While the Germans were able to stress the independence of the dramaturge as a function that lies between the function of the author and that of the director, as a third sensitive eye that is concerned with the aesthetic and intellectual observation for the work to create a balance between the text and the show without the occurrence of unbalances here or there. The research tackled the stage of development of this function passing through the author - dramaturge relation to the director - dramaturge relation reaching to the independence diagnosis of the dramaturgical function and its tasks and duties within the mechanism of dramatic show. Chapter One approaches the problem, importance, the need for, objectives and the limitations of the study, until we arrived at the detertminaiton of the dramaturge concept with some clarifications of the main terms which distinguish between the dramaturge as a concept and a s function. Chapter two tracked the stages of the emergence ad development of the makers of this and the technical and literary condition they posses combining the practical and scientific mind in practice, whether the dramaturge practice outside the dramatic or inside it. The first inquiry included the (author - dramaturge) stage, which is the state that effect the dramaturge action of the literary authorship of the author ((dramaturge)). This stage is as a preface to the way of the emergence of the director - maker of the show. This stage also effect the dramaturge practice which the critical effort has assumed in founding the base of dramatically writings.The second inquiry included the effort of Brecht, technical and ideological, in founding and fixing the stage of (director - dramaturge), with this experiment include of the application effort and theoretical impact. Brecht managed to destabilize and refute many rules which Aristotle had managed. The Brecht experiment is an advanced step forward.The third inquiry included what the Arab experiment has come up to in dramaturge practices for the first Arab pioneers in theatre arriving at the Iraqi theatrical experiment for Qassim Mohammed and Aqeel mahdi. The fourth inquiry tackled in some of reminding of the duties and tasks of the dramaturge tasks inside the team since the experiment of Gotschid, arriving at the dramaturge experiment of Helmut Schiffer. The chapter ends with the posing of the which enriched the procedural chapter. The third chapter which depended on that on samples of the Iraqi samples , which differed in their functional dimensions and limitations which resulted in the fourth chapter.
