It is difficult to achieve sporting achievement, without enabling the player to control the emotional, social, and solving daily problems and adapt to the demands of training and competition. Here lies the importance of research in the study of significant variables in the life of the player bowling, namely psychological adjustment and control centers and their relationship to psychological accomplishment sports a modest step in the development of scientific bases at the numbers for psychological help coaches and players in promoting the sport.The study aimed to : - identify the degree of psychological adjustment and self - control centers for the research sample for both sexes. - identify more axes impact in the degree of psychological adjustment and the degree of restraint to the research sample for both sexes - find the differences between the sexes in the (degree of psychological adjustment and self - control and achievement) of the sample. - find a relationship between psychological adjustment and self - control centers to accomplish the players bowling for the research sample. Use descriptive approach, the research community, who was named the way they deliberate national teams players of the participating countries in the Championship Sinai International Open bowling (men + women), which was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt for the period (15 - 30/4/2014) totaling (72 ) athletes (57 player +15 player) has chosen the researcher research sample and of all the players (men and women) and by (100%), and they do represent the research community as a whole, and the participating countries are (Egypt, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia Bahrain). After deviate standards and how to calculate the results and conduct official correspondence between the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls and the Iraqi Central bowling alley, and the Arab Union for bowling to conduct the study on the participating teams, has been approved to travel researcher to the Arab Republic of Egypt to conduct tests on the Arab players participating in the tournament Sinai for the period from 15 - 30 / 4/2014 in Cairo. Been applied to measure psychological adjustment and self - control center with the help of assistant team before the tournament one day and collectively on 14/04/2014 at four o'clock in the afternoon bowling hall in Cairo.The tournament began on 15.04.2014 till 30.04.2014, were collected from the results of achievement judge committee at the end of the tournament. The researcher used the bag ready SPSS statistical and statistical laws that achieve the goal of the search, and after processing and analyzing the results concluded researcher Tatiana : - appeared that the research sample of men and women players bowling characterized adaptation myself. - afternoon variation in the axes of psychological adjustment among a sample search of players bowling. - appeared to be more axes scale effect in psychological adjustment is the social hub and then followed by Axis personal emotional and family respectively. - outperformed a sample of men over women players bowling in the scale psychological adjustment. - outperformed a sample of men over women players bowling in the axes of psychological adjustment (social, family, personal.( - did not show a difference in the emotional axis between men and women players from the bowling alley. - appeared that the research sample of men and women players bowling characterized the status of internal control. - did not show a difference in the locus of control internal and external between men and women players from the bowling alley. - outperformed a sample of men over women players bowling in the outcome of the competition. - emerged is a significant correlation between the positive correlation (a measure of psychological adjustment scale locus of control) with the results of competitions for players bowling.Based on the conclusions of the research researcher recommends : - - Paying attention to sports bodies responsible for different sports and sports clubs and national teams and psychological adaptation Center restraint among players bowling because of its effect on the outcome of the competition. - Attention to a game of bowling by conducting various studies for the development of achievement and other age groups.

The problem of the study was the weakness in the motor Capabilities of the pupils at the age (8) years and the need to use innovative modern methods and its development , so the researcher used simulation system (Wii) within the curriculum as a method to develop some motor skills for pupil in primary schools at the age (8) years and increase their educational outcome.The aim of study1. To know the effect of this teaching system to develop some motor skills of this age.2. To know the best group to develop these skills at this ages.Hypothesis of the study : 1. There are statistical differences between pre and post tests for the experimental.2. There are statistical differences between controlling groups and in favor of the group using the of a simulation (wii) I used an experimental method which was suitable for the nature of the reserch problem , as it has been selected primary school pupils at age (8) years, the age (8) years means are all pupils who have completed the age of (7) years and entered year (8) They are pupils of the second level of primary, they were chosen as the sample , a private school was chosen to ensure the availability of the pitch and the classroom appropriate to implement the experience. The sample of pupils was divided into two groups, control group and the other experimental (10) pupils per group, the control group followed the traditional approach without the use of teaching aids , while the experimental group using the proposed curriculum and educational means a device simulation (wii), the curriculum has continued for a period of (10) weeks from 19/2/2012 until 2/5/2012, the program divided in to (30) teaching units , (3) unit per week (Sunday - Tuesday - Wednesday), and it took (45) minutes for each unit and the researcher used the following tests : 1 - test the speed of motor response2 - test of precise motor response3 - test of coordination between eye and foot4 - test of coordination between eye and hand5 - fitness test.Post - test was conducted on 03/05/2012 on the control and experimental groups.This Chapter Contains the show for most important results, analysis and discussion , using the program spss and the researcher checked the results through the use of test (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T for samples asymmetric and non - symmetrical) the results were put in tables and discussed in a scientific manner and enforced by scientific references and during the discussion the goals of research was achieve.Conclusions : 1. That both the educational curriculum and educational curriculum to be using the simulator (Wii) have a positive impact in the development of some motor skills for students age (8 years).2. That educational curriculum using the simulator (Wii) works on the development of some motor skills for students age (8 years) are better than the educational curriculum decision. Recommendations : 1.Need to use the equipment, tools and aids within educational curriculum set for the purpose of increasing the return of education and training to students. 2. Provide a number of equipment, methods and tools to help schools with the work of training courses for teachers in how to use them with curriculum development for the purpose of physical education lesson

Dr. Fatima Abd Malih The bowling game of sports that require physical abilities, motor and mental for the players and check the numbers and determine the win, Vakaddrat physical, motor and mental, are of great importance in the field of sports to relate much of sports, as it became a mainstay in the selection of players, directing them to the types of other sports that are commensurate with their potential. Also conduct studies on the contribution rates of physical abilities and mental and motor gives a clear picture about the potential of their team's trained and appropriate means to raise the level of achievement.So lies the importance of research in that the contribution of some of the determinants of physical and motor and mental own bowling game of scientific studies accepted and which is expected to have results with a direct impact on the level of performance and thus achievement of higher, so they are trying to scientific interest aspects affecting directly involved in the selection process and training order to achieve the desired objectives to reach higher achievement.It is through the experience of the researcher being the player earlier and trained in the practice of the game and training , and through the viewing and follow - up steps to the education and training of this game, noted that the selection of players for national teams are not on according to the basis of selection right and depending on the exact specifications of player Bowling, also noted that there is variation in the selection and the training of players, and there is no any selectors can be relied upon when the selection and training of the players in terms of the determinants of physical and motor and mental , which leads to a waste of effort training , and therefore the objective of the training process is not clear, therefore sought the researcher to develop this game in the selection of players in order to achieve the best performance when training or access to a number of quarters with high numbers during the competition.The study aimed to : - Identify some of the physical abilities and mental and motor according to the relative importance of bowling game players. - Understand the relationship between some physical abilities and mental and motor in the completion of a bowling game. - Identify the percentage contribution of some physical abilities and mental motor in the completion of a bowling game.The researcher assumed : - The existence of a correlation between some physical abilities and mental and motor in the completion of a bowling game. - There is the contribution of different degrees of some physical abilities and mental and motor in the completion of a bowling game. The researcher used the descriptive correlation study , as the research community chose the way they are intentional national teams players of the fifteen countries participating in the Sinai International Open Bowling ( men ), which was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt for the period from 23 - 30/4/2013 totaling ( 100 ) for the player, the researcher has chosen a sample of ( 98 ) for the player , and they thus represent 98% of the research community , as it has been excluded ( 2 ) The player of them to conduct exploratory experiment on them. After Thdidachtbarat physical abilities and motor tests mental capacity , and after verification of the scientific basis for the tests , and then calculate achievement in the game of bowling on according to international law, were arranged players according to their findings individual , and the adoption of points directly obtained from the registration form for all members of the sample After collecting the results of the tests were statistically treated and discharged at the tables and after it has been presented, analyzed and discussed, the researcher concluded : - The presence of a significant correlation between some physical and motor abilities and accomplish Bowling players. - The presence of varying percentage contribution to some physical and motor abilities and accomplish Bowling players. - The presence of a significant correlation between some mental capacity and the completion of the players bowling. - The presence of varying percentage contribution of some mental capacity and the completion of the players bowling. - The physical abilities and mental and motor of the important factors in determining the completion of Bowling players.Through the researcher recommends conclusions : - The need for attention to the physical capabilities and mental and motor in the field of sports in general and in Sport Bowling in particular, with the development of training curriculum physical capabilities and mental and motor. - Interest in the sport of bowling by conducting various studies to develop achievement and other age groups.

The problem of the research collects in that the researcher through his field proceeding for weight - lifting subject, noticed that the students which they participate didn’t have their role in learning operation and reaching to realize his aims, that’s made the researcher to think of participating the students in the subject and follow - on the other students to their duty through using co - operational learning style. Part Two : - Theoretical and Similar Studies : - This part contains the study of these matters which are relating to the research and this is the co - operational learning and the researcher talks about his growing concept of co - operational learning , aims and characteristics of co - operational learning , original principle , execute steps , the factors which will be the cause to succeed the co - operational learning style , the role of students and teachers in it ,size of groups and co - operational learning modes the appearance of learning co - operation , similarities and differences between co - operation and imitation styles , article steps to performance for rising snatch.The concept and importance and special physical abilities for raising it, reach and got learning and protection with all the kinds of operation except of similar studies and differences between similar study and modern study. Part Three : - Research Program and its Field Procedures : This part contains the managing program which is experimental program and its field procedures, which were the research group and its sample, which had been chosen (40) forty students in it from the second academic year of their study in Training Part/College of Physical Education / Sulaimani University as a sample of the research, then they divided in to two equal parts and after that the equivalence had been for all (time age , weight and tall) , physical abilities and affective movable ) for each (20) students in each group, the experimentalism group followed - on learning in a co - operational mode which put that program for them and it contains ten (10) learning units also the experimental period absorbed (5) five weeks for each learning units in ( 1) one week, and the learning unit period was (90) ninety minutes, but the second group (control group ) used the imitation style for rising the snatch , and they also finished by the same period. The researcher depended on some tools , facilities and the factors of collection information , then limited special physical abilities and suitable tests for their measurements , then ensured in equivalence for both groups in each physical , motor abilities and motor procuring (level of skill performance and achieving ) and that’s through the scientific notice and photographing the research sample performance from the referees by a special form which designed for this purpose , then the two scouting tests had been did , one of them was for managing motor and physical tests in the research and the other for the learning program and before doing the pre - tests the practical of the two units of introduction had been did then the practical program , after that the researcher did the post - test , finally he did the absolute protection test procedure , and after getting a number of data the researcher used some statistical factors ( mathematical midst, criterion aberrance, (t) test for independent and nondependent samples and absolute protection test) ).Part Four : - Exhibition, Analyzing Results and their Discussions : - This part contains the exhibition and analyzing the result of pre and post tests in getting motor ( level of performance skills and achieving ) and special physical abilities and protection , doing the comparison between both of pre and post - tests for the both groups and finally between post tests between protection and post - tests, then their discussions. Part Five : - Recommendation and Conclusion : - This part contains a numerous conclusions and recommendations, and the most important of these conclusions are : 1 - Confirmed using co - operational learning and imitating way with their affective in (level of performance skill) for rising snatch by the second year students of the College of Physical Education at Sulaimania University. 2 - Confirmed using co - operational learning its effectiveness in achieving for rising snatch by the research sample.3 - Confirmed using co - operational learning its effectiveness in developing all special physical abilities enquired from the research sample. 4 - Confirmed using imitational way its effectiveness in the abilities of ( the most power of legs and explosiveness power of the legs ) by the research sample.5. The Problem of the study was in the lack of technology use in teaching physical education curriculum and using traditional methods instead. The Aims of The Study : 1. Preparing a teaching program using teaching technology for some physical education curricula (gymnastics and basketball) for secondary schools.2. Identify the effect of a teaching program on the level of teaching some physical education curricula (gymnastics and basketball) for secondary schools.3. Identify the differences between pre and post tests on the levels of teaching the skills under study.Hypotheses of the study : 1. There are significant statistical difference between pre and posttests results for both groups in the level of learning some skills in gymnastics and basketball. 2. There are statistical significant differences between posttests results in both groups of the study in learning open skills.The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (40) secondary school pupils of the ages 13 - 14. The subjects were 20 from Al Mamoon secondary school and 20 from Ammar Ben Yaser secondry school. The subjects from Al Mamoon school were divided into two groups one for teaching gymnastics and the other for basketball. Ammar Ben Yaser school served as the controlling group.The experts selected many gymnastics skills including (handstand, cartwheel, somersault) and basketball skills included (chest passing, dribbling and shooting).The researcher proposed a teaching program in the computer as a technical means. Many gymnastics skills models were video taped as well as basketball skills along with comments and feedback on each model. Conclusions & Recommendations : The researcher came up with many conclusions and ended up recommended the following : Conclusions : 1. Advanced technical teaching methods contributed in developing the movements of arms, legs, head, torso for both gymnastics and basketball.2. Displaying the skills using the computer gave positive results in facilitating the learning process through watching the model perform and the ability to use slow motion to concentrate on details.3. feedback plays a great role here because the pupil will compare his performance with the performance of the model he watched in the computer.Recommendations : 1. Using technology in teaching physical education skills in schools.2. Using the computer in schools to develop physical education lesson.3. Encouraging physical education teachers to use the computer in learning sport skills.4. Making similar studies using other forms of technology like Wii for learning the basic skills of all sports.

The different available psychomotor experiences and skills that the students may learn according to the theories set by the scientists require psychomotor programs set by scientific basis tent depend on the actual reality of some of the basic psychomotors for those students.The importance of the research emerges from the necessity of expanding students perception by setting a suggested educational program that aims at developing some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and other basic psychomotors for nine years old students.The problem of the research lies in carelessness about developing cognitive and psychomotor abilities and other basic psychomotors for nine years old students. Also about carelessness of using ball games and using ancient and undeveloped procedures at applying sport lesson.The research aims to : Setting a suggested educational programs using ball games to develop some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for elementary school students of (9) years old, knowing the effect of using the educational program in developing research variables for the research individuals sample. And knowing the better group in consequent test and knowing the differences betweens boys and girls concerning developing the research variables for the sample individuals of the research.The researcher using the experimental program in equal groups procedure, the sample of the research included (40) student of boys and girls, they were chosen randomly and divided into two groups : control and experimental groups, (20) students to each group. The educational and followed programs included (18) educational units for (6) weeks, dividing (3) educational units per - week during (40) minutes for each educational unit.The researcher made a pre and consequent measure for the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for the elementary school students of (9) years old then the statically procedure were made to know the effect of the two programs on developing some cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for elementary school students of nine years old.The results were representing as a tables and being discussed according to the researcher opinions reinforced by same identity of the research resources. The researcher has reached too many results : - 1. Using the suggested educational program and the program led to developing some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for the students of (9) years old in boys and girls.2. The suggested educational program is better than the followed program in developing some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for the students of (9) years old (boys and girls) except the directive ness ability.3. Experimental girls are better than controlled boys in walking test, while experimental boys are better than controlled girls in crossing hurdle test, but no development in both sexes concerning the blackboard test, while the experimental Boys are relatively better than experimental girls but they are relatively similar concerning all the basic psychomotors.According to such result, the researcher recommended by the following : - 1. Ensuring to use the suggested educational program which prove the development in some cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for elementary school students of nine years old both sexes.2. The necessary of investment sport lesson with repeating, practicing and variety by using ball games in purposeful mode which made and led to developing some cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors.3. Making other similar studies on both sexes and choosing sensitive and psychomotor activities and other basic forms likes (jump - gambol - strikes…etc.) for other school classes.

These exercises don't develop the child's creative and perceptive abilities very well and they also don't develop his basic skills. Thus, the researcher aimed at designing a creative thinking program that would develop the child's perception and basic skills. The Aims of The Study : 1. Preparing two programs for creative thinking for developing perceptive level and performing the basic skills in kindergarten children in the college of education for women/ university of Baghdad of the ages 5 - 6 years old. 2. Identifying the differences between pre and posttests for the two experimental groups and the controlling group in the perceptive level and performing the basic skills by children of the ages 5 - 6 years old.3. Identifying the differences between the three groups in the three posts in the perceptive level and performing basic skills in kindergarten children in the college of education for women/ University of Baghdad.The Hypotheses of The Study : 1. There are statistical difference between the results of pretests and posttests in the two experimental groups and the controlling group in the perceptive level and performing the basic skills in kindergarten children in the college of education for women/ University of Baghdad.2. There are statistical difference between the results of the three groups in the posttests in perceptive level and performing the basic skills in kindergarten children in the college of education for women/ University of Baghdad.The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (30) child divided into three equal groups. The two first groups underwent two experimental groups for creative thinking from 1/3/2009 till 30/4/2009. The experimental program lasted for two months with three learning sessions per week. The pretests were applied after designing a questionnaire to measure the creative thinking as well as the basic skills in children. The posttests were applied after the experimental program and the results were treated statistically using SPSS.The Conclusions : 1. The learning sessions using creative thinking exercises contributed effectively in developing the perceptive level and performing some basic skills in children.2. The learning session using the computer contributed effectively to develop the perceptive level in the second experimental group.3. The learning session using the computer in the second experimental group to develop retention of the basic skills understudy. The Recommendations : 1. Using the results of the training program for developing the perceptive level and performing some basic skills in kindergarten children.2. Stressing the importance of connecting the perceptive level with the performance of the basic skills when designing kindergarten programs due to their importance in learn.3. The collaboration of experts in the field of learning and physical education to produce more programs and teaching units using the computer for all age groups.

The Problem of the study is that there are differences in children's performance of the basic movements and the researcher believe these differences to be due to their body types.The Aims of The Study : 1. Identifying the relationship between body type and the level of performing basic movement in children of the ages 5 - 6 years old.2. Identifying the differences between sexes in the level of performing the basic movement in children of the ages 5 - 6 years old. The Hypotheses of The Study : 1. There is a statistical relationship between body type and the level of performing some basic movement in children of the ages 5 - 6 years old.2. There are statistical differences between the two sex in the level of performing some basic movements using body type of the subjects.The Procedures : The researcher used the descriptive method. The subjects were 108 children (53 males and 55 females). Their measurements were taken including their height and weight. Then, they were divided into three body types according to body mass index of the American health institute (normal, thin and obese). The basic skill movements were determined by a scientific committee. These movements include running, throwing, hopping, receiving and balance. The researcher has performed these movements in front of children and then asked them to imitate him. He filmed all the skills so as to be evaluated by scientific evaluators. The subjects were divided into (obese boys and obese girls), (normal boys and normal girls) and (thin boys and thin girls). The collected data was treated statistically using proper statistical methods to identify the relationship between body type and the level of performing some basic movement by children of the age 5 - 6 years old. Conclusions : The researcher concluded the following : 1. The physical style determines the performance efficiency of kinetic forms.2. The capacity of the hard style altwazan does not take into account.3. Obesity thinning are negative factor influencing performance of basic movements.4. Best natural style in some basic shapes such as kinetic (jogging, throw, jump, receipt).5. Affected by sex by nature physical style.Recommendations : The researcher recommended the following : 1 - Adoption of BMI wanted to sample the continuous search to view the calendar.2 - Adoption of the outcome of some basic sample search motor for continuous calendar.3 - Periodic measurements and weights of children between kindergarten and family cooperation in preserving the non - weight children at this stage.4 - Emphasis on curriculum development in physical patterns to achieve platform.5 - Emphasize not to increase the weight of children because they influence on performance of kinetic forms.6 - Prepare curriculum develops core because kinetic forms of performance sports skills.7 - Further studies and research on influence of different body styles to develop physical and kinetic characteristics.

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى ايجاد درجات ومستويات للسمنة والشحوم وبعض القدرات البدنية للتلاميذ بعمر (11 - 12) سنة، واشتملت عينة البحث على طلبة المدارس الابتدائية في بغداد (مديريتي تربية الكرخ والرصافة الثانية) بعمر (11 - 12) سنة البالغ عددهم (1025) طالبا، وتحدد الم | This study aimed to identify obesity, fat levels, and some physical abilities of pupils aged (11 - 12 years), the research sample were students in primary schools in Baghdad (departments of Education in Al - Karkh and Al - Rusafa II) aged between (11 - 12 years), who were (1025) students , and the research period from (08/04/2010) until (05/05/2010), studies included theoretical of overweight and obesity, and identified methods and the reasons leading to that and the health risks that cause it and body composition and physical fitness elements related to health, as well as similar studies, and the researcher used the descriptive style survey, the researcher used smeasures of height and weight and extraction body mass index (BMI) and measure the thickness of skin folds in the areas such as : triceps muscle ,and under the scapula and get fat precentage by useing (Lohmann - 1992 ) equation and the use growth plan and cross points to determine overweight and obesity as well as fitness tests related to health (the tests were strength of grip, flexibility and abdominal muscles endurance), the researcher used set of statistical tools to achieve the goal of his research (the mean and standard deviation, median and coefficient of torsion and grading standard in relay) as well as for finding the limits of standard grades and within the levels and percentages. The researcher reached mauy conclusions whch are : - The is clear reduction in body mass index variable (BMI) for the sample my age (11) and (12) years. - The is clear reduction in fat precentage variable for the sample age (11) and (12) years. - The is obvious weakness in the research sample age (11 years) and (12) years in grip force variable. - The is obvious weakness in the research sample age (11 years) and (12) years in abdominal muscles endurance variable. - The sample achieved good levels of flexibility age, which is the best physical ability under discussion. - In general the is a lack in research sample aged (11 years) and (12) years in in health - related to physical fitness (strength, flexibility and endurance). The researcher recommended a series of recommendations including : - Do not rely on body mass index as a guide to predict body fat where it should be measured the body mass index and the thickness of skin fold alone both of them. - Prepare programs that focus on physical activities by the Ministry of Education and Health. - Tack care of physical education lessen in schools and teachers needs to focus on material with pupils with high levels of obesity. - Attention to the training of health workers in preventing and controlling obesity. - Include information related to obesity and risks in the curricula of physical education lessons. - Establishing training courses for teachers physical education in the Ministry to introduce them the dangers of obesity and prevention and treatment. - Further studies on both sexes and different age groups to get to know the reality of obesity, physical activity and fitness in order to evaluate and find solutions.

The Problem of the study is that the researcher noticed the lack of selecting proper methods of teaching and styles of learning. Using the correct method that suits the learners' learning style will lead to learning performance and improving achievement too. The Aims of The Study : 1. Identifying the effect of using the inclusion style as an individual indicator for learning and retaining high jump.2. There are significant statistical differenced in the pretests and posttests of the experimental groups in favor of the third group (the cooperative style J1).4. There are significant differences in the posttests in all experimental groups. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (60) first - year students of the college of physical education/ university of Baghdad. They were divided into three experimental groups. The researcher conducted personal interviews with some experts in the field of methods of teaching and athletics. Three styles were used to learn high jump and they are inclusion style, cooperative style J1 and cooperative style J2. The researcher also conducted high jump achievement test to identify the level of students' performance and achievement in high jumping. Conclusions : The researcher concluded the following : 1. The experimental group that used the inclusion style had more effect on performance and achievement compared to the second and third groups.2. The results showed that the first experimental group (that used the inclusion style) came first followed by the second experimental group (that used cooperative style J1) then the third experimental group (that used cooperative learning (J2) in achievement.Recommendations : Finally the researcher recommended the following : 1. The necessity of using inclusion style in beginners' learning so that they can work within their abilities.2. Using cooperative learning style (J1, J2) due to the great effects on improvement in performance and achievement in high jump.

The role of the concept Total Quality Management comes as a forepart method which is sought by patrons in order to reach the best ways to implement administrative policies as one of the methods that create an atmosphere of harmony, understanding and administrative process forward. In the higher education institutions, this concept has become one of the critical issues in the education system contemporary. It is considered as the savior and hope in each educational institution seeking to reach the levels of competition, considering that the concept of total quality management is a key entrance for excellence and competitiveness by relying on the implementation of the main requirements for the nature work. Since the ultimate goal of the educational process is stimulating aspects mental , psychological and physical aspects in order to reach the achievements which highlight the role of administrative leadership as a major key in the process of guidance and counseling then following up the implementation of the key requirements for the administrative work through the possession of the qualities and characteristics that show as a creative being one of the main obstacles to personal leadership which contribute to the strengthening and monitoring the implementation of administrative policies through interaction and harmony. Thus, the administrative leader may require at this stage is the creative dean who is able to use the newest styles and means by which that will enhance the ability of creativity and motivation and finding some kind of understanding and harmony to implement in the necessary requirements through showing qualities and characteristics of creativity. From here comes the importance of the study which is certainly determined the following points : 1. Highlight the role of deans' creative characteristics at colleges of physical education and identify the implementation of some total quality management at Colleges of Physical Education. The a problem of the study may be developed in the following question What's the possibility may exist in correlation coefficient between some of the total quality management requirements and deans' creative characteristics at colleges of physical education from the viewpoint of the teaching staff. The following questions are : 1 - What is the concept and requirements of Total Quality Management in Higher Education Institutions. 2 - What is the concept of creativity and creative characteristics of the administrative leaders. 3 - What the extent of the relationship between the total quality management requirements and dean's creative characteristics at colleges at Physical Education. The aims of the study are : 1 - Recognizing the concept of total quality management and its requirements in higher education institutions. 2 - Building a scale for deans' creative characteristics at colleges of physical education. 3 - Identifying the relationship between the requirements of Total Quality Management and creative characteristics. Chapter Two : Theoretical and Related Studies. The following chapter contains two axes : - The first axis includes the concept of quality, quality management, the historical development of the concept, the most important requirements and standards, and the principles and foundations of Total Quality Management. - The second axis contains the concept of creativity and some theories that explain this concept with focusing on the Jelfor theory which is adopted by a researcher through building the scale of creative characteristics as well as the creative qualities of the leader and the most important qualities of a creative characteristics in the physical side. Eleventh previous studies are concerned in the study.Chapter Three : Research Methodology and Procedures The researcher uses the descriptive approach through survey style which suitable to the nature of research. As the researcher adopts a scale to a measure Total Quality Management requirements which is designed by the researcher Khaled Aswad (2012) , this scale includes ten aspects identified the scale of Total Quality Management requirements at Colleges of Physical Education in Iraq. It has also been building a measure of deans' creative characteristics at colleges of physical education through four axes viz fluency, originality, flexibility and problems sensitivity. The sample of building a measure consists of (150) instructors representing by the proportion% of the research population through using the factor analysis style as well as to clarify the research sample and its population, also the tools and means of gathering information are presented. Chapter Four : Results Analysis and Discussion This chapter shows the results of correlation coefficient between the scale of Total Quality Management requirements and the scale of creative characteristics , then analysis and discussion to achieve the goals of the research. Chapter Five : Conclusions and Recommendations The chapter includes the most important results or the following conclusions : 1 - Building a scale for deans' creative characteristics at colleges of Physical Education. 2 - Digital data showed that there is no correlation relationship between the two scales according to the results showed. 3 - Data shows the presence of total quality management requirements dictated by the need to print work for the advancement of organizational and administrative work. 4 - The availability of characteristics in the creative leadership figures are not available, all the structural composition of their personalities, but the availability of one or two characteristics. 5 - Attention to the implementation of Total Quality Management requirements requires the necessity of being a regulatory environment and faith by administrative leaders need to follow up the implementation of these requirements as a standard that can be relied upon to nominate of the concept and implementation of duties according to specific criteria. 6 - There are some obstacles that pass by the administrative process in the follow - up represented by external influences such as the environment, considering that the institution is part of the community has considered as the impact of the application of these requirements. Recommendation : - 1 - The necessity of creating a culture of total quality management by highlighting the practice of this concept. 2 - Emphasis on the application of criteria for selecting administrative leaders as the main driver in the implementation process. 3 - The necessity of availability attributes and characteristics in administrative leadership. 4 - Increasing moral support and addressing impediments of the external environment.

Chapter three ( Programs of Research & Field Procedures) The researcher has used descriptive program as to proper to this study.The society of research is limited by teachers of physical education in secondary schools of Baghdad.The society is chosen by vertical style for two gender(male & Female) ,their number (457) teachers of physical education for year (2012/2013), Distribute of (212)schools that belong to (6)directorates ( Alkharkh Alolaa , Alkharkh Althaniaa , Alkharkh thaleetha ,Alrosafaa Alolaa , Alrosafaa Althaniaa , Alrosafaa Althaleetha) to represent original society.(133)teachers will be away.The totally of sample(major experience) is (324) teachers with rate (897,70%) from original society. The Special Questionnaire is distributed to teachers of physical education. The Special Questionnaire makes from three measures(Organizational climate / satisfaction career and performance career) after shown to Experts in order to Find validity. The data is treated by statistic means (statistic system SPSS). Chapter Four (Show Results ,Analysis & Discussion) : This chapter contains show , analysis and discussion for three measures (organizational climate / satisfaction career and performance career) The results are shown in tables to be clear to show and be easy of comparative degree.Chapter five (Conclusion & Recommendation)The researcher reaches to the following according to results above : 1 - Organizational climate is poor in secondary school in Baghdad.2 - There is performance career for teachers of physical education.3 - There is relationship positive among three measures (Organizational climate / satisfaction career and performance career).Recommendation : 1 - Be attention to Organizational climate from ministry of education because has effected ofSatisfaction of teachers inside School. 2 - Be attention to evaluate Infrastructure of establishments that belong to directorate of education by (ministry of education) in order to stand of negative fields and treat them in positive fields.3 - Make another studies to know Organizational climate of attaining satisfaction career not only for teachers of (physical education) but for all teachers with all subjects.

The aims of the study : 1 - Identifying the indications of the growth, motor abilities, and fitness. 2 - Identifying the differences between boys and girls, and between ages (7,9) years in all variables.The subject of the study was one (1000) girls and boys aged (7) years, and one (1000) girls and boys aged (9) years, they represented elementary school in Baghdad, the duration of the study from (17 - 10 - 2010) till 24 - 1 - 2011. the places were the outdoors playground of those schools. The researcher conducted many tests in bodily measurements, motor abilities, and motor patterns. The researcher used SPSS to treat the result scientifically. The results revealed the following : 1 - Research to the indications of bodily measurements between boys and girls and between ages (7,9) years 2 - The boys were betten in motor abilities with age (7) years 3 - The boys and girls in third stage (9) years were better than girls and boys in first stage (7) years, for all testes in motor ability and the performance of motor patters. J. JAWAD Advisor. YAROB HOSSEIN ph. D. 2012 During the past few are capes , fatsal got a great attention among other games. It can be played in a small fields or in indoor gyms. futsal. Require unique skills like accurate fast pass a no other skills which depends upon generalization of motor programs.The goal of this study is to propose exercises to develop accuracy and scoring in futsal using especial equipments. those exercises in training sessions analogous to situations in fields during the games. The problem of the study came through the lack of accurate passing and poor scoring during the games. The study proposed the following 1 - Design some tests to measure the speed of motor responses.2 - Propose especial exercises using some equipments to develop the accuracy of passing and scoring.3 - Identify the effect of those exercises on the speed of motor response.The study hypothesized the following 1 - There are significant. differences between pre - and post tests for both groups , (experimental and control)2 - There are significant differences between experimental and control group in the post tests of motor response. Subjects 80 elite futsal players represented the first class clubs. 50 players served to assemble the tests.While 20 served as a sample of the study. the sample was divided in to group. 10 players represented experimental group, and 10 players represented control group. Both groups were tested in 9 tests prior to training sessions. Training program last for 16 weeks , three times a week ever sessions last for 90 minutes.After training sessions , both groups were retested in the same tests under the same conditions.The study used spss for data analysis.Results revealed the following 1 - Equipments which used visual and auditory signals have a great effect on developing motor response 2 - Using different equipments and different conditions of practice will develop the generalization of motor programs for both passing and scoring. 3 - Using the (random shot) give the players a chance to develop the are concentration in scoring on the goal 4 - Using different sizes of goals give the players the opportunity to develop the are speed of adjustment. The study recommended the following 1 - Using modern tools and equipments to develop motor response 2 - Exercises suppose to develop the accuracy of passing and scoring if they assembled in a special pattern 3 - Exposing the players to a different quiets will give them the experience to play effectively during the games.

To afford this age group of privacy in motor learning of the fact that basic movements become automatic , where the pupil starts to derive movements from it. So, the researcher intended to find a suitable environment that helps physical growth and motor accuracy through the gymnastics game, and for the privacy of it. Also to learn some skills and the importance of this age group. Research Problem The lessons of physical education for this age carry public prescription. In the sense that the movements practiced by the pupil are performed randomly through the practice of some small games and traditional exercises which are used by the teacher. As well as, the stories of the motor , which are often limited movement with the lack of focus on individual performance which is often influenced by performance of the teamwork to achieve the goal. The specialization of physical , kinetic and skills for this age group did not take sufficient attention to the exact shape as well as the lack of schools to the specific fields of play can make the pupil a distinct player in some sports. Generally, that lack led to the weakness in the physical attributes and motor skills development. It was also affected by long sitting in front of electronic devices in houses. As well as , the difficulty or disability in learning the skills of gymnastics in particular. Research Objectives1. Designing playing field for first grade at elementary schools. 2. Identifying the effect of playing field in developing physical and motor attributes and acquiring basic skills to the research sample.3. Identifying the preference of groups in post - tests in physical and motor attributes and acquiring of the some basic skills in gymnastic. Research Hypotheses 1. There are statistically significant differences in pre and post - tests concerned with physical attributes and motor skills as well some basic skills in gymnastic for both experimental and control group2. The researcher has taken in consideration the gymnastics and special devices used in this sport. Besides, the assistive devices and tools used in learning the movements as far as the physical and kinetic development. Furthermore, the privacy of the age group of the current study and physical attributes and motor skills as well. In addition to some of basic skills in gymnastic. Two of related previous studies are concerned. Research Methodology and Procedures In this part , the researcher dealt with how to choose the research methodology and field procedures of the current study. The researcher used the experimental design of the two groups with a pre and post - tests on a sample of 40 pupils at the first grade in Al - Khamael primary school. The experimental group is complied with a curriculum designed by the researcher for two months and by (2) units per week. While, the control group is submitted to the conventional method of teaching. Pre - tests are conducted before applying the curriculum which are designed for physical education lesson. The experiment study was conducted in the framework of daily lesson plan prepared by the researcher. Physical attributes and motor skills were identified depending on scientific sources, experts' opinions and researcher's experience in the game's field. As well as, the basic skills of gymnastic in accordance with the curriculum of the Ministry of Education and then the post tests were conducted for the research sample. The results are processed statistically by the use of the SPSS statistical system and the use of appropriate statistical means to extract the results. The Conclusions In light of research findings, the researcher has reached the following conclusions1. The dynamic nature of the work on the field especially for this age group during the process of learning and performing in physical education classes gives speed and ease through the motor programs which are stored in memory.2. The balance in motor development is achieved through practicing on the field designed and gymnastics in particular for the age group.3. The nature of the design feature invested motor performance for this age group and are not time - bound , as many observed that the child's movement and the change in performance gives the opportunity to invest in the construction and motor learning variation.4. The use of the field and its organs may develop pupil's confidence through self - reliance and achieve the overall cooperation between the pupils through the assistance provided by the pupils among them.Recommendations : In light of the research's' findings, the following recommendations are stated : 1 - The use of such designs help pupil's in performance without the need to the teacher's assistance by controlling the variables of performance and the accuracy of assistance to complete the practicing according to bio - mechanic basis in the design.2 - Directing physical education lesson of this age to exercise a kind of sports to take advantage of the information stored in the memory in the future.3 - Adapting of Gymnastics for this age group to achieve a balanced growth of the motor.4 - Adoption of the Ministry of Education to the field for being designed according to the curriculum Headquarters by them.5 - More concentrating on physical education lessons through using the field on the upper part of body because the nature performance of daily practicing for child concerned with the lower part which more used in his / her movements.6 - Depending on the body weight in designing to develop the power quality for the privacy of the age group.

Compound exercise is a new trend characterized as being more challenging than traditional methods of training, a fact that makes its application within a scientific and experimental way to gain an increase in the probability of influencing some physiological and biochemical changes in young footballers. This chapter deals also with the problem that is formed in answering two questions which are; (are there weight compound exercises in youth's training courses?) and (what is the type of weight compound exercises impact on physiological and biochemical changes?). The significance of the study is in answering these two questions.Aims of the Study : ? Forming weight compound exercises for footballers.? Gauging the impact of weight compound exercises on some physiological and biochemical changes.Hypotheses : ? There are significant statistical variations between the pre and posttests results of the experimental and controlling groups in physiological and biochemical changes of young footballers.? There are significant statistical variations in the post test results between the experimental and controlling groups in the physiological and biochemical changes of young footballers.Method and Practical Processes : Chapter three of the thesis sheds light on the way of choosing the method and processes of the study. The researcher applies the experimental method on a sample of (12) Diyala youth football team players. The experimental group is trained according to the training process by using weight compound exercises for two months/ 3 units per week. The researcher conducted the exploratory experiment to ensure main experimentation success, the doing the pretests within the frame of the experimentation method after setting forth the physiological and biochemical changes. After that the tests are repeated after finishing the weight compound training of the experimentation method. Results are conducted statistically by using the (SPSS) statistical package and performing suitable formulae in finding the results.Conclusions : ? The biochemical variations in addition to pulse are positively affected by the type and form of obtained exercises due to the change in exercise mode. ? Results showed that pre - effort Lactic acid ratios remained within close ranges in the experimental group prone to relaxation given to the player before the training session.? Through research results, the researcher figured out the exercises followed by the controlling group had an influence on pulse and CPK variables, keeping the difference between the two groups; the experimental and the controlling.? Results gained show that the exercises done by the controlling group formed no significant difference in Lactic acid variation pre and post effort and Creatine due to the nature of exercises, the stress and period of execution. ? The followed method of training and distributing weight - compound exercises increased post - effort Lactic acid concentration level due to the heavy effort and longer training period in addition to an increase in Creatine level for the experimental group as a natural action to face heavy efforts.? The two groups; experimental and controlling remained within near averages in matters of pre - effort Lactic acid ratios and in pulse as a physiological method obtained by the body to get rid of this acid.? There is a clear cut impact of weight compound training in improving the level of some physiological and biochemical changes of young footballers referred to by the researcher.Recommendations : The researcher recommends ;? All trainers and workers in the field of sports to examine physiological and biochemical changes accompanying preparation stages to codify and ensuring athlete's safety.? Performing weight compound training by trainers.? The study aimed to : 1 - identify the impact of periods of rest between the various iterations of practice to learn the accuracy of performance for some of the skills in the indoor and outdoor tennis students. 2 - to identify the best choice of a period of time to rest between occurrences of practice to learn the accuracy of performance for some of the skills in the indoor and outdoor tennis students. Research hypotheses were : 1 - there were statistically significant differences between the different tests before and after the four groups in the learning accuracy performance for some tennis skills indoor and outdoor tennis. 2 - there were statistically significant differences in the post tests differentiated between the four groups in the learning accuracy performance of some of the skills of open and closed tennis courts. The researcher used the experimental method and amounted research sample (48) students out of 144 students from the third stage in the Faculty of Physical Education - University of Babylon for the academic year 2013 - 2014. The researcher dividing the sample to (4) Totals equal number (12) students per group, all from beginners (three groups experimental and fourth officer), where each group exercise period of time is different from the other and comfort are also different, but all groups equal in total iterations and the researcher choosing (test accuracy strikes the front and rear and test transmissions in tennis), who are among the standardized tests which was applied to a sample similar to the sample and the same Iraqi environment. Start researcher conducted a major experiment which lasted to (13) a week, 10 weeks for the implementation of the main experiment and weeks of tests before and after a week and a retention period. The test results were presented before and after retention of research groups in the accuracy of the strikes and the front and rear transmission and tennis analyzed and discussed. According to the research objectives. After analysis and discussion of the researcher to reach conclusions and recommendations of several was the most important : - (Conclusions) : 1 - emergence of a positive effect in the acquisition of accuracy performance and learning in the strikes the front and rear and the totals for all. 2 - emergence of an effective impact on the acquisition of accurate performance and the skill of learning to blow the transmission and all the totals. There are 3 - different ratios between the evolution of aggregates in the performance of the strikes the front and rear, and the most sophisticated third set. There are 4 - different ratios between the evolution of aggregates in the performance of the skill of the serve and the most sophisticated second group. The researcher recommended the following : 1 - the need for the adoption of a scheduling exercise and organizing a balance between rest and practice of intensive exercise and distributor in the acquisition and learning accuracy tennis skills. 2 - emphasis on the use of diverse scheduling exercise in learning the skills of tennis because of its importance in the development and play and keep. 3 need to conduct research on other methods of scheduling exercise and other skills and other games and different samples and different levels.

It is confirmed of the equiralence of both groups, the researcher has used some of appropriate andequipment to enable him finish his research. The researcher has done reconnaissance experiment to avoid the obstacles that may face him in the main experiment, then he has done the pre - tests then experimental treatment for experimental qroup that included the plyometrics and prolongating exercises for (10) weeks of three units a week, then doing the posttests and treating the statistically. The researcher hasattained several conclusions : 1 - There is an improvement for physical abilities and skill performance of taekwondo advanced players (experimental and control grops).2 - Thrugh what is a clear and real impact on the use of training tools in developing of physical abitities and skill performance of the opposite circular kick for taekwondoadvanced players. The research has recommended the following recommendations : 1 - Giving more attention of physical abilities and skill performance of the opposite circular kick for taekwondo advanced players.2 - Using the Plyometrics and prolongating exercises to develop some of physical abilities and the opposite circular kick performance for taekwondo advanced players.

The researcher used the Descriptive researcher by survey style, the subject was the number (150) Scout Advanced, After identifying the most important skills Scouts for the Advanced Scout , The researcher made questionnaire to determine vocabulary of the skills Scout basic, And produced a the results of an opinion of reconnaissance the experts nomination (16) test to measure these qualities and then researcher put evaluation sheet for some skills be experts so is he make sure from test procedures and scientific basic of tests, Then test reconnaissance first and second to make sure of procedures and the scientific basis for the tests as well as to ensure the ability of the research sample discrimination and homogeneity, and conducted after the statistical treatments appropriate where the application of certain laws manually, in addition to the use of the statistical system advanced computer (SPSS), to extract the matrix correlation coefficients for all variables and factor analysis in a way that the basic components as well as the use of orthogonal rotation a Alvaremax manner.As a result there are five factors, all them was acceptable under the conditions adopted by the researcher, as represented tests that saturated the highest intrinsic value on each factor and finally Researcher concluded in his study to several conclusions, as follows : 1. using of factor analysis to rotate perpendicular manner Alvaremax to factors matrix was very helpful to study where the researcher concluded from which five factors detective. 2.In the light of the conditions of admission factors were extracted battery test to measure some skills Scout factors independent of the study, which represents subdivision top Saturations factors learned and the battery named (Atheer khaleel Al - Sudanese scout to measure some of the skills Advanced Scout) and factors are : ? Abstract: The scout movement has a sublime objectives and principles, but in our Arab homeland facing a lot of difficulties especially at the present time, the researcher has observe red via her work in the teaching field in the Iraqi ministry of education in Baghdad governorate, the media remaining away from them is the main reason in non - shedding light on the role and the importance of the scout movement leads to not paying attention to the movement by all society categories. Starting from the importance of media in development of awareness in societies , the researcher targeted of the problem towards media aspect to direct the public towards the importance of the scout movement for the individual and the society, that should be taken shape in scientific and practical way. The study targeted to : - 1) Preparing criterion of public awareness for the scout movement.2) Preparing media plan contributed in developing the public awareness between the pre and post test of the public awareness for the scout movement for the individuals of the research sample.As for theoretical studies, the researcher has displayed the explanation aspect for the scout movement and media aspect, with the aid of Arabic and foreign sources, the researcher has defined the scout movement, besides the philosophy of the scout movement and its objectives ,principles and the educational role, as for the media aspect in changing , supporting and forming the gatherings and what are the most important used of media. The researcher follow - up the following procedures in implementation of the research : - 1 - Using the experimental approach2 - Preparing criterion to measure the public awareness for the scout movement and it was applied on the a sample of(250) individuals, and the distinguished force of the criterion items was calculated and their coefficient of reliability via performing the distinguished force and coefficient of internal consistency.3 - After displaying the criterion to a number of experts and specialists, the researcher has reached to the final form of the criterion of (27) items distributed on 3 pivots and alternatives of responses were calculated of (3 - 2 - 1) and according to the gradation chosen by the respondent of (yes, sometimes, No).4 - The survey experiment was performed set the criterion, then the main experiment was performed of the criterion for its technology, where the criterion subjected to scientific bases coefficients(reliability and stability).5 - Then the researcher has prepared media plan applied on the community of research sample.6 - After ensuring of validity of the criterion prepared by the researcher, it is applied via the post test on the community of the research sample of (700) individuals.7 - The suitable statistic means were used to process the data. After displaying results , the results has reached analyzing and analyzing them, the researcher has reached to a number of conclusions most important of which are : - 1 - The significance differences of statistic significance have appeared when preparing criterion the public awareness for the individuals of the research sample.2 - Via preparing and implementation of media plan, it has become clear for the researcher that there is no communication among TV media institutions and Directorate of scout sport activities.3 - Because of the current security conditions all over Iraq, it has found reluctance from the research sample individuals to abide by the scout movement activities, and this effected negatively to quick the pace of the scout movement.Via the conclusions, the researcher has reached, she set a number of recommendations that could sustain the research, most important of which are : - 1 - Depending the prepared criterion by the researcher to measure the public awareness of the scout movement because it is subjected to technology, and which scientific bases criteria were performed in setting the measures.2 - Paying more attention by the media institutions of the scout movements for what the society needs of explanations of the scout education importance of all its aspects( educational, scientific , moral, religious, psychological and physical).3 - Preparing TV programs paying attention on the scout movement and clarifying their objectives in cooperation with historian leaders, to utilize the young energy to develop their country.4 - Performing similar studies on various communities ( educated and non - educated) with other variables ) the educational and moral aspects).
