المستخلص: تطورت في الوقت الحاضر اجهزة علم فسلجة التمرين او اجهزة التدريب الرياضي (Exercise Physiology) واصبحت تقيس اغلب المؤشرات الوظيفية بالطريقة المباشرة وبنتائج دقيقة خالية من الاخطاء تقريبا في حالة الاستخدام الصحيح لها, ومن هذه الاجهزة او المستلزمات جهاز اللياق | These days, the appliances of exercise physiology science had been developed and the appliance could measure most of the physiology indicators in a direct way with accurate results that almost are free from errors in case it’s been used correctly, and one of these appliances is the body fitness appliance ( Fitmate Pro ) which this it is done the assessment of the training programs or experiments, and this appliance measures a group of physiology indicators specially the maximum indicator for oxygen consumption ( VO2 max ), and the expensed energy in toil and the average of metabolism ( RMR ) in leisure.And track and field is considered the bride of the sport games which requires from its practitioner high body strength and divergent art skills, and that requires a perfect planning by using the correct scientific rules in sport training and physiology exercise and other sciences.And the problem of the research is summed up in finding the perfect way in training to decrease the expensed energy through using the advanced appliance ( Fitmate Pro ) and also to develop the training programs with energy saving in the same toil to the athlete, and inform the instructor on the diverse information regarding the physiology indicators values or the amount of the muscular activity that’s required and focusing closely on some of the accurate physiology indicators resulting from this under study appliance , and here lies the proplem of the research.The research aim is to rectify the training programs through rationing the expensed energy in the oxygen trainings in the 5000 run for advanced players, and also using ( Fitmate Pro ) to measure the expensed energy in leisure and toil and some physiology indicators for the research specimen.The researcher used the experimental method, and the research specimen consisted of the advanced players in Iraqi National Team in the 5000 meter for men with a number of ( 5 ) players.The specimen divided into two experimental groups, each group is training on a different experimental method from the other group and their training took place in the outer areas of College of Sport Education in Jaderia.The period of the physiology measurement for the research indicators was four months and was and was applied in a periodical way, for there was measuring for the indicators every two weeks to the individuals of the research, the intent of this measurements is to identify the physiology indicators values and correct the training program used by the instructor, and these indicators are the expensed energy during leisure represented by the average of metabolism and the average of the heart beats and the maximum limit and the expensed energy during toil and other, and also recognizing the runner achievement in the 5000 meter run for three experiments in a different periods.And the researcher used the uninstructed statistics in the statistics processes in processing the experiments results and the measurement used in the research.After processing data with the uninstructed statistics, the research concluded a group of conclusions, and they are : • The researcher has concluded that physiology indicators in leisure ( VO2. HR. RMR ) differs between the players from the research specimen in some measurements and the existence if incorporeal differences between some of the measurements which indicates the occurrence of a chronic adaptation in this indicators into a positive development, and that the values of all indicators lies within the normal average for the practitioners of the oxynic sports.• In the maximum limit indicators for oxygen consumption, the researcher concludes that there’s corporeal developing in this indicators level in most stages or measurements which indicates that the program or the experimental method which was modified by the researcher had a positive impact in the developing of this indicator for the first and second group effected by the occurrence of a positive adaptation in the cyclic - respiratory systems function and the rest of the organic systems for the under research specimen.• In the achievement indicator the researcher had concluded that there’s a positive impact for the experimental methods specially in the second group through the developing of the achievement results during the third experiment , for that occurred changes in the time indicator for the two groups players although there was no incorporeal differences found

المستخلص: احتوى الباب الاول على مقدمة البحث واهميته التي تضمنت فعاليات الاركاض القصيرة والمتوسطة التي لها متطلباتها من الناحية البدنية وانظمة الطاقـة ونواحي فنية التي تعمل من خلالها، وتشترك جميعها في احتياجها من قدرة بدنية خاصـة ومن هذه القدرات تحمل السرعة الخاص | The researcher put special speed endurance tests which are they above or below official race distance, and manipulated these tests in a proper way to be standard tests to measure tolerance ability for special speed endurance by running short and middle distances, to help coaches and specialists to ensure training process in perfect way according to scientific and experimental study.The problems of study were : there is un agreement abut there is specific distance that will be used in training, beside used to measure ability to tolerance special speed endurance for running events, 2 - there is no specific distance (tests) to measure ability to tolerance special speed endurance, and which one is proper or important to use according to it's energy bath way.The proposes of the study were : Indentify distances to measure special speed endurance for short and middle distances for Iraqi runners age 14 - 16. 2 - Indentify distances to measure special speed endurance and it's relation with short and middle distances performance for Iraqi runners age 14 - 16, 3 - Indentify distances to measure special speed endurance for short and middle distances. The sample was Iraqi short and middle distances runners, the study was conducted between 3/21/2009 t0 9/28/2009, in AL - shab International stadium, Al - kashfi stadium and anther center provinces field. The second part of the study contained theoretical and identical studies, like Abas study (2009) that has relation with our study.The researcher used descriptive method, on sample individuals, which present Iraqi short and middle distances runners : 35 runners in 100m, 35 runners in 200m, 40 runners in 400m, 30 runners in 800m, 30 runners in 1500m.The tests that are recommended : 1 - For 100m event (80m, 110m, 120m, 130m)2 - For 200m event (150m, 180m, 220m, 230m, 250m)3 - For 400m event (300m, 350m, 450m, 500m)4 - For 800m event (600m, 650m, 700m, 850m, 900m)5 - For 1500m event (1200m, 1300m, 1600m, 1700) tests were distributed accordingly between Individuals, and on experimental days to ensure that runners will have recovery, and the time between two test was 7 days. After conducted special speed endurance tests, the result revealed that there is significant result between proposal distances when connected with performance, but in variety percentage, and the best distances were : the best distance to tolerate speed endurance event110m 100m220m 200m500m 400m600m 800m1600m 1500mThe researcher used SPSS to compare the tests results.The conclusions are : 1. It was confirm that the recommended distance is really good to measure that ability.2. All recommended timing distances were significant with it's distance, but in different percentage.3. All recommended distances were more than official distance (100m, 200m, 400m, 1500m) to tolerate speed endurance, except 800m which was less than official distance.4. We can predicted from the results to know players level in special endurance, this very helpful to coaches and athletes. The recommendations are : 1. Depending on the distance that reveal in this study, which are the best for official distances (100, 200, 400, 800, 1500m), and they are standard to measure tolerate speed endurance.2. Using these norms and standard distances to train and develop speed endurance for these distances (100, 200, 400, 800, 1500m).3. Using the testes for runners to make norm and standards. 4. Using this study on alit and women athletes.5. make another study on long distance and hurdle events and for all ages.

المستخلص: This study contain five chapters : The first Chapter : Research Definition This chapter included the introduction and the importance of the study.Developed countries started increase the completion level depending on using most modern techniques, like Laboratory Researches and Sophisticated Scientific Studies. It reached to high level of success as a result of experts big attention to improve the performance.The searcher use for solving the research problem new way to recognize the special indicators for Push, Press, Exerted Force on the Push Time at the passing stages ofthe 400 m barriers, especially in the second curve and what is the weakness level on it. This will help to prepare suitable special force trainings to correct this weakness on the exerted force. and put foot angle deviation, with emphasis on the importance of speed force for the runners to achieve suitable mechanical positions, helping him to improve the completion on 400 m barriers. THE STUDY AIMS : ? Preparing special force trainings according to foot scanners indicators (instantaneous push force, pressing places on the foot, foot position, dynamic direction for the passing barriers step), and completion 400 m barriers running for men. ? Recognizing the affects of special force trainings on some Biomechanical variables on the second curve and completion of 400 m barriers running for men.THE RESEARCHER ASSUME : For the special force trainings according to foot scanner indicators, positive moral affect in some biomechanical variables and completion 400 m barriers running for men.THE ELEMENTS of THE RESEARCH : THE HUMAN ELEMENT : The best runners for ALNajaf and Karbala clubs in 400 m barriers running for men, total number are 6 runners. THE TEMPORAL ELEMENT : From 1/ 11/2012 to 1/07/2013 THE SPATIAL ELEMENT : The field of the Physical Education College/ University of Baghdad, the field of the AL - Najaf Club on the AL - Najaf Provision.The searcher studied some of theoretical subjects like forces and it is types, affected factors and some special physical specifications for the 400 m barriers runners suchas explosive power, the force specially with speed, force carrying, the technical stages and the mechanism of running on the curve.o The searcher use the experimental approach.o The sample chosen by deliberate approach for the 400 m barriers runners. The best runners on the AL - Najaf and Karbala clubs, as 5 runners.o The biomechanical variables was estimated by foot scanners and by video.o He did the reconnaissance experiment related to the experiment and to experimental approach.o He did the pre tests, and the trainings prepared by the searcher did also, this trainings included using helping instruments and tools according to performance, it started from 16/12/2012 to 14/02/2013, along 8 weeks in 3 training courses weekly with total number 24 training courses. o He did the after tests.THE RESULT of THE STUDY : 1) The trainings by using the helping instruments and tools according to performance which related and used on special force trainings has the effective in improvement the completion.2) The trainings according to correction trainings and tools contributing in developing the explosive force, specially by speed and force carrying for the research sample.The trainings that used has the effect to develop the biomechanical variables which th
