most important means of statistical regression analysis.The study found the most important conclusions : the lack of a statistically significant effect between financial performance and strategic value of the business in the companies of the study sample. That is, based on the results found that there is a series of other factors that established the value and takes the control of speculative factor or financial market efficiency.
