Abstract: Al - Balagha has been of great importance in the Islamic and humanitarian system since it was written by Al - Sharif Al - Ridia (rh) to the present day. This is due to its preoccupation with various aspects of life on the one hand, and for its author's great reputation from the other hand. Studies and research about this book has been still working. Many of the different achievements in the knowledge sectors come at the forefront of this approach (the interpretations of Nahj Al - Balagha) have represented a great cognitive treasure in various fields and research; linguistic, rhetorical, religious, and historical. Time has kept a number of those interpretations. In spite of the large number of studies and research that have been developed in the interpretations of the approach, most of them have been in the fields of (grammar, rhetoric, or signifier), as well as many of them limited to a specific explanation. The researcher has not noticed a study aims to interpret contemporary pragmatics; therefore, he has decided to write about (Pragmatics in the interpretations of Nahj Al - Balagha). The study concentrates on applying contemporary pragmatics automatically to the code of annotations, and to interpret what the scholars presented through their analytical model of the deliberative nature of the upper discourse. Due to many studies have been made in pragmatics, the study has left it to avoid repetition. Consequently, Introduction has focused on ( Changes in the Pragmatic approach in the Interpretaions of Al - Balagha). It discusses two significant points : text writing (Nahj Al - Balagha) and the chronological divergence between Al - Nahj and interpretations with reference to the difference in reading Al - Nahj by interpreters based on the deliberative approximations they adopted. The first chapter of the study is concerned with the descriptive dimension in the interpretations of Nahj Al - Balagha. It is divided into two sections. The first one deals with the interpretive methods and the interpretative practice based on the interpretive methods of the narrators (deletion, submission, delay, and referral). The second one (the intention between the statement and the hint) explains how interpreters addressed the purposes of discourses of the upper discourse based on the graphical aspect of eloquence (metaphor, simile, imagery, and symbolism). The second chapter explores the communicative dimension in the interpretations of Nahj Al - Balagha which is also divided into two sections. In the first section (communication variables and competencies), the researcher has presented the variables of the communication process between the discourse of the approach and the participants through the Jacobson plan, as well as as the deliberative competencies of the participants (linguistics and encyclopedias). While the second section focuses on (communication strategies) in the interpretations. It studied three strategies (implicit, guiding, and solidarity). The third chapter is devoted to analyzing the evidence dimension in the interpretations of Nahj Al - Balagha. It falls into two sections. Section one (the evidence indicators) demonstrates the issueof the imamate by the interpreters through the discourse of approach and their emphasis on the most important mechanisms of this evidence ((kinship, allegiance, text, knowledge, and courage). As for section two, it analyzes evidence and mechanisms of opposition dialogue) which is the debate and the evidence and the narration of the evidence. The thesis ends with conclusion sums up the findings of this study

Abstract: Prose letters in the both ages of almuhadeen and benialahamar do not seem to have been previously studied critically ; therefire, this study is then an attempt to deal with these letters by detecting their poetic phenomena. This includes shedding the light on their most important constituent elements such as detecting the use of rhythm at the level of sound, word, and phrase, as well as studying sound rhythm within parallel texts .The study then moved on to detecting the treatment of the style been used in the structure of poetic prose of these letters - this is exemplified in foregrounding and back grounding , parenthesis ,and deletion . furthermore, the study has also dealt with detecting semantic parallelism at the levels of constructing prose texts of these letters .In addition to the elements above been dealt with, the study has also tackied one of the most important elements used in the structure of poeticprose of these letters, that is, the image which represents the aesthetic facet that characterises prose texts. Other figures of speech such metaphor, simile, and metonym that have also been dealt with as they are used in these letters.One of The most important conclusion of this study is that these texts have been identified as a type of independent Andulusi literature; nevertheless, they remained within the scope of oriental literature to which they were too biased.

Abstract: The Cooperative Principle in the Discourse of Imam Hussein's March is a study of the meta - discourse or meta - usage after analyzing the successive sequences of discourse. The concept of the cooperative principle is highly exalted in the family of the Prophet's discourse for their language is more highly elevated than any others'. Their language of discourse implies cooperative pragmatic expressive values, and thus the title of this thesis is The Cooperative Principle in the Discourse of Imam Hussein's March to enable the readership grasp the intentions of those noble discourses. It also makes the readership be aware of the eloquence of the discourse and its rich language from the quantitative and qualitative perspective for the sake of having a stylistic impact on the other whoever the other is.This study is concerned with the discourse of the Husseini's march following the principles of the pragmatic approach for each and every Imam and a descendant (male or female) of Prophet Mohammed (PBBUH). The researcher has endavoured to calculate all those discourses and dialogues in the various stations of the march beginning from the starting point of the Husseini's convoy and the captivity, and ending at the return of the captives to Medina. This has been done without restricting to one single discourse, but by matching between the discourses and the courses of events which are interpreted beyond the syntactic structure trying to get at their intentions or to approach them. However, this reveals to the readership how they were oppressed, and states the goals and the justifications of their discourse seeking new approach, in the light of the linguistic studies, which is a pragmatic approach of analysis that comprises the discourse march from different perspectives in a situational context. Finally and on the basis of the above, the researcher has tried to seek the intentions and the aims of the Hussein's discourse by leading a practical procedure full of evidences and examples.

Abstract: The Arabic critical heritage has witnessed a huge and varied accumulation of critical approaches and procedures ever since it moved from its narrow verbal limits towards a broader space of written - oriented approach, which competed with different types of reading, paving the way for a critical discourse to take hold parallel to the literary discourse at the time. Our Arabic heritage remains deplete with different texts that are suitable for theoretical approaches, thanks to the modern tools and techniques offered by modern linguistic studies, which can shed light on an angle in the heritage texts, and in that way it opens up the possibility for a contemporary understanding of its nature and the specificity of its affiliation.In order to take care of that heritage and to celebrate traditional criticism of the texts, this study is keen to explore a linear manifestation of that great corpus, that is by investigating a book which rewritten the heritage accompanied by a relationship of a special kind different from what was prevalent. That book is The Chronicles of Abi Tamam authored by Abu Bakr Muhammad bin Yahya al - Suli, whose goal was double : One is explicit and open; while the other is implicit and concealed in terms of the chronicles written in his defense of Abu Tammam. The defense took the form of argumentation in its linguistic components, starting points, mechanisms and logical sequence, and the chronicle contents that contributed to luring readers to his cause in order to seduce them, and thenconvince them, which are the subject matter to be cleared out by this study. The study has been divided into Preface and three Chapters. The Preface reviewed the author's biography in some detail along with a list of his works. It then engaged to introduce the concept of argumentation in terms of language and terminology as well as its historical status in Western and Arab studies, both now and then. As for Chapter One, it has been divided into three sections in which the study reviewed the argumentative grounds in the discourse of al - Suli, his motives, characteristics and arguments, as well as the literary genre attached to his discourse and the role of the recipient. After that came Chapter Two to address in some detail the strategies of the discourse of al - Suli’s argumentation which contained (Argument by Opening, Argumentative Split,Argument by Ethos, Argument by Mockery and Insulting, Argument by power, Argumentative Prove). I devoted Chapter Three to investigate the mechanisms of argumentative discourse, including the mechanisms of language and rhetoric and that of syllogism.Lastly the conclusion sums up the findings reached by the study in offer. The critical controversy revolving around Abu Tammam and his poetry attracted Abu Bakr al - Suli who took argumentative appro ach in his unique reading of Abu Tammam - a reading that has ater become known as the Doctrine of Abu Tammam .Not only this, al - Suli’s The Chronicles of Abu Tammam employed a series of techniques in his scholarship such as practical critical treatment, dialogue based on references - based dialogue that have argumentative authority, cultural norms, knowledge sources - techniques that he invoked all for his defense of Abu Tammam. That is all he wanted to accomplish in his book which was replete with arguments.Furthermore, in his argumentative discourse, al - Suli reviewed the texts of his opponents that he reported in full, revealing their weakness, vulnerability and the authors’ intentions. That afforded him the opportunity to employ argumentation to refute his opponents’ claims. He also used prayer technique for argumentation. Added to that was derived from the sources of historical literature, avoiding the individual analogy, generalization - based judgments, taking into account his opponents, drawing from opponents’ positions some routes of rgumentation, conferring a degree of reasonableness and acceptability. All that in turn helped make his discourse closer to persuasion.

Abstract: This study deals with an aspect of the Arab Renaissance narrative that starts from the thirties of the nineteenth century up until the beginning of the twentieth century. The study consists of a preliminary chapter, two other chapters, and a conclusion.The preliminary chapter deals with the concept of the Arab Renaissance , the concept of illumination, and the narrative types. Because of the significance of these two types of discourse, each one was studied within a separate chapter. Chapter one discussed the discourse of travelling which is considered as the first type of narration in response of the winds of change. The study attempted to reflect on the elements of narration which includes the narrator, narration as well as the one narrated to. Each of these elements were discussed within a separate section. This chapter opens with an introduction that sheds the light on the discourse of traveling. The first section of it was devoted to the narrator which includes the travelling narrator, types of narration, and the relation between the narrator and time. The second section deals with narration itself from the point of view of the places being travelled to and the traveler. The third section focuses on what types of people being narrated to. Chapter two deals with narrative discourse in the Arab Renaissance. The structure of this chapter is similar to the first chapter as it opens with an introduction in which it discussed the entrance to narration. Then it moves to discuss three topics within three sections three sections . The first section deals with the primary narrator and the secondary narrator, the second section deals with what is related; this is done through the characters , the settings and the dialogue of the characters. The third section deals with the one narrated to and his manifestations through his presence as a listener, as reader and as a sender to. The results of the study include that the narration of this age belongs to the narration of the travelling. This was imposed by the condition of illumination and the nature of narration in that age. This is in addition to the fact that those narrations were characterized by thoughts on which there basically built.

The approach followed in the study and in presenting the texts is an analytical approach because access to the ambiguous meaning requires deconstructions of the meaning into its components , reading the situations contexts accurately , and know what is associated with the context This thesis has depended on various sources and references , particularly books of grammar marked By studying the meaning of letters , such as Al - Azhia in the Science of Letter by Al - Harawi , and others. Regarding the explanations of Nahj al - Balagha , in fact , were great supports to expose the texts and understand the aimed at . Writing the thesis also depended on a number of those explanations and among them were Minhaj al - Bara'a by Al - khoel , The Explanation of Nahj al - Balagha by ibn Hadeed Al - Mu'tazili , and others. Those who are interested in the Pre - Islamic era speeches and commandments could find that there's a kind of a clear acoustic harmony. In other words, he sounds of the words they use are compatible with the intensity, softness, preaching, guidance, command and prohibition. These are carefully used for the purpose of achieving the desired purpose and getting spread among people, then easily memorized and used.The study is in an introduction followed by four chapters, then a conclusion of the most significant results found. The introduction has served the title (Acoustic Harmony in Arab Speeches and Commandments). The first chapter has paid much attention to study a syllable and importance of an acoustic harmony in forming an acoustic syllabic texture, which is under the title (Acoustic Harmony in Arab Speeches and Commandments). The first section is devoted to the study of assigning the correct verbs to pronouns, while the second deals with rebalancing an acoustic texture, and the third shows disapproval of succession of proverbs in the Arabic structures.The second chapter has discussed the harmony in neighboring sounds in context, which includes three sections. In the first section, there's a study on the diphthong phenomenon, in the second typicality, and in the third section a paradox phenomenon has been elaborated on. While the third chapter has paid much attention to study the phenomenon of vowel letter change and exchange. The fourth chapter goes on discussing an acoustic harmony in rhythmic phenomena in Arab speeches and commandments, containing three sections. The first section discloses repetition, while the second is on acoustic harmony, and the third focuses on an acoustic aesthetic assonance.The study has come with the following results : • This study is the first of its type in the field of Arab Speeches and Commandments in the Pre - Islamic era.• The speeches and commandments are considered the most important means of influence and persuasion on a recipients.• The study disclosed the influence of an acoustic harmony on sound syllables in Arab speeches and commandments.• Diphthonging seeks to achieve an acoustic harmony among neighboring sounds in the context in Arab speeches and commandments.• The study showed how Pre - Islamic speaker sought to create consistency and harmony among different sounds in the context.• The study disclosed that the acoustic repetition in Arab speeches and commandments is clear phenomenon, which was achieved through a number of levels, once through repeating a sound or word or a syllable. • The study disclosed that assonance of different types is a prominent sign in Arab speeches and commandments

Discourse is both spoken and written. Since discourse exists in letters and trusteeships, we decided that the title of the dissertation should be about discourse. This study consists of an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion. The introduction is divided into three parts, the first part is an illustration of text and discourse, the second part includes an explanation of method of text grammar, its history and its well - known theorists and the third part is devoted to show types of discourse in Nahaj Al - Balagh, definitions of preaching discourse, the nature of discourse and its subjects according to Imam Ali. Abstract: فان السيد جعفر باقر الحسيني من الشخصيات العلمية التي عنت بدراسة البلاغة في القران بشكل خاص وفي النصوص الادبية الاخرى بشكل عام، وعلى الرغم من ان المحاولات السابقة في هذا المجال كانت حثيثة الاقتراب من اعتاب بلاغة القران واعجازه، الا ان المجال واسع المدى في استيعاب جميع المحاولات والدراسات، اذ ان القران الكريم في بلاغته، افق لا يدرك مداه، وبحر لا ينقطع مداده، وجميع من درس البلاغة في النصوص الادبية، وجد فيها المتعة والاثارة والجمال والابداع، ولكن البلاغة في القران - فضلا عما ذكر - فيها عامل الاعجاز والسلامة من الخلط والشطط، فالنص القراني - ومما لاشك فيه - من ارفع النصوص الادبية شانا، واجلها شرفا، واكثرها تاثيرا في النفوس؛ لما فيه من السبك والحبك والدقة في التعبير، والبراعة في التصوير. وقد تنوعت الدراسات في القران واعجازه وبلاغته وتلونت في شتى المجالات، ضمن منهجيات متعددة ومتباينة وبما ان بحثنا هذا يتعرض الى دراسة منهج السيد جعفر الحسيني في دراسته بلاغة القران مستنيرا بالنصوص الادبية الاخرى، كان لابد من الاشارة الى بعض الدراسات التي تناولت منهجية بعض العلماء والكتاب في القران، نحو رسالة (الدكتور محمود البستاني ومنهجه في تحليل النص القراني) للباحث هادي خلف رسن، و(الاعجاز البلاغي عند السيوطي في كتابيه الاتقان ومعترك الاقران) للباحثة نادية عبد الرضا علي الموسوي، و( جهود الفراء البلاغية في كتابه معاني القران ) للباحث قيس خلف ابراهيم البياتي، و( الدرس البلاغي في كتاب فتح الباري للعسقلاني ) للباحثة رنا زهير خيري. وكان لاختيار الموضوع يد من الاستاذ الدكتور الفاضل حامد الظالمي - مشكورا - مع الاستاذ المشرف، الاستاذ الدكتور مرتضى عباس فالح حيث اقترح ان يكون موضوع البحث على منهجية جعفر الحسيني في دراسته البلاغة العربية ضمن كتبه الثلاثة : اساليب المعاني في القران، اساليب البيان في القران، اساليب البديع في القران، التي تمت طباعتها في مؤسسة بوستان كتاب في قم - ايران، ضمن عنوان وسم بـ ( جعفر الحسيني ومنهجه في دراسة البلاغة العربية )، وقد بارك كل منهما العنوان، ثم افاض علي استاذي المشرف بخطة البحث ومصادره وبكتب الحسيني الثلاثة انفة الذكر وكل ما يتعلق بالاحاطة الشامله لمقتضيات البحث. وقد اختصت الدراسة بهذه الكتب الثلاثة لانها جسدت علوم البلاغة المعروفة، وتناولتها في ضوء اساليب القران، الامر الذي دعا السيد الحسيني الى اغداق هذه الاساليب بالشواهد القرانية الكثيرة، التي عززت بالشواهد البلاغية الاخرى المتمثلة باحاديث الرسول (صلى الله عليه واله) ، وكلام امير المؤمنين علي بن ابي طالب (عليه السلام) ، واشعار العرب. وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة في اغلب نواحيها على امات المصادر البلاغية الاولى التي نتجت عن فيوضات علماء البلاغة الاوائل مثل مفتاح العلوم للسكاكي(626ه)، والمصباح لابن الناظم(686ه)، والتلخيص والايضاح للقزويني(739ه)، والطراز للعلوي(749ه)، وشروح التلخيص. اما من الدارسين المحدثين والمعاصرين، فقد اعتمد البحث مؤلفات بعض المهتمين بالبلاغة العربية وفي مقدمتهم د. احمد مطلوب في مؤلفاته القيمة مثل : اساليب بلاغية، البلاغة والتطبيق، معجم المصطلحات البلاغية وغيرها. وكتاب بغية الايضاح على تلخيص المفتاح للاستاذ عبد المتعال الصعيدي ومؤلفات كل من د. عبد الفتاح لاشين ود. بسيوني عبد الفتاح فيود، ود. عبد العزيز عتيق في علوم البلاغة العربية الثلاثة. وعلى الرغم من بعض الصعوبات التي واجهت البحث، التي منها عدم الحصول الى بعض المصادر التي اعتمدها السيد الحسيني في كتبه الثلاثة، ومنها التاخر في الوصول الى عنوان السيد الحسيني، اذ انه كان مستقرا في ايران طوال فترة كتابة البحث، فلم استطع التواصل معه الا متاخرا، وما كان ذلك الا عن طريق الهاتف النقال وما فيه من برامج للتواصل الاجتماعي. فلم يتسن لي اللقاء به والحديث معه. الا ان الله سبحانه وتعالى لا يخذل من يتوكل عليه وينيب اليه. فقد من علي بسداده وتوفيقه؛ ليبرز هذا العمل ويبصر النور بعد عناء ومشقة. فله الحمد والشكر على عظيم نعمه والائه. فكانت الخطة المنهجية الموضوعة لترتيب سياقات البحث، التي اقترحها علي الاستاذ المشرف - مشكورا - ان يلي هذه المقدمة تمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة باهم النتائج التي توصل لها البحث. اما التمهيد فقد تناول حياة السيد جعفر الحسيني ونشاته ودراسته البلاغة العربية، ثم اهم مؤلفاته من الكتب والبحوث المطبوعة في موقع كلية الاصول في قم، وتوضيح اجمالي تناول اهم ما في هذه البحوث وماله صلة بالبلاغة العربية. اما الفصول، فقد جاء الفصل الاول موسوما بـ(منهجه في علم المعاني)، وقد قسم الى خمسة مباحث يسبقها تقديم عن تطور علم المعاني عبر تاريخ البلاغة العربية على يد اربابها الاوائل، وما ذكره الحسيني في هذا المورد، ثم تناولت في المبحث الاول مسائل الخبر والانشاء، وفي الثاني مسائل اسلوب القصر، وفي الثالث مسائل الفصل والوصل، وفي الرابع مسائل احوال الجملة، وفي الخامس مسائل المساواة والايجاز والاطناب. اما الفصل الثاني فقد ضم خمسة مباحث ايضا، وقد وسم بـ (منهجه في علم البيان)، وقد تضمن المبحث الاول مسائل الفصاحة والبلاغة، وقبل بداية المبحث الثاني تناولت تطور علم البيان على يد البلاغيين الاوائل بشكل موجز ثم مسائل التشبيه، وفي المبحث الثالث تناولت مسائل الحقيقة والمجاز، وفي الرابع فيما يخص الاستعارة والخامس ما يخص الكناية وعلم الاساليب والدراسات البلاغية. اما الفصل الثالث فقد وسم بـ (منهجه في علم البديع) وتناولت في بدايته تطور علم البديع تاريخيا عند علماء البلاغة الاوائل، ثم قسم على مبحثين، تناول المبحث الاول المحسنات المعنوية والثاني المحسنات اللفظية. وبالحديث عن المنهجية المتبعة في هذه الدراسة فقد اعتمدت عدة مناهج، اهمها المنهج الوصفي، والوصفي التحليلي، فالبحث بصورة عامة يصف منهجية السيد جعفر الحسيني كما جاءت في كتبه الثلاثة، مع التحليل والتوضيح والاستشهاد، ثم المنهج التاريخي الذي يتناول التطور التاريخي لعلوم البلاغة على ايدي البلاغيين عبر التاريخ. ثم المنهج المقارن الذي من خلاله نقارن بين الاراء والافكار من حيث المصطلحات والتقسيم والاستشهاد بين منهجية السيد الحسيني ومنهجية غيره من البلاغيين قدماء ومحدثين. ومن الجدير بالذكر ان البحث قد نهج في ترتيبه للموضوعات، ترتيب السيد جعفر الحسيني في تقسيمه لها مع تغيير تسمية الابواب الى فصول والفصول الى مباحث وهكذا . وفي نهاية المطاف لا ندعي الكمال لهذا الجهد، ولكن ندعي انه محاولة لبيان المنهجية المتبعة لبعض من علماء البلاغة في تناول البلاغة العربية وابرازها للقارئ والمتلقي بشكل ميسر | Quran has rhetorical orientations that are difficult to be comprehended, and it also has deep levels of meaning that are renewed in their interpretations. Those who study literary texts from the rhetorical viewpoints find them interesting and aesthetic, but the matter is different when one comes to investigate the same trend in Quran in that, though having the same features of interest as in literature, there is the inimitability of the Quran in which there is the highest elevated style and these in turn affect those who approach Quran from this lattice. Jafaar Al - Hussaini made a good attempt in his rhetorical approach in Quran. He provided a lot of examples from Quran that support the rhetoric and artistic styles when inspecting the three branches of science : meaning, explanation and Al - badea. He, further, employed other examples from Al - Hadith and Arabic poetry on behalf of those Quranic instances following the approach of Al - Sakaki (626 A H) in his book (The Key of Sciences) and Al - Quzweeni (739 A H) in explaining and summarizing it. This study focuses on explaining Al - Hussain's approach in inspecting Quran rhetoric according to three branches mentioned above. Al - Hussaini added to Al - Maani style the prospect of sentence patterns with two titles including in these several divisions and supporting them with a lot of Quranic instances, besides other non - Quranic instances. Concerning Al - Bayan styles, he implies sections in eloquence rhetoric, simile and metaphor. At the level of Al - Badee style, Al - Sakaki divided this field of knowledge into meaningful and verbal enhances, whereas, Al - Hussaini did not mention these without classification or divisions, even without stating the naming of "enhances", instead, he called these as "arts". He added a lot of arts besides what was stated by Al - Sakaki. H eput these in two separate sections in accordance with what Al - Sakaki and other followers had done. The styles stated by Al - Hussaini are sixty nine. Forty nine are meaningful and twenty ones are verbal. Then the study focuses on the abundance of the divisions of titles and subtitles as produced by Al - Hussaini. Abstract: فقد اثمرت اوقات التدبر والبحث في مرحلة اختيار موضوع رسالتي لدراسة الماجستير بعد ان طوت مراحل متعددة حتى قرت ، نمت فكرت البحث فنضجت ، الى ان قطفت ثمارها في هذه الدراسة الموسومة ( شعر شاكر الغزي دراسة اسلوبية ).يتناول هذا البحث فنا من الفنون الادبية لدى شاعر حديث اتسمت قصائده بطابع الرمزية والغموض والبعد عن التصريح ليترك المتلقي يسبح في بحر من التاويلات والتفسيرات لعله يحصل على المعنى المنشود.والحقيقة ان دراسة اية نص شعري او نثري يحتاج من الباحث ان يتسلح بعدة من المبادئ والاجراءات المنهجية ، وان يستعين بما يراه مناسبا من المناهج النقدية والتحليلية حتى تكون دراسته جدية واضحة ومثمرة.فقصائد الشاعر شاكر الغزي قصائد جميلة ، وقد نضمها في ثلاثة دواوين منها (نبوءات هدهد بلقيس) ( مسلة الارجوان ) ( الاتون من الحديقة الحمراء ).يكمن وراء اختيار البحث عاملان : اولهما : يتعلق بشخصية الشاعر شاكر الغزي لكونه شاعرا حديثا لم يدرس بعد ، ثانيهما : المنهج الاسلوبي كونه من المناهج الحديثة التي يتم تطبيقها على الشعر العربي في محاولة لتقديم دراسة اسلوبية جادة تستعين باغلب ما جاء في حقل الدراسات اللسانية والاسلوبية.لذا فقد وجدت ان شعر شاكر الغزي يستحق الدراسة كونه يبتعد عن الجمود والتكلف، وهذا لا يعني ان قصائده توحي بالبوح دائما وانما تتخفى مرة ، وتعطي نفسها مرة اخرى ؛ لان الطابع المميز في شعره هو الرمز ولكنه يظهر لنا بصورة واضحة يستطيع القارئ معرفتها ، بالاضافة الى التجلي العاطفي النابع من صدق الشعور ، والمعبر عن الواقع ، فاسلوبه يستحق الدراسة وان يقف عنده الباحث ليستخرج المكنونات الدفينة والواضحة في شعره.وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة مادتها وفق الخطة الاتية : مقدمة يتلوها مدخل تمهيدي يضم الحديث عن الاسلوب والاسلوبية ، والاجيال الشعرية ومكان الشاعر بينهم ، ثم قسمت الرسالة الى ثلاث فصول ، وتكفل الفصل الاول بدراسة المستوى الصوتي للقصائد ، من تكرار ، وطباق وجناس ، وبينما تناولت في الفصل الثاني المستوى التركيبي ، وقد ضم اسلوب الاسلوب الاستفهام ، واسلوب النداء ، واما الفصل الثالث فاختص بدراسة المستوى الدلالي للقصائد ، وما ينضوي تحت هذا العنوان من : بنية استعارية وبنية تشبيهية ـ وتعالق نصي ـ والمتعاليات النصية ، ثم تلت هذه الفصول خاتمة عرضت فيها بايجاز اهم النتائج التي توصل البحث اليها ، وحتى تكون الخطة ناجحة كان من الضروري اختيار المنهج المناسب لها ، فاتبعت في هذه الدراسة منهجا اسلوبيا تكامليا ، اي ياخذ من المناهج الاسلوبية بصفته من المناهج الذي تستطيع فك الرموز والكلمات في النص الشعري بالاضافة الى المنهج الاحصائي الذي نعتقد انه ضروري لرصد كافة الظواهر الصوتية والمعجمية سعيا الى ان تكتمل الدراسة من خلال تكميل المناهج بعضها لبعض.اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على عدد من المصادر القديمة والحديثة منها ، كتاب البيان والتبيين للجاحظ (255ه) ، والبديع لابن المعتز (ت296ه) ، العمدة لابن رشيق القيرواني (456ه) ، ومفتاح العلوم للسكاكي (626ه) ، والمثل السائر لابن الاثير (628ه) ، واليضاح للقزويني (739ه) ، وعروس الافراح للسبكي (771ه) ، الاسلوب والاسلوبية عبد السلام المسدي ، الاسلوبية بيير جيرو ، البلاغة والاسلوبية محمد عبد المطلب ، الاسلوبية طه وادي ، مجهول البيان محمد مفتاح ، القناع في الشعر العربي سامح روافدة ، مناهج النقد المعاصر صلاح فضل ، وغيرها فضلا عن الدراسات الجامعية من رسائل ماجستير ، منها : مصطلح التناص في خطاب محمد عزام ( النص الغائب ) انموذجا ، عمر شادلي ، التناص في شعر محمد القيسي ، نداء علي يوسف اسماعيل ، وغيرها ، وكذلك افدت من بعض المجلات.ولم تكن الصعوبات حائلا دون اتمام البحث ، فقد تمكنت بفضل الله وعونه على تذليل الكثير من الصعوبات والعراقيل التي واجهتني ، وبفضل استاذي ( ا.د. عبد الحسين العمري ) الذي افاض عليه من علمه ووقته ، اذ ذلل بتوجيهاته الصعاب ، وحلت المشكلات ، فاكرر له الشكر في كل محفل وموضع وعرفان للجميل الذي اسداه ، فقد اجتاز البحث على يديه وفي كنف تصويباته مراحل متعددة ، حتى استوى البحث الى الهياة التي هو عليها الان ، ولست ادعي لرسالتي الكمال ، اذ لا يتوقع صدور الكامل ممن لا يتصف بالكمال ؛ ولان النقص والسهو من لوازم بني ادم ، الا من عصم الله | This research addresses a literary art that is related to a modern poet whose poems have been characterized by its symbolism, ambiguity and its distance from directedness, leaving a recipient swimming around in a sea of interpretations and explanations in order for him/her to obtain the intended meaning.In fact, the study of any poetic or prose text would require the researcher to be armed with a set of principles and methodological procedures. The researcher should be accustomed to whatever appropriate of analytical methods, so that the study rendered serious, rich and fertile.The poems of Shaker Al - Ghizzi are among the most attractive poems in the Arab - Iraqi poetry. They have come out in three collections : Prophecies of Balqiss’s Hoopoe, The purple Obelisk and The Furnace of the red garden. There are two factors that determined our choice of the research : First, it is a research on Shaker Al - Ghizzi, as a wonderful figure for he is a modern poet that has not been studied yet. Secondly, the methodological approach as being one of modern approaches that is needed to be applied to Arabic poetry in an attempt to provide a serious stylistic study that can take advantage of everything that exists in the field of linguistic and stylistic studies.Therefore, I come to find that Shaker Al - Ghizzi's poetry is worth studying as he avoids stalemate and artificiality. However, this does not mean that his poems always tend to be direct; rather, they conceals at one time, and show itself at another time. Although the distinctive character of his poetry is symbols, the reader can clearly distinguish its hidden meanings. Further to this, the emotional manifestation that stems from the sincere feelings that express the reality. His style is worth studying, and should be stopped at in order to extract the hidden treasures, though obvious, in his poetry.The study plan is deemed to take the following plan : An Introduction followed by a preliminary prolegomena to the study of style, stylistics, poetic generations and status of the poet from within. The study is then divided into three chapters : The first chapter tackles the study of the vocal level of poems, such as repetition, intertexuality, antithesis and alliteration. The second chapter is dedicated to the syntactic level, which includes the interrogative style and vocative style. The third chapter is devoted to studying the symbolic level of poems, which is included under such sub - titles as simile, metaphor, title and its significance. These chapters are followed by a conclusion that briefly presented the most critical findings of the research. In order for the plan to be successful, it is necessary to choose the appropriate method. Therefore, this study followed a method of integrative approach, that is, the adoption of stylistic methods, thanks to which we can decode the vocabularies in the poetic text, in addition to the stylistics approach that we consider it necessary to help us observe vocal and lexical phenomenon. All this has been put for a complete study by means of complementing various approaches with each other

Abstract: فقد حظيت ظاهرة الجواز في النحو العربي باهتمام النحاة القدماء واولوها العناية التامة في مصنفاتهم النحوية ، ولكن اذا ما تتبعنا الكتب المصنفة في النحو لم نجد من خصها بمصنف مستقل ، وانما جاءت مبثوثة في ابواب النحو ومسائله في كتب النحاة ، والكتب التي وضعت في الخلاف النحوي ، وكتب معاني القران والتفسير وغيرها ، غير انها حظيت باهتمام بعض الباحثين المعاصرين فخصوها بدراسات مستقلة منها ( الجواز في الفكر النحوي ) للاستاذ الدكتور محمود حسن الجاسم ، و( الجواز النحوي ودلالة الاعراب على المعنى ) لمراجع عبد القادر بالقاسم الطلحي و( الجواز وعدمه في احكام النحويين من سيبويه حتى منتصف القرن الرابع الهجري ) لحمدة عبد الله صالح ابو شهاب وغيرها من الدراسات . واعتمدت في هذه الدراسة على اهم المصادر النحوية المهمة منها كتاب سيبويه والاصول لابن السراج وشرح التسهيل وغيرها فضلا عن دراسات سابقة عنيت بدراسة الجواز النحوي منها ( ظاهرة الجواز في النحو العربي كتاب سيبويه نموذجا ) للدكتور محمد عبد كاظم الخفاجي ، و(الجواز النحوي في العلامة الاعرابية عند الفراء وسيبويه دراسة في كتابي معاني القران والكتاب ) للباحث خليفة محمد خليل الصمادي . اما منهجية العمل فقمت على استقراء نماذج ثم تصنيفها على فصول بالارتكاز الى المناظرة بينهما ، ثم تناقش الجواز النحوي الوارد في المسائل المدروسة وعرض الحجج والادلة التي تؤيد ذلك الجواز وبناء على ما سبق فقد جاءت الرسالة في تمهيد ، وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة ، وانتظم تحت كل فصل ثلاثة مباحث كما مبين في ادناه : التمهيد وقد ضم فقرتين : الاولى في تعريف الشاطبي وبيان اهمية (كتاب المقاصد الشافية ) عبر شرحه لالفية ابن مالك ، والثانية : في بيان مفهوم الجواز لغة واصطلاحا ونشاة الجواز وادلته ، واسبابه ، وفوائده في النحو العربي . وجاء الفصل الاول في دراسة الجواز النحوي في العلامة الاعرابية في ثلاثة مباحث، تناول الاول : الجواز من الرفع الى النصب ، وتناول الثاني : الجواز من النصب الى الرفع ، وتناول المبحث الثالث : الجواز من النصب الى الجر . اما الفصل الثاني : فجاء لدراسة الجواز في قواعد النحو التوجيهية وسمي بقواعد التوجيه لانها لا تخص بابا معينا ، وانما تتعلق باسس التحليل النحوي عامة اذ قد يحتاج اليها النحوي في اي باب ، ليتوصل بها الى الحكم السليم ، وضم هذا الفصل ثلاثة مباحث : الاول في الجواز في الرتبة النحوية ، والثاني : الجواز في الوظيفة النحوية ، والمبحث الثالث : في الجواز في متممات الجملة . اما الفصل الثالث : فتناولت فيه الجواز في الباب النحوي ، وجاء في ثلاثة مباحث ايضا ، المبحث الاول : الجواز في الحروف والادوات ، والثاني : الجواز في الوظيفة النحوية ، والمبحث الثالث : الجواز في الضمائر . ويطيب لي ويسعدني ان انسب الفضل الى اهله وذويه عملا بقول الرسول محمد ــــــ صلى الله عليه واله ــــــ : «لا يشكر الله من لا يشكر الناس » فاتقدم بجزيل الشكر والامتنان اعضاء لجنة ال الى مشرفي الفاضل الدكتور : عبد الجبار عبد الامير هاني ، على جهوده العلمية التي اضافت للبحث معلومات قيمة ، جزاه الله خير الجزاء ، واشكر كل من مد لي يد العون في طريق انجاز هذا البحث ، ولاسيما والدي العزيز اطال الله في عمره ، واساتذتي في قسم اللغة العربية واخوتي وزملائي . وبعد فما كان في هذا البحث من جهد طيب فبفضل الله ومنه ، وما كان فيه من هفوات وعثرات فهي من قصور نفسي ، وحسبي اني بشر يخطئ ويصيب ، اسال الله سبحانه ان يجعله خالصا لوجهه يوم لا ينفع مال ولا بنون . | This study deals with (Grammatical permission in AL - Makaased Al - Shafia) book by Al - Shatibi).My study is an inductive and descriptive study depends on some grammatical subjects and some grammarians opinions. Abstract: We mean, when we mention a folk biography, that its popularity belongs only to the people and the people heritage, customs and traditions, this biographies are alike in between all folks, having the same plot which sometimes belongs, (popular biography), to the public tales , and this belonging is what makes them form far from of the higher cultures which were totally deal with high class people ,that led to carless with these tales and their description and writing. The folk biography include a number of long narrative works with similar artistic features and similar artistic objectives, as being an independent storytelling art, with its own artistic rules which are adopted by the most complete biographies and also, those biographies were written before the accruing of the higher artistic forms, and before it has all the clear features of the artistic folk biography.We have chosen, in our study of the folk biography, an important element of narration which is “the character” that may be the most important between these elements as it is develops the narrative event and contribute in its rise to an end in a time and a place determined by the producer of the text, and the critics have talked enough about the character, but they did not come up with a clear identification for it, the reasons may due to their perceptions of it, which is based mainly on qualities, also, on deference of reference systems which the concepts have derived their existence from, of which secures purpose of these reference systems. The references of those who are specialized in psychology are different from the reference of the Theology, Genetics and Sociology, and thereupon the concepts are different. .The limitations, that we can use for exploring the personal presentation techniques, are a number of artistic narrative methods which the novelist relies on to reveal the curtain from his characters before the reader and we will examine those methods in order to know the methods of characters presentation, we shall that especially in the folk biographies. My study is distributed between three chapters, and preceded by an introduction named(Folk Biography) and the Techniques of Characters Presentation), where I talked briefly about the folk biography concept and characters presentation techniques in the narrative, the first chapter was on character models in the Arabic folk biographies, and it included three sections, in the first one, I talked about the protagonist, the co - protagonist and the antagonist, whether in the second named (Secondary Characters), I talked about historical characters , wonder characters and realistic characters The second chapter was titled (The Presentation of the Character) and by using (Informing Presentation), and it comes in three suctions, the first one is titled (Description of the Feature) and (External Shape) , the second was titled (Naming Building and its symbolism) and the third was titled (Description of the inner worlds of the character) The third chapter was titled (Characters Presentation by using the Description (Appearing Presentation) which comes in three sections, the first was titled (The outer dialogue) , the second was (The inner dialogue), and the third was (The poetry dialogue).My work has faced a lot of obstacles which was difficulties like finding folk biographies copies and their study references which are existed in other countries other than Iraq, so I had to travel for them, also, the biographies was long and have a big number of characters and stories, as they represent an old era, and I had more problems like languages of these biographies as they were written in between the formal and street languages, ex : Bedouin, Syrian and Egyptian, that contain difficult Phrases to be understand, specially it represent an old era which contains a lot of grammatical and literal mistakes, and requires, for the purpose of scientific trust, quoting them from the biographies as the same as they are, after that, and for that reason I had to put my comments of correction, all that took a lot of my time and efforts but, by the help of Allah, my supervisor assistance and other teachers, I managed to accomplish what I think its suitable with the level I have reached in my study, and honors my university name

تؤتي اكلها كل حين باذن ربها . ومن المسلمات ان القران الكريم كلام معجز، وان العرب تاثروا بالقران تاثرا كبيرا ، ووقفوا امام روعة نظمه موقف الذهول والدهشة والاعجاب والحيرة ، فانه لم يات بلغة موافقة تمام الموافقة لما عليه العرب ، بل كان له طريقة جديدة في استعمال اللغة استعمالا يخرج بها كثيرا عما هي عليه عندهم ، فنقض القران الكريم العادة وخرق المالوف وهو بلسانهم وعلى سنن كلامهم ، فانفرد باسلوبه ؛ لانه ليس وضعا انسانيا البتة ، ولو كان من وضع انسان لجاء على طريقة تشبه اسلوبا من اساليب العرب او من جاء بعدهم الى هذا العهد ، وان معرفة اللغة العربية وحدها لا تكفي في الفهم الدقيق لبعض خفايا الكتاب ، فالقران ليس عربيا فقط بوصفه متنزلا بلغة العرب ، ولكنه بناء الهي ضمن هذه اللغة استوعب مفرداتها ضمن استعمالات دقيقة للغاية .وقد كنت متابعة بعض الدارسات التي كانت تعنى باظهار اللمسات البيانية في ايات القران وكان التعبير القراني احد المناحي الدلالية ، فوجدت في نفسي هوى في متابعة هذه المسالة ، لا سيما وانا اقرا في كتب الدكتور فاضل السامرائي ، فلقي الموضوع قبولا من لدن استاذي الدكتور (اسعد خلف العوادي) الذي شجعني انذاك على ذلك ، ثم ذهبت بعد ذلك ابحث عن مكمن دراستي الى ان رايت تفسير (الامثل في تفسير كتاب الله المنزل) هذا التفسير جاء نتيجة جهد جماعي اي الفه مجموعة من الباحثين وباشراف الشيخ ناصر مكارم الشيرازي فاستقر بي الحال وارتايت ان تكون الدارسة فيه بعد الاتكال على الله تعالى .والبحث عن العلل التعبيرية ومعرفتها جعلني اقرا القران الكريم بقراءة اخرى وبفهم اخر ، اذ اجدني امام كنز عظيم من كنوز العربية ، زاخر بالعجائب ، مملوء بالدرر والجواهر . ومما دفعني الى اختيار هذا النمط من البحث هو الميل الشخصي الى الدراسات القرانية ، والرغبة الشديدة في دراسة التعبير القراني لتعلقه باشرف كتاب وهو القران الكريم الذي لا ياتيه الباطل من بين يديه ولا من خلفه ، وما اجده فيها من متعة وفائدة تتجلى في الوقوف على احكام النص وما فيه من بلاغة واعجاز .فضلا عن تنمية ملكة الفهم والاختيار والبناء الجيد لي ، وارتباط الموضوع بالاعجاز القراني والتامل والبحث فيه ، ويعد تفسير (الامثل) احد اهم تفاسير الشيعة الامامية الحديثة الذي يرتقي الى مستوى الدراسة ، وهذه الامور كلها رسخت في انتخاب هذا العنوان .اما الرسالة فقد قامت على ثلاثة فصول ، يسبقها تمهيد وتتلوها خاتمة ، فجاء التمهيد على ثلاثة محاور اساسية ، احدهما : في مفهوم العلة والتعبير والقران ، والثاني : نبذة عن حياة المؤلف وسماته الشخصية والعلمية ، والثالث : القيمة العلمية لتفسيره الامثل ومنهجه فيه. اما الفصل الاول فوسمته علل التعبير القراني في ايثار الالفاظ ، وجاء على ثلاثة مباحث : ايثار الاسماء ، وايثار الافعال ، وايثار الحروف . واشتمل الفصل الثاني على علل التعبير القراني في التراكيب والاساليب ، وجاء على اربعة مباحث : الذكر والحذف ، والتقديم والتاخير ، والتعريف والتنكير ، والالتفات . ثم وسمت الفصل الثالث بعلل التعبير القراني في الابنية ، وقد اشتمل على اربعة مباحث : ابنية المشتقات ، والبنية الزمنية ، والافراد والتثنية والجمع ، والتذكير والتانيث. وبهذا اكون قد وصلت الى الخاتمة التي سجلت فيها اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث . وان كثرة الكتب وسعة رقعتها التاريخية الزمت الباحثة بانتقاء كتب بعينها لتكون اصولا ، من دون اهمال غيرها ، لاسيما الكتب التي انفرد اصحابها براي او فكرة في اية قضية من قضايا البحث. وقد اتبعت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الرسالة الذي يقوم على اخذ العلة من تفسير الامثل وعرضها على الكتب الاخرى وصولا الى معرفة موافقة الشيرازي لسائر اللغويين والنحويين او مخالفته لهم ، وطريقتي في البحث هي طريقة الاختيار من الامثلة القرانية وذلك لكثرتها ، وبما ان الامثلة في القران الكريم هائلة جدا مما الزمني بتتبع الملامح الاكثر بروزا ، ولان قضايا التعبير القراني وظواهره كثيرة ، وليس لاحد ان يحصيها ببحث ، فقد اثرت ان اقف عند بعض هذه القضايا والظواهر المشهورة عند الشيرازي في امثله .ولا استطيع القول انني عرضت صور علل التعبير القراني كلها عند الشيرازي ، فلا ادعي لنفسي ايفاء الموضوع حقه ، ولا الوصول به الى مرتبة الكمال فهما امران لا يمكن ادعاؤهما مهما كانت الامكانات ، فالتقصير والعجز هما شعور كل من يقصد الى دراسة في القران الكريم ولله در ابن السراج الشنتريني(ت550ه) اذ يقول : وما ابرئ نفسي انني بشر *** اسهو واخطئ ما لم يحمني قدرولن ترى عذرا اولى بذي زلل *** من ان يقول مقرا انني بشرواخيرا ، هذا ما هداني الله اليه ، وما اعانني عليه ، فان كنت قد اصبت فذلك فضل الله ، وان كانت الاخرى فحسبي اني بشر اخطئ واصيب ، واستعيذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم ، فلا تعينوه علي واعينوني عليه بارشادي الى طريق الحكمة ، فهي ضالتي وضالتكم .والله ولي التوفيق لا شريك له ، وله الحمد اولا واخرا | The Qur'anic expression has the cornerstone of time in dominating the ideas and aspirations of generations. Each generation seeks to achieve greater cognitive perfection than the previous generation and to a lesser extent the next generation. In time, a person is aware of the fact that he has no knowledge of the Qur'an. Abstract: وامجادها نهل من مناهله شعراء العصور التالية ولايزال يمنح الكثير.من هنا اتجه العزم وتملكتني الرغبة في الوقوف وقفة متانية عند نتاج شعر شاعر من شعراء المعلقات الا وهو لبيد بن ربيعة العامري، الشاعر الفارس الجاهلي الاسلامي فلا غرابة ان يحمل شعره من الكنوز ما حمل من (الاثر الثقافي) مما امكننا من استنطاقه وعدم اغفاله رغم كثرة الدراسات التي انصبت على شعره سواء كانت دراسات لغوية ام ادبية، الا انها لم تتناول هذا الجانب (الاثر الثقافي) تناولا جادا وافيا بل ربما وردت اشارات عابرة هنا هناك.ومن الدراسات التي اضاءت السبيل امامي اذ اعتمدت اساسا على الديوان الذي حققه الدكتور احسان عباس وقدم له بمقدمة عن الشاعر فقد افدت منها الكثير فضلا عن نسخة اخرى من ديوانه.وقد افادت الباحثة من كتاب يحيى الجبوري الموسوم (لبيد بن ربيعة العامري) ودراسة اسلوبية للباحث عبدالله محمود الموسومة ب((لبيد بن ابي ربيعة العامري وشعره الاسلامي))، ودراسة الباحث حسن سعد الموسومة ((تجربة الشعر والصراع النفسي عند الشاعر المخضرم لبيد) للباحث م. م. حسن سعد، وهناك دراسات اكاديمية تناولت بالدراسة والبحث توظيف الاثر الثقافي مثل توظيف الموروث الثقافي في شعر النابغة للباحث عيسى هشام، وتوظيف الموروث في شعر الاعشى للباحث وسام عبدالسلام توظيف والموروث في شعر عدي بن زيد العبادي وامية بن ابي الصلت للباحثة سناء احمد سليم، وهذه الدراسات كلها جرت تحت اشراف الدكتور احسان الديك وغيرها من الدراسات التي اطلعت عليها لاتجاوزها باحثة وفق ما يمليه علي شعر لبيد.فضلا عن المصادر القديمة كالشعر والشعراء، والحيوان، والبيان والتبيين، ومروج الذهب، وبلوغ الارب في معرفة احوال العرب، والمفصل في تاريخ العرب قبل الاسلام.فقد كانت هذه الكتب وغيرها روافد امدت البحث بمعلومات قيمة.اما ما يخص منهج البحث فهو منهج تحليلي ينطلق من النص الشعري مستقرئا مستنطقا الاثار الثقافية التي تلقي بظلالها على الصور الشعرية وتلونها وتؤطرها. وان كان البحث لا يقف عند حدود هذا المنهج بل افاد كثيرا من معطيات المنهج الاجتماعي والتاريخي الذي اضاء الجوانب المحيطة بالنص.هذا وقد توزع البحث على ثلاثة فصول يتقدمها تمهيد يكشف عن مفهوم الاثر لغة واصطلاحا وكذلك الكشف عن الثقافة وعلاقتها بالشعر.اذ جاء الفصل الاول بعنوان (الاثر الديني) الذي تناولت فيه اثر الدين الاسلامي في شعر الشاعر وتوظيفه لشخصيات واحداث اسلامية وردت في القران الكريم ثم تتبعت الاثر الديني المشترك فضلا عن الصور التي تظهر بعضا من مظاهر الديانة اليهودية والنصرانية.اما الفصل الثاني (الاثر التاريخي والاسطوري) وتناولت فيه توظيف الشاعر للشخصيات التاريخية الوقائع والاحداث التي عاصرت الشاعر والاحداث والوقائع التي سبقت عصره فقد مزجت الفصل التاريخي بالاسطوري لكون الاسطورة تعد جزءا من التاريخ فنرى لبيد قد وظف بعض الاساطير العربية القديمة في خطابه الشعري .وكان الفصل الثالث بعنوان ((الاثر الاجتماعي)) فقد تناولت فيه اثار المجتمع والعادات والتقاليد في شعر لبيد وكيف وظفها واستلهمها في شعره.ثم اعقبت ذلك بخاتمة تضمنت خلاصة ما توصل اليه البحث من نتائج وهنا لابد من التنويه على ان جهد الباحثة انصب حول استقراء الاثار الثقافية ولم يفرد للدراسة الفنية مباحث خاصة وان جاءت ضمن التحليل وذلك لاسباب منها ان هذه الجوانب قد اشبعت دراسة وتحليلا قديما فضلا عن حرصنا على عدم الوقوع في تكرار الشواهد فيما لو افردت بفصل خاص والتزاما منا بعنوان الرسالة (الاثر الثقافي في شعر لبيد).وفي هذا المقام اتقدم بالشكر الجزيل لاستاذتي الدكتورة جنان محمد عبد جليل التي اقترحت الموضوع فاشكرها لحسن ظنها بي.تبقى هذه الدراسة مجرد لبنة في صرح تراث خير امة اخرجت للناس فان وفقت فمن الله والا فما انا الا طالبة علم ومن الله التوفيق. | The pre - Islamic poetry will remain a source of creativity and a truly translation and honestly of the nation's influence and its glories achievements of the nobility of the poets of the following ages and still giving a lot amount . Abstract: لقد اعطت النظريات والدراسات الادبية المعاصرة عناية كبيرة للعنوان ، فاصبح درسه يندرج ضمن سياق تطبيقي ونظري يهدف الى مقاربة النصوص من اجل تحديد جوانب اساسية من مقاصدها الدلالية وفهم خصوصياتها.ويعد النواب واحدا من اكثر الشعراء المعاصرين عرضة لاقلام النقاد الدارسين ؛ بسبب غزارة انتاجه الشعري وتميزه ، لذلك استحق التالق في فضاءات الشعر العربي، فالفاظه تحتلي زيا شعريا لا يتاتى للكثيرين فك رموزه وتحليل نسيجه. لذا كان موضوع بحثي موسوما بـ : دلالة العنوان في شعر مظفر النواب ، وقد دفعنا الى اختيار هذا الموضوع ؛ مسوغات عدة واهمها : ـ التعرف على كيفية دراسة العنوان وجمالياته من الناحية الدلالية والتركيبية.ـ رغبة الغوص في غمار العنوان ودلالته في التجربة الشعرية المعاصرة بصفة عامة والنواب بصفة خاصة.ـ فضلا عن الثراء اللغوي الذي انمازت به قصيدة النواب.فكانت الاشكالية المطروحة حول امكانية عد العنوان بمختلف انساقه ، واشكاله وتجلياته مدخلا مهما لدراسة النص الادبي وكيفية تاثيره في معمار القصيدة ، والى اي مدى يمكن لنا توضيح البعد الجمالي ، والدلالي للعنوان ، ودوره في الكشف عن تلك العلاقات الخفية التي تربط بين اجزاء النص وتحقق الانسجام والتناغم ؟اما عن المنهج المتبع فكان المنهج التحليلي بوصفه الاقرب الى فك شفرات العنوان استجلاء دلالاته ، والاستعانة بالمنهج الفني والمنهج التاريخي لتتبع الظاهرة الادبية قصد ابراز جماليات العنوانات في مجموعته الشعرية وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمه الى مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة فصول وملحق واهم النتائج.خصص التمهيد لدراسة مركزة لتعريف العنوان بغية اعطاء فكرة عامة عنه ، من خلال المقاربة التاريخية والمقاربة الاجرائية ، وترجمة لحياة الشاعر واعماله الادبية ، وبعد ذلك تم الحديث عن العنوان وافق التلقي وعلاقته مع الواضع والمتلقي.وياتي الفصل الاول المعنون بـ : ( دلالة صورة العنوان ) موكولا باجراء تطبيقي حاولت فيه ابراز دلالة الصور الغالبة على عنوانات النواب والواردة فيه الدلالة المكانية ، والدلالة اللونية ، والدلالة التركيبية سواء كان جملة اسمية او فعلية.اما الفصل الثاني والموسوم بـ : ( اثر الانزياح في بنية العنوان ) استعرضت اهم مظاهر الانزياح الواقعة في عنوانات النواب من خلال الجزئيات الاتية : التنافر الدلالي، تشخيص الموجودات ، تراسل الحواس ، ومجاز الالوان ، وبعدها حاولت الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الدلالية بين العنوان والنص ، اذ يعد العنوان علامة لها علاقات اتصال مع النص سواء من حيث المعنى او من حيث المبنى.وكان الفصل الثالث والاخير فقد عنون بـ : ( حضور العنوان وتجلياته ) وفيه تم عرض محاور تتعلق كلها بالجانب التطبيقي للعنوان تمثلت فيه : دلالة العنوان المباشر ويكون مباشرا صريحا ومشتقا ، ودلالة العنوان غير المباشر ، ودلالة العنوان المشترك ، مجسدا في كل ذلك اهمية العنوان ووظيفته عند الشاعر ويليه اهم النتائج.وكاي رسالة ماجستير واجه هذا العمل بعض الصعوبات ، تتمثل بضيق الوقت وجدة الموضوع وتشعب المادة العلمية وتراكم المعلومات ، فدلالة العنوان خاصة اذا تعلقت بالشعر المعاصر عملية معقدة ؛ لانها لا تحدد في اطار موضوعي واضح ، فضلا عن ان التجربة الشعرية تختلف من شاعر لاخر.ولكن المساعدة التي وجدتها عند عدد من الباحثين ممن تناولوا في دراستهم العنوان تنظيرا وتطبيقا هونت الصعوبات ، ومن هذه الدراسات : ـ في نظرية العنوان ( مغامرة تاويلية في شؤون العتبة النصية ) : خالد حسين حسين.ـ العنوان وسيميوطيقيا الاتصال الادبي : محمد فكري الجزار.ـ السيميوطيقيا والعنونة : جميل حمداوي.ـ سيمياء العنوان : بسام قطوس.ـ العنوان في الادب العربي ( النشاة والتطور ) ، محمد عويس.ـ عتبات ( جيرار من النص الى المناص ) : عبد الحق بلعابد.ـ العنوان في الشعر العراقي الحديث ( دراسة سيميائية ) حميد الشيخ فرج.وفي الاخير نحمد الله عز وجل لاعانته لنا على انجاز هذا البحث ، واتقدم بخالص الشكر والعرفان الى الدكتور المشرف ( ا.د. كاظم فاخر الخفاجي ) الذي تبنى هذا العمل منذ ان كان فكرة الى ان اصبح بحثا واضح المعالم ، والى كل الزملاء والاصدقاء الذين اسهموا بشكل ما في انجاز هذا العمل ، نسال الله التوفيق والسداد. | The theories and literary and contemporary studies have given great attention to the title, becoming a study that falls within the context of application‏The deputies are one of the most contemporary poets exposed to the pens of critics studying; because of the abundance of poetry production and excellence, so deserved the Talqq in the spaces of Arabic poetry, the poet wearing a poetic costume does not come to many deciphering and analysis of its tissues. Abstract: احمد الله حمد الشاكرين ، واصلي ، واسلم على محمد بن عبد الله النبي الامين، الصادق ، خاتم الانبياء والمرسلين ، وعلى اله النجباء الميامين ، عترته الطاهرة ، الغر المحجلين وبعد : لا تقتصر دراسة الايقاع في الشعر على الوزن، الذي يقوم اساسا على تناسب المسافة بين الحركة والسكون، وتناسب زمن نطق الحروف وتتابعها وترتيبها وتكرارها، وعلى القافية التي تلفت الانتباه بحضورها في اخر الاجزاء العروضية، فالايقاع يمس الجوهر العام للقصيدة ويتصل بمختلف مقوماتها الشعرية من لغة ورمز وصورة ، بل يتعدى اثره الى ما هو اكبر، فهو الذي ينظم الدور الحركي في الخطاب ، مابين المعنى والذات، على حد قول محمد بنيس. وعلى الرغم من ان الايقاع يفرض نفسه في كل قصيدة شعرية ، الا انه يظل مجهولا من قبل الذات الكاتبة، كما عبر عن ذلك (ميشونيك)، وتصبح هذه الذات ليست هي المتحكمة فيه، وليست هي التي تحركه، وهذا ما يجعل الايقاع متجاوزا للوزن، يتحرر الشاعر فيه من وحدة البيت لبناء وحدة النص. وانطلاقا من هذه الافكار وغيرها، تولدت فكرة البحث وتعلقت باسباب موضوعية تهدف الى الكشف عن التجليات الايقاعية الغامضة المراوغة بين الخفاء والتجلي في شعر (كمال سبتي) ، كما تعلقت باسباب ذاتية تتلخص في توجهي ورغبتي في دراسة عينة شعرية متميزة انتجتها مخيلة شاعر - من مدينة الناصرية - اسهمت ظروف الغربة والاغتراب في حد شفراتها الابداعية للتعبير عن هموم الفرد العراقي، فجاءت نصوصه خافقة نابضة بالحياة، معبرة عن تلك الهموم والتطلعات والامال، فلا يملك متلقيها الا الانجذاب لها. من هنا اقتضت الضرورة العلمية ان نعتمد في هذه الدراسة على اليات المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في البحث عن تجليات المظاهر الايقاعية في شعر (كمال سبتي)، فقسمت البحث على تمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، نظرت في القسم الاول من التمهيد عن مفهوم البنية الايقاعية، وتناولت في القسم الثاني افق التحولات في الاداء الشعري الحديث,وخصصت القسم الثالث لحياة الشاعر واعماله الشعرية . اما الفصل الاول والمعنون بـ ( بنية الايقاع الخارجي)، فقد خصصت المبحث الاول منه لدراسة (ايقاع التفعيلات) بمستوياتها المتكررة والمتداخلة والمتعددة، وعني المبحث الثاني بـ (القافية)، وفصلت فيه القول عن القافية المتكررة والقافية الجملية والمتعددة، وعن غياب القافية، وتناولت في المبحث الثالث مظهري التدوير والتضمين العروضي. وخصصت الفصل الثاني لـ (بنية الايقاع الداخلي) ، وتناولت فيه بنية التوازي، فكشفنا عن انساقها الايقاعية ( الصوتية والتركيبية والعلائقية) عبر مباحث ثلاثة.اما الفصل الثالث، فقد درست فيه ( ايقاع الفضاء الورقي)، وسلطت الضوء فيه على مظاهر تشكيل الايقاع البصري، كالتموج السطري، والفراغ الكتابي، والبياض والسواد عبر مباحثه الثلاثة، ثم ختمت البحث باهم الاستنتاجات والنتائج التي استوقفت عندها بالدرس والتحليل. وفكرة البحث بهذا التقسيم العلمي، لم تستقم بهذا الشكل لولا استعانتها بعدد من الدراسات المعاصرة ذات الطرح العميق والتحليل الجاد، يتقدمها كتاب (القصيدة العربية الحديثة بين البنية الدلالية والبنية الايقاعية ) الدكتور محمد صابر عبيد، وكتاب ( شعرية القصيدة العربية المعاصرة) دراسة اسلوبية للدكتور محمد العياشي كنوني، وكتاب (الايقاع في الشعر العربي الحديث خليل حاوي نموذجا) لخميس الورتاني، وكتاب ( الشعر العراقي الحديث جيل ما بعد الستينيات الرؤية والتحولات) للدكتور علي متعب جاسم,واطروحة مشرفي (قصيدة الشعر العراقية دراسة في جماليات التشكيل الايقاعي ), وغيرها من الدراسات التي لا يسع المقام لذكرها . ولم تكن رحلتي مع البحث لتاتي اكلها الا بعد حين بسبب ما واجهني من عراقيل، كغيري من الباحثين، تمثلت في صعوبة الحصول على بعض المجاميع الشعرية من نتاج الشاعر لولا مساعدة الاستاذ ابراهيم سبتي(شقيق الشاعر) في تقديم ما لديه من مجموعات شعرية ودراسات تخص شاعرنا ، قد تم طبعها خارج العراق، فله مني كل الشكر والتقدير، ودعائي له بالحفظ والتوفيق. ولا يسعني في ختام هذه المقدمة الا ان اتقدم بوافر الشكر والتقدير للاستاذ المساعد الدكتور حميد يعكوب نعيمة المشرف على رسالتي ,فقد لمست فيه الحرص والدقة والمتابعة ,فاسال الله ان يحفظه لاهله ,وينفعني بعلمه . كما اتقدم بشكري وعميق تقديري الى اساتذتي في قسم اللغة العربية في كلية الاداب، وخصوصا الذين امدوني بفكرة او اعاروني كتابا، فاسال الله ان يجازي الجميع خير الجزاء. والشكر موصول الى الاساتذة اعضاء لجنة المناقشة لتفضلهم بقبول مناقشة هذه الرسالة واسال الله ان ينفعني بملاحظاتهم وينور لي طريق البحث باستدراكاتهم. واخيرا فاني بذلت ما في وسعي وصدقت مع نفسي ، فان وفقت في هذا العمل فالفضل اولا واخيرا لله سبحانه وتعالى ، وان كانت الاخرى فالله خير عذير، نعم المولى ونعم النصير. | The theme of this thesis is the rhythm and its implications in the poetry of the poet Kamal Sabti. Of the most important findings of the study are as follows : - The evidence is a mental behavior to which a person is entitled in matters that deprive him of proving or denying it by means of various mental evidence based on general principles and rules that cannot be proven or denied. - The study proves that the evidence proves the speech of the author of his honesty, such as the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet (peace be upon him) and the words of the Arabs before his mission, in his time, and beyond. - It confirms that the witness and citation are no different from the evidence in terms of concept, both are linguistic evidence used by the grammarians to either confirm or deny. Abstract: لاشك في ان البحث في علوم اهل بيت النبوة (عليهم السلام) هو شرف لكل باحث وطالب علم يامل ان يغترف من معين اسفار ال محمد لا سيما امير البلغاء والمتكلمين في سفره الخالد (نهج البلاغة), اذ يعد هذا الكتاب من حيث المكانة الدينية والموضوعات التي حواها بعد كلام الخالق عز وجل وكلام النبي (صلى الله عليه واله وسلم), فكان ذلك دافعا للبحث في احد موضوعاته بما شكله من نص ديني ابداعي, وقد اقترح الاستاذ المشرف موضوع الدعاء فيه, فقبلت الفكرة كون موضوع الدعاء يعد من الموضوعات الزاخرة بالعطاء الروحي والبيان اللغوي, فقد شكل الدعاء عند امير المؤمنين (عليه السلام) بابا من ابواب بلاغته؛ ليرفدنا بنص لغوي حتوى معاني لغوية متعددة, وجاءت الدراسة تحت عنوان(الدعاء في نهج البلاغة دراسة في انماط التركيب ودلالات الصوت والبناء الصرفي)؛ لنتعرف على اهم الميزات اللغوية والدلالات التي شكلت هذا الدعاء, وجاء البحث على تمهيد وثلاثة فصول ثم خاتمة بينت النتائج التي توصل اليها الباحث, تضمن التمهيد : الدعاء لغة واصطلاحا, وفضيلة الدعاء عند امير المؤمنين (عليه السلام), ثم جاء الكلام عن اداب الدعاء عنده (عليه السلام), وكان الفصل الاول بعنوان (انماط التركيب الخبري) وفيه قسمان التركيب الاسمي في جزئيها المبتدا والخبر، وكذا في التركيب الفعلي التي وزعت بحسب الفعل على قسمين تركيب الفعل الماضي ووتركيب المضارع, اما الفصل الثاني فكان بعنوان انماط التركيب الانشائي, وقد كان على ثلاثة اقسام الاول تركيب النداء, والثاني تركيب الامر, اما الثالث تركيب النهي, واما الفصل الثالث فحمل عنوان (دلالات الصوت والبناء الصرفي الادعية في نهج البلاغة) وجاء على قسمين من اقسام الدلالة الاولى الدلالة الصوتية والثانية الدلالة الصرفية، ولم اتعرض للدلالة النحوية؛ لان ما تقدم في الفصل الاول يدل عليها، وضم البحث خاتمة عرضنا فيها اهم ما توصل اليه البحث.اما المصادر فقد استعنت في الاصل على خمسة شروح للنهج كان اهمها, شرح ابن ابي الحديد, ونفحات الولاية للشيخ ناصر مكارم الشيرازي, , ومنهاج البراعة في شرح نهج البلاغة لحبيب الخوئي, وفي ظلال نهج البلاغة لمحمد جواد مغنية, وشرح نهج البلاغة لابن ميثم البحراني, وغيرها من المصادر التي توزعت بين القديم والحديث, ولعل اهم ما واجه الباحث من صعوبات هو عدم وجود شرح لغوي واف لنهج البلاغة يمكن الاعتماد عليه, فالشروح المتداولة والمعتمدة في البحث تطغى عليها الجوانب العقائدية والتاريخية, ومن الصعوبات كذلك المساحة الضيقة للنص الدعائي فلم يكن النص كبيرا ليعطي للباحث حرية البحث والتقصي والاستشهاد. في النهاية اسال الله تعالى توفيقه فهو خير ناصر وخير معين والحمد لله تعالى اولا واخرا | The current study sheds light on the linguistic structure of the text of prayer in Imam Ali's Nahj Albalagha (Peak of Eloquence) and on its semantic level in many respects : investigating the sentence of prayer in terms of its nominal and verb phrases; developing the patterns of prayer, which is represented by the vocative case, command, and prohibition and their semantic aspects, as well as highlighting the syntactic and phonological significance of the text.Additionally, the study expresses the deep meaning implied by the text and its association with the originator of the text, the most knowledgeable of the secrets of language and its implications. The study also explicates the relation of prayer as a linguistic unit and as a spiritual connection between the worshipper and the worshipped tailored in a highly elegant style of politeness, formed by Imam Ali (P.B.U.H.)
