Abstract:
ان الفائدة الاساسية من النموذج المقترح تكمن في امكانية دراسة البدائل الممكنة وتحليل اثر العوامل المختلفة على نظام ادارة نقل التبليط قبل المباشرة بتنفيذه وذلك عن طريق فحص و تقييم هذه البدائل على الحاسبة الالكترونية، و اختير البديل الافضل مما يوفر الكثير من الوقت والجهد والكلفة اللازمة لاختيار هذه البدائل موقعياً.
ولاجل تحقيق هذا الهدف، تم تطوير نموذج المحاكاة (Simulation Model) والذي يمثل حركة الشاحنات ما بين معمل الاسفلت وموقع التنفيذ، اضافة الى عمليتي التفريغ و التحميل بالاسفلت. ان الهيكلية الخاصة بهذا النموذج، اضافة الى هيكلية بعض النماذج الضرورية المساعدة الاخرى (Sub-model) قد تمت مناقشتها.
ان المعلومات التي يحتاجها النموذج لتشغيله قد تم تصميمها بشكل مبسط للمستخدم، من ناحية اخرى، يوفر هذا النموذج مخرجات تفصيلية بشكل منظم جداً.
ان النموذج الرئيسي المذكور اعلاه قد تم تحويله الي برنامج حاسبة يسمى (PMMSIM) وقد كتب بلغة فورتوران77 . ان التفاصيل الخاصة بمختلف البرامج الفرعية (Subroutines) والتي استعملت في البرنامج قد تم شرحها بمساعدة المخططات الانسيابية. ان هذا البرنامج قد تمت كتابته بشكل يسهل اي عملية تغيير في جزء معين منه بدون التاثير على الاجزاء الاخرى.
ان اهم مرحلة في عملية بناء اي نموذج محاكاة هي اثبات مدى مطابقته للواقع. اذا تم ذلك فان النموذج يمكن استخدامه لدراسة العديد من العوامل المؤثرة على النظام المزمع دراسته وبدقة قد لا يمكن الحصول عليها في الواقع. ان عملية معايرة ومطابقة النموذج تحتاج الى استخدام المعلومات التي تم جمعها من الموقع.
بعد عملية تحليل المعلومات تم الحصول على كافة المتغيرات التي يحتاجها البرنامج لتنفيذه على الحاسبة، لقد تم اختيار توزيع اوقات التاخير (Delay distribution) خلال فترات متساوية من فترة المحاكاة الكلية والتي تم حسابها بواسطة البرنامج كمؤشر لمقارنتها بتلك التي تمت ملاحظتها في الموقع. اظهرت النتائج احصائيا عدم وجود اختلاف كبير، مما يشير الى ان البرنامج المعد استطاع ان يقوم بتمثيل الواقع.
في هذا البحث تمت دراسة العديد من العوامل التي تؤثر على عملية التبليط من خلال تنفيذ البرنامج مرات وباستعمال مدخلات مختلفة.
من هذه الدراسة تم استخلاص العديد من الاستنتاجات وكذلك عدد من التوصيات لدراسات مستقبلية.
