Abstract: مرت لعبة الكرة الطائرة في مراحل عدة عبر تاريخها. تطورت خلالها تطورا كبيرا في جميع نواحيها المهارية والتحكيمية والتعليمية والتدريبية ، وان طرق تعليم المهارات هي الاخرى لاقت نصيبها الوافر من هذا التقدم حتى تعددت وتباينت وظهرت العديد من المدارس الشرقية والغربية في طرق تعليم اللعبة ، ولا يغيب دور واهمية الحواس في المجال الرياضي بصورة عامة وفي الكرة الطائرة بصورة خاصة. حيث تلتقي جميع المثيرات الخارجية وترجمتها في ضوء ما يمتلكه الفرد من خبرات ومعلومات مما ينتج عنه السلوك المناسب في المواقف المختلفة وتجلت اهمية البحث في محاولة ايجاد تمارين بصرية مهارية كفيلة بتعليم وتطوير الاداء لمهارتي المناولة من الاعلى والاسفل وتعمل على الاقتصاد بالوقت والجهد. وتكمن مشكلة البحث في اغفال السادة القائمين على تعليم المتعلمين الجدد بالدور الذي من الممكن ان تلعبه التمارين البصرية المهارية في الارتقاء بمستوى الاداء وعدم ادراجها لهم عند بناء برامجهم التعليمية مما يزيد من ضياع الجهد والوقت في تعليم هذه المهارات فضلا عن التبعات الاقتصادية المترتبة على طول فترة التعليم وانخفاض جودة الاداء . اما هدف الرسالة هو اعداد تمارين بصرية مهارية لتعليم وتطوير بيوكينماتيكية الاداء لمهارتي المناولة من الاعلى والاسفل وبعض متغيرات الادراك الحس - حركي بالكرة الطائرة. والتعرف على تاثير التمارين البصرية المهارية في تعليم وتطوير بيوكينماتيكية الاداء لمهارتي المناولة من الاعلى والاسفل وبعض متغيرات الادراك الحس - حركي بالكرة الطائرة . وكانت فروض البحث وان للتمارين البصرية المهارية اثر ايجابي في تعليم وتطوير بيوكينماتيكية الاداء لمهارتي المناولة من الاعلى والاسفل وبعض متغيرات الادراك الحس - حركي بالكرة الطائرة. ووجود فروق معنوية اثر تطبيق التمارين البصرية المهارية في تعليم وتطوير بيوكينماتيكية الاداء لمهارتي المناولة من الاعلى والاسفل وبعض متغيرات الادراك الحس - حركي بالكرة الطائرة بين القياس القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية ولصالح القياس البعدي. ووجود فروق معنوية اثر تطبيق التمارين البصرية المهارية في تعليم وتطوير بيوكينماتيكية الاداء لمهارتي المناولة من الاعلى والاسفل وبعض متغيرات الادراك الحس - حركي بالكرة الطائرة في القياس البعدي للمجموعة التجريبية والضابطة ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وقد استعمل الباحث المنهج التجريبي لحل مشكلة البحث وتم اختيار مجتمع البحث بصورة عمدية وقد حدد الباحث مجتمع البحث باللاعبين المبتدئين في نادي الصادق الرياضي في محافظة البصرة للموسم الرياضي (2015 - 2016) والذين بلغ عددهم (20) لاعبا، وقد اعدا استمارة الاستبيان وعرضها على الخبراء والمختصين وشرح الاختبارات التي اعدها حتى معالجتها احصائيا عن طريق برنامج (spss) . ومن خلال معالجة النتائج توصل الباحث الى اهم الاستنتاجات التالية : 1) حققت التمارين البصرية المهارية الخاصة تطورا في قيم المتغيرات البيوكينماتيكة والاداء المهاري للمناولة من الاعلى والاسفل وقيم بعض متغيرات الادراك الحس حركي بالكرة الطائرة .2) هناك فروق بين الاختبار القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية في اداء مهارتي المناولة من الاعلى والاسفل ولصالح الاختبار البعدي.3) هناك فروق بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في اداء مهارتي المناولة من الاعلى والاسفل في الاختبار البعدي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية.4) وجود فروق في جميع قيم المتغيرات البيوكينماتيكية للمهارتين . ما بين الاختبار القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية ولصالح الاختبار البعدي ، كما وظهرت الفروق في الاختبار البعدي بين المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية .5) وجود فروق في قيمة المتغيرات البيوكينماتيكة بين الاختبار القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة الضابطة في متغير زاوية الكتف وزاوية المرفق لحظة التلامس مع الكرة ولصالح الاختبار البعدي.اما اهم التوصيات فكانت1) يوصي البحث بضرورة اعتماد التمارين البصرية المهارية الخاصة لغرض تعليم وتطوير مهارتي المناولة من الاعلى والاسفل وللمتعلمين الجدد.2) اعداد تمارين مهارية بصرية خاصة لتعليم وتطوير مهارات اخرى في لعبة الكرة الطائرة.3) الاهتمام ببناء التمارين على وفق النظريات الحديثة والخروج عن الطريق التقليدية في صياغة وتحديد المخرجات المنشودة من التمارين .4) التاكيد على الجانب الحس حركي في اثناء عملية التعليم وبالتحديد في صياغة التمارين | Volleyball game passed in several stages throughout its history. Which evolved considerably in all its aspects and refereeing skills and education and training, and methods of teaching skills are the other received a generous share of this progress so numerous and varied and featured many of the Eastern and Western schools in the ways of teaching the game, the role and importance of the senses in the field of sports in general, do not miss and volleyball in particular. Where you meet all external stimuli and translate them in the light of what is owned by the individual from the expertise and information, resulting in appropriate behavior in different situations and demonstrated the importance of research in trying to find a visual exercises skill enough to teach and develop the performance of my skills handling of top and bottom and working on the economy of time and effort. And is the research problem in the omission of gentlemen based on the education of the new educated role that could be played by exercises visual skills in upgrading the performance and not to include them when building educational programs which increases the loss of time and effort to teach these skills as well as economic implications of the length of the education and low quality of performance. The aim of the letter is to prepare visual exercises skill to teach and develop my skills Bi0canmatic performance of the handling of the top and bottom and some cognitive sense - kinesthetic Volleyball variables. And to identify the impact of visual exercises skills in teaching and developing my skills Bi0canmatic performance of handling the top and bottom and some cognitive sense - kinesthetic Volleyball variables. The research hypotheses and visual exercises footwork positive impact in the education and development of Bi0canmatic performance of my skills of handling the top and bottom and some cognitive sense - kinesthetic Volleyball variables. And the existence of significant differences after application of visual exercises skills in teaching and developing my skills Bi0canmatic performance of the handling of the top and bottom and some cognitive sense - kinesthetic volleyball between the tribal and the dimensional measurement experimental group and in favor of the dimensional measurement variables. And the existence of significant differences after application of visual exercises skills in teaching and developing my skills Bi0canmatic performance of the handling of the top and bottom and some cognitive sense - kinesthetic Volleyball telemetric in the experimental group and control group and the experimental group variables. The researcher experimental method used to solve the problem of the research was chosen as the research community in a deliberate identified researcher research community players junior sincere Sports Club in the province of Basra for the sports season (2015 - 2016) and who numbered (20) player, has a promising form of a questionnaire and presented to the experts and specialists and explain the tests prepared by the so statistically treated through the program (spss). By processing the results, the researcher suggested the following main conclusions : 1) visual special exercises achieved development in ALbi0canmatic variables and performance skills of handling the top and bottom and the values of some of the Motor Sensory Perception plane made the save variables values.2) There are differences between pretest and posttest experimental group in the performance of my skills of handling the top and the bottom, and for post - test.3) There are differences between the experimental group and the control group in the performance of my skills of handling the top and the bottom in the post - test and for the experimental group.4) the existence of differences in the values of all the variables of ALbi0canmatic too skills. Between pretest and posttest experimental group and for post - test, and the differences have emerged in the post - test between the experimental group and the control group and the experimental group.5) there is no difference in the value of ALbi0canmatic variables between pretest and posttest control group in the variable shoulder angle and the angle of the annex to the moment of contact with the ball and in favor of the post test.The most important recommendations were1) Find recommends the need to adopt visual exercises own skills for the purpose of education and develop my skills of handling the top and bottom and new learners.2) Prepare a special visual exercises skill to teach and develop other skills in a game of volleyball3) attention to building exercises according to modern theories and to depart from the traditional way in the formulation and determine the desired outcomes of the exercise.4) emphasize the side kinesthetic sense in the course of the education process and in particular in the drafting exercise.
