Abstract:
After completing this work I'm modest weights Qudaamah, we can not fail to emphasize the most important findings of researchers before me, in addition to what was clear to me through my studies for this book, which is as follows : Is Imam Ibn Qudaamah scientific wealth is enormous, the history of Islam saw him through the emergence of clear mark it, and of his successor, including knowledge of the folds in her books as important as indescribable described, its brilliantly decorated with the drafting and the beauty of the method. His book is a Al - Mughni of the most important references for the Hanbali school of fiqh, if not the most important of all. Al - Mughni not a book of doctrine only, but is an encyclopedia University in comparative jurisprudence, a crowd which accompanied the evidence of the Qur'aan and Sunnah, try to keep up with the views of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal go far, but I'm before him had violated his views on many issues of the strength of his queen jurisprudence, and having tools of ijtihad in the doctrine, was present the views of other sects in the objectivity of scientific unprecedented, and it is likely that what he thinks is correct if it goes against the doctrine, as in dozens of issues, as opposed to dealing with the book enough, has dealt with the editor of the revised doctrine.
